Stone Ridge was the best choice we made for our wedding!! Chelsea, the kitchen staff, servers, and bar staff were all so accommodating, professional, and went above and beyond for us on our special day! Chelsea helped guide us through planning our day, gave us great advice to help everything run smoothly, and allowed our day to be stress free by taking care of setting up and cleaning up on our special day. The food was amazing and we heard so many compliments about the menu. We couldn't have been in better hands and we can't thank Stone Ridge staff enough for a perfect wedding day! I would highly recommend Stone Ridge to anyone looking for a venue for their wedding day or other events. Thank you Stone Ridge staff, we couldn't be happier!!!

There are not enough stars in the sky to accurately rate Stone Ridge Golf Club, Chelsea Smith, and the rest of the staff at this venue. Stone Ridge offers everything you could think of to make your wedding day seamless. Chelsea is the built-in wedding planner for this venue, which saves on having to hire someone else. Chelsea listened, communicated every step of the way, envisioned, and NAILED our wedding details. We had to bring our decorations, and she made magic happen. The other staff members who worked diligently to make the day run smoothly were polite and accommodating, ensuring every transition was as smooth as possible. The reception food was raved about by every guest in attendance, especially the late-night sliders and fries. The food-tasting event that Stone Ridge holds is very well organized, fun, delicious, and helpful in further wedding planning. Stone Ridge offers a shuttle service at the end of the ceremony back to your designated hotel. This gave us a sense of relief that everyone would be making it back to their rooms safely, and we could all enjoy the evening without worrying about how we were getting back. You will not be disappointed by choosing Stone Ridge as your wedding venue. Thank you to each and every one of you for making our day perfect.

I just have to say thank you! Our wedding was an absolute dream and we could have not asked for a better day, location or staff. We had the best night ever and made memories that will last a lifetime! Everyone loved the food and the atmosphere they created for us! The bartenders were fabulous and all the servers were great and very attentive. I will recommend anyone looking for a wedding venue to check these guys out. You hear so many horror stories about wedding but ours was just perfect. I truly truly appreciate everything they did for us! Thank you for the most special night!

Stone Ridge is truly the perfect wedding venue. Chelsea, Megan and the staff were so helpful during the planning process and the day of! They made everything stress free for us! Stone Ridge is a beautiful venue with a gorgeous spot for your head table. They provide catering and the bar so there is no need to look for outside vendors. The food was incredible and there are so many food options for your budget! The staff sets up and tears down everything. All you do is drop off your items and pick them up after the wedding. This was huge for us! No need to stress about setting up and tearing down when the wedding is over. They do it ALL. They also have several items you can use for free such as votives, table numbers, easels, and card boxes. They also provide the option for a shuttle to go to and from the venue to local hotels. We could not be happier with our choice to use Stone Ridge!!

When we were deciding where we wanted to get married we asked ourselves “how do we want to remember our wedding day in 30 years.” We both wanted to remember our wedding day as a beautiful and relaxing day. Once we asked this, we immediately knew that Stone Ridge Golf Club was the place where this would happen. Stone Ridge Golf Club is a beautiful venue that allowed us to have a picturesque outdoor ceremony and a beautiful reception. Not only is the venue beautiful, but the staff are AMAZING! Chelsea is a star to work with and she truly is so good at her job! She gets back to you so quickly and she remembers all the special details to help bring your wedding vision to life. The food at Stone Ridge is so delicious! Our guests mentioned how much they enjoyed their meals multiple times and the late night pizza was a hit with our guests. The waitstaff and bartenders are the best – they have amazing customer service and they were all so kind and in the best mood! Stone Ridge has so many amenities that can help take so much stress out of wedding planning! We cannot recommend Stone Ridge enough as a wedding venue. We would choose Stone Ridge Golf Club over and over again!

When we were looking for a venue for our wedding, it became very stressful and hard to decide. What ultimately made us go with Stone Ridge was meeting with Chelsea. She is very easy to talk to and knows what she is doing. Our day could not have gone more smoothly. We get compliments all the time about the food. The bar also did a great job keeping up with our signature drink all night long. The venue is very beautiful and you can't go wrong working with Chelsea!

We are absolutely IN LOVE with Stone Ridge and their staff! We got married there in August, and knew it was the perfect place the moment we walked in the golf club. We loved working with Chelsea as she felt honest. laid-back, and truly made our dreams come true. We truly couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue and staff members than what we received at Stone Ridge! Also, the food was AMAZING and people are still talking about the prime rib. Stone ridge was the perfect place for our wedding. Our outdoor wedding was absolutely beautiful and the indoor reception was stunning too. The food was amazing and got tons of compliments. The entire day was perfect. When we were deciding between this venue and another we liked, what swayed our decision was definitely chelsea. She is a superhero. She was great at answering all of my questions and so organized. She did so many things for me that I was expecting to have to do myself. The whole place is great but Chelsea will make your lives way easier during a stressful time.

My husband and I got married in March at Stone Ridge and it was the best choice we could have made! Trying to plan a wedding during COVID times was so incredibly stressful. Chelsea helped ease any of our concerns and was able to help make our dream wedding come true. The food was amazing and everything was set up so beautifully. Chelsea was also super responsive whenever we needed to make any adjustments. We could not have asked for anything better. I HIGHLY recommend choosing Stone Ridge for your wedding needs. We chose Stone Ridge Golf Club for our daughter’s wedding. The setting is beautiful, the food is delicious and the accommodations included in their wedding packages are generous. Once we made our decision to choose Stone Ridge, we worked with their staff to plan for the special day. Unfortunately, we needed to postpone the wedding. This was a difficult decision to make but we were set at ease when we contacted Chelsea and we were able to change the date and continue planning without skipping a beat. All of the staff were so kind and courteous to our family. Their organization and attention to detail made the special day flow beautifully. We could not have asked for a better experience.

