The team over at Stonetree Estate by Wedgewood Weddings is fantastic! They were the first and only venue we looked at, and we knew from our initial visit that we wanted to book with them. The venue met several priorities we had: wheelchair accessibility, holding the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception in one general area, an indoor reception space, and beautiful photo spots everywhere. The Wedgewood Weddings team made planning so easy - they handled the heavy lifting while we got to focus on fun details like food, napkin colors, florals and cake.Everything on our wedding day went smoothly thanks to our incredible day-of coordinator. She kept us on track and was so kind and helpful all day long.

The team over at Stonetree is great! They were the first and only venue we looked at and we knew from the first visit that we were going to book with them. There were a few things we were prioritizing with our venue: wheelchair accessibility, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception in one general area, an indoor reception space and just good photo spots all over. This venue was all of that and more. The wedgewood team made the planning process so easy and we felt like we only really needed to book a few outside vendors like our photographer, boba bar etc. They did all the heavy lifting and all we really needed to do was pick our food, napkin colors, florals, cake etc. The one piece of feedback we had was for the photobooth that they own. The photos weren't the best quality and the printer ended up running out of paper. We shared this with the team afterwards and they immediatly responded to resolve the issue.Overall Stonetree ended up being our dream venue. Tianna who was our day of coordinator also deserves all the praise! She was so kind and helpful through the whole day and really kept us on track. Outside of the photobooth mishap, Stonetree and the wedgewood team really were incredible and we think any future brides/grooms would love the venue just as much as we did!

Did you originally want a small (maybe courthouse) wedding? Then you realized you have too many family and friends? Then you start stressing HOW ThE HELL ARE YOU GOING TO PLAN A WEDDInG FoR 150 PEOPLE YOURSELF? Take a breath, go check out StoneTree estate by Wedgewood and they can take it from there. Seriously, the lovely wedding experts gave us a binder with everything we need to do and know, and periodically checked in with us. By the end of the first meeting, Wedgewood's planning team walked us through every little detail, and we felt that the planning was 80% done. Using their preferred vendor list made things streamlined and pain free as well. All we had to do was little decorations and guest gifts that made our wedding unique. My husband and I were cruising through the whole planning process with no stress. The day of the wedding was so much fun and our guests were having a great time. Im glad we picked Stonetree and had a great team that supported us. I would 100% do it all over again.

Our wedding with Stonetree was amazing! From the very beginning they were super communicative, answering all of our questions and laying out a timeline for all the steps of the process. They didn't mind when I called them changing my mind about various details multiple times, and were so pleasant to work with. The whole team there was super sweet and really helped us have an amazing day. The fact that the venue is all-inclusive cut down so significantly on the stress of planning and honestly the time that we needed to plan a wedding (which is a lot). We were able to work with Stonetree and get exactly the day we wanted, they were super accommodating with any specific/unique things we wanted to do. Honestly the team there was so much fun to work with as well and made the process and the day feel like fun! Oh, plus the venue is beautiful and the food is delicious. I'm still dreaming about the apple phyllo kisses. Seriously, you should get them as one of your appetizers.

extremely beautiful ceremony and reception area. Staff were so attentive, kind, caring, and extremely responsive through email and text. They truly made my wedding day magical. Anything I needed- they helped! They are an inclusive venue- so florist, cake, dj, food was included. They florist made gorgeous flowers arrangements, the cake was extremely delicious, and the DJ made the night! He was the best DJ I could have hoped for. Helped guide the night along with the stonetree staff team and had great music playing all night! Every single person/vendor at Stonetree who was a part of my big day truly cared and did everything they could to make it a great and magical night!!

From the very first meeting where the general manager herself met us personally and walked us through every aspect of hosting a wedding at the Stonetree. We felt welcomed, no pressure, the whole experience was excellent. Then came all the planning. They made sure every aspect of the wedding day was covered down to the time lines for the big day. Our wedding coordinator was Angela. She was amazing. Walked us through the rehearsal. Took over all the decorations we had for the day and did an excellent job just making the whole day go smoothly. We highly appreciate Wedgewood for making our day beautiful and special and all our guest had nothing but good things to say about our wedding. We highly recommend Wedgewood to any couple looking to have their special day.

