My husband and I were so lucky to have our wedding and reception at Stonelick. They made it so easy for us. If we had any questions or concerns they always have an idea or a back up plan. Everyone has told us how timeless our wedding was and I think a large part of that was bc of our choice in venue. They made my wedding day stress free. Plus the photos opportunités with that amazing back patio area are priceless!

My wife and I got married at Stonelick Hills Golf Club and it was phenomenal!âThe venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. The wood and the stone make for an excellent rustic themed wedding. The option to have an outdoor or an indoor wedding was a huge factor in deciding to tie the knot there. The outdoor area makes it feel like youâre getting married on a castle, almost like a real life fairytale. The price was below my expectations ($6000 minimum) for such a picture-perfect setting, especially considering the cost included dinner. Which brings me to my next point: the burger bar.There was a set menu with different options to choose from with more traditional wedding foods. But my wife and I both wanted simple foods to alleviate some of the cost of the wedding. We had asked for a burger bar and Jake and Mike seemed eager to deliver. And deliver they did. The spread of the bar was great, it was exactly as promised and had plenty of options for all our guests to enjoy. They even made accommodations for some guests who were allergic to beef by grilling turkey burgers too.Dealing with Jake and Mike was easy and they were excited about our ideas and happy to help to make our wedding what we wanted. During the event Mike coordinated with our vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly and on time. We didnât have to stress about a dang thing and we were able to enjoy every moment of the night. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Every one of the âserversâ was truly a pleasure and they did an amazing job keeping everyoneâs water filled and checking on guests throughout dinner. It was also a huge relief not having to worry about cleanup that night as the staff collected all our decorations and stored them for the next day.If I could go back and do it all again, I would say with 100% certainty that I would trust Jake, Mike, and all the crew at Stonelick Hills Golf Club to make our day a day we will never forget again and again.

Stonelick Hills was the perfect venue for our wedding on May 18, 2019. The golf course and club house are beautiful! We love the stone & wood decor which set the right tone for our event. The patio setting for the ceremony is so perfect which made for amazing pictures. On top of all that, the food was very good. We had numerous people tell us how impressed they were. Mike (Gen. Mgr) was great to work with. He's professional and easy-going and was there every step of the way including the entire event. Another big benefit of this venue was that my fiancé was able to coordinate a golf outing with a group of wedding guests the morning of the wedding. We highly recommend Stonelick Hills Golf Club.

I recently attended a wedding reception at the Stonelick Hills Golf Club. From the moment we entered the grounds we were treated like royalty by the staff. Everyone was friendly and so professional. The venue is beautiful and you could tell the club was very well maintained. The food and presentation was exceptional. We were very impressed with the manager, Mike Sowards. He stopped by our table and introduced himself. Several times he asked if everything was ok and if we needed anything. First class service! The reception went smoothly and you could tell everything was well organized. I would highly recommend Stonelick Hills to anyone needing a classy venue for an event.

Stonelick worked with us in every way possible from the food to cake maker recommendations to decorations and so much more. All of our guests complimented Stonelick. They enjoyed the beauty of the venue and being able to wonder about instead of being confined to just one room. If the guest didn't want to be where the DJ was, they could stay in the banquet room and catch up with family and friends or they could sit in front of the fireplace and enjoy a nice drink or be out on the dance floor. We give Stonelick our highest praise and review possible. Highly recommended to anyone considering Stonelick Hills Golf Club for their wedding day!

I got married at Stonelick Hills on 9/29/2018. We had viewed a few venues but knew Stonelick was our venue the second we walked in. The setting is beautiful. The vaulted ceilings and stone in the clubhouse, the pond on the 9th and 18th hole, it was everything we wanted and more. When we told them we wanted something other than âwedding foodâ they suggested the Fiesta buffet and it did not disappoint. Everything was cooked to perfection and our guests were pleased. Jake and Mike were so easy to work with and always available to answer my questions. They made sure the whole process was stress free from the time we booked until the last dance at our reception. I would absolutely recommend Stonelick Hills to anyone who wants a wedding that you and your guests will never forget.

Randy & Mike from Stonelick Hills Golf Club weâre AMAZING! No matter what we needed Randy or Mike was right there to help! The food was INCREDIBLE, we got so many compliments on it! Randy also made our cake and it was nothing short of spectacular! We had planned this gorgeous wedding outdoors, and it unfortunately did storm the ENTIRE day, but Randy & Mike came together and we figured out a back up plan and our indoor wedding was just as perfect. I canât thank these two guys at Stonelick enough, you guys made my wedding day a breeze!

