About The Property: It isn’t surprising that sunflowers are a part of the property somehow; this flower has always been one of our favorites. We figured we would have a sunflower garden, or we would have a sunflower arrangement somewhere placed in the venue. However, we didn’t quite think it was going to be the name of the property, yet when we were dialing in on names, sunflowers just made sense. Sunflowers are unique, bright flowers. They welcome sunlight and can withstand adversaries with their strong, upright stems. However, the symbolism behind the sunflower is powerful and relevant to our ideal property. A sunflower represents strength and loyalty, particularly between two people. At Sunflower Meadows, we are the place where two people commit themselves to one another for a lifetime. That relationship will encounter hardships and tests, but with strength and a commitment to one another, a pair can persevere. Moreover, a sunflower is a spiritual flower that symbolizes faith and adoration for all; a flower that has been used in ceremonies for thousands of years, the sunflower, therefore, encompasses love and longevity. We wish that all who visit our property live a long happy life, one that is full of laughter and love. It is also our wish that our family, and our barn, experience longevity in this community and that, as a family, we experience that same happiness and love together on this land. About The Venue: Sunflower Meadows is a 45 acre farm of fertile land snuggled in a quiet area of Newton, NC. The venue offers a variety of ceremony spaces: a charming, rustic barn; a grand pasture with scenic views; and a quaint garden. Our doors will, in fact, be open this fall to brides seeking an outdoor, white tent wedding. However, in the Spring of 2022, a one-of-a-kind timber-framed pavilion will be constructed on the upper pasture, and it will include a beautiful floor to roof stone fireplace, market lighting, and outdoor cocktail space. Also this fall, an outdoor beer garden will stand on the upper pasture, as well, that will offer additional outdoor patio space adjacent to the pavilion. Both of these spaces will be able to accommodate up to 125 people.

Stephanie and her team are some of the most wonderful people I have ever worked with. They really know their stuff and have been such a big help. They have such kind hearts. The property itself is so stunning! I was blown away, I wanted to live in the bridal suite! It’s such a beautiful property and will make a perfect setting for any couple!

Sunflower Meadows was one of the best decisions we made when it comes to our wedding, we could not have chosen a better venue. Anywhere you go on the property is absolutely beautiful. Stephanie and Barb and their whole family were so friendly, organized and amazing to work with. I would highly recommend Sunflower Meadows to anyone looking for a wedding venue or event space!

Stephanie and her team went above and beyond to make our day the best day ever! She and her team were beside my husband and I every step of the way. She offered amazing advice and suggestions and made the wedding planning process as stress-free as possible. She and her team responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had, and she was consistently checking in to see how we were doing. It's more than just a business; this is a family who deeply cares about the couples who choose to share their special day at this gorgeous venue. I cannot praise her and her team enough for all of their help, hard work, and dedication to our wedding day! You will absolutely love your experience with Sunflower Meadows!!

Ok so if your still debating on your venue think no more sunflower meadows is literally the most beautiful venue the scenery is amazing there’s so many ways to go about it and so many option I am forever happy that we went with this Stephanie her mom and the whole crew were amazing and always helpful and ready to give u all the help needed everything is there there’s no need to go else where ceremony, reception, and your photo session they were so accommodating for everything.

Stephanie and the whole team at Sunflower Meadows were amazing. They did check ins with us and facetimes to ensure all of the details of our day were perfect. We were married on October 22nd, 2022 and it was a perfect day. The whole team made my husband and I feel a part of their family and really helped us with anything and everything. The bridal suite is so gorgeous. There are so many places on the property that you can choose to get married at. Whatever vision you have, Sunflower Meadows can make it happen! Photos honestly will not do this place justice. You need to go see the venue up close and see all the amazing details the team has put into it. Thank you again Sunflower Meadows for the best day of our lives. We had so much fun, and you guys made the process of marrying my best friend so much easier!

Working with Stephanie, Jeff, Barbara, and Jack at Sunflower Meadows in Newton, North Carolina for our wedding was an amazing experience! The venue is simply beautiful! We held our wedding ceremony out in the upper meadow of the 47 acre farm and used the brand new beautiful pavilion! The communication process was superb with the venue owners. They are indeed some of the most friendly people you will ever meet! We undoubtedly highly recommend this venue for any and all occasions/events!
