Sycamore Hills was the best place to have our wedding!! They went above and beyond to help make our day perfect! Emily, our coordinator was the best!! She helped us in so many ways but she truly understood our vision! She made the best suggestions and we truly knew our wedding was in the best hands! The amount of compliments we received was insane! The food was AMAZING, and we were told by many of our guests and this was the best food they have ever had at a wedding! If you are considering to have your wedding at Sycamore, think no more!! They will give you the wedding of your dreams!

Sycamore Hills was the best place to have our wedding!! They went above and beyond to help make our day perfect! Emily, our coordinator was the best!! We are so incredibly happy we chose Sycamore for our wedding. Emily and Julie were so helpful throughout the planning and also throughout the entire wedding. They were there to answer any and all questions we had. The food was incredible and we are still getting compliments three weeks later. Who would have thought our December wedding would look and feel like spring.

We are so incredibly happy we chose Sycamore for our wedding. Emily and Julie were so helpful throughout the planning and also throughout the entire wedding. They were there to answer any and all questions we had. The food was incredible and we are still getting compliments three weeks later. Who would have thought our December wedding would look and feel like spring.

Emily and Julie were very professional, and they made sure that all of our needs were met. The venue is absolutely beautiful both for the ceremony and reception, and we can’t speak highly enough about the food! We are still receiving complements from our guests about the food and the service from the staff . Our wedding was absolutely perfect thanks to the staff at sycamore hills! What I loved most about the venue was all of the windows. It is bright and beautiful! The pergola overlooking the golf course was also so beautiful for our ceremony. The entire venue was immaculate. When we went for a tour of sycamore, we knew immediately that it was where we wanted to get married!

We primarily worked with Emily for event coordination, but also worked with Julie at times. Both are very nice! Emily was phenomenal the day of with making sure that we were taken care of all night! We unfortunately had a fair chunk of guests not able to come as we had originally planned for, and both Emily and Julie were able to help us get the most out of our money by coming up with add on ideas that made our day so much more special! So happy we got married at Sycamore!

Julie and Emily were amazing to work with! From the first day we visited Sycamore, we instantly knew we wanted to get married here. Julie and Emily were so thorough and patient and helped us plan our literal dream wedding piece by piece. They were always responsive and willing to help with every detail, large or small. The venue is absolutely beautiful, outdoor and indoor, a huge space that fit our 240 person wedding super comfortably with still lots of room to dance and party, DELICIOUS food and such pleasant and friendly staff. I was super impressed at how seriously they took our guests allergies- everyone was well taken care of with plenty of options to eat, even my gluten free people! They had a separate chef prepare those meals to ensure no cross contamination and everyone raved about the food! I had not one worry on my wedding day as Julie and Emily were both there and ensured everything ran smoothly so I didn’t even to think about a thing. Emily even helped capture some great sunset photos for us! I honestly have no complaints and know I would not have had the perfect day I did without the hard work, dedication and help of everyone at the venue. The coordinators and staff here truly went above and beyond for us and made our day so memorable. I will always be so appreciative to them for all they did to give me my dream wedding day and will definitely be choosing sycamore again for future events! We are still getting compliments on how great our wedding was 3 months later!

Everything about this venue was just perfect. Beautiful banquet hall, exceptional food, and all staff very professional, friendly, and helpful. The wait staff was so amazing and made sure our wedding party and immediate family never had to leave their seats for a drink during dinner. They had a designated server for me and my husband. Emily was absolutely amazing to work with she made sure all our questions were answered and made sure our day ran smoothly. I’m actually afraid of what my day would have looked like without her! The food was AMAZING!!! Many of our guests asked if they had a restaurant because the food was SO GOOD! My only complaint is that we felt rushed by the end of the night to get everything out that we brought with us. No where in our contract did it say that we had a time limit after our wedding to get our decor out and then Julie, the banquet manager, rushed us at the end of the night saying that we only had 30 minutes to get everything out. Other than that… HIGHLY Recommend this venue! Our day was PERFECT!

