Stone Mill Inn and Gardens is an award-winning wedding and event venue located in Hallam, PA. This unique 12-acre historic property offers timeless elegance, charm, and a standard of excellence that has come to define this luxury estate and gardens. Originally constructed in 1737, Stone Mill Inn is one of York county's oldest historical buildings. The beautiful mansion features much of its original architecture, offering both timeless elegance and modern amenities. The stunning private bridal suite is a perfect place for pampering and relaxation. Ladies can enjoy a delicious breakfast or brunch prepared by our exclusive, in-house catering, 305 on Broad. Couples have a number of dreamy ceremony locations to choose from. A beautiful landscape of trees, woodlands, flowers, and cascading water provides the perfect canvas for your fairytale wedding ceremony. Above and beyond. That is the way we can describe Stone Mill Inn. From the very first tour until the very last guest leaving the wedding, Stone Mill Inn goes above and beyond to make your dream wedding become a reality. And for an incredibly reasonable price! First and foremost, the property is stunning. From inside the Mill to the surrounding grounds, there is no shortage of beauty. You and your photographer will be able to capture incredible photos. Second, Ken and Karen (the owners) treat your wedding like it is their own. We looked at a lot of places and it felt like some places were preying on people's wedding dreams, nickel and diming you for chairs, linens, plates, easels, you name it. Not here. It may sound gimmicky when Ken and Karen say you are joining a family when you work with Stone Mill Inn but it’s true. And this mentality trickles all the way down the staff. The staff is incredible. They truly went above and beyond on the wedding day to make sure we had everything we needed. Olivia, one of their wonderful coordinators, worked so hard to make the day run smoothly and let us tell you, what an asset. The fact Stone Mill includes a wedding day coordinator makes your life so much easier. Trust us. Not once did we have to worry if something was going to be done right or on time. We were able to enjoy our day with our friends and family without having to sweat the details. Not to mention, the food is AMAZING! We can rave about the Stone Mill Inn but let’s give you the reasons we decided to work with them:1. Location – they are easy to get to from highways and local hotels2. Layout – The Stone Mill and surrounding property is beautiful3. The price & no hidden fees – Everything is upfront. You pay for the venue, and you pay for the catering. That’s it. No nickel and diming you and it is very reasonable for the value you are getting.4. Wedding Coordinator is included – they help plan your wedding day, keep you on track during the planning process and answer all the questions you may have.5. You will be the only wedding day of – their attention is completely on you. Plus, there are multiple places to get married on the property so there is an A, B, C plan for the day. You can get married outside. If it rains, there’s a big, beautiful tent outside to get marred under, and if it’s really bad weather, you can get married inside the Mill. All things they can make happen last minute if need be. 6. You can bring the alcohol – this may sound like a pain but what a savings. You can buy exactly what you need for your wedding, whether it’s just beer and wine or a full bar service. The bartenders are already included in your price. It is one of the best values out there.7. Professionals – Ken, Karen, Olivia, Jeff, and all the staff members at the Stone Mill Inn are true professionals in their trade. You and your guests are treated so well, and they take great care to blend right in with your day. 8. The food. From the hors d’oeuvres to dinner, the food is incredible We know this is a long review and frankly, doesn’t capture everything. All we can say is, definitely visit this place as you are searching for venues. No matter where you go, weddings are stressful to plan, the Stone Mill Inn makes it easier on you and you simply cannot beat the price for their beautiful venue, wonderful staff, and the value you receive. We cannot say enough great things about the Stone Mill Inn!! From the moment we had our walk-through tour on a Thursday evening in January 2022 to our wedding in November 2023, we were blown away. We were able to watch the venue transform from a chilly and quiet winter night during our tour, to a blooming spring afternoon during our food tasting to an absolutely stunning and colorful atmosphere on our wedding day. The Stone Mill Inn is simply breath-taking all year around, you cannot go wrong with this place! Our wedding coordinator was Amy, who we worked with for one & half years planning our wedding while living in Colorado. She was ALWAYS available to answer any questions I had (and trust me, I had a lot :D). She was patient and had the best bubbly, comforting and calming personality. She truly made the wedding planning process enjoyable and seamless. On our wedding day, the rest of the staff was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Olivia and the owners, Ken & Karen, greeted the bridesmaids in the morning and helped us get settled in. Ken & Karen’s daughter helped ease my nerves before walking down the aisle and Olivia met us with our signature cocktails after we said “I do”! The rest of the night was perfect beyond words. All of the behind-the-scenes staff worked effortlessly with our vendors to make our wedding dreams come. The culinary and bar staff did a fantastic job with our cocktail hour and dinner. We had around 175 guests, and they killed it - not to mention, the food was flat out incredible. Shout out to Jim, who took amazing care of the bride and groom and made sure we always had a drink in hand. We felt so special and the staffs genuine kindness glowed to all of our guests. We had guests reminiscing about our wedding day months later and this experience is something we will never forget, all thanks to the team at the Stone Mill Inn!

There is truly not a better wedding venue that Stone Mill Inn! From the start the Ken, Karen, Amy, and the whole team made us feel like family and that our wedding was truly a special event. They have a perfect balance of customization for your day but not an overloading amount of descions that keep the wedding planning process and day of events simply exciting and something to be enjoyed. We absolutely loved Stone Mill Inn as our wedding venue! Olivia our venue coordinator went above and beyond and helped make the wedding day so easy and stress free. We had so many guest compliment us on the food some even said it was among the best steak they had! The staff was absolutely amazing and was always there with a drink or appetizer if we needed. Everyone was so kind and helpful and such a cheerleader for us. Truly had an amazing stress free day and start to our marriage with Stone Mill Inn as our Wedding Venue!

We absolutely loved Stone Mill Inn as our wedding venue! Olivia our venue coordinator went above and beyond and helped make the wedding day so easy and stress free. Stone Mill Inn was truly the BEST decision my husband and I made regarding our wedding. I would give them 10000 stars if I could. My husband and I only looked at one venue…. As soon as we toured SMI, we knew that this was the venue we wanted to get married at. My wedding coordinator, Amy, was truly such a pleasure to work with. She made this entire process seamless. I had zero stress or worry the morning of my wedding. Read that again! I truly was perfectly at ease knowing that the staff, Amy, Jim, Ken, and Karen were going to execute my wedding perfectly. From the very start of planning, stone mill inn will create a portal for you and your spouse regarding every single detail leading up to the wedding day. They are extremely organized, prompt, and guide you in the right direction from the time you make your deposit to the night of your wedding. After the ceremony ended, SMI staff greeted my husband and I with appetizers, our signature drinks, and space to enjoy our first moments together as husband and wife. The food was AMAZING. Definitely choose to have a seated meal- the staff was incredibly fast and they are masters at what they do. I got sooooo many compliments from my family/ friends that this was the best wedding they have ever been to. The seated dinner was incredible, the staff was extremely accommodating, and Ken and Karen made me feel like a member of their family. I could not have picked a better venue. From the bottom of my heart, I can not thank Amy (my wedding coordinator given to me through stone mill inn) enough for going above and beyond to make my wedding day perfect. It was hands down the best day of my life, and it would not have been possible without Stone Mill Inn. Do not look further for a wedding venue- this place is one in a million. If you are looking for an aesthetically beautiful venue, with amazing food, and the most attentive staff that will give you the best wedding day ever, book with Stone Mill Inn!From our very first visit to Stone Mill Inn, Ken and Karen treated us like family. They answered all of the questions we had and made us feel comfortable with what they had to offer. From that first visit, we were locked in. Amy was our wedding coordinator throughout our planning with Stone Mill Inn. I cannot suggest Amy enough, she went above and beyond, always reaching out to me and making sure my planning process was smooth and provided us with suggestions which made my vision come to life. On our wedding day I did not lift one finger. The entire staff at Stone Mill Inn took care of everything. Our family and friends were blown away by the venue, food, and overall experience provided by Stone Mill.I do not have one negative thing or suggestion to provide for this venue, they were my dream venue and they brought that to life through their amazing talent and dedication to their couples. I knew the moment I stepped onto the property that this was the most magical venue. Our coordinator Amy was FANTASTIC, Karen and Ken the owners were so hospitable, and the catering was phenomenal. Everyone working there was so kind and made our day so special. They make sure that you don’t have to worry about anything on your wedding day and they are all so efficient. I could not have asked for a better coordinator, venue, caterer, etc for our wedding day. I would do it all over again if I could at Stone Mill Inn!

I knew the moment I stepped onto the property that this was the most magical venue. Our coordinator Amy was FANTASTIC, Karen and Ken the owners were so hospitable, and the catering was phenomenal. Everyone working there was so kind and made our day so special. They make sure that you don’t have to worry about anything on your wedding day and they are all so efficient. I could not have asked for a better coordinator, venue, caterer, etc for our wedding day. I would do it all over again if I could at Stone Mill Inn!

