Where do I start?! This venue is absolutely stunning. The people I got to work with were some of the best people I've met. Communication was never an issue, even as I live across the country and panicked emailed them asking a question late at night that I've most likely asked before. They were also super helpful and accommodating as we had a smaller wedding. I would get married here a thousand times over if I could. Surreal, amazing, magical experience with Tabor Hill.

We could not have had a more perfect day at Tabor Hill for our September wedding. Hillary and Sarah were so easy to work with and were always quick to respond/ happy to answer our questions throughout the planning process. They were flexible with our vendors, were available the entire weekend for any last minute issues that could have come up, and helped ensure the day went as smoothly as possible. The venue itself is well maintained and looked beautiful for our fall wedding. Although we got incredibly lucky with the weather, I appreciated that they had back up plans if that wasn't the case, and the heaters within the tent were perfect as it cooled off throughout the evening. The whole day was wonderful, and all of our guests gave us glowing reviews for the venue choice!

We had such an amazing and beautiful wedding at Tabor Hill Estate Tent. The grounds are gorgeous, and the layout is perfect; their outdoor ceremony space is beautiful, and having the reception tent right there makes things so easy for guests, especially those who aren't from the area or those with mobility issues. Honestly, I wouldn't have pictured my wedding in a tent a few years ago, but the Estate Tent is amazing. It's sturdy with a permanent frame, and it lets so much light in; it feels really high-end, and more like a building than a tent. It's also really flexible for temperature; the side panels open when it's warm and nice out, and the panels close to keep heat in at night. They also had heat lamps to keep things warm. Our wedding was in the fall, so we had a warm day and a cool night, and the tent stayed a great temperature throughout the whole event. I also loved how flexible the space was; we had quite a few young kids at the wedding, and we were able to set up a kid's area with yard games and an extra table for coloring and activities. It's an amazing venue for an adults-only event, but was also perfect for our family wedding. The team at Tabor is amazing; once we booked with them, I didn't have to worry for a second about anything with the venue; I was confident it was all taken care of. Hillary and Sarah were both super responsive to the questions I had, and they made the whole process so much easier. The care the team showed and the personal touches along the way really made us feel so cared for by our venue; that even though they have many weddings throughout the season, they were genuinely as excited for and invested in our wedding as we were. Our guests had a fantastic time, we had a fantastic time, and I keep hearing how beautiful and amazing the venue was. Because everyone had such a great time at Tabor, I expect we'll be getting more visits from some of our longer-distanced relatives in the future. Thank you so much for everything; I would 100% recommend Tabor as an easy-to-work-with, gorgeous wedding venue.

I cannot even begin to express how much we are in love with Tabor Hill and their team.First off the venue itself is gorgeous without any décor at all. The tent is spacious and classy and the surrounding vines are breathtaking. Every single one of my guests wandered out into the vines to take the most gorgeous pictures.Second, and more important was the staff. Hillary and Sarah made wedding planning a breeze. They responded to my million questions within 24 hours each time and were more helpful than I could of ever hoped for. They kept me on track and helped me not forget a single detail of planning my wedding. They were so professional and friendly you could tell they have been doing this and excelling at it for some time.I cannot recommend this venue enough. From the wines and delicious signature drinks their team concocted to the coordinator and caterers that Tabor hill is contracted with, you will not be disappointed. It truly was my dream wedding. Tabor Hill holds a special place in our hearts and we will be going back to this place for years to come.

Hillary and her staff are top-tier amazing! Every question, request, and inquiry was handled quickly and with a âyesâ attitude. We truly couldnât have asked for a better day - Plus the wines, beers, and liquor all delicious! Our day was HOT and drizzly - the entire event staff knew I wanted to do the ceremony outside regardless of rain. They were on alert for bubbling up storms and planned around them. Due to the heat, I was feeling lightheaded mid reception and Hillary literally offered to put me in her car and run the AC so I could cool down. Truly the most thoughtful vendors we worked with for our day. Itâs worth the splurge and the pictures to have your day at this BEAUTIFUL space! When we walked into the private event tent, we knew it was the space for us. Working with Sarah and Hillary for almost two years confirmed that we absolutely made the right choice for our day. We canât wait to keep visiting Tabor Hill for years to come, as it now holds a very special place in our hearts!

