Talamore country club was the best venue to have our wedding at! From the grand staircase to the food everything was exceptional and above all expectations! Ronnie and Karen was the best to work with and Ronnie was the groom and bridal attendant and she was right there the whole night. Thank you again making our night special!

Talamore Country Club was great for our wedding in May 2023! The grounds are beautiful and we got great photos around them and in the club. The ballroom is beautiful with its high ceilings and grand staircase. The space is large and it fit our 138 guests quite comfortably. Karen was great to work with and answered my many questions via email and in person. The food was delicious as well and my guests could not stop talking about the cocktail hour! The mashed potato bar was a hit and I highly recommend choosing that as one of the stations. Can't recommend Talamore enough and I wish I could get married there all over again!

Mark and the staff were top notch from the first tour to the end of our night. Mark was so outgoing and personable and a pleasure to work with! He was also very flexible and responsive with regards to scheduling venue visits and kept us informed of upcoming \"due dates\" for certain decisions to be made regarding layouts and decorations which really helped our day go smoothly! And of course nothing was set in stone.....last minute decisions or changes were not a problem and they wanted our day to be exactly how we wanted it and were willing to make anything we needed to happen, happen! The venue is beautiful, the coordinators and all staff are fabulous, and there are plenty of delicious food options for guests to enjoy from start to end. We had the pleasure of working with Mark. Mark was very kind and patient guiding us through the entire process and answering all of our questions; he truly brought all of our visions to life. The day of Mark had everything perfectly in place and kept the night moving within our timeline; Ronnie was there the day of as well and was so sweet and attentive. I highly recommend Mark and Talamore Country Club.

We got married at Talamore earlier this year, at the end of April, and had an amazing experience throughout the planning process and on the day of. Karen, our point of contact in the lead up to the day, was attentive, responsive, communicative, and always ready to answer any questions we had by email or by phone. I stopped by many times, to test the audio, look for photo spots, sign off on napkins, do the tasting, etc and she was so kind and thoughtful throughout it all! We And everything was seamless on the day of -- the venue looked beautiful, and the staff were so kind to us, and when one of the guests had a medical scare I really felt they were looking after us. They also have an amazing package in terms of value and cost. The food was amazing, and the fact that they include in their pricing a cake from Night Kitchen Bakery PLUS a doughnut wall was very well received by guests :) I definitely recommend this venue to anyone in the area looking for something elegant, beautiful, well planned, and not insanely expensive.

I had my wedding at Talamore Country Club on November 6th. Honestly, Karen was Amazing! She was who I worked with up until my ceremony was over. Super responsive and made sure I didn't forget any items. The day of coordination and support was great, any questions she was available upon request and we were able to stay on schedule. Having a stress free event because your venue was really helpful is really important!! Highly recommend. I had a signature mocktail at my event that Talamore did for me and everyone loved the service!

I cannot stress enough how amazing my wedding at Talamore CC was. I had the pleasure of working with Mark, and Mark went above and beyond to make sure my wedding day was as perfect as possible. From booking our initial wedding day to postponing due to Covid, Talamore made everything as stress free as possible. The venue was stunning and my guests still rave about how great the food was at our wedding. Also, my bridal attendant, Ronnie, was life saver. If it wasn't for her, we would probably still be bustling my dress. I do not have a single regret booking with Talamore and would highly recommend them to anyone.

If you get the chance to work with Mark do it! He's super informative, and super helpful. They were flexible with us postponing because of covid. He is super friendly to work with. He made sure everything was going smoothly for the night, the vendors had what they needed, and my husband and I were a priority on having a good time! The venue is absolutely gorgeous. We got married in the Conservatory ballroom which has 2 floors, high ceilings and a beautiful staircase. We were making changes due to people canceling up until the week of the wedding and he was super helpful and kept me calm the whole time. The staff at Talamore is also amazing! If you get the chance to have your wedding or any event at this gorgeous venue, do it. The staff and event planners were truly amazing. Not only was the staff amazing, but so was the food. Our meals were delicious and the guests keep telling us how amazing their food was. The guests also loved the venue and had such a great time as well. Thank you Mark & Talamore Country Club for making our day so special.