There's nothing more amazing than knowing that your wedding was one of the best days of your life and it's all thanks to Stone Mill Inn. Before, during and after our special day, they had gone above and beyond expectations for what I expected to take place. I've been to a couple weddings, but obviously had not much experience with what goes on behind the scenes to make it happen. I knew I had a lot of vendors to speak to, bookings to make and of course an overload of people to talk to about how to make my \"happy ever after\" happen. We toured a few venues along the east coast, changing our dates and thoughts throughout the time, but had finally come up with the idea of a \"fall themed wedding\" because we both LOVED the season. I knew I wanted a rustic vibe with some vintage tones and Stone Mill Inn popped up into my search results. We made an appointment and took the three hour drive up to explore the site. And I was blown away by how beautiful it was; the greenery, the woods, the stone of the castle building and the feeling of a \"fairy tale\" that I got touring around pretty much sold me before we even sat down at the table. I was already planning my wedding in my head as Olivia helped us go over the different prices and places we could hold the ceremony. Olivia was the best to work with; she was present and courteous, engaging, easy to talk to and knew every answer to whatever question that popped into our minds. We left feeling very excited for our future wedding. Also, getting to meet Ken, the owner, that day was so nice; he was so pleasant and kind and seemed to really care about his home and business. Moving forward, we had a couple meetings over zoom about the details: decor, vendors, food, seating, our bridal party, and everything else we needed to do. Olivia was great at keeping us on track and organizing our thoughts and questions. Talking to her felt like talking to a best friend about my wedding and not just someone who wanted to get their job done. I'll miss getting to chat from time to time! Months before the wedding, they invite all the wedding couples getting married that year for a food tasting, which we LOVED and thought was a nice touch; although, their food was all so good, it was so hard to narrow down what we enjoyed the most! A couple more meetings and follow ups after that, we were ready to drop our decor and everything a couple days beforehand during our rehearsal. Now, our bridal party was not able to attend because it was a semi-destination wedding, but Olivia was not concerned; she knew how to handle the timing of everything. And we couldn't have been happier with how everything came together on the day--our decor was set up nicely, it was nice and heated in the pavilion, everyone was on time and it ran like a well oiled machine! The culinary team did an amazing job with the food and even gave us an extra course (nice touch!). Overall, Ken, Karen, Jim, Olivia and everyone else with Stone Mill Inn--thank you for pulling together our amazing day. Our guests had nothing but the best time and couldn't stop raving about how much they loved your venue. It was beautiful. Best day of my life (besides my kids, haha)! (:

We were drawn to this amazing venue, because of the beauty of the grounds (of course), but more so that the Owners Ken & Karen personally gave us the tour. We got to sit down in their own home and talk about what our vision was. My husband is a huge foody, and that was very important to him that our food was some of the best. SMI team killed it! FIRST we got a tasting day with our family that made choose so easy, but yet so hard at the same time, because everything was just amazing! At this tasting (almost 10 months before the wedding) was the day we first met our coordinator, Amy. We sat down with Amy on many occasions to discuss all the details from the large to the small details that many don't think about. I am a very organized person, and I loved that Amy was always on top of everything and just as organized, if not more than I am! Even when we did not have scheduled appointments Amy was always available by email/text to answer any questions we had! Ken, Karen and Natalie were the first to greet us when we arrived on our wedding day, they helped us unload the car and make sure all my bridesmaids and vendors got to the bridal suite okay. They each came in, many times during the morning to check in and see if we need anything. Fast forward to ceremony time and Amy was my girl! Got everyone lined up, in place & the most calming voice that eased the craziness of the day. She was the 1st one to great us (with food & drinks) after the ceremony and we walked down the aisle. Jim personally gave my fiancé and I our dinners and was always checking in on us seeing if we needed anything. Jim & Amy are a couple dream/power team. While the day flew by the SMI staff couldn't have made it any better! Our guest is still and will be for a long time talking about how amazing the venue, the staff, the food and everything was!! Thank you so much to Ken, Karen, Natalie, Amy Jim & the entire SMI staff for making my dreams come true and celebrating our big day with us!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Stone Mill Inn, and neither can my guests! My now husband and I toured the venue in December 2021, and knew immediately this was the place. We did not get married until Oct 2023, but every step of the way was incredible. We planned our wedding from out-of-state and had a huge amount of help from our PROVIDED day-of-coordinator, Amy. Coming from out-of-state, it was wonderful to find a venue that included so much - ceremony & reception sites, tent for an outdoor area, in-house catering, table/chair/linen/cutlery options, and day of coordinator. As well as a preferred vendor list for the services not provided. I did not lift a finger on my wedding day and neither did my family. The grounds are stunning, it is easy to see how much the owners, Ken & Karen, put into the grounds. Everytime we returned, there was something new. The food and service was phenomenal. My husband and I were never without a full cup the entire night and were greeted at the end of the aisle with hors d'oeuvres.You can absolutely not go wrong with Stone Mill Inn!

The property is absolutely stunning all times of the year and is expertly maintained by one of the owners, Ken. He and his wife, Karen, went above and beyond for us from our tour, throughout the planning process and over the course of our entire wedding day. Our coordinator Olivia was wonderful to work with and helped us bring our vision to life. She made the planning process easy and fun which made for an even better day. All of the food was absolutely incredible and definitely the best food I've ever had at a wedding. Our guests are still raving about it! Magical! From the moment we first visited, Ken, the owner, went above and beyond giving us an impromptu tour (we were visiting from out of town and just stopped by in the parking lot) of the stunning property. He even pulled up photos of our date from prior years to give us an idea of foliage. He reassured us about rain concerns on our wedding day, 9/29/23, and promised he would do all he could to get us outside. Luckily, the weather held and we were able to have our ceremony in the beautiful Woodlands.The service at SMI is top-notch. Jim ensured the groomsmen were taken care of the second they arrived at the venue and he consistently checked in with us throughout the reception. As soon as the ceremony was over, the wedding party was greeted with cocktail food and drinks. They even set aside a plate for us with cocktail food for dinner since we didn’t have time to eat much during photos. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were large. Many guests raved about the food! Amy, our coordinator, was with us every step of the way leading up to the wedding and was very responsive to my many questions. Kate helped us in the bridal suite the morning of and she was also fantastic! The day went so smoothly in large part because of Amy and Kate! Rehearsal and decorations drop off were a breeze. The SMI team unloaded our cars during drop off and loaded them after the wedding. Even without our officiant at rehearsal, Amy walked us through everything and we had a flawless wedding ceremony the next day. We are so happy we chose SMI for our wedding, and we would recommend this venue to couples seeking a stress-free, well-executed, and memorable wedding experience. Book early, as this incredible venue fills up fast!

I remember visiting Stone Mill Inn on a random Thursday in November. Every candle on the property was lit. Ken, one of the owners, showed me old pictures on his phone so I could get a better sense of the foliage for our planned date. Karen, the other owner, toured me around for a full hour, sharing details about the history of the Mill as well as the ways other couples had utilized the space. This experience was so indicative of the time, care, and attention to detail that the staff at Stone Mill Inn would give to our special day. I would go as far as to say that photos don’t do the property justice. The landscaping is immaculately kept, and the brick and stone of the physical structures provide perfect backdrops. It feels both enchanted and secluded, an absolute fairy tale. Our coordinator Amy was so accessible throughout the planning process to answer questions and offer second opinions. She also kept everything running smoothly and on time during the event. Guests raved (no really, and unprompted) about the food and the service. Even our other vendors told us they wanted to work more weddings at Stone Mill. It was a dream for everyone involved. Even though we’re based in the DC area, and nearly all our guests had to travel from out of town, I can’t imagine having had my wedding anywhere else. I’m so grateful to the Stone Mill Inn team and can’t recommend the venue enough.

I don’t even know where to start! Ken & Karen are wonderful, they are the most personable & kind hosts! It’s so nice being greeted the morning of by them! The staff are absolutely wonderful & on it. Amy is such wonderful human being. She is kind, respond efficiently and basically holds your hand the whole way through! From touring the property over 2 years ago, to the food tasting, the meetings, to the actual day it was all a wonderful experience! I highly recommend getting married here. All 12 acres is stunning. Thank you to the chefs, the staff, the coordinators, Ken & Karen. You guys have an amazing job, family & property!