We had so much fun at our StoneTree Estate wedding! We live in Massachusetts and were planning a California wedding, which definitely got stressful and hectic at times, but Wedgewood was amazing. The planning process was simple, the team really worked with us to carry out our wedding vision, and all of the vendors we worked with through Wedgewood were great. As a bride who DID NOT want to plan a wedding, I could not be more grateful with the Wedgewood staff and this location. The only things we had to truly take care of were deciding what color linens we wanted to use, selection of foods, the flowers and cake! Wedgewood took care of everything else including all of the small things I would have pulled my hair out trying to organize. The day-of team were the most incredible people, as well. Our venue turned out beautiful and our guests could not stop telling us how much they loved the location, THE FOOD and the amazing drinks made by the bartender. Our DJ recommended by Wedgewood, DJ Steve, was also the most amazing person! He made sure all my song choices throughout the day were covered and was so personable on the mic. I did not have to think about a single thing the day-of because they made sure I was where I needed to be and just let me enjoy the experience. They even made sure I was all packed up before it was time to leave so I didn't even have to worry about it!!! Danielle, Mel and Angie were the greatest and I cannot recommend this location, the team and the Wedgewood package enough!!!

We absolutely loved working with everyone at Wedgewood! Planning with Danielle, Kimber, and Morgan was so great! Beth and Myranda especially exceeded our expectations during the rehearsal and on the big day! Their expertise during the event made everything so smooth and really helped calm our nerves. Beth's ability to anticipate our needs was truly outstanding! Our wedding guests were also super impressed! Multiple times we were told how much they loved the food and the venue. Our bridal party ran into some small snags during the clean up, but Myranda was very helpful and kind and resolved the situation quickly. Everything and everyone was so amazing! You are all truly incredible and made our wedding extra special!

We instantly fell in love with StoneTree during our visit. The outdoor ceremony space has breathtaking panoramic views and the indoor reception space is equally stunning. And you really don't feel like you're on a golf course. The StoneTree staff was so helpful and friendly, particularly during COVID-19, and they made the planning process easy and stress-free. It really felt like working with friends. Choosing an all-inclusive venue was such a great decision. All of the vendors they work with are fantastic, including the DJ, baker, and florist, and the food was incredible. We had multiple guests tell us it was the best wedding they had ever been to (which means the world to us) and we truly feel the same way. Memorable, fun, and most importantly, drama-free!

I never write reviews, but wanted to spread the word after my ceremony and reception. The staff at StoneTree is fantastic! They were absolutely amazing during our big day. Everyone was professional, nice, patient, and attentive to every detail. They helped with adjusting our reception schedule (speeches, dancing, cake cutting, etc.) at very short notice and smiled the whole time. I never heard them say \"no\" or that nothing was possible. The team found a way to make everything work which made my bride and me very happy. Quick story. I waited too long to put on my boutonniere. Just before i walked down the aisle, the wedding coordinator retrieved the boutonniere from my relative, put it on very quickly, and it looked great. It all happened so fast and i appreciate her taking the initiative to help. This is just one of many examples of the staff's incredible efforts. StoneTree made our wedding very special and we wouldn't change a thing. I highly recommend working with them because they'll do everything to enhance your experience, just like they did for my wife and me.

Stonetree Estate by Wedgewood delivered above and beyond our wildest expectations! From our very first consultation, to the Covid-19 lockdown and finally the reopening, you could tell they’ve been in the serious wedding business since the dawn of time. They are prepared for it all! They have the most knowledgeable, dedicated, responsive, and uplifting staff. Starting with our amazing team of Rachel, Danielle, Lili, and Dayna to the service staff, everyone was taken care of through and through. They helped us navigate the intricacies of wedding planning and execution to perfection. My wife could not stop saying nice things about them. Happy wife, happy life! The venue is picture perfect in June, no breeze, ideal temp, the food my guests could not stop raving about it, the open bar, and their service team was extraordinary. Stonetree Estate by Wedgewood delivered above and beyond our wildest expectations! From our very first consultation, to the Covid-19 lockdown and finally the reopening, you could tell they’ve been in the serious wedding business since the dawn of time. They are prepared for it all! They have the most knowledgeable, dedicated, responsive, and uplifting staff. Starting with our amazing team of Rachel, Danielle, Lili, and Dayna to the service staff, everyone was taken care of through and through. They helped us navigate the intricacies of wedding planning and execution to perfection. My wife could not stop saying nice things about them. Happy wife, happy life! The venue is picture perfect in June, no breeze, ideal temp, the food my guests could not stop raving about it, the open bar, and their service team was extraordinary. There is so much to worry about but if you go with StoneTree, I guarantee they will lift many of those burdens enabling you to actually enjoy your big day! 100/100!!!!! Zero complaints.

