Stonebrooke blew it out of the park on our wedding day! The venue was absolutely stunning, but even more importantly, Heidi and her team made our big day a breeze. They set the space exactly how I wanted and made the decorating piece super stress free. Everything from our initial tour, to booking, to menu tasting and planning, to the day itself couldn’t have gone better. Stonebrooke exceeded our expectations for our big day and we couldn’t be happier!

Stonebrooke was an absolute dream and more! Heidi, the event/wedding coordinator at Stonebrooke was incredible to work with. She was with us every step of the way and on the day of the wedding, she managed and set up everything!!! She made the place look absolutely magical and she answered the phone whenever we had a question. The venue flowed because of her and we will never forget how beautiful the day was because of Heidi. As for the venue itself, it was just incredible. From the ceremony setting on the 9-hole course to the reception being at the clubhouse, it was gorgeous. The food itself was SO good! The appetizers, everyone raved about, as well as dinner. The head chef came out to check on how things were going and he truly is a great chef. You normally don’t remember wedding food, but this one you won’t forget. Overall, everything was an 11/10 and the guests couldn’t believe how wonderful everything was. Thank you for everything Stonebrooke!

Stonebrooke Golf Club was the perfect venue for our wedding! Heidi was amazing to work with and she helped us create the wedding of our dreams! Her communication, guidance, organization, professionalism, and kindness went above and beyond our expectations. We loved that the venue was so beautiful on its own that minimal decor was needed. They provide tables, chairs, linen, and kitchenware. We had our ceremony at Waters edge. It was a beautiful day and the setting was breathtaking. We love to dance, so the large dance floor space was a huge plus for us! The getting ready suites were a fantastic way to start off our day and made for a perfect area for our getting ready photos. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. The servers and bartenders were kind and efficient. Everyone we talked to had nothing but good things to say about the venue and the food! We had the absolute best time and highly recommend booking at Stonebrooke Golf Club and working with Heidi for your wedding.

Stonebrooke and their coordinator were AMAZING to work with! I highly highly recommend getting married here and working with Heidi. I will be recommending her and this venue to all friends and family who get married soon. The whole Stonebrooke team truly went above and beyond to make my day incredible including switching the indoor ceremony to an outdoor one in 45 min to make my dream of an outdoor wedding come true! They kept an eye on the radar and did everything in their power to make it happen. If I could get married again, I would choose this location and Heidi over and over again. Also, the food is incredible! I received so many compliments on the food and service. 11/10 experience.

GET MARRIED HERE!! Seriously Stonebrooke was UNBELIVEABLE. They are amazing in every single way and Heidi is incredible. Everything from the bridal getting ready room, to the food, to the service. We are going back and visiting them every honeymoon just to keep that relationship because we love them so much. I cannot stress enough, GET MARRIED HERE.

THE VERY BEST EXPERIENCEMy wife and I got took a leap of faith when we booked with Heidi at Stonebrooke Golf Club in December of 2020 for our big day in August of 2022. Heidi had just recently taken over as events coordinator. She had a vision of what Water’s Edge would look like and what the vibe would be ~2 years down the road.. to keep it brief, she was amazing and there was no detail of our big day that she didn’t have dialed in… recommendations for vendors, day of timeline, rehearsal suggestions, flexibility on every aspect, and extremely genuine and easy to work with. Food was great, staff was wonderful, venue was amazing, guests were pleased, and Heidi was a blessing.11/10 recommend Stonebrooke Golf Club for your big day.

She made sure every little detail was taken care of as well as adjust to any new requests that were made. She truly made the whole event something to remember and would highly recommend both her and the Stonebrooke staff for anyone interested in having their wedding/event at this venue!

