My husband and I just got married on 12/31/23 and we cannot speak highly enough of Wedgewood at the Sterling Hotel! The whole experience was seamless, from start to finish. We live out of the country, and the team at the Sterling helped us organize such a beautiful wedding at this Sacramento classic from afar. It took so much of the guess work out of wedding planningâ we truly just selected our preferences and the team took care of all of the finer details. They organized the ceremony, florals, food, music, atmosphere, everything! We truly felt like we just showed up and enjoyed our sentimental ceremony and a great party. The cost to services received was excellent, and our guests raved about their experience too. I would recommend the Sterling to anyone planning a wedding in Sacramento.

We had an amazing wedding! Everyone on the team went above and beyond to make our day so beautiful and special. Taylor and Scout were super helpful throughout the whole process and day of the wedding. We used the venues florist, caterers, and DJ and we are so happy that we did.

We're happy we chose Wedgewood to do a lot of the planning for us.They have experienced staff and vendors that have worked together to do weddings for many years. This saved us time from having to research various vendors and their product quality and reliability. Each vendor they worked with were very organized. They get all the details in advance and Wedgewood double and triple checks to make sure everyone is on the same page.Our guests commented that the venue was beautiful, the food was delicious and the music was on point.Taylor who was working with us closely that evening was a lifesaver. She truly went above and beyond.

Our wedding at the Sterling Hotel was absolutely perfect. The Wedgewood team did such a great job organizing everything. We used their preferred vendors and were surprised by how well they all worked together during the ceremony and reception. It made planning the wedding so easy as well.

Sterling hotel by Wedgewood weddings is an amazing venue and the staff is beyond phenomenal! The wedding planning and the wedding itself ran so smoothly, I honestly canât believe how stress free I was the day before and day of the wedding. All the staff from the coordinators to the bartenders and dj exceeded my expectations by so much! I was so stressed to plan a wedding in 9 months but I feel like I barely did anything! Sterling hotel by Wedgewood weddings is an amazing venue and I would get married there again if I had the opportunity! A+ all around!

Wedgewood Weddings at the Sterling Hotel helped make our perfect day happen. The staff were incredible and made sure everyone was taken care of. Our guests were extremely complimentary of the food. Our DJ (DJ Preston) was great and had everyone on the dancefloor for hours. The florals through Wildflowers DG were gorgeous, and the cake through Karen's Bakery was delicious and beautifully designed. I truly could not have asked for a better experience and the coordinators at Wedgwood made the planning process as painless and easy as possible. The best part: we pulled off a perfect day UNDER budget.

If thinking about this venue, I would triple check everything. The wedding coordinator was great until she left home halfway through our reception. Iâm not sure where the miscommunication happened, but we were told we get a complimentary stay at the bed and breakfast and we didnât know until the end of our reception that we donât have a room. They also cut our cake for all the guests first instead of cutting the guestsâ cake. The people who worked at the end of the night werenât helpful or understanding at all. Good thing we have good friends!

Had a horrible experience due to covid, had my wedding planned for November 2020 and knew it wasnât going to happen the way I had planned it so in June we decided to cancel. My dad is a cancer survivor and my mother is diabetic so the safety and health of them and all my guests is extremely important. They gave me the option of postponing my Saturday wedding to the next year but it had to be rescheduled to a Monday-Thursday. I didnât pay or plan for a Monday-Thursday wedding, I paid for and planned for a Saturday wedding. So I declined, they did absolutely nothing for me, I didnât even have my first planning session and they kept my entire 7000 dollar deposit. I will never give them work with this company again, extremely greedy and money hungry, really upsetting Iâm out 7000 because it would be nice to have that money during a pandemic where I lost my job.

My experience with Wedgewood was amazing! Sadly, part way through planning our wedding the pandemic happened. Although they had never been through something like this, they did everything they could to help us out. They were straight forward with the changes that had to be made but still took into account everything we wanted. We had to split our wedding into two. We had a small wedding ceremony, which came out beautiful, earlier this month and next year we will be having our reception. I literally had nothing to worry about that day and they made sure that everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend having your wedding there!

