Walk down the aisle overlooking beautiful Lake Manassas and our award-winning golf course and enjoy the elegant interiors of the Clubhouse for the reception of your dreams. Stonewall Golf Club offers versatile accommodations to provide an unparalleled experience. The elegantly adorned Magnolia Ballroom can accommodate up to 200 guests and features floor-to-ceiling windows providing grand panoramic views of Lake Manassas, and the golf courses’ eighteenth green with French doors leading to the expansive terrace. While the daylight fills the interior, the evening is lit by wrought iron crystal accented chandeliers creating the ideal ambiance for any occasion. Our expansive bentgrass lawn offers a tranquil setting for a tented outdoor event. Our professional staff take a hands-on approach and will be there to assist you in every step of the way. Short Version: Pick Stonewall as your wedding reception venue, it'll be one of the best decisions you make during wedding planning!!!Long Version: Everything about this venue was perfect! The club is stunningly beautiful, and the event spaces that were available were perfect for the size of our guest list (~160 people). We had the steak and swordfish as our entrees, and honestly I would eat the swordfish daily if I could - it was so good! But the chef was so accommodating with food allergies, diets, and they even brought in authentic Filipino food instead of making it themselves when we asked for that special food to be included in our app choices! The service on the day of was phenomenal, and every guest had wonderful things to say about the staff. Regarding wedding planning, Bethany was an amazing coordinator to work with! We loved the fact that a lot of things were handled in-house by Bethany and her team - we definitely paid for it, but it was absolutely worth it to have her be in charge of things such as table and chair setup, food prep and setup, coordinating with the vendors the day of, etc. She also provided fantastic recommendations for vendors they frequently work with – we used many and were extremely happy with our decision to trust Bethany and her team! Bethany was super responsive and helpful throughout our entire experience. There were a few times when we had miscommunications, as anyone would, but she was 100% professional and understanding and striving to find a solution to the situation no matter what, which we really appreciated. I was never angry or upset with anything she did when representing Stonewall Golf Club. The price to rent the club was expensive without the food and drink costs, but because we had such a large party we were able to get a discount since we required use of both rooms within the club - the ballroom, and the restaurant. The restaurant has an elegant, midwest supper-club vibe to it, which I absolutely loved! We were able to keep the wooden chairs in the room which kept to that theme. And the ballroom was beautiful! Because of our large party Bethany had the DJ set up in the restaurant with the bar, and the dinner was served in the ballroom. Additionally, we had access to the covered patio and the green space up by the clubhouse outside. We were able to put up our giant \"VA is for Lovers\" Love sign, which was the theme of our reception, and it created a beautiful photo-op next to the patio. Overall, we were able to have the entire event space for 6 hours (we paid for an extra hour so that we could have a private dance after the send-off). Sparklers are allowed outside, which was definitely a plus! The TVs were left on during the entire 6 hours, which I was frustrated to learn about later after our honeymoon, but honestly I didn't notice on the day of. They have a strict no shots policy which I was definitely ok with - we had enough alcohol there since we had an open bar, and when people brought in outside alcohol Bethany and her team handled the situation with professionalism and poise. Also we had access to the back room for the entire day which was amazing! And being able to drop off items the night before AND pick up items the day after was a HUGE plus! Overall, choosing Stonewall was the most cost-effective option we were considering, and we think it's the best wedding venue in the area! Thank you Bethany and the entire team at Stonewall for making our wedding day absolutely perfect!

We had our wedding at Stonewall and had a great experience! This is a great venue for a medium sized wedding; about 130-150 people. We loved the layout, we had amazing weather and were able to take a golf cart out with our photographer during \"golden hour\" to get some amazing pictures that we will cherish forever. We worked with Sarah in the beginning and Savannah throughout the planning process to help our vision come to life! They helped us accommodate a large wedding party and having our dog there to be apart of the ceremony. However, getting ready in the bridal suite room did not go 100% as expected. Because we had a large wedding party, the room got hot very quickly from hair tools, the AC broke, and the power went out. Savannah and her team were able to help us out with these inconveniences. Overall we were very happy with our experience using this venue and would highly recommend!