My husband and I had originally planned to get married at StoneTree last summer (June 2020) but postponed for a June 2021 wedding due to the pandemic. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with the venue. Everyone was extremely professional, organized, and made our special day so stress free. All vendors worked with StoneTree, making the process so easy! After a long awaited wedding, my husband and I wanted this to be a PARTY and the DJ, Steve from Wedding Belle Music, did not disappoint! The flowers by Angella Garrett were absolute gorgeous and exactly what we had discussed. The StoneTree staff throughout the night were so thoughtful and enhanced the experience. I had guests the next day asking about the Photo Booth and commenting on how fun it was! I was grateful for our photographer, Thomas from A Perfect Impression, who had an eye for detail and made taking pictures a breeze. I cannot eat gluten and not only was StoneTree extremely accommodating, they also had tons of gluten free options. Christian from Krumb Cakes made the most delicious 4-tier gluten free cake (tier flavors: chocolate cake with salted caramel filling and vanilla cake with lingonberry jam and bavarian cream filling). Since our initial deposit could not be refunded due to corporate policies, they gave us free upgrades and discounts on our new dates which we really appreciated. They were very understanding of our situation and did not enforce a hard payment minimum because most of our guests could not come so we can't thank them enough for that.Stonetree's package definitely made planning and working with vendors very easy. The lighting, florist, cake, and DJ all work directly with Stonetree so they knew exactly what needed to be done and there were no real headaches to make sure everything gets delivered. Stonetree also provided a day of coordinator which was really helpful to make sure the wedding went smoothly. Unfortunately, our coordinator had to leave in the middle of the event so we didn't know we were behind schedule after dinner time. But the DJ was on top of it since he worked the event so many times and helped us get back on track!Overall, Stonetree was great and we heard great things from our guests that attended our wedding. We recommend them to others!

The outdoor ceremony is just incredible with the beautiful scenery, which makes for perfect photos!My wife and I are busy surgical resident physicians in Sacramento, which made choosing Wedgewood a no brainer for us based on previous reviews. And they lived up to it! It was so easy to work with everyone and to pick things we wanted and didn't want based on the very flexible and interchangeable packages they have. Also being on a budget, we never felt that we were being pushed to add things we thought were unneeded. We compliment the entire team for helping us schedule things around our schedule!We truly cannot recommend Wedgewood enough. We would choose this company and venue many times over.

OMG! I do not know where to start. My wife and I were engaged for nearly a year when we decided to go with Wedgewood. The process of selecting a photographer, venue, caterer, flower person, venue etc. was very stressful and overwhelming for us until we discovered Wedgewood's All-Inclusive event. We were able to schedule an appointment with one of their wedding experts, who made our dream wedding become a reality. We booked our wedding date with her after receiving a phenomenal tour of their property. I cannot explain the joy and excitement my wife and I experienced after signing our contract.Then, less than a month before our wedding we received a phone call stating that Wedgewood could hold our wedding at our scheduled date due to the COVID-19 pandemic that was taking place throughout the Bay Area. We were devastated and at a lost of words because we have been planning for our special day for nearly two years so that we could become Husband and Wife. After the call, we were able to reschedule our wedding a few months later, but then with there was a surge in corona virus cases after restrictions were beginning to lift throughout the Bay Area. Ultimately, Wedgewood proposed for us to have a ceremony at our new scheduled date and gave us the option of having a reception for a celebration at a later date. I must say that COVID-19 was an unprecedented time for everyone and I read many articles about lack of professionalism, empathy, drama, disappointment etc. that other couples received from their wedding venues. BUT!!! I must say that Wedgewood maintained their professionalism throughout their entire process and money was not their concern. Their priority was to fulfill my Wife and I's dream wedding and our event was nothing short of AMAZING!!! I am so happy that Wedgewood made our dreams come true and I highly recommend this company for any and everyone who is prepared to tie the knot with life partner.