The venue is gorgeous and a great place to have a wedding! We did the waterfall location at Stonebrooke for our ceremony. It was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend them on that part. Food was great as well as service from employees throughout that night. The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating instead of 5 was the communication was poor. We barely heard from the venue coordinator Heidi. She is extremely nice and when she does communicate with you she is helpful. But unfortunately when it is hard to get ahold of the one person in charge of everything it makes you feel like your last on her list and not a priority at all. Especially when your date is coming up. We didn’t hear our final estimate or final payment until the week of which made us extremely nervous and feeling stressed on time. When most other people say they hear from other venues almost 2 weeks prior to their dates. On rehearsal night employees had little to no information about our rehearsal and dinner. At the dinner there was multiple wasp nest at the Water’s Edge location where we had rehearsal dinner, that were never taken care of before our dinner that night, which ended up one of my bridesmaids getting stung when out on the deck. When we dropped off our wedding items at Stonebrooke the night of rehearsal we again experienced employees having no idea about this and me ending up having to explain what I was told as the coordinator wasn’t there. The morning of the wedding we agreed on a time frame for my family to come and decorate for the wedding and when they arrived at the later time the coordinator was no where to be found that morning and employees had no idea where my decor items were and couldn’t help. My family members ended up waiting an hour after they were supposed to start decorating, and could finally start and myself the bride trying to figure out and call the coordinator with no answer until an hour later. All while getting my hair and makeup done. Shouldn’t have to deal with that the morning of when there is already enough anxiety and stress for the morning of the wedding. Come to find out she’s giving a tour of the venue, when my family and vendors were told what times would be okay to start and that the venue would be there for any questions or to help. We also experienced not all my decor items being put out which upset me a lot as I had to go looking for them! Which again I shouldn’t have to deal with as a bride. We felt lost most of our day and felt like we weren’t really priority at all. Especially with how much we paid to have a nice venue. Again, venue is beautiful, food was great and service from employees that night was also great and I definitely recommend the venue for those things. But if communication was number one on your list, I do not recommend unless they hire a second person to help with planning events.

What a gorgeous venue! The banquet hall itself was intimate and filled with natural light and the surrounding scenery (especially the waterfall) was so beautiful. We opted for the ceremony at Water’s Edge and it was so fun having everyone shuttled over via golf cart and getting ready in the suite located there. Heidi (the event coordinator at Stonebrooke) was fantastic to work with and often anticipated our needs and was on it before we even asked her. I can’t say enough great things about Heidi and Stonebrooke!

Stonebrooke Golf Club is an absolutely stunning venue, but more importantly to us it had the reception set up we were looking for! It's wrap around patio, bar area, large dance floor and open concept made it the perfect place for guests to mingle and have a blast. We rented out the club house and I couldn't recommend doing this more :) it was so beautiful and the guys and gals both had so much fun getting ready and golfing. When you book with Stonebrooke you get to have Heidi as your day of coordinator as well. She is very professional and an absolute hustler. She helped with the reception set up and was a great point of contact for all of the vendors. She even jumped in and was serving dinners to guests. I would also like to say their head server that closed out the night was so kind and so helpful. She helped pull off a surprise birthday cake for the groom and helped us understand the expectations for clean up as well. All of the servers and bartenders were top notch and worked their hardest to make all our guests happy. Overall it was a five star experience!! With that said I would like to warn other brides and grooms about some issues we ran into and my hope is this feedback will help improve the venue's service for future couples.1. There will be goose poop everywhere if you do your ceremony site at Water's Edge. I really wished the facility had cleaned it up. Instead my brother spent over a half hour picking up goose poop with a napkin in the ceremony site around the chairs, arch and aisle. This is something I don't think we should be expected to do.2. We purchased the club buyout for $1000 and paid for two bartenders. This meant that people not attending the wedding couldn't eat in the reception area; however they were allowed to eat on the patio. The venue was extremely understaffed to serve both our guests and the guests outside. The bartenders although working as fast as they could prioritized people on the patio and folks on the patio were coming in and getting drinks before my guests. I don't have a problem if the venue wants to make more money, but those were bartenders I paid for and if you want to have another revenue stream outside of the wedding you are hosting then you need to have another bartender on staff to serve those folks, as well as separate waitstaff for their food orders. I watched many dishes being served to the guests on the patio while our dinner was very delayed. You need to prioritize the people spending thousands at your venue, or your other option is to staff appropriately to service both groups.3. We had 170 people at our wedding and that was the absolute most I think could fit in there comfortably. They say up to 250, but that would be miserable.4. Heidi was a fantastic day of coordinator up until the point that she had to help out with dinner because of understaffing. She worked so hard and I appreciated her doing that, but I think brides and grooms should prepare for this and hire a night of coordinator to be there if you have a plan you are trying to stick to because Heidi clearly did the correct thing by getting folks served, but other events of the night got discombobulated because of it.Overall this feedback is mostly to the owner or venue manager that makes decisions on staffing and maintaining the facility. Heidi, the servers, and bartenders were all FANTASTIC! The venue is gorgeous and extras like the clubhouse, ceremony at Water's Edge and buyout were all worth it!!

