My name is Taryn. My wife Brittany & I were married at Swan Lake 9/22/23. Now that the wedding brain has subsided (lol) I can finally sit with a clear head, & truly express how thankful Brittany & I are for the amazing & perfect experience we had at Swan Lake, and just how perfect our Wedding Day truly was. Apologies in advance for the novel, but itâs completely necessary!From moment one, the entire staff at Swan Lake was beyond kind & accommodating. We had our first consult with Sophia, and it took us all of a few days to know Swan Lake was our place. Sophia quickly became my right hand through the entire planning process. Every phone call, email & visit (because there were MANY) was easy AND fun! Every expectation was met, & every question answered promptly. Sophia helped me troubleshoot & sort out so many projects along the way.I donât think I was a difficult bride, but to say that I was ambitious might be an understatement. When it came to Wedding Day, there was a tremendous amount to accomplish. My decorations were definitely a handful; lighting everywhere, draping cascading from the ceiling, many different centerpieces, three signature cocktails, multiple favor type items⊠it was endless. It took a LOT to put together & to say I was nervous doesnât come close. Every, Single. Thingâ was pulled off BEAUTIFULLY. I was blown away by the amount of creativity, help & support Sophia & the staff brought that day. I am eternally grateful.As the party was set in motion I must have been told 100+ times how great the food & drinks were. Charlie crafted the most beautiful endless âcocktail hourâ spread, (we did not do a sit down dinner service⊠best idea EVER) which ultimately just continued & morphed into delicious station after delicious station. We had an epic dessert assortment where everyone found something they loved! Charlie, thank you. Your attention to detail & love of food and feeding people is unmatched!Elena came in for the evening hours to relieve Sophia. Elena was INCREDIBLE. I cannot tell you, this woman is on top of it. She made sure that everything was completely seamless & that I was kept in the loop all night, but also able to enjoy myself. She made sure that the massive breakdown went as smoothly as possible & that our night ended beyond successfully. Elena, you are the BOMB.Last but certainly not least, Mary. Mary, my bridal attendant, was the kindest, sweetest, most attentive & helpful human I may have ever met. This girl must have asked me 100+ times if I needed anything. Iâm pretty sure she brought me a dozen drinks (as I couldnât keep track of mine to save the world), she packed up a little bit of all of the food & sent us home with a great morning after smorgasbord! My lipstick & phone was always within reach & my dress was always right where it was supposed to be! Maryâ I was thinking about you, so thankful, eating mashed sweet potatoes at 4am hahaha. Thank you forever.Swan Lake & all of your staffâ administrators, servers, bartenders, chefs, helping hands & everyone in between⊠Thank you for making our Wedding Day everything we ever wanted it to be. Thank you for all of the support & all of the compliments because it wouldnât have been possible without each & every one of you. I said it already, but I will be back! Had my wedding here! Absolutely loved every part of this venue!From the very first meeting, we knew this would be the best place. The staff here were so so accommodating it was unreal. We made a last minute change (three days before the wedding yikes) to the color and decor the venue provided, and they said it was no problem at all and made our dreams come true!The chef, Charlie, was absolutely amazing. We had 50% vegan wedding and the guests RAVED about the vegan selections! Sophia was our main point of contact the entire time of planning. We could not ask for a better person to have worked with! 10/10 venue!

My husband and I got married at Swan Lake Caterers this past weekend. From start to finish, this has been the best experience of my life! The staff at Swan Lake was extremely knowledgeable, organized, accommodating and kind. The grounds are breathtaking for photos and an outdoor ceremony. We had an outdoor cocktail hour as well which was under a beautiful tent. Not to mention, this venue is more affordable than majority of the others on Long Island. To start, Sophia handled all things planning. She was extremely helpful and quick to answer all texts, calls, and emails (no matter the time of day). She always made us feel welcome and I literally referred to her as bestie on the day of lol. Next up, Charlie! He is the fabulous chef and creative mind behind all things food at Swan Lake. My fiancĂ© and I actually chose Swan Lake because of their extensive vegan optionsâ something that you will not find at other venues. Charlie helped us curate a perfect menu with options for all guests. From cocktail hour all the way through to dessert, we received so many compliments on the beyond delicious food. When we told Charlie we wanted something different for our dinner, he literally made us a tray of the most amazing vegan lasagna Iâve ever had! During dinner, he came out of the kitchen to speak to each table individually and offer them seconds, which many people took as the food was phenomenal. The only complaint I have about the food is that I canât have it every day! When I came back to the venue following our wedding day, I literally asked if they had any leftovers from cocktail hour because it was THAT GOOD. Up next we have the amazing duo at Swan Lake who made our day run seamlesslyâ Elena and Mary. Elena was the maitreâd and she also does their decor package (beautifully if I may add), and Mary was my bridal attendant. Elena made sure everything flowed and took care of any issues that would arise or questions I had. Mary literally ran around with me the entire night, kept me fed and got me all the drinks I needed, and most importantly tried tailoring my dress 50x when the bustle kept failing. Elena and Mary were so kind and accommodating, by the end of the night I deemed them honorary aunties to my future children lol. Additionally, the waitstaff and bartenders were extremely attentive and helpful throughout the entire night. Last but not least, you need to book with their preferred vendors, High Voltage Entertainment for DJ/MC and Capture the Moment for photography. Multiple people raved about how this was the best wedding they had ever been to and I think it is because of the amazing team at Swan Lake and their preferred vendors. If you donât book here, youâre missing out! Trying to figure out what event I can have at Swan Lake next!

