WE LOVE STONE CREST. Truly could not have had a better venue. The first thing that sold us was the view. It looks like you are in Texas Hill Country but with the bonus of the proximity to Dallas. The owners were easy to work with and communicate with and always let us make last minute visits, even on wedding days. Karen, the day-of helper, is an ANGEL. The rules and expectations are completely fair and they don't make you use any specific vendors either. The only additional costs are if you want the outdoor heaters or the fire pit and they also have a few easels and decoration pieces you can use for free. Great \"getting ready rooms\" for the bride and groom, amazing outdoor ceremony spot with turf and sound equipment, and a beautiful reception area that barely even needs decorating. So many people said it was the most beautiful venue they had been to! Highly recommend!

We had our wedding on Saturday, Nov. 4th at Stone Crest Venue. Incredibly beautiful venue with a fantastic down-to-earth staff. They helped a ton the day of the wedding, and you can tell how much time and effort went into making this spot into such a memorable and warming location.

This venue is GORGEOUS from the view at the ceremony site to the wood paneling in the reception space. Linda and Ryan are a mother-son dream team!! They were incredibly professional and quick to respond to questions. With respect to the venue, everything was extremely smooth and we were very well taken care of. A small note is that we were not able to host a rehearsal at Stone Crest due to another wedding being booked the day before our wedding.

Stone Crest Venue is absolutely beautiful. The staff was always flexible and professional. The day of went seamlessly- the venue had all the tables set up properly and the getting ready rooms were great! The most beautiful venue in the area in my opinion!! The outdoor ceremony spot was stunning & everything we wanted. I had a long engagement and was able to get access to the venue a handful of times for various reasons with no problem. Ryan and Linda were always very responsive and willing to help with anything and answer all questions. One of the highest compliments we got from our wedding was the venue! Very happy we ended up with Stone Crest - great location to the McKinney square as well.

What a beautiful venue! The outdoor ceremony area is stunning and the reception space layout allows for great flexibility for any size wedding. The bridal suite was huge with great natural lighting. The owners are easy to work with and pricing is straight-forward , no hidden charges. Such a beautiful location!! The team was incredible. The floor plan system is easy to use, the bridal suite was spacious, the grooms suite is a separate outside room so we were able to stay separated until our ceremony easily. It was absolutely magical!!

Book.this.venue.We are absolutely in love with Stone Crest. Ryan is amazing at communication and has great amenities with his venue. Stone Crest fit our wedding of 175 people comfortably. It is one of those venues that does not need a lot of flowers or decorations. It is so beautiful on it's own. They had window washers cleaning the morning of our wedding and tables/chairs were set up when we showed up. We had a lot of guests tell us afterwards that Stone Crest is the best venue they have seen. Beautiful views, clean venue, I could go on and on.

Stone Crest was the venue of our dreams! The view behind the ceremony space is beautiful, the hills and trees made it feel like we weren’t even in Texas anymore. The natural wood and large windows to allow for natural lighting was amazing. Besides being a beautiful venue, they were easy to work with and accommodating. We had tree stumps we wanted to use along the aisle for the ceremony and they worked with us to figure out the logistics of getting those set up. So happy we got to celebrate our love in such a beautiful space!

I LOVED our venue so much! We spent a lot of time searching for the perfect venue and Stone Crest fit the bill. It's a gorgeous reception space surrounded by beautiful scenery that makes you feel way further out from the city than you actually are. Ryan was so responsive throughout our entire planning process and our venue coordinator on the wedding day, Nicole, was super kind and helpful. Overall, Stone Crest was very easy to work with and is an amazing choice!

We got married at Stone Crest Venue on 4/8/22. From the moment we walked in on the day of our tour, we knew that Stone Crest was where we wanted to get married. The venue is beautiful, but the land and breathtaking scenery was what won us over. It truly feels like you have been transported to the Texas Hill Country one you walk outside. We absolutely loved the various outdoor areas for guests to mingle, the fire pit, and the lounge (which we used for table games!). The bride and groom suites are also spacious and newly-renovated. One of the biggest selling points was that we were able to bring in our own vendors, which allowed us to have the exact wedding of our dreams as well as save some money in the long run. We received so many compliments on this venue!