Talamore CC was the best venue choice for my husband and I. We live in Bucks County, and a lot of venues in our area (and Philadelphia area) are extremely overpriced and you get paid little attention. Talamore is AMAZING! Karen was our coordinator and Roni helped us as well the day of the wedding, and they did not disappoint. Karen was so responsive for every silly question I had (and I had many!!) especially during the pandemic. Karen makes every decision so easy for you and really supports you through every step of the process. Planning a wedding did not feel stressful like a lot of people tell you because I had the best venue! The venue itself is absolutely stunning inside and out, and they also made recent renovations so it's even more beautiful than it was when we initially booked. The day of the wedding they take all the stress or anxiety you may have away because they do everything for you!! Roni even helped me change my shoes after the ceremony! The food is served hot and tastes incredible, the bartenders make amazing drinks and are fast, and everyone who works there is kind, helpful and knowledgeable! My wedding day started off as any bride wants it to, with pouring, sideways rain... and Karen let me wait until the last minute to make a decision for an indoor/outdoor ceremony. The rain stopped just in time for an outdoor ceremony, and they rest was history!! We had our ceremony in June and let me tell you, the property is just breathtaking. We also saw the venue in the fall when we initially chose Talamore, and it was beautiful then too!! I don't have enough words to thank them for all the help and personal touches they had for my husband and I for our wedding day. I would choose Talamore over and over again for a wedding venue HANDS DOWN!

Talamore was amazing! Me being a little bit of a control freak, Andrea and Mark really made feel comfortable loosening the reigns a little bit. Throughout the entire process, any question I had they answered promptly and were very accommodating. The venue is so pretty and not your typical ballroom as it has a mezzanine level overlooking the main floor and beautiful chandeliers as well as a gorgeous staircase going to the second floor. Our bridal consultant the day of the wedding was so attentive and never even had to ask for anything, she was always there to help. The food was absolutely AMAZING! Our special day went perfect thanks to Mark and Talamore and would 100% recommend to anyone!

I couldn't imagine having our wedding without her. She was so personable / friendly and yet professional. She was always available (even on her days off) and helped us out more than we can count. In regards to the venue, it literally speaks for itself.More importantly was the staff. Everyone talked about how amazing the staff was and their attention to detail. We selected the masterpiece package and it was worth every penny.At Talamore and with Karen as our host we weren't customers, we were family.

I can’t say enough about Talamore Cou try Club! Our wedding was perfection from start to finish! Mark McCool was so easy to work with and so understanding and accommodating to anything we needed even prior to our wedding day! I didn’t have to worry about one thing the day of the wedding everything went as planned and the staff was amazing! All of our guests loved the food and drinks! I can’t say enough about Talamore Cou try Club! Our wedding was perfection from start to finish! Mark McCool was so easy to work with and so understanding and accommodating to anything we needed even prior to our wedding day! I didn’t have to worry about one thing the day of the wedding everything went as planned and the staff was amazing! All of our guests loved the food and drinks! I would definitely recommend Talamore as your wedding venue!

I have gotten so many wonderful comments about the affair from family, friends, and all of the guests! The Talamore Country Club gave the new bride and groom a magical beginning into the world of matrimony!

We had the most wonderful wedding reception at Talamore. The venue is beautiful, the staff is extremely kind and helpful, and the food and drinks were excellent. Our wedding coordinator, Andrea, went above and beyond for us, helping us to manage all of our vendors, customize our menu, coordinating our timeline, and making us feel at home on our big day. I would recommend Talamore, and Andrea in particular, to anyone.

Best choice ever - a beautiful memory forever! We live in Maryland but I am originally from Pennsylvania. We knew it made sense to get married in PA because my family is larger and especially since the Philly airport is close for out of town guests. I found Talamore on TheKnot late one night. I told myself I didn't want a country club wedding but would look anyway. We immediately fell in love!!! It is classy and spacious. The ballroom is stunning. The natural light was perfect for our brunch wedding. We even took photos out on the tennis court! Mark McCool was so patient with my many emails and requests. I also had an outside day-of-coordinator because I wanted certain vendors not part of the preferred list as well as help with timeline, design, etc. Mark McCool was so welcoming to working with her! If there was a problem at the wedding I definitely did not know about it thanks to him. They brought us mimosas to the bridal suite. Guests are still raving about the food - especially the whipped potato bar at cocktail hour! I loved that we also got to taste test food, a cake was included in our package from the amazing Bredenbecks. The list really goes on and on. My husband's family did not get to see Talamore before the wedding because they live in California. They were blown away!!!