We got married Sat Aug 26 and I absolutely MUST give a shout out to Swan Lake Caterers in Manorville and all of my vendors.We had the most perfect wedding day I could have ever imagined! Its been 3 days and we are still in awe of everything that went on that daySwan Lake exceeded any expectations I had. Our guests were amazed by the food and especially the service, as were we! The entire staff is filled with probably the most polite and adorable people Iâve ever encountered at any wedding ever! Im not even saying that to be biased! Every single person was so sweet! Mary, our bridal attendant. An absolute doll!!! I couldnt get enough of her. Such a sweet human being!!! Elena was phenomenal! Treated us and our bridal party like family! everything was executed to perfection! Also Took care of my hungry bridesmaids before going down the aisle hahahaSophia is a spectacular person, as is Danielle!Anthony is just amazing as always! Charlie- Chefâs kiss đđ» every single one of our guests complimented the food. They also loved getting to meet him !!!!

Swan Lake Caterers was beyond the best! We had an outdoor ceremony with a tented reception and it was the wedding of our dreams. From the food, to the location, to the incredibly helpful and sweet service- if I had to do it all over again, I would in a heartbeat. (although let's hope this is our first and only wedding) We had a slightly less traditional styled wedding and they accompanied every request stunningly. Forever in awe of how seamlessly the day went by and will always hold a special place in my heart for Swan Lake.

Swan Lake Caterers was beyond the best! We had an outdoor ceremony with a tented reception and it was the wedding of our dreams. From the food, to the location, to the incredibly helpful and sweet service- if I had to do it all over again, I would in a heartbeat. (although let's hope this is our first and only wedding) We had a slightly less traditional styled wedding and they accompanied every request stunningly. Forever in awe of how seamlessly the day went by and will always hold a special place in my heart for Swan Lake.

My partner and I recently had a wedding here, and we couldn't be happier with how things turned out. This was the first place we toured, and we initially met with Charlie, whose sweet demenour and genuine passion for the job is immediately apparent. We fell in love with the landscape facilities, and couldn't find anything we liked more (after touring 7 other places). After setting a date and moving forward with the process, both Elena and Sophia were there whenever we needed them, and were eager to help out with all aspects of the planning. During our special day, everything was laid out as planned, and the place looked wonderful. My guests made numerous positive comments about the beautiful landscape, look of the rooms, quality of the arraignments and decorations, the large bar selection, and even the cleanliness of the bathrooms. And, going back to Charlie and his passion for cooking... our guests loved all of the food, and our guests with dietary preferences loved the vegetarian and vegan dishes. And we also greatly appreciated Jill, the bridal attendant, who worked her butt off, was always there to help with anything and everything, and was so kind and thoughtful throughout (e.g., my water glass was never empty). Overall, our day was perfect, and we highly recommend working with Charlie, Elena, Sophia, and Jill. The rest of the wait staff were also courteous and prompt, and all were very nice and helpful if anyone had questions. We highly recommend Swan Lake for anyone looking for a beautiful and easy to work with venue, and we will forever be thankful to everyone who helped make our wedding day be so special. Thanks again and again.

We just got married this past Saturday 5/20 at Swan Lake Caterers in Manorville, NY. I just wanted to say they are amazing! They have made this whole process so much easier and smoother. From the moment you walk in they treat you like family instead of just another number like other venues. They are reliable and easy to contact. They answered all our questions through the last 1.5 years of planning and they were also constantly checking in. They made our dreams a reality. And even though it rained they made it beautiful! The grounds and golf course are beautiful!! Elena, Anthony, Sophia and Charlie are amazing and wonderful people to work with. The food was amazing and our family and guests loved everything. Elena was very accommodating and worked with us every step of the way to make sure our vision came true. Anthony was always available and solved any issues that came up. Charlie, who is also the chef had great food options with lots of variety. If you have anything in mind he works with you to incorporate into the menu. Sophia is always bubbly and available to answer any questions right away. Overall everyone is incredible and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them! P.S they are also super dog friendly which was a big factor for us. When booking with them there is also a package available with photographer and DJ. They are amazing as well! You canât go wrong choosing them.