Fell in love with this venue and staff from the moment we walked in. Our big day was truly perfect, not a single hiccup, and we can attribute that to the amazing staff at the Sterling hotel. Every step of the way, the staff is in contact with details, timelines, and to-doâs, to keep you on track, feeling prepared and your day going as smooth as possible. Our day-of coordinator was the best, and was so efficient behind the scenes, everyone knew exactly what to do. The food is amazing, venue is gorgeous, and their preferred cake, flower, and photo booth vendors are amazing. Would recommend to anyone, if I could get married all over again I wouldnât change a single thing about our day.

You best believe the hype about the Sterling. Thereâs a reason why they consistently get five-star reviewsâitâs because it really is a five-star venue. Planning a wedding is super stressful, and the support we received from the entire Sterling team during the entire process was invaluable to the success of our day. We got married here Oct 13, 2019 and I canât imagine our day getting any better. Everyone told us to be prepared for something to go wrong, but nothing did. I credit this towards the amazing staff members. Hannah was our day-of coordinator and Lauren and Kali also helped us as well. Everyone was thoughtful and always willing to help. Importantly, no one was pushy or rushed us to make any decisions. Communication with the staff was easy and their coordination with the vendors (Wild Flowers, DJ Preston, Karenâs Bakery) felt seamless and required very little to no effort on our partâa huge relief, especially in the busy days leading up to the ceremony! The food was excellent, we got a lot of compliments. (My aunt gave the salmon rave reviews, and she has an extremely high bar for what constitutes quality food.) The venue itself is beautiful and tidy. We enjoyed all of their vendors too! DJ Preston is da bomb diggity. He definitely knows how to keep the dance floor going, fading out songs if he noticed that the group wasnât feeling it. Wild Flowers DG was great to work with too. The flowers were fresh and gorgeous, and they were so easy to work with. Our cake from Karenâs was deliciousâour only regret was that we didnât eat more of it.

It was the perfect size for our guests (with room for more if necessary), we had about 80 people. The outdoor patio for the ceremony was a dream. The bridal suite upstairs was perfect for myself, 4 bridesmaids, my mom, and makeup/ hair stylist. The staff and coordinators were angels and made my day stress free (which is really saying something for a wedding day!). An important note is I planned my entire wedding from out of state, from Georgia to be exact. Basically I had faith this would be THE venue, and trusted my gut. And I was RIGHT. This place was everything we wanted and more. It is amazing for pictures, both indoor and outdoor (although most of ours were outdoor).Lastly, weddings are expensive! But overall this venue was affordable and doable for a young(ish) couple. They offer many packages that can suit your needs, and will remove and add anything you need or want. I highly recommend the sterling for any couple looking for a vintage vibe. And I highly recommend Wedgewood for any couple wanting an easy/stressfree day!