We got married at Stonewall at the end of June and would 100% recommend them! We had our ceremony, cocktail, and reception all at Stonewall and loved every bit of it. We worked with Sarah at the beginning and then Savannah, and both were absolutely fabulous. They were so accommodating for every request we had and made the entire planning process so easy! The food was delicious, the waitstaff was amazing, and we received many compliments from our guests on every aspect. The venue is beautiful with huge windows overlooking the golf course. We would most definitely recommend Stonewall to anyone!

When my now husband and I first got engaged, we toured so many different venues during our search. After walking into Stonewall, we knew it was the one! We loved the large windows and how much natural light came into the ballroom. You also cannot beat their view overlooking Lake Manassas! It's gorgeous. Sarah was fantastic in explaining the different packages/options to us and answering all of our questions upfront before we decided to sign the contract! We met Savannah, the special events coordinator, during our tasting day, and she is THE ABSOLUTE BEST. I have a very Type A personality, and Savannah put my mind completely as ease. She would answer my ongoing lists and lists of questions, have additional calls or meetings with us when requested, and she was so professional throughout the whole process. (We had an email thread of over 70 emails to give you an idea!!) Not only did she do an amazing job leading up to the big day, but she (and the rest of the Stonewall staff) executed our vision so well on our wedding day! Our guests told us multiple times that they loved how all the décor was set up. If there were any issues with the other vendors or anything at all, Savannah took care of everything for us. My mom made it a point to tell me how much she liked Savannah as well. I cannot recommend Savannah and Stonewall enough -- you will be in good hands with Savannah and the rest of the Stonewall staff on your big day!

Stonewall was the perfect place to hold our wedding reception. For a reasonable price, we were able to rent out the whole clubhouse (dining room, grill room, and patio). Savannah was absolutely wonderful to work with and truly made our vision come alive. She always made herself available to answer any questions we had and was always willing to meet us in person for anything we needed. I can’t recommend this venue enough!

This was a dream wedding that Stonewall Golf Club gave us.The Stonewall Golf Club staff gave us their 100% best on our beautiful wedding day. I wanted a small wedding, what I received was the wedding of my dreams with a mixture of my favorites: beautiful lakes, golf, blue skies and a banquet hall touched with sheer elegance. Sarah, the lead planner teed up the event and Savannah, the second planner, knocked it out of the ballpark. What a day! I highly recommend this beautiful location and their team. Great job!W. Hebert

The venue and staff were absolutely amazing - extremely professional, listened to what our vision was, understood issues with COVID and the weather (we had a Jan wedding). The team the day of was outstanding - the food, the drinks, the attentiveness - I was just blown away. I would do everything all over again at Stonewall and high recommend it to any couples looking for a great wedding venue.

We both wanted something different and can follow covid guidelines, such as allowing guests to eat outside if they like. Savannah and Sarah were excellent! They understood exactly what we want and helped us a lot before the wedding and at the time of the wedding! The food was delicious! Our guests loved our the food that was served and the portion is generous! Sarah was very thorough in showing us the venue and described what we can do for the wedding. Most importantly she was very responsive when we emailed her. After we signed the contract, Savannah worked with us with everything! She arranged golf carts so we can drive to a spot for taking pictures! She can think on her feet when problem arises! Everything went well on our big day! Savannah is very knowledgeable on traditions and gave us suggestions on what we could do. All the staffs were very nice! We had a great time! Thank you Sarah and Savannah! I highly recommend this venue!

We would highly recommend Stonewall Golf Club! Everyone was so helpful and we felt so supported throughout our planning process. Sarah is wonderful. When it came to the wedding day, everything went wonderfully. If there was an issue, we were not aware and it was handled. Every time we turned around after the ceremony, someone from the venue was checking on us. Our drinks were never empty and our wedding party was taken care of as well! The grounds are beautiful and make our pictures 10 times better! 10/10 would recommend this gorgeous venue for your wedding!

The team at Stonewall Golf Club is absolutely amazing. When my previous venue cancelled on us as a result of covid, Sarah was able to save the day and we booked a week after talking with her. She was very thorough and responsive during the entire process. I also had the pleasure to meet Savannah closer to my wedding date who made sure I was organized the entire wedding day. I did not stress at all thanks to these two. Also the venue is absolutely beautiful! My guests raved about how beautiful the ceremony and reception areas were. Also the food was sooo good! I received so many compliments from my guests about their entrees. Don’t look any further than Stonewall Golf Club!

