I absolutely loved this place! Everything about it. 2 things stood out the most for me, how beautiful the outdoor ceremony areas are and the fact that they have all inclusive packages! The staff are professional and I felt like they were just as excited about helping and being a part of my wedding as we were! There was always someone available to answer questions whether it was a planned meeting or me popping in. Tony is absolutely great and was open and up front about everything so we had all the I formation up front. Sara was our day of coordinator, once we started working together more (within the last few months before the wedding) was SOOO helpful in getting all last minute ideas and details together. All inclusive means food, cake, DJ, photographer, linens, and officiant! It made planning SOO easy and it was fun just figuring out the little details of the wedding fun and ABSOLUTELY STRESS FREE!!!!Food was great, we had chicken piccata and I’m always concerned about chicken wedding food because it can be dry, but it was tender and moist! Highly recommend getting the salad (can’t remember the name) but has cranberries in it, I don’t think I’ve ever heard so many compliments from guest about a salad as much as I did after the wedding. Overall, if I could give this place 10 stars I would. I could literally keep raving about this place! I had such a great experience here, I’m seriously considering doing vow renewals every year in the chapel just because haha! I’ve never had a dream wedding throughout the years but it unfolded in the planning process and my wedding turned out to be the dream I never knew I had thanks to Sunset Gardens. What a great venue this is. From the first day of having our walkthrough with the actual owner Tony to the last moment of saying our teary goodbyes to our wedding coordinator Nikki, this place was exceptional. We had what could have been a disaster with a car nearby taking out a transformer and knocking out power for five square miles, but Sunset Gardens handled things like champions. They came with solutions and immediately threw down candles and light strings in all the rooms which combined with our decor to make a lovely candlelight dinner. (Music in Motion deejays were great help with that too, with the battery powered light stands.) We were very fortunate and the lights came back on just in time for dancing. The food was great, and the price was very reasonable as the cake, photographer, deejay, day-of wedding coordinator, and a few other things were included. Trying to plan the wedding from out of state would have been extremely difficult and the vendors they got for us were wonderful. Let me say again that Nikki the wedding coordinator was absolutely fabulous--she laughed and cried with us and busted her butt to make the day work despite some pretty serious adversity. She even dressed up to go with our 1950's Rat Pack/old Vegas glamour theme. It was also really nice to be a little bit off the Strip and away from the chaos. Overall highly recommended. Go talk to Tony and he'll take great care of you. Reviewed on 09-11-2023

We had our wedding in the Sunset Room. It was amazing! I cannot find anything I would change. Tony and GiGi are phenomenal. They made every detail perfect. Our photographer JD was amazing! DJ Jeremy Flores was so much fun.. The staff treated us like family and our family was so impressed with their level of hospitality. They couldn’t stop taking about GiGi and JD. The cake, made by Tiers of Joy, by Kathy was yummy and beautiful. The food was exceptional. Food/Cake were raved about by guests . My only suggestion for yourself as a bride is to make a separate email for wedding stuff. That has nothing to do with the venue. I would not change not a thing.. The room was beautiful. Twilight pictures were dreamy. Book this venue!!! Reviewed on 28-06-2023
Chelsea Caddick(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 31-03-2023 Highly recommend. We booked the Sunset Room as our destination reception and so we never saw anything or did any tastings in advance except for the video calls. Everything came out amazing and more beautiful than I expected. The cake had to be one of my favorites, and the food was delicious and had a lot of variety to accommodate special dietary requests. The planners were so attentive and the bartender kept our guests happy. The photographer was the sweetest and got the best pictures posed and candid! I would have liked to speak with the DJ further out because music is so important to me, but it was fine and he gave us a good time! Reviewed on 01-05-2023

From start to finish, everyone made sure that our wedding day was as perfect as can be. Because they are an all inclusive venue,I knew that it would be a one stop shop and they did not disappoint! The owner Tony was amazing to work with and his girls were an absolute pleasure when coordinating our wedding. They exceeded every expectation I had for my wedding day coordinators. They answered every phone call I had and every email I sent was met with friendly service knowledgeable answers and overall hospitality. I was assigned with Michelle closer to my wedding date and she was a godsend! Absolutely the sweetest, nicest, overall best person I could have worked with for my wedding planner. She helped me with decoration ideas floor planning and any questions or concerns that I had leading up to our wedding day. She was my day of coordinator and helped me feel calm and helped the day run so smoothly. I could not imagine my day without her. A few quick shout outs to the staff at sunset gardens. The event coordinator who set up our reception room and chapel the waiter's and bartender were all extremely