My husband and I got married on March 2, 2019 at The Sterling Hotel. This was the first venue I toured, and after seeing about 5 others it still stuck in my head as the one that checked all of our boxes, and somehow it also ended up being the most reasonable! We ended up using all of our own vendors aside from food (obviously) and the DJ, but there were no upcharges or any hidden fees for doing that. Kali ended up being our day of coordinator, but throughout the planning process I worked with Kelsey and Hannah as well, and everyone was so patient and eager to help us plan our perfect day. My husband and I cannot say enough about the Wedgewood staff. Kali, though, was AMAZING for our rehearsal and the day of. I honestly almost cried thanking her the morning after the wedding when I caught her as we were leaving the hotel. She was everywhere we needed her to be, often when I didn't even realize it, and I honestly wish I could re-live it all over again. Everyone told us that *something* would end up going wrong the day of, and to just roll with the punches.. but honesty, NOTHING WENT WRONG. Everything was planned and timed out perfectly, and we had the time of our lives. We had some last minute changes to our guest list, some members of our wedding party ended up being a little rowdy, a glass got accidentally dropped on the dance floor near the end of the night-all of which I'm sure they've dealt with before-but everyone was just so nice and willing to take care of it all. We also had some very special toasting glasses that we wanted to be wrapped up and stowed away immediately after dinner to make sure that they were kept safe, and I literally never noticed that happen, but sure enough, by the time the dancing commenced the glasses were cleared from our table, and we checked at the end of the night and they were clean and in perfect condition. Also, we were told over and over again that the food was some of the best our guests have had at a wedding (we chose the buffet option) AND everyone said it was one of the best weddings they'd been to in a while, as well! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BOOK THIS VENUE FOR YOUR WEDDING. It is beautiful and the staff is wonderful, and as stressful as the wedding planning process is, I would do it all over again because it was perfect. *Also, as a side note, the venue itself is handicap accessible, but the bridal suite is not. My mother is disabled, so we ended up using the Huntington Suite at the hotel to get ready in, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this as well. The room is MASSIVE and beautifully decorated, and the bed was super comfy. I stayed there solo the night before the wedding, and my husband and I shared it on our wedding night. We can't wait to stay here again for our first anniversary!*

Our wedding went above and beyond our dreams, and it's all thanks to the entire team at the Wedgewood Sterling Hotel location! We had help throughout the entire planning process from Kali, Kelsey, and Hannah; Hannah was our Day of Coordinator because Kali was getting married herself! They knew our budget, knew our vision, and knew our vibe. Everything went by AMAZINGLY!We felt so cared for and super, super stress free throughout everything. They listened to all of my crazy, random-timed requests brought to me by other family members; they were kind, friendly, professional, and so understanding! Everything we worried about, they took care of or helped us take care of. Our day went off a hitch because of the entire team!I also want to give a shout out to the banquet captain, Morgan! When the dancing started for the night, I slipped on my dress and she immediately came over and helped my girls bustle my dress. She brought me ice, offered me ibuprofen, kept my food and drink full! She even helped handle my drunk cousin & her boyfriend with such grace that I was just in awe!I actually wound up breaking my wrist that night, not knowing! I had such an awesome time and the atmosphere was so perfect, I didn't even realize until the next morning! Whoops!Even so, I encourage everyone I can to have their wedding at the Sterling. The Sterling hotel was magnificent. The character and beauty of this building is beyond words. The staff there is truly one of a kind. Kali was amazing, she made the whole experience from beginning to end an simple one. Honestly wouldn't of wanted to work with anyone else. I enjoyed my experience with this company so much, that I am now planning a second wedding with them at their Carmel venue, for my daughter. Since we spent three months searching for the perfect venue, allow us to save you the time: itâs right here.\tAlthough we held the wedding in Sacramento due to the proximity for our families, we actually live 1,000 miles away in Montana. We met Kali and immediately knew we had found something special. We also worked with Kelsey and Hannah, two outstanding women who know more about weddings than we could ever imagine. We arranged a meeting to tour the venue, and within 24 hours we had reserved our date for the wedding: July 13, 2018. \tKelsey and Kali's level of experience shows in their ability to anticipate problems before they arise. Throughout the process, we never felt pressured to make any major decisions by a certain timeline, yet we felt completely informed throughout the year leading up to our wedding date. As we drew closer, our friends and family began walking around us on eggshells, expecting us to be stressed or explode about a tiny detail that went wrongâŚbut they didnât need to. Kali and the Wedgewood staff ensured that everything fell perfectly into place. \tThe vendors that Wedgewood works with are second to none. The level of quality they insist on presenting will reassure you throughout your entire wedding process. \tOn the week of the wedding, we made quite a few last second changes to our day, and Kali handled them without missing a beat. After the rehearsal, Kali and Hannah emphasized something that made us realize just why we chose this venue. They turned to our friends and family and said âOn the day of the wedding, if you have a question or a concern, do not go to Paul or Kelsey. Come to us.â As good as the intentions of friends and family can be, we all know just how stressful last minute requests or questions can be on the morning of a wedding. We never had to deal with those, because Kali and Hannah made it clear at the rehearsal that it was their job.\tThe wedding day was more perfect than we could have imagined. Kelsey and Hannah met the bride and her bridesmaids in the bridal suite, and catered to their needs throughout the day. The lead waitress was Morgan, who introduced herself to both of us and served the best wedding meal we have ever eaten (yes, we might be biased, but even our guests agreed with this). \tThe level of service throughout the wedding blew us away. We felt as though the employees of Wedgewood cared for us like we were their friends or family. There are no words to describe the feeling you get when you realize you donât need to worry about anything, and can just dance the night away with your favorite people in the world. Kali, Kelsey, Hannah, Morgan, and the entire staff made that happen. Morgan boxed up a great dinner for us to eat back at the hotel, since they anticipated that we wouldnât be able to eat our own wedding dinner. That is just one example of the level of preparedness that this company shows for weddings, as they solved problems before they could arise.

