After taste testing with 4 other caterers, we met with Tori and tried Summit's food, and we were sold. Tori is professional, honest, organized and absolutely made our wedding day perfect! Tori ran the show that day, taking care of our parents, our bridal party, and us. Even after running into a hiccup at our reception, it was handled with grace and professionalism. Our guests were raving about their food - from cocktail hour to dinner and their infamous dessert train. Tori was great at communicating throughout the whole process, and made things a breeze! We could not be more pleased and we cannot recommend them enough!! We're looking forward to using them for our next event!!

I don't even know where to begin. Our wedding was just a few days ago (10/2102023) and we are still on adrenaline rush. From our first contact with Summit Catering to the very end of the night on our wedding day, they have been nothing short of wonderful. With the initial inquiry, we had so many questions as we wanted to make the right decision. From there we had a tasting, and we were SOLD! The food was delicious and we even got to take home the leftovers! The contact that they kept was wonderful. Leading up to our wedding, I had done so much planning that I really wanted to make sure everything was done right, and Betty did not stop that from happening! She made sure everything was how I wanted it - and we had a beautiful day! Betty and Ally were constantly checking up on my husband and I to make sure we had everything we needed - food and drinks. We felt so special! The food was delicious, their personalities, were wonderful, and the staff from Summit was top-notch. They definitely made the wedding of our dreams possible and I will forever recommend them to future married couples!

I wish I could give Summit 10 STARS!! They are extremely professional, helpful, and organized. My wedding day went SO SMOOTH thanks to all the planning and hospitality of Summit Catering. From meeting me ahead of time, asking all the right questions, and making sure all my decor was perfect put my mind at ease. They also kept checking up on us the day of, asking if we needed anything and bringing my husband and me food and beverages. The food was out of this world! We are still getting compliments on the food at cocktail hour and the reception. Book Summit for your wedding or any other event- you won't be sorry!

If a thousand stars was an option I would give them all. Run, don’t walk, to book with summit catering. Dory, Tori, and Patty are just a few of their absolutely amazing staff. From consultation to booking, through planning our wedding, everything was outstanding. I wish I could put my love and gratitude towards them in even better words because they are truly that spectacular.

Summit is the most professional and exceptional catering company out there. I used them for my wedding and it wouldn't have been anywhere near as amazing without them. Working with Dory and Alysa was an absolute pleasure! Alysa worked with us every step of the way and was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating. Their entire staff on the day were all amazing and on top of everything. They were able to provide everything we needed. Every aspect of the food was delicious. They truly elevated our wedding and I cannot recommend them enough if you are getting married or have any catering need whatsoever!

Honestly, one of the best decisions we made when it came to our wedding. They are highly responsive, the food was amazing and Betty, out maitre'd, was awesome. They made sure we were taken care of before and during the wedding, and as far as caterers go, their prices were very reasonable.