nice and so sweet and madev us and our guests feel so welcomed. The food was delicious. Again Michelle helped me pick out which items off the menu were best suited for our wedding and the menu is totally customizable so I was able to add and take away certain ingredients to every aspect of our meal and it was delicious and all of our guests really enjoyed it. Bonus shout out to the catering staff, they made extra plates for us to take home over the weekend so we were able to enjoy our wedding meal during our honeymoon. I cannot say enough amazing things about Sunset Gardens, the staff, the grounds, the overall beautiful and amazing experience that I had there from day 1. I cannot recommend them enough. Go see tony. I didn't have to ask friends and family to help setup or take down either! The venue is absolutely STUNNING!!!! We had so many compliments on how beautiful the entire day and venue was. Syd the dj was great as well. Spoke clearly, played all my requests and a genuinely wonderful man. Bar tender and catering staff were on point! Now the most important part...the food! My biggest concern for my wedding was to have great food and music. Covid prevented taste testings so I went off other reviews and staff members opinions. I was very pleased. Prime rib, chef's chicken were sooo good!! We had many compliments on the food. They even catered to family members with dietary restrictions. I cannot recommend anywhere else. Our wedding was November 13, 2020, Gigi was our coordinator and she made everything so easy from start to finish. She really knew her stuff and made planning so easy. She was always more than willing to answer my questions and was the most helpful from start to finish. The day of our event she was very attentive and knew all of the right things to calm my nerves. For the reception we had DJ Syd, and he was a lot of fun to work with. He did a great job playing the music styles we requested and kept the night running smoothly. We haven't gotten our pictures back yet, but the photographer was also amazing! He made sure he took all the shots we wanted and was very committed to getting the perfect shot. He even climbed on a table at one point to get the right angle! I'm so excited to see his finished product. I seriously can't say enough good things about this venue. It is absolutely picturesque and everyone commented on how beautiful it was. We used the recommended bakery, Tiers of Joy. There were a few bumps in the beginning, a miscommunication about what style of cake came with our package, and also a miscommunication about needing gluten free cake. In the end, Kathy the owner, got everything straightened out. The cake was beautiful and delicious! We used the recommended florist, Petals Flowers and Events. Natalie was amazing and made planning long distance a breeze. All of the flowers were absolutely stunning. We also used the recommended salon, Joleon Salon. It was an absolute nightmare. Please do not use them. It's not worth the credit. I've posted a separate review for them if you'd like details.Again the venue itself was amazing! Also our DJ Sid did a great job of playing all the requested songs and staying true to our music style. The venue and reception were absolutely gorgeous. The only thing that was not a hit were some of our food choices, but I think that was more at our fault for not necessarily choosing food that went well together. We had big visions for our special day and were told the venue would help us set everything up that we brought in from the outside no problem. Something else that was very nice about this venue is a lot comes with the package ...DJ/MC, Day of Coordinator, Cake, 4hr Reception, Food, serving staff, 4hr open bar with bartender, some decorations, and discounts for certain vendors. We had 125 guests which to us was a big number, but the ceremony seating was laid out nicely and the reception room was well layed out to where there was plenty of space and didn't seem crowed at all. Nice big dance floor as well. Kathy the Baker did a fabulous job on our cake. It looked exactly how we envisioned and tasted great! Syd the DJ was awesome and kept the flow of the wedding/reception going through the night! The evening was one for the books, and went smoothly. Everyone had a very good time, especially us!My only complaint was because there are many ceremony/reception spots within this venue, after our ceremony we had to wait inside the small dressing room before we could take pictures with the wedding party and family because there was another ceremony going on next to our spot. We almost missed the lighting we needed, but luckily they let us go out and take pictures as long as we were quiet. It just took a little longer than we had hoped to finish with pictures and make our grand entrance into the reception hall. Other than that everything was perfect! P K-B(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 11-10-2019 Sunset Gardens is the best of the best in ALL aspects of Las Vegas wedding planning. Price-wise, SG is the definitely best bang for your buck (trust me, I did TONS of research across 2 years). If you’re trying to stick to a budget of any kind and don’t like surprises, SG is your place. What you see is what you get. The packages listed online are exactly as pictured and we were beyond stoked with our experience in choosing SG as our destination wedding venue. I kept waiting for surprises, for things to go wrong…it never happened. Sunset Gardens seems too good to be true, but it's not! We are so happy that we ended up going with Sunset Gardens for our big day as they truly allowed us to focus on enjoying every moment with our guests and made everything so