I am not sure where to begin! Stone Ridge was nothing but the best for my wedding. From the moment I saw the reception hall to the ceremony spot I was in love and knew my wedding had to be there. Chelsea was everything I could have dreamt of for being a wedding coordinator and planning the day with us. It was a blessing to be stress free the morning of my wedding knowing that Chelsea and her team were taking care of my florist, cake, food, alcohol and all the decorations. Not only this but the amount of table decor, table numbers etc. that you are able to borrow is a major plus! Our food was amazing and cooked to perfection, every guest continued to compliment the food on how delicious it was! We ended our night with a pizza bar - and wow was it a hit! Our guest’s loved Stone Ridge just as much as we did. I would choose stone ridge time and time again if I had too. Thank you so much for making our wedding the best day we could have ever dreamt of! I could not have imagined having my wedding anywhere else! Stone Ridge really has it all; a fantastic staff, a beautiful venue and amazing food! The best part was having Chelsea there to help! I was really nervous about planning my wedding but after meeting her it put my worries at ease. Chelsea was absolutely amazing to work! She is so sweet and helpful which made the process an absolute breeze. I was so amazed to see the great job Chelsea and the rest of the Stone Ridge staff did at setting everything up, they really did such an amazing job transforming my vision into reality! The food was so delicious that I still have guests that talk about it. Our day went perfectly and I have Chelsea and the rest of the staff to thank for that!

Wow, how do I put in everything I loved about StoneRidge in just a paragraph. When we first booked our wedding at StoneRidge Kara was the coordinator but she got promoted, once Chelsea took over at first I was a little nervous someone I hadn’t met would be helping us plan our big day. When we first met Chelsea at the tasting event all my worries went away. She is just as sweet and attentive to detail and made our wedding planning process feel so smooth. In the era of Covid that says a lot. Chelsea and her staff at StoneRidge were amazing and made our day better than I could have imagined. She set up all our decor and it was spectacular. The food was the bomb and I got so many compliments from our guests about every detail. I have no idea who does events better than they do. I highly recommend them to any couple looking!

Stone Ridge Golf Club staff, especially Chelsea, were FANTASTIC in all aspects of the very caring planning and detailed preparation for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding on August 1, 2020. (The original date was April 18. The next date was May 23. With the perfect wedding taking place on August 1.) There are not enough words of gratitude or happiness to express how impressed I was about the entire SRGC Team who literally moved heaven and earth, during a rain storm, to bring the ceremony inside the ballroom...and we were still walking down a perfectly set, beautiful aisle on time! All evening, guests complimented the beyond DELICIOUS meal, FABULOUS table service and FRIENDLY bar service!!! Our daughter smiled so brightly from the ceremony to the dance floor due to the genuine enthusiasm and attention to detail she felt from Chelsea and the SRGC Team! Our family will always have the most cherished memories of our kids' wedding day because of the dedication to customer service that we and our guests experienced throughout the day at Stone Ridge Golf Club.

This was the best venue! It had everything we wanted. The do all the hard work behind the scenes and the patio with the view of the golf course was a huge hit! Chelsea did an amazing job. We had our daughter's wedding reception at SRGC & are soo glad we did! It was beautiful & we have got so many compliments on everything from our guests on everything. They loved the hall, the staff, the bar, & they are still talking about the buffet! We splurged on the prime rib & also added their artichoke dip appetizer. Both were worth every penny. Delicious!! They put in new carpet & dance floor this year as well as additional lighting on ceiling & headtable backdrop. These changes were an added bonus that makes the hall look so elegant. I was a little nervous when Kara took a new postion at SRGC & Chesea took over, but they went above & beyond to ensure a smooth transition. Everything turned out wonderful & everyone had a great time. My only complaint is that the evening went too fast!!

The perfect wedding venue! Perfect for couples looking to have ceremony & reception at same location. It's also very convenient to not have to hire and keep track of numerous vendors as they supply the food, drinks, tables, chairs, linens, etc. All for a very reasonable price as well. The clubhouse and property are breathtaking. The wedding planners are amazing. Kara & Chelsea were always very helpful and quick to respond with any questions I had. They made sure wedding day went perfect with absolutely no hiccups. There's not one thing I would've changed.

Deciding on Stone Ridge for our big day was by far the best decision we could have made. Kara was amazing and went above & beyond to make our day perfect. We planned on an outdoor ceremony, and unfortunately it did end up being a rainy day (hopefully meaning good luck). We made the call to have the ceremony indoors a few hours before and I was bummed, but once I saw the way the staff had set up the indoor ceremony, all my fears was eased. It was beautiful. I had many compliments of how helpful and kind everyone on the staff was, how great the food was, and overall how great of a day it ended up to be. We can't thank Kara and the Stone Ridge staff enough for all of their help in making our wedding day easy and wonderful.

There is SO much to say about this incredible venue!!!1. Kara Higdon and her team are the best around, truly. Kara's attention to detail, communication skills, and kindness was one of the biggest reasons we chose Stone Ridge. She worked with us through every detail and made the process very fun! Kara is an expert in her field and we are so happy that we entrusted her and Stone Ridge with our wedding reception. As an example, three days before the wedding Kara reworked our table set up and gave me multiple options to solve the problem I was facing (because of a few guests who could no longer attend last minute). She was immediately available by phone to help smooth things out and did so amazingly. We had multiple planning meetings with Kara as well. She went through every single detail of the day and made sure she clearly understood what mattered most to us.2. The food at Stone Ridge is simply incredible. My husband is a food engineer and I just love food in general (haha) so we had particularly high standards for the food served at our reception. We were blown away by all of the options Stone Ridge offered us and struggled to decide on just a couple because they all were fantastic!! We went with the chicken marsala, prime rib, salmon, and alfredo (as the vegetarian option). We recommend them greatly and we recieved so many compliments on our food.3. Kara was able to work with us our bar package and customize it to our needs. We were very appreciative!4. The ballroom is beautiful! We loved the venue before the renovation but it became next level incredible once the renovations were completed! The white drapery and lights made for the perfect backdrop.5. Our favorite photos so far are the ones captured at sunset on the golf course! Having these pictures is because Stone Ridge allows their wedding couples to take photos on the golf course and we think that this most definitely sets them apart.6. Stone Ridge worked so well with our other vendors and made their work environment great. When asked by our other vendors where our reception was they ALL were excited to work with Stone Ridge again.7. The pricing at Stone Ridge is very fair and fit nicely into our budget. I felt like we recieved top notch service, food, and alcohol that fit their pricing well.This review has gotten VERY long, but I felt compelled to share how Kara and Stone Ridge made our wedding day unbelievably special. As a couple planning from out of town, we could not have been happier with our decision to have our wedding and rehearsal dinner at Stone Ridge. Working with Kara made everything EASY. (We seriously cannot recommend her enough, there is a reason all of these reviews mention her name!) She was there to make sure we had the perfect day – rain or shine! Kara and her team took care of all the set up before and the clean up afterwards. The entire planning process was completely stress-free and focused on what we wanted.