WAIT UNTIL THERE IS CERTAINTY.We were to be married in July 2020, and due to this pandemic... we were concerned about putting more money down on a non-refundable establishment. Luckily we only put down the initial deposit that we will be losing on. But they insisted even in this uncertainty... that we must make the 2nd installment payment and would not offer any type of reimbursement if the wedding had to get cancelled. Can you believe that???? Put more money down. Because of them demanding the additional payment with no reassurance of a refund. I am no longer going to be having the wedding that I imagined. I understand that they have a business to run, and that this pandemic has impacted them. But the manager Rachel promised, \"we are a family company. We will do what's right!\". In my opinion, and in a state of emergency... if someone doesn't want to postpone, getting a partial refund is right. Not everyone wants to be in wedding limbo for the unseen future. Because the truth is... this COVID-19 issue could go on for years.

To put all our beyond satisfied feelings we have for the Wedgewood team at StoneTree is going to be a challenge, but here we go. First of all, we got engaged in January 2018, visited our wedding fair the next month in February where we ran into the Wedgewood booth who mentioned \"all-inclusive\" which intrigued the both of us, visited the Novato location in March where we fell in love with the location and met the best team, and then booked our date in April! We booked November 2019, so we had a little over a year and a half to plan everything. Throughout this time, I emailed over 100 emails back and forth with the team. They are so fast to respond, and always have an answer for everything. As the day got closer (and oh, did time fly!), we met our two event captains Lili and Alma. These two ladies did SUCH an amazing, flawless job at organizing, facilitating the chain of events, communicating to the bridal party and the guests, and overall throwing together the best day of me and my husband's life. To this day, the both of us say we literally did not have to lift one finger that day; we felt like a King and Queen. I truly feel every bridal couple should feel this way. There should not be any stress the day of your wedding because it is your day to enjoy every single second because it goes by right before your eyes. This venue is beautiful. The courtyard had romantic string lights, the archway was decorated by the talented florist Angella, DJ Steve was a great host and DJ who really got the crowd settled at the ceremony and then lively with good vibes at the reception, the food was delicious, including the sweet cake by Krumbs, and the awesome Wedgewood staff did such a great job at making sure the guests were all taken care of. Can't forget the great open bar the whole night and also the add-on of sliders and fries at the end of the night. All our guests keep saying how great the wedding was, and 100% agree. Everything was more than we could ever ask for. Thank you a million times, Wedgewood StoneTree!

The fact that they are an all-inclusive style venue created such a seamless and stress-free planning process, which as a bride, you desperately need. They are really a 'one stop shop' and I highly recommend utilizing their preferred vendors as well, they all did such an amazing job! We had a morning ceremony followed by a laid-back brunch style cocktail hour and reception which turned out exactly as we had hoped. Our family and friends have all mentioned to us what a great option that was to have, how good the food was, how beautiful the venue is, how nice the staff was, and the list truly goes on. We cannot express enough how much we appreciate everything we experienced from this venue!

From the day we seen the venue we knew this was it. I saw it during the summer and it's even more then you can imagine in the fall. First off, finding somewhere to do weddings during off season can be hard but they do them here. Second, Wedgewood makes getting married so easy and so fun. You feel apart of it yet without the stress. Danielle and Alma were AMAZING. They took care of it all and made sure things were decorated well with what i brought plus their own touches. we also had a simple rehearsal where all questions were answered and they were always answering our questions via call or email. Everything was so fluid . My favorite thing is all through Wedgewood we received: a DJ (Steve was the best). Florist (Angella is amazing) and our cake (crumb cake was delicious). We used an outside photobooth but i would guarantee there’s is amazing we just decided last minute to do one :) I never wanted my night to end. I wanted to relive the moment over and over again. Everything was so relaxed and amazing. I truly couldn't have had a better team at Wedgewood and we are forever grateful.