I don’t even know where to start! Ken & Karen are wonderful, they are the most personable & kind hosts! It’s so nice being greeted the morning of by them! The staff are absolutely wonderful & on it. Amy is such wonderful human being. She is kind, respond efficiently and basically holds your hand the whole way through! From touring the property over 2 years ago, to the food tasting, the meetings, to the actual day it was all a wonderful experience! I highly recommend getting married here. All 12 acres is stunning. Words will never be able to fully express our love and appreciation for the Stone Mill Inn and all its staff. From the beginning with the tour we felt it was meant to be. Karen and Ken took the time to understand who we were as a couple and our hopes and dreams for our future wedding. Fast forward through the wedding process they made it so easy with emails giving us guidance on where we should be on the wedding planning process as well as gave us recommendations for vendors whom we were completely amazed with! Their coordinating team was incredible. Olivia specifically worked with us and helped put our vision to life! Talk about super woman. Fast forward to wedding weekend, what a dream. From the day before wedding day, we were greeted eagerly by all the staff at the SMI. They helped us unload all 4 of our cars full of decorations and alcohol within 20 minutes. They made this process worry-free and surprisingly enjoyable. They were amazing! You could feel it from the moment we pulled into the lot how excited they were for us. The wedding day does truly go so fast, but the staff from Stone Mill Inn made it their mission we were able to soak it in and enjoy every part of it without the stress. The whole property was breathtaking and you can evidently notice the love and hard work they put in. The bridal suite was beautiful and an unbelievable experience to be able to get ready there with my bridesmaids and mom. They made all of our wedding dreams and visions a true reality from our Pittsburgh cookie table to even our welcome frosé freeze pops as guest entered, they made it all happen! After our church ceremony our bridal party was greeted off the party bus with hor d’oeuvres and drinks. The staff even came up to us multiple times during photos to make sure we had something to eat and drink. Shoutout to Jim for checking on us so much and waiting on us likely royalty- you made us feel so special! Let’s talk about the food- YUM! Not only was the staff phenomenal, attentive and so kind the food was out of this world. The food tasting months before gave us so many options. Our families are still raving about the food and service. We heard numerous times it was the best wedding food people have ever had. We appreciate the in-house catering team SO much for all their love they put into their work, it did not go unnoticed!! We also just want to thank them especially for the care and compassion they showed our families. We had two handicap family members and the SMI went out of their way to make sure everything was accessible and easy to get to. The staff checked on them multiple times throughout the night to make sure they were taken care of. I even noticed several times the staff holding doors to assist my family getting to the handicap accessible bathroom. They probably didn’t know we even saw, but it goes to show they go above and beyond for you and every single guest. Thank you and thank you SMI! We feel honored and blessed to have been able to celebrate the best day of our lives at The Stone Mill Inn. It truly felt like the best day because of them.

Their coordinating team was incredible. Olivia specifically worked with us and helped put our vision to life! Talk about super woman. Fast forward to wedding weekend, what a dream. From the day before wedding day, we were greeted eagerly by all the staff at the SMI. They helped us unload all 4 of our cars full of decorations and alcohol within 20 minutes. They made this process worry-free and surprisingly enjoyable. They were amazing! You could feel it from the moment we pulled into the lot how excited they were for us. The wedding day does truly go so fast, but the staff from Stone Mill Inn made it their mission we were able to soak it in and enjoy every part of it without the stress. The whole property was breathtaking and you can evidently notice the love and hard work they put in. The bridal suite was beautiful and an unbelievable experience to be able to get ready there with my bridesmaids and mom. They made all of our wedding dreams and visions a true reality from our Pittsburgh cookie table to even our welcome frosé freeze pops as guest entered, they made it all happen! After our church ceremony our bridal party was greeted off the party bus with hor d’oeuvres and drinks. The staff even came up to us multiple times during photos to make sure we had something to eat and drink. Shoutout to Jim for checking on us so much and waiting on us likely royalty- you made us feel so special! Let’s talk about the food- YUM! Not only was the staff phenomenal, attentive and so kind the food was out of this world. The food tasting months before gave us so many options. Our families are still raving about the food and service. We heard numerous times it was the best wedding food people have ever had. We appreciate the in-house catering team SO much for all their love they put into their work, it did not go unnoticed!! We also just want to thank them especially for the care and compassion they showed our families. We had two handicap family members and the SMI went out of their way to make sure everything was accessible and easy to get to. The staff checked on them multiple times throughout the night to make sure they were taken care of. I even noticed several times the staff holding doors to assist my family getting to the handicap accessible bathroom. They probably didn’t know we even saw, but it goes to show they go above and beyond for you and every single guest. Thank you and thank you SMI! We feel honored and blessed to have been able to celebrate the best day of our lives at The Stone Mill Inn. It truly felt like the best day because of them.

Stone Mill Inn was the first venue we toured, and we instantly knew that we might as well cancel the rest of our scheduled tours. As soon as you walk onto the grounds, you can feel the love, beauty, serenity and magic that radiates from the venue. The staff, including owners Ken and Karen and our amazing wedding coordinator Amy, make the experience so meaningful and unique from the start to finish, and even after. Each meeting we had throughout the planning process was seamless, and the team really thinks of everything to make sure your day goes as smoothly as you dream it to. Amy was available for any and all questions that I had, which at times were a ton, and never hesitated to help. She was above and beyond what a typical 'venue coordinator' provides. The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect, and the staff really does make sure all needs are met, from unloading vehicles on rehearsal day to decorating according to your plans, and tearing down and repacking everything at the end of the night. Kate and Amy made sure everything was perfect in the bridal suite and even set up our champagne and the food we brought in. Jim, who coordinates food & beverage, was an awesome help throughout dinner service and went above and beyond for my groom and his groomsmen as they hung out during the day. There isn't a groom suite, which is a bit inconvenient, but Jim was awesome to make sure the guys felt important and had what they needed.Our guests raved about the food, which was just as delicious as it was at our menu tasting. We also had the late night pizza which was a fun touch. It is so evident how much Ken cares about the grounds and the venue and making sure it is perfect at all times. He can be very particular about certain things, but it all has a purpose. Overall, my husband, myself, our families and guests can't say enough great things about Stone Mill Inn. It is the perfect venue for an indoor/outdoor wedding with delicious food, caring and attentive staff, and an all-inclusive package. If I could live on the property, I really would.

The night of the rehearsal gave us confidence for the big day. The combination of the serenity of the venue and the obvious experience and skill of the team made us feel prepared. The day of the wedding was PERFECT. From arriving at the bridal suite to find Ken and Kate waiting to help us bring everything inside, to Amy wrangling the bridal party for our entrances, and the efficiency with clean up and pack up we could not have pictured a day this amazing - and yet, Stone Mill Inn and their team provided something that was beyond our wildest dreams. Can’t say enough good about the Stone Mill Inn! From the very start, the entire team was great. Both my new husband and I work 60 hours a week and planning a wedding on top of our schedules could have been an absolute nightmare. However, the SMI team assigned us an incredible planner (Olivia) who patiently and attentively kept us on track throughout the process and frequently checked in to see how she could help us out. Even though they book a wedding every weekend day throughout the most of the year, each time I called in, I would introduce myself and the team member answering the phone would sincerely be like “Oh hey! Of course we know who you are!” The owners (Ken and Karen) and the catering team (run by Jim) worked with us to come up with delicious culinary dishes that reflected our respective cultures, even when we changed our minds at the last minute. On the day of, Ken himself set up all of our decorations for us and shooed my mother away so that she could come enjoy the meaningful day with me instead of working on set-up. With his hard work, the site looked absolutely gorgeous and my bridesmaids and guests were coming up to me, telling me it looked like a fairytale and that they needed to remember this place for their own weddings. Karen and Olivia were both so sweet and even helped hold my gown as I was about to walk down the aisle so that the train wouldn’t drag. Multiple guests told me how it had been the best wedding they’d been to in years and how gorgeous the place was. Now we’re planning my sister’s wedding, and the SMI has set the bar high. We’re definitely using it as a marker in what to look for in her potential venues. Overall, the SMI was not only a stunning venue but its team members genuinely care, are extremely dedicated, and strive to make every wedding a well-organized, meaningful, and very personalized experience!