Sycamore Hills was probably our best decision when wedding planning. Both Emily and Julie were SO quick to respond to questions, we’re amazing to work with and made the day off absolutely perfect! We had both our ceremony and reception at Sycamore Hills and both were so perfect! They even added Edison lights on the patio for our spring wedding, it was so beautiful! These two women really made our whole experience flawless. From the day we toured the venue until our wedding day, I couldn’t have asked for more! I wish I was able to give more than 5 stars to sycamore hills and their team. After our venue cancelled on us 7 months before our big day we booked with sycamore and we are beyond glad that we did. Julie was absolutely fantastic to work with and made everything so easy for us to change over from our previous venue. She went above and beyond to ensure we had the most perfect day. We have received nothing except compliments from our guest about the venue, the amazing staff and how amazing the food was that night. We could not be more thankful for sycamore and their staff!!

We had the opportunity to work with Emily for our wedding at Sycamore and it was everything we wanted and more. The venue was beautiful, the food was amazing and even during these tough times they were fully staffed and so great the entire night! They were so great and accommodating when we had to switch our date and it made the replanning stress free when dealing with anything Sycamore related. I would definitely recommend using this venue for your wedding, you will not be disappointed!

The venue was beautiful, the food was amazing and even during these tough times they were fully staffed and so great the entire night! Julie and Emily were incredibly easy to work with and were always keeping open communication (especially with COVID changes) throughout the whole process. They were always willing to answer any questions we had and worked with us to make our budget and all we wanted work. The food is excellent and everything for our big day was on time as expected. I highly recommend this venue to any bride- your wedding will be in the not just good hands, but the best!

We just celebrated our wedding at Sycamore HIlls on 11/20/21 and we cannot say enough nice things. From all of the planning with Emily and Julie, to the day of set up, to the wait staff, right down to the coat check attendant, they were the biggest factor in making our day absolutely perfect. We have received nothing but compliments from our guests about how wonderful everything and everyone was...ESPECIALLY the food. The venue looked incredible, the food was amazing and the bar service was top notch. The staff helped with all of the take down of not only their own items, but with our personal decor as well. They helped us pack it all up and get it into our own vehicles after the reception ended. As the very over-involved perfectionist that I am, especially as a bride, I can honestly say that I didn't have to worry about a single thing that day. The staff coordinated with our vendors and our wedding party to make sure everything went absolutely perfect. They helped us pack it all up and get it into our own vehicles after the reception ended. As the very over-involved perfectionist that I am, especially as a bride, I can honestly say that I didn't have to worry about a single thing that day. The staff coordinated with our vendors and our wedding party to make sure everything went absolutely perfect. We had our daughters wedding here and honestly it was an incredible experience. The staff did an amazing job and the food was great. The wedding was in the dining room which is the best place to have a smaller intimate setting (150 people). The views of the golf course were perfect and since the weather cooperated we were able to enjoy the patio just outside. We were not sure what to expect, but this is one of the best experiences I have had with a wedding. On a final note our guests have had nothing but great things to say about the wedding, we had to kick people out, they were having so much fun.

Sycamore Hills Golf Club was the perfect hall for our wedding reception! After 4 months and touring 15 venues, Sycamore Hills was the best find!! Julie and Emily were very helpful and worked so hard to make us happy. Our bridal party loved the rides on the golf carts and our guests were raving that our reception was the best celebration they had ever been to! Thank you Sycamore Hills!!!