Do you want to have a perfect wedding? Book it at Stone Ridge! Kara is simply amazing. There are not enough words to describe how awesome she is. Her attention to detail is astounding. Kara is excellent with communication - she sends detailed emails and will even supply her cell phone number to you. She seriously made wedding planning an absolute breeze. The staff at Stone Ridge were so polite and accommodating. The grounds at Stone Ridge are STUNNING! So many places for photo ops. I really liked the room for my bridesmaids and I to get ready in. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Stone Ridge for your wedding day! You will not regret it!!

I can not say enough good things about Stone Ridge and more importantly, Kara Higdon. It began with my sister's wedding in July, 2017. She had been referred to Stone Ridge by another family friend who had gotten married there and we could not have been happier with our experience as a family. Then the time came for me to choose a venue for my wedding in Sept. 2018. Having lived in Toledo my whole life, we had a ton of options to choose from, but the minute you say the word \"wedding\" the price jumps and you end up with a bill that you just can't afford. I knew that Stone Ridge was amazing and I knew it was affordable. We sat down with Kara and she assured us that we could make our wedding unique and special and that even though it was the same venue, it could be transformed to feel much different. Knowing their reputation we said yes. It was the best decision we could have made. It was so easy. So affordable. My wedding day was the most relaxing day I had had in months! Kara was on top of absolutely everything. She is such a delight and is so calm and assuring and exactly what you need on what can be the most stressful day of your life. We were able to enjoy every minute of our wedding day because of the care and service we had with Stone Ridge and the rest of our vendors. We are so grateful to Kara and her team for working so hard and allowing us to imagine exactly what we wanted for our wedding day. If you are looking for a venue that will take care of you every step of the way and treat you like the most important client they have at any given moment, Stone Ridge should be your choice! I have heard so many horror stories about venues and how brides and grooms have been treated. Stone Ridge is awesome. I highly recommend them for any event. Thank you to Kara and everyone there! Stone Ridge was the BEST decision we made when it came to our wedding day! My husband and I live in California and had to plan our entire wedding remotely. Kara made this process WAY easier than anticipated. Not only that, but we had to reschedule our entire day due to a military deployment 6 MONTHS EARLY and it was seamless. Every detail of the day/night was thought of and executed perfectly. The food was incredible and the staff was more than professional. All the details and decorations were set up by Kara and the team the night before (we had our rehearsal dinner here as well) so I got a chance to see things ahead of time and this really reduced my anxiety and allowed me to enjoy the time getting ready with my bridesmaids. On our wedding day, I knew Kara had everything taken care of and that it would all be perfect. Would not hesitate to book another event here again!

Kara is a rockstar!!!! She attended to EVERY detail and crazy request I had to make my wedding day absolutely perfect! I planned my wedding 9 hours away, so Kara’s organization, prompt email communication, and assistance with vendors were extremely helpful. The outdoor ceremony, pictures on the course, reception hall, and food were just icing on the cake with Kara’s adherence to the timeline of events and her determination to make me the happiest girl in the world! I highly recommend Stone Ridge for your wedding, the prices are reasonable and the entire staff was very accommodating!

Stone Ridge was everything we ever dreamed of! Kara and the team goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. The food was absolutely fantastic! It has been a week since our wedding and our guests are still raving about the prime rib & chicken parmasean. Kara is amazing to work with and makes everything so simple. She gives you all the tools you need to make your day organized. The staff at Stone Ridge is extremely polite and caring, our guests could not get over great the service was at the bar and the wait staff. To top everything off, Stone ridge makes it really easy for you to relax on your day, Kara and her team set up everything flawlessly. We couldn’t have asked for a better day and I know our guests will continue to talk about our wedding for years to come!

We absolutely loved having our wedding ceremony and reception at Stone Ridge Country Club. Kara did a fabulous job all around. All of the staff were friendly, excited, professional and went out of their way to make the Bride and Groom happy. They also worked with all of my outside vendors without a hitch. We couldn’t have asked for anything to be anymore beautiful or perfect. I love the ceremony pictures, walking down the staircase and the water backdrop during the ceremony! Kara did such a great job with special requests and working with my family and I throughout the process. I only had 6 months to plan and execute everything when I live in Georgia for an Ohio wedding with guests from all over the US and other countries! Seemed like a very daunting and difficult task. Kara was incredibly flexible with me and helpful. She met with my vendors and family when I was in different countries. She made everything run smoothly with emails, phone calls and fitting me in for tastings and visits when I only had a day in town. My husband loved the golf course setting and Kara even kept the rowdy groomsmen in line on golf carts for pictures. Our DJ Paul Hernandez, videographer Mellissa Bo Byrd and photographers Joe and Jess Silecchia did such a great job. We had no stress the day of because the staff did everything and it all turned out exactly how we hoped it would. We would highly recommend Stone Ridge Country Club for anyone’s future weddings!

Stone ridge was the perfect venue for our wedding. It is all inclusive so everything like the alcohol, food, linens, and ceiling decor was included in the price. They also have extra things that you can add on. This made everything much easier. Also, the coordinator Kara was amazing! She made sure everything went smoothly and told us exactly where to be and when during the ceremony. She was sooo friendly and helpful with everything!

