Starlight Meadow is a rustic wedding venue located in Burlington, NC. Elegant, charming, and sophisticated, this versatile property provides couples with multiple outdoor ceremony sites to choose from and a stunning barn to host their reception. Starlight Meadow is home to many excellent event spaces designed to accommodate every phase of your special day. Host a memorable outdoor wedding ceremony under the romantic gazebo, in a grassy field, or surrounded by towering oak trees in the enchanting woods. After your ceremony, you and your guests can enjoy a cocktail outside the barn while romantic string lights twinkle overhead. Then, you and your guests can make your way into the beautiful barn to dine and dance the night away. This space features a dance floor and plenty of room for tables and chairs. Starlight Meadow can accommodate weddings of up to 250 guests. The team at Starlight Meadow aims to make your experience at their venue a dream come true. All rentals include chairs, tables, white linens, benches for the ceremony, set up, clean up, and break down. They'll provide you with an extensive list of the best local vendors to assist in your planning process. Plenty of parking is available for guests' convenience, and the venue is fully wheelchair accessible. There's also a getting-ready suite available for the wedding party to use for relaxing and dressing before the event begins. Starlight Meadow was everything we'd dreamed of and more!! Jeremy was AWESOME and helped us with everything the entire year and a half of planning! We even had a little snaffu with an outside vendor and he stepped in and fixed everything for us just days out from the wedding! His suggestions for catering and the horse carriage and florals were all perfect and we couldn't be happier! It was an amazing experience and on the day of everyone was super kind and helpful! It was a perfect day and we couldn't have done it without Jeremy and all his help!

Words will never express our gratitude to Jeremy & the staff of Star Light Meadow on our wedding at their venue. From the early beginning when we met with Jeremy, his presentation of the venue blew us away. My fiance said write the man the check. We need to cancel the other appointments! This is our place to get married. He made us feel so welcoming the very first day. Every time I asked him to stop by to look at something or take a picture of something, he was so accommodating with every and anything we needed. So many beautiful locations to choose from on his land to do a ceremony or even a party. We had our wedding in the big barn & reception in the same place. Pictures by the gazebo. They had our reception changed out in no time. We walked into our reception, with everything placed. Just as wanted, to the exact place we ask them to place them. As a wedding decorator myself, its not easy to pull everything off, but they did it. I would give 10 stars if I could. Our guest came up to us asking how did you find this beautiful place? Its so detailed for a wedding, Wow! That is what you want to take away from your special day. He recommended our carter's as well. Danny's Cafe, they did not disappoint. The first day Jeremy asked us what do you want your guests to take away from your wedding. We said, we want them to have a great time, enjoy family and enjoy great food. I must say our guests commented on both a great place and the food was fabulous. They wanted to know where their restaurant was located. You can't get any better than that!!!! We will have other gatherings here at Starlight Meadow in the future. If you want a beautiful venue with a fabulous staff... then look no further Starlight is your place!!!! The staff jumped in and helped us with anything we asked. If I needed it, if Jeremy had it... I had it... great people... don't look any further, call Jeremy at Starlight Meadow.

Starlight Meadows is a beautiful country setting for a wedding or event. Jeremy and his staff are professional and so easy to work with. The outdoor wedding area we used was just beautiful and Jeremy kept checking with us to make sure we had everything we needed.

The venue was suggested to us by friends. It was local for us (less than 10 miles from home). We first met the owner in Jan 22 for a tour of the venue and discussion of facilities/availability and responsibilities of the venue. We met with the owner several times between first meeting and event date either in person or by phone/text or email. Every encounter was professional and punctual. The owner provided us with contact lists for every aspect of our event planning from catering to photographer to bartending to guest accommodations for out of town guests. All in all our event experience with Starlight Meadows was amazing in every aspect from beginning to cleanup. The Oehling family went above and beyond our expectations!If you and your loved ones are looking for a venue to accommodate an indoor or outdoor event ranging from weddings to reunions to proms or work party/special event, you will not be disappointed with Starlight Meadows. The owners strive to provide a top-notch venue at affordable rates.We will definitely be using Starlight Meadows for future events!

My husband and I just got married this past weekend at Starlight Meadow and it was absolutely perfect! We chose the stone arch ceremony site which is tucked sweetly back into the woods and offered the right amount of shade on a warm July afternoon in NC. It was magical to walk down the aisle surrounded by trees and family, and stand at the arch to become husband and wife! We had the reception in the barn and for our wedding of 50 there was plenty of space for everyone to move around and mingle. The doors open and sides allowing for a wonderful breeze and breathtaking views. The best part was working with the staff. Jeremy and his staff made sure we had the perfect day. I felt like he and his team were friends who were invested in making sure our day was just what we wanted. Not to mention Jeremy has some awesome connections with other vendors and when we chose them, I knew that we were in good hands. Highly recommend Starlight Meadow for the best day of your life!!!