When we started planning the wedding it was with Sam and it was really great, we hired them because they were flexible and they were working with us during a time where there were sky high restrictions everywhere we went. Half the venues i was touring at the time, wouldnt even let us see the venue but they not only let us come, we were able to eat lunch, look around and she talked us through the normal process. Later on, Sam left and Sarah took her place and Sarah was also really really great. We loved her and we were really looking forward to the wedding and seeing her in action because she was so great. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control, Sarah was incapacitated the Thursday before our Saturday wedding and i was still trying to be positive. Although i was worried, we still had our even coordinator and Sandy assured me that everything would still go according to plan. This is why i can’t in good conscience give a 5 star review- we made it to the location we had agreed numerous times that we would take photos immediately after arriving. The photographer got lost so we were a little late to start, but Lasandre, the day-of substitute point person almost flat out refused to let us use the golf carts, he spent 15-20 minutes just telling us that we couldnt use the golf carts to go take pictures and by the time we did get them it started raining. I think thats the most upsetting part of this whole experience, that i got probably a small handful of photos from the location that we discussed would have the majority of our photos taken from. Had our wedding coordinator not taken such meticulous notes, we probably wouldn't have any posed photos at all. Even that morning when i showed up and nobody was there (i had to go in through the side door and unlock the doors for the makeup artist to come in as well as my bridesmaids), the golf shop manager, bless his heart, i think his name was Matt- we told him nothing we agreed on had been set out to get dressed and he was so sweet. He was in there doing his best to make coffee for me and i just want him to know how much i appreciated that. I truly hope that whoever they find as the new coordinator is just as flexible and accommodating as Sam, Sarah, Matt and Sandy because if they are anything like Lasandre, i think that they are in big trouble moving forward.

Words cannot I describe how much we enjoyed working with Sarah, as she was very accommodating throughout our wedding experience! Stonewall Golf club and their whole staff are absolutely amazing. Being a bride during COVID-19 times has had many hurdles to overcome. After planning a wedding for 7 months, our venue decided to cancel on us two weeks before our wedding. Stonewall Gold Club and Samantha Bishop came to our rescue and became our heroes to allow us to get married on our day at their venue. We called them in tears after learning the news of our original venue. Within a day we were under contract and Samantha jumped to make this wedding exactly what we had wanted even down to offering the same meals our guest had picked to eat at our original venue. The staff was very professional and made all our guest feel comfortable. Sandy the chef created master pieces and everyone raved how wonderful all the food was from the appetizers, chicken piccata and filet minion to our late night eats. Samantha even offered her staff to help with us zooming our wedding to allow relatives not able to cross state boarders be a part of our day. We also did a brunch there the morning after the wedding and guest raved about the food, especially their famous bacon. I encourage every Bride and Groom to check out this venue if in the market for a great venue where everything will be taken care of down to the little details allowing you to enjoy your day! It is very important for my wife and I to provide timely feedback on the excellent experience we had with Stonewall this past weekend with our daughter’s wedding. With a 7/18/20 event scheduled with a different venue, we were informed 2 weeks prior that is was cancelled. Stonewall was the initial desired venue but the original guest list quantity had us go elsewhere. This was of course prior to the pandemic which reduced the quantity quite a bit. Upon receiving the call we immediately called Stonewall and within a day we were able to book and they were flexible to recreate the entire planned event schedule. The event was exceptional from the adherence to set schedule by Samantha (event coordinator who was wonderful the few day leading up to the event through the celebration), Greg (Manager) for ensuring adequate staffing with friendly and highly qualified staff and Sandy (Chef) in overlooking the preparation of all the appetizers and dinners that all in attendance raved about. My wife and I might be a little biased since we frequent this establishment frequently but the feedback from all those in attendance confirmed our experience. We would like to thank the entire staff for an outstanding event and would highly recommend others making plans for upcoming events to reach out to Stonewall see what they have to offer and sample something out of Sandy’s kitchen.