Stonelick Hills Golf Club was absolutely amazing! Our experience working with Mike, Randy and the entire Stonelick staff was top-notch from the beginning of the planning process. The venue is truly a hidden gem in the Greater Cincinnati area. The grounds are impeccable with the backdrop of mature trees and a well-manicured golf course. Randy took care of our every need and truly listened to the type of wedding we wanted to experience from food choices through interior and exterior decorating. We had a Saturday wedding and were able to use both Friday and Saturday as set-up days for the ceremony. Randy actually came in on his day off to help my wife with some of the preparation activities. We had some bad weather approaching on the wedding day and Mike was right there with up-to-date weather radar asking how we might proceed and make alternative arrangements in the event the storm arrived early for the ceremony. Fortunately, no storm, rather clear blue skies with lots of beautiful sunshine. The wedding set-up has one of the most incredible backdrops, allowing for both the fairways and water views to accent the ceremony. The clubhouse served incredibly well for our 200+ reception. Plenty of room for dinner, socializing and dancing! There is also plenty of covered space directly outside of the clubhouse to accommodate anyone wanting to take in the scenery of the beautiful evening. I did fail to mention the locker room facilities available for the groom/groomsmen. This truly added an extra amenity for the wedding party. The groom and his wedding party had a dedicated \"chill-space\" for the day to call their own. Mike and Randy truly became an extension of our family. We can not say enough about our wedding experience. We have had both friends and family contact us since the wedding to share with us the positive experience they had attending our wedding. Simply stated - they said everything was perfect and went seamlessly. If you are looking for a great location with committed staff at a truly affordable price, I would recommend contacting Mike and Randy at Stonelick Hills.

We loved having our wedding at Stonelick Hills! Particularly, working with Randy was awesome. He was communicative throughout the whole planning process and super flexible and receptive when we had questions or details to follow up on. His goal was to make the wedding planning process as smooth as possible. The food was amazing and the ambiance was gorgeous. Throughout the night Jake also came to check in and make sure we had anything we needed. It was affordable and beautiful! The day was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better place to have our wedding and reception.

We had our daughter's wedding reception at Stonelick Hills on November 11, 2017. The staff and facility were amazing! Besides being beautiful, the club had several amenities that we found to be exceptional: first, there is a special room off the ladies' restroom available for the bride which was a great place to touch up her hair and bustle her gown. The bar area was adjacent to the dance floor, which gave our guests easy access to cocktails and drinks without having to leave the music and fun. The separate but nearby dining room allowed guests who wished to visit with others a chance to chat without having to shout over the music. The fireplace made a lovely background setting for guests who were taking selfies, and the crow's nest was a fascinating place for our guests to climb the stairs for a bird's eye view of the beautiful grounds and surroundings. Because the building was so beautiful, we didn't have much need to decorate, just the tables.The staff went above and beyond to make it a night to remember. We worked with chef Randy, who came up with a special, unique menu that delighted our guests and fit within our budget and was not upcharged â a \"Thanksgiving-type\" menu that was especially appropriate for November. Our guests raved about how delicious the food was, and many went back for seconds. There was plenty for everyone, including the photographer and the musicians. We opted for donuts and homemade cookies for dessert, and Randy and his staff took care of plating them, displaying them, and bringing them out to the reception when we asked. The bartenders were great. General Manager Mike and the rest of the staff made sure that things ran efficiently and on time. They carefully took down our decorations and left them for us to pick up the next day. All in all, the wedding reception was beautiful and our guests enjoyed themselves immensely. The cost was comparable with other vendors, and we never felt that we were under pressure to pay, and they were upfront with cost. I would recommend Stonelick Hills to anyone who would like a lovely reception and a personal touch without hassles.