Ken and Karen made us feel right at home from our first tour of the venue. They spent time with us going through details, not trying to convince us, but to get to know us and see if the venue would be a good fit. Their hospitality and kindness blew us away, and was like nothing we experienced at any other venue. Our coordinator, Olivia, was consistently in touch with us and was always available if we had a last minute question or needed to touch base. She made the entire process, which seemed very daunting at first, much more streamlined and organized. She is the best!Olivia, Ken and Karen were like part of our family on our wedding day. They were there to help us through each step and Ken even ran out to get us Gatorade when the heat was getting to us (7/15/23 wedding date). I cannot stress enough how helpful and sincerely grateful we are for their help, and highly recommend having your wedding at Stone Mill Inn.The venue is beautiful (we had our ceremony at The Woodlands), and The Mill is a perfect reception spot. The tent of the patio was decorated to perfection and our guests loved going outside to grab a drink at the bar. From the first moment we stepped onto the snow covered grounds of Stone Mill Inn in February 2022, we both had a very good feeling. With every step further, it was like very carefully unwrapping the most magical gift. By the time we reached The Woodlands, one of their several possible ceremony locations, I began to feel tears in my eyes. We both had a very good feeling. This feeling grew stronger and stronger as we sat and spoke to Ken and Karen, both so wonderful. Stone Mill Inn has practically half of your wedding figured out for you before you even show up. We couldn't have been more delighted when they had a date available to us. We were supposed to see another venue that day, but we cancelled our tour. A year and half later, July 2023, we were able to pull off the most incredible party there with the help of our coordinator Amy. Amy helped walk us through all of the planning we needed to do, she was like a new best friend who showed up right when we needed her. She kept us on track and organized, and on the day of she was always there to let us know what was next, to hand out tissues, to give a helping hand or listening ear, and to make sure that the two of us were having the best day of our lives. While I'm sure that we COULD have done this without them, my god I'm so so glad we didn't. My only possible regret about my wedding day at Stone Mill Inn is that I couldn't live in that moment forever. Amy, Karen, Ken, and everyone at SMI - Thank you so so so much. I can’t even begging to describe how amazing Stone Mill Inn was during this entire time! They went above & beyond at every turn. We were planning our wedding from abroad and Olivia was so flexible and helpful in making sure that we got everything we needed and more. The grounds were unbelievably beautiful, even in the downpour on our wedding day! Ken made sure that we had an equally beautiful alternative ceremony spot, and gave 100% all day to ensure that our vision was fulfilled. Special shout-out to the serving staff who were so kind and caring throughout our reception. There is no comparison for this beautiful venue & their amazing staff. We could not have asked for more❤️

It's hard to put in to words just how amazing it was to have our wedding at the Stone Mill. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Amy as our coordinator and she was wonderful. As we started our planning process she was always there to point us in the right direction. She was very patient with all our questions and made sure we were getting everything we wanted. Amy did not fail she walked us through everything and made sure we still got everything we needed to make our wedding what we wanted.The whole team at Stone Mill is amazing. Starting at rehearsal, they had people outside and ready to unload all of our decor. The day of the wedding they were waiting for me and my bridesmaids to unload our dresses and help us get anything we needed while getting ready. The whole day flowed seamlessly thanks to their staff. After the ceremony Amy and Jim were there to make sure My husband and I had drinks, food, and anything else we needed. They were so attentive that many times i would be looking for my drink and they would tell me they moved it to my table so it didn't get taken. At the end of the night they had everything packed up and loaded in to our cars and I never even saw any of it happening.This was all amazing and I haven't even mentioned the food! The food was to die for, we got so many compliments on the food from our guests. No only did it taste amazing but the portions you got were incredible.We are now two weeks out from our wedding and my Husband and I still talk about just how perfect our wedding was...most of the credit for our perfect day goes to the Stone Mill Inn Staff. They were truly incredible!

My husband and I got married at Stone Mill Inn May of 2023! After looking at multiple venues Stone Mill was next on our list and we fell in love the moment we stepped on the property! Between the stunning groundskeeping and the historic nature of the site we couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else! Ken and Karen do an amazing job of really taking the wedding venue experience to the next level. You can tell they are very passionate about what they do and take pride in making sure they get to know each couple.The entire staff at Stone Mill Inn was amazing! They are all extremely polite, professional and working hard to make your day flawless! (Which they succeeded at) One thing we really thought was notable and different was cocktail hour. For the bridal party that is when a lot of photos get done so you don’t always get to enjoy the treats guests get during that time. But at Stone Mill they had staff following us around the venue with drinks and hors d’oeuvres the entire time while taking photos! They made sure we were taken care of along with all of our friends and family! We also wanted to notice one or two individuals who we got to work with…Every couple is parried with a on site coordinator and ours was Oliva! She was absolutely phenomenal! Beyond her upbeat and sweet personality she is on top of everything! Any questions we had she had an answer. Anything we needed she was there within moments helping us. She made this experience so easy, fun, and especially stress free on the day of! So much so the day after the wedding we were saying how we already missed her! She is truly one of the best at what she does! Secondly we wanted to recognize Jim! At cocktail hour and the reception he was everywhere we looked! He was constantly checking on us and our family’s to make sure we were happy and didn’t need anything. He focuses on every detail you can think of and making sure it is perfect. People would not stop talking about how on top of everything he was! You can definitely tell he is passionate about what he does. He was absolutely amazing! Okay, seriously, where to begin?!?!?!The venue itself is perfect! The outdoor space is so beautiful and our outdoor wedding in the Woodlands was stunning. We got married on May 26, 2023 and everything was so lush and beautiful!! Your guests are going to love walking around the grounds taking pictures. The only thing more beautiful than the venue is the people running SMI.Amy was our wedding coordinator and made everything smooth and seamless! She made sure everyone knew their job and saved the day on so many occasions. We didn't have to think about where to be at what time because Amy, Katie and everyone on the Stone Mill team guided us every step of the way. Our guests had so much fun and so many keep telling us it was the best wedding they've been to! And after all of our planning, that means the world to us. One of our guests snapped her dress strap and someone on the coordinating team saw it happen and helped her fix it. I can't stress enough how incredible of an experience this was. No one had to lift a finger! Everything was set up for us, and even put into our cars at the end of the night. When one of our guests couldn't make it, Amy packed up his meal in a to go box for us to take home. We were so glad she did because the catering is top tier.We gave our guests the option of Chicken with a red pesto and cream sauce, braised short rib, and bourbon glazed salmon. The Vegetarian option was a stuffed eggplant with a marinara sauce. All of which were delicious and filling. The cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres were so good! AND!!! Immediately after the ceremony concluded butlers greeted us (wedding party) with cocktails and food. So many couples miss out on enjoying food while taking pictures during cocktail hour and we at like royalty.Stone Mill has thought of everything!!So much time and stress can go into planning a wedding and the best choice we made hands down was getting married at the Stone Mill Inn. Everything else perfectly fell into place after that.We can't thank this team enough for being so good at their jobs and for being incredible human beings.