The venue itself is gorgeous. We have no complaints about the venue itself. The ceremony location on the terrace is beautiful, the Magnolia room is elegant and allows for just about any color scheme. There are a lot of beautiful photo spots in the area for some timeless photos. We enjoyed the food a lot, and everything is reasonably priced and you're allowed some flexibility with packages.The main issue we had, and the reason we docked this place two stars, is because of Samantha. She was responsive at first and very accommodating. She answered our questions and is a very type A person who seemed on top of everything. However, as the months passed on she got harder and harder to get in touch with. When we needed to decide on packages and give lists and ask questions, she would often take WEEKS to respond back. We tried emails, follow up emails, phone calls to the club, to her office phone, even going there IN PERSON to see if we could catch her. This would be two months before the wedding. We tried to chalk it up to just being a busy wedding season, we understand it can be a lot to handle. When we got to be about two weeks out from the wedding we were at our wits end and ended up sending a rather terse email to her expressing our frustration; that got a response pretty quickly. She worked with us outside of normal hours to make up for her lack of response. We appreciated that.We were able to get everything in to her, and work out who would focus on what during the day of with our day-of coordinator/florist. The responses would take a few days.The day of the wedding came and everything seemed to be going smoothly, at least from my part. I was stuck in the bridal suite all day, we were able to order coffee, water, pastries, and lunch to be served in the bridal suite which was very nice.It wasn't until after the wedding that I learned of some of the other issues that occurred. Prior to guest arrival while family was setting up the reception area, Samantha was not helping set up, she was giving a tour of the venue to presumably an interested couple. Because there wasn't much help available, my parents had to employ the help of my grandparents, guests, to help them and our day-of coordinator to help decorate. Next, we were told by Samantha during the inquiry that the golfing hole right in front of the terrace would be closed at least during the ceremony. However, this hole was not closed off, and we do indeed have random golfers in our ceremony photos. Our photographer did an excellent job so it's not that big of a deal to us, but it's still annoying because they were there and a little distracting.The instructions left by our baker were not read. Our cake baker made several small cakes. Samantha questioned why there were so many cakes and had them all thrown into the freezer. They were pound cakes and needed to be thawed before serving. We all sat waiting in the magnolia room for a considerable amount of time because the cakes were too hard to be cut properly. The cake was served cold and was still hard.Samantha otherwise made sure everything else ran smoothly, but I do think a majority of that was due to our day-of coordinator being one of the best decisions we made regarding our wedding.Overall, I think the venue and the pricing itself is worth it, I'm not sure if our experience with Samantha was a one-off thing. Our day was absolutely perfect and ran so smoothly, but make sure you're on top of communication and are diligent.

We had the most wonderful wedding this past weekend at Stonewall Golf Club. First of all, the scenery is just beautiful! The trees and lake make a beautiful backdrop for pictures. We worked with Samantha, the event director, who was just wonderful! She was so helpful with answering all of our questions and making sure we had everything we needed for our special day. We were looking for an affordable package wedding where venue, food, drink was all included. Stonewall absolutely met those needs, they were the best price. The person who sold us the package was Jeanna who was very personable and explained things well. Erin was the next level person we dealt with after the initial sale. The venue itself looks nice, but if you look closely it has some age spots. We asked for one particularly cloudy door (they have doors off the main ballroom that are mostly glass) to be moved from directly behind the sweetheart table so it would be out of most of the photos. Stonewall was able to accommodate this which was awesome. Basically, the planning process with them went well. I don't have any complaints about the run-up to the event. Erin was very responsive to my questions and requests.The day of the event had a few unexpected misses. Mainly, someone had left the door to the ballroom open the entire day of the wedding (reception started at 3:30ish). We were told it was someone who had been in the restaurant earlier. It was a pretty warm September day and with all the people in the ballroom, it got HOT in there. We asked about turning the air conditioning on and were told that it was on and there was nothing that could be done to cool the place down. It was hot the entire reception, people were going outside to cool down :/ I understand that it takes a while to cool a ballroom, but someone at the venue should have been responsible for making sure the doors weren't left open before a large event. OR it's possible their air conditioning doesn't work great. Either way, having sweating guests put a damper on things. One other weird thing was that the salads literally only consisted on spinach and walnuts. I could have sworn there was supposed to be cheese on there per the menu selected, but the salads looked sad.This may all be in a bride's head but while Erin seemed super bubbly in the lead up to the wedding, she seemed kind of sour day of. Not sure if the people in my wedding annoyed her by asking about the heat or what, but it kind of goes back to their customer service falling apart. They started strong but the day of, the most important day, was very meh. So, if this is all your budget allows, it works. From my experience, just tread carefully when it comes to getting what you asked for. And please, if it's hot out, make sure no one leaves the door open before your event starts :)

I could asked for a more beautiful view at my wedding ceremony!! Erin was just amazing to work with! Everything went better than I could of dreamed of. If anything went wrong I never knew! The food was delicious. I wish I had more time to eat more of my meal. My new husband and I are planning to visit the brass cannon to eat sometime. All the windows in the reception area shows the beautiful view of Lake Manassas and does not need much decorations !!