Y’ALL. When I tell you that this is the most beautiful venue you could ever choose, I absolutely mean it. This was the ONLY venue we looked at and instantly fell in love. Walking up the path to the barn you can look over the fields, they have a lovely area with a fire pit and games. The barn itself is breathtaking and you have multiple options to choose for the ceremony location, all of which are gorgeous. The bridal party has a beautiful area to get ready. The night was absolutely magical and Jeremy and his staff were phenomenal. He worked with us thru the challenges of the pandemic and the rescheduling but he always reassured us that it would all work out. We cannot thank Jeremy and his staff for the wonderful day we had and I am going to recommend his venue to everyone I know. If you’re looking for the perfect rustic wedding site, look no further.

We recently had our wedding at Starlight Meadow and it was wonderful. We had originally set a date of July 2020 right after we got engaged in January of 2020. Starlight Meadow was a dream come true. Josie had a vision...and Starlight Meadow was everything she hoped for. The venue itself was beyond beautiful - and offered so many options as to where to have the ceremony. From the barn, to the stone wall, to an open field to a sweet gazebo, the choice is yours. But even more that the beauty of Starlight Meadow is Jeremy. He is the owner of the venue and it is evident that Starlight Meadow is his heart and soul. Jeremy puts so much love into what he does, you can see it everywhere. Jeremy offered suggestions, support and made everything seamless. The entire staff went above and beyond and were so easy to work with. They paid attention to every detail and helped make the day perfect. We were so lucky to have found Starlight Meadow - in spite of a pandemic, a hurricane and torrential rain, Josie and Bryan's wedding day was everything they dreamed of. Thank you to Jeremy and his staff for making sure of that.

When we first met 2 years ago, he said \"I specialize in solving problems!\" Who would have thought he would have to help us navigate this pandemic environment, new vendors, and a hurricane- but he did and we ended up with the most wonderful weekend ever for our daughter and her groom. From the moment I inquired about having my wedding there, I have received the best customer service, quick follow up and even been given “the answers” to how to plan a wedding there with best advice, vendors that have performed well and suggestions on decor that fits with my wedding theme. Jeremy feels like someone I’ve known for years; he listens to my ideas and gives me advice on how his team can make that happen for my wedding. Did I mention the venue?! Absolutely breathtaking from the moment you pull in through the white picket fence, pass by the old rustic yellow truck in the field and pull into the entrance to the main walkway. It’s something you’d see in a magazine for “dream wedding venues.” Immediately when my fiancé and I arrived, we already knew we were intrigued by the service. But, upon arrival we were so quick to say yes to Starlight Meadow and set our wedding date! 100% recommend this venue. Whether you’re dreaming of a rustic wedding or a more formal wedding, Jeremy and his team can make it happen!

What an amazing day amidst all the challenges of the covid wedding season! Jeremy was so accommodating; extremely flexible and had staff helping us at every turn! No surprises on additional charges. Very helpful with recommendations of local vendors. He was always available...even the day of he was monitoring storm tracker and offering options to set up indoors at a moments notice! Magical wooded glen ceremony setting and the storm parted around us as he watched! God is good! The open air pavilion barn was perfect for the reception and also quickly turned over for any rain issues that may have come up. What an amazing day amidst all the challenges of the covid wedding season! Jeremy was so accommodating; extremely flexible and had staff helping us at every turn! No surprises on additional charges. Very helpful with recommendations of local vendors. He was always available...even the day of he was monitoring storm tracker and offering options to set up indoors at a moments notice! Magical wooded glen ceremony setting and the storm parted around us as he watched! God is good! Starlight Meadow was the most beautiful place to have my daughter’s wedding. We were catered to by Jeremy and his staff. They helped us take care of every detail. They went above and beyond to make sure this destination wedding went off perfectly. Being the mother of the bride and not familiar at all with the services in the area, Jeremy took the time on the phone to help recommend the hotel for all of our guests, and caterers and photographers and preachers. He even recommended a horse and carriage company. We stayed at Best Western Plus in Burlington, minutes from the property, and went with Above and Beyond Catering, which was the best and the staff was awesome. Our photographer was Ashley Bagamary, which was a delight to work with, and Dorvits Carraige Rides. The entire wedding went off with out a hitch. Jeremy was organized and his staff worked hard to take the stress off to this destination wedding. The grounds couldn’t be more beautiful, the stone wall was gorgeous back drop for the ceremony. They also was a gazebo for pictures. The barn was so shabby sheek, the lighting was handled by Starlight Meadow, all we had to do was arrive, decorate and enjoy the day. We even held the rehearsal dinner there Friday evening after decorating. We highly recommend holding your wedding at Starlight Meadow, whether it destination or local. Thank you Jeremy and staff for one very happy Bride and Groom.