Danielle was our coordinator and she was so helpful in setting up all of our decorations and made it look amazing. The food was AMAZING - our guests seriously could not stop talking about the Panko Parmesan Chicken! We also used their DJ and he was great at keeping people on the dancefloor. Danielle was so great during the wedding, making sure we were taken care of. She also helped direct our rehearsal the day before and made sure everyone knew where to be and when. My husband and I live out of state, but Wedgewood was great at being flexible in terms of meeting with us and even FaceTiming us a few times to help us visualize the space and answer any questions we had. Overall, we had a magical wedding and are so glad we went with StoneTree. Thank you, Danielle and the Wedgewood staff!

We are SO pleased that we picked Wedgewood StoneTree for our wedding on 08/16/2019. They made the wedding run incredibly smoothly and we got SO many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the space was. Let me just start by saying that I have never planned a wedding before this, but I have been a bridesmaid twice before my own wedding. I am generally a good planner, but our decision to have our wedding at Wedgewood Stonetree was truly a gift. We fell in love with Stonetree's venue and aesthetic beauty first and foremost. We had heard about Wedgewood and it seemed like such great value and amazing to have the option of a one stop shop for all vendor needs, but we just didn't fall in love with the other Wedgewood venues. We were SO lucky that Stonetree was a newly added venue to Wedgewood at the time we got engaged. Even more lucky that the one thing that we didn't love at the time we got engaged was the old carpet they had in the reception room, and they had replaced it with hardwood floor right as we were making our decision to book.Honestly, the Wedgewood team here - Rachel, Shaina, and Danielle are just absolutely amazing. Our wedding turned out even better than I could've imagined and they made the whole process so seamless. The most difficult part about planning my wedding was dealing with difficult family members and Chinese traditions - I don't blame Wedgewood for any of that! But the actual planning process for the event, decor, etc was SO enjoyable and so easy. The preferred vendors I worked with through Wedgewood were also amazing and great value, in my opinion. Shoutout to DJ Steve for rocking the house all night!! The great thing is that even if you don't want to go with their preferred vendors, you can completely customize your package to include as little or as much as you want. Thank you Wedgewood team!

Ever since the beginning of the Wedgewood process I felt assured and taken care of. We loved just going to see the venue for our appointments and spend time in the Novato area. My husband and I got married at this venue on 10/28/18--it was the 3rd place that we toured during our venue search. It didn't take long for us to know that it was \"the one\". From the moment we exited and drove up the majestic road that lead to their terrace, we knew there was something special about this indoor/outdoor space. The Venue:This venue is extremely beautiful from the inside out. Novato is blessed with great weather year-round. Throughout the year, we were lucky to witness the changing of the leaves with each season and how versatile/different the venue felt each time we visited. Because of it's natural setting, it can be a casual venue. However, add bells and whistles and you can dress it up to become anything you desire. The grounds are decorated with gorgeous flowers, ornate planters, whispering willows, etc. It is meticulously maintained and every corner is an Instagrammable photo op.The Process:We entered the Wedgewood Sales Office, which is located next to the golf shop, and we were greeted by Angela and Katy. They took us on a tour of the venue and explained the various packages. We received some information to take home. Days later, we contacted them to announce that we'd like to get married there--this was in Jan 2018. We were beyond excited, yet nervous to sign the contract. Katy was extremely detail-oriented and walked us through the entire process. During that meeting, we signed the contract, made the deposit, set up the next 3 meetings over the next 9 months, and received our Wedgewood Wedding Planning Binder. This binder was our life throughout the process. It contained information on each aspect of the wedding--the ceremony, reception, decorations, invitations, favors, photography, videography, websites, floral designs, do's/don'ts, hotel accommodations, house rules, etc. This company and team know what they are doing and how to do it right.The Team:The team really went above and beyond with the service! They were so helpful and took care of the details. Our bridesmaids and groomsmen didn't have to worry much about setting up the reception. Everyone who works there have a calm and respectful demeanor. They are good listeners and have a can-do attitude, which is important when you're distressed. The day of the wedding was busy, but the team really understood what was essential--being there and keeping calm. They are masters at finding solutions. I forgot the garter belt at the hotel and Sue, the Banquet Captian, found something as a placeholder. Right before walking down the aisle, I took a deep breath. I looked back and Sue was fluffing my dress and making sure that it was perfect. It's the little things that count. The Food:As somebody who attended culinary school, I would say that I have a strong passion for food/the culinary arts. Food and drinks are extremely important to us and we wanted to make sure that our guests were well taken care of. We had close to 190 guests at our wedding and we thought that it would be tough to please a crowd of that size, especially since we had to cater to guests of different generations, backgrounds, diets, and preferences. We opted for filet mignon and salmon. After the wedding, we kept hearing, \"The food was amazing! Do they serve on a daily basis at the restaurant?\"The Wedding Extravaganza:Once or twice a year, WW will put together a wedding fair with their preferred vendors to showcase their work. Katy and the Wedgewood team were awesome! They made everything so easy and everything went so smoothly. They had clear communication, they were able to answer all of our questions, and they made our wedding truly spectacular! We did the basic package for floral and it was beautiful. DJ Steve was great; super friendly and laid a black, but also thoughtfully planned songs, which really set the tone for the party. The decorations were beautiful. We brought some of our own decorations and desserts, and they set everything up for us and made it look perfect! The food was SO good! All of the appetizers during cocktail hour were delicious, and dinner was sooo good! For dinner, we chose the tortellini, garlic herb chicken, and the prime rib. The venue itself is beautiful! There are lots of nice views, and the ivy walkway is perfect for pictures. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding day! I would highly recommend Katy and the Wedgewood team, and this location in particular. They maybe a newer location, but they killed it.

