My husband Leo and I were married at the Ridgecrest location of the Stroudsmoor Country Inn on June 10, 2023. The weather was beautiful, the views were picturesque, but nothing could've beat the quality of service (and food!) we and our guests received. Planning our wedding was a year-long process. We became engaged in February 2022 and wasted no time looking for a venue. I saw pictures of Ridgecrest on Instagram, after my friend's cousin had her wedding there in July 2021. I thought the place was so stunning, I just had to schedule a visit. Cathleen Fillman greeted us so warmly and showed incredible patience when we pelted her with question after question. She was exactly who my husband and I needed to work with on such an important day in our lives. She gave us sound advice when we asked for it, she was always responsive over the phone and email, she never didn't smile. She was organized, clear, creative and just so wise. I knew I could trust her. She went above and beyond all year long -- and even more so on the wedding day! She was determined to make sure everything went smoothly -- and it did!Then there was Colleen, who takes care of the lodging at Stroudsmoor. We had a big wedding (over 200 guests) and knew a lot of people would be staying the weekend. She worked with me and my mother-in-law constantly to arrange rooms for everyone, and was gracious enough to make an exception or two when we were in a tough spot. I couldn't have made my guests as comfortable as they were without her and the cleaning staff's help. On a side note, the rooms/suites/cottages at Stroudsmoor are absolutely amazing. You would enjoy staying there for any occasion! The property is well-kept and beautiful. There's lots to do in town as well. My husband and I are already thinking about booking a stay there for a future anniversary.We also utilized the Stroudsmoor's florist team for our flowers and décor. The staff works on site (which is really convenient) and did such a beautiful job. All our visions and requests were successfully met. We couldn't be happier! What's more, Stroudsmoor has a spa and salon on site -- which is another convenience my girls and I made sure to take advantage of. All the hair stylists and makeup artists worked their magic and made us all look beautiful.As for the food, it was delicious -- or so everyone told me that day! I could barely eat a bite, I was so nervous. But the amount of compliments I received about the food alone was incredibly gratifying. There was plenty of it, and the quality really was everything you hoped it would be. My husband and I attended a sampling event months before and were more than satisfied. The sampling event also allowed us to meet with different vendors, explore floral and décor options, and try cake flavors! It's held a couple times a year, which is appreciated.Last but not least, I have to express my sincere gratitude for Belkis, who served as our couple's attendant on the wedding day. Cathleen told me in advance that she was wonderful, but I didn't know how wonderful she truly was until I worked with her. She was with me and Leo every step of the way, making sure I was where I needed to be and had everything I needed. She got me drinks and tried to get me to eat (lol!). But most importantly, she helped me through the nervous breakdown I had right before the ceremony. I love the Stroudsmoor and its wonderful staff with all my heart and soul. Thank you for everything!

The venue was absolutely beautiful. The food was amazing. The drinks were delicious. We haven’t stopped hearing compliments and we owe that all to the Stroudsmoor team. We never looked at any other venue besides Stroudsmoor, and the second we saw Ridgecrest we just knew we had to have it for our wedding. I hope one day down the line someone we know gets married there, because we would love to see it again as guests.

The venue was absolutely beautiful. The food was amazing. The drinks were delicious. We haven’t stopped hearing compliments and we owe that all to the Stroudsmoor team. Our day was perfect! Our coordinator, Danica Johnson, worked with us from day 1, picking out a venue all the way to the ceremony, and she did it with candor, patience, and flexibility. My son was married on 11/3/23 at Stroudsmoor Country Inn at Lawnhaven. We couldn't have asked for a better day! It was perfect from start to finish. We worked with Danica and she was fantastic from our first planning meeting to the very end of the wedding night. The food, flowers, venue and staff were all outstanding in every way possible. I have not one thing negative to say. The day was perfect.

Stroudsmoor Country Inn was perfect in every way for my daughter's wedding. The natural beauty in the woods surrounding the ceremony site at Woodsgate was breathtaking. The reception hall was equally wonderful with its rustic surroundings and elegant lighting. It was luxurious and very comfortable. Many guests remarked how they enjoyed feasting on the wide variety of hors d'oeuvres. The buffet was likewise delicious. Our wedding planner, Malia, made everything about the day flow smoothly and as planned down to every detail. Communication was easy with all the staff. The florist, Grayson, was excellent and it was so calming to have Malia and Jess with us throughout the wedding day. Everyone we dealt with was very professional. I am the mother of the bride and having my daughter's wedding at Stroudsmoor Country Inn was an excellent decision by my husband and myself. I couldn't have asked for her day to be any more perfect than it was.

We can’t thank Stroudsmoor enough for making our wedding such a beautiful and smooth process. The venue itself is gorgeous and photos don’t do it justice. The food is great and the drinks are well made. Absolutely no drama or hiccups on our actual wedding day, and our guests still can't stop talking about attending the \"best party ever.\" We are so grateful we found this hidden gem and would choose it again every time.

Stroudsmoor was a great choice for our wedding venue! The site is beautiful (we chose Woodsgate) with great food, decor, floral, etc. but the real difference maker was the personalized attention we received. Our coordinator Danica was there for everything we needed through the planning process and made everything super easy. Highly recommended!

