With weekday and weekend availability, Casa Bella can comfortably host both intimate and large events, providing table seating for up to 200 guests or 300 guests cocktail style. The best wedding venue in the Tri-Valley area, I swear. This was our wedding reception (second wedding) that we held here, and we couldn't have imagined it going any better. From start to finish, Casa Bella was attentive and responsive to all my questions, requests, and needs. They worked with us on the perfect layout (since we didn't have a ceremony, we had our cocktail reception outside in the tent, which was so gorgeous and perfect for folks to chat and mingle, grab a bite and a drink, and enjoy the beautiful Sunol sunset), and adhered almost exactly to the timeline of the evening. We loved that there are several different spaces (indoor and outdoor) within the venue for people to be, or for different parts of the evening. And the FOOD. It's so nice to hear your guests actually enjoying the food that you pay top dollar for, but Casa Bella knows how to do it right. Instead of other venues who pre-cook most food, this venue truly cooks to order, and boy does it make a huge difference in taste. This does make the food come out a little slower (especially for a full house of 150 people), but you can definitely plan around that. I would definitely recommend Casa Bella for anyone who wants a gorgeous wedding, with most aspects of your wedding cost all in one place. THANK YOU CASA BELLA :)

The Casa Bella team was so incredible from start to finish with our wedding! They were flexible with our tight schedules in availability for planning meetings, and incredibly accommodating in providing food adjustments for myself (Bride) who has many dietary restrictions. Even the food taste testing with a set menu that had little adjustments available, they found a way to let me try at least one thing that would be on our menu that would work with my dietary restrictions. The planning meetings were smooth, and everything explained in detail so that each decision was easy and clear. The only hiccups in planning were on our part, but even with those moments the Casa Bella team was quick to respond with adjustments, accommodation suggestions, and planning updates.The venue is absolutely beautiful and it was a dream location both for the ceremony and reception (and the bridal suite also). The available signage, décor, lighting, and easy collaboration with our baker, floral designer, filmography crew and photographers made it so that there was little day-of to worry about except the timing of the event and the locations for pictures as guests were arriving. The pictures we have are phenomenal, with the venue spaces and the road on the other side of the train station (taken around golden hour) providing us with lovely shots to remember our beautiful day. We’re incredibly happy with events of the day and the film/photos we have to remember it by- and we’re so very grateful to the team at Casa Bella that helped us pull it all together so perfectly.

This is the best venue hands down. Our coordinator was so lovely and helpful, food all was amazing and came out hot. All of our guests were so impressed with how easily the wedding went and how good the food was. It is so beautiful there and you won't have to spend a lot for additional decorations because of the well appointed space.

HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE! I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Casa Bella. Our wedding was an absolute blast, all thanks to the amazing staff and services provided by the venue. They absolutely nailed everything - extremely helpful from the time we first asked for a quote, they quickly answered any questions we had throughout the planning process, our detail meetings were extremely thorough, and they took care of everything on our wedding day from set-up to clean-up so we could just enjoy. There were no hidden fees or surprises - all the brochures and menus are online (WITH PRICING!), it was so nice to not have to worry too much about a ton of signage/decor/card boxes/table card stands/etc. because 1) the venue by itself is stunning and 2) we used plenty of the complimentary rentals through Casa Bella.Our guests also raved about the food, the drinks, & the atmosphere. Marie was our coordinator and she is a total pro. Thank you, Marie, and thank you to the entire staff!!

The scenery is absolutely beautiful and both, ceremony and reception areas are very spacious. From the initial booking all the way up to our wedding day, the staff was incredibly helpful throughout every step of the process. We received timely reminders and requests for meetings to ensure everything was on track. My wife and I were both amazed at how well everything came together on our wedding day. They answered all our questions and guided us along. I ended up having to plan the wedding from another state, and while they are not your main wedding coordinators, they made everything so easy and special. Thank you Leanne for being so kind and helping us along the way.The event space is stunning, and has a lot of different options for upgrades, decor, lights, etc to help with your planning. It was truly a magical day for us. They have recently added to their brochure some amazing things that are will make your day special so check them out for sure. We have literally no complaints at with our experience with Casa Bella!