Gorgeous and it fit us to the T! Couldn't have picked a better venue for price and look. Management is wonderful and very helpful. We had Chef Randy help with the last minute menu and seating. The GM Mike also helped out the night of wedding. The food was delicious as well. We booked for the reception and ceremony. The team worked well together and helped us whenever we asked. It is a beautiful place out in little old Batavia/Owensville area. I highly recommend :)

Gorgeous and it fit us to the T! Couldn't have picked a better venue for price and look. Management is wonderful and very helpful. We had Chef Randy help with the last minute menu and seating. Jodi at Stonelick Hills was incredibly patient, kind, and so helpful for the wedding and all of the days leading up to it. There were so many different people involved with planning but she made sure that my husband and I were in the loop and on board with all of the ideas. On the night of the wedding all of our parents were so impressed with how attentive she was. She was constantly making sure we had full drinks and no worries. She is such a great addition to Stonelick.

On the night of the wedding all of our parents were so impressed with how attentive she was. She was constantly making sure we had full drinks and no worries. She is such a great addition to Stonelick.

Our client had a large guest list and the staff at Stonelick was willing to work with us to accommodate the guests the best way they could. Jodi Grooms, catering manager, went above and beyond to fulfill her clients requests and make sure they were taken care of. Not only is the venue lovely, but the food is delicious as well! The staff was also very friendly. For couples who want a quaint feel for their wedding and a venue with charm, I recommend Stonelick Hills.

Not only is it a gorgeous golf course, but every where you turn the views are breathtaking and the entire staff is equally amazing! Each person was welcoming, professional, kind, approachable, hard-working, and eager to make our day perfect. Our day was perfect! Everything came together beyond our expectations. The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. The atmosphere was better than we envisioned and we simply could not have asked for more. I would highly recommend Stonelick Hills Golf Club for a place to visit, golf, and/or host any type of venue. A HUGE thank you to Mike, Kyle, Jodi, & Jake. They recently had a change in the event coordinator and it seems so there were a few things to be ironed out; i.e., previously Kyle said we could take a golf cart and take pictures around the course, but when it came time and we asked, we got the feeling they weren't all that happy about it. Be aware that although we were told the clubhouse closed at 5:00, golfers could still walk up to the side window to order and did so even as the bridal party was getting ready to walk out and stayed to watch the ceremony. I appreciate they want to take care of their golf members, just need to know that could happen. The food was very good, better than most catering companies I have had. During rehearsal Jodi did hover around somewhat, but I guess that's better than a venue where they don't do their job. Mike didn't appear overjoyed about all the people coming in and out to decorate, but that could be my perception. Overall a beautiful wedding and a good experience.

This was beyond the most beautiful place to have my wedding! Not only was Jake and Mike so accommodating, the bartenders and staff members really worked hard that night and it was so appreciated! My photographer had a 'hay day' taking pictures on the beautiful course! Not only would I recommend it because my now husband is a member there, but I would recommend it as a bride as well! It was so beautiful and I just loved all the photos! Also, be sure to ask them about their Sangria! It was amazing!

From start to finish, our experience with Stonelick Hills was phenomenal. Our wedding was perfect and we can attest that the venue had a big part in it. It is truly a hidden gem in the Cincinnati area. We looked at several other venues but they failed to provide the atmosphere and affordability that Stonelick Hills could provide to us. The lake was the perfect backdrop to our ceremony and reception and provided beautiful scenery for photos and dancing. The food was delicious during our reception. We had a hard time deciding what to have for dinner during our tasting because all of the options were so good. Kyle, our liaison, was outstanding in making sure that every aspect of the day was what we wanted. From the first day we visited to our wedding day, he was fantastic in providing us with information and suggestions as to how the day would flow. He worked all day during our ceremony and made sure that everything flowed nicely. Kyle was probably the reason everything went so well during our reception and ceremony. He is a very likable guy and does a fantastic job orchestrating and planning out the big day. All of his work truly makes the day stress free and enjoyable for everyone involved in the wedding. All in all, the venue was fantastic and the staff was phenomenal making sure our day was perfect. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for affordability and an intimate ceremony/reception. Stonelick Hills was amazing!

