Sterling Stables is a wedding and event venue located at 6450 W. King St. (Hwy 520) in Cocoa Fl., 2 miles West of 1-95. They are 20 minuets west of Cocoa Beach and 30 minuets east of Orlando. This stunning country-style wedding venue is home to beautiful ceremony areas and breathtaking views of the Florida countryside. From the big white barn space to the secluded bridal cottage, Sterling Stables could be the ideal space to celebrate your dream rustic wedding. Facility and Capacity Sterling Stables offers 3 unique event and ceremonies spaces to choose from, inside the barn, the front of the barn and back of the barn. They boast a large air-conditioned and heated barn, complete with stained concrete floors, sidewalks and aisles, white string lighting, and gorgeous chandeliers. This space can be easily decorated to fit weddings of any style or theme. Alternatively, the same space can be used to host a reception or event. Complete with a catering prep area and a bar area, this barn is multi-purpose. Not far from the barn is a separate air-conditioned bridal cottage, which offers a covered porch, rocking chairs, and an elegant clawfoot porcelain tub. In total, Sterling Stables can host up to 200 of your friends and family. Services Offered Sterling Stables provides your event with dininng tables & chairs, catering or buffet area, cake cutting area under a crystal chandelier, dance floor with a large chrystal chandelier, 200 white padded ceremony chairs, 3 arches, a variety of decorations, centerpieces, sheppards hooks, and an outdoor fire pit with sectional cushioned seating. They can also provide your event with a variety of rental items. They also provide you with antique trucks, a John Deere tractor and our favorite the horses and cows on site, all available to pose with for fun photo shoots. They provide you with a preferred vendors list however couples are also allowed to use outside vendors when they book their event at Sterling Stables. Sterling Stables was breathtaking, best night of my life. Not only is it a beautiful venue but really the team did an outstanding job. If it wasn’t for the girls i don’t think it would have went as smooth. They helped me and calmed me down when the nerves set in. Kathy is a remarkable human being. Kat was more than helpful all night long. I was concerned about my wedding coordinator that charged me for a service she failed to stand by. Anyone interested it was Kimberly Tucker. Do not hire. Anyway, everyone did everything they could to literally save our day. They put all the chairs out for the ceremony, helped behind the scenes and fixed things that weren’t right. There’s a beautiful view everywhere you look. I have so many beautiful pictures from so many people. The lights and the chandelier make it feel like a ballroom, the bar outside is beautiful and they supply all the furniture you really need. We had the best night of our lives, and I’m forever grateful for Kathy and her team to allow us to be able to have such great memories. People said it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to, and I really didn’t have to do much. Her vendor list is reasonable and everyone she recommended never failed for me. Everyone was so nice and accommodating to your needs, Sue rice (bartender) and Michael Katz (Dj) we’re amazing. I’ve been so emotional for a year planning and it really was worth every bit of joy and stress. You can layer any color on top of their rustic brown look, so many different ways to style it to your own. The bridal suite was beautiful. My maid of honor and I had drinks getting our makeup done. My husband had a whole trailer house to lounge in for the day. Beautiful time, beautiful place, beautiful people I’ll never forget.❤️

This venue is perfect! It offers so much more than the other barns. Awesome country ranch atmosphere, loved the cows and horses. We loved the beautiful open indoor air condition barn. They have a beautiful bride suite and a cool groom suite, plenty of space to get ready. The location is not far from Orlando or Cocoa beach.

I'm super indecisive so I started planning my wedding 14 months in advance and choosing Sterling Stables was the easiest decision I've made so far. Kathy is so helpful and easy to talk to so I felt comfortable asking all 792 of my questions while I took a tour of the place. The property is gorgeous but that's not the only reason I chose this venue. I've gone to a lot of weddings where they physically take your food/drinks from you at 9:30 so you'll hurry up and be off the property at 10.. That's my nightmare for my wedding. Sterling Stables has the option for you to pay a little extra to stay later and those were the magic words for me. Now I know that my favorite people won't be rushed out of the party and we'll be able to celebrate carefree for a longer period of time. Also, the fact that you can use whatever vendors you want is a HUGE bonus and I couldn't be happier with the way they run their business. I can't wait to have my wedding at this gorgeous venue!!

This venue is absolutely gorgeous for both wedding and reception. Absolutely loved the bridal suite. The ladies on site the day of were very nice and really helpful. If you pay the extra for decor just be sure you take pictures of everything you would like to use and how you would like it set up for reference when it gets closer to your date. Would definitely recommend this venue.

This venue is amazing! I wanted a venue with outdoor and indoor options (Florida weather being so unpredictable) and just fell in love with the look of this place – a perfect mix of classy and relaxed. There are lots of decorations for rent as well. Kathy Lynn is super helpful and responded to all my texts and emails quickly. Others have mentioned that having a rehearsal the day before costs a significant amount - this is true, but you have the venue from 9am on the day of the wedding. We were able to run a quick rehearsal before going off to do hair and makeup and it worked perfectly. We got tons of comments about how beautiful the venue was, and how thankful my guests were for the air conditioning! Highly recommend!

Sterling Stables is one of the best barn/farm venues in Brevard County. My husband and I wanted to get married with this setting in mind. It is a well kept venue and it was perfect for what we had in mind! We got married in front of the barn, had the reception inside the barn, and cocktail hour behind the barn. It worked perfect and it was all beautiful the day off! The only complaint I have is there are a lot of rules in their contract. We signed this knowing but be sure you are aware of them and what you have in mind for your wedding prior to signing. We had to change some things we had in mind for our reception. The venue also does not allow a rehearsal on site or set up prior to the morning of event at 9am. You could have the option if you pay an extra $1,000 for 5 hours; which could include set up time/ or a rehearsal. We worked around these small details and our wedding was beautiful. We would highly recommend this venue to others looking to get married on a farm/barn in Brevard County.

The ONLY complaint I have is that they don’t allow you to have the rehearsal the night before unless you pay an extra $1,000. Otherwise, highly recommend this venue! It is well kept, clean and the venue itself is gorgeous. Simplicity is key here.