The Starlight Meadow team made our wedding the best day possible. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, Jeremy (the owner) is literally one of the nicest guys we've ever met, and his staff kept the whole night moving smoothly. Throughout the planning process, Jeremy responded to every single email within hours. I remember sending off an email with about 10 questions, then receiving a response almost immediately with answers that all made us say \"oh, that was easy!\". Jeremy gave us the freedom to plan the exact wedding we envisioned and the support to make that happen. There were no surprise extra charges, and he worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed.At the end of the night, an older family member slipped getting onto the bus and Jeremy and his team handled everything perfectly, and Jeremy even asked us, with genuine concern, to keep him posted with how she was doing the following day.I don't know how many times we reflected that Jeremy made what could have been a stressful experience unbelievably easy. We can't recommend Starlight Meadow highly enough!

My daughter was married at Starlight Meadow this past weekend. It was beautiful from start to finish. The venue was perfect, and we took full advantage of all of the space. Jeremy and his staff were great and easy to work with. They are very accommodating. The ceremony site was in front of the beautiful stone arch and we decorated the gazebo for pictures. Reception was in the pole barn and on the patio, while dinner and dancing were in the barn. At nightfall, the lights inside and outside the barn were stunning! Highly recommend this venue!

Starlight Meadow itself is an absolutely beautiful location and was perfect for what we wanted. Far and beyond, however, were the staff. They have so many people working the day of your wedding to make sure everything goes smoothly and it went seamlessly and it's all because of Jeremy and his employees! They were so nice and open to whatever we wanted during the planning phase and helped calm us when we thought it would be too hot (it wasn't!). I couldn't say enough about this venue and the people who run it!

The property was beautiful, but Jeremy and his staff were what made this venue the most perfect and hands down best option to get married at. If you're looking for the perfect barn setting for your wedding, look no further. Starlight Meadow presented us with everything we were looking for and ended up being the only venue we visited. From the moment we stepped onto Starlight Meadow's property we were welcomed and shared lots of laughs with the venues owner, Jeremy. He was available for all of my silly questions leading up to the big day and always responded promptly to emails. He made my husband and I feel like our wedding day was going to be special right off the bat and he and his staff did a wonderful job ensuring the perfection we had dreamed of. The venue itself is rustic, clean, and unique - not too much decor is needed because of the views of the NC sky and surrounding pasture. We surprised all of our Northern family with a ceremony in the middle (or at least that's what it felt like) of the woods, followed by cocktails, appz and games in the pull barn and a night of food, dessert and dancing in the main barn. There are many ways to configure your celebration and Jeremy will give you a variety of diagrams and maps to help assist you with planning. My family is still raving about the location, venue and staff and I'd recommend Starlight Meadow to everyone looking for a laid back, beautiful atmosphere. Thanks to Starlight Meadow my day was perfectly imperfect!

Jeremy and his staff made my wedding day and all the planning leading up to it so easy! They were by our side from the minute we chose the venue all the way until we got in our car at the end of the night. Guests kept coming up to us to tell us they loved the venue and staff. We didn't have to worry about renting tables, chairs or linens because the venue provided them, and staff set them out. We also appreciated being able to choose our own vendor team and not being limited to a pre-set list. The staff also set up our ceremony area with the benches and chairs. We had a lot of elderly guests, so having a staff person drive them up in the golf cart from the parking lot was also a huge blessing! We absolutely recommend Starlight Meadow to anyone!!

Jeremy and his staff made my wedding day and all the planning leading up to it so easy! We didn't have to worry about renting tables, chairs or linens because the venue provided them, and staff set them out. We had a lot of elderly guests, so having a staff person drive them up in the golf cart from the parking lot was also a huge blessing! We absolutely recommend Starlight Meadow to anyone!!

From the initial contact about looking into the property, up until we left the farm after our wedding, we were treated like family by the Starlight Meadow team. Jeremy is the quickest vendor to respond (literally within minutes of hitting \"send\" on an email), and down to earth. There was never any pressure to be anything other than ourselves and felt like we were just having our wedding on an Uncle's farm...that's how at ease their team made this process.Bridal portraits, engagements...or just wanting to walk the property for ideas, Jeremy is more than willing to have you come out anytime at no extra cost, whereas other venues require extra $$ for these things.He and his team were around to help with parking, answer any guest questions and even checked on my now husband and I when we stepped away from the venue to cool off where one sweet staff member brought us bottles of water. They helped with set-up, tear down, and had the ceremony site taken down in record time. This venue is not only beautiful but was the cherry on top of our wonderful day. Phenomenal.

Me and my husband had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Sarah and Jeremy at Starlight Meadow. My mom and I found out about them through a Bridal Show in Raleigh, NC and once we did some looking around and visited the location, we were hooked. It is a beautiful property with an outdoor gazebo area and a barn. We used the gazebo space for the ceremony and the barn for the reception and loved it. The owners were so helpful and worked really hard with us to tailor the entire day to match our vision for our wedding and were very flexible with the vendors we wanted to use, the set up, etc... And for the beautiful venue and excellent service, the price was totally reasonable compared to everything else we'd researched. They had staff working during our wedding day to make sure everything was running smoothly and even when a surprise downpour rolled in during the reception, they were down on all fours to clean the flooded dance floor. We really have nothing negative to say about the experience and if weddings were done twice, we'd do it again there in a heartbeat :)