We never had to deal with those, because Kali and Hannah made it clear at the rehearsal that it was their job.\tThe wedding day was more perfect than we could have imagined. Kelsey and Hannah met the bride and her bridesmaids in the bridal suite, and catered to their needs throughout the day. The lead waitress was Morgan, who introduced herself to both of us and served the best wedding meal we have ever eaten (yes, we might be biased, but even our guests agreed with this). \tThe level of service throughout the wedding blew us away. We felt as though the employees of Wedgewood cared for us like we were their friends or family. There are no words to describe the feeling you get when you realize you donât need to worry about anything, and can just dance the night away with your favorite people in the world. Kali, Kelsey, Hannah, Morgan, and the entire staff made that happen. Morgan boxed up a great dinner for us to eat back at the hotel, since they anticipated that we wouldnât be able to eat our own wedding dinner. That is just one example of the level of preparedness that this company shows for weddings, as they solved problems before they could arise.

This venue is absolutely amazing! Kelsey and Kali go above and beyond in everything they do making you feel at ease throughout the entire process. Kali took care of everything the day of the wedding, she used our random ideas and our dĂŠcor and transformed it into a breathtaking scene that exceeded anything we could of pictured, it truly blew us away. We could have never done it without them. They make the day of so stress free. This was the perfect venue for our 1920/30s vintage theme. Make sure to go to their wedding fair so you can try the different food (cant go wrong with any of it, so yummy!) but you can also meet all of their vendors as well who are all fantastic. And it was absolutely beautiful in the fall for the photos. Pricing was also amazing because you can choose the package that best fits your budget and they keep you updated each appointment and help you with the different options :) Best Wedgewood Venue and staff! We are so happy we choose the Sterling Hotel location for our wedding!