stress-free!COORDINATION SERVICESOur coordinator MICHELLE was amazing. She was so kind and thorough and never once showed any signs of stress or irritation despite me being a type-A planner/bride with tons of crazy family members who had endless questions. I contacted SG a million times prior to our wedding and rehearsal, provided lots of documentation and preferred seating charts, set-ups, etc. and Michelle made sure that every single thing was taken care of. She did everything with a smile and really helped to put my nerves at ease. My family plans lots of parties and big, detailed events and we were so impressed with Michelle and SG.PHOTOGRAPHYOur photographer, ANTHONY, was awesome! From start to finish, he captured every single shot we wanted and more! He accommodated all of our guests as they asked for pictures and did everything with a smile. He was great to hang out with and talk to, he did everything so quickly (most photographers take FOREVER to get the shot). Our preview pics came out awesome, and he got them to us in less than a week despite being in the middle of a crazy busy wedding season. Our guests could not stop talking about how great Anthony was and we’re so thankful we chose him from SG Photo’s talented staff members.DJ/EMCEEOur DJ, Mr. SYD, kept the party going! We were a bit behind (my) schedule during the reception and he made sure to keep me calm by getting things rolling and adjusting as needed. He was an awesome emcee and all our guests loved him. He accommodated any random requests and was a joy to work with. WAIT STAFFSunset Gardens’ staff was incredible. They were so attentive and worked their butts off to make sure everyone was happy, comfortable and having fun. They let us leave stuff overnight and pick it up in the morning, which was great. They put out all of our favors according to seat number, hung a special neon sign behind our sweetheart table and were super quick with food, champagne and cake service. FOODI was most concerned about the food because SG doesn’t have a tasting option during a walkthrough. All the reviews raved about how good the food was and they weren’t lying! The food was AMAZING! We chose the mixed salad, caprese salad, chef’s special chicken, beef tips, mashed potatoes, fettuccine Alfredo and chicken satay/crab cakes for appetizers. I got to taste a bit of everything and was not disappointed. One of my guests is a chef and made sure to come over and tell us how impressed he was with the food. The fettuccine was a crowd fave!Overall, everything was amazing and all of my guests really enjoyed themselves. We definitely made the right choice with SG & I hope you will too! First off they were the most affordable of all the venues and so much is included in the price that would normally cost more. We were originally planning on around 275 guests with about half needing Kosher food. They were happy to accommodate without having to charge us extra. In the end we ended up having to do full Kosher due to issues with the Rabbis, but they still worked with us on it, but only about 145 guests. Samantha and Tony were great and worked with us the whole time. On the day, everything went off without a hitch and everything was beautiful. Thank you so much Samantha for all your help with everything and helping us have the perfect wedding we both dreamed of! Reviewed on 30-10-2018

Alison Revoir(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 05-07-2018 I waited until after our photos came in (3 days ago) to do this review because I wanted to be able to speak to every aspect. One word: INCREDIBLE!! From the day we got engaged, I started researching every wedding venue that Vegas had to offer. Taking cost and services included into account, it was clear Sunset Gardens was our number one choice! Our wedding was July 5th, 2018 and it was everything we could have asked for and more! We live in Northeastern Oregon so ALL of my planning was done via email/phone. Every time I had what I thought was surely a stupid question, they answered immediately and were very reassuring. They provided us girls champagne in the bridal room while we got ready, set up our cake with the topper, set out our guestbook, gave us every bit of information I had secretly started panicking about (since we didn't have a rehearsal), guided us through every step, the officiant had a great personality, the DJ Syd was on point with everything, the food was delicious, flowers were beautiful, everybody was so friendly and welcoming, and our photographer Anthony... AMAZING! Our photos came exactly one month after the wedding and WOW! He captured every moment so beautifully! From posed pictures to impromptu shots, simply perfect! We also utilized their recommendations; Bowties Tuxedo for the boys and Joleon Salon for my makeup (all in the same complex as the venue) and I could not be more happy with everybody and everything at Sunset Gardens! Thank you so much to all of you for making our special day so very perfect! Reviewed on 07-08-2018