You need to get married here!!! My husband and I highly, highly recommend this fantastic place! The Stone Mill Inn is so much more than a wedding venue and it is hard to put all of its amazing-ness into words! From the very first tour, the entire staff makes you feel like part of their family. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and our guests could not stop raving about how unique and special The Woodlands spot is! And the food is to die for!! My new husband and I will be dreaming about the New York Strip steak for the rest of our lives! The entirety of the staff is made of truly amazing, caring, dedicated individuals who worked as the best team to make our night into the wedding of our dreams. Very early in the planning process The Stone Mill Inn assigns you a personal wedding coordinator, offers recommended vendors, and guidance for the best timeline to follow during planning. I had the pleasure of working with Amy! She was absolutely incredible during the entire process! She went above and beyond!! She made the wedding planning process so simple, I actually had so much fun with it! She even worked with me to surprise my husband with a “first look” from his best man in a wedding dress! Throughout our wedding day Amy rolled with every punch. Early in the morning I had an issue with my hair and make up artist. Amy had not even started her work day yet, but she immediately jumped in and handled the situation! She worked so hard the entire day to make it run smoothly and it was truly an amazing night and my dream come true! Another star of the show was Jim! Jim helped to coordinate all events of the weekend from inventory drop off to the last piece of cake served. He interacted with our guests, making sure everyone was happy and well taken care of. The morning after the wedding, my guests were raving about the service provided from Amy, Jim, Karen, Ken and the rest of the team. The Stone Mill Inn grounds are breath taking, the food is incredible, and the staff is made up of some of the best people I’ve ever met! And I have to say, I do it with great excitement.Stone Mill Inn is a place that speaks to me not just as a wedding venue but as a destination. I would have travelled around the world and be glad that I ended up here. The place is beguiling and elegant, it’s thoughtfully designed and well groomed, it’s charmingly lit and attentively cultivated. From the first step inside the garden, one is instantly transported into a timeless place. I remember being shown by the lovely coordinator Amy through the wandering paths toward each alluring ceremonial and scenic spots, I knew this place is special, not just to a passionate photographer but to all couples who’s looking for an enchanting place to tie the knot. What also sets Stone Mill Inn apart from other places was the staff - I had the opportunity to work with the incomparable wedding coordinator Amy and Kate, event manager Jim, and the owner Ken – it was truly an inspiring experience. Everyone treated us with sincerity and respect, they are not just doing a job, they worked as a team and made the event remarkable. The food here is exceptional and delightful, not often I get to have the opportunity to taste more than one course, but I was humbled to have tried their signature salad and the succulent short rib, which were both catered to perfection. Stone Mill Inn is a dream venue that I wish to visit in the future and make wedding magic for those who is lucky enough to get married there. I cannot say enough good things about Stone Mill Inn! My husband and I are living in California, but a majority of our family lives out east. We decided to have our wedding closer to family, and toured 6 venues in three different states, in three days. We knew we wanted either a garden, woodland, or historic venue, and although the other ones we toured were beautiful, we didn't feel a spark. Stone Mill Inn was our second to last venue tour, and we fell in love. (Woodland, garden, AND historic venue? It was a dream come true!) Karen and Ken were there on the day to give me and my Mother-in-Law a walk-through of the grounds, and you could immediately feel how much they love what they do. We ended up sitting and chatting with them well after the tour had ended, about their plans for their ceremony sites, my husband and I's love story, how exciting this next chapter in our lives is, and so forth. Them, along with the rest of the Stone Mill Inn team, are some of the most passionate, thoughtful, and welcoming people we've ever had the pleasure of meeting, let alone celebrate with! There's so much anxiety in the planning process, especially doing it from across the country, and she - along with the other members of the team - helped execute our vision in a way that felt like a dream. Our guests continually told us how beautiful the venue was, how great the food tasted, and how lovely the team was, including Karen and Ken - who were there on the day as well. We even got asked a few times how we found such an amazing venue!I could go on and on, but I'll quickly add a few more details that I feel are worth mentioning. We had access to the grounds all day, beginning at 9am. Our day was their main focus, with no other events or meetings scheduled on the day. They had golf carts available for our guests in need of assistance getting to and from the ceremony site to the mill. We had 2 signature Bride and Groom cocktails, which they had on standby for guests as they left the ceremony to head to cocktail hour. I cannot say enough good things about Stone Mill Inn! My husband and I are living in California, but a majority of our family lives out east. We decided to have our wedding closer to family, and toured 6 venues in three different states, in three days. We knew we wanted either a garden, woodland, or historic venue, and although the other ones we toured were beautiful, we didn't feel a spark. Stone Mill Inn was our second to last venue tour, and we fell in love. (Woodland, garden, AND historic venue? It was a dream come true!) Karen and Ken were there on the day to give me and my Mother-in-Law a walk-through of the grounds, and you could immediately feel how much they love what they do. We ended up sitting and chatting with them well after the tour had ended, about their plans for their ceremony sites, my husband and I's love story, how exciting this next chapter in our lives is, and so forth. Them, along with the rest of the Stone Mill Inn team, are some of the most passionate, thoughtful, and welcoming people we've ever had the pleasure of meeting, let alone celebrate with! My husband and I just got married this past Sunday (5/14/23) and our day was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!! From the moment we toured Stone Mill Inn back in 2021 we knew it was the “one”. Karen and Ken are one of a kind! Olivia our planner made everything so seamless! The entire process was so personal and they truly care so much about your big day! Every little detail Olivia was right on top of, we truly didn’t need to stress about a thing! We knew we were in good hands! The grounds speak for themselves, they are breathtaking. The Mill is absolutely stunning, the character and charm is one of a kind. I seriously wish the day didn’t have to end! The attention to detail is impeccable! During our rehearsal Jim, Ken, Olivia and Amy made sure we didn’t lift a finger unloading all our decor, alcohol, etc! The morning of our wedding Karen and Ken were there to greet us at the house and were just as excited for us to get married as we were! Karen got my dress all hung up to air out, she even got our daughter Rowyn (she’s 3) a mat to lay down for her to color and even brought her a coloring book and crayons! Karen also was there to pop our champagne!! She and Olivia checked on us throughout the day in the bridal suite which is seriously gorgeous!!! Olivia was there to fluff my dress and train and let the wedding begin. One of my favorite parts was immediately after we were married Olivia had our signature drinks waiting on hand for us, and there were multiple staff bringing us our food from cocktail hour! They followed us around outside while getting photos done in different locations with a smile never leaving their face and made sure we never had an empty drink! The service is honestly the BEST! I am still thinking about the pork egg rolls from cocktail hour!! Our food at dinner was fantastic, I couldn’t even finish my sampler plate so they packaged it right up for us to take home! All throughout the rest of the evening they checked on us to make sure everything was going perfectly and if we needed anything! Our wedding day at the Stone Mill Inn was a DREAM!! Everyone is so welcoming, they make you feel like you’re apart of their family! You are not just another number or wedding at Stone Mill. You become a part of their family for life and they so deeply care about each couple! I could go on and on…if you are considering Stone Mill Inn, I promise you will not regret it!! We could not have asked for a better location to hold our wedding than the Stone Mill Inn. We signed on with them about a year and a half before our wedding date and the treatment we received from the owners and staff there was phenomenal from day one all the way up to our actual wedding day. Not only was communication timely and informative, but personable as well. You can feel the care and pride they put into what they do with each correspondence and meeting. The venue itself is stunningly beautiful and they perform constant upkeep and improvements. Every time we were there, even in the winter, you could find Ken (the owner) working somewhere on the property's landscape. Ken and/or Karen was present at all meetings and even on wedding day in addition to their coordinators. Their coordinators are also wonderful. Olivia and Kate were a pleasure to work with. Olivia connected with us throughout the entire process and kept us on track. She provides you with a wealth of information and positive energy to help you get to your day and then expertly executes your vision day of. Kate assisted us throughout wedding day as well from checking on us in the bridal suite to carrying my dress train. She even rushed to help me get a stain out of my dress during cocktail hour. We heard the food was phenomenal and had high expectations following our tasting, and it is, but what really makes the dining experience superb is the attentiveness of Jim and the catering staff. You really want for nothing while there because everyone meets all your needs before you can even voice them. Our day was perfect and we can't thank the Stone Mill Inn enough for their efforts.

Always quick to answer questions and even giving her personal cell number in case you needed an instant answer. She took our vision from paper and made it materialize before our eyes. Throughout the wedding day we didn't have to lift a finger because the expert staff anticipated our wants/needs before we even knew we had them. Jim and the entire service staff were excellent! We have heard nothing but rave reviews about the food and service! They made sure that the bride and groom were taken care of the entire night! He then drove each group to the ceremony site from the bridal suite so we would not get wet. Thank you Ken and Karen! You two are amazing!The catering staff was also on top of it. The food was delicious with very large portions. They made sure everyone was taken care of throughout the entire night, especially my husband and myself. Ken and Karen were so genuinely warm, welcoming, and invested in what our vision for our wedding day was. Their team of wedding coordinators were amazing to work with as well, helping to guide us through planning and providing suggestions on vendors, decor, set up, whatever we needed. When it came to dropping off our decor and things for the wedding day, they were there to unload the cars and wouldn't allow us to lift a finger to help. Same with pack up post wedding, everything was planned out and seamless. Their catering was fantastic too! So so many compliments from our guests on the food. Everything was delicious!I could just keep raving about Stone Mill, truthfully! We could not have asked for a better venue, staff, food, or anything. The landscaping and trees are whimsical. It was a fairytale. I do not have one single disappointment or bad thing to say about our wedding day! It was truly amazing <3

I can't rave enough about Stone Mill Inn! Our wedding was a little unusual - we planned it in just 6 months, for the first weekend in January, the \"off\" season. Because my now-husband and I were navigating a job change and a cross-country move, neither of us had the energy or the desire for a big wedding with lots of bells and whistles. From our very first meeting, Ken, Olivia, and the whole team understood what we were looking for: an intimate, family-oriented, celebratory dinner party. They worked with us to tailor a package to our needs, and I never felt pressured into a one-size-fits-all approach that might be better for other brides. They were welcoming and communicative partners throughout the planning process and helped me navigate a lot of the details that I otherwise might have found totally overwhelming. Our top priority was the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, and Stone Mill Inn made it happen!Things I loved: THE SPACE: Our reception looked like a dream: the space is perfect for a cozy winter wedding. We had about 90 guests, and while the outdoor tent had been taken down for the winter, the indoor space was warm, inviting, and just the right size. More adventurous guests congregated by the large outdoor fire for a change of scene and some great photo ops. THE FOOD: We had so much fun choosing the menu at our tasting. After the wedding, so many guests raved to me about the food! And we loved being able to choose our own wine and beer. THE SERVICE: Ken and especially Olivia were incredible planning partners, but on the day of the reception, the service was even better than I could have imagined. Ken and Karen, the owners, greeted our guests personally. The entire serving staff was friendly, attentive, and as my mom later put it, \"absolutely everywhere.\" They truly showed hospitality to our guests. The bottom line: if you, like me, are a bride who feels overwhelmed by all the options, the details, and the demands of planning a wedding, Stone Mill Inn is a great investment and a wonderful partner. Our top priority was the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, and Stone Mill Inn made it happen!Things I loved: THE SPACE: Our reception looked like a dream: the space is perfect for a cozy winter wedding. We had about 90 guests, and while the outdoor tent had been taken down for the winter, the indoor space was warm, inviting, and just the right size. More adventurous guests congregated by the large outdoor fire for a change of scene and some great photo ops. THE FOOD: We had so much fun choosing the menu at our tasting. After the wedding, so many guests raved to me about the food! And we loved being able to choose our own wine and beer. THE SERVICE: Ken and especially Olivia were incredible planning partners, but on the day of the reception, the service was even better than I could have imagined. Ken and Karen, the owners, greeted our guests personally. The entire serving staff was friendly, attentive, and as my mom later put it, \"absolutely everywhere.\" They truly showed hospitality to our guests. The bottom line: if you, like me, are a bride who feels overwhelmed by all the options, the details, and the demands of planning a wedding, Stone Mill Inn is a great investment and a wonderful partner. Any worry or question they (specifically the coordinator assigned to us, Olivia) said, “we will do that for you”. Olivia was so organized and patient as we navigated planning a wedding.Every guest raved about the beauty of the venue and the service and kindness from the staff. There wasn’t a second the my drink was almost empty that a staff member was asking if I wanted another. The food was phenomenal and set-up and tear-down was a breeze. When we booked with this venue, we thought it was meant to be,because the only date they had available was the day we wanted. The first lady who was taking care of us told us one thing about pricing and then she left the company and then someone told us a complete different price. My husband and I are pretty basic and don't need anything fancy because it's about celebrating our love with each other and friends and family. We wanted a taco bar as our main meal, well, I asked multiple times for a price. They said we cannot give you a price until a month before your wedding. I was freaking out because when we did finally get a price it was ridiculous and absurd. We just wanted basic tacos. When we had our final meeting with the venue, we requested to talk to the owner who was the only one in charge of pricing. When the owner came into the meeting with us, he was not professional and was extremely frustrated with us because we were questioning the price for tacos. We did not serve alcohol, and he said some things that was not very nice and tried to scare us. He kept saying their food is the best, well we never tasted their taco meat because it was not offered to me and my husband to try. Well, it was very bland, no seasoning at all. My aunt found a chicken bone in her taco! Also, besides the food, when you drop off your stuff for the wedding, they literally are standing there very egar looking into your car before you even get out to see what they have to carry in. When getting ready, you have to be out of the bridal suite at a certain time, well, they just randomly picked up stuff that was laying around and throwing it into random peoples cars. Now mind you, I have friends and family from Georgia to New York, so some of our stuff we will have to mail to each other because of them not asking what goes to who's cars. To top it all off, I had my vowels written on a piece of paper with my step daughter and my husband's name on it, they threw it out when they cleaned the table! Good thing my aunt video taped it. Beautiful place, but not worth the money nor the headache of stressing how much the food will cost and to come up with the money in a month.