Stroudsmoor was a great choice for our wedding venue! The site is beautiful (we chose Woodsgate) with great food, decor, floral, etc. but the real difference maker was the personalized attention we received. Our coordinator Danica was there for everything we needed through the planning process and made everything super easy. Highly recommended!

The Stoudmoor County Inn is an amazing place to get married! It is a beautiful location, with rooming for a reasonable price. The Ridgecrest is the best location to get married, gorgeous out look for the ceremony and the Reception hall can easily fit 180+ people comfortably. The staff there are awesome, they are supper helpful and accommodating. When you book with the Stroudmoor they provide you with a event/ wedding planner which was a huge help. Our wedding planner Malia, is the absolute best. She is very kind, helpful, response to emails in a reasonable time frame, she is great for bouncing ideas off of, super accommodating, and she made put our wedding together beautifully. The on sight Bridal Boutique is boutique expensive but if you are able to afford it, it is well worth it. The only negative thing I have to say is the rooms are eh. They aren’t bad or anything they are just super out dated, blocking out rooms was kind of a pain, and I would be aware with booking room to make sure you are getting the right room (the website can be a little miss leading). Beside that this is a amazing place to get married and I highly recommend

What can we say, except WOW! Our son and daughter in law were married Sept 30 at the Ridgecrest venue. The ceremony was outside at the Crestview chapel (what a view) We also hosted a rehearsal dinner at Auradell on the property. As a family we could not have been more pleased with the professionalism of our wedding planner, Danica. Danica went above and beyond to accommodate and facilitate additional requests. Throughout the long planning process, about 15 months) she was always prompt with her responses to questions and concerns. The day of the wedding was seamless, due to the hard work of our wedding planner, who coordinated many last minute details. All of our guests commented on the beauty of the property, the quality of the food (which was outstanding), and the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. Every staff member we came in contact with was just so service oriented. We felt our guests were truly taken care of. From our first time viewing the property, you can tell that the Pirone family takes great pride in a preserving this special venue for families to enjoy on their special days. I was especially impressed with how well the entire property is maintained, well cared for and clean throughout. While the day went all too fast, we have many special memories of the day and we will always feel comfortable recommending the Stroudsmoor Country Inn as the perfect spot to celebrate a special day. As a final note regarding food, our rehearsal dinner was a buffet. Each item on the buffet was prepared well and delicious. The wedding reception was a sit down dinner. The portions are generous from appetizers to entrees. The Stroudsmoor bakery deserves a special shout out, the desserts from cheesecake and pastries to the wedding cake and signature take home cookies and biscotti were amazing!!! Excellent! Excellent! Thanks so much to the entire staff at the Stroudsmoor for creating such a special event for us!

We were married at the Woodsgate venue in July of 2023. We cannot sing the praises of Stroudsmoor and its phenomenal staff enough for the service provided on our wedding day. Our guests, even months after, still tell us it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to. One of the most frequent compliments was on the food and hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour. Stroudsmoor does not skimp on variety! The quality was second to none on flavor and service! The planning process Stroudsmoor offers its clients is intuitive and accommodating. Trust their process and your day will look exactly like it does in your mind. From floral and decor, to bakery, to even allowing you to coordinate and time your ceremony entrance, they are incredibly detail oriented.Communicate often with your coordinators. They will take your pictures, DIY decorations, and placement requests seriously and thoughtfully. They allow frequent meeting times and in-person discussions so there are no questions at all about how you want your day to look and feel. Our event coordinator Danica, and floral and decor specialist Grayson tag-teamed to assuage any concerns we ever had and took so much stress and burden off our planning we cannot thank them enough!Numerous little details made us feel so special. They took our drink orders prior to the ceremony and had them waiting for us once it was done. In the bridal suite, they had a platter of all of the hot d’oeuvres waiting for us in case we couldn’t enjoy them in the moment. One staff member in particular, Belkis, went above and beyond on the wedding day. She was our shadow (particularly for the bride) who made sure everything we needed was right there. She even carried our bride’s train and held the umbrella for us in the rain when our photographers took us for pictures!Some constructive critiques we can provide for accommodations:While Stroudsmoor and staff provided us with our dream wedding, we cannot say the same level of detail was given to the Ledgemere suite we stayed in the night before or of our wedding. A large bathroom with a jetted tub, gorgeous picture window to the woods out back, loft with plenty of space for your bridal party to get ready in, and a private deck to get fresh air are all provided. However, after so many years of providing romantic experiences for their couples, the inn is in considerable need of updating in decor and appliances. Our refrigerator was unable to close due to over-icing, the room itself was still decorated for Christmas from months prior, and unfortunately, the essence of our linens were musty and seemed as though they had not been freshened in quite some time. Additionally, of the only two weddings hosted that evening, they placed both wedding couples and parties in neighboring rooms. There were several unused Ledgemere suites at that time. A little privacy and distance between the two bridal couples would have went a long way. Unfortunately, our guests at the inn itself claimed similar experiences in other onsite suites. That said, the inn staff was pleasant and quick to respond to our concerns. We were simply surprised at the difference in quality between the wedding and the lodging accommodations.Overall, we will be recommending Stroudsmoor to anybody and everybody. They will ensure you and your guests will enjoy a special day with none of the stress. Everything will be taken care of and you will be free to enjoy the day knowing they have everything under control.

