My husband and I got married at Stonehaven Hall at The Milestone on 1/12/23, and they were seriously AMAZING! The Milestone is kind of a one stop shop in that we got our catering, photobooth, DJ, and other services through them, which made our planning super easy. Jessica was who helped us plan everything beforehand, she was very friendly and put any anxieties at ease. On the day of the wedding we had Haley onsite who not only made everything run super smoothly she went above and beyond when we had a mini snafu (forgot a box for the top of the wedding cake). I've had so many family and friends tell me what a lovely day it was, it felt perfect, and I can honestly say a lot of it was because of the venue and its staff. Highly recommend!

Stonehaven Hall was the perfect choice for my best friend's wedding. The venue was absolutely beautiful both inside and out. Aniah, the Coordinator, was on top of everything and answered any questions we had. Everything was fantastic! I would recommend this venue, as well as Aniah, to anyone looking to ensure their day is perfect.

Itâs a beautiful venue and our day turned out perfect. I honestly wouldnât have hired a day of coordinator left to my own devices, but the coordinator included with our booking, Lyn, was incredible and made our day so smooth. The food (we had the BBQ) and bar service through the venue was excellent. My only reservation about the experience was difficulty communicating with staff leading up to the event. I feel like I was pretty low maintenance, but the few times I tried to reach them it took 3-5 business days to get a response even in the 2-4 weeks before the wedding. Overall I think itâs a lovely venue if youâre looking for a hands-off, almost everything is included process! Just be aware there will not be much handholding.

Jordan, my planning representative was very communicative and went above and beyond to help with the details leading up to the day of. Kenzie, our day of coordinator, did an amazing job making sure the day ran absolutely smooth and seamless. I cannot recommend this venue enough or any venue that is a part of Walters wedding estates! My husband and I are so thankful to have picked such a beautiful place to celebrate our marriage.

I feel in love with the Milestone when my BF got married here. Never did I dream of having my dream wedding here. But with the payment plan it was possible, we got off to a rocky start. But Jordan, Kenzie, & Alexy, soon made up for it! I really feel like these ladies wanted my wedding to be perfect. No detail was left undone. With meetings that fit our busy schedule, emails, and phone calls. I really felt like I had a team that cared as much as we did about our wedding and how special I wanted to make it. Especially since most of my guest were traveling from another state. Everyone was professional and attentive. I literally had the wedding of my dreams! mostly all my guests have complimented me on how beautiful the venue was. And how excellent the food was. Look no further, you're in very good and capable hands here at the Milestone at Stonehaven. We are even thinking of having our a Quinceanera here, it was such a success!!!!

Had our wedding there last week and let me tell you⊠I am sooooo happy we chose this venue! Our price included bar, food, and DJ. They were super flexible, super reliable, responses fast, and our day of coordinator was amazing!! Thank you Kenzie for the beautiful wonderful day!! It was amazing to work with Kenzie! She was super helpful so sweet and kept everyone in line which took all the stress off of me as the bride. Absolutely loved working with her and definitely recommend this venue for you wedding đ

Had our wedding there last week and let me tell you⊠I am sooooo happy we chose this venue! Our price included bar, food, and DJ. They were super flexible, super reliable, responses fast, and our day of coordinator was amazing!! Thank you Kenzie for the beautiful wonderful day!! It was amazing to work with Kenzie! She was super helpful so sweet and kept everyone in line which took all the stress off of me as the bride. Absolutely loved working with her and definitely recommend this venue for you wedding đ

The Milestone New Braunfels did an amazing job. They have an online portal which helps you to keep track of everything leading up to the wedding day. They kept in touch with me periodically and helped with the planning process. The venue is beautiful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The venue has different tier levels for pricing and what all they provide, and you could customize your package with them. It was helpful to be able to use their in house catering and DJ and not have to worry about finding my own. Highly recommend The Milestone New Braunfels!

Let me say Aniah and her crew the day of the wedding were absolutely fabulous. They were friendly, professional, organized, and most important, flexible. We loved working with them and they made the actual wedding day a great experience. They get a 5 star rating. Things to note. The sales and on site coordinator prior to the wedding were not flexible on anything. This was a bit stressful. Make sure you know exactly what you do and do not want to include with the venue before you sign anything. It was all about making money and not providing customer care and flexibility. EVERYTHING has a cost involved including adding extra event hours, changing menu items, and extra fees (that you have already paid for) . You should be able to rent the entire facility for the entire day instead of blocks of time. There are no other weddings on the same day and the set up team is there early. Aniah and her team understood that and were gracious about time. When we toured the venue we asked specifically about how the grass and outside would look for a summer wedding. We were told that they had water irrigation and it would be green and beautiful. It was not. I understand we are in a drought but this was dead brown and some weeds in the creek and flower beds. The outside had not been maintained at all. Luckily all eyes were on the Bride and ceremony. It was disappointing from the beautiful pictures seen online and from what we were told. The wedding hall inside was gorgeous just as pictured. We elected to use the buffet style dinner from the venue caterer. The food and appetizers were good but the main dish was cold. These were just a few hiccups along the way to note. Aniah and her team again provided an amazing experience for the wedding day. All in all my daughter had a great day.