From our initial communications to the wedding itself their event staff worked closely with us answering every question, probably repeating countless details, and ultimately helped us plan the perfect day. We were able to relax and savor each moment knowing that we had a great team taking care of things behind the scenes. We planned our wedding in 2019 and had to go through the \"postponing\" process in the summer of 2020, and even that they handled with such grace and understanding. We truly can't speak more highly of the venue and the team there.

Tabor Hill was an absolute dream!!!! It was beyond stunning for our July 30 wedding. The vineyard makes for the most beautiful pictures. Itâs so lush and gorgeous that it allows for minimal decor. The tent is also beyond amazing. It feels luxurious, not like a typical event tent, and really accents the beauty of the vineyard. I love that itâs open air with minimal walls and allows you to feel like youâre outdoors (also a huge plus for Covid). Overall this venue was far better than I could have possibly imagined. The team at white dahlia and tabor hill make the wedding set up seamless. Theyâre all so kind, so responsive, and so good at what they do. Hillary and Courtney were both amazing to work with, and took care of everything on the day of the wedding so I was able to just relax and enjoy the day. I would recommend tabor hill to everyone and anyone. I cannot even tell you how many of our guests said it was the best wedding venue theyâve ever been to. If youâre looking for somewhere to get married do it here!

Tabor Hill Winery made our wedding an absolute dream! Hillary Casey, the event manager made the entire planning process extremely enjoyable and stress free. We booked Tabor Hill for our wedding in March of 2019 and ended up needing to reschedule our wedding to July 17th, 2021 due to COVID-19. Hillary and her team were ALWAYS there to answer our questions, put our minds at ease, and truly support us every step of the way. Hillary is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients. Hillary was always so quick to thoroughly answer our many, many questions throughout the 2.5 year planning process. The estate tent is absolutely stunning...all of our guests were in awe of the how beautiful the entire wedding was in the middle of the lush vineyards. The estate tent, ceremony setting, and overall grounds are gorgeous. You are surrounded by greenery and nestled in such a quiet and peaceful setting. Many of our guests are still commenting on how the venue reflected a Pintrest board. The entire Tabor Hill staff went above and beyond to make our day perfect. We did not have to worry about one thing during our wedding because the Tabor and White Dahlia staff already had everything taken care of. It drizzled two hours before our ceremony and they made sure all of the furniture was perfectly dry in time for our ceremony. I highly recommend booking Tabor Hill as your wedding venue-you will be treated like family! We will miss working with Hillary and the entire Tabor staff but we can't wait to come back to Tabor to celebrate in the future!

The ceremony location in the vineyard was whimsical and romantic and the Estate tent for the reception lends itself to a party atmosphere filled with romance! Hillary, the coordinator, was a pleasure to work with! She was always available for phone calls, texts and in person planning meetings. She has great taste and can offer the best recommendations to make your wedding dreams come to life!

Tabor Hill is by far the best place I could have ever dreamed to have our wedding. The weather had a mind of it's own the day we got married, but the Tabor Hill staff did not let any hurdle get in their way! They quickly adjusted and changed plans (multiple times might I add), but made it completely stress free for me and my husband. From the early planning, day of coordination and all that was in between, Tabor Hill and Hillary were an absolute gem to work with! We couldn't be happier about our decision to have our wedding at Tabor Hill. We are still just elated at how perfectly everything went. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the venue was. The venue is set in a vineyard, and with grapes on the vine and the fall colors in full bloom, it was just a picturesque setting. Everyone had a great time and loved the beer & wine selection as well.   Our first visit to Tabor Hill was in April of 2019 when we were touring potential wedding venues. From that first meeting, Hillary treated us like family and made us feel comfortable. It took us months to make our decision to choose Tabor Hill, and then we wound up having to move from our original wedding date in June 2020, to a date in October due to COVID-19. Hillary's professionalism, experience, and kindness throughout the whole 1.5 year process really helped put us at ease amongst all of the craziness. We were still nervous about having a wedding during a pandemic, but Tabor Hill was great in helping make sure appropriate safety measures were taken to keep our guests safe.Now that our wedding is over, we are already looking forward to future trips to Tabor Hill to celebrate our anniversaries, or just to revisit a place filled with such great memories. We highly recommend Tabor Hill to anyone looking for an amazing wedding venue. Special thanks to Hillary and all of the Tabor Hill staff for making our wedding such a special day! -Tanya & Steve