I could never compliment Stone Crest and the team behind this beautiful venue enough! The venue speaks for itself as the entire place is gorgeous and perfect for any wedding dreams that you might have! The owners were so easy to work with and very laid back-- it felt like we were always welcome rather than just another wedding in their place. We had so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the ceremony site, reception hall, and overall property was! Due to a pretty full schedule, we had a Friday wedding but it turned out better than expected. We were able to do a walk-through of the ceremony with our wedding party the Thursday before, which was so helpful. I am so glad that we chose Stone Crest- it was such an easy decision :)

Stone Crest was a dream come true! This was the first venue we toured and I fell in love with the outdoor ceremony space looking over the gorgeous nature scenery. I just had to get married here. After COVID hit, we had to postpone our ceremony and Linda and Ryan were the MOST accommodating. We switched our date with no issues. Everyone I worked with at the venue was very responsive and helpful, I never felt like I was a burden or bothering them. My day turned out gorgeous and I could not have asked for a better venue or customer service.

Stone Crest was a dream come true! This was the first venue we toured and I fell in love with the outdoor ceremony space looking over the gorgeous nature scenery. I just had to get married here. After COVID hit, we had to postpone our ceremony and Linda and Ryan were the MOST accommodating. We switched our date with no issues. Everyone I worked with at the venue was very responsive and helpful, I never felt like I was a burden or bothering them. My day turned out gorgeous and I could not have asked for a better venue or customer service.

Our wedding at Stone Crest was incredible! The venue is beautiful on its own so you really don't have to do much to decorate. It's the perfect level of rustic that fits so many different styles. We knew right away this was the venue for us! I really wanted a mountain-esque wedding but that's just never going to happen in super-flat North-Texas, but the different elevations and the scenery at Stone Crest really give you that vibe. The staff is super nice, let us tour the venue multiple times, and overall very easy to work with.

My husband and I absolutely loved stone crest from our first visit to the end of our wedding! They made sure we were taken care of and all our questions were answered. I was able to go to the venue whenever I needed to to measure or look at different options for decor. I also was able to do my bridals there which I have loved! Planning a wedding during a pandemic was not easy but knowing I had a venue that was working with me to move my date and keep the safety of my guests a priority was very helpful. On the day of it was Looking like it was Going to rain right when we were supposed to start the ceremony. They graciously told me I could push back the start time a little and they would allow us to stay a little late that evening. They were great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone!

Stone crest is the most beautiful venue. When touring, it instantly reminded us of the hill country and we were hooked, we couldn't believe there was something this beautiful right outside of the city. I love that stone crest lets you bring in all your own food and alcohol with the vendors of your choosing so you don't feel trapped into vendors you don't want. They were so helpful working with me reschedule my date due to COVID-19 and kept me in the loop of how the venue would be effected and kept their facebook up to date with any changes. I would 100% recommend this venue, our big day was a dream.

This is a beautiful venue! We had our ceremony outside and the reception inside and the venue itself is already beautiful without all the decorations. Definitely recommend for you to use as a venue! We knew from the MOMENT we walked through the front doors that this was the venue for us! All of our guests also had the same impression and to this day cannot stop talking about how beautiful the venue/our wedding was. Linda and Ryan were wonderful and were quick to respond whenever we had questions or requests. The venue itself is BEAUTIFUL both inside and out. While our day ended up with perfect weather (sunny and high 60s), one of my reasons for liking this venue so much is because the inside ceremony space is just as beautiful as the outdoor area. Stone Crest has so many amazing amenities including a fire pit and outdoor heaters, up lighting that is included in the total costs, tables/chairs, and lots of other small décor pieces to borrow the day of. I can’t imagine getting married anywhere other than Stone Crest!!!