A little privacy and distance between the two bridal couples would have went a long way. Unfortunately, our guests at the inn itself claimed similar experiences in other onsite suites. That said, the inn staff was pleasant and quick to respond to our concerns. We were simply surprised at the difference in quality between the wedding and the lodging accommodations.Overall, we will be recommending Stroudsmoor to anybody and everybody. They will ensure you and your guests will enjoy a special day with none of the stress. Everything will be taken care of and you will be free to enjoy the day knowing they have everything under control.

My husband and I had the best wedding day ever thanks to Stroudsmoor. We picked the Woodsgate venue and we were lucky enough to have perfect weather for our big day. When you book with Stroudsmoor you not only have your venue but they also provide an event coordinator, florist and caterer! They also have wonderful recommendations for photography, DJ, officiants and more. The day of the wedding went so smooth thanks to all the staff. We had a personal helper that had eyelash glue when mine started to come off, makeup remover when my husband got concealer on his white shirt, set food aside for us at the end of the night, and overall made sure I didn't have to worry about anything! My only complaint is that they have relatively poor communication, especially since we were planning from multiple states away. Even then, they were still able to give us everything we wanted, but it would have been much easier if they worked through zoom! My husband and I were married at the Stroudsmoor (Woodsgate) on 9/15/23. Woodsgate venue is absolutely gorgeous, as is the entire establishment. Our event coordinator, Linda, was incredibly helpful and ensured that everything leading up to and on our wedding day was taken care of. She was so helpful in regards to floral and decor and ensured that everything was exactly in the right place on the day of. The food, cake, and our s'mores station were amazing also. My bridesmaids and I had appointments at their salon for hair & everyone's turned out perfect. The lodging is also beautiful - my husband and I stayed in the Ledgemere Loft and we didn't want to leave! Our lodging coordinator, Colleen, was so helpful when it came to booking rooms for us and our guests. Our couple's coordinator Geri was amazing on the day of as well as our day of coordinator Emma. My husband and I didn't feel stressed at all on our wedding day and were able to have fun and enjoy ourselves due to the staff at Stroudsmoor. We got married at Woodsgate at Stroudsmoor on September 2nd, 2023. We first fell in love with the natural setting and cozy reception area at the Woodsgate location while touring all of the available locations offered by Stroudsmoor (all of them wonderful in their own right).Booking at the Stroudsmoor you get assigned an amazing wedding planner and we had the pleasure of working with both Cathleen and Malia. Malia began helping us half way through our planning process, but hit the ground running, as she knew exactly what we needed and by when. She made the wedding of our dreams happen. Having her not only as a planner, but as a same-day coordinator made a usually stressful event extremely smooth, and she was on top of every detail, from what music should be playing, and what should be happening at each time stamp of the night. She even helped decorate the venue with decorations and favors we had brought in ourselves, using her own vision, and everything looked even better than what we could have imagined.We also had an amazing on-site floral department staff (a very talented, Grayson) who put together a bouquet so beautiful you would be surprised we only spoke to her for about 30 minutes total regarding our preferred flowers/color palette.The night wouldn't have been complete without the amazing wait staff (shoutout to Cameron and Ann) that were making sure we (bride and groom) were being appropriately fed and had our cups full at every point of the night. We couldn't have asked for a more amazing experience, and we hope one day we can attend another wedding or event here as a guest so we can truly experience this all over again.

My son and daughter in law just got married at Lawnhaven at the Stroudsmore Country Inn a couple of weeks ago. I am not a big review writer but felt it necessary to say something. Everything was so perfect and beautiful..more than I ever expected. The decor was perfect. Everything we asked for was right on . The staff was absolutely amazing. My daughter in law needed a dot of eyelash glue for her straps and for her necklace to stay put. Belke had it. Bathroom help w our dresses. Belke was right there. My son was sweating on the dance floor at one point, Belke came from behind him w a fan around his neck. She was that person and more. Our wedding was just on Monday, July 10th and we had the BEST experience. From the beginning of the planning stages, our coordinator, Malia, and the owner, Linda, ensured we were satisfied with the tastings and the planning process, keeping us on track with everything that needed to be done. They worked with us to accommodate our Monday schedule so we could celebrate on our 8 year anniversary, and helped build a package that worked for us. But once we got to the rehearsal and day of, I was truly blown away by the incredible staff. Every single guest told us that the service was unparalleled, the appetizers during cocktail hour were plentiful and delicious, and it was the best wedding they have ever attended. As it was our wedding I’m a bit biased, but it truly was the best I’ve ever experienced! Malia went above and beyond to ensure all of my DIY centerpieces, decor, and sola wood flowers were set up even more beautifully than I could ever imagine! I truly cried as soon as I walked in to preview it. She has an incredible eye for design and I’m so grateful to her. Grayson also made sure our ceremony space was beautifully lined with flower petals and set-up to perfection. She was so kind through the process and quick to respond, too! Malia also kept us on schedule and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. And my bridal attendant, Belkis, was also AMAZING! One of our groomsmen ripped his pants right before walking down the aisle and she sewed them easily, and I had no idea until the wedding was over. She fixed my veil that was pulling off the comb and reinforced that. She had drinks ready for us as soon as the ceremony was over. She made sure my father had his specialty drink of choice. She fanned me during the reception when she could tell I was hot, got my fiancé water and a towel after his surprise tap dance to help with the sweat, got him dressed back into his vest in time for cake cutting, and even offered to help me in the restroom and manage my giant ballgown. My bustle was also so complicated and she worked in tandem with my sister to get it up and under my dress. Truly the most amazing and attentive service of my life, and I truly felt like a princess. If anything went wrong, I really didn’t know about it because both Malia and Belkis fixed it before I could even notice. Emma and Anne Marie our supervisors for the evening were also so sweet and made sure the night went smoothly after Malia had left. They all packed up my DIY so carefully with Belkis (vases, books, photo frames) so I could take it home without worry. They packed it even better than I had when I brought it! And also a shoutout to Tyler who was a server and received compliments from several of our guests about his amazing service and kind personality. I am still in awe of the day. We were able to enjoy every moment because Stroudsmoor and the staff took care of everything. I didn’t have to lift a finger or think about anything more than celebrating the man who is now my husband! And it doesn’t hurt that the views from Terraview are absolutely stunning! So many incredible photos! Thank you so much for making our day a true fairytale!