Swan Lake is the best! From our initial planning meeting to the whole day of our wedding, everyone involved was so kind, informative, flexible and made the whole process and whole day so easy! Sophia is so easy to work with, and Elaina and Mary were so kind and attentive all throughout the wedding. So many guests were raving about how beautiful the venue was, how good the food was and how kind the staff was. We had the best day!

And for the day of the wedding, everything went so smoothly and the staff made sure we were fed, had drinks in our hands at all times and got us whatever we needed. They truly have such a great team on their hands! They even made sure our guests were happy with everything and even brought a whole tray of hors d'oeuvres to my parents so they could get a taste of everything! Most brides are worried about how the food and drinks are and Iâm happy to say that all our guests raved about how great everything turned out!

Swan Lake is the absolute best! From our very first meeting with Sophia I had a good feeling about this place. First, the venue looks new and is very beautiful. It is kept very nicely decorated and is changed seasonally. The food was great and all of our guests had great things to say about it. We opted to do our ceremony inside, cocktail hour outside and reception inside. We used a tent outside which was beautiful. We ended up having a 70 degree day in November, but we did opt to have heaters in the tent in case we needed them. The greatest part about swan lake was the staff. We worked with Sophia throughout the entire process and she is the absolute best. I never felt nervous or unsure of anything in regards to my wedding day because I just felt like Sophia took her job seriously and wouldnât let my wedding day be anything less than perfect. She was honest, sweet and personable and I never felt like she was trying to get us to spend more money, etc. Elena was our maitre d who was also amazing. She made sure our guests were well taken care of, swooped in to help cut our wedding cake when my husband and I were trying to cut through it a little too aggressively (whoops) and decorated the venue beautifully. She was also super kind, attentive and easy to work with.My bridal attendant was Mary and she was also amazing. She was by my side whenever I needed her asking if I needed a drink or anything. She walked around the venue with our photographer to make sure my dress/vail was perfect in all of our pictures. She did a really great job and was incredibly sweet.Swan lake was the perfect venue for our wedding size (111 people) and a 7 piece band. Iâve heard but great things from our friends and family and I have absolutely zero complaints. Even when we went to the venue the next day to pick up our stuff, everything was packed up neatly and ready to go for us. I would highly recommend swan lake for your event.

Swan Lake is the absolute best! From our very first meeting with Sophia I had a good feeling about this place. First, the venue looks new and is very beautiful. It is kept very nicely decorated and is changed seasonally. The food was great and all of our guests had great things to say about it. We opted to do our ceremony inside, cocktail hour outside and reception inside. We used a tent outside which was beautiful. We ended up having a 70 degree day in November, but we did opt to have heaters in the tent in case we needed them. The greatest part about swan lake was the staff. We worked with Sophia throughout the entire process and she is the absolute best. I never felt nervous or unsure of anything in regards to my wedding day because I just felt like Sophia took her job seriously and wouldnât let my wedding day be anything less than perfect. She was honest, sweet and personable and I never felt like she was trying to get us to spend more money, etc. Elena was our maitre d who was also amazing. She made sure our guests were well taken care of, swooped in to help cut our wedding cake when my husband and I were trying to cut through it a little too aggressively (whoops) and decorated the venue beautifully. She was also super kind, attentive and easy to work with.My bridal attendant was Mary and she was also amazing. She was by my side whenever I needed her asking if I needed a drink or anything. She walked around the venue with our photographer to make sure my dress/vail was perfect in all of our pictures. She did a really great job and was incredibly sweet.Swan lake was the perfect venue for our wedding size (111 people) and a 7 piece band. Iâve heard but great things from our friends and family and I have absolutely zero complaints. We had our wedding this past September and I cannot thank Swan Lake Caterers enough for the amazing they job they did. It was literally perfect and everything we expected, even more. The whole staff there is amazing and goes above and beyond for you. From the first step I took into the venue and meeting Sophia I knew this was the place I would have my wedding. She is so bubbly, kind, welcoming and she was really excited for my wedding. She was responsive to every email and call I sent her and it was so smooth working with her. When she showed me the venue it was truly beautiful. It is simple and elegant. We then did our food tasting with Charlie, who also was our officiant. My husband is Indian so we were looking for an Indian dish to substitue for the veggie dish. Charlie said he worked on this for months perfecting this dish and literally everyone at the wedding raved about it and how it was better than any Indian restaurant they have ever been to! All the other food was absolutely amazing as well!! He also was our officiant and he really put time and effort into our ceremony and it was beautifully written. He even came around to cocktail hour to talk to our guests about the food and what they liked. He takes pride in his work and cares about people! We are so glad we choose Charlie to officiate! Elaina was my Maitre d and Jill was my bridal attendant and both did an amazing job! I gave Elaine all my decorations a few days before and told her how the wedding is suppose to go and she set up all the tables beautifully and exactly how we wanted. She helped coordinate my 20 person bridal party and the wedding went so smooth with the help of her. She did an excellent job and was also so easy to work with! Jill helped me through the whole day and was with me from when I arrived to the end of the night. She helped me with my dress, flowers, buttons, pictures and anything else you think of! Im so grateful for her because my bridesmaids and maid of honor were able to enjoy themselves the rest of night. She made us plates at cocktail hour and always made sure if I needed a drink. I loved that about her! All the other staff were so nice as well! I can absolutely say Swan Lake is one of the best wedding venues on LI. They are not trying to push out weddings and make money they actually care, take pride in what they do and there prices are very fair compared to other venues on LI. They have a great bar too!! Also, all their vendor staff that they recommend like CTM, high voltage and frank and sons bakery are the best as well!! Everyone loved our cake, our DJ/MC was fire and pictures came out breathtaking!! I am so thankful for Swan Lake and they deserve 1000 stars if I could give them that much. I wish i could relive my wedding day it was so perfect! Thank you again everyone at Swan Lake for a beautiful wedding!!