This place is seriously a gem and I am so glad we went with this venue for our wedding. We had about 90 people for our small wedding and it happened to rain that day. This team seamlessly pivoted and set everything indoors, transition from ceremony to reception during cocktail hour was quick. The food was absolutely AMAZING. The staff were also super friendly and they are PROs, this venue comes with everything in one package and made me feel like I could relax and enjoy our special day. If you are even thinking about it, pick this place!

This was truly a remarkable find. Casa Bella was the perfect setting for our family and friends to witness such a momentous occasion! Beautiful rustic decor, both inside and out! Our guests could not stop raving about the food and the staff was on top of everything, I did not have to worry about anything. The suite on site was perfect for my husband and I to unwind after the days events and we were provided food and drinks for us to enjoy in our suite, they thought of everything!!

This was truly a remarkable find. Casa Bella was the perfect setting for our family and friends to witness such a momentous occasion! Beautiful rustic decor, both inside and out! Our guests could not stop raving about the food and the staff was on top of everything, I did not have to worry about anything. The suite on site was perfect for my husband and I to unwind after the days events and we were provided food and drinks for us to enjoy in our suite, they thought of everything!!

Everyone raved about how good the food was after the wedding2. we loved the decor/look of Casa Bella as it was, which meant we didn't have to do much decorating3. i didn't have a wedding planner but our day turned out perfect with the help of the Casa Bella team4. they were super accommodating with all our requests/questions Now that our special day has come and gone, my husband and I always talk about our wedding and have asked ourselves \"is there one thing we would've changed about our day?\" and the answer is always \"no\". Everyone raved about how good the food was after the wedding2. we loved the decor/look of Casa Bella as it was, which meant we didn't have to do much decorating3. i didn't have a wedding planner but our day turned out perfect with the help of the Casa Bella team4. they were super accommodating with all our requests/questions Now that our special day has come and gone, my husband and I always talk about our wedding and have asked ourselves \"is there one thing we would've changed about our day?\" and the answer is always \"no\". The whole day went smoothly and everything turned out even better than i could've hoped for.thanks again to the Casa Bella Team!

Selecting Casa Bella as our wedding venue was the best thing my husband and I did for our wedding! Venue was beautiful with natural backdrop and all the small details made our wedding so special. The staff was amazing to work with and that was a contributing factor with why we decided to book Casa Bella. They were very communicative throughout the whole process- coordinating with vendors, Covid-19 precautions, meeting prior to wedding, menu tasting, wedding rehearsal, decor/materials for wedding setup. They're detail oriented and honestly made our wedding day seamless and stress-free!Our guests loved the vibe and atmosphere. We chose buffet style and the food was delicious. There was nothing but praise for the food, including a couple guests who are vegan! We definitely recommend booking Casa Bella for your wedding!