We could not have been happier with our choice to have our daughter's wedding at Stonebrook! The setting was absolutely gorgeous and the photos are stunning! One of the highlights of our day at Stonebrook was be the bridal suite at Water's Edge where we had the ceremony. The suite was the perfect place for the girls to relax and enjoy prepping for the day. The club house was a wonderful place for the reception as it allowed plenty of room for our guests to spread out and mingle and enjoy the beautiful views from the deck or from the club house. The food was also amazing and we were very happy with the variety of menu items we had to choose from for our reception. One of my favorite parts of having her wedding at Stonebrook was their amazing wedding planner! Heidi helped us throughout the planning process to help us choose what was right for our vision for the day. She was very thorough and made sure we had all the details in place. I had such a peace of mind knowing that Heidi was going to help pull everything together for us so we could enjoy the day and not stress out about the details. Stonebrook was a wonderful choice for my daughter's wedding and I would highly recommend it!

Stonebrooke Golf Club highly exceeded any expectations that we had going into planning our wedding. We knew from the moment we left the tour of the venue that this was the place we wanted to get married. The coordinator, Heidi, was so incredible to work with. She turned the overwhelming process of planning a wedding into a fun and simple task. She was there for us for all of our needs and the millions of questions we had. Heidi always responded to us very quickly and was incredibly informative. She went above and beyond for us from the day we toured until the day of the wedding. The rest of team at Stonebrooke was also so amazing. The chef did a fantastic job with the menu and the staff working our reception were so polite and attentive. The venue is so beautiful and offers a wide variety of options for the ceremony and reception. You will not be disappointed choosing Stonebrooke for your big day!

Stonebrooke was the perfect place to host our wedding reception this June (2021). We picked Stonebrooke back in 2019 when we were looking for venues for our wedding ceremony and reception. Obviously COVD-19 impacted our plans but Debbie (the coordinator at the time) was so flexible and helpful and when Heidi took over, we felt like we were in good hands. The venue really provides depth to your celebration. We had groups mingling in all the different areas of the venue (by the bar, dance floor, dining floor, outdoor patio) but all our guests still felt like they were part of the party. Heidi and the catering staff worked together behind the scenes to make sure everything went smoothly and we felt very confident that they would problem solve if any needs arose. Our guests were very pleased with everything about Stonebrooke and my husband and I were too!

This venue was PERFECT! It had beautiful areas for pictures, amazing food, very nice building, and a nice patio with a fire for later in the night. I was getting compliments all night about how beautiful the venue was. It was also very affordable, compared to other places in the area. I would recommend them to anyone!! The venue is gorgeous, the setting exceptional with the golfcourse and waterfall as a backdrop for the evening. Our service was friendly and professional and our guests who had never been here were so impressed and complimentary. We would highly recommend this as a venue. Affordable, flexible, open and bright!

We had our Wedding Ceremony and Reception at Stonebrooke. Our date was changed due to Covid-19, but reverted back to our originally requested date. We planned an outdoor Ceremony, Deb was flexible to move inside, if needed. We were able to decorate the day before, which turned out beautiful! Deb and Staff boxed it all up after the Reception to take with us when convenient. Deb accommodated all our requests, even some last minute ones! Deb was flexible, very personal, responded timely, and very easy to work with. Deb was with us during the day and checked in to verify staying on schedule or adjusting timelines. Many of the services were included in the Venue costs, so no hidden or added costs like other Venues. Everything turned out perfect due to the hard work of Deb, Tom, and the Staff employees! We received NUMEROUS compliments from our guests regarding the Venue, Food, and Staff! Thank you!