SRGC was absolutely what we envisioned and more. First, the place is beautiful! Very spacious and the outdoor area overlooking the course is amazing. Second, the food was delicious! You could tell that our guests were pleased with their meals and we are still getting compliments on the dinner menu! Finally, Kara, Kara, KARA! There are not enough words to describe how truly incredible she is! Professional, helpful, friendly, trustworthy! She was very responsive to my emails and phone calls, she was open to setting up as many meetings as we needed, and very organized. She brought our vision to life! The space, the decorations and setup, the food, everything was PERFECT and I have her to thank! Kara, and the staff at SRGC, thank you for being the best wedding reception venue in Northwest Ohio!!

Would ALWAYS recommend Stone Ridge for a wedding venue! Kara is absolutely amazing, along with Joe and the staff! As both of us being former employees, we knew it would be amazing, but we have gotten hundreds of compliments from guests about how awesome and beautiful Stone Ridge is. Our parents could not be happier with how Kara had everything perfectly coordinated and organized. No one from the wedding party had to worry about a thing because it was all taken care of! The staff was very attentive and took care of everything that was needed from us and our guests! The food was amazing (as always) and everything was decorated perfectly! We dropped our decorations off a couple days before the wedding and it was all set up for us! All we had to do on wedding day was show up and enjoy ourselves! Stone Ridge is by far the best venue in Northwest Ohio! Kara and Joe went above and beyond for our wedding, and everything was absolutely perfect!! Kara helped throughout the entire process, and she even had different suggestions when we weren't sure what we wanted. Kara knows what she is doing! Planning a wedding can be stressful, but Stone Ridge made the entire process so easy for us. The food was amazing, and the staff was so nice and friendly! Stone Ridge is the whole package. I couldn't have imagined choosing a different venue for our ceremony and reception. Kara (the event coordinator) is beyond amazing. I told Kara what I pictured dropped off some decorations and they covered the rest. The staff set up everything, tore down everything, catered, covered bar, servers, the linens, and so much more. Everything was beautiful and ran smoothly. I didn't have to stress trying to coordinate a dozen different vendors each covering something else. I didn't have to stress about having time to put things together in time. Kara took the stress out of planning my wedding. I have gotten so many compliments and had an amazing wedding day and it is all due to the wonderful Stone Ridge staff.

Choosing Stone Ridge Golf Club for our reception venue was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. In my opinion they are the best bang for your buck when compared to similar venues in the area. Other venues we looked at that included food, alcohol, and set-up were considerably more expensive. Kara is fantastic! She was incredibly helpful from day one through to the big day! All I had to do was drop off my decorations the day before and Kara handled the rest. Everything the day of was gorgeous! Kara even decorated my cake because it was arriving after the flowers. It was stunning! The staff at Stone Ridge did a fantastic job, the entire evening ran so smoothly and the food was delicious. I'm still getting compliments from guests about Stone Ridge!

On October 21, 2017, our daughter, Haley, and her husband, Cody, were married and were blessed to have their wedding reception at Stone Ridge Golf Club. From the general manager, Joe Ghesquire, sales and events planner, Kara Higdon, chefs Ryan and Pete, and the whole banquet staff, everyone was very helpful and professional in making this day enjoyable for all of the guests. From the first meeting with Kara ten months earlier, we felt that Stone Ridge fulfilled all of our needs. Having to deal with someone who did not use high pressure sales tactics was very enjoyable. Kara gave suggestions and many choices to make a complete wedding reception. One of the main reasons for choosing Stone Ridge was the fact that many choices were included in the base price and not extra. The reception room, linens, chair covering with sashes, champagne toast for the wedding party, and some lighting are all included. The menu choices, from appetizers to the main menu were huge and all of the food was delicious. Special dietary needs were met without any complaints or delays to the guests. The professionally attired banquet staff consists of high school and college students who are mature beyond their years. Everything was served and cleared quickly without the staff having to be asked. While the guests were eating, the staff lined up along the walls and were attentive to any guests' requests or needs. At no time were staff members observed on their cellphones, a rarity with today's younger generation. We were not the only ones who thoroughly enjoyed the celebration. We received dozens of compliments from our guests, many who have been to numerous wedding receptions lately, who were overwhelmed by Stone Ridge. With the table settings, decor, up-lighting, and the excellent food, the number one comment was how \"elegant\" everything was presented. Our sincere thanks to Stone Ridge and the whole staff for making this day both fulfilling and memorable. We will be sure to suggest this venue to everyone.

I could not have been a happier or more relaxed bride on my wedding day. Not only is Stone Ridge Golf Club one of the most beautiful wedding venues I have ever seen, but they are incredibly cost effective, all encompassing, and Kara Higdon is the greatest coordinator you could ever ask for. I felt 100% taken care of on my special day and there was no running around stressed. The day ran like clock work and I never once worried about a thing! We had such an incredible experience that my sister has now booked the venue for her special day as well. I wish I could add more stars!!

Stone Ridge was the most perfect venue, every little detail. Kara , the coordinator, was a game changer. Weddings can seem so overwhelming, and I was the most calm bride because of her. She took care of everything. We have two children and she even made sure they were where they needed to be and brought little plates of dinner to our table for them. She decorated the hall with our décor better than I even imagined it to look. Family and friends are still raving about how truly spectacular the night was. If we needed anything, she was on top of it making sure it happened. And of course, her team was all to thank for everything. Amazing food, bar service, set up, clean up, etc. At the end of the night you grab your gifts and tomorrow everything is packed up and ready to go home. Seamless transitions from our wedding to reception. The weather was beautiful, the room to get ready in was so perfect, the distance to hotel was so convenient. I would encourage anyone to get married here, it will be one of the best decisions for your wedding you could ever make. Thank you Stone Ridge!! I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Stone Ridge. Choosing Stone Ridge Golf Club to be our venue was the best choice we made during our wedding planning journey! Out of the 7 venues we toured, Stone Ridge had everything we were looking for, and we had quite a long list! Kara was amazing to work with from day one. From our first tour of the venue with Kara, to the excessive amounts of emails I sent asking questions, and finally on our big day, Kara made sure everything went smooth and stress free! Kara was quick to respond to any questions we had and if she did not have the information or details with her at the time, she was quick to get back with us! The entire staff at Stone Ridge is just as great! Kara worked with us to make all of our visions a reality. Kara and the staff helped with the complete set up and tear down on the day of, helped with escorting guests to the correct locations, and ensured that during the day of the wedding we had anything we needed and worked with our other vendors to get everything prepared. The bar staff was amazing and the food was delicious! Words cannot describe how perfect our wedding day was! We highly recommend Kara and Stone Ridge Golf Club.