I found Stonelick Hills through a random search and was extremely happy once I visited and saw the grounds, the bar/dance area, and the views from the reception area. My husband and I wanted a smaller, low-key wedding that had beautiful views and would allow us to have the ceremony, reception, and pictures all in the same place. \rStonelick Hills delivered! Mike, the GM, was extremely helpful and laid back, and Kyle was very helpful the day of. He walked around during our meal and made sure I always had whatever I wanted or needed. Also, we had a scare of thinking some of our gifts went missing, and he was immediately searching for them (they weren't, but it was the last thing I wanted to deal with before our honeymoon). Both Mike and Kyle made me feel relaxed and confident that our wedding would go off without a hitch, which allowed me to do what I was supposed to: enjoy my wedding. Stonelick Hills is an absolute hidden gem. When looking around the Cincinnati area for reception venues, we were disappointed in what we found. Our last visit was Stonelick and we immediately knew it was the perfect place. The backdrop behind the clubhouse is ideal and something you would find out of a magazine. The clubhouse itself is gorgeous and kept up extremely well. You will NOT find a more beautiful place for a reception or ceremony than here. I could go on and on about the beauty but I'll let it speak for itself when you go and visit it, which would be in your best interest.\r\rRight after we chose Stonelick as our venue for our reception, they hired a new person to head up the reception details (Kyle). I can not even begin to explain how awesome Kyle was throughout the entire process! Everything was focused around the bride and groom's wants and Kyle made sure to help make whatever accommodations we wanted. There was not one thing we suggested that Kyle or the staff at Stonelick turned down. Even the food (which was wonderful) gave us options as to what kind of seasonings we wanted for our potatoes, vegetables, and meats and the Italian Meatballs which we had as an hors d'oeuvre were to die for!\r\rKyle was all over the place throughout the reception making sure everyone was satisfied and enjoying themselves. The most incredible part about this was that he was in pretty severe pain because he had hurt his ankle earlier in the day but he continued to put our reception before himself and served others. We are extremely thankful to him for that.\r\rI could go on and on about how wonderful this place is for a reception. I can't speak for a wedding ceremony since we didn't get married here, but I am sure from our experience it is just as wonderful! The most shocking thing about the entire thing is that the price (compared to other venues around Cincinnati) were among the lowest we came across which is astounding for what it offers.\r\rThe only negative things about Stonelick are that the dining room is relatively small. We fit about 130 people pretty comfortable but that was without a head table. If you minimize the amount of time people are inside though by utilizing the outside space as much as possible, you will never notice how tight it is.\r\rThe other negative I can think of is that it is a little bit out of the way out in Batavia but it is a pretty easy drive off of 275 on 50.\r\rOther than those two things (both of which aren't really controllable) Stonelick Hills was incredible. The service we received, the beauty of the golf course and clubhouse, and the quality of food and help we got for the price we got it at really made our reception one of the best I've ever been a part of. Don't even think twice about having your reception/ceremony anywhere else. You won't be able to receive the benefits and friendliness anywhere else for this price! Thank you to Kyle and the staff at Stonelick for making our reception everything we ever wanted and more!

They allow private caterers, and we had a friend in the catering business provide the food for our wedding. Mike and his staff worked well with the outside caterer. We served Stonelick's salmon and pork loin for our rehearsal dinner, and it was absolutely delicious. The drinks were large, which pleased our guests. Everything was perfect, and we highly recommend Stonelick!

Our pictures turned out gorgeous because of the multiple places we were able to utilize. Mike was so helpful with planning the reception. He thought of details that we did not think of. He sat down with us to do final touches and worked with us on making my daughters wedding exactly like she wanted. We were even able to set up a dance floor next to the lake outside! Having the bar there was nice because it gave us an option serving wine, mixed drinks or even just beer. Even though their food is delicious at this golf course, we choose to use a family member for our caterer to save a little money. We did, however, use their dishes and waitresses. They were all so helpful. They even helped pack everything up. My daughter was having such a great time, Mike even let us go an hour late!

My husband and I were married at Stonelick in May and everything was absolutely amazing!! The setting is gorgeous for pictures and we received so many compliments from guests on the venue and setting. We had our ceremony and reception at Stonelick and Mike and his staff were so helpful throughout the entire day I didn't have to worry about anything. If I had to do it all over again I would pick this venue every time!! They were so flexible to our needs and the needs of our guests and didn't try to cram us into a cookie cutter \"wedding package\" like a lot of places we looked at. It was the perfect size for our 120 guest wedding and we loved every single second of it!!

My husband and I were married at Stonelick in May and everything was absolutely amazing!! The setting is gorgeous for pictures and we received so many compliments from guests on the venue and setting. We had our ceremony and reception at Stonelick and Mike and his staff were so helpful throughout the entire day I didn't have to worry about anything. If I had to do it all over again I would pick this venue every time!! Loved the facility, general manager not so much! Mike, the manager was very difficult and made me leave my wedding in tears. Would recommend the venue but mike ruined it for me.