My husband, Tim and I were blown away by the overall experience. It was an absolute pleasure working with the Sunset Garden team. The venue itself was exactly what we were looking for in terms of food, atmosphere, scenery, price and overall experience. We live in Oregon and nothing locally compared to the packages Sunset Gardens offers. The entire staff were nothing but helpful leading up to and during the course of our wedding. Tim and I are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with them. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Whenever we needed something or had a question, they always were responsive and quick. They understood our vision and it turned out beautifully! As an all-inclusive wedding venue we couldn’t fault anything. The chapel and banquet hall were exquisite. The food was out of this world and all our guests commented on its quality. Table side service during the reception was appreciated beyond words. Access to the unlimited bar was all the rave. My husband and I were able to truly enjoy the experience without worrying about a thing. The photographer… I literally have no words. He captured so many special moments so artistically that I cannot gush over his skills enough. Thank you for immortalizing one of the most important days of my life, Spencer. I also want to give a huge thank you to Kathy, who designed our wedding cake. Not only was it aesthetically pleasing, but also delicious! All in all, Sunset Gardens made the wedding planning process as stress free as possible. Jaimie Walter(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 15-06-2018 Sunset Gardens was the perfect choice for us! If you are thinking of this place- do it - you will not regret a thing. We had an amazing time there for our wedding. The flowers were fantastic, the cake phenomenal, photographer and video catered to what we wanted - I really cannot say enough. I was able to do all of this from Florida/online. I can't even begin to tell you how pleased we were with the end results. Everyone said the cake was indeed the best cake they've ever had and the catering/food was great, too. Actually, the staff when John and I asked for a Mich Ultra went out and got some for us because they didn't have that specific brand on the menu. That was pretty awesome. Also, I wish I had caught her name but the woman who managed the servers/food was so thoughtful - stayed with us until we left, wrapped up take home boxes of food and the cake for us. The only complaint/issue we had with the entire process was just the bartending staff. The guy bartender kept telling our guests that he could \"break larger bills\" and obviously was insinuating he wanted to be tipped. What he didn't realize is that instead of tipping each drink, the group we were with is more inclined to just tip those big bills. SO this was kind of a turn off but nothing that would make me rate SG any less. All in all, I couldn't be any happier Reviewed on 30-06-2018

Jennifer Spotts(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 07-03-2018 Where to begin? Sunset Gardens is a wonderful place to have a wedding! From the very beginning of my wedding planning they stood out to me. I was planning a Vegas wedding from 1,500 miles away. I didn’t want to have to worry about coordinating separate vendors. Sunset Gardens has the venue, flowers, food, DJ, cake, photographer, and officiant all in one place! This was a huge stress-reducer for me. If you are having any qualms about whether this is too good to be true, let me tell you it is not! The venue is beautiful. Even with minimal decoration you will not be disappointed. What really stands out for me though, was the customer service and communication. The staff was very responsive to all of my emails, and were always so helpful. This was most apparent when they agreed to let me change my wedding date due to an unexpected illness in my family. They did not have to be so kind, since I had already signed a contract for another date. They could have just taken my deposit and told me I was out of luck, but they showed true kindness, concern, and compassion for my situation. On the wedding day, everything went so smoothly. Tony was so nice, and really knew how to keep us on track and laughing. I can’t recommend Sunset Gardens enough. If you want a venue that truly does it all, this is it! Reviewed on 14-04-2018

Every single thing was perfect. To top it off Michelle even took our daughter during the ceremony when she started to get fussy and pushed her around in the stroller inside the reception area. She then took my daughter again during dinner and pushed her around so my husband & I could eat as well as our parents. We ordered In-N-Out Burger for a midnight lunch and Michelle even went to pick it up for us!! We had planned to get it ourselves but she said absolutely not. Every part of the night was amazing. Christy O'Brien(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 09-09-2017 Sunset Gardens did an excellent job at making planning easy. They are a one-stop-shop, which eliminates most of the wedding planning hassle. The only difficulties we ran into were that we never saw the same person twice when we visited the location for each appointment. This made for a little inconsistency. Also, they gave us a DJ instead of letting us pick from the three choices we were originally given. We ended up with a DJ who you could barely understand, and who didn't even play my mother-son song for me to dance with him. Lastly, I was given 779 beautiful photos of my wedding, but not a single one was taken of just me, my husband, and our son...the three most important people at the wedding.Aside from those let downs, the experience went great! The food and cake were fantastic. The wait staff was incredibly friendly. The flowers from Petals were gorgeous. The gazebo was beautiful with the lights, and Pastor Larry was very pleasant! Hayley Wallbridge(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 02-06-2017 My husband and I had our ceremony at Sunset Gardens on 06/02/2017 and I could not have been happier with our choice of venue. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, certainly not what I expected when I first started planning our Vegas wedding. Planning our wedding from Australia was made easy by the quick responses I would receive from SG, nothing was ever too much and although I felt like I was probably asking the same question over and over I would always get helpful and kind responses. The photographer included with our package was excellent and super friendly. My only disappointment would be our videographer. As it was fairly cheap I certainly wasn't expecting it to be the best video I'd ever seen but thought it would be nice to have the ceremony recorded to look back on, which is was. Unfortunately however the videographer himself sat behind us on the window ledge in the chapel during our ceremony which meant he is in all of our photos from the ceremony and also did not capture our bridal party due to where he sat. For any future couples I would recommend you ask the videographer place himself in aisle to get the best view of you and your bridal party and not be in the background of all your pictures. Gina Muratori(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 25-09-2016 Best.Wedding.Ever. My husband and I live in Nashville, and had spent about a year looking at local venues. We were completely burnt out and just over the whole process and how much even a small wedding was going to cost, and began discussing not having a wedding at all. At one point, the topic of Vegas came up. We both thought that a Vegas wedding equals a drive-thru chapel with an Elvis officiant, but soon realized that wasn't the case. After making the decision to have a Vegas wedding, we found Sunset Gardens. At first, we were skeptical because it seemed too good to be true, but they had so many fantastic reviews that we felt confident with our choice. I won't lie, the idea of choosing a wedding venue that I wouldn't be able to see in person until the day before the wedding gave me serious anxiety, but Sunset Gardens made the process so painless that my fears were quickly erased. Every time we called them, we felt assured that every detail would be taken care of. They even let us mail some items over there ahead of time, so we didn't have to bring everything on the plane. The day before the wedding, we stopped by Sunset to see the place, and I was stunned! The pictures that you see online are beautiful. but still do not do it justice. Michelle was our day-of coordinator, and oh my God she was just wonderful! I can't even put into words how helpful she was, and made sure that every possible need was taken care of. Dale was our DJ and Pastor Larry was our officiant, and they were great as well. We were worried that a lot of our guests wouldn't dance, but Dale kept the party going the entire time.I cannot express enough how happy I am that we chose Sunset Gardens. Our entire guest list (including my husband and me) were from out of town, and they just made everything so convenient. My husband and his groomsmen walked next door to pick up their tuxes after our rehearsal, and returned them the morning after the wedding. All of our guests kept commenting on how much fun they were having, and loved how everything was in one place. Our special day was perfect, and it was thanks to Sunset Gardens and their awesome team! Kendra Ricks(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 03-10-2016 I was planning a destination wedding from the east coast, and was a bit concerned. Sunset Gardens made it all so easy, and their prices were incredible. The space is absolutely beautiful--we don't have our pictures back yet, but even the phone pictures our friends took capture the magical garden with its twinkle lights. Also, Tony and Michelle were SO great to work with. We had a few extra things (our own centerpieces, an extra performer, and the like), but they handled it all without any issue.Also--the food was fantastic. All of our guests raved about it. The prime rib is DEFINITELY worth the upcharge.I don't know how I would have planned this thing from 2500 miles away without an all-inclusive venue like this, and I was concerned that it would feel plastic--but it all was just like us.The one issue we had was the DJ, Syd, while super nice and good at keeping the party going, wasn't my very favorite. There was smooth jazz played during dinner (who does that?), and I had a specific version of our parent's dance I wanted played--which he did...but he got from youtube. How do I know, you ask? I had sent a copy of the song to him via email because it's only done live, and the youtube versions all have that live banter and screaming at the beginning. It worked out fine--but that was a little awkward as I stood there with my dad and him with his mom while there was 20-30 seconds of banter and screaming. It wasn't a huge deal, and it all worked out fine, and again, otherwise he was great--he played the songs I'd specifically asked for in addition to traditional wedding party music, and he kept the dancing going very well. That said, I may have tried to take the reins a little more on that situation if I were to do it again. Reviewed on 26-10-2016