I fell in love with this venue through the knot and immediately went for a tour prior to Covid. I was set on making it my venue but didnât set a date at the time (thankfully I didnât, due to Covid ruining many weddings). But after that I found out that Walter estates actually holds a contest for military personnel to win a free wedding every year. So I applied two years in a row and actually won my second time around. I was beyond happy that we won for the sole fact that weddings are expensive and I was going through school at the time and building a house at the time I won. Walters estates went above and beyond to make our wedding the best it could be. I actually had 2 different coordinators during my time with them, Jessica and Alex. Both were absolutely wonderful through out the entire process making my life so much easier. They were both very professional and kind and really care about their brides wants and needs. The communication was always easy to reach them. Every question was always answered. As for wedding day, it went so smooth with our day coordinator. She ensured we stayed on schedule. The food was amazing. We had the Texas BBQ and I got compliments on the food up to weeks after the wedding. The margarita bar was a hit and super fun and delicious for our guest. I canât say any bad things about my experience with the milestone staff or the venue itself.

My experience with The Milestone and their team was great! The venue (Stonehaven Hall) is just beautiful, and the hill country view was exactly what I wanted! The grooms and bridal suite were great! Our rep McKenna was so nice, and kindly answered all the questions when I reached out. She was enthusiastic about our ideas, and was genuinely excited for us! She was even there on the wedding day! The entire staff were all polite and friendly! Our DJ Nicholas with Co-Host was very communicative even if we werenât and the music was just how we wanted it, fun and got people to dance. We did the cryo guns and that was a fun way to open the dance floor! And lastly the food was delicious! We received many compliments from our guests on the Lone Star Buffet! It was a perfect, stress free day! Highly Recommend!

Grand Birthday Masquerade BallIf I could, Iâd write a whole story on how amazing our experience was celebrating our momâs birthday. As my mother faces a terminal illness, Jess and Grace and the staff at this venue made my mothers dreams of going to a grand masquerade ball come true! The way that they were so readily available to help with absolutely any need to make sure the event went off without any issues was amazing!! Incredibly a joy to work with! Especially in such a difficult time in our lives. The venue was so beautiful on its own. We didnât need much decor! The food was incredible! All of it!! The staff was so beyond friendly! I really could go on and on⊠best event experience ever!

Grand Birthday Masquerade BallIf I could, Iâd write a whole story on how amazing our experience was celebrating our momâs birthday. As my mother faces a terminal illness, Jess and Grace and the staff at this venue made my mothers dreams of going to a grand masquerade ball come true! The way that they were so readily available to help with absolutely any need to make sure the event went off without any issues was amazing!! Incredibly a joy to work with! Especially in such a difficult time in our lives. The venue was so beautiful on its own. We didnât need much decor! The food was incredible! All of it!! The staff was so beyond friendly! I really could go on and on⊠best event experience ever!

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about this place and the staff. They truly felt like family throughout the whole process. Jessica and Kayci made the day and days leading up to our wedding perfect. I truly appreciated all the kindness and love they were showing to my mom as she did all of our flower arrangements, and honestly as long as my mom had a smile on her face I had even less of a reason to stress or struggle with the day. It was so much fun seeing people on the dance floor the whole night as well as some of the staff dancing with all the kids. Our wedding will definitely be a day/ night we will never forget thanks to everyone at The Milestone in New Braunfels.

