Stonebridge Country Club is a refined wedding venue set among the gated communities of Boca Raton, FL. The club’s palm-lined avenues and lush greenery makes for a serene wedding. The land where Stonebridge Country Club sits today was originally a vegetable farm. The club itself traces its origins back to 1979, when the land was first developed for a golf course. It began to resemble the current club with the construction of the Clubhouse and initial homes in 1984. Throughout the following years, it was renovated and expanded to become the modern, luxury country club it is today. The Clubhouse is the heart and soul of the club, and has hosted formal galas, classical musicians, theatrical performances, and various community events. Upon entering the magnificent gates at Stonebridge, guests are showered in luxury. Its 400 acres of carefully manicured lawn and its lush, 18-hole golf course are kept a vibrant shade of green. The grounds are peppered with tranquil lakes and ponds, providing a beautiful setting for photos. The 40,000-square-foot Clubhouse has all the amenities to make your wedding day as luxurious as possible. It has on-site get-ready rooms so future spouses can get dressed in the ultimate comfort. A sophisticated ceremony and cocktail area overlooks the property, while the adjacent Dining Room can comfortably accommodate 220 guests for the reception. The refined allure of the club makes a wonderful foundation for the most romantic weddings. The club’s staff are well prepared to handle a wedding of any size. They are experienced in working with vendors to coordinate weddings and ensure that everything flows smoothly. The director of catering and events is happy to assist couples in organizing their dream wedding. Catering can be provided by the on-site restaurant, and couples can choose from hors d'oeuvres, buffet stations, or plated dinners. The club also has various bar packages to choose from, and can even create a custom drink for the happy couple. Couples can also avail of chairs, linens, and other finishing touches from the venue. For those who hold their wedding on a Saturday, you can be assured that yours is the only event of the evening. On Saturday evenings, all of the staff’s attention is yours.

I can't say enough about how amazing the venue and our organizer Kara made our special day. The venue and all staff were absolutely top notch along with the food and service all around. Kara was punctual, patient, organized and had such a pleasant and relaxed demeanor that helped us enjoy our day without agonizing over all the little details. I can't recommend them all enough!

We had the BEST time having our wedding at Stonebridge Country Club. Kara and her team were amazing, every detail was taken care of down to the T. Kara made us feel wonderful throughout our whole entire experience as we prepared for our wedding. We could not have asked for a better place to get married, the outdoor ceremony with our inside reception was unreal. The food was a hit, we had couples asking for recipes! If we could we would get married all over again at the Stonebridge.

We worked with Kara for our Wedding at Stonebridge on 6/8/19 and she was beyond amazing! She was personable, efficient, responsive, flexible, professional at all times, and displayed great customer service! The entire staff at Stonebridge was very accommodating and all displayed good customer service to us and our guests! The venue has an intimate setting that is great for weddings and to top it off the bathrooms are very nice too! The FOOD was to die for! From the steak to the crab cakes down to the mash potatoes! Our guests are still talking about how good the food was 3 months later and some wanted to go back for lunch the next day LOL! I would definitely recommend Stonebridge as a Venue for any event!

I requested information from this venue and received a message back that informed me that my budget was not enough for their venue and that their services are not a fit for me, but to let them know if anything changes. They refused to provide basic information based on an estimation of my budget. What if I decided I liked their venue so much that it’s worth increasing my budget? I’m sure the weddings here are beautiful but that is terrible customer service.

Stonebridge is an amazing venue. We did both our ceremony and reception there. The outside reception is what makes it. The view is amazing. The entire country club is super modern with a rustic twist and of course stone. Kara was awesome she was very easy to get into contact with and she made sure I was on top of things. I’m a nursing student so you could imagine how stressful it was especially towards the last two months of planning. She was great the day of the wedding making sure everything was put into the correct spots. It’s worth the money. They work with your menus, include in decorating the cake, and overall make sure your day is exactly how you imagine.

Booking Stonebridge Golf and Country Club was the best decision we made during wedding preparations. My wedding ceremony and reception both were held at this venue. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. I worked closely with Shannon throughout the whole process of planning my wedding. She was extremely helpful whether answering any questions I had (in such a timely manner), or making my dreams into reality (such as making sure that we were married with a giant oak tree in the background -- something that was very important to me). To this day I still get compliments from guests about our wedding. From compliments about the staff, who were absolutely incredible! Very attentive and always one step ahead of my guests. To the food... OH MY! Everything was cooked to perfection. The decor, this venue is beautiful! I could go on all day.I can confidently say that our wedding would have not been the best day of our lives without the help of Stonebridge. I highly recommend you book both your wedding ceremony and reception at this venue. You will not regret it!

Kim was my event coordinator and this club is the best kept secret in Boca! Newly renovated, they have the best layout and facility for your event. I guarantee you will not be disappointed! Also, the food was to die for! Everyone couldn't stop raving about it. Even throughout the planning my other vendors talked about the food - and they were right. Do yourself a favor and tour the club!

I knew from the moment we booked Stonebridge that we had made the perfect decision for our Wedding location. Everyone was beyond helpful and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect night. The staff here is UNBELIEVABLE and every single one of our guests were taken care of beyond expectation. I can't remember one member of staff walking by and not asking if there was anything that they could get for me. Hands down BEST VENUE IN FLORIDA!!

Kara Rowden (Events Director) Kara graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Marketing and Business. She has worked in various departments for Country Clubs. At Lawrence Country Club she was the Food and Beverage Director, then moved to Florida and joined Quail Ridge Country Club as their Social Director. Now she works at Stonebridge Country Club as their Director of Catering and Social Events. Kara has extensive experience working closely with members and clients, planning weekly events, and parties, from small personal events to large banquets and festive galas for over 600 guests.