I donât even know where to start with how grateful we are that we chose Swan lake as our venue. When I first started calling venues last year to set up tours, it was about 7-8pm so a lot of places I either got their voicemail or was sort of rushed off the phone after making an appointment. Swan lake I left a voicemail. I got a call back from them about 15 minutes later and spoke with Anthony. He was so interested and excited about us coming to tour and right away I had a great feeling about it. After touring and seeing how beautiful the venue is, we sat down with Charlie who gave us his full attention and was very enthusiastic about the possibility of us getting married there. We ended up booking our date right away with them! It was supposed to be 11/27/2021. Unfortunately I was in a terrible car accident that left me wheelchair bound for 3+ months, 17 days before the wedding!! My mom spoke with the venue to tell them about it and they were all very sympathetic and understanding about me not being able to have the wedding that day! Charlie and Sophia sent me numerous emails checking in to see how I was doing! When it was time to book my new date, Charlie offered me a handful of fall dates for this year (2022) and we chose 11/4/22. The whole team was amazing the whole planning process ! They all showed so much interest and were very easy going any time I needed to make a change. They were amazing with our 6 year old who can be alittle hyper some times ! Some meetings we had to bring him, and Elena or Sophia if they were not busy, would take him for a walk to the bar area with lots of snacks and drinks! Or just to walk around the venue to look at the beautiful scenery. The day of our wedding was perfect !! I was treated like a queen by everyone, My bridal attendant Jill was amazing and always there when I needed anything. Elena was amazing taking care of setting everything up, and always checking in on me to make sure I am doing okay and I donât need anything. I never had to look for anyone to get help because someone was always right there ! The food was unbelievable!! Charlie does all the cooking himself. I was Able to cut my steak with a fork!! After dinner Charlie went around with all extra of everything in the menu to see if anyone wanted seconds, or to try anything new ! For cocktail hour there is an abundance of food stations to chose from and they are all so unique and delicious! After the wedding I got so much feedback. People were raving about the food, service , music, and the venue itâs self. Everyone said it was the best food options they have ever had at a wedding . They couldnât believe how great everything was from cocktail hour right down to the cake! Also everyone was telling me how amazing the service was. Their napkins were folded anytime they got up from the table, dirty plates were cleared immediately, and there was always someone near by if anyone needed something. Being it was November the trees looked beautiful, and all the guests were loving how beautiful the whole place was! Itâs almost two weeks after the wedding, and I am still getting messages about how amazing it was. People keep saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to!! Not a day goes by I regrets using swan lake for our wedding!!!