The milestone new braunfels | stone haven reception was what my wife and I picked, it was the absolute most stunning venue we came across and fell in Inlove with the atmosphere. The food was fenomenal, The Bar was truly exceptional! Everyone loved the food we chose especially, that honey mustard chicken super delicious ! And let me not forget those brisket sliders. Everything was so perfect my wife and I were not stressed at all on how everything was going to play out because everything was right on point and we had a time line on where everything was going to start. Nice venue, but keep looking if you don't want your wedding entrée and expensive wedding cake completely messed up.Customer service is great until you get everything paid for, then you're forgotten. Served the wrong entrée on our wedding night and took almost 2 weeks before reaching out to right their wrong. The venue also shoved our wedding cake in several broken and cut parts into a box after being asked several times for a preserved layer to keep. Offered a measly 15% food cost refund for messing up the most important aspect venue management was in charge of. Pathetic. Just a slap in the face after thousands of dollars paid to get such a little amount back for such a huge error on the venue's part. Zero remorse at all from the venue and they couldn't care less about us after the event. They even had the gall to offer a 20% refund for just the food cost with a hush order signed to prevent low reviews. Yes, they really said this. Pretty unbelievable. Everything else was great and Destiny was awesome on the wedding day. To have this happen on such an important day and then to make such minimal and unconcerned efforts to right their wrong is just a slap in the face after literally thousands and thousands of dollars were paid to the venue months in advance. With a menu made months in advance.Save yourselves the potential to have the wrong main course served and expensive wedding cake completely destroyed by the Milestone and look elsewhere. Or be prepared for no refunds due to employee errors or gag orders once things go wrong on the venue's behalf.

The staff was great to work with even though we added and changed several things throughout the process. They gave me a kickass vendor list and every single one of the vendors I used were incredible. Mary did such a great job making adjustments and keeping us on time without my husband and I feeling like we were being pulled around everywhere. I have told all my friends to book with them and will continue to do so to any bride in the central Texas area. We used the stone haven hall and the venue was so pretty we didnât have to bring anything other than table decor. Stephanie was amazing! Wedding venue itself was beautiful but the service we received with Stephanie was outstanding. She made sure everything was taken care of, she was so polite and it took the wedding over the top. I would absolutely recommend this venue!

We had such an amazing wedding at the Milestone in New Braunfels. We were in the Stone Haven hall and it was just perfect. Little mix of modern and rustic. Victoria was our day if coordinator (which is included in the price) and I cannot praise her enough for how wonderful she was during the entire planning process and day of. She answered all of thousands of emails the same day sometimes the same hour. She sent us reminders for everything. She made sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible the day of. She made everyone comfortable and made sure we had everything we needed. She was helping with the families and all the guests as well as trying to contact our cake vendor who was late. It rained the morning of the wedding and she was outside with a towel wiping off the chairs. She kept me calm the entire time, kept us on schedule, and did so many things I wasnât even aware of that day. Every now and then she was just there fixing my dress while I was dancing so that the pictures were amazing. She brought us our dinner in the grooms suite so we could have a private minute to ourselves including drinks and refills. She bustled my dress for me and put on my shoes. She was just absolutely amazing. My entire family and wedding party just kept asking who she was and where she came from because she just knew exactly what to do and was so kind to everyone. Love her. I was nervous about the catering because at the open house it was small portions but my goodness we had parmesan crusted chicken and it was HUGE. I couldnât even finish it. Perfectly cooked. The sides of mashed potatoes and green beans were to die for as well. It was all delicious. People told me no one would remember the food but I had several people ask me who catered because it was so good. Overall, our experience was amazing. I would definitely recommend them. I would give them ten stars if I could.

This venue is about making money, not memories. The venue is truly, absolutely gorgeous but that's it. *I had three Day of Coordinators during the last 5 weeks of planning. I met my actual coordinator during my rehearsal. The first one quit. The second was pregnant and due a few weeks after my wedding and had to give up my wedding due to pregnancy concerns (maybe should not have been given weddings this close to her due date???)*I paid for 4:30 to 11:00. This means ceremony could not start until 6:30 due to decorating, hair, pictures, etc. Food served at 7:30, dancing started at 8:30, had to leave at 10:30. Be VERY aware of your timeline!! If you want to come in early, they will charge you $500/hour even if no other event is happening.*The venue will not help with ANY set up! If you want to put up flowers, material, lights across the pavilion you will need to bring your own ladder. Bring your own extension cords, power bars, tape, etc and make sure you have friends to do it for you (and make sure you have time to get it all done prior to the ceremony).*My guests were using their USED dinner plates to get dessert because the staff did not put out dessert plates (which was part of our agreement), instead, dessert plates were brought out only after asked for by a guest.*I had a huge, heavy box filled with dessert platters. The staff put this box behind the bar during set up and it was not found until after the reception. The coordinator fessed up to this to my friend who had to set up the dessert table with regular dinner plates. *I had 4 complaints from guests about how snippy, short and rude my coordinator was. My new husband and I were standing inside the venue and could literally hear her screaming directions outside at my adult guests about how to properly light and hold sparklers.*Good luck with any of the Walters properties. They are truly beautiful venues but never forget their priority is to make money. I would highly recommend a venue that gives your timeline flexibility. We literally had two hours to spend with our guests because my timeline was chewed up by basic decorating (not a lot, just simple lanterns as centerpieces, garland on the staircase, and tule/lights across the pavilion) and dinner. And we only took 1/2hr for photos. Hope this helps!