If I could only give 10 stars....I am not even sure where to begin to accurately convey how absolutely perfect our wedding was at Stonebrook. Like many couples, due to COVID we had to completely change venues last minute due to our initial venue being closed. Funny enough, when we initially got engaged Stonebrook was one of my top picks but they were already booked for our date...Fast forward a few months..We more than lucked out when they had a last minute opening due to a wedding postponement on our wedding day. From the very beginning the event coordinator, Deb, was PHENOMENAL. That word doesn't even do her justice--truthfully, no exaggerating. She could not have been more personable, prompt, organized/detailed and supportive. Deb had incredibly quick turnaround time on emails/phone calls and was 100% willing to work with us on any and every detail -- even the very small ones! She took meticulous notes while we planned together and did not miss a beat the day of the wedding! It was truly as if we had hired a day-of coordinator because that's how outstanding Deb, Melonie and the staff at Stonebrook are. Our guests and family RAVED about the flawless and effortless coordination through the ceremony, dinner, and reception, as well as the staff. The staff could not have been better had we handpicked them ourselves. Our guests did not want for a single thing-nor did we! I swear Deb and her staff knew what we needed lightyears before we even knew we needed it! They actually had even saved some hors d'ouevres for my husband and I so that we would get a chance to eat them while bustling my dress and taking photos! Small gesture that meant SO much to a starving bride and groom! How incredibly thoughtful!!!They even brought them to us in the bridal suite! The food was INCREDIBLE and all the guests could not stop talking about it! The food is worth every penny (and then some), and we ordered MANY hors d'ouevres as we are a food loving family. :-) My husband and I actually plan to go back soon just for some dinner!While we did have rain on our wedding day, all of the staff remained completely calm and worked with us to quickly make a decision as to whether we wanted to continue with the ceremony outdoors or move inside. We decided last minute to play it safe and move it inside and Deb was 110% flexible! She had her staff make the changes immediately and everything was set up indoors in the blink of an eye. The arrangement/set up I asked for for the indoor ceremony was not actually what they typically do for an indoor ceremony but they were so sweet and accommodating to how I wanted the seating. As the night progressed, things actually went faster than anticipated--ahead of schedule--and Deb/Melonie and Staff were CONSTANTLY checking in with either myself, husband, Dad or MIL about if we wanted to follow the schedule--adjust times, etc. I truly did not have to worry about a single thing! Deb graciously allowed my family and I to set up everything that we wanted the day before and she and her staff beautifully set up everything else! Not only that....after the wedding the staff actually cleaned up and boxed ALL of our decor (and we had a lot!) and had it ready for our family to pick up for us the next day! We did not have to clean up a single thing which truly is worth EVERYTHING! I actually maxed out characters for this review and wish I had more space...To put it simply, You will forever thank yourself for choosing Stonebrook for your wedding!

I had my wedding reception here on December 14th, and it was the most magical winter wedding!! The entire venue was pre decorated with winter holiday decorations that made the entire venue light up and made the venue look very elegant. The pictures in and outside of the venue were outstanding, so many different areas to take pictures. The landscaping made for Absolutely beautiful pictures! The venue itself is so beautiful and with the floor to ceiling windows it makes the entire place feel so big and open, yet the decorations made it feel so cozy and elegant. My guests were amazed by the venue and how beautiful and spacious it was. I continue to hear from guests about how much the loved the layout and feel from the venue. Deb, and her entire team were nothing but amazing to work with. Everything from start to finish was executed just how we had talked about and my guests couldn’t stop talking about the venue and the wonderful staff. Deb was very easy to work with and made it so you felt comfortable and relaxed on your wedding day. She was very accommodating and offered great advice and opinions throughout the process. Deb was also very responsive to calls and emails. We had a meeting the weeks leading up to the wedding to finalize details and she was so flexible and accommodating. The staff was so friendly, timely and they were very responsive and willing to do anything to help make the night great. The food options are absolutely outstanding, we received endless comments about the food. There are so many options to choose from; from appetizers to entrees to late night snacks, my guests raved about the food from the start of the cocktail hour, to dinner and to the late night snack. Many guests commented that it was the best food they have had at a wedding reception (people absolutely loved the beef tenderloin option). Our entire day went so smoothly and a lot of that has to do with the staff at Stonebrooke. Deb and her team took it upon themselves to ensure everything went perfectly and that my vision for the wedding day was exactly how I had pictured, and it 100% was. Stonebrooke was absolutely perfect for our October wedding reception. From the first meeting with Deb to the end of a perfect night, Stonebrooke was a first class venue! We are still getting rave reviews about the food from our guests, which is pretty rare as wedding food goes. In addition to the beautiful venue (complete with an outside firepit) and food, Deb was amazing to work with. She was very responsive to our calls and emails and helped us plan the perfect celebration. We have no hesitation in recommending Stonebrooke!