My new hubby and I got married on 10/9/22 at Swan Lake Caterers. They were absolutely AMAZING and I donât even know where to start with the praise and admiration!!!! Letâs talk about the ambiance of the venue. Oh. My. Gosh. It is breathtaking. The entire inside of the venue has been recently updated and it is gorgeous. The floors are beautiful, the windows overlooking the greens are amazing, and the foyer is so beautifully decorated. You get the farmhouse feel as soon as you walk in. The outside of the venue is equally as beautiful and pristine. It is a golf course but the greens are so well taken care of that it is the perfect backdrop for amazing pictures (which we got!!!). There are different spots throughout the course where pictures can be taken and each and every spot is just gorgeous. Our pictures are absolutely stunning. Now letâs talk about the kind, patient, and all around amazing staff. From our first meeting with Swan Lake to picking up our items the day after, the staff was absolutely wonderful. We first met with staff at Swan Lake by joining them for their food tasting, and OMG, the food was out of this world. They made us feel so welcomed, answered all of our questions on the spot, and worked with us to find a date that could work that we booked right on the spot. We really just fell in love with it right from the beginning. After booking, the administrative team was constantly in touch with us. Checking in to make sure we had certain vendors booked by certain times, to ask if there were specific ways we wanted the venue decorated, and if we needed anything from them. Just the fact that Anthony, Charlie, Steve, and Sophia knew us by first name and checked in to make sure we were feeling good, just makes you feel like a part of the family. It really put our minds at ease knowing that this team was on top of everything and that we didnât have to be. This was a huge stress relief as a Bride. On the day of the wedding everything ran so seamlessly and this is because of this amazing team. All of the decor we brought in was set up beautifully, everyone was attentive to our needs, and our wedding party was well taken care of as well. My Bridal attendant, Kelly, was FABULOUS. Like, I mean fabulous! She ensured that we were on time, where we needed to be, and that we always had a drink and were doing okay. I also want to talk about the food. OH MY GOODNESSâŠthe food! YUM!! Charlie is like a master chef. Not only did he cook delicious meals but he came and spoke to every table to make sure everyone enjoyed their meals. So many of our guests told us that they loved the dinner so much that they ate everything. People were also offered seconds! Charlie also completed a crazy random request that I had. He made a groom's cake for me made entirely out of steak, bacon, and mashed potatoes!!! IT WAS INSANE!!! He made my vision come to life and I am forever grateful to him!!! Overall we had the most amazing day ever. This team of people at Swan Lake made everything perfect and this place will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you to Swan Lake :)

I would give Swan Lake a million stars if I could! My husband and I only toured one other venue before meeting with Charlie at Swan Lake, and we walked away from the first meeting ready to stop our venue search and put down a deposit. The team here is AMAZING! Charlie, Sophia, and Elena were so helpful throughout the planning process and always happy to answer a quick phone call/text with a question. We did everything on site - ceremony, pictures, and reception. Elena went above and beyond to make sure the room was perfectly set to match our vision and the day of she ran our wedding perfectly, whether it was helping me before walking down the aisle or reminding my husband and I to stop and eat something lol. They set up a private table for us in the bridal suite following the ceremony so that we could have a few minutes to reflect on the day so far and get some food on our bellies. And the food? 1000/10! Charlie specializes in vegan food which was a bonus for our guests, but truly there is nothing this man canât make! Some of our favorites were the shrimp ceviche, the Mac and cheese, and the Thai chili cauliflower. Our guests are still raving about the food to this day! We also had Gill as our bridal attendant and she was an absolute sweetheart. She constantly made sure we had a drink in hand, that my dress was bustled, and was overall just there to make sure hubby and I had everything we needed. There is so much more I can say about this fabulous team but Iâm running out of space! If youâre looking for a venue, this is it - from the beautiful grounds to the wonderful staff, we couldnât be happier with our decision and if we had to get married again we wouldnât change a thing about our venue. We loved Swan Lake!

The dj was AMAZING, Anthony was an awesome MC and the photos came out beautiful. They were also so helpful and quick to respond. I had a vision of what I wanted the wedding to look like and they absolutely nailed it! It was a mix of cozy rustic yet at the same time classy. The day of wedding our Maitre D, Elena, was so attentive to both us and our guest. I had not an inkling of stress on my wedding day and there was not a single thing that went wrong. The food was absolutely amazing! My husband and I enjoyed most of the cocktail hour in the bridal suite (which is so cute and cozy) and during the whole time the best bridal attendant, Mary, always made sure everything was ok and was so sweet. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend swan lake. The place is beautiful, the staff is wonderful and the food is delicious. What more can you ask for?

We chose Swan Lake for our reception for every reason: the grounds are gorgeous, the people are awesome, there's only 1 wedding at a time, and the food is simply spectacular.Our wedding was planned with only 6 months before our big day. We chose Swan Lake for our reception for every reason: the grounds are gorgeous, the people are awesome, there's only 1 wedding at a time, and the food is simply spectacular.Our wedding was planned with only 6 months before our big day. Where do I even begin!? Charlie the owner was absolutely amazing. He and staff went above and beyond every single time we visited the venue. The hospitality and true appreciation for weddings is amazing. You can definitely tell that they enjoy the process and arenât just pumping weddings out. They are a one wedding at a time venue which was great. Charlieâs passion is food and it is amazing; truly his calling. Everyone, including us, weâre just blown away with the decor the food and the staff. The staff found out we were incorporating sunflower bouquets and went above and beyond by surprising us with their own decorations and incorporate sunflowers so tastefully. Our maitra D Emily and bridal Attendant Mary were so sweet and attentive. The staff even joined us on the dance floor towards the end of the night; it was so much fun! The bar tender was attentive and there was never really a line. They made sure we had a his and hers signature drink; recommended it and said theyâd get us whatever we needed. They packed us up so much food and desserts to go. They made a point to take us away for 15 minutes after the ceremony to enjoy cocktail hour food, and compress. We got married on site outside, and the cocktail hour was outside. Both were just so simple and beautiful. They were reasonably priced and we had a lot of things included. The reception room is just stunning with its vaulted ceiling. The bridal suite is large; we comfortably had 14 people in the room at one point and there was still room. We had such an amazing time. We would highly highly recommend them.