If I could give this venue a ZERO I would! First off, they are a big scam. They paint it so pretty for you in paper saying âwe will have a day of coordinationâ and it basically a employee who doesnât follow up with the people, doesnât ask if bands/djâs need any certain plugs, did not ask catering on specific details, and did not even come across with question for the photographer on any specific request. So whatâs the point of a day of coordinator? Anyways, they over charge and had me (the bride) and my mother and GRANDMOTHER and other family members set up when they âhave peopleâ for that. If they post photos of my wedding, itâs not props to them. Itâs props to my catering, dj, band, and photographer for helping me with that. They will find a way to basically screw you over. Also the âbarâ is only mixed drinks. They donât do shot and they donât tell you about that. They were horrible with us, some ladies even had an attitude with me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! If you see reviews with good rates make sure you check the date, they changed management so itâs not the same people.

In fact, she was rude to my family which was very disappointing. When I informed the venue of these issues, their response was thanks for letting us know. The springs is a beautiful space and offers stunning inside and outside areas for pictures. We got so many compliments. However, the service on the day of our wedding was minimal. The person who was supposed to make sure the venue was working properly was very rarely present. The toilets were clogged when we first arrived and the tables were not set up correctly. It caused some chaos before the reception had begun. However, the managers were readily available any time I had questions which I really appreciated.

The venue was beautiful and the management always nice and helpful. I am so disappointed that the Mic did not work for the pastor during the ceremony... I asked for them to do a Mic check before I left for hair and makeup and when I got down the aisle the Mic did not work and even worse let out a static sound through the speaker. I was praying throughout the ceremony that the person on staff would have poked their head out to check on the ceremony and realized the Mic was all static and no sound so that they could have fixed it then and there. No one past the first row could hear anything and my own parents barely heard our vows and the pastor. It was so disappointing. Later that night my caterer had trouble finding the person on staff and so I looked and couldnt find whoever it was. Over all the venue is beautiful. Hands down the best venue for decor and natural beauty. Just stay on top of things like knowing who the coordinator is when they switch shifts and if the small Mic for the officiant actually works outside.

This place is beautiful!! Our wedding was the perfect outdoor ceremony and indoor reception, the venue staff took care of placing all the chairs and tables exactly as planed, they were always nice and very responsive. Some of my guests (specially closed family) complained to me next morning on how some lady was telling everyone since 11:30 that if they were not gone by midnight the doors were going to close on them, which I thought was not very nice, since in my schedule was specified that the last private transportation will come to pick them up exactly as midnight.

I'm not usually one to do a review, but I felt like I had to do one for this magical place! First of all its beautiful! You don't need to splurge on decor because honestly, you don't even need it! The price is reasonable and with the payment plan, it's not such a financial burden.The staff- from the tour to the clean up they were so sweet, and ready for any question and to help when needed. My favorite thing about them is they have a phone to text with their clients! So cool. While we were getting ready I was able to just text them and they would adjust the thermostat or pull out another table. I HIGHLY recommend the spring, my wedding was perfect and I owe alot of that to this gorgeous venue!

Choose The Springs for your wedding! We were thrilled with every aspect of it. WONDERFUL VENUE! I just had my wedding here in December. The staff is so amazing. Melissa was an absolute joy. She was always kind, resourceful and prompt. I could not have been more happy with the way our wedding turned out. The venue is gorgeous without any decorations. It truly was the best day ever!

This venue was designed for weddings! The staff is absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful!! I always pictured an outdoor ceremony but weather is, of course, a big concern being in unpredictable Texas. The indoor reception hall is gorgeous so rain won't ruin the big day because the staff can move everything inside last minute. The venue also hosts a bridal garage sale and vendor open house twice a year to help brides-to-be find the best deals. Such a cool place!

We absolutely loved this place. We fell in love when we walked in. It was gorgeous and well kept. Everyone said it was beautiful and the staff was so friendly! The suites were perfect with plenty of room. I had up to 10 girls in there plus my hair, makeup and photography people. We used the grooms suite during the reception for the kids and babysitter which was perfect. The staff was super helpful and accommodating and made sure to answer any questions. I highly recommend this venue.

I loved working with Boulder Springs. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating to any of my questions or requests. They were very responsive to any phone call or text that I sent them and always had an answer by the end of business. I loved the flexibility of choosing my own catering, bartenders, and day of coordinator. I got to make my wedding my own unlike other venues who forced me to use one of the mentioned above. The space was beautiful and perfect and did not take much decoration to make the venue beautiful. I would highly recommend any bride who likes flexibility and have their options open to look into this venue!