The service included served drinks and appetizers during the cocktail hour. We had plated meals, they served everything including cake and coffee. When we were planning our reception, a priority of ours was we wanted it to be located somewhere where we, the bride and groom, wouldn't have to spend all our time party-managing. We knew we were going to be busy enough, and also wanted to be able to actually enjoy our party as well, so we wanted to have our reception at a venue that allowed us to relax and put our mind at ease with the operation of the party.Stonebrooke did that perfectly. Every aspect of the reception, from the appetizers to the drinks to the delivery of the food to the servicing of the head table and other tables, was done promptly and politely. The service was tremendous, the food was excellent, the bar staff was great, and to top it off, the location was gorgeous. We have received many, many comments from guests since then about how impressed they were with the reception, with the service, with the quality of the food, with the atmosphere and the beauty of the outdoor space. That is all due to Stonebrooke. Furthermore, they not only exceeded expectations the day of. They were also a joy to work with ahead of time. Obviously the planning stages of the wedding can be stressful, and Stonebrooke was wonderful about helping eliminate stress. Their purchase packet was straightforward and clear, with prices that were very reasonable, and (most importantly) their communication was proactive and comprehensive. The reception venue can be one of the most stressful parts of the wedding planning process, but for us, it was an easy box to check off, thanks to Stonebrooke's help.In sum: we cannot recommend Stonebrooke strongly enough. They did so much to make our day a day worth remembering, not just for us but for all of our guests as well.

I recently helped plan a friends wedding at Stonebrooke this summer. The venue was beautiful, grounds were in immaculate shape, and the outdoor landscape looked amazing for pictures. The space was a perfect fit for the size of the party. The food was excellent and looked beautiful. The staff was more than accommodating and got everyone what they needed. There were no worries the minute the bride walked in, given Stonebrooke to be a great venue that I would highly recommend to anyone in the future.

Our reception was BEAUTIFUL!! Everything I imagined and more. The staff was super helpful and were never in the way (we barely noticed they were there). They served our 205 guests and cleared the tables in great time. Deb the wedding coordinator was absolutely amazing to work with. She responded to emails quickly and always gave us honest opinions. She never tried to make us spend more than what we needed to! It also has beautiful backdrops for pictures outside!! So many of our guests took family photos outside. It was also a huge plus to get to use their outside patio cause we had people hanging out there all night long. We LOVED having our reception at Stonebrooke and I couldn’t recommend it more!

This venue sucked. Yes it is pretty but their service was terrible. First their coordinator doesn't even meet with you - i met her once over the year and a half I was planning an she was not present the day of the wedding. You have to pester her with emails to get anywhere. Their communication is the worst, they blocked the lockers for our belongings, they screwed up my food, they pre-opened wine that wasn't used, they had trash in their fountain, they had broken chairs on the patio, their staff ate my cake without asking, their security guard was over the top and ended up walking in on my 5 year old daughter using the restroom, they said we could open doors to the patio and then denied it, did not turn on outside lighting. They refused to work with me on what I paid for after they were such a let down. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. 10K for about 2K of service. No one should have to worry about this stuff on their big day like I had to.

My bride and I had an excellent experience with Stonebrooke. Deb the catering manager was a pleasure to work with. She answered all of our many questions in a timely manner, and even set up all of our decor for us, and it looked stunning! The venue itself is gorgeous inside and out and was the perfect size for our 120 guests. We loved not having to meet a food minimum, as it helped keep us to our budget. The food itself was amazing, and we've received many compliments about it from our guests. Our only complaint was that the wait staff began to serve our sheet cakes before we had actually done the formal cake cutting.All in all, we had a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking in the South Metro with a small-ish guest list.

Stonebrooke was an absolutely perfect place for our wedding. We did the ceremony and reception here and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Deb coordinated everything ahead of time and she was fantastic! She even sent a spreadsheet with entree prices and details the week before the wedding which was very helpful. Deb always responded to my emails and phone calls right away to ensure all of my many, many questions were answered. Everything went flawlessly the day of. The ceremony setup outdoors is a little unique. We chose to do about 30 chairs up front by the waterfall and the rest was standing room on the terrace - and it worked so wonderfully! It made for an intimate feel while everyone was still able to see and hear the ceremony from any spot. The reception was great! The staff served the dinner at a really nice pace. Everyone (and I mean everyone) commented on how amazing the food was. The portions are very large, and they serve bread and a salad too. It also really reasonably priced (compared to the many other venues we inquired with). The great part about the reception was that we had the whole outside space available for our guests also. So while we were out dancing, some of the non-dancers got to go relax on the terrace. They even did a bonfire once it got dark which was a huge hit and I believe it helped encourage people to stay a little later too. All over all, Stonebrooke was such a great place for our wedding. My husband and I couldn't be happier and I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a nice spot and a good value. The photos on here do not do this place justice, it is a stunning backdrop and we got some incredible photos. Book here and you will not be disappointed!

Amazing!Booking Stonebrooke for our Wedding ceremony and reception was the best decision we made. The venue was beautiful with the waterfalls as a backdrop for the outside ceremony. The night of the reception the staff could not have been nicer. The chicken chardonnay was great but people raved about the beef tenderloin. We rented out the whole place including the bar and restaurant and this gave us so much more space. We were so happy with this venue !

