I would not hesitate to book your event with Stonewater Country Club! The planning process from start to finish was so smooth and easy thanks to our amazing event coordinator, Anna. The food was delicious and fresh and so many of our guests were very impressed. This is the second year we've held our company party here and we will continue to come back.

Our company department had a wonderful holiday lunch in a private room at Stonewater Country Club in December '23. Everyone was able order separate items off of the menu and service was great. I am so glad they could accommodate us on short notice.

I highly recommend Stonewater County Club for your wedding. My event on 7/8/23 was my 70th Birthday party. The staff was so efficient, discreet, friendly and super professional. Anna was amazing helping me with all the details. I hadn't planned a big party with 96 invited guests in a long time and was a little intimidated, but Anna was very confident, professional and walked me through everything. The room was amazing, our guests raved about the variety and quality of the appetizers and late-night pizzas. We had the gourmet cookies and bars, and I brought in my own favorite birthday cake, they even cut and served it as part of the included services. Again, I am very pleased with all aspects of my event, and I highly recommend Stonewater Country Club.

I have used Stonewater now for 3 events that I had. My own wedding rehearsal, another wedding rehearsal, and a private company event. The food is always delicious. Everything was preset and planned accordingly to the communications that I had asked for. Everyone was friendly and warm, but also not intrusive to the event which was great!

The StoneWater Country Club is a first class venue! We had our son & daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner here (private party of 40). Food, atmosphere, and privacy was great! Would definitely recommend StoneWater as a venue of choice for private parties and special events!

We had our rehearsal dinner and reception at Stonewater Country Club and can't say enough good things about the whole experience. Denise was AMAZING to work with! The staff was excellent and checked on me several times throughout the night to make sure I didn't need anything. They worked directly with my Master of Reception on the day of the wedding and was INCREDIBLE. They even let me use the back office when my dress ripped and had to be sewn back together :). Amazing experience and will definitely be holding more events at the future at Stonewater!!!

Stonewater was a great venue! It was a perfect location and has indoor/outdoor options for your guests. I am an event planner as a profession and Lauren was great to work with. She was always very responsive and thorough. The staff was always engaged and went out of their way to assist my husband and I. We were finishing up pictures before being announced and the banquet managers brought my husband and I a drink and some appetizers to make sure we were comfortable before going into the reception. The food was delicious. We did a chicken/filet duet plate and our guests loved it. I would recommend Stonewater Country Club to any wedding!

The Stonewater location is elegant and classy. We had a winter wedding and the venue was decorated in a very festive manner. The tableside service was impressive and our guests commented on how wonderful the food and service was. Stonewater was willing to be flexible and was happy to assist in any way possible. My wedding was right after the holidays, which made communication toward the end a bit difficult. This was my only issue with Stonewater. My seating arrangement ended up getting slightly skewed, and the coffee table had to be moved the day of, even though I had requested it be moved in numerous emails prior to the wedding day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, I would choose them all over again, and I highly recommend them!

I loved this venue for our wedding on Oct 18th. Gorgeous and the food was amazing. We did a plated dinner and there was not a single problem with the food and everyone raved!! You could cut the filet with a fork it was so tender. The only issue we had was that they told us we could get in at 10am to set up and when we got there the doors were locked and the event coordinator was no where to be found. Luckily a very nice young lady named Lindsay helped us get into the room and set up. Lindsay tried to call the event coordinator but she didn't answer her calls which I found to be very unprofessional. Lindsay canceled her plans to work a golf outing in order to help us out and for that I say THANK YOU LINDSAY!!! Lindsay you saved our wedding because if it hadn't been for you we couldn't have gotten set up in time. So Stonewater give that girl a raise.

Had my daughters wedding reception here in September of 12014. We had many compliments on the food and service. We had plated dinners with a choice of 3 entrees. The food was hot and portion sizes are big. We worked with Adrian and everything was top notch. We were able to set up the day before and all the candles on the table were lit when we arrived that night. Kim was very helpful with set up and John took care of all our requests the night of the reception. It was a wonderful night all the way around, I would recommend Stonewater to anyone

Stonewater Country Club is an awesome place to host a rehearsal dinner. The food was affordable, delicious and loved by all the guests! The chef did an outstanding job of re-creating some of our favorite Caribbean dishes. Overall, the staff was accommodating and very friendly. They did an exceptional job and we recommend this venue to others.

Stonewater Country Club is an awesome place to host a rehearsal dinner. The food was affordable, delicious and loved by all the guests! The chef did an outstanding job of re-creating some of our favorite Caribbean dishes. Overall, the staff was accommodating and very friendly. They did an exceptional job and we recommend this venue to others.

We had our wedding reception there in the beginning of May. Everything was beautiful. We worked with Jeannette and she was extremely helpful. We were a little worried that we couldn't set up the night before because there was another reception then but when my aunt and her friend showed up the day of all the staff were willing to help! My Aunt could not say enough about how Jeannette and some other staff were helping them carry everything in from the cars, and asking what else they could do to help. The meal turned out amazing, we did not have one complaint. And the servers were all nice and friendly as well! We received so many compliments telling us how beautiful the room was and how great the food was! I highly recommend StoneWater Country Club!

Stonewater was a great place for our reception. We got married in March so they had great deals; the staff was friendly and easy to work with. Food was great.

If you want a country club setting, or a very classy setting at the very least, Stonewater is the best of the 3 clubs owned by Watermark Properties. Sunnybrook would be number 2, and Watermark, number 3. \rA very affordable and versatile menu, and great staff. \rIf you want your wedding and/or reception here, you will call the Watermark offices since that is their 'headquarters' and where the Event Planners' offices are. WORK WITH KRYSTLE!!! She is very prompt when responding, and will do everything she can to make your day perfection. The other planners just do do near as good of a job. \rMy reception was absolutely perfect, and I can't recommend this venue enough!!! :D

Having our reception at Stonewater was one of the best decisions we could make! The food was delicious and the servers were efficient and great. I would recommend Stonewater to anyone having a wedding in the Grand Rapids/Caledonia area!

If it wasnt for Krystle our event planner my wedding would have been a disaster!! The venue is beautiful and the setting was perfect. The banquet manager was horrible! If she is still working, book with caution. One week before my wedding, I was informed the room for our cocktail hour was booked in error. NO APOLOGY, just problems. VERY DISORGANIZED!!!! The staff allowed my guests to walk into the room for ceremony prior to it being ready!! STAFF AND MANGEMEMT CLUELESS!!

Stonewater recently opened in May, after having been built by Watermark Country Club. From the beginning, I had A LOT of problems with communication from their end. Many things were promised to me and I was told that the staff would be following up with me, and this never happened. For example, I was promised to have both the inside bar, and an outside bar for our reception, only to find out later that they never opened the outside bar. It would have been perfect on our gorgeous fall night! The staff is very nice on the surface, and the food was great (although not exactly what I had ordered), plus the building is beautiful on the inside, but I would not recommend to anyone to choose this as your reception venue, simply due to poor communication.