From the first moment we toured the Stroudsmoor Country Inn to the moment we ended our reception, everything was truly perfect. To start, when we booked their venue their communication with us was clear and consistent. Everything in the contract was very straightforward and any questions we had were answered promptly. We had several meetings with our event coordinator, Cathleen, who made the planning process so easy. She was always available to answer any questions in between meetings. She was kind, attentive and organized! She was also very helpful with suggesting outside vendors, so we did have to search on our own. We loved how The Stroudsmoor Country Inn was a one stop shop. They have a restaurant on premises that Cathleen helped us book a private room for our rehearsal dinner. They also had accommodations to book rooms on site to stay in. Colleen helped us reserve rooms for our wedding party and family so we did not have to worry about travel. The rooms were huge, my bridal suite was the size of an apartment, with a second floor loft. Made it the perfect space for my bridal party to get ready. Colleen also helped with coordinating with lunch to be delivered to me and my husband's rooms for us and the wedding party earlier in the day while we got ready. Not only did they offering catering for our wedding, they have their own floral team and bakery. We worked with Grayson in the floral department to pick out the perfect flowers and decor for us! We also had a beautiful and delicious cake that we did have to worry about getting from an outside bakery (we even had a secondary cake so there was two cake flavor options), the floral team was even able to add flowers to the cake to add a little extra something! When our big day finally came, it was as perfect could be! Cathleen, with our event supervisor, Brandy, made sure everything went off without a hitch! Seriously, not a single hiccup in our day. The team made it so when the day came, I did not have to worry about a single thing, except getting in my dress and making it down the aisle! They take care of all the day of coordination. The ceremony was beautiful, the reception hall looked stunning. I am not over exaggerating when I say we had many of our guests tell us it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding (there were so many entrees for us to choose from for our menu). Guests also told us it was the most fun they ever had at a wedding! Seriously, the whole team made sure the day ran perfectly and that our only concern was to get married and have fun! They just do such a wonderful job at making your vision come true and tailoring everything to feel unique to you and your partner. For the level of quality that we received overall, it feels like we should have paid double what we paid in the end! I truly cannot say enough amazing things about the the venue and team. They made our wedding day absolutely magical!

They have a restaurant on premises that Cathleen helped us book a private room for our rehearsal dinner. They also had accommodations to book rooms on site to stay in. Colleen helped us reserve rooms for our wedding party and family so we did not have to worry about travel. The rooms were huge, my bridal suite was the size of an apartment, with a second floor loft. Made it the perfect space for my bridal party to get ready. Colleen also helped with coordinating with lunch to be delivered to me and my husband's rooms for us and the wedding party earlier in the day while we got ready. Not only did they offering catering for our wedding, they have their own floral team and bakery. We worked with Grayson in the floral department to pick out the perfect flowers and decor for us! We also had a beautiful and delicious cake that we did have to worry about getting from an outside bakery (we even had a secondary cake so there was two cake flavor options), the floral team was even able to add flowers to the cake to add a little extra something! When our big day finally came, it was as perfect could be! Cathleen, with our event supervisor, Brandy, made sure everything went off without a hitch! Seriously, not a single hiccup in our day. The team made it so when the day came, I did not have to worry about a single thing, except getting in my dress and making it down the aisle! They take care of all the day of coordination. The ceremony was beautiful, the reception hall looked stunning. I am not over exaggerating when I say we had many of our guests tell us it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding (there were so many entrees for us to choose from for our menu). Guests also told us it was the most fun they ever had at a wedding! Seriously, the whole team made sure the day ran perfectly and that our only concern was to get married and have fun! They just do such a wonderful job at making your vision come true and tailoring everything to feel unique to you and your partner. For the level of quality that we received overall, it feels like we should have paid double what we paid in the end! I truly cannot say enough amazing things about the the venue and team. They made our wedding day absolutely magical!

She and her team made Lawnhaven look INCREDIBLE with all my DIY decor. She was always positive and smiling. I cannot say enough great things about her. Everything ran incredibly smooth and we had the best stress free day. Everyone raved about how beautiful the venue was and what a good time they had. Belik (I think that was her name) was our bridal helper and she was incredible too. Took much care of my husband and I. And Colleen in Lodging is a saint. I had some last minute changes to my room block reservations and she handled them so quick so I didn’t have a mental break down about it. Worth every penny.