Choosing Stone ridge as our venue was the easiest and BEST decision of my wedding planning experience. Kara nailed everything! When we first met, I fell in love with her eye for detail and style! I totally trusted her to ensure my day was the greatest and man she did not disappoint! I was so stress free on the day of my wedding and it was AMAZING. My mom and I relaxed and enjoyed the entire day because we didn't have to run away like crazy people setting everything up. Kara was calm, cool, collective and made sure everything was PERFECT. She came up stairs frequently to let me know what vendors had arrived and if she had any questions for me. I would not have set up the space better myself. All the suggestions she made, were amazing and made my wedding stand out from all the rest! I completely forgot to give the marriage license to our officiant and Kara took it upon herself to grab it and hand it off. Kara took control of my crazy wedding party ensuring they were acting appropriately! The venue itself is amazing, and we couldn't have picked a better location. The bar staff were great, super friendly and our drinks tasted great! Olivia, was a server we was so amazing and helpful throughout the night. I am so happy we were able to celebrate our day at Stone Ridge!

She is beyond organized and so helpful in making all your wedding day dreams come true. She was there for every step of the way in the wedding planning process. The staff at Stone Ridge helped to set up and took all of the decorations down. The service staff was phenomenal. They were so kind and made our night flow so seamlessly. Choosing to have our ceremony and reception at Stone Ridge was one of the BEST decisions we could have made. We went to check out 2 other venues and I kept comparing everything to Stone Ridge. The atmosphere and flow of the reception room, bar, and patio were perfect for mingling. The whole area was cozy yet still spacious enough to accommodate all our guests. The staff people were very attentive and friendly. They took care of all the details of set up and clean up and everything in between. I dropped off a few boxes of decor and loose flowers on the rehearsal day, and the flowers were beautifully arranged the next day, along with my guestbook stuff, various signs, etc. Even though this is a golf club, there are still several options for beautiful outdoor scenic spots and more variety than I would have expected. And the sunsets in the summer are incredible, with wide open, unblocked skies. Kara made me feel so comfortable from day one. She is responsive, organized, genuine, and honestly amazing at what she does!! I have to give her a lot of credit for her insane amount of patience in answering all my questions, while I am sure she was being bombarded with many other brides. She kept our wedding day on track, helping to get people where they needed to be, coordinating not only her own staff, but our family and wedding party and guests. She is just a truly fantastic coordinator, and was made for this. I could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day. I never would have guessed that I'd pick a venue in Bowling Green, OH. I did not know about Stone Ridge until researching online myself, decided to go check it out in person, and I am truly ecstatic that I found such a hidden gem. It is a beautiful venue, and it's so peaceful, and the staff are just genuinely nice people. I had family fly in from Taiwan, California, and New Jersey, and they all commented on how beautiful it was at Stone Ridge. I know it might sound weird, but there is a vibe at Stone Ridge that you cannot find at a bigger city venue. It is calm and peaceful, and elegant, but not too \"country\" either haha. All I have to say is, I am just so so happy about how our wedding turned out. It all went so perfectly, and now that it's over, I could not imagine having it anywhere else. I highly recommend checking out Stone Ridge.

Stone Ridge is beyond amazing! I have no idea where to begin, We had a long engagement and Kara always responded to all the questions that I had, throughout the entire engagement. I also changed my mind more than enough times, and she was always accomdating. I could not have imagined a better day! The weather was going back and forth and Kara let me wait 2 hours before the ceremony to decide if I wanted it outside or inside. She had a solution for every situation, and made the day go by like a breeze. I had a stress free day, knowing that the small details were taken care of. The food was amazing, and the decorations that were already included just brought a classy feeling to the reception hall. Kara and her staff also did a wonderful job putting up the decoration that I brought to the venue. The staff was very friendly, and accommodating to all my guest. My guests had nothing but high praises for the food and Stone Ridge in general. I would highly recommend Stone Ridge for your wedding, you will not be disappointed!

3500 characters isn't enough to describe how great of an experience we had having our wedding ceremony and reception at Stone Ridge Golf Club. The venue is beautiful. The staff is courteous, prompt, respectful and willing to accommodate anything. Most important is Kara, the venue coordinator. From the start Kara dealt with us just showing up one Saturday to tour. It did not phase her one bit that we stopped in unexpectedly and she took time to answer our questions. From that initial interaction we knew this was the right choice. Moving forward, Kara had an answer for everything! Never once did we hear \" I don't know\". Or \"let me check?\". She was organized and always promptly answered all my emails with crazy questions. By having our ceremony and reception at Stone Ridge we were able to use their venue for the shower and rehearsal for free and food at discounted prices. So the food... AMAZING! The Mac and cheese bar from my shower was still being talked about at the wedding. They have extensive food options and are willing to accommodate any special dietary needs. When it came to the big day, Kara and her staff took all the goodies and decorations that we dropped off and when I arrived the day of it was all set up perfectly. Kara took charge and kept everyone in line and on schedule throughout the evening. Her staff was consistently checking to see if I or the bridal party needed anything. Stone ridge was also completely accessible and was willing to do whatever we needed to accommodate! In the past 24 hours since we were married... I can't tell you how many time my husband, my parents and I have said how perfect this entire experience was. Thank you isn't enough to Kara and the Stone Ridge staff. I would highly recommend them as a venue for any event.