Leading up to the wedding, Charlie and Sofia made the entire process easy. Any questions I had, were immediately answered and they continued to check in as we got closer to our wedding date. We were able to attend a food tasting prior to selecting our menu and the food is AMAZING! Charlie is an incredible chef and all of our guests raved about the food and the amazing service of the staff. One of the best things about getting married at Swan Lake is the endless possibilities for photo opportunities. My husband and I were able to take a golf cart around the venue and our photographer was able to take the most amazing pictures (I also highly recommend Capture the Moment Studios). So if you are looking for a venue with fantastic photograph opportunities right on-site, then Swan Lake is the place for you. Elena did an incredible job of making my dream wedding day decor come true. Elena had the lobby set up beautifully for the wedding and was able to set up the tables exactly how I imagined they would be for my wedding day. When I arrived at the venue the day before to drop off the decor, Elena let me stay and help set up my own sweetheart table with the decor I brought. I cannot thank Elena enough for all she did to make sure my wedding dreams came true. Mary was the bridal attendant for my wedding and she was beyond amazing. She was so attentive and jumped in to help me with whatever I needed. Swan Lake is not your average venue. I love how they only do one wedding a day and how personable everyone is who works there. I've worked in the service industry for many years and the absolute best part of working with Swan Lake was the service! From the minute we walked in the door Charlie was so flexible, informative, and attentive. Elena's management was top notch from start to finish and talking with Sophia on a regular basis was always a pleasure! The venue was beautifully decorated and individualized, with so much attention paid to the smallest details. The transition from pictures, to cocktail hour, to our cocktail-style reception was truly seamless. All of our guests couldn't stop commenting on how impressed they were with the food and the speedy and professional service. The overall ambiance of the venue with the incredible service made it feel so much more like an intimately hosted private party, as opposed to the \"wedding factory\" vibe so many other locations can be notorious for. We booked and planned our wedding in just a 3 month period and Charlie and Elena were so helpful in guiding us through the whole process. They are so professional and detail-oriented, they truly excel at everything they do. On top of all the bells and whistles, the food was absolutely INCREDIBLE! I am so grateful to their entire team for being so accommodating, professional, and for hosting a perfect event from start to finish. Covid struck in Spring 2020 and we bumped our wedding to October 2021. Again, the staff was incredibly patient and helpful with us during this date change.The wedding finally came on October 22, 2021, and I have NOTHING negative to say!Our officiant actually went to the wrong venue and it became clear she wasn't going to be able to make it. Swan Lake went above & beyond to make sure the ceremony would still happen on time by convincing a special guest who happened to be ordained to officiate! They made it a blessing in disguise. Elena did an absolutely beautiful job with the decorating of the reception room! I was blown away at how professional, courteous, and caring Elena, Sophia, Kelly, Anthony, and Angelo (From High Voltage Entertainment) were. They updated the whole place since I booked 2 years ago, the outdoor patio and fire pit heated tables outside are amazing! They also offer an outdoor games package which was a hit during cocktail hour! The team is outstanding - so attentive and helpful, my Maitre D (Elena) and bridal attendant (Adriana) were there to jump in and fix any issues that arose with their bobby pins and tide pens handy and did an amazing job keeping my nerves down! Charlie, Elena, Adriana, and Sophia were so helpful throughout the entire planning process. They quickly responded to any issues I presented them with and were so flexible in making our day perfect! The food is INCREDIBLE all my guests were raving about it throughout the night. From the moment we booked this venue, we felt confident in our choice and it just kept getting better and better. The venue itself is a hidden gem, from the picturesque landscape and newly built outdoor patio space to the intimate reception room, we couldnât have asked for more. We had both our ceremony and reception there and enjoyed every single moment of them both.Charlie and his staff were very attentive and made us feel very relaxed on what could have been a very stressful day. For someone who wears many hats, from being our officiant to later carrying out his skills in the kitchen, he handled it with such professionalism and grace. We truly are beyond grateful for his constant check-ins during the year and a half and how he made us feel at ease after our many questions and worries, especially during COVID. What a beautiful day!! I canât begin to express how much we loved our entire experience working with everyone at Swan Lake Caterers. From the moment we booked this venue, we felt confident in our choice and it just kept getting better and better. The venue itself is a hidden gem, from the picturesque landscape and newly built outdoor patio space to the intimate reception room, we couldnât have asked for more. We had both our ceremony and reception there and enjoyed every single moment of them both.Charlie and his staff were very attentive and made us feel very relaxed on what could have been a very stressful day. For someone who wears many hats, from being our officiant to later carrying out his skills in the kitchen, he handled it with such professionalism and grace. We truly are beyond grateful for his constant check-ins during the year and a half and how he made us feel at ease after our many questions and worries, especially during COVID. We worked with Charlie directly for most of the planning process, and he was great with accommodating us! My husband and I had our wedding at Swan Lake in September after having to postpone a full year due to covid, we even almost thought about cancelling our event completely⊠well let me tell you I am so glad we didnât. Swan lake gave us the most incredible wedding celebration we could have imagined, from the food and drink, to the decor, the outdoor patio, and the staff everything was as perfect as perfect gets. Our guests were so impressed with the food (especially the out of this world cocktail hour) and the drinks were just as good. Elena decorated for our event to match our color and flower scheme so beautifully and tastefully. The staff were the most kind, attentive, and professional people I have had the pleasure of working with, from Charlie, to Elena, to Anthony, to the bridal attendant (iâm sorry I forgot her name! but she was excellent), and everyone in between- everyone truly cared about our event and put their all into ever detail of it. And the added bonus of waiting an extra year was the beautiful outdoor patio which was put to good use because it was the most beautiful September day. I could go on and on⊠but iâll just finish by telling you my husband and I already decided if we are going to have any future events we would be back! Thank you for the most perfect day!