We toured Stonebrook when we were looking at venues in March. Deb seemed very preoccupied with other things when we were trying to ask questions and get to know her better (there was some kind of event being set up for the next day). She handed us a folder and said \"If you have any questions not in the folder, you can email.\" We spent 15 minutes there and had to give ourselves our own tour. She declined to give us a tour because she \"needed to attend to other business\". We crossed the venue off our list immediately after that terrible experience.

We went to visit This venue as potential venue tonight...Our first one! We had set up a tour and had a confirmation email from the wedding planner onsite. When we showed up, no one could find her for 15 minutes. So we started walking around my ourselves. Then someone else (possibly a server?) came over and said that the wedding planner doesn't have any appointments tonight, but she (server) could give us a tour. I tried to show her my confirmation email, but she didn't want to look at it, so we accepted the 2 minute tour. She kept saying things like \"if you need pricing then you need to set up a formal tour with the planner to get that\". When we tried to say that that's what we had thought we had done, the server said that the planner didn't have any appointments and didn't even know who I was. She was sitting upstairs in her office and wouldn't even come down to meet with us! Wouldn't even say I'm sorry for the miscommunication and let me give you some information quick! So my mom asked if we were to book a wedding if the planner would forget about that too, because that's honestly a concern if this is how you do business. To which the server seemed shocked as if we were the ones being rude! Needless to say, that's not our venue and we won't be back. Just leaves a bad taste in your mouth at the beginning of the process. When I posted about it in the MN Brides Facebook group, 4 or 5 women said they had the exact same experience and 2 more had cancelled their tours due to their communicating with the planner. this seems to be how they've chosen to operate, unfortunately.

The biggest and one of the best decisions we made for our wedding was hosting our reception at Stonebrooke. I can't say enough good things about Deb and Carol. Deb worked with me from my first visit up until the day before to ensure that everything was going to be exactly what we planned and made it so incredibly easy for us. Carol was with us on our wedding day and us and our guests received the most incredible service. They worked with all of our other vendors to make the reception come together and it really was a magical evening. This establishment is breath taking, not only during the day, but also at night. The floor to ceiling windows will take your breath away! Our photographer commented on Stonebrooke being the best place he has taken pictures for a wedding! The staff from Deb to the Bar Tenders are amazing. Deb will be there every step of the way and to ensure your wedding is the way you imagined. The servers and bar tenders will do everything to make sure you and your guests enjoy the day and night. After the wedding many of our family and friends complimented on how Stonebrooke can handle a large group with efficiency and grace. This place is a must to check out for your wedding! The food is amazing and you don't feel like it is the \"traditional\" wedding food one usually gets, plus the prices are very budget friendly compared to other places. Our wedding was in December and the way Stonebrooke was decorated and the Christmas lights were hung on the trees outside made one think it was a winter wonderland out of a movie!! You will not be disappointed!!!!

We had Deb as our Wedding planner and Carol was the coordinator for the night of the reception. Both ladies were incredible, helpful and knowledgeable. We chose Stonebrooke because of the beautiful landscape of the golf grounds, the layout of the Reception room and the affordable cost. We absolutely loved that there was NO FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUM! That is so rare to find and it's really what made up our minds for us when choosing a venue. During the planning process, Deb got back to ALL of my e-mails and accommodated our every need. She was very organized and friendly, our wedding reception went perfectly. Because of Deb's planning and Carol's follow-through with coordinating and directing the night of the reception, We were able to relax and completely enjoy the night, they handled everything and the transition from working with Deb to working with Carol was seamless and pleasant :). The food was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy-not too big, not too small it was perfect. And the WINDOWS! having their floor to ceiling windows as the backdrop to the room and being able to watch the sunset was amazing. There was a nice bon -fire area on the deck for our guests to enjoy or have a cigar by which they did. The best and biggest surprise for me was that the staff at Stonebrooke set up all of the decorations that I dropped off and took them down after the reception ended. I thought that we were supposed to stay after and clean up so it was a HUGE relief to find out that they were going to take care of everything, I was so happy! All I had to do was drop off my decorations the week of the wedding and pick them up the day after-including the left over cake, that was such a HUGE help. Another really great thing was that Deb has worked with a lot of the top vendors in the Twin Cities over the years so she knows the ropes and is very experienced. She contacted our Cake Vendor, DJ, Photographer and Florist to confirm all the details with them on the week of the wedding and kept me in the loop the whole time. Our guests raved positive things about the layout and the service, they loved it as much as we did. By the end of it all we felt like family, we had the perfect evening at the perfect place with the perfect people. Thank you Stonebrooke and staff! Thank you Deb & Carol! We love you, it was amazing!!