From the very beginning to the very end this venue brought every single one of our dreams to life.My husband and I found this venue when we visited for lunch well before our engagement and knew that it was the spot where we were meant to get married.After our engagement we both visited together for one of the wedding showcases that they do twice a year. Any couple even remotely considering this venue should definitely go to the showcase. That is was sealed the deal for us.From then on it was all about the planning. The wonderful part about the Stroudsmoor is that ever couple gets their our personal planner. We were lucky enough to get to work with Linda who actually owns the venue. She was so knowledgeable I felt like we won the lottery when we got her. She made us feel well taken care of from the very beginning.Another wonderful part about this venue is that almost everything is included. They do all the catering, the florals, and even have a salon on site. Not to mention they have tons of rooms for your guests to stay at AND they have every add on for your special day that you could think of.Finally, the icing on top of the cake was the fact that every couple gets their own personal helper for the day of. We were so blessed have Belki as our helper and she knew absolutely everything there was to know about how to run a wedding. We were crazy enough to request an ourdoor ceremony in January and she provided each of our bridesmaids with handwarmers tucked into their bouquets to keep them warm. She also helped me figure out the best way to use the bathroom in my dress (lol) and was available for every single need, before you even knew you needed something. She was amazing.Speaking of amazing, I'd be remiss not to mention the amazing food. I swear our guests are still drooling over the hors d'oeuvre even months later. We had what seemed like an unlimited amount of food and the next course was always better than the prior.The Stroudsmoor truly made our big day a dream come true and we will never be able to recommend them enough. I know everyone always says something is going to go wrong and you just have to embrace it, but I'm pretty sure not a single thing went wrong on our day. Amazing! Beautiful venue and setting but what truly stands above everything…. The staff! Superstars. Linda, Malia, Brandy, Belkus!!!! Above and beyond. I am not an easy customer to say the least. My sons wedding was EPIC!!! The grooms will NEVER forgot their wedding and that was largely due to Stroudsmoor Inn. Amazing! Beautiful venue and setting but what truly stands above everything…. The staff! Superstars. Linda, Malia, Brandy, Belkus!!!! Above and beyond. I am not an easy customer to say the least. My sons wedding was EPIC!!! The grooms will NEVER forgot their wedding and that was largely due to Stroudsmoor Inn. Food was excellent and abundant, bar was awesome, and again top notch service with focus on every detail and every need being met! 5 stars!!!!!

(Poconos, Woodsgate Venue)We fell in love with the ceremony site and while still expensive for budget brides, it was MUCH more affordable than a lot of the places we toured in NJ. Can't say enough good about this place, food was delicious. Cocktail hour is passed finger foods only but it was still lots of food and all amazing. They made us a big sample plate for the bridal lounge so we could sneak away for a quiet moment and enjoy. Our coordinator Cathleen was amazing! She made sure every detail was perfect and was so helpful. Her and the rest of the staff were a fine oiled machine! This is even including making a place for a last minute guest that legit showed up while we were doing pre-ceremony pics! Plus one of our guests left a card on a table during cocktail hour, someone from the staff made sure it got into the card box! The venue also has a floral/decoration team with a minimum in the contract. They can do your bouquets or general decorations/signs. They gave us easels for our signs and added little decorations around cocktail hour to make sure what we brought was supplemented and not too empty! Also you get 2 cake flavors. We went with the banana nut for one because it was amazing and everyone that had it agreed it was the best wedding cake they'd ever had!

We were able to plan an event in less than 2 months, it was a really small event, less than 30. Everything from communication, meetings, scenery, floral, food was perfect. Corinne made everything so easy, and responsive. We aren’t big on flowers, but she still recommended on seeing floral department. Were glad we did because it really was so much better with the greenery that they decorated with. We did really simple decorations but it was exactly what we wanted. Sara in floral was sooo sweet too. What we appreciated is that they never made us feel dumb, forced anything or upsell. They never seemed like a “know it all”. They were just attentive. So the recommendations they made were appreciated. On our day it rained so bad, and they were accomodating. The event manager on the day of the event was too amazing. I had an anxiety attack and they helped me and he even gave me some scented oil to calm down. The servers, the bartender, they were all just sooo nice. I forgot so much on that day, but because of them, they were on top of everything. We chose the auradell, and it was just sooo beautiful. It’s wheelchair friendly, and didn’t feel stuffy. The backdrop is just sooo gorgeous. The food. THE FOOD. We choose the simple package, and it did not disappoint. Everyone loved it all. And presentation. It felt so classy. All food was delicious. Hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. Many told us the same thing. We ended up doing a small cake for us and cupcakes for the guests. This was important to us, and it was no issue with them. We were so lucky they actually had space available for that day, because I have read that they book so waaaay in advance. Everyone shared it was such a beautiful venue and such a great experience. We are so glad we chose this venue / team. to be honest, we did not want to deal with much of the preparation, but they did it all. And they did such an amazing and beautiful job. And the planning team, you just can’t go wrong with them. 1000/10. Thank you!!!!!