Now to get to the exciting part⊠the wedding day! I cannot think of a more perfect place to have celebrated our special day. The grounds alone speak for themselves but it was the entire team and experience that made it perfect. Elena the maitre dâ was amazing! She made sure that everything went smoothly and as planned. Her experience in this industry made me feel so comfortable that all I had to worry about was having fun. Mary the Bridal attendant was so great! She constantly checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed and not only took care of me but my entire bridal party. The food and drinks were the main attraction for my guests, cocktail hour was a huge hit! We had so many stations and hor d'oeuvres that some of our guests thought that was all the food for the night so when dinner orders were being placed they were shocked! Charlie was not only our coordinator but the head chef, I have never heard so many people compliment wedding food before. One of my guests told me days later âEveryday I think about the delicious wedding food and how I wonât be able to eat it againâ The entire team at Swan Lake made my wedding everything I could ever ask for and for that I truly want to thank you!

There isn't enough room on any forum to truly express how positive our experience has been with Swan Lake Caterers. We looked at a few locations before stumbling upon Swan Lake Caterers and honestly, it was the menu that pulled me to this location. Being that we are both vegan, it was important to us to have more than just a veggie tower as an option for our dinner. When we met Charlie, our minds were made up rather quickly. Charlie not only understood our needs for vegan food but helped us plan an entirely vegan menu for the whole event which blew the socks off ALL of our guests - I mean it, people who've never tried vegan food completely blown away by the depth of flavor and things that can be done to transform plants. He also made us feel like we were becoming part of a family, how our needs were important, and it was obvious that this was NOT another \"Long Island Wedding Factory\" (I'm sure most of you reading these reviews know exactly what I'm talking about). Not only is Charlie such a large selling factor at Swan Lake, but the team of people he's helped put together both within Swan Lake, the vendors he recommended, all of them made the planning and the wedding itself more special than I could have ever imagined. Elena, our maitre'd, did an incredible job with the decor. She took our decorations and theme and transformed the space further than I could have done myself. On the day/night of our wedding, Elena and our Bridal attendant Gill took extra special care of us. In this case, they had 2 brides to attend to, and they made it seem so easy! They made sure we always had a drink in hand (if we wanted to) and ensured that we had time to eat throughout the evening. We felt like royalty.Additionally, we booked our wedding a year before covid and were one of the couples who had to push our date out due to the restrictions. What could have been an opportunity for the venue to take advantage of us, turned into even more proof that Swan Lake Caterers was the right decision for us. They were there to give us updates every step of the way and were very flexible as we tried to figure out our new date(s). Swan Lake Caterers is the perfect place to get married, in my opinion. The people there are passionate about what they do and go above and beyond to meet the needs of their couples. The venue is beautiful, the (new) outdoor space was awesome for our cocktail hour, and the inside was clean, modern, and with all the decor - exquisite. We couldn't have been happier with our choice!