My husband and I were married in June of this year. We had our ceremony and reception at Stonebrooke Golf Club in Shakopee. Overall, the venue was wonderful, but there is one thing to be aware of. We were pretty taken aback by the cost of tasting entrees. We were charged not only the wedding price for each plate we tested (chicken 1& 2 around 18.95+tax each, and steak 26.95+tax), but also a service fee which was quite expensive. We ended up paying over $100 to taste the food for our wedding. Otherwise, Stonebrooke was absolutely perfect. They decorate for you (set-up and take-down!) The waterfall/pond makes for STUNNING photos. Service-wise, Deb was great during the pre-wedding phase, and Carol was FANTASTIC the day of the wedding, literally does everything she can to make your day perfect. Again, overall loved Stonebrooke :)

We selected Stonebrooke for our reception because we loved their beautiful landscape and reasonably priced menu selections. \r\rThrough the planning experience Deb was VERY helpful. She was always willing to answer questions and quickly responded every time. She has a lot of years of experience combined with a professional but relaxed personality - after every meeting I left feeling so thankful that we'd booked a vendor we could completely trust to take care of everything.\r\rThe day of the wedding we found the site to be gorgeous, the staff to be extremely polite, and the layout of the space was perfect for our event. Some guests enjoyed sitting on the patio while others were dancing the night away. We also got some absolutely amazing photos of the gorgeous scenery at Stonebrooke.

Stonebrooke was one of the most reasonably price locations, they were very attentive to our requests and demands and most of all stayed true to their word!! I have received many compliments stating that the food was some of the best wedding food they have had! The location is beautiful many of the guests enjoyed the beautifully lit waterfall at night time and the patio with the bonfire. The service provided was exceptional with very attentive service. The reception venue is very inviting, the interior fireplace and glass windows create a classy, yet comfortable environment. The venue itself was gorgeous, the food was amazing and the staff that put our event together was so helpful. Stonebrooke is a beautiful venue, and I had my reception there on July 28, 2012. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the scenery is fantastic. I am glad that I chose Stonebrooke, but I wanted to put a few things out there for future brides.\r\rI worked with Deb at Stonebrooke for over a year. She was helpful but not always prompt in responding to email. A week before my wedding, I discovered (not from Deb) that the restaurant would remain open to golfers during the reception. I was disappointed but not upset, but then I was told that my guests could not sit at the tables (although that's where the bar was) and could not sit at the tables outside (that I had purchased lanterns for).\r\rThe DAY OF MY WEDDING...when my cousin went to decorate the reception area, she was told that Deb would not be there for the evening. Instead, Carol would be. Carol, who I had never met and had not even heard about. (My cousin was told that Deb has not taken care of Saturday weddings in ten years.) I will say that Carol did a great job that evening, but she was not aware of everything I had discussed with Deb. It caused quite a bit of stress on my wedding day, and because of the two incidents, I felt as though some things were hidden from me.\r\rAgain, I was happy with my reception. Brides just need to make sure to ask TONS of questions and be prepared for some surprises.

I got married at Stonebrooke this past December, and LOVED everything about it (don't mind this being so past due!) \rThe inside of the building is spectacular - everything is in good shape, it flows well, and it feels very welcoming as soon as you walk in. Since it was a Dec wedding it had very tasteful holiday decor and it was so awesome to have lights on the outside trees with snow on them :)\rDeb, the coordinator there, deserves an award for how much help she is. She provided great advice, tips, and she's always so friendly. You can tell that she has a passion for her work and it really makes getting everything organized through her a treat. This may be a silly thing, but I couldn't believe how many people told us how great our meal was! The presentation of it was nice, the portions were quite large and it simly tasted great! (champagne chicken, recommend it!)\rEven though I loved it, one thing stood out the most for me - her staff was also so great! We were able to drop off boxes of decor/centerpieces, and they set it all up, and also repacked it at the end of the night!! (A lot of places don't offer this perk) \rI don't have anything negative to say about this venue at all. I highly recommend having your wedding/reception here and I'd be happy to provide more feedback on my day if anyone has questions.