I cannot express how thankful I am for all that Kara and the Stone Ridge staff did for me, my now husband, family, and friends. I planned a wedding on the fly... 2 and a half months to be exact. Kara was so attentive, prepared, and patient with every question, request, and concern I had during the process. I knew from the start I wanted to have my reception there and they made it come true. The way things were set up was breathtaking and the whole evening was a hit! The venue as a whole is a dream for weddings and receptions. As a wedding photographer, we strive for our brides to pick a place that is full of light and surrounded by airy and timeless locations for our pictures. Stone Ridge has all that and more... included as mentioned before, rock-star Kara! Highly recommend this place to anyone during any season!

The staff was friendly and attentive and the food was amazing! It's been almost 2 months since our wedding and we are still receiving compliments on how great everything turned out! I would strongly recommend this venue!

We were so, so happy with our experience at Stone Ridge! The event coordinator, Kara, was extremely organized, always quick to respond with any questions we had, and helpful with every aspect of our day. Stone Ridge makes planning so easy by providing a space for the wedding ceremony, all potential rentals such as chairs, linens, etc., and even small details such as table numbers. They run a special \"tasting\" event where you are able not only to come and taste the food in order to decide on your menu but also see what your table linens, napkins, sashes, etc. will look like and take a look at other vendor opportunities, which was such a helpful event for us. And the day-of ran so smoothly for us, with a really great staff. There was a chance of rain on our wedding day and Kara allowed us to wait to make a decision on moving it indoors until the last minute, handling the details herself, and we were able to have the outdoor wedding we had hoped for. Headed by Kara, they ran everything on schedule perfectly and really allowed us to enjoy the night without answering questions. The next day, we came to pick up our decorations and they had everything packed up neatly and ready for us, including our leftover cake slices which we had never even thought to mention! We would recommend Stone Ridge to anyone!

We could not be happier with how our wedding turned out! Even our guests kept commenting that it was the most beautiful wedding they've seen in a long time. The food was delicious and there are so many choices. Kara, Andrew, and Ari are wonderful to work with and take care of every little detail from decorations to getting people in the right place the day of so that there was no stress for me. I cannot think of a single thing I would change! Thank you so much for giving me the wedding of my dreams!!

I cannot imagine working with anyone more organized, committed or helpful than Kara and the Stone Ridge staff. Kara was always available to meet at our convenience and had answers to the most detailed of questions before I had thought of them. The food, decor, and events came together perfectly and everything flowed beautifully and seamlessly throughout the night. I can't imagine having a better wedding night and I know Kara and the rest of the Stone Ridge staff had such a huge hand in that!

I cannot get over how absolutely amazing this venue was. Our wedding turned out absolutely perfect. Kara was so helpful and was there to help the entire time. From the rehearsal to the ceremony to the reception the staff at Stone Ridge made our night one to remember for sure. Kara was so flexible and able to work with me and my husband for everything. She did the centerpieces for us the morning of three wedding and we got so many compliments about them. The ceremony site was beautiful and so many people said it was the most beautiful outside wedding they've seen. Stone Ridge made our wedding absolutely AMAZING! Kara was incredible, and wonderful to work with, thinking of every detail to make the day extra special for everyone. From our first meeting to the day of our wedding, every request and idea was accommodated and then some. My husband and I wanted to have a brunch wedding and Kara was ready and excited to make that happen for us and we couldn't have been happier with our wedding. Stone Ridge is a beautiful venue with great accommodations, fantastic food and an excellent staff. Kara is Stone Ridge's best kept wedding and event secret and the true advantage to booking at this venue. My husband and I very highly recommend! Having our wedding at Stone Ridge was one of the best decisions we could have made! . Kara is so incredible with what she does - from the beginning meetings, to taste testing, to final detail last minute emails, she does it all with such ease and kindness! We could not have ask for a better experience than what we had! Kara and her staff are truly phenomenal, they set everything up for you and take it all down too. It's completely stress free - which is what a bride wants! On our wedding day, it rained cats and dogs, and Kara was so patient and attentive with waiting out the storm with us and still gave us the choice of having it outside or moving it inside - we went with moving it inside and once that decision was made, Kara and her staff were instantly in the ballroom moving everything around. It turned out to be more than perfect and received SO many compliments about the venue! Our families would highly recommend Stone Ridge Golf Club to anyone getting married! Thanks again!

We were very happy with our wedding reception at Stone Ridge! Kara and the staff did an awesome job making us and our guests satisfied. We received many compliments on our wedding and how delicious the food was! The flank steak and chicken cordon bleu were excellent and we both would highly recommend those. The reception area was just how we imagined it would be, and we didn't have to set up anything and didn't step foot into the reception hall until that evening. Kara was very thorough in our conversations and meetings. She was very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Kara was willing to make adjustments to the bar package to accommodate our taste. Stone Ridge includes many amenities that can add up quick when budgeting your wedding. Planning our wedding was simple and stress free, which we loved! Our only complaint was the warm temperature in the reception hall but it was the hottest day of the year. Kara and staff were aware of it and did all they could to keep it as cool as they brought in extra fans. We would highly recommend Stone Ride Golf Club to anyone getting married.

Stone Ridge Golf Club was the perfect choice for our wedding reception! Our families are still talking about how this was the most enjoyable wedding they have been to in a long time!! The staff at Stone Ridge set up all the decor for the reception (which kept me from being stressed) and were very polite and friendly. The price for the venue was reasonable and included everything (there were no surprise charges at all). The facility was a great size for our wedding (almost 200 people) and the food was very good. The Events Sales Director, Kara Higdon, is extremely knowledgeable, organized, and kind. She never pressured us in any way, offered helpful advice, and was the most capable person we met when looking for a wedding venue! I would recommend future brides and grooms to seriously consider Stone Ridge Golf Club. Plus, the venue is only about a 25 minute drive from Toledo!