Sunol's Casa Bella was the perfect wedding venue for us! We were originally planning to get married in July 2020 but had to postpone to June 2021. Every step of the way, Casa Bella's communication and support went above and beyond. We mostly worked with Leann who made sure every detail of our day was exactly as we wanted. She helped work with our vendors the day of as well which was a huge relief. Marie was our ceremony coordinator and did an incredible job as well at the rehearsal and on the actual day. They were so kind and attentive to us and made sure we were happy with each aspect of the day. They even brought us over snacks and drinks as we took photos, since they knew we hadn't had time to do so.I expected to feel stressed out leading up to the wedding and on the day of, but they made everything so easy. Leann and Marie were both present at the wedding and handled every detail perfectly. It ended up being 100+ degrees the day of our wedding so they helped make last minute changes like moving cocktail hour inside to make our guests comfortable. Our guests raved about the food and drinks. Everything was delicious!One of the best parts about Casa Bella is that it is so well decorated and beautiful on its own that there isn't much you have to do beyond that. The bridal suite was also such a cute and fun area for us to get ready before the ceremony. I am so happy with our choice to get married at Casa Bella! I'm going to preference every wedding review I write by saying that I literally plan weddings for a living so you can imagine that I know a thing or two about what I want when it came to my own wedding day. Being very type A and a perfectionist at heart (what planner isn't?) I knew I needed the best of the best in the industry to ensure my wedding was everything I dreamed of and more. Now on to the review! When I first chatted with Veena on the phone it was a instant connection! I'm going to tell you right now that it is VERY important to like the person who runs your venue and that you guys get along - it makes your wedding planning so much easier. Veena was responsive from the start, something that is very important to me and she was so flexible with my crazy changes and odd requests. She always tried to accommodate anything I asked for and was patient with me through numerous changes on my proposal. When I saw the venue in person it was seriously beyond words! So much heart and hard work was placed into creating this gorgeous venue and you can tell by all the details. No one is going to tell you this but the look of a bathroom is very important - gals know what I'm talking about. Not only was the women's restroom absolutely stunning and great for photo ops (as us gals love to do) but even the men's restroom is photo ready (thinking of posting a new bathroom selfie for your Tinder profile - head on in here!) Leading up to the wedding I worked with Leann. Mind you I'm a crazy person and emailed her constantly with updates, changes, etc. Leann was always so gracious with me and my 101 emails. Day of, there was a huge menu/place card debacle (due to another vendor) and due to Covid we had a lot of guests drop out last minute but Leann and her team assisted my planner with all the seat changes, cancellations, figuring out whose place cards were whose. and then also set up all my items exactly how I wanted - mind you I had a TON of things (13 vendors, and 10 boxes worth of things, two different linen rental orders, and rental furniture coming in.) The staff were also very attentive to us and gave us multiple changes to get hors d'oeuvres in during photos (at one point Veena brought some with her to the train tracks where we were taking photos.) I could not have picked a better venue or team to host my wedding with. Everything was truly exceptional; from the food to the lighting, to the ceremony space to the service.

My husband and I got married at Sunol's Casa Bella on 5/23/21. If you are considering Casa Bella for your wedding venue - look no further! I would consider myself very type-A, organized, and a perfectionist and with that background, I can tell you that I literally do not have one bad thing to say about our experience at Casa Bella. Our wedding was perfect. During the planning process, they were transparent and extremely professional. Everything was communicated to us with ease. Marie and Leann are so professional, but also kind and humble. Marie handled the ceremony coordination, whereas Leann handled the reception coordination. At first, I thought that was weird and ran a risk of miscommunication, BUT it was actually quite perfect because you have even more support both during planning and wedding day. They knew exactly how much to take charge and when. It was also nice to know that we were working with a small business rather than a corporation. Everything was so personal, friendly, and easy with Casa Bella. On to more important matters, the wedding day itself. It was unreal. We arrived. The weather was perfect. The event remained on schedule with the timeline. I did not feel rushed. I had an opportunity to eat and actually enjoy my wedding. Food was GREAT! Definitely recommend the filets - all of our guests loved it. Leann was amazing. Anytime I needed something, she was there for me/us (even before having to ask or look for her). My drink was never empty, haha! It was wonderful. Our guests also loved the venue and were so impressed with how smoothly the event was run. I will end with this, weddings cost a lot of money. Casa Bella was the perfect balance of having an elegant wedding but at a reasonable price. Their level of attention to detail and personalization cannot be matched. If you select Casa Bella, you will not regret it. This place is the BEST!

Casa Bella was one of three venues for our multicultural wedding celebration, and we can’t say enough great things about it! The garden patio was a beautiful setting for our Hindu ceremony (the stage area made for a perfect mandap!), and looked just as amazing in photos as it did in person. We also did a horse baraat through the parking lot, and loved that the bride could peek over from the bridal suite balcony. The Casa Bella team was incredible too — we postponed twice due to COVID, and they were so supportive and understanding throughout the entire planning process all the way up until our event! It was absolutely a stressful time, and it really helped that their staff was so friendly, communicative, professional, and on top of it! We also had breakfast catered from the Casa Bella Bistro, and all of our guests raved about the food! It was a stunning spread that tasted as delicious as it looked, and the bistro team, like the rest of the staff, was super easy and great to work with. There are also several wonderful photo spots near the venue, including the train station and the small park across the street. All in all, we are SO happy to have had part of our wedding celebration at Casa Bella — what an incredibly gorgeous and accommodating venue. Thank you to Veena, Marie, and Stephanie for all of your help throughout, we are truly grateful!

