The 30,000 square foot Stonebridge clubhouse offers a main dining room, mixed grill, meeting and board rooms and other function space for banquets and special events of varying sizes. Whether it is an intimate family gathering, a business group or a wedding reception, you're sure to find the setting, cuisine and service to be exceptional. I just recently got married here on October 13th and I cannot express just how absolutely lovely this venue was. Joley, our wedding coordinator, was incredibly professional and accommodating. She truly made the day go so smoothly and her staff was just as kind and professional. Everything was beautiful! I will definitely be recommending this venue in the future.

I just recently got married here on October 13th and I cannot express just how absolutely lovely this venue was. Joley, our wedding coordinator, was incredibly professional and accommodating. Everything about our wedding reception at Stonebridge Country Club was perfect! After being forced to find a new venue due to postponing our wedding, we looked at countless venues, and I am so happy we found Stonebridge! We worked with Joley and she was absolutely AMAZING. She was always available to answer my questions and worked very hard to ensure our wedding was perfect. The food and the chef at Stonebridge are great as well. All the guests commented on the great service and the delicious food. Everything from the food to the set up was great! The grounds of the golf course are beautiful and the reception room overlooks the grounds with beautiful floor to ceiling windows. Stonebridge was so accommodating to our needs and was willing to go above and beyond for us even up until the very end. I would highly recommend Joley and the Stonebridge team to anyone looking to plan their wedding!

What a beautiful venue. Our original venue some how or other messed up our contract and we had to scramble for a new venue. We booked it originally about 6 months out. We’re glad we found this hidden gem. We had an outdoor ceremony for a reasonable fee and a sit down wedding package. The open windows overlooking the green trees and golf course. It’s got amazing food. This vendor went through a postponement with us - she offered alternate dates, didn’t charge extra, which I heard many people experienced and patiently answered my questions. She helped me with tables coordinating them to smaller sizes to accommodate limited people at each. The staff was great from waiters to bartenders.

Stonebridge is such a beautiful location!! We got married October 12th of this year and our wedding was more amazing than we could have expected and Stonebridge made that possible :) They were very on top of everything and were so helpful every step of the way! Highly recommend them!

Our wedding at Stonebridge was in May 2019, and it was absolutely everything we could have dreamed of! Joley, the event manager, was INCREDIBLE - she was attentive, patient, and so flexible with everything. She has the best personality and was so much fun to work with! The backdrop of the golf course and the newly-renovated interior were just what we were looking for - the setting is modern, elegant, bright, and intimate. On our wedding day, it was decorated exactly how we had imagined and was impeccably beautiful! The service staff were so kind and helpful, and the food was amazing - we received countless compliments from our guests about the delicious food and how gorgeous the venue was! It did rain on our day, but the staff accommodated us indoors for cocktail hour with ease. I could not be more thankful that we chose Stonebridge as our wedding venue. It exceeded our expectations, as did Joley and the management staff. Thank you for ALL you did to make our wedding day so special and for allowing us to visit so many times to bring our wedding vision to life - we will recommend you again and again for anyone else in search of a venue!

We had our daughter's wedding at Stonebridge and it was the most beautiful wedding, as so many of our guests attested. The food, service and ambiance were simply perfect. Joley was the most helpful, attentive coordinator we have ever worked with, and this is our 3rd wedding (3rd daughter), so we have good comparison. When you see pictures of the venue, you may think it is out of your price range, but it was very reasonably priced and not over-booked. The outdoor space where we had the ceremony was breathtaking. If there were 10 stars, that's what Stonebridge would receive.