Very grateful for the staff and services and I would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking to have a wedding they will never forget. They made wedding planning very easy and the pictures of this beautiful venue are to die for. Stonetree Golf Club is a beautiful, classy venue and nicely secluded from traffic and noise. Their outdoor patio ceremony location is absolutely breathtaking, as is the vine-covered walkway to the patio (great for photos!). Their reception hall is also solidly elegant, with a high ceiling, ceiling-to-floor windows, mahogany beams and matching mahogany chairs that come with the venue fee. \r\rBut its greatest asset is definitely Katie Colomb, the wedding coordinator. I can't say enough good things about her. She responded to our initial request within 10 min. 10 minutes! And not a copy and paste response, either. She was receptive to our questions, sent us a whole new menu she created with the chef overnight based on a passing comment I made, sent us specific photos of weddings that took place at a similar time ours would, and in general was incredibly responsive, supportive, and warm. She is a professional who clearly loves her work and is good at it. We looked at about 12 venues and she was by far the best wedding coordinator we worked with. \r\rAlthough we eventually did not go with Stonetree for reasons unrelated to the venue itself, we took hard second and third looks just because we were so drawn by Katie's exceptional service. We know it would have been a breeze organizing a wedding with her.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at StoneTree Golf Club. The entire event couldn't have been better in anyway. We live near Mt. Burdell and this setting was exactly what we were looking for. Katie and her team did a terrific job from the very beginning. They helped us keep to our budget and shared other vendors for the cake, flowers and music. It was an amazing event and everyone who attended raved about not only the ceremony but also \"loved\" where we had the wedding. It's worth a drive in the country if you want this type of wedding. You won't go wrong with hiring Stonetree Golf Club for your wedding venue and their excellent staff to make your day the best experience ever! We just got married at StoneTree Golf Club last month. There is not one bad thing I could say about this venue or the people. From day one Katie was so welcoming we instantly felt like this was the place for us to get married. Katie and the rest of the Staff went out of their way to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams- and we did thanks to them! The property is so beautiful -we got so many amazing photographs. The chef is top notch- the food is amazing and our guests are still talking about it a month later!! The staff is professional, friendly and truly went above and beyond for us throughout the entire planning process and actual wedding day. We were blown away throughout the whole process and our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Do yourself a favor and check the place out, I promise you won't regret it!

The reception room was spacious and beautiful and had easily accessible outdoor space with great view. The ceremony location had a great view. The staff was easy to work with and the food and service was great.;The food is not exactly as good as the initial tasting but still some of the best in comparison to any other wedding venue that I have been to. Don't expect it to be plated exactly the same.