I fell in love with Sunol's Casa Bella the moment we stepped foot in it. Chris and I looked at multiple venues, some of them were hours away from home and none of them just fit what I had in mind. Casa Bella is just beyond beautiful from the outdoor ceremony to the chic indoor reception. What sealed the deal for us is that they provide EVERYTHING you could ever want and need. By that I mean, things such as signage, card holders, easel stands, wine barrels, games for cocktail hour and many more. I mean who wants to purchase these on their own and just have it stored somewhere after the wedding or resell them right? I sure am glad I didn't need to worry about purchasing these things. I married into a Mexican family and they love to party so we actually paid for additional hours to party longer. We were allowed to work with our own vendors except for the DJ because they have a preferred list. It's kind of easier that way but there were some things we didn't like about our DJ when it came to communication.I stress out so easily and the littlest details can get lost in all the planning but I am very grateful to work with Marie, Leann and Dani who were very patient and easy to work with. They answered all the questions I had and helped me fill in the details that would have been missed otherwise. Words cannot express how I absolutely LOVED LOVED LOVED our wedding. Our guests had the best time! I am beyond grateful for the team I worked with and how beautifully they put this wedding together. I just want to re-live it again and again. Thank you all! I fell in love with Sunol's Casa Bella the moment we stepped foot in it. Chris and I looked at multiple venues, some of them were hours away from home and none of them just fit what I had in mind. Casa Bella is just beyond beautiful from the outdoor ceremony to the chic indoor reception. What sealed the deal for us is that they provide EVERYTHING you could ever want and need. By that I mean, things such as signage, card holders, easel stands, wine barrels, games for cocktail hour and many more. I mean who wants to purchase these on their own and just have it stored somewhere after the wedding or resell them right? I sure am glad I didn't need to worry about purchasing these things. Where do I start with all the amazing things that the Casa Bella staff have done for us??? I didn't waste much time planning the wedding after I got engaged. Funny, Casa Bella was actually the first venue I was interested in when searching online, and the first to check out, and I just fell in love with everything there! After visiting about 6 venues, Casa Bella was \"The One\". It was the only venue that offered everything we wanted. When looking for wedding venues in the Bay Area, we had a few criteria that needed to be met. One, we wanted the venue to have beer, wine, and hard liquor. Most wineries only allowed beer and wine, and not hard liquor (and that's no fun =P). Most importantly, it had to be pet-friendly, as our ring bearer was our pup. Casa Bella is your one-stop shop for wedding planning. What made me fall in love with the venue was the decor! I love the natural, woody, gardeny, farm-style, and how I describe Casa Bella is \"modern rustic\". It was farm-y, yet chic, and there are super cute areas all over where you can take photos. The ceremony site is GORGEOUS! And the venue is tucked away in the small, quaint little town of Sunol, so it feels like you're in the countryside, yet only a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Silicon Valley. They have their chef on-site that prepares the food in the kitchen, and the food was delicious! Casa Bella has preferred vendors for DJ, photobooth, photography, and other services, and it made it really easy to choose, since they are all really good professionals. The staff, Marie, Leann, and Veena, were so personable, genuinely kind, and were so helpful with everything. Wedding planning was so easy with their help! Whatever we envisioned for our wedding, Marie, Leann, and Veena were eager to help us. Leann was our day-of coordinator and she really took a lot of the stress off our hands, everything went smoothly! Having our wedding at Casa Bella was one of the best decisions we made as a couple. I wish we can go back to that day and do it all over again. Thanks to the great staff at Casa Bella, it was really the best day of my life!