What to say except - thank you, Joley! We were looking for place for small wedding, up yo 50 people. As soon as we entered in Club we knew that Stonebridge will be our place for wedding. Staff is so organized and professional. Chef Jeff made soup with our recipe and it was amazing!!! Food is more that delicious, we loved it! Outdoor ceremony is such a good idea! There is a lot of beautiful space to get good photos. My wedding looked like little fairytale! Thanks again❤️❤️❤️

What to say except - thank you, Joley! We were looking for place for small wedding, up yo 50 people. As soon as we entered in Club we knew that Stonebridge will be our place for wedding. Staff is so organized and professional. Chef Jeff made soup with our recipe and it was amazing!!! Food is more that delicious, we loved it! Outdoor ceremony is such a good idea! There is a lot of beautiful space to get good photos. My wedding looked like little fairytale! Thanks again❤️❤️❤️

Jimmy and I can not thank Joley and the staff of Stonebridge enough! Everything was perfect. We were worried about how to get the center pieces set up and Joley and the staff did it for us. They turned out EXACTLY the way we wanted it. She kept the room nice and cool for us too. Cocktail hour was spent outside which is beautiful with the fire pit and outside bar.

Stonebridge is a private country club in Aurora, IL that will allow non members weddings. It is a great value as the minimum needed for the room is around $3,000. They offer packages and will also let you create your own menu. We received wonderful compliments on the food. The wait staff was very attentive. The Banquet Manager is very flexible however she was not very attentive during the ceremony or reception, so expect to have someone else managing timing, the flow of people, schedule , etc.. That is my one frustration is that I had to coordinate everything on my wedding day. \rIt is a lovely setting with lots of trees and large windows.

The property was beautiful, being a private country club the grounds were alwasy in immaculate condition. The food was described by many guests as the best \"wedding\" food they have ever had. The wait staff was amazing very attentive not only to the bridal party but all of the guests. The only complaint was the coordinator, she seemed too busy to take care of questions or concerns throughout the planning process. However, everyone else proved to be very professional and curteous.

We absolutely loved every part of our wedding reception at Stonebridge. Stonebridge is a picture-perfect location for a wedding reception. The golf course provided the perfect backdrop for our professional photos, and our guests really enjoyed the outdoor cocktail hour overlooking the golf course. As one of our guests said, \"I've attended lots and lots of weddings, and this was by far the best cocktail hour I've ever been to.\" The chef at Stonebridge is very gifted, and we all were delighted by the food (from the appetizers to the entrees). We offered our guests various entree choices (filet, chicken, salmon, vegetarian) and each entree was fantastic. As we walked around to greet guests, seriously every plate we saw was clean by the end of the meal. The food was quite delicious! The room at the country club had windows all around, providing great views. The staff (servers) were very courteous and professional. Joley is the banquet manager and was very helpful in the wedding planning process. We highly recommend Stonebridge and we extremely pleased with Stonebridge from start to finish!

By the time my husband and I had an appointment to tour Stonebridge Country Club, we had already had looked at six other wedding reception venues. We were getting frustrated that we weren't going to find what we liked and something that was affordable. We knew about Stonebridge Country Club but weren't sure if we were allowed to have a wedding there because we aren't members. When we met with the wedding coordinator, Joley, she told us that they are allowed to book a set number of events per year for non members! We took a tour of the main dining room and outside patio and fell in love. We had our wedding reception in the main dining room and had our cocktail hour on the patio overlooking the golf course. It was beautiful. I liked Stonebridge because they will work with any budget. Joley will help you design a package that fits with whatever you want to spend. You also don't have to pay until the week before the wedding until you get a more solid head count. She doesn't want you to pay for more people than are actually eating. Also, she coordinated with a linen service to get us the tablecloths and chair covers we wanted. What was great is that they already have centerpieces you can add whatever you want to. The day before the wedding I took all of the supplies for the centerpieces and other decorations to Stonebridge. All I had to do was tell her how I wanted it to be set up and she took care of it! When I walked into the reception after our ceremony, I thought Joley made it look better than I could have imagined! The food was delicious and the servers were wonderful. I also loved that Stonebridge only has one event at a time so they can devote all of their time to you. If I have another party I will definitely be booking it at Stonebridge. Everyone of our wedding guests kept telling us how beautiful the room looked. Hopefully soon I will be having my baby shower there too!

It was located on a golf course so guests could go in or outside. There was an open bar and the service was outstanding--guests did not even have to go to the bar to get a new drink--the waitstaff brought it to them even before they requested more!