I did some research online and we fly out to pick a spot. I spoke with the owner Tony on the phone to make an appointment and he suggested I come to Sunset Gardens last. I'm glad I did because it was great and we booked it then and there.\r\rWhen you first pull in it looks like it's in a strip mall but don't let the outside fool you, it's beautiful and large inside. This place does everything for you onsite. I think I stressed out a little bit because I couldn't believe they actually had everything onsite...they did.\r\rIt was great that it was off the strip since I heard a lot of complaints of having weddings in casinos/resorts since people are constantly leaving and going out to the casino. It was a short taxi ride away from the hotels on the strip.\r\rOur package for 50-70 guests included:\r\rCeremony: We chose their indoor chapel which is beautiful. They have an outdoor gazebo option which fits a larger group but we were sold on the beautiful chapel and actually made our guest list smaller for the chapel option. The chapel is so beautiful and classic that you don't need to spend the money adding additional decorations and flowers. Many florists I spoke with said every since the chapel was remodeled they really don't see a need for the extra flowers. (Money saved to put elsewhere)\r\rOpen Bar & Champagne Toast: This was a must have for us and it was reasonably priced. Most of the venus we looked at the cost of an open bar was thousands.\r\rFood: The food was delicious. I really don't remember eating much that evening but my parents were impressed. We chose the carving station and after reading reviews selected the prime rib. My family from cattle country was impressed.\r\rWedding Coordinator: Michelle was our wedding coordinator. We spoke with her over the phone to handle everything and we met with her the day before the wedding. She took care of everything! Letting me know when to go where and direct the evening.\r\rMinister was included but we brought our own. (Pastor in my family)\r\rTable Linens, Chair Covers and Bows: Many colors to pick from that you can personalize.\r\rWedding Music and DJ.\rPhotography Package\rBridal Suite (Getting Ready)\rCredits for Tux, some flowers.\r\rSunset Gardens was the best choice I could have made for my venue. The reception was decorated wonderfully and the food was a complete hit. I had guests talking about that meal for days. There were only two things I wasn't completely happy with. One, I didn't choose to extend my reception for an additional hour, which was entirely my fault for thinking three hours was long enough. And I was told by staff to expect a bill at the end of the night for gratuity, we pulled out cash as a method of payment. Unfortunately, rather then them give us a bill, they just automatically deducted the amount from the debit card they had on record without talking to us about it first. Two very minor details though. Overall, I couldn't have been happier with our decision to have our special day at Sunset Gardens. I would hihgly recommend to anyone! Reviewed on 30-05-2013
Lorie Gates(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 16-03-2013 If you are looking for a pretty place to have a wedding outside of the strip, Sunset Gardens is a great place. Tony and Michelle were very helpful and great at keeping me informed. I planned the wedding from out of state, but they were amazing at keeping my nerves at ease and taking away the stress. I let them know exactly what I wanted and they achieved just that. The only complaint I have is the DJ was AWFUL! I ended up getting a different DJ than the one I spoke with on the phone and his choice of music was very old fashioned. I was disappointed with the music and would recommend getting one outside of the facility. Other than that, the ceremony and reception was BEAUTIFUL! Everything is on site and my flowers and cake turned out lovely. Sunset Gardens is a beautiful facility for an evening wedding :) Reviewed on 03-05-2013
Candice Andulan(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 28-10-2012 Sunset Gardens is definitely worth the money. I was kinda iffy at first because it seemed to good to be true. An all inclusive package, a good price and barely any planning on your part...there must be a catch...? But noope..I was wrong..definitely no catch. Everything you need is within the same plaza...florists, tuxes, bridal gown shop, hair salon. They are pros in planning weddings, so everything is second nature to them. I got kinda nervous because I was not really doing much planning and on top of that they seemed really non-chalant at first but it's because THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!! Don't get me wrong you can definitely but your personal touches which I did but the \"stress\" of planning the events of the wedding..etc was basically taken out of your hands. I looved loooved loooved..Tony, Michelle and Chris...great people and they really truly care about giving you a night to remember. Words of advice to the couple..enjoy the night because it literally flashes by you!! Reviewed on 25-11-2012
Adriana Vazquez(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 10-11-2012 My overall experience was wonderful. Tony (owner) knows what he is doing and has it down to a science. All of his staff members are professional and attentive. The hair salon was great. The cake was tasty and beautiful. Petals did a great job on my bouquet and other flowers. The food tasted very good. The prime rib was good. We received many compliments on everything. We used the terrace room. The ceremony was lovely. DJ Syd was very nice. I wish I would have been more specific on artists/songs I wanted to hear but he had our guests on the dance floor. The room they have set aside for the bride is nice because it is private and was big enough to accommodate me and my four bridesmaids. They took a lot of photos. We purchased the videographer service. I have not watched it, I have been very busy unpacking. There was always a staff member available to assist. Our coordinator was friendly and fantastic! We left our favors, extra decor, frame and guest book during the rehearsal. They set everything up the day of the wedding and it looked great. We got married 6 days ago! I would recommend this venue to a couple who 1. Does not want to stress over planning all the details 2. Looking for a Vegas/destination wedding that is classy and professional. There was nothing \"Vegas\" about it. Meaning, there was no Elvis, no over the top bells and whistles. It was beautiful and looked like a fairy tale. Reviewed on 16-11-2012