Working with Casa Bella was an absolute dream. The venue speaks for itself. The chairs are beautiful, there is greenery everywhere outside, the place oozes elegance and rustic charm with its brick wall to the gold detailing. You need little to decorate the venue and you have so much support from the venue owners, our second parents Veena and Jamie. Everything we asked for, we got or came to a compromise everyone was happy with. When I got anxious, they calmed me down. I did not anticipate this process to be easy, but they made it so enjoyable for my husband and I. The icing on the cake, we have a brick with our name on it on the wall of love, so every year when we want to go to their cafe, we can reminisce on the most magical day of our lives. Tips: you should invest in directional signs to guide guests to the venue from the freeway exit. During traffic times, it can get a bit hectic. Make sure your schedule is on time, they make sure you eat before you leave the venue for sunset photos, etc. (You’ll thank them, just be aware)

Casa Bella did such a great job at our wedding. We checked many places for our venue and there was no other place that covers flexible guest counts, and all inclusive, and that fit our budget. The staff members we meet, each with different roles, were Marie, Leann, and Courtinie. They all were very friendly and were willing to coordinate with my last minute requests. We opted for an all-inclusive package, including: Casa Bella’s base decoration + our decorations, ceremony, reception & food (the food quality was great). For busy couples who are planning the wedding together with no help from families (like us), this is a place you should consider. They give you freedom to customize your wedding but also give support when you need certain help. The venue has a great view outdoors and is nice indoors (and can do a wedding in either place depending on size), so that allows the wedding parties to take great pictures. Also, the bridal suite was amazing and you can request for staying there overnight. Though we personally had some schedule challenges fitting Casa Bella’s schedule, overall it was great. Highly recommended.

Also, they are constantly updating and adding to the venue. I remember every time I would return for a meeting, there would be something new!The only thing I would have wished we had was more shade (possibly umbrellas). Our wedding day was particularly sunny and hot and cocktail hour was outside. Many of our guests crowded under the gazebo for the shade. Otherwise, I can't think of anything else we could have asked for!The coordinator: we worked with Leann who was absolutely amazing! She was always quick to respond to emails and whatever problem we threw at her she always figured a way out. We couldn't have done it without her! Thanks, Leann!The DJ: we went with Tony Sparks! He was great and read the crowd really well. From the moment dancing started, the dance floor was never empty.

My husband and I only saw one venue before going to Casa Bella and we had plans to see at least two more venues, but that changed drastically as soon as I walked through the doors of the reception space at Casa Bella. I have lived in the bay area my whole life and have been through Sunol more times than I would ever be able to remember and never in my life would I believe someone would come in and add such a beautiful, warm, elegant wedding venue where an old bar used to be (at least I think it was a bar! LOL!) It is clear to anyone that walks in that the design team and staff have taken the greatest care in making sure Casa Bella would meet the highest of standards. The outdoor ceremony space is large enough, but still feel intimate and quaint. The reception space brings together urban textures with rustic elegance. It was the perfect setting for our wedding. To add to the allure, Casa Bella has the most beautiful bridal suite complete with kitchen space, lounge space, and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. It made for the perfect place to get dressed and also for great pictures! For the men, we used Casa Bella's super fun blue trolley! It was such a great place for them to hang out and get dressed and have 'guy' time!The team as Casa Bella deserves just as much praise and recognition as the space itself. From our first phone call, to our walk through and everything in between leading up to our big day was perfect. The team always got back to us quickly and always answered all our questions. The also worked to ensure every detail of our day was perfect. The vendors we worked with that were provided by Casa Bella were top notch and we cannot say enough about the food! Every single person said the food was amazing. I cannot recommend Casa Bella for your wedding or special event more. You will not be disappointed if you book with them.