The bridal suite was perfect for getting ready with my girls the morning of - we had hair and makeup done for 8 ladies total. Ken was quick to bring extension cords or anything else our HMU team needed. The entire ceremony and reception flowed so smoothly and Ken was quick to keep things under control and on track as he kept tabs on everything all evening. I never even made it to the bar as Jim waited on my husband and I all evening, making sure we always had a full glass or appetizers to snack on during our couples portraits. The food was delicious and the steaks were huge. The tear down of our decor and florals was completed by the team in the blink of an eye as they packed everything into our cars for us. I cannot imagine getting married at any other venue that was more beautiful or had a better team working our day. Thank you SMI!!

You can stop looking for your wedding venue. You’ve found it and you won’t regret it. Living in Philadelphia, we thought a venue would have to be pretty spectacular to travel all the way to central PA. It was. In fact, it exceeded every expectation. Picking Stone Mill Inn (SMI) was the best decision in the wedding planning process. Every single visit reaffirmed that we made the right decision and I am not exaggerating when I say that each guest commented that SMI was one of the most beautiful and well-staffed wedding venues they’d ever been to. From the outset, the staff was so kind, helpful, and accommodating and we really loved every staff member we interacted with. Amy was our day of coordinator and she was an absolute saint, working so tirelessly to get us info quickly and comprehensively. She was informative and helpful, and somehow made us feel like the only couple she was working with! She is incredibly detail-oriented and works to be sure that every couple is well-equipped for a flawless, magical day. When we had strong preferences she accommodated them and when we were clueless she pointed us in the right direction. She executed the vision for our day flawlessly. She is so in tune with her couples that she can tell when they aren’t 100% happy and does everything in her power to get every detail juuuuust right. The owners, Ken & Karen have cultivated the most gorgeous property with so many unique, well-manicured outdoor spaces and well-appointed indoor spaces. Their attention to detail is phenomenal with a stash of decor that made our minimal decor really pop. The bridal suite is a dream with plenty of bright, natural that the hair and makeup artists loved. The whole property is a photographer’s dream and offers so many unique ceremonies and reception spaces, such that even rainy-day weddings are gorgeous. Booking here makes you a part of the SMI family and like the incredible parents that they are, Karen and Ken make each couple feel like they are special, unique, and their #1 priority. When the day came, the team absolutely shined. From the staff appearing with water exactly when we were dragging, to having the bridal party’s favorite drink ready after the ceremony they did it all with a smile. They ensured the bride and groom were well-fed and always had a drink in hand. When the bride spilled tomato soup on her dress, Jim sprang into action with his tide pen, and when her bustle broke Amy rigged the most impressive makeshift bustle. They made us feel like royalty ensuring we had champagne before the ceremony and in the limo after the reception. They left extras of our favorite appetizers at our dinner table and packed up our leftover dinner and dessert to go. The food is absolutely delicious and so very fresh– they don’t even own a freezer! They were very accommodating to the bride’s unique dietary restrictions and are continuing to expand the vegetarian options which will be an incredible asset. The pizza oven is SUCH a fun feature– including it was an absolute crowd-pleaser and conversation starter. The owner, Ken manned it himself. The SMI staff took care of all setup and take down. They are a well-oiled machine making weddings seem effortless while ensuring that every couple feels unique and cared for. We cannot say enough great things about Stone Mill Inn! They really make you feel like family throughout the process + especially the day of! Everything leading up to the wedding day was smooth and easy with Stone Mill! The food tasting was basically a mini wedding, set up with other couples getting married that year. They have a large menu of items you can chose from for your wedding day and they will help you to narrow down options and solidify your menu. The venue itself is gorgeous! From the beginning I knew we did not need to provide a lot of decor, because the venue spoke for itself. However, the venue does provide some of their own decor scattered throughout the space which really helps to complete the whole space! We were able to add a bunch of our own touches + flair which made it feel so special + personal and the venue took care of setting all of that up AND packing it up at the end of the night and loading it into our cars.Our coordinator, Amy, was great to work with! We had VERY thorough phone calls leading up to the wedding , which was great, we knew everything was taken care of after talking with her + she made sure that everything ran smoothly the day of! We felt such a personal connection with Amy :) You could not ask for a better staff to work with. The owners Ken + Karen are the sweetest + so hardworking, they were at the wedding from the moment we arrived until the end of the night. Jeff actually found my husband and I as we were mingling to tell us our food was going to be placed at our table (amazing! we really appreciated that). We had a lot of family photos to take after the ceremony + the staff made sure there were drinks and apps for all the guests needed for photos as well as the guests who were not!I could go on and on! My parents were thrilled that the staff followed up with them throughout the day/night to make sure everything was taken care of for them. Again, the venue is a complete fairytale... if you are looking for magical, woodland, garden, outdoor vibes Stone Mill has it all!

Married end of August 2022:If you are reading this, know by choosing Stone Mill Inn you are making the best decision!! “When you know, you know” The moment we toured with Ken and Karen at Stone Mill their beautiful venue and staff became family. We wanted a beautiful venue, amazing food, and service, that is exactly what we got! Our coordinator Amy walked us through every detail, answered questions so quickly and thoroughly over the course of a year. She was amazing! We had a food tasting (which was an incredible experience) that was replicated and surpassed expectations on our wedding day for 130+ people. Our guests are still complimenting the food, the beauty of the venue, and how much fun they had. The bridal suite on site was magical and worked perfectly for hair and makeup. Stone Mill coordinators Olivia and Kate greeted and arranged all of our vendors (few needed). We were married under the Abbey which was breathtaking. As the bride I did not have to answer a single question or worry about any timeline on the day of, I felt so relaxed that everything was completely under control! Married end of August 2022:If you are reading this, know by choosing Stone Mill Inn you are making the best decision!! “When you know, you know” The moment we toured with Ken and Karen at Stone Mill their beautiful venue and staff became family. We wanted a beautiful venue, amazing food, and service, that is exactly what we got! Our coordinator Amy walked us through every detail, answered questions so quickly and thoroughly over the course of a year. She was amazing! We had a food tasting (which was an incredible experience) that was replicated and surpassed expectations on our wedding day for 130+ people. Our guests are still complimenting the food, the beauty of the venue, and how much fun they had. The bridal suite on site was magical and worked perfectly for hair and makeup. The whole team went above and beyond to make our wedding day as sweet as possible. Shoutout to Jim, Jonah, Olivia, and the many others who made our dream day a reality!Stone Mill's grounds are kept up beautifully. My husband and I fell in love with the landscaping back in November when we first visited. We were even more in love with the place come summertime for our July wedding!It was especially important that our guests were cared for well and Stone Mill did just that. Between golf cart rides to the ceremony site if desired, an amazing cocktail hour display, and extreme attentiveness to any dietary or allergy restrictions, the staff made sure to make all our guests feel valued and prioritized.This venue is especially perfect if you intend to have children at your wedding. There is a lot of space for any toddlers who may need to sneak away from the ceremony or festivities to run free for a bit with a parent or guardian. All of our little ones lasted the entire wedding day thanks to the wonderful outdoor space that their families could access!The bridal suite was also a major perk. So on a Wednesday, 5:30 at night in November we met with Ken to view the venue. Ken is absolutely amazing! He sold us on the venue, not from salesman-eque pitches, he sold by his love of his art. He introduced us to the Inn as one would his favorite child, he was so proud that you instantly wanted to know more. By the end of our time, we had gotten to know the inn and fell also fell in love with its charm and elegance. The planning process for the Inn was amazing. Stone Mill Inn has its own caterer that you are required to book, but don't worry the food is absolutely amazing! The Inn also allows you to due a tasting to sample some of the dishes they have to offer. The problem is that everything is so good that it really does not help you narrow down what you actually want. We eventually were able to make a decision and two weeks after our wedding, our guests are still talking about the excellent food and service. Jim was amazing during dinner and made sure ourselves and guests were fed and satisfied!Stone Mill Inn has its own team of wedding coordinators to help you through the planning process and are on site the day of your wedding. Olivia was the wedding coordinator we worked with most closely, but the entire team was amazing! My bridesmaids and I DIY'd all the florals and Olivia and her team made sure they were all put up and ready to go. The day of the wedding was the most non-stressful day of my entire life. It was absolutely perfect! Needs were anticipated before they ever became one and I can say that was all thanks to the Inn! Many of my guests have said they have never seen a wedding and reception run so smoothly, the Inn's team even packs you up at the end of the night! I definitely recommend! The day was so perfect thanks to the entire staff at Stone Mill Inn!