She has over a decade of experience in the industry and was open and willing to our new and modern ideas. Very VERY pleasant to work with. The day of the wedding was breeze! Even with my dress strap braking. No joke BREAKING 10mins before the reception Barbara jumped rn and sewn together my strap to the dress. VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL! Such a life saver. Our floor managers are just as great!!! My husband surprised me with his band set and played a 7 song set! Highly HIGHLY recommend! We got married in our early 20s (in the midst of pandemic) at Ridgecrest with about 200ppl. Very worth it all!

They collected all the information they needed, helped us with their experienced suggestions when we asked for their opinion, and everything went off without a hitch the day of! Personally, wedding planning was very daunting for me, so I greatly appreciated their organization and guiding hand. The wedding could not have happened without their help anywhere else!For the day of - I have gotten so many compliments from wedding guests about how amazing the venue was, both regarding the beautiful location (Stroudsburg in October is beautiful!) and the service during the cocktail hour and reception. We can also attest to how amazing the service was- you have probably heard how couples often don't have time to eat anything during their wedding, but that wasn't the case for us! The Stroudsmoor staff brought us all (us and the wedding party) apps and drinks after the ceremony, while we were taking all the photos, and brought more apps and drinks to the bridal suite room while we all waited for our reception entrance. And during the reception, the staff was so sweet and kind- checking in with us on occasion and also noticed what drinks we were ordering from the bar and brought it to us. Truly, and honestly, I can't imagine a better venue to have your wedding at, and I cannot recommend the Stroudsmoor Country Inn enough. They made the planning process as easy as possible, and during the wedding day everything ran flawlessly. We chose the Woodsgate venue for it's rustic and comfortable/homey, yet elegant vibe, and we are so happy we made that decision. The location was perfect for us (though they have like 5 or 6 different ceremony/reception locations on site if Woodsgate isn't for you!), but the Stroudsmoor staff was what put it all above and beyond expectation. 5+ stars!

We had our wedding October 23rd, at the Lawnhaven venue, at Stroudsmoor and it was fantastic! For starters, the whole location is beautiful! I quickly got bored looking for wedding venues because so many look pretty similar. When we came across Stroudsmoor, we just knew it was for us. They have a variety of ceremony sites, on their location, for you to choose from. All have a unique somewhat-vintage and rustic flare to them. Another \"green flag\" for us was how transparent Stroudsmoor is in their prices and what they offer.From day one everyone who worked with us, from Cathleen our event coordinator to Sarah in floral and decor, was extremely kind, helpful, thorough, and thoughtful. They all really take their time in making sure they can create your perfect wedding and communicate every detail with you. Nothing was missed or glossed over. My husband and I also have extremely annoying and clashing work schedules and it wasn't always easy for us to get the same days off together, or get back to vendors right away. The Stroudsmoor team was very patient with us and helpful in always keeping us posted on what they needed from us and when! We were also able to do some things over the phone and email, when necessary, and really appreciate the flexibility. I would also like to note that all of the food was DELICIOUS! We had our wedding October 23rd, at the Lawnhaven venue, at Stroudsmoor and it was fantastic! For starters, the whole location is beautiful! I quickly got bored looking for wedding venues because so many look pretty similar. When we came across Stroudsmoor, we just knew it was for us. They have a variety of ceremony sites, on their location, for you to choose from. All have a unique somewhat-vintage and rustic flare to them. Another \"green flag\" for us was how transparent Stroudsmoor is in their prices and what they offer.From day one everyone who worked with us, from Cathleen our event coordinator to Sarah in floral and decor, was extremely kind, helpful, thorough, and thoughtful. They all really take their time in making sure they can create your perfect wedding and communicate every detail with you. Nothing was missed or glossed over. My husband and I also have extremely annoying and clashing work schedules and it wasn't always easy for us to get the same days off together, or get back to vendors right away. The Stroudsmoor team was very patient with us and helpful in always keeping us posted on what they needed from us and when! We were also able to do some things over the phone and email, when necessary, and really appreciate the flexibility. I would also like to note that all of the food was DELICIOUS! We celebrated the wedding of our daughter and new son-in-law at the Terraview at Stroudsmoor on a glorious autumn day! The planning started in the Fall of 2021 when we toured the amazing property with Corinne. We instantly fell in love with the venue and knew we were in good hands with Corinne. The Stroudsmoor Country Inn has everything! Our daughter stayed in a beautiful suite and our family stayed at the quaint Inn at Stroudsmoor. Colleen, our lodging coordinator, was extremely helpful in making sure we had the rooms we needed on the property. The salon and spa are steps away as well as a restaurant. Throughout the planning process, we had many questions that were answered quickly by Corinne – she eased our minds about any worries we had and gave us advice on the planning. In the end, the wedding was a flawless event from the rehearsal to the ceremony to the reception. The ceremony was outdoors next to the castle-like building (where the reception took place) on a gorgeous lawn overlooking the Pocono Mountains. Waterfalls and other water features surrounded the wrought iron arbor where the couple said their vows. After the ceremony, we were treated with personal drinks and hors d’oeuvres before taking photos while the guests were treated to a cocktail hour. The hors d’oeuvres were simply amazing and everyone commented they were the best they’d ever had. The reception did not disappoint either! Through a wall of windows, our guests could enjoy the splendor of the fall foliage while dining on delicious entrees. The staff was so friendly and helpful – extremely professional. We had a very fun group and everyone danced on the overflowing dance floor. It was truly a fairytale wedding and the whole evening went above and beyond what we could ever have imagined. Many guests said it was the most beautiful and fun wedding they had ever attended! Corinne and the staff are practiced at managing weddings. They attended to every detail of the wedding event from start to finish. If you want a venue where you can be fully in the moment during the wedding and reception with your family and friends without having to worry AT ALL about managing the details, then the Stroudsmoor Country Inn is the place for you!