We knew from the MOMENT we walked through the front doors that this was the venue for us! All of our guests also had the same impression and to this day cannot stop talking about how beautiful the venue/our wedding was. Linda and Ryan were wonderful and were quick to respond whenever we had questions or requests. The venue itself is BEAUTIFUL both inside and out. While our day ended up with perfect weather (sunny and high 60s), one of my reasons for liking this venue so much is because the inside ceremony space is just as beautiful as the outdoor area. The view outside is absolutely stunning, you forget you're 30 minutes from Dallas. The reception venue is equally beautiful complete with reclaimed barn wood so you get a rustic feel without having to get married in a barn. The people who work at and own the venue take such great pride in the facility. I visited multiple times and people were always around working on things to keep the place in perfect condition. They were also willing to work with us on certain things and were readily available for contact. The day of our wedding it stormed and we were afraid we might have to move it inside (luckily we didn't) but the venue manager even went outside to catch us rainwater in a jar to keep. We had a perfect day, even with some rain, and I can't thank, or recommend, Stone Crest enough!

The moment my husband and I walked into the venue for our tour, we knew we had found our wedding venue. It is THE most stunning wedding venue in DFW metroplex! I honestly could not have imagined getting married anywhere else - it was perfect!!! All of our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was. The owners are so wonderful and flexible, and let me come visit the venue multiple times before my wedding. The only issue we had was on our wedding day the sound system for their TV wasn't working. I had made a video slideshow to play during dinner, and my husband had secretly made a sweet video to surprise me with right before our first dance, both of which needed sound. Both were tested at the venue beforehand and the sound worked great. The staff was informed that the videos needed sound before our big day, but unfortunately when the time rolled around they couldn't get the sound to work. Everyone awkwardly watched the video that my husband made but sadly since it was SO quiet I couldn't hear it and his sweet surprise was ruined. We also couldn't play the video slideshow that I spent months making. HOWEVER, aside from that mishap this venue did not disappoint and I would absolutely choose to get married there again if I had to do it over!!!! It really was a dream and I am so happy we found this venue!

I cannot say enough great things about this venue. It is gorgeous, year round, both on the interior and exterior, which gives you a great back-up option for inclement weather. We had the most beautiful wedding at the most perfect location. The venue provides the most relaxed, romantic, and fun atmosphere. Kathy was so nice and very personable, it really felt think she wanted me to make the best decision for myself and not a sales pitch. The venue and staff really speak for themselves. Linda, Ryan and Kathy were so sweet and professional. The venue was breathtaking. Later, while working out all the details, Linda and Ryan, the owners, were very friendly, attentive, accommodating, easy to work with and super patient with all my questions. The packages and prices were very reasonable, especially for the top notch service and accommodations. After signing the contract, we were still able to go back to the venue several times to take pictures, worked out all the details, coordinate the timeline and gather their options and feedback of our wedding plans. Up until our wedding day, anytime we had a question or concern, Linda, Ryan or Kathy were just one phone call or email away. The day of our wedding, both Linda and Kathy were there every step of the way making sure everything was going smoothly and assist in any way. Everything turned out beautiful, Stone Crest was exactly the style and atmosphere I was trying to create for our wedding. The venue far exceeded my expectations. We were blown away by the service Stone Crest provided for us on our wedding. We received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was. This venue is a dream! You will not find another place like this in the Dallas metroplex. The backdrop is absolutely stunning no matter what time of year (our date was 2/24)! I really appreciate all the little details and thoughtfulness put into the reception building itself. Linda and Ryan were also great and very responsive when we had questions. I am so thankful to have found this gem!

When we toured Stone Crest, we knew instantly that it was the place we wanted to get married, and our wedding day couldn't have been more perfect! Linda and Ryan were so easy to work with, responded to emails quickly, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the process. They were flexible with meeting us during the week for walk throughs with our coordinator, etc leading up to the wedding. Stone Crest also allows you to bring in any vendors (but will provide suggestions if you need help or are lost with where to start), which was a huge help in saving us money (most other venues we toured had a list of \"preferred vendors\" they require.) We were so happy we chose Stone Crest for our wedding and reception - the place is beautiful and our guests couldn't stop raving about it!