Deb at Stonebrooke was a delight to work with! They did an amazing job. The food was pretty bad in the tasting, but wonderful night of the wedding (maybe they just re-heat for tastings??).

We had our wedding reception here on January 21, 2012 and it was perfect. I cannot say enough good things about Stonebrooke. Deb was wonderful to work with. We were able to drop off all of our centerpieces and decorations on Friday and they set everything up for us, and then they also took everything down and packed it up for us so we just had to run back Sunday morning to pick everything up. This led to a completely 100% stress free wedding as they took care of EVERYTHING!!!!! The food was AMAZING! We had the Cedar Salmon and Tortellini Primavera and had rave reviews from all of our guests. My husband, who did not get to try the food prior, said it was the best Salmon he has ever had in his life. The room is gorgeous with huge floor to ceiling windows all along one wall that lead out to a deck, and since it was winter, all of the trees outside were lit up with twinkle lights, which were of course visible from the windows. Stonebrooke created the perfect reception for us!

My experience at stonebrooke was perfect, literally. The layout is great. Deb, the coordinator, is friendly, extremely helpful and very organized. There are no hidden fees, the food is reasonably priced but is FANTASTIC (not a dry piece of chicken over a tough steak in the house). They have a full, built in bar, a dance floor and a fire pit outside. The overall experience will make you want to do it all over again the next night!

The venue was gorgeous, the food phenomenal. There wasn't much I had to complain about. The only thing I had a problem with is that by the end of everything we paid for there we had to pay for our tasting...75.00 for six appetizers, but only four pieces of each...just seemed funny cause I could have ordered a whole appetizer of all six for the same price. We had sandwhiches prepared for the day of, and they were more bread than anything else. They had told us that they would have nice deli sandwhiches...we had huge buns with one slice of meat, and one slice of cheese. There was no butter, mayonaise, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles....nothing. VERY DRY! Not worth the 200 dollars we paid for them. The staff was always very friendly, and we were able to go down and witness a few weddings on the premesis before our big day! They didn't close down the bar, and were still open to the public, so we had a few people crashing, but we took care of it. Then we bought two kegs of beer, totalling like 750 with service charges and taxes. They didn't tap the second keg til the absolute end of the night (about 30 minutes before we had to leave). Then we also noticed that they were serving our kegs to the people who ordered it in the bar.....selling the beer twice. I felt like I should have only purchased one keg to begin with, they talked us into two, and then didn't give us any of that money back...so they are making a double possibly triple profit...I was a little disheartened by this.\rOverall, even with all of the issues, I had a beautiful wedding, and was glad that we had it there. I obviously would change a few things, but the venue is gorgeous, and I had many compliments on the beautiful place!

Stonebrooke was a great value. The food was good (not phenomenal) and I got compliments on it. It's a gorgeous venue. The coordinator is very responsive but you have to know what you want.

Stonebrooke Golf Club was amazing! The setting by the waterfall was perfect for an outdoor wedding ceremony, as well as a perfect backdrop for pictures. Our guests enjoyed the spacious deck outside and the firepit afterdark. The food and presentation of it was great. As the bride, I was very pleased with how the night turned out.

Deb at Stonebrooke is amazing! She is organized, efficient, caring, and willing to bend over backwards to help! The venue is beautiful, and we got to take advantage of the outdoor terrace which our guests loved. The food was awesome and we received plenty of compliments about it. The only caution is that it isn't huge. We had 199 total guest and that was pretty packed. I wouldn't go too many over 200 for comfort. It would have been the IDEAL spot for 150-175 guests.

I was very disapointed with the service we recieved at Stonebrooke. \r*My wedding party decorated the venue (1 hour before the ceremony was to begin) although we were told that total set up and decoration would be taken care of. \r*Our guests paid for their drinks although my husband and I had already paid for drinks three days in advance. \r*Bartenders were often no where to be found. *Staff was rude when asked to turn the fire alarm off...yup, the fire alarm went off! \r*Our hor'd were not passed which is what we had agreed upon in our contract. Food was just placed on a table. \r*Our phone calls have not been returned...\rWe had a wonderful wedding DESPITE Stonebrooke. I heard poor reviews from others, but ignored them due to the fact that Stonebrooke was voted one of the best on The Knot. Be cautious if considering Stonebrooke! (The wedding coordinator will make it sounds like everything is under control and taken care of when in fact she could care less!!!)

This was the perfect place to have my wedding. Everything was beautiful, and I got so many compliments on the venue. The wedding coordinator took care of everything for us, and it was perfect. Highly recommended to anyone.