Alisha Doyle(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 25-08-2012 We just got married on 08/25/2012 and it was the best experience ever! Tony, Chris & Dana made this the picture perfect day! We had been planning this wedding for about 2 years and Tony was there every step of the way. We live in CA, so we made monthly trips out to Vegas to see the venue with different family members or to see the place again and again. I worry about everything and how things are going to look or taste and Tony would ease my mind at every visit and every phone call...trust me I called a lot! I was really nervous with the how the food was going to taste and how the cake was going to look...let me tell you I was extremely impressed with how the rib tenderloin & lemon chicken were so moist and full of flavor. We ordered a red velvet cake with a chocolate mousse filling and the cake was moist and not flaky. I could go on and on about the food, that's how delicious it was. The setting was perfect with all of the colors and decorations we had chose. PETALS, did a phenomenal job with the decorations...fit our color scheme and I forgot the flower for my hair and they quickly came up with one for me...it was perfect! Dale the DJ, was right on with the music, he kept the party going. He took requests through the night from our guests, which made them all feel a part of the party. My entire bridal party of 5 girls were able to make last minute appointments at Joleon spa...they were very kind and ready to help us out. The makeup artist seemed a little rushed and didn't quite do the colors my girls had asked for, but non the less, the experience was wonderful. I loved how we all had our hair and I would recommend them to do hair...try a different makeup artist or have them do a light base and you touch it up. The bridal package is $120 for hair and makeup. Overall this is a FIVE STAR place and a FIVE STAR crew! They make you feel like family, very welcoming. :) Reviewed on 28-08-2012
Michelle Cintron(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 22-06-2012 My husband and I live in Texas and decided on a destination wedding in Las Vegas. After researching and visiting multiple venues, we decided to go with Sunset Gardens. The value of the package and beauty of the property were the main reasons we selected Sunset Gardens as our final choice our wedding. We had 75 people attend our wedding and everything went very well. We were married at 8 pm and the twinkling lights in the courtyard made everything look absolutely beautiful. The set up outdoors worked perfectly and was decorated minimally but still turned out great. The staff was very friendly and always made it a point to make sure everything was going as planned. They are very professional and have been doing this for many years so it took a lot of the stress out on having to make decisions because their recommendations were always on point. (especially from us being out of towners) Chris was our planner and he was awesome. We received many compliments on how well everything turned out from the wedding itself, the food, drinks, and dancing. They gave extra credits if you utilized some other facilities they recommended which we will review separately. All in all everything was beautiful, the packages were great, the upgrades were great if you needed them, and we are so happy we chose Sunset Gardens to host our wedding. Reviewed on 11-07-2012

Rachel Ruby(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 13-04-2012 If you're planning a Vegas wedding from out of town, this place is a godsend. They take care of every detail (with your input, of course) and give you your dream wedding on a budget.\r\rWhat's Great about Sunset Gardens:\r\r1) Value – SG gives you a traditional-style wedding for a reasonable price. We spent $13k for 150 guests including our ceremony, reception, food, cake, DJ, photographer (which we subbed for a videographer), open bar, and flowers plus an additional hour that we added onto our reception package. They also have cheaper packages for smaller weddings.\r\r2) Convenience – You make the decisions, but they make it easy. The florist and cake-maker call you to discuss your options, SG provides your menu options and suggests the best food combinations, and you don't have to choose a DJ, photographer, wedding officiant, etc. \r\r3) Experience – SG clearly has done this for a long time, and they do it well. Our wedding day ran so smoothly. Their staff made sure my groom and I received our dinner and peaceful time to eat it before our guests bombarded us, and they managed to bring our entire ceremony inside just minutes before our guests arrived when our gazebo wedding was rained out at the last minute.\r\r4) Quality – For the price, the food, cake, and open bar were remarkably good. Our guests still compliment us on the food and cake. \r\r5) Flexibility – SG isn't rigid. They let us hire an outside photographer and photo booth. When we decided to hire shuttle buses to/from the strip so everyone could enjoy the open bar worry-free, SG recommended companies for us to use and offered suggestions on how to make the buses run as smoothly as possible.\r\rWhat's Not Great about Sunset Gardens:\r\r1) It's a value-wedding provider – They do an amazing job, but it's not a country club or a fancy hotel. If that is what you are looking for, you need to find another venue (and a bigger budget!).\r\r2) Their photographer – I've seen reviews from people who loved him, but I thought his website photos looked like bad prom pictures from the 80's. For me, the photos were the most important part of the big day, so I splurged and hired an outside photographer.