For anything not directly offered, they will go above and beyond to make it happen, and also have vendor partnerships that made choosing any extra details (band, dj, transportation, etc.) so simple.The team took superb care of us from day one: - Linda guided us through the entire process beautifully. Living out of state was never an issue. Linda makes sure that you have every detail completed and picked out down to the cake topper and ceremony details you would not even think of. On our wedding day we had THE BEST by my side who was Belkis!! She made sure my bridal party had all their drink orders ready right after the ceremony. She patted down my sweat (which was a lot) so I would be picture perfect for the cake cutting and other parts of the night. She even bustled my dress for me. Our day was flawless with the team they have there!

The day of our wedding was beyond perfect. The staff were very friendly and they always made sure me and my husband had a drink in our hands. The venue its self is gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. They make the whole decorating and floral process super easy with their on-site florist. I also loved the on-site bridal studio/spa, it was very convenient. This venue has everything you need for your wedding day. The hotel rooms are also super cute and unique and very clean. My husband and I eloped at SCI and it was absolutely wonderful! Our wedding planner Danica made this experience seamless and stress free. Lou made the photo shoot fun. The food and service was great. We are so glad we chose SCI. I would recommend this place to couples that want a beautiful scenery of trees and mountains This is a peaceful place tucked away in the poconos.

The day of our wedding, we had “Brandy Squared” who made sure our ceremony and reception went off without a hitch! They were so attentive and there when we needed absolutely anything. I would definitely recommend the Stroudsmoor for any type of event! I will say, I did feel as though the floral and decor team kind of missed the mark a bit. I asked for dahlias and roses in my bridal bouquet and was given mostly carnations. Having florals and catering all done at the venue was a great option, but be specific and ask lots of questions! Our flowers were beautiful, just not what I had envisioned! Overall, great experience!

Our Wedding Day: FIRST OFF, we need to mention that our wedding coordinator, Malia is a literal gem and that we have never met a nicer, more attentive, more easy to work with person in our lives. Our wedding was a huge success and we owe this to this organized, mindful, personable, reliable, communicative, passionate woman who we were blessed to work with from our planning process all the way to our big day. Planning:Stroudsmoor Country Inn was the first and last venue we visited. We wanted an outdoor wedding and getting married in the woods reminded me of my summers camping. The process went smooth with Linda and Malia having so much experience and Stroudsmoor having so much to offer. We were able to do the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, food and drinks, bakery, floral and decor, accommodations, and hair and makeup all through Stroudsmoor, which meant that we only had to think about who our officiant, photographer, videographer, and DJ would be. Even with that, Linda and Malia had lists of all of the different valued professionals they recommended. Our Wedding Day:We got married at Woodsgate on July 2, 2022. As we made our way to the ceremony site, we both saw deer frolicking on the gorgeous grounds of Stroudsmoor and felt so at peace. The ceremony itself was truly a fairytale. As each of us walked up the cobblestone steps featuring our love story and a winding waterfall streaming next to us, we were greeted by birds chirping and the sun peaking through the canopy of rustic maple and oak trees. Despite having almost a hundred guests, it felt so incredibly intimate for both of us and seeing each other will forever be a highlight of both of our lives. We opted to have lavender and yellow flower petals lining the aisle and to decorate the fieldstone and cedar gazebo with hanging lavender wisteria and sunflowers. Our wedding flowers consisted of similar arrangements and were beautifully crafted by the Stroudsmoor Florist in all of the bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, centerpieces, and cupcakes. We also opted to have hanging wisteria from the ceiling, and along with the lights and grapevines, it was one of the most stunning things I’ve ever seen. We did our first dance under the clouds, heard beautiful speeches from our favorite people, and danced the night away. But in between all of that, we had such delicious food that our guests are still raving about it two months later. As our guests said, the hors D’oeuvres just kept coming at cocktail hour, each one being more delicious than the last. The best part was that this bride, groom, and bridal party didn’t miss out because there were plenty brought over to our ceremony site so that we could eat while taking formal photos. For the salad, we were very happy with the raspberry vinegarette dressing and even happier with the beef of tenderloin and chicken rustica that we chose. We were also happy to hear that all of our vegetarian and vegan friends said they had the best meal they have ever had at our wedding too. We were also very satisfied with our desserts, which consisted of cupcakes, brownies with vanilla ice cream and bacon, and S’mores with bacon. The whole night was so incredible and it couldn’t have gone any smoother than it did. We are so incredibly thankful to the whole Stroudsmoor family for helping us to create a perfect day that will live on in our hearts forever and we can’t wait to visit Stroudsmoor again to reminisce. ~Mike & Felicia Burns

From the first time touring, up to the very last moment of the event, they were some of the most professional, competent people I've ever worked with. The fact that they were also genuinely nice people, who knew how to help us navigate the several issues that came up was just a bonus. The entire staff at the venue were great, but those two stood out. Recommended whole-heartedly!