The day of the wedding, Elena and Jill made sure that everything went smoothly and got us LITERALLY whatever we needed. It happened to rain on our wedding day, and we were pretty bummed about it because the grounds were beautiful, HOWEVER, once we saw what Elena and the team did inside, we didnât even miss the outdoors at all! One of our favorite things about Swan Lake is that the whole team really made us feel like family. I will also say that most of our planning was done during COVID (we had picked the venue the summer before COVID), and Charlie and the team were beyond accommodating and helpful. Where do we begin. Swan Lake Caterers was the first venue we looked at back in September 2019 and instantly fell in love with everything it had to offer. Our meeting with Charlie sealed the deal as you could tell by how he described all the services, food and overall atmosphere of the venue, that he truly took pride in each and every wedding. We knew he would provide us nothing short of an amazing wedding. We booked for September 12, 2020 within days of seeing the venue.Flash forward to March 2020, a global pandemic ensued and disrupted life for everyone. Unsure of what September was going to look like, we did not know what our options would be. Charlie and his team contacted us every few weeks to update us on the newest regulations, check in on how we were dealing with everything and giving different scenarios of what we could do. They were patient with us in making decisions and allowed us to book a Plan B date for 2021.As NYS began to open, we were hopeful our planned wedding at Swan Lake was going to be able to happen. When we realized it wasnât, Charlie offered us options besides just rescheduling. From having a micro wedding onsite to catering our reception off premises. Something many venues Iâve heard have not done.Yesterday, we had our wedding ceremony on the beautiful grounds at Swan Lake and then Charlie and his team pulled out all the stops at our small reception at home. No detail was left out. They decorated the space for us, provided exceptional food and service and overall went above and beyond to provide us with the best alternative option to our original plan.We want to thank everyone at Swan Lake, From the staff to the golfers who let us take pictures on the course (and every single one we passed congratulated us.) If you are looking for a venue who never quits on you, makes you feel like you are the only couple they are working with, then this is the place to book. Saying that planning a wedding is stressful is an understatement, but the team over at Swan Lake excel at making the experience incredibly stress free. Charlie is fantastic and his assistance in mapping out the day is beyond value. Throughout our meetings with Charlie he not only made us feel at ease but paid close attention to the importance of the day to ensure Alyson and I had the best wedding imaginable. This is a quality that is taken up by his staff as both Jill and Elena are indispensable. Not only did they attend to any/all our needs (whether getting drinks, reattaching eyelashes, or keeping us updated on upcoming moments) but brought personalities that dripped enthusiasm and happiness. They felt more a part of the wedding party then staff at the venue. The food was tremendous and plentiful. The drinks flowed. The atmosphere was perfect. Alyson and I are slightly disappointed that we donâtâ have another big event to plan because weâd use Swan Lake again in a heartbeat. They went above and beyond in making our wedding special. We couldnât have picked a better place.

I am so glad to have done my wedding there the venue was beautiful and everything was perfect!!!! Thanks so much to swan lake and every staff member who helped to make our wedding day so special!!! I would definitely recommend swan lake to anyone.

Wedding Date 22-09-2018
We had an amazing wedding reception at Swan Lake. Everyone really took care of us. My husband's mom has limited mobility, and would have found it hard to stand in the buffet line, so they fixed her a plate at dinner. During our pictures, they even brought her a chair so she could sit while she waited for her portraits. They also brought her a cart to move her around. After we were done with pictures, they helped clear debris from my dress (I did not even ask them to do it - my attendant just was super thoughtful). They also fixed a plate for my sister after she missed it to take care of my niece. The venue is obviously beautiful and the food was great, but there were also all of these little details which made us so happy we picked Charlie and his team. I can't say enough about them.We also found our photographer (Jessica and Connie at Capture the Moment Studios) and DJ (Anthony at High Voltage) through Swan Lake by choosing the wedding package. We really liked that Charlie did not pressure us into using his specific vendors, but we are so glad that he introduced us to them. Our photos are beautiful and the night was made so much fun by having Anthony as our DJ. Both Capture the Moment and High Voltage offered advice on creating our wedding schedule and reception timeline. With all the coordination of the team members, it was almost like we had a wedding planning team.

My wife and I had a fantastic wedding here last Saturday! The staff does a fantastic job. Charlie is your guy! He goes above and beyond to make sure you day runs smoothly. He is very accommodating, need something different on your menu, NO PROBLEM, want your very own chocolate fountain behind you, NO Problem. Again Charlie is your guy! Cannot say enough good things about the place. Also their in house vendors (DJ) really pack the one two punch.

Its hard finding the perfect location that adequately fits everything you may need I went all over long island looking for the perfect place and when I walked into swan lake I knew that swan lake was the one ! This place is a perfect beautiful location for the wedding of your dreams and the service i received from everyone was outstanding! Charlie whom i dealt with throughout my entire process is amazing he was on top of everything and went out of his way to make sure everything went perfect ! This place is a hidden gem and i am happy I can say i made a perfect choice my wedding was amazing ! Thank swan lake I will be sure to spread the word about your amazing service !