They treat you like family from the moment you step on the property for a tour to the moment you've just finished the best day of your life and you're leaving with your spouse. The property owners Ken and Karen are the most wonderful hosts and maintain a stunning property!! Amy is the most fantastic wedding coordinator! She is organized and flexible and took care of all the details leading up to the wedding and made our wedding day run so smoothly. My mom and bridesmaids commented on how relaxed they felt throughout the day, and how wonderfully they were cared for by the staff at Stone Mill Inn. As the couple, my husband and I felt like royalty the entire day: the staff was waiting with drinks for us directly after the ceremony and brought us food/drinks while we were taking pictures and walking around to greet guests. Additionally, the food was phenomenal, we got so many great comments from guests about how much they loved it!! I can't say enough good things about this venue and would encourage anyone deciding between a few places to book this venue immediately.

Then made sure everything ran so smoothly on our wedding day. She was on top of everything and didn't miss a beat. She even set up a last minute decoration for us midday once the wind calmed down and it looked amazing. You can tell that every single person at SMI had so much passion for what they do and they truly care for all the couples and families they work with. Oh, and don't even get me started on the food. We cannot say enough great things about Stone Mill Inn. We toured 4 venues total for our wedding and none of the other venues came close to what SMI had to offer. From the beautiful landscape to the amazing staff, we were absolutely blown away. They communicated with us continuously throughout our planning, and went above and beyond to make sure our day was exactly how we wanted it to be. The price is very transparent, which is always appreciated when making such an important decision. All of the essentials were provided for us and then some! Absolutely no nickel and dining over silly things like linens and glassware. They make sure you have everything you need. The vendors they recommended were nothing less of outstanding, and their in house catering got raving reviews all night from our guests. Not a single dry chicken dish in the house! Haha The staff was extremely attentive and FUN. We felt like they were a part of our big day and we loved every minute of our time there. As we were expecting bad weather the crew was quick on their feet to make sure our back up plan went off without a hitch, and the tent was so beautiful nobody even knew that wasn’t where the ceremony was supposed to be! For a bride such as myself who doesn’t have a creative bone in her body, these wedding wizards made our day amazing and we still get emotional thinking about it. When is too soon to renew our vows? Because we are looking for any excuse to have them host us again!

We had SO many people tell us how this was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and our guests couldn’t stop raving about how well the food was, even down to the hors d’oeuvres! Everyone was so impressed with how smoothly the evening went. Stone Mill Inn pays attention to the little details of your day. We had a signature drink and they set up a table with glasses before our ceremony for guests to enjoy. This blew me away because it wasn’t something we asked foe and it just added that little touch. Ken and Karen checked in with the bridal party multiple times throughout the day and were just so helpful. My younger sister and her now-husband were married at the Stone Mill Inn this past weekend and I had to immediately leave a review because everything about the day was impeccable, all thanks to Ken and his team at Stone Mill. From beginning to end, every single detail was PERFECT. The house where the women of the wedding party got ready was so spacious. There were beautiful touches and incredible antiques. Every candle was lit, and soft music was playing. They are just so detail-oriented. They made certain that my sister's dream of having her ceremony outdoors was fulfilled (even with threats of rain), and they assisted our elderly relatives with kindness and compassion. During the reception, the coordinators always seemed to be three steps ahead of the game. Every time I frantically asked one of them things like \"WHERE ARE HER SHOES?\" or \"WHERE ARE THE SPARKLERS?\" they had already answered the question and dealt with it. There was even a slight day-of crisis involving the cake, and the team handled it calmly themselves - we never even knew that there *almost* was not a wedding cake until the issue was already resolved. Thank you Ken and the incredible team at Stone Mill for making our family's special day so unforgettable.

The diversity of the landscape paired with the charm of the mill and array of ceremony spaces make the Stone Mill Inn one of the most unique wedding venues out there. There is a magical charm that brought our parents and us to tears when visiting the Stone Mill Inn and in our eyes, no other venue is able to do this.Beyond how beautiful the Stone Mill Inn is as a property and venue, what truly sets it apart is the people. There are not enough positive things that can be said about the Stone Mill Inn and the team behind this beautiful venue.Going back to the first day we stepped foot on the property of the Stone Mill Inn, we were taken back by beauty of the mill and surrounding grounds and ceremony spaces. Shortly after arriving, we were warmly welcomed in as if we were family. This was the kind of introduction that left such an impression on us, we couldn't stop thinking about how kind, welcoming, and professional the staff were, starting with Ken, Karen, and Nicole.After spending hours of research looking at venues and visiting others, we knew we found something special with the Stone Mill Inn. Just speaking on the property alone, you will not find a more beautiful venue with precisely manicured grounds as the Stone Mill Inn offers. The diversity of the landscape paired with the charm of the mill and array of ceremony spaces make the Stone Mill Inn one of the most unique wedding venues out there. There is a magical charm that brought our parents and us to tears when visiting the Stone Mill Inn and in our eyes, no other venue is able to do this.Beyond how beautiful the Stone Mill Inn is as a property and venue, what truly sets it apart is the people. From a tarped golf cart to ensure the bride didn’t get wet but could still get images in the woods to ensuring the sparkler send off could happen by timing a break in the weather, it was the most perfect day thanks to Stone Mill Inn.Ken & Karen Painter are absolutely incredible hosts; their experience is like no other, and their kindness as humans knows no bounds. Wedding coordinator Amy was the absolute best, and the events manager Jim has an attention to detail only surpassed by his infectious smile. While we were in the mix of venue browsing shortly after we got engaged, we came from Philadelphia out to the Stone Mill Inn. No more than two minutes after we were in the car to head back, I told my fiancé that we could end our search that day because Stone Mill was everything we were looking for in a venue. Between the outdoor woodlands, the tented happy hour area, the bridal suite, and the Inn itself, every square inch of the property is meticulously cared for, and you can tell how much owners Ken and Karen pride themselves in taking care of it. In the sixteen months between our first visit and our wedding day, there were so many projects that were carried out to the property that made it even more special, including the Moon entrance, extended tented area and beautiful outdoor fire place. When choosing Stone Mill, you will also be lucky enough to have their in house catering for your wedding. We had not considered food to be as important to us for our wedding day, but once we were able to go for our tasting (where they encouraged us to bring family along as well) we knew that we would be treated to an exquisitely prepared and plentiful array of happy hour hors d'oeuvres, standing food displays and a delicious dinner, with plenty of room for customization to you and your parties needs. They are also a venue where you will need to provide your own alcohol, which allowed for significant cost savings, and the ability to stock exactly what you and your guests will want to consume.With multiple options and backdrops for where to hold the ceremony, the Stone Mill staff was flexible up until the very last minute to adjust our plan according to the weather conditions for our wedding day. With how much care has been put into the property, there is not a single bad view, and makes it seamless to create a magical wedding backdrop, and countless opportunities for timeless photos.The cherry on top of all the benefits of choosing Stone Mill are the incredibly professional and helpful staff that you will have access to, including planner Victoria, who was able to walk us through many of the critical decisions needed for our day, and was able to help out and fill in the gaps of anything we had not thought of or considered. They as well as their staff truly made our wedding day so effortless and beautiful. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of throughout the entire day (I was told this often by so many of our guests). All of our guests were blown away by the beauty of the property as well as the food prepared on site. You can really tell that they deeply care about their brides and take great pride in their stunningly beautiful grounds. Everytime we visited there was something new and exciting being added! This was THE MOST amazing experience. We were married in June 2021 and I could not have asked for a more perfect team of people to lead us through the process. Everyone was exceptional, kind, thoughtful, and experienced. I was feeling very nervous the day of and they took care of everything and made it perfect. Apparently right before I walked down the isle, there was a farmer working in the field next to the ceremony space which made it hard to hear, so Ken the owner SPRINTED through the brush and out into the field to ask the farmer to stop for the ceremony (which he did) and I had no idea anything even happened. If you want a team completely dedicated to doing everything to make your day incredible then look no further. Booking this venue was the absolute best decision I made for my wedding and I could not have been happier. It was truly a dream come true.