My husband and I had the best experience working with Julie & Emily at Sycamore Hills. They are kind, easy to work with and efficient. They truly made planning our special day easy to plan and fun! The venue is beautiful and the windows viewing the golf course on a beautiful day like we had, made for gorgeous lighting. Driving the golf carts out with our wedding party pictures were tons of fun and our photos were perfect! The food was great, bartenders were awesome and staff friendly and happy to be working!We would recommend Sycamore to everyone! Would recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I are so happy we chose Sycamore Hills as our wedding venue and reception! First off, Sycamore Hills property is beautiful! We fell in love with the outdoor ceremony spaces! If you are wanting an outdoor ceremony spot they have two- a gazebo and a massive beautiful brand new pergola! The reception hall is large and has large windows that overlook the golf course. This was a key selling point for us! Getting married here you can take your wedding pictures out on the golf course. The views from all around the golf course were beyond beautiful and serene! It was also fun driving around the golf course on golf carts (our wedding party had a blast!) I also can’t say enough great things about the staff. Both Julie and Emily (the event planners) were so informative about everything. You can get ahold of them easily for any questions/concerns. They made the planning super easy and fun!! Sycamore Hills hosts tasting events where you and your family can come try and sample the food. It was a fun event! Not only did it help us pick out our menu but they had all the specialty lien out and preferred vendors present to help with additional planning! Another great thing is Sycamore Hills uses Luxe Event Lien rental company- this company has every type of chair and lien you can dream of! They made a chair and lien package for me that was affordable to help dress up my reception space! I am so happy we chose Sycamore Hills as our wedding venue and reception. It was the most perfect day and I can’t say thank you enough to Sycamore Hills! I highly reccomend you check this place out for your special day!

Sycamore Hills is a beautiful venue to have a wedding celebration and we were very happy with our choice. We worked primarily with Julie to work out all the details of our big day. She is responsive, has a great sense of humor, and she knows weddings. She was very upfront with all of the costs which we appreciated. She was the rock that helped us plan our night and think through all of the little details like timing, extra décor, appetizers, etc. Our day started with our first look – where we met on the golf course for photos. Next, we did bridal party photos and were ready early; so we had time to relax. Julie checked in with us throughout the whole day. We had our wedding ceremony onsite at the gazebo and it was perfect. Julie walked us through how everything would go so we felt confident going into the day. Finally, the reception was a blast and the food was delicious. Julie made a point to make sure the head table had everything we needed during dinner and my husband and I always had our “choice drinks” in our hands. We would recommend Sycamore Hills for any event because of the client-centered service, the great food, and the beautiful setting!

On our wedding day- the staff at Sycamore Hills was absolutely phenomonel. My husband and I as well as our bridal party had our own personal staff member that made sure we had everything we needed the entire night. Our guests rave about the wonderful time they had at the wedding and it is all due to Julie and her team at Sycamore Hills!

This venue was PERfect for our wedding. My wife was very demanding and Julie the wedding planner fit in every one of her requests in such an elegant way I was very impressed with how it turned out. Julie and her staff did an AMAZING job from beginning to end with planning our reception. When we were greeted at the door relief came over us because we knew everything was perfect. Walking into the reception I was overcome with joy and happiness because everything was PERFECT!! Julie took all of my ideas and brought them to life. Their grounds and venue are beautiful and add such a romantic touch to our wedding day. Our reception was absolutely perfect. Our guests commented on the food and bar service and are still giving us compliments. Julie was a little rough around the edges from what I am used to dealing with but she definitely got the job done on the day of. My husband and I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out. The golf carts for our bridal party to go out on the grounds to do pictures was the perfect compliment to our already beautiful day. The pictures are amazing and the guys that took us out were so personable and fun to hang around with out there. Sycamore Hills is a beautiful venue and very clean. I had my wedding there last August and totally forgot to write a review. I don't know how I could have forgot because everything was more than we could have ever dream of. Julie was beyond amazing and her staff was so punctual and polite. Autumn got a new job about a month before my wedding but everything flowed seamlessly over to Julie. The venue is beautiful and they went above and beyond to make sure my husband, our families and myself were happy. When we arrived, they knew we were short on time for pictures and were going to miss apps and the staff were waiting outside for us with apps. From there, they allowed us to take out the golf carts so we could capture AMAZING pictures. The food was amazing and there was never a line at either bar. I would (and have) recommend it 100x's over!!!!

This place is wonderful. Totally seemed like too nice of a venue for me. Classy, elegant setting. Staff was unbelievable. Super cool and friendly people who made sure our night was perfect. Bartenders were funny gentlemen. Julie put everything together and left no detail out. The food was outstanding, they even added an item NOT on the menu just for us. I would without question refer any friends to Sycamore. Our night was perfect thanks to the effort the staff put into it.