My experience with the team at Casa Bella was phenomenal from start to finish. The day I reached out through email, heard back from Veena and scheduled a tour. She showed us the space and answered all of our questions -- we absolutely LOVED the venue. It was the first venue we visited and felt confident about ending our search at that point -- which we did. Veena assisted with getting all of our details + decisions made, coordinated with our vendors, and was transparent about all costs involved. I loved her approach as she really catered to our needs and preferences, rather than as a sales-woman trying to sell everything they had to offer. I really appreciated her sitting down with me and going over everything we needed to get planned/done -- I was lost and overwhelmed not knowing what to tackle next. I remember the day we went to pay our deposit, Veena took the time to ask us about our story and the proposal. She really is perfect for this industry -- she loves what she does and it shows.Next, I worked with Leann for the menu tasting, scheduling the rehearsal and all of our contract needs. She was extremely patient as we sent the contract back and forth, revising our numbers and options -- so professional and easy going. She was also coordinating with all of our vendors on the day of our wedding. Everything was so smooth and went flawlessly. Marie also assisted on the day of, making sure I had enough water + food to get through the day, and working with our DJ to make sure transitions were made properly.This goes for the CB staff -- through the entire process, I felt no stress about the wedding planning or the ceremony, because of their support and attention to detail. Talking to any of them, you feel at ease and assured you're in good hands. I would highly recommend CB to any of my friends + family (and already have; so fun to attend a wedding where you got married yourself)! She showed us the space and answered all of our questions -- we absolutely LOVED the venue. It was the first venue we visited and felt confident about ending our search at that point -- which we did. Veena assisted with getting all of our details + decisions made, coordinated with our vendors, and was transparent about all costs involved. I loved her approach as she really catered to our needs and preferences, rather than as a sales-woman trying to sell everything they had to offer. I really appreciated her sitting down with me and going over everything we needed to get planned/done -- I was lost and overwhelmed not knowing what to tackle next. I remember the day we went to pay our deposit, Veena took the time to ask us about our story and the proposal. She really is perfect for this industry -- she loves what she does and it shows.Next, I worked with Leann for the menu tasting, scheduling the rehearsal and all of our contract needs. She was extremely patient as we sent the contract back and forth, revising our numbers and options -- so professional and easy going. She was also coordinating with all of our vendors on the day of our wedding. Everything was so smooth and went flawlessly. Marie also assisted on the day of, making sure I had enough water + food to get through the day, and working with our DJ to make sure transitions were made properly.This goes for the CB staff -- through the entire process, I felt no stress about the wedding planning or the ceremony, because of their support and attention to detail. Talking to any of them, you feel at ease and assured you're in good hands. I would highly recommend CB to any of my friends + family (and already have; so fun to attend a wedding where you got married yourself)! This venue is a hidden gem! I had my wedding in the January, and even though it was not super sunny and bright and there was rain the photos came out gorgeous. The train tracks add a touch to the photos. There is a beautiful view if you are able to have an outdoor wedding. Originally that was our plan, but mother nature had a different plan. We had to move the wedding inside and you would have never guessed it was not meant to be. We were in front of the fire place and we did not have to do much decorating the place was already done with lights and signs. Veena was beyond amazing. Any time I had question, any time I needed anything she was there. The food was delicious and we the bar tenders were friendly and made such good drinks. So many pretty photos despite the rain. The bridal suite is a girls dream. If i could live in something like that I would.

We always knew where they were, they always stepped up to help us when we needed it, and they always took care us. Their customer service and commitment to the couple is above and beyond. We got rave reviews about the food – don’t sleep on the artichoke dip, the croutons in the Caesar salad and the grilled salmon. It’s absolutely delicious!