We had our wedding at the Ridgecrest at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn on 5/28/22. The venue did an amazing job and everyone is still raving about this gorgeous view and venue. The cocktail hour and reception food was delicious. The Stroudsmoor bakery did our cake and donut wall and these were to die for! Linda was our wedding coordinator and she always answered our emails promptly and made sure the day would run smoothly. Belkis was amazing the day of and was there to help and had everything we needed in case a problem came up. Overall we had a great experience with this venue and would recommend it to future brides. They also have rooms on site for wedding block. There are no add on's so if you want anything additional, it would be extra. I would give them five stars!

Our coordinator, Cathleen, made planning stress-free, and easy leaving no concerns or questions for the day of the wedding even when we had to postpone due to covid. On the day of the wedding, we met our amazing day-of coordinator, Belkis. Belkis was there for everything and anything we needed. She knows all the tips and tricks for a perfect wedding day. She helped secure my veil, attach my husband's boutonnière, and even. had burn cream for my shoulders when my straps started to irritate them. Her skills and toolbox were very helpful to have! All the other staff members were also amazing. The food was delicious. The cupcakes were a hit. and the floral / decor was perfect and exactly what we envisioned. We definitely got our money's worth. I will recommend this venue to anyone who asks.

Cathleen was amazing anything you needed she was there, from flowers, to drinks, to fixing clothing mishaps, you could count on her! Although rain had different plans for us our backup option under the covered pavilion of Lawnhaven was more beautiful then you could ever imagine with a gorgeous floral draped fireplace as our background setting. We're not sure if there is a way to put into words how much we truly loved our wedding. The ceremony and the reception were beautiful. The reception was so much fun. The food was just as amazing as we knew it was going to be--and our guests have not stopped talking about how amazing the food was, both at the rehearsal and reception dinners. Several of our guests and members of our family told us it was one of the best weddings they've been to--apart from their own wedding. The coordinators put everything together that we requested from us for over a year. The florist's floral and decor vision was truly spectacular. All of the staff were so wonderful, friendly and worked so hard to accommodate us and our guests, not only on our wedding day but at the rehearsal dinner, as well. Even though it rained so hard literally all weekend, the weather did not prevent the perfect wedding and the Stroudsmoor backup ceremony was nevertheless stunning. The Stroudsmoor made our dream wedding come true.

If you are hosting an event here, I'd make sure there's a force majeure clause in the contract (their default contract does not include one) or you have event insurance. Majority of the events go without instance, ours sadly was not the case (covid couple). In the rare event something does go wrong, Stroudsmoor will only work with you in their very limited terms. If their terms do not work out for you, which it sadly did not for us, they will not try to work something out with you. I'm sure they'll respond to this review explaining how they were very reasonable and let me tell you in advance they weren't. There are multiple complaints filed against them with the Better Business Beureau for the same reason. I have multiple friends that were in the same situation (covid cancelled weddings) in various places and ALL of them received a more reasonable response from their venues than we did. Trust me, this is not the review I wanted to write. I thought I'd be writing a review of how lovely our wedding was. Just make sure you're protected in the event you have to unfortunately reschedule/delay/cancel your event.

The food and service were amazing, as well as the organization of the event planner. While it is a large complex with multiple facilities, they are wonderfully spaced out such that you never see any activity related to another event, and feel like you are the only focus of the staff. Everything about the venue was great for the wedding itself. The staff were so wonderful and attentive. They made our dream come to life. However, I do not recommend staying there as a guest. Most of the rooms were okay, not great, and they didn't have the best aesthetic for any \"getting ready\" photos. We had family staying in Auradell, what are considered to be some of the nicer suites, and there were bugs (ladybugs, stinkbugs, and bees), heating and A/C issues, and one of the suites didn't have water at all for hours. Overall, a great place for a ceremony and reception, but recommend your guests stay elsewhere.

My husband and I were married at Stroudsmoor at the Woodsgate location in July. Our entire wedding day went so smoothly and was everything we dreamed of. I was worried about going to plan B due to rain because we chose woodsgate for the woodland chapel but the staff did an amazing job on making our plan B become everything we were looking for. Despite unpleasant neighbors the night before who kept us up all night, the staff the next day was more than accommodating to create a solution for the disruption. I loved how we were able to bring a mix of our own decorations along with theirs and their ability to set them all up exactly to our vision! The food was wonderful and all of our guests enjoyed it as well! Overall Stroudsmoor was the perfect location for both of our families and we didn’t have a single person that didn’t have a great time!

My husband and I were married at Stroudsmoor at the Woodsgate location in July. Our entire wedding day went so smoothly and was everything we dreamed of. I was worried about going to plan B due to rain because we chose woodsgate for the woodland chapel but the staff did an amazing job on making our plan B become everything we were looking for. Stroudsmoor gave us the wedding of our dreams and Corinne was beyond amazing to work with! After having to postpone our date a year because of COVID, we were so worried about everything going according to plan, and Stroudsmoor made sure every detail was absolutely perfect. From the venue to the flowers to the food... so many of our guests said it was their favorite wedding they've ever been to. Highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!