Our wedding in May 2016 was incredible, thanks to Sycamore Hills Golf Club!Not only is the venue beautiful, it's affordable as well. Julie and Autumn were an excellent team and they worked it out so we would know EXACTLY what we would be paying, no surprises on the big day to stress us out. We had a package that included all the details - ceremony, venue, food, drinks, cake cutting, set up, linens, etc. which made paying for our own wedding so much easier. The food was excellent, many of our guests still talk about how much they enjoyed it. The room was gorgeous with all the windows and twinkling lights, we didn't have to spend a bunch extra to decorate a naturally beautiful space. The staff made our day run so smoothly, we didn't have to worry about a thing. They were professional, served great food and did everything that they were expected to do to make our day perfect. As a Bride, that's all you can want. My Husband and I could not be happier with the money and time we spent here. Sycamore Hills definitely made our wedding day truly special.

Our wedding in May 2016 was incredible, thanks to Sycamore Hills Golf Club!Not only is the venue beautiful, it's affordable as well. Getting married at sycamore hills was wonderful. Julie was so great to work with for the whole 9 months of planning. She also made sure my day ran seamlessly the day of. Everything looked absolutely beautiful. The backdrop of the trees and golf course was a perfect setting for our photos and our guests loved the back patio. Our guests complimented the food and appearance of the venue over and over again. My one and only complaint about sycamore hills as a venue is the pricing. But remember you get what you pay for. A lot of things that are \"included\" at other venues are an additional cost at sycamore hills such as colored napkins, and the tablecloths, the use of golf carts to take pictures. Overall I would definitely recommend this venue and specifically working with Julie. Without her I don't know if I would have made it through the day.

They really made us feel special throughout the day, and the planning process. \rAnd, due to the great value in their pricing structure, we were able to do a lot of upgrades--custom linens, late night food, dessert bar, ice sculpture, hot and cold hors d'ouevres, top shelf bar, upgraded meat, etcetera--and we still came in under our total wedding budget! We would not have had all these high-end features had we gone with another location.\rWe were very pleased with our reception, and highly recommend Sycamore Hills.

Everything was absolutely beautiful. The Gazebo was perfectly decorated and I loved it. I cannot even begin to explain how many compliments I not only received about how beautiful the venue was, but how great the staff was. Autumn insisted on making sure everyone there was having a great time. The bartenders were a big hit as well!! All of my guests told me afterwards that it was the BEST wedding they have been to.\r\rThere isn't one thing that I was unhappy about or wish that I would have changed. All the staff was fantastic for my wedding, we were very pleased. A few little things I'd change - put a high hook in the bride's room and carve out a space for the groom to get dressed in. We did a Friday night and got a price break so price was great, we had about 130 people, plenty of great food, beautiful surroundings, etc. We did onsite ceremony at the gazebo, we did pics on the course while guests had cocktail hour, came back and did dinner and dancing. The night flew by way too fast, I'd like to tell them if a future bride has a similar wedding to mine, tell her to invite me because I want to be able to relax and enjoy it!

We had over 200 people at our wedding and got married at the end of the summer on a Friday. Our ceremony was offsite.\r\rSycamore made it look like we spent twice as much as we paid for our venue. \r\rOur food was delicious and everyone raved about it. Guests said there was a constant flow of hors devours (they even brought some out to the wedding party). AND you can do shots at the bar! Not all venues allow this.\r\rThe fact that the venue is nearly all windows gives that outdoorsy feel without the worry about the weather outside. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting our wedding details correct, but there were small extra costs that crept up at the end (decorating costs (because you won't get access until the afternoon of), golf cart rental, cocktail tables, etc.), but its important to identify that asap vs. looking only at the per plate cost. The venue is clean and elegant, not dirty and outdated like some other in the vicinity.\r\rMy only major con was that dinner was served a bit slower than I would have liked (it was family style).\r\rI would definitely recommend getting married there.