Our day could not have been any more perfect! Kara was so incredibly helpful the entire planning process. She was quick to answer questions and never made any request seem difficult. My Husband and I just got married at Stone Ridge and it was the most perfect night ever! Kara and her staff were just absolutely amazing! Not only did everything look beautiful but everything ran so smoothly. Our guests got through the buffet line in a timely matter and the food was phenomenal. I would recommend Kara and Stone Ridge to ANYBODY getting married, you will not be disappointed! She made wedding planning easier than I could have ever imagined from answering emails same day, usually within a few hours (and trust me I sent a lot of emails, sometimes multiple a day) to suggesting the best vendors around!Thank you for making our special day absolutely perfect!

Stone Ridge knocked our wedding out of the park. Kara had constant contact between me and my bride for months leading up to the event. She took a lot of the stress out that comes along with the planning of a wedding.unfortunately on our wedding day, it began to rain about an hour before the wedding. Kara and her crew had everything inside and ready to go. Wedding went off with out a hitch. Reception was amazing as well. Food was great and facility is top notch. All of our guests were very impressed with the event. If your having a wedding in Northwest Ohio, you should give Kara a call.

I would recommend Stone Ridge to anyone getting married! From the very beginning, Kara was super helpful with the planning process. She responded to my questions in a timely manner as well. Stone Ridge is amazing!! The venue is beautiful for a ceremony, reception, or both! It wasn't the greatest day, weatherwise, for us on our special day, but everything outside turned out beautiful! We brought in a lot of our own decorations, Kara (coordinator) and her team set it all up for us no problem!! Their food tasted great, we got a lot of compliments on it. I highly recommend Stone Ridge to anyone getting married! You won't be disappointed!!!

I highly recommend this venue to all brides!! Kara was great throughout the planning process , meeting with me several times and answering emails. The venue offers lots of decor options included with the package which was a big money saver. Our ceremony was scheduled for outside but due to the weather had to be switched inside - Kara let us make the call at the last moment and had everything ready to go, sticking to the original timeline. The staff was friendly and extremely accommodating and had everything of mine cleaned boxed and ready for me to pick up the morning after. Kara was invaluable in my wedding experience and I can't imagine it going so smoothly and seamlessly without her.

Where do I even begin to share how amazing our experience with Stone Ridge Golf Club was for our brunch reception? Between helping us begin to craft the perfect evening reception, then being flexible and understanding when we switched to a brunch reception, Kara Higdon was incredible. We were able to feel fairly stress free leading up to our day and it was because of Kara's expertise, organization, and client-focused nature.\r\rYou cannot beat the value of Stone Ridge Golf Club (and trust me, we looked for over a year!). There are a wide variety of delicious meal options you can choose from, the basic linens are included, and there are even table decorations (like vases and table mirrors) you can choose from, avoiding purchasing those yourself and finding yourself needing to store them afterward. The room we were in was bright and looked out onto the golf course, and we were able to go out to take some beautiful photos. \r\rKara and the SRGC team did so much of the work for us, we were able to sit back and truly enjoy every moment with family and friends. Thank you, SRGC, for all that you did to help us create a memorable day!

I am SOOO glad I choose to have my wedding reception at Stone Ridge. It was perfect. Kara is AWESOME! I wasn't very sure of how to decorate, or really how to plan the reception and Kara had so many great ideas. I was blown away when I arrived on my wedding day. The food was delicious. We had an odd request of breakfast food for dinner and so many guests complimented their brunch menu. I HIGHLY recommend stone ridge.

This gorgeous venue was everything my husband and I were looking for in our wedding. It has a fantastic indoor/outdoor option so if your guests need to get some fresh air they can still feel like they are apart of the party on the balcony when they step outside. Kara is amazing, she a wedding planner that you don't even have to pay for, you want it, no problem she will make it happen for you. She was amazing and such a great asset when planning our wedding, she helped me create a timeline and helped make sure all our other vendors stuck to the timeline to keep the night moving smoothly. Out of all our vendors this was the one with no headache, no hassle, and no \"bumps in the road\". We got beautiful pictures and everyone loved the food! I couldn't have asked for anything more, our wedding was a fairytale! Thank you so much Kara!

Our initial decision to select Stone Ridge was based on \"biggest bang for our buck\". The venue is beautiful, the per-person price includes so many of the extras that were additional charges at most other venues (e.g. chair covers, sashes, ceiling draping), and the food was really good.\r\rBut we ended up getting so much more than we anticipated. Kara, the wedding planner, is top-notch. During the planning stages, she communicated well, she was super organized, she listened and responded to our needs/wants, she made tasteful suggestions and was very pleasant to deal with. As the date grew closer, she addressed all the final details and really put our minds at ease with her confident approach. The night of rehearsal went very smoothly - it was SO nice to be able to give her everything we had purchased for the wedding/reception in boxes and with little instruction, knowing she would take care of it all. She did not disappoint, everything was placed so beautifully. The day of the wedding was perfect. Kara greeted all the vendors and kept everyone to the schedule.\r\rWe had the use of much of the facility, including the locker rooms. There was ample space for all the guys & gals to get ready. It might seem like a minor detail, but I've had an experience where the room provided to the bride and her bridesmaids was so small that they had to take turns going into the room to get ready, and the bathroom was separate from the space causing the girls to have to walk through the lobby to reach the restrooms. Stone Ridge has an ideal set-up for pre-ceremony activities.\r\rThe service at Stone Ridge was phenomenal. We served the food family-style which really worked out nice. We received several comments from guests that the food was really good and that they like the idea of family-style service - everyone was essentially served at the same time and the staff was attentive to empty plates & platters.\r\rI would highly recommend Stone Ridge, their wedding planner, Kara, and their well-trained staff - a perfect combination!