Hillary stood by my side every step of the way. Once we got the green light, it was full speed ahead and everything worked out perfectly and looked exactly how I imagined. They even made sure the weather worked out for us! (LOL) Outdoor ceremony, outdoor cocktail reception and reception in the Grand Marx room. Picture perfect and professional. The food was out of this world! large portions from appetizers to salad to entree to dessert. Cocktails never stopped flowing. The service was top notch! We would do it all over again in a heartbeat! The venue was incredible and Tabor Hill staff were super accommodating. Our day of coordinator, Hillary, was very thoughtful, organized, and knowledgeable. Hillary even stored our favorite wine that was discontinued for us in the bridal cabana so my bridesmaids and I could have some on hand! Communication between us and the venue was easy and we always received responses back within reasonable time frames. The venue has contracts with CK catering which you will have to go through for meals- they were great to work with, very flexible when we requested a taco bar. They also partner with Beverage Specialist for bartenders and our only negative feedback was that one of the bartenders was quite surly on our wedding night towards us and our guests. We provided this feedback to Tabor Hill and I have no doubt they will follow up. Overall we highly recommend this venue. The location is intimate and everyone you work with is friendly and competent. Our guests gave so many compliments about the venue and we had the best day ever!

Their tent was by FAR the most structural secure (this is important if you have inclimate weather) Even when other venues seemed exceptionally cheaper than Tabor, when you started factoring in the other details that were missing, Tabor was right in the ballpark. An immediate advantage we noticed was how many of the variables they took out of the equation. No need to worry if itâs cold (they brought in heaters without additional charge), no need to worry about chairs (itâs included), delicious exclusive catering so no need to interview 4 different caterers. They were also the only venue that seemed to care about just making our day special. Small requests to make our day unique were granted without hesitation. Not to mention their preferred vendor sheet was wonderful, all of our vendors were fabulous and Hillary and Nick handled the rest. The only single issue we had on our day (that either myself or my groom heard about) was the weather. And I can say the follow with the upmost certainty âIt HAILED on my wedding day, We got married outside, and Everyone had a blast. To us it was the Best Day it could have possible been.â I canât wait until we have another excuse to have an event at Tabor Hill.

We went in a little blind as the venue wasn't actually built when we booked, but Hillary and Nick guided as every step of the way and delivered on a PERFECT wedding day experience. The setting is absolutely beautiful - the ceremony takes place in the vineyards backing up to the forest. The tent is spectacular, service is great, and every detail is so well thought out. We received so many compliments on our venue choice, and when asked if there was anything we would do differently with our wedding day, we can honestly say we wouldn't change a thing! The event team was so great to work with, and everyone was extremely welcoming the day of the wedding. Down to the last detail, they made sure we had everything we needed. Not only were we happy, but our guests had a great time and had positive things to say about the venue as well. The setting was beautiful between the arbor for the ceremony, the large airy tent, and the vineyards all around us (our wedding was in early September, so the grapes were ripe and added even more to the scenery). We highly recommend Tabor Hill, and wouldnât change anything if we had to do it all over again!

We visited various places in the area but the few other options all had serious flaws. Tabor Hill is a lovely setting with enough room to move indoors for the ceremony if it had rained. The set menu options were good, although having a dessert selection in addition to a cake was a bit too much (all menus included dessert, there was not an option to exclude it). While the carpeted dining room made dancing a challenge, on the other hand it allowed for audible conversation during dinner. Attentive staff.