In one word- WOW! My husband and I had our wedding reception at Stonewall Golf Club and we couldn’t have been happier! It’s such a beautiful venue and more importantly, the customer service we received from all of the staff was second to none! Jeanna (sales manager) and Jennifer (catering manager) were both so sweet and so wonderful to work with throughout the entire process! They were extremely professional, organized, responsive, and were patient in answering all of my many questions along the way- not to mention, they were amazingly flexible and accommodating!\r\rOn the wedding day, Jennifer was so calm and absolutely on top of everything! Thanks to her, the entire reception flowed perfectly! I never had to ask where anything was or stress about the schedule because she had every detail covered! Before the reception, she set up all of our decorations (picture frames, drink signs, bathroom baskets, table numbers…. etc, etc….) which was such a HUGE help-- and I was so impressed with how nice she made everything look! When my husband and I arrived at the reception, she had drinks waiting for us (ahhh…. thanks Jennifer!) Like many brides and grooms, we spent most of the cocktail hour taking pictures—not only did Jennifer bring us drinks and hors d’oeuvres while we were getting our pictures taken, she also left a plate with a sampling of all of the hors d’oeuvres at our sweetheart table so we could actually enjoy all of the food we had chosen for the reception (oh, and a doggy bag to take home for late night munchies)! Speaking of hors d’oeuvres —our guests STILL rave about how delicious they all were! After all the toasts… special dances… and cake cutting were done, I was actually a little sad when it was time for Jennifer to leave—she played such an important part in making that day so special (and stress-free!) for my husband and me—and we are both so grateful to her for that!\r\rI would highly recommend Stonewall and their exceptional staff to any bride-to-be!\r\r

I was overwhelmed with my wedding plans and wasnt even sure what appetizers I wanted. Jennifer at Stonewall was amazing helping me with all the changes I made, EXTREMELY patient and awesome to work with. She even helped me place the seating cards(which I forgot)at the last minute. Amazing experience and I would definitely recommend this site. Not only fantastic staff (Genna, the site manager was just wonderful and her patience was crucial) but also a fantastic scenery and beautiful grounds. Thank you sooo much Stonewall for an amazing wedding experience!!

I was overwhelmed with my wedding plans and wasnt even sure what appetizers I wanted. We had a wonderful experience with our October wedding here. We hosted the ceremony and reception. The staff was awesome - friendly and knowledgeable. They were patient, easy to work with, and made our day flow effortlessly. The venue is also gorgeous so a lot of extra decoration isn't necessary. Can't say enough good things!

Beautiful venue for an outdoor ceremony. The greens are well kept and the view is breath taking. The ballroom was perfect for our reception. The staff was extremely helpful as well. Great food too. Our guests were just as pleased as we were. My only negative review would be the rain backup plan if it rains. Unless you want to pay extra to rent the Brass Canon then your ceremony will be in the ballroom where some of your guests will have to watch from their seats. We were thankful it did not rain and are really happy we choose SGC for our venue.

Stonewall Golf Club was a perfect choice for our wedding venue. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I've worked before in the customer service industry and Stonewall does it very well! Jeanna (the sales manager) and Jennifer (the catering manager) were both very helpful and helped to coordinate everything beginning months in advance. We were on a budget but did not have to sacrafice quality one bit. The convenience of using one venue for both our ceremony and reception was important to us and are so happy we chose Stonewall. We got many compliments about the venue from our guests and our pictures on the course turned out amazing! My husband even got two free rounds of golf by booking our wedding at Stonewall.

The location at Stonewall was beautiful and the food and drink package we got was great. My only complaint was that the venue manager asked us to start the ceremony 10 minutes early with only 85% of our guests seated so we could beat the possible rain. It ended up not raining until after the reception. They had good intentions but I felt sorry for our guests who thought they arrived on time and actually walked in mid ceremony.