Though the title may have pun like qualities, it couldn't be any closer to the truth. A hole in one in the golf world is a very uncommon, and unlikely of occurrences. My bride and I (wife now) are both from the Toledo area, so when we were searching for venues it was unlikely to look in Bowling Green. (Go Rockets) However, we are so thankful that we followed this lead. There are many nice venues to choose from around the Toledo area, however Kara and her staff are the difference makers. We took Kara's lead on everything that we did, and it turned out to be an amazing night. Her taste in style and class makes for a grade A experience. When you go with Stone Ridge you get the total package. We started with an awesome tasting event, picked from some excellent food. Our guests said it was some of the best wedding food they've ever had. You then get inside access to Kara's vendors. We choose all of her recommendations, and I'm convinced we had the \"A\" team. The linen options are endless through their in-house stock, or her Connie Douglas stock. And when it comes to coordinating the event, she is on top of everything. Kara sees that everything moves according to schedule, and she does this well. Ashley & I could sit back, and enjoy this time with our guests, because we knew we were in good hands. Until you are standing there on your wedding day, you can't imagine how important and nice this notion truly is. \r\rKara & staff, you deserve all the credit in the world! Thank you forever & always for contributing in such a way to our special day.\r\r

Stone Ridge Golf Club gets an A++ in my books. Kara, the wedding coordinator there is amazing. She will make your day as stress free as possible. The food we had on our wedding night was amazing our guest were highly impressed. I love how spacious the venue was too. The bar was in one room and the dance floor and main area in the other. I would highly recommend this venue to any future bride and groom!

The entire staff at Stoneridge was AMAZING!! From the first time we met with Kara, we knew we had picked the right place for our only child's wedding. Kara made sure all our questions, needs and wants were answered and taken care of. As she said to me \" I treat every wedding like its my own\" And that she did!! Everyone from Kara and Joe ( the club manager) to the entire staff was amazing!! The ceremony site was BEAUTIFUL and the food was absolutely DELICIOUS!! We had several guest tell us how it was one of the nicest weddings/receptions they had ever been to!! Our pastor personally told Joe that Kara was the best wedding coordinator he had ever worked with !! There aren't enough words to say how happy we were with everything!! Thank you to the entire staff at Stoneridge and especially Kara and Joe for making the our daughter and son in laws wedding a dream come true!! THANK YOU!!!

I think picking Stone Ridge as my ceremony and reception venue was one of the best choices I made throughout my entire wedding-planning process! Prices are great in comparison to other similar venues in the area. Food was delicious. Very convenient to have everything at one place. The best part, though, was the staff. Kara is AMAZING and patiently walks you through every aspect. She went above and beyond, helping me with things at times that didn't even have anything to do with the venue. We gave them the decorations and Kara and the staff set it all up and executed everything beautifully. They do all they can to help you feel relaxed and at ease throughout the whole process! I highly recommend Stone Ridge!!

Kara is the best person to have at the helm for your wedding. She was involved in nearly every decision that we made. She gave us insight into nearly every vendor that we looked into and was the largest influence in selecting the other vendors that we did (each and every one of which was absolutely fantastic). When we would stress about something Kara would simply lay out her plan and her contingencies and reassure us that she had everything well in hand. When selecting a venue nearly every one that we visited was outdoor ceremony, indoor reception and I asked them all what their plan was for bad weather, Kara was the ONLY one that had a plan - that was one of the reasons we chose her, she was also the ONLY one who made it clear that she wanted to work with us to make this the perfect day and that she would do anything within her power to do things the way we wanted them done - this was the biggest reason we chose her and stone ridge. The rehearsal went incredibly smoothly with Kara helping to make sure that everyone knew exactly what their responsibilities were. Then disaster struck, it rained on our wedding day! Kara quickly and efficiently moved everything inside and made sure that everyone involved knew exactly what they needed to do. The wedding was beautiful, in large part due to Kara's attention to detail and amazing plans and her ability to adapt on the fly. Her staff was friendly and helpful throughout everything. Even though the wedding, pictures and reception were all in the same room (because of the rain) Kara and her staff masterfully funneled our guests to the appropriate locations at the appropriate times. The food was excellent and the service throughout the night exemplary. Thanks to Stone Ridge, Kara and the rest of the staff that helped make our wedding perfect.

Stone Ridge was the right choice for us. We wanted a place that would work with us, had a friendly and helpful planner, and would make a smooth-running wedding reception. Kara, John, and the whole staff did that. We got timely responses to any e-mailed questions. Loved that the minimum cost included chair covers and linens (most places that we talked to did not). Food was good - guests especially loved the flank steak. We had dinner served family style at the tables - benefits of buffet choices without the long line. We also wanted craft beers - no problem. Set up only required us to drop off decor and they did all of the set up, so no stress on the morning of the event. Lots of room to spread out with quiet outdoor space on the deck area away from the music if you want to. Highly recommend Stone Ridge - would go back in a heartbeat.

Our experience with Stone Ridge Golf Course was truly outstanding. We could not have been any more satisfied with our experience from start to finish. Kara Higdon was the most helpful and genuine wedding coordinator that we came across while looking at different venues and we trusted her completely. She was honest and willing to work with us in all capacities and ultimately she was able to give us the wedding of our dreams at a price that we could afford. The elegance of the venue, the excellence of the food, and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff (especially Kara) made for an overall wedding experience that is unmatched. We are still blown away with how nice everything was for the price that we paid. We wholeheartedly recommend Stone Ridge Golf Course for your wedding and it is worth your time to at least visit the venue and meet with Kara Higdon. She will make you instantly feel comfortable and we are confident that you can have the same experience that we had.

My husband and I got married on January 17, 2015 and had the reception at the Stone Ridge Golf Club. It was positively the most perfect place to have a wedding reception... any reception for that matter. I found Stone Ridge while living in Texas, planning a wedding long distance, which also proved to be one of the easiest parts of wedding planning. Kara Higdon, Events Director for the Golf Club proved to be THE best woman for the job. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect person to work with on my wedding day. I remember when we arrived at the Club, the staff greeted us at the doors and it was like we were two movies stars walking into the Academy Awards. Not only was I beaming ear to ear already, I got chills down my spin looking at everyone looking at us. Furthermore, I had left notes and maps showing how I would like the centerpieces to be placed and everything was marvelously done!!!