Stone Crest Venue was the absolute perfect choice for our very special day this past August, and we are so glad we found this gem! We had been looking at venues for weeks, discussing the pricing and pros/cons, and Stone Crest was the last one on our list. We didn't even have to discuss it after our tour with Linda and Ryan. As soon as we walked in and saw the many amenities, expansive and modern/rustic (not too barn-like) space, paired with their hospitality and kindness, we were sold! Not to mention, relative to other– more corporate– spaces, we felt the price was fair. They let us visit as much as we needed for planning, and when it came to the big day this venue was super accommodating and photographed stunningly. Would definitely recommend this venue for anyone not wanting too swanky or too country of a wedding – a perfect blend of class and rustic charm.

My (now) husband and I could not have chosen a better venue than Stone Crest for our wedding on October 1st of this year! First of all, the venue and the setting are absolutely stunning - set above rolling hills with trees and beautiful landscape - and the VENUE is GORGEOUS! The pictures don' t do it justice. Both inside and outside are rustic but the clean lines and industrial style give it a Hill Country feel. Also, there is a huge patio right outside as well as a lower area with a fire pit and yard games. Great for everyone. The location is also very convenient. It's just outside of McKinney. That made a big difference for bridal portraits, times that we needed to run by to figure out things like the floor plan arrangement, etc and on the wedding day of course.Equally important is the ownership and management - Linda and Ryan (the owners) are wonderful to work with. They are flexible, supportive and truly want to help you have the wedding of your dreams. I have been to and in many other weddings where this was not always the case. It made such a difference to me in the months leading up to the wedding and on my wedding day. Also, they don't nickel and dime you and we appreciated that very much.I couldn't recommend Stone Crest Venue highly enough!

We got married in July of 2017 and we couldn't have imagined a more PERFECT and GORGEOUS place to start the rest of our lives together! All of the Stone Crest staff were absolutely amazing. Linda and Ryan were very kind and professional and answered any questions we had. Kathy was so incredibly helpful leading up to the wedding and on our special day- even though she is not a \"coordinator\". Stone Crest Venue has a rustic but modern feel and allows you to throw one fabulous party! It is perfectly tucked away in a small little town but still close to the city. We ended up doing our ceremony outside (Yes, even in July) because the view is just too good to not have it out there. It was hot, but the umbrellas helped a lot and with a short ceremony it was totally doable! Guests were able to go straight inside into the cold AC. One of the reasons we chose Stone Crest (other than its amazing view and character) is the fact that they allow you to choose your own vendors without charging you money. We were able to personalize our wedding exactly how we wanted and save money where we could! I definitely recommend Stone Crest and would still choose it if I had to go back in time and do it all over again. Thank you, Stone Crest & Staff, for the most amazing and memorable day of our lives!!

Linda and Ryan are the kindest, most helpful people to work with and were so accommodating to all of our needs. Stone Crest fit the rustic look we wanted perfectly. This venue is absolutely GORGEOUS! We received so many compliments from guests on the venue - everyone was blown away by its beauty. I love the natural landscaping...the wildflowers look so beautiful in our pictures and they complement the natural wood and stone that cover the venue inside and out. Who needs to spend tons of money on decorations when the venue is SO BEAUTIFUL?! Aside from its beauty, the venue is also extremely functional. The bride and groom's rooms upstairs are a nice size (we had 3 stylists and 8 girls in the bride's room and nobody was too cramped) with lots of mirrors and natural light. The reception hall is HUGE with a really beautiful fireplace. We fortunately had great weather on our wedding day, but if we had to move everything indoors, there would have been plenty of room to move furniture around to accommodate. One of my favorite features of the venue is its large outdoor covered deck. It was a little warm on our wedding day, but the shade of the patio (and the sliding window for access to the bar!) allowed guests to enjoy the beautiful day. The patio was also a perfect spot for many of our pre-ceremony portraits as we had natural lighting but nobody was squinting or baking in the sun. The owners were a pleasure to work with - they are very responsive and accommodating. Stone Crest was the perfect venue for us. Thank you Linda, Wendy, and Ryan!

This venue is absolutely GORGEOUS! We received so many compliments from guests on the venue - everyone was blown away by its beauty.