\r\r3) The airport – If you choose to have your ceremony in the gazebo, keep in mind that planes fly over. It's not that bad, and it's such a beautiful setting that I thought it was worth the risk, but if that's something that will bother you, beware.\r\r4) Flowers - If you're on a budget, know that SG's $250 floral credit doesn't go far. We spent $1,200 over the $250 credit, and that was after I cut back on some of the ceremony and table decor I wanted.\r\r5) DJ Dale – We had to make a desperate call to him the night before to make sure he would play our song selections since he never contacted us before the wedding. He also wasn't a huge crowd pleaser. To be fair, we gave him a list of songs we wanted and he played some of them, which maybe interrupted his flow, but overall he was the only part of our night that I wasn't 100% satisfied with.\r\r6) Follow-up – SG has hundreds of weddings to plan before yours, so they won't finalize everything with you until very close to your big day. If you're a bride who wants every detail of your wedding planned and resolved months in advance, their laid-back, last minute system may stress you out a bit.\r\rOverall, SG did an amazing job, and I have no regrets about choosing them as the venue for our big day. \r\r Reviewed on 29-05-2012

Brigette Long-Rhodes(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 15-01-2011 This is a beautiful and an amazing venue with a flare of elegance. Sunset Gardens will exceed all of your expectations and then some. My husband and I were married on January 15, 2011. We had a destination wedding so we decided it would be best to find a venue that offered wedding packages. We were on The Knot’s website and Sunset Gardens was voted “Best of Weddings of 2010” so we decided to fly into town and check it out for ourselves. When we walked through the doors we knew right away that “this was the place!” The wedding package we chose included much more than we’d expected. We had about 50 guests and the package included the following: a Wedding Coordinator, Minister, Photographer, Bridal Suite with complimentary champagne, a three hour Reception, an experienced DJ, Open Bar, a five item buffet dinner, two tier wedding cake, a choice of colors for the table linens and chairs and glass bowls with floating candles as centerpieces. “No, I’m not kidding!” \rWe weren’t sure what vendors to use for our flowers, favors, invitations etc…and located next door to the venue is Petal Flowers, Michelle’s Bridal, Joleon Salon and Day Spa, and Bowties Bridal Boutique and Tuxedo Rentals. Although we purchased my dress and my husband’s tuxedo in another state, Bowties steamed them both for $60.00 and it was hung in the bridal suite when I arrived. Sunset Gardens also gives you a GREAT discount for using any of these vendors and they were great to work with. \rOur Wedding ceremony began at dusk in the most beautiful chapel and our Magnificent Reception was held in the Sunset Room. There is a lovely courtyard with twinkling lights on the trees which made a great view for our guests to enjoy and gorgeous pictures with my husband and I. The chapel and reception were already decorated so beautifully that we only added rose petals down the aisles of the chapel, all the tables and the wedding cake table. DJ Syd was a perfect M.C. and everyone enjoyed him. There was a lot of dancing, laughter, mingling and of course, love in the air. The buffet was superb! We had the Chef’s Special Chicken, Fettuccine Alfredo, Red Skinned Potatoes, Mixed Green Leaf Salad, Dinner rolls and the best Prime Rib ever! Our guests raved about the food and the catering services provided by the staff. Kathy from “Tiers of Joy” was a pleasure to work with and our cake was delicious. If you get your Photographs done during the wedding and reception, please choose the upgrade…I guarantee that you won’t be disappointed. Steven Shofner did a splendid job on our photos. We loved them!\rTony, the owner and Chris, our coordinator, have mastered the art of creating pure elegance and intimacy for weddings. They have a knack for paying close attention to details and they made us feel so incredibly special on our wedding day. Their staff was awesome! Maybe that is why their prices are so great. We really like how we could pick any day of the week and not worry about the price going up because it was the weekend. They have great all inclusive packages.\rOur Package Included:The Ceremony OfficiantThe DJThe Photographer4 Hour open bar\rDinner: 2 Hors d'œuvre, 2 entres, 3 sides, 2 salads, coffee/teaThe Cake\rVery experienced and professional staff\rThe ceremoney was beautiful and outside under the gazebo and all the twinkling lights. They only do their weddings here at sunset.\rThe DJ was great. We spoke a week before the wedding. I told him all the songs I wanted and gave him a CD with some of the songs he did not have. He did a great job and played song that I had on my list throughout the night. \rThe photographer was very good and knew what he was doing. I received almost 600 photos with the copyright release included. Some places make you pay seperate fot that, to own your own photos. The only thing is I felt his photos were very traditional. Where as if I had chosen my own photographer, I would have gone more modern. I'm okay with it though because the photos still came out great and I'm not completely broke from the wedding. \rThe food was awesome, not that I had time to really eat or enjoy it. It was buffet style and everyone said it was great. Some people told me they went back for thirds.\rSunset Gardens was lovely. We had and awesome and magical wedding.