The girls Kali and Kelsey are incredible and super attentive to detail. They go out of their way to ensure that your day is exactly how you imagine and that stress is limited. When my husband and I got engaged, we were excited to plan a wedding, however slightly overwhelmed with all that goes along with the process. Neither of us are party planners, and we did not really know where to begin. I came across Wedgewood while searching for venues and I thought it might be too good to be true, but as I read more about their services, I realized it was a genius idea and became super excited. Wedgewood is practically a wedding in a box, they bring all the vendors to you and make planning a wedding super easy and completely affordable. With that being said, they also have tons of options and each wedding ends up being completely and absolutely unique and one of a kind. My husband and I became super excited and decided at that time that we would pursue Wedgewood venues only. We went to a few Wedgewood venues in Northern California, however the Sterling Hotel stole our hearts. The venue was breathtakingly gorgeous and exactly our style, I knew instantly that it was the venue and we feel in love with it. We began working with the venue about a year in advance of the big day, but because of their simple process, no real decisions have to be made until 4-6 months prior, and the lovely coordinators guide you the entire way. Kali and Kelsey were very attentive and responsive throughout the whole process and our wedding day turned out exactly as we imagined. My husband and I would not change a single detail and we loved every minute of our day. Our entire family was blown away by our wedding and, not exaggerating, but every single guest has reached out to me saying it was âthe best wedding they have ever been toâ and that âthey do not remember the last time they had that mush funâ. My vision was brought to life and I am so thankful to have found this venue and to have had this experience. THANK YOU WEDGEWOOD FOR GIVING ME THE WEDDING OF MY DREAMS!!!!!Helpful Tips for the planning bride to be: 1. Add the day of coordination! 2. Trust the coordinator and ask questions. I would NEVER want our wedding experience to be anything BUT what Wedgwood provided for us! My new husband and I are just getting around to writing a review. The only thing we were worried about was not being able to taste the food before our wedding and we had to use this vendor for food. But the food was delicious and flavorful and the chef was so kind and made our dining experience one we will not forget. Wedgewood is so professional and I have and will continue to tell future brides and grooms to seek out this venue for their happy day. Our wedding was the BEST day of our life and I firmly believe it was because of the hard workers at Wedgewood. Thank you for starting off our lives together in the most beautiful way imaginable!

The staff at Wedgewood were great to work with, and their list of vendors made the planning process insanely easy. The food is really the only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star - the food was good, but not the to die for. But overall, would have my wedding here again if I had to do it over! Loved it, and so so happy with how it turned out! â¤ď¸

My husband and I choose this venue because we feel in love with the look of it, working with Wedgewood was just a surprising bonus. The venue itself is beautiful, we used just about every room they offered, chandelier for ceremony, cellar for cocktail hour, ballroom for reception, bridal suite for getting ready and Huntington suite for the night we stayed. When we were getting ready they offered us champagne and some cheese and crackers, so sweet. They walked us through everything and was there for comfort us when we were nervous about how things would turn out. The staff was amazing at making us feel that we were never an inconvenience to them when they were answering our billion questions. During and after our wedding all of our guest came to us and told us how much they loved our venue and the staff that was working there. It is really awesome that their packages are completely customize-able, you can literally get everything done through them if you wanted to, or just a few things. My only wish is that they would add more to their invitations available, or make it where you don't have to go through them for that. but that is a small thing that wasnt that important to us. overall i would give them an A++ in everything and DEFINITELY recommend them.

Our wedding couldn't have been more perfect. Kelsey, our Wedgwood coordinator, was absolutely AMAZING. She totally understood my vision and made it come to life from day one. Whether it be all of my little tiny details or wants from outside vendors, she made every single thing happen. Even couches and a fire pit for our cocktail hour in addition to a mariachi. Every small detail inside the ballroom was beautiful. She took the time to get to know me over the 10 month planning process and did everything in her power to make our night a dream come true. I've received nothing but compliment after compliment after compliment from all of our guests. The morning of the wedding, I went running into her office with a huge smile on my face and she greeted me with just as much excitement. The bridal suit is BEAUTIFUL to get ready in! Kelsey and her staff brought us mimosas and snacks all morning long and was constantly checking on myself and my bridal party. The banquet services during the reception were amazing. They constantly offered my husband and I food, drinks and anything we needed. They even brought us a HUGE plate of bacon wrapped scallops because they knew how much I loved them! The meal (petite filet mignon and lemon chicken) was DELICIOUS! Melted in our mouth. Kelsey was just absolutely fabulous. She let me bring in all the vendors I wanted (florist, DJ, photographer, videographer) and worked with me with the vendors Wedgwood offers. All were amazing and Kelsey made all of my dreams happen. I didn't know it was humanly possible to have THAT much fun. I seriously can't thank the Wedgwood staff enough. Our wedding was a dream come true.
