By far the best decision we made was to have our reception at Suite One Eleven. Yes it is a little on the higher end price wise – but I promise it is 100% worth it for several reasons. One, Susan was phenomenal to work with. She streamlined our night, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Two, she has hundreds of options to choose from for centerpieces (all included in the rental fee!!). We only had to bring in fresh flowers and candles because she had several votives and vases to choose from. This was so worth it because Susan and her crew cleaned it all up at the end of the night. Susan also took care of coordinating with the DJ to set up and the delivery of the cake. Wedding planning is stressful, but I promise, going with Suite One Eleven will make your planning so much more enjoyable.

We had a great wedding reception at Suite One Eleven! The space is very elegant and modern. Susan was extremely helpful the months before the wedding and works wonders the day of! She made us feel like we had nothing to worry about. We also used their bridal suite which is an amazing space. It made for some great photos! Suite One Eleven is a great spot in Lincoln and I would highly recommend it!

Zoe, We are truly sorry that you feel a review such as this is warrant when 90% of this is inaccurate. I will take blame and responsibility for corrective action where it is needed. After 9 months of dealing with Susan at Suite One Eleven, she deserves a review on her venue so here it is.First, I said I wanted a few tables in the front to be reserved for our parents and grandparents. She said, in front of my mom and Grandma, oh we call those people the “tenors” we like to put them in the back because they kill the vibe of the reception.She told us that we couldn’t use Hyvee on O street because she has had problems with them in the past and she would charge us a extra $1 per head. Our caterer, who knows my dad, said they’ve never catered at Suite One Eleven before so he tried to call her and she was rude to him.Every time we would go in to talk about decorating she would say well “The Asians” do this and they do that, so you should do it that way. No matter what we wanted to do she kept trying to stir us away from that idea because she likes the way “The Asians” do it and we felt like she was being kind of inappropriate by using that term. instead we felt like she should’ve said we had a couple come in and they do it this way.When we were getting ready in the bridal suite, without knocking or anything she just walked right in with a couple who was on a tour, one of my bridesmaids had just got done changing her clothes. I paid $500 to rent that room for the day therefore I feel as if she should’ve knocked and asked if it was okay if a couple could view the suite.During pictures in our robes my 5 month old niece was projectile vomiting all over the hall and when we asked Susan where we could find stuff to clean it up she said “I’m busy right now.” It was during her tour. My niece was vomiting she had a 103 temp Susan could’ve at least told us where we could find towels or something. Susan was complaining about my mom and I to our wedding coordinator saying we gave her the wrong count of 250, no one ever said that and I corrected her when she first said it to me. She also had a invoice that said 350 guests. So she was telling our wedding coordinator that we were giving her the wrong count. However, my mom already paid for 350 guests and we have an invoice to prove it.A friend of ours had went back to the venue to grab my blusher veil because we had forgotten it and Susan said to her, “who are you and how are you involved in this wedding” in a rude tone. That friend was with us all morning and was being very helpful. We felt like she shouldn’t have been questioned.This was just some of the big stuff that had happened with her. Overall she was a very rude, pushy, and nasty women. I feel like Susan should find a way to restrict her controlling opinionated demeanor and I would suggest she should be more professional. The venue is beautiful and fit well with my theme, the bridal suite was beautiful and we’re happy that we got to use it to get ready in. The bar and the bartender were great. My signature drink was delicious. But only book this if you are willing to put up with Susan because she will be the hardest part for you. She will find a way to offend you numerous times during your wedding planning, weddings are stressful enough but dealing with some of her antics will just add to it.

We loved holding our event here!Susan was great, everything was included, the bar manager made sure to get us almost exactly what we wanted...it was amazing! Our event was in it after it was newly renovated, and we LOVED the space! tons of room and every inch of it was beautiful! Susan will help make your day everything you could imagine! The only downside we experienced was that we had an issue with the Auxillary cable connecting to the computer my DJ was going to use for the playlist and Karaoke. He wound up having to set up by the bar instead of up front. That was a bummer. Otherwise, it was WONDERFUL. Thanks, guys!

I highly recommend Suite One Eleven! Susan and the whole team at Suite One Eleven is kind, helpful, courteous, and professional. Susan goes above and beyond to tailor the event space to fit your needs and exceed your expectations! What I appreciated the most is that my inquiries and questions were never treated as an inconvenience. The pricing is honest and fair - no hidden fees and all the extras are included. Not only does Suite One Eleven have all the add-ons you need (sound system, wifi, fully stocked bar, etc.) provided, they also are incredibly helpful in assisting with recommendations and coordination of rentals and catering. From the beginning stages of planning through the end of our wonderful night, we were happy we chose Suite One Eleven for our wedding reception venue!

Suite one eleven is definitely worth the price and more! Susan ensures your night goes smoothly and that the details are handled. The place is beautiful and no hidden fees or rental prices for any separate item. One flat price and you’re offered additional add-ons if you want! (Coffee, tea, water bar. So beautiful, too!)
