Nestled on 23 acres of lush rolling hills and lakes, Sterling Event Venue is a wedding venue located in Minneola, FL. Designed in the style of a Tuscan villa, this oasis is a secluded and romantic spot for your special occasion. The villa combines rustic elegance with modern amenities to create an experience that exemplifies luxury. The team invites you to celebrate at their breathtaking estate and let yourself be transported to the beauty of Central Italy. Surrounded by Italian Cypress trees that wave languidly in the Florida breeze, Sterling Event Venue is perfectly situated for private and exclusive events. The building is adorned with intricate stonework, a terracotta roof, and a large reception hall that can accommodate up to 200 people. This climate-controlled room features hardwood floors, exposed beams, and elaborate crystal chandeliers that shimmer from above. Outside, a paved pathway leads to the expertly manicured ceremony site. You and your wedding party can reach this pergola by crossing over a gentle spring and stone bridge, which add to the fairy tale ambiance. An indoor ceremony site is also available in case of inclement weather. The team at Sterling Event Venue own and operate venues in Texas and Oklahoma and are adept at planning and executing exquisite affairs. These professionals will help you design your dream wedding and provide a number of premium amenities. These include tables and chairs, a prep kitchen for your chosen caterer, and two tastefully appointed get-ready suites. A large parking lot is also available for your loved ones to park. On the big day, you will have 15 hours of exclusive access to the estate beginning at nine in the morning. This will give you plenty of time to decorate, get dressed, get your hair and makeup done, and let yourself be pampered.

Sterling Event Venue was love at first sight when we toured. Hands down the perfect venue for my son and now daughter in law's wedding February 2023. Not only is it stunning, but we also loved that we had the venue to ourselves all day and night. This allowed us to have an exceptionally lengthy reception which was very important to us.The bridal and groom suites are 2nd to none in Orlando. In fact, the bridal suite is like a beauty salon with tons of mirrors and chairs for hair and makeup. There is even a private room where the bride can put on her dress and get those amazing private pictures! The ceremony site speaks for itself with a long winding walkway to an organic wood trellis. The ballroom is breath-taking and we loved the chairs that are included with the venue...something that most venues do not include. Because of the all day rental, our vendors could take their time with set up which was a huge help! Additionally, the staff was kind and very accommodating. We could not have asked for a better experience at Sterling! Thank you Sterling Event Venue!

Sterling is everything you need in a wedding venue! LaRai and Allie are incredible assets and helped us in our planning. Everything felt seamless and easily manageable. Our guests were absolutely floored by the venue, and even our vendors were in awe of the space. The bridal getting ready suite is massive, and has a ton of room. I had 7 bridesmaids, 2 junior bridesmaids, and my mother getting ready with me, and all of us fit comfortably. Our vendors had plenty of amenities and space, and there was nothing they were missing. I would get married at this venue one hundred times over if I could!

Sterling is a GORGEOUS venue and we got so many compliments about how beautiful it was. We toured while they were still under construction and booked immediately, because even then we could see how stunning it was going to be. The outdoor ceremony spot is so pretty, and the reception hall is gorgeous with the exposed beams and beautiful staircase. The getting ready suites are huge, and it was so nice to have the venue for the entire day and be able to get ready right on site. The scenery around it is amazing and makes for some stunning photos, too!

LaRai helped us with our tour, contract, and wedding day. We booked while the venue was still under construction but they always let us come back out for progress visits whenever we wanted. The venue is absolutely gorgeous!! All of our guests were blown away. The property looks like it’s not in Florida but it’s literally right in the middle. The dressing areas are very spacious and beautiful. Everything about our experience was 5/5 stars.

We had our wedding here and couldn't have been happier! LaRai was so helpful answering any questions we had during the planning process. We saw a few venues before this one, and even though we first saw it when it was still under construction, we knew as soon as we drove out of the parking lot that we wanted to book it. It's such a beautiful and unique venue and we'd highly recommend it to anyone planning a wedding!