Everything at Casa Bella was stunning down to the last detail, and I loved that it required hardly any additional decor because of Veena's impeccable style with the venue, both outdoor in the ceremony area and the indoor reception. Our family and friends raved about Casa Bella, from the ambiance to the outstanding food. They even made us (bride and groom) each a dinner plate so we could relax and enjoy just taking everything in. My husband and I got married at Casa Bella July 2018. We still cannot get over how beautiful our wedding turned out. We received so many compliments about our wedding from our guests! Beautiful location (also a great place for stunning photo opportunities), delicious food and amazing professional staff!We recall checking out the venue early 2017 with Veena. She gave us a tour and laid out the wedding details. The time we were checking out the venue was when there was only about 5 weddings. This was back when the back lounge area was empty and all we saw was the sight of the train tracks. Veena had mentioned to us all the plans she had for the venue. My husband and I thought the venue was still beautiful enough and we liked what she had in mind--we decided to book our date. After booking we made several visits back to the venue and what amazed us was that every time we came back to visit, more and more additions were added-- the back lounge was finally completed, the garden had more additions, the love wall and a bistro! My husband and I kept getting more and more excited for our wedding day.From the day we booked our date, Leann worked with us. Every time we had questions Leann had responded quickly and made us feel at ease with the wedding planning. We also enjoyed Casa Bella's Bridal Faire where we got to do our food tasting, check out more wedding vendors and heard a sample of the DJ's. From the bridal faire we found our Florist. About two weeks before our wedding we met with Leann to go over the wedding day details.. she laid out everything perfectly. On the day of our wedding everything turned out the way as planned! We absolutely loved everything about Casa Bella and we thank the staff at Casa Bella for helping us make our wedding day so memorable. My husband and I keep looking back at our photos and we always mention how lucky we are to have our wedding at Casa Bella!

I cannot say enough good things about Casa Bella! My husband and I were looking for a venue that wasn't frighteningly expensive, but didn't look cheap, and also had almost everything in-house so we wouldn't have to rent anything ourselves. Casa Bella completely met these goals and exceeded our expectations.First of all, the venue itself is beautiful and doesn't really need outside decorations. I loved this aspect since it helped with my budget (since I didn't have to buy a bunch of decor items) and time (I didn't feel pressure to diy decor either). All of our guests raved about how beautiful everything was! Second, speaking of budget, I so appreciated how respectful Casa Bella staff was of our budget and how willing they were to work with us. I never felt like I was being pressured or up-sold. In general, staff at Casa Bella was amazing and so professional. A woman even stopped to help fluff out my train before my first-look pictures in the middle of setting up the tables! The coordinators for our wedding were Marie and Claire, and they were both absolutely wonderful and a delight to work with. They are incredibly knowledgeable and clearly enjoy what they do. They were both so helpful during the planning process and helped our day-of go beautifully smoothly- if there were any hiccups we had no idea. Finally, the food was delicious! We hosted a brunch wedding and I'm still hearing from guests a month later about how much they enjoyed the food. My husband and I were beyond happy with Casa Bella and so grateful to have found this beautiful little gem in Sunol.

They all made sure everything was setup the way that I planned. The timeline was executed perfectly and the food was amazing. We opted for buffet style to ensure everything was fresh and warm and it was! We seriously got so many compliments on how pretty the venue was and how much fun everyone had. I wish we could do it again every year!

I got married in Sept at Casa Bella and I highly recommend this venue. This venue is so gorgeous with the nice hardwood floors, the floor to ceiling windows/doors, the mirrored wall which opens up the place, the interior brick and outside lounge area. Veena and Leann, the dynamic duo, work together so well. The planning and coordination was seamless. Veena was very accommodating with our rehearsal times and day of arrival time. She gave us her honest opinions during the planning process which were things that we didn't think of. Her skill and experience in this industry definitely shined through. The day of the wedding worked like clockwork and she was there to welcome us to the bridal suite. She helped us get settled in and checked back with us often to make sure that everything was ok. With the September heat, she saw me fanning myself with my napkin so she came by to tell me that she turned up the AC which definitely helped. I didn't hear of any problems so I assume everything was ok, but if there was a problem, she handled it so well as to not let us worry about anything. The food catering was yummy and had a really nice presentation. Everything about this place is great-the location (old town feel), the venue itself, the food, everything! If I could, i'd do it all over again at Casa Bella!

They worked with our group to ensure that we had everything we needed and were very flexible with last minute changes. The venue itself is beautiful! We had requested lights in blue and gold to complement our theme, and they were stunning. All of our centerpieces were set up for us before we arrived. The food was great as were the servers. Couldn't be more pleased! This venue is in a beautiful, rural area, but it is still easy to get to from anywhere in the Bay Area. Highly recommended!