I don't even know where to begin with expressing my gratitude to Stone Mill Inn and each team member. From the very beginning of this process, they were incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. As soon as I walked onto the property I knew I wanted to get married there. I didn't even bother looking at other venues because Stone Mill has everything. You work closely with your wedding coordinator. Victoria, the sweetest person and never was annoyed with my thousand last minute emails. The owners, Ken and Karen, make you feel like the most important couple in the world. I actually felt loved by everyone. I felt apart of their family. The team literally does everything for you and ensures that you don't have to lift a finger. They constantly were checking on me throughout the day. They were extremely helpful with my grandmother who needed transportation across the grounds. They created and organized a beautiful day. I love each team member. I wish I could have a wedding every year just to be in the presence of the beautiful grounds and be surrounded by the Stone Mill Inn team. If you are looking for a venue that does it all and it beyond beautiful in every season....look no further.

As soon as I walked onto the property I knew I wanted to get married there. I didn't even bother looking at other venues because Stone Mill has everything. You work closely with your wedding coordinator. Victoria, the sweetest person and never was annoyed with my thousand last minute emails. The owners, Ken and Karen, make you feel like the most important couple in the world. I actually felt loved by everyone. I felt apart of their family. The team literally does everything for you and ensures that you don't have to lift a finger. They constantly were checking on me throughout the day. They were extremely helpful with my grandmother who needed transportation across the grounds. They created and organized a beautiful day. I love each team member. I wish I could have a wedding every year just to be in the presence of the beautiful grounds and be surrounded by the Stone Mill Inn team. If you are looking for a venue that does it all and it beyond beautiful in every season....look no further.

My husband and I got married here in July 2021 and it was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! We felt right at home during our meetings with Ken, Karen, and Nichole. We loved their attention to detail and personalized approach to wedding planning to make sure every piece came together perfectly. The grounds are picturesque and well cared for- from the gardens and landscaping to the walkways and wooded areas- there are endless photo opportunities. The outside tent was ideal for our cocktail hour and first dance to allow for an indoor/outdoor event. The mill itself was cozy and decorated beautifully from centerpieces to warm candles . Our guests loved every part of their dinner- from hors d’oeuvres to main entrees- there are so many delicious options. Wedding planning can be stressful but stone mill inn will help make things easier and allow for an unforgettable wedding experience. Their entire team was lovely to work with-friendly, helpful, accommodating, energetic, and upbeat. Overall, 10/10 would recommend. The owners, Ken and Karen, are some of the kindest people you will meet. From day one they greeted us with open arms and a readiness to help with whatever we needed. Ken even escorted me down the trail and held my train until my dad finished escorting my mom to walk me down the aisle. Victoria, the wedding coordinator, was so supportive and when the stresses of planning got to you she was cheering you on every step of the way. She was so on top of the events and organization of the day, I don't think their was a moment we were behind on schedule. They consistently asked how we were doing, feeling with the day approaching, and if there was anything we needed. They truly want to make your day as special as possible and they go above and beyond to do so. The day of was so relaxing and stress free due to this amazing team. They honestly took care of everything, I didn't have to organize or plan the day of at all, can it get much better then that?? I cannot put into words how incredible this venue is and cannot give a big enough thank you to the team. They are remarkable. Sign up for a tour asap! You will not regret it!

The Stone Mill Inn was an absolutely perfect venue. Ken and Karen are the owners and they are very hands on and helpful the entire way through the process. Stone Mill Inn is the absolute best venue around. My husband and I got engaged right before COVID debuted in March of 2020. Stone Mill Inn welcomed us with open arms, and made us apart of their family immediately. The owners Ken and Karen Painter are two of the kindest people I know and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. They take pride in their beautiful venue and its luscious landscape. They both work so hard to make sure each wedding is absolutely perfect for the couple, come rain or shine. We had the pleasure of working with Victoria and Katelyn for our day of coordination and they are on their A-game all of the time. Victoria is so kind and organized. She really takes the pressure off of you to make sure you are relaxed the day of your wedding. She is truly excited for you and it shows in person or through the multiple emails we shared. Katelyn answered all of my questions in a timely manner and helped ease my nerves right before walking down the aisle. There are not enough words for the rest of the staff at Stone Mill Inn, they are beyond wonderful and excellent at their jobs. They made sure we had drinks after our ceremony, and that we got to enjoy some of our hors d'oeuvres during our cocktail hour while we were getting photos. They made sure everyone was well taken care of during all aspects of our wedding. Stone Mill Inn also provides in house catering, which was some of the best food I have eaten, hands down. They are so accommodating to menu changes, allergies, or other dietary restrictions. I had requested boneless chicken breast instead of the airline breast they offered, there was no question about why I wanted it changed, they just made it happen. I have a severe allergy which they took very seriously during the menu planning process and the day of preparations. It really helped me relax and enjoy my meal. The catering team also requested any further dietary restrictions on guests, whether it was a gluten allergy, or if I needed some vegetarian/vegan options. They made it happen so each guest had the best possible experience. Overall our experience with Stone Mill Inn was phenomenal. They have everything; beautiful venue, stunning landscape, wonderful food and great staff. Each and every person who works there makes your experience the best it can possibly be.

Hello all,I’m a recent newlywed bride from Stone Mill Inn!!If you’re like me who was anxious, nervous, little bit of a control freak, triple check everything, over analyze, and had a hard time trusting people that will treat your day of the upmost importance-then from a fellow recent bride who looked at PLENTY of venues LOOK NO FURTHER! It started from the very beginning, the initial meeting that my now husband and I had with Ken was unbelievable. He took the time to truly get to know us and what’s important to us (not everyplace does this, he was one of the two locations that we visited did). We were probably there for close to 3 hours- he didn’t rush us, he let us explore even after our tour was over, and truly made us feel welcome. I’m a big people person (especially personality wise-if we’re going to vibe well) and I need to know I can trust in people because hello this is kind of big deal?!?When I say the ENTIRE staff is at your beck and call, I’m not kidding. From the owners (Ken and Karen) to wedding coordinators, to servers etc they were all readily available to help me and our wedding party-whether it was making sure I was hydrated and fed, keep me posted on how things were going, and that I just felt good about the day-someone was always there.Now the food!! (because I’m a foodie and this was a big one for me) When I say that I STILL have my guests rave about the food that’s a win for me. If you have big red meat eaters, the steak will not disappoint!! If you have foodies in general everything you pick will be unbelievable. We did steak, crab cake, and pasta (which this crab crake was massive and pure crab meat!) and everything was served promptly, displayed beautifully, and tasted incredible!!Location location location!!Ken is constantly upgrading and renovating this property to make it spectacular (he takes real pride in his property and believe me it shows!). Just when you think it can’t get more beautiful he will upgrade something before you visit again and it will make you even more excited for your big day! We chose to get married at the woodlands (which I’m bias I think it’s the best option there, but literally anywhere you choose to get married at Stone Mill Inn is a dream). The entrance to the Woodlands is something out of a fairytale- it’s a whimsical pathway that leads to a hidden oasis.What else can I say? Our daughter’s wedding reception at Stone Mill Inn was so perfect, it was even more perfect than we could have imagined! The initial event planning process was smooth and effortless. The day of the wedding, the entire venue staff was so friendly and professional and helped make our special day run perfectly! The food was absolutely amazing! Guests continue to talk about how fantastic the hors d’oeuvres and dinner tasted! The grounds are breathtaking and there are endless areas for photo opportunities. It is clear that the owner Ken (and wife Karen) Painter is passionate about his work. In addition to the beauty and excellent food, what made the day even better was that Stone Mill Inn staff took care of everything! In-house food preparation, tablecloths, dinnerware, placement of our décor exactly as we had requested, even loading up our cars at the end of the day! We didn’t lift a finger the entire evening which allowed us to revel in the beauty and significance of the evening! If you’re hoping to be treated like royalty, we recommend Stone Mill Inn highly! It was absolutely the best choice we could have made for our daughter and son-in-law’s big day!