We chose Talamore Country club as our wedding reception venue on December 7, 2018 – and we could not have made a better choice. My husband’s family were members of the club for a long time and knew the place inside and out. We had our cocktail hour on the second floor of the conservatory, and the dinner and dancing on the main floor. We did a buffet for dinner and had about 130 guests total. The initial planning process was fun, but a little scattered. A year out, our first planner gave us a tour of the facility, gave us recommendations for planning and helped us try and visualize what we want as far as décor. From that, we chose it as our venue and looked forward to the planning process. Our first planner got an opportunity outside of Talamore, so then we were paired up with Andrea – and we could not have been happier with her! We live in Florida, so my mother in law was such a huge help with communication and site visits throughout the year long process. Andrea and her clicked instantly, and we knew we were going to be well taken care of. On the big day, Andrea was so attentive and caring – she would have done anything we asked for. However, she was so good that we did not have to ask for anything on that day – she had everything covered. She’s a very sweet person, and amazing at her job. We want to thank Talamore for pairing her up with us because we could not have been happier with her. The food, the décor, the set up was perfect and we are so grateful to the Talamore team. I would recommend them to anyone as a wedding reception venue, and I have seen pictures of their ceremony set-ups – and those look beautiful as well. Thank you!

Karen made our wedding dreams come true. She worked very diligently with me over 10 months to totally nail our wedding with 305 guests. Yes, 305. Each guest has since raved about the venue, and the food. The service was impeccable and most importantly Joe and I, along with our families had the time of our lives. We were able to choose multiple entrees, offered bottles beer instead of draft, had fantastic appetizers, and the venue looked spectacular. I went to a wedding here when I was 19, and knew I wanted to have my future wedding here, because it is amazing. Karen gave me huge pointers along the way, and really become a close friend during what can be a stressful time. She even let us come in and do our first look at the venue, way before the reception started. If you are looking for a wedding with a very elegant feel, amazing food, a huge dance floor, a mezzanine, or amazing coordinators...look no further! We would do it over and over again if we could! My wife and I absolutely loved having the wedding at Talamore. I would unequivocally recommend Andrea Bradley as a wedding coordinator to anybody/anytime/anywhere, period. She is a special person working at a special place, which made the experience an unforgettable one.I'd argue the food at Talamore is the best around, the staff is the most helpful, the venue is the most beautiful, and the entrance down the staircase is THE single-best reception entrance for a wedding party/couple in Philadelphia.The patio for Happy Hour is awesome for guests, and I had people all night complimenting us on the venue and specifically that cocktail hour was the best one they've been to, for the combination of food quality, bar/butler service, and the VIEWS.Our wedding day was amazing, and we couldn't be more appreciative to Andrea Bradley and the Talamore staff for making it a special day and experience.

My husband and I both agree that we honestly couldn't have picked a better venue for our wedding. Early in our planning we had to cross off numerous venues from our list for various reasons and had to start over from scratch. A Google search led me to find Talamore Country Club. From the beginning we said we really didn't want to have our wedding at a hotel or a country club, but there was something about the photos on their webpage (particularly the ones of the beautiful brick courtyard) that lead us to book an appointment to meet with them. We ended up visiting on a dreary, rainy day...and even on a dreary, rainy day we absolutely fell in love with the place.We worked with Mark McCool through the planning process and he was really wonderful to work with. He was great about answering all of our questions (oh, and there were a lot of them!) in a timely manner and was a huge help with the overall planning process, giving us advice and tips that proved to be exceptionally helpful. We also loved how flexible he was with our planning (if we needed to change something, move something to a different room, change something on the menu, etc, he did everything to accommodate!) We also appreciate that we never felt pressured into anything.The wedding day itself was wonderful. All of the staff at Talamore were great (I lost count of the number of staff members who wished us \"congratulations!\") and everyone (especially Mark and my bridal attendant Krista) were quick to make sure we got anything we needed. And oh, the food! The FOOD! We did a brunch wedding, so we had a nice mix of breakfast and lunch items and so many of our guests were raving about the food even days later. (I'm still gabbing with guests about the amazing waffles they made!)I couldn't recommend Talamore more highly!

From start to finish, it is Talamore's goal to ensure that your wedding day goes as perfectly as you have imagined it! Our wedding coordinator was Mark, who will review and repeat all details (both large and small) as many times as you need. Mark toured the facility with my parents and I in the winter and gave recommendations based on his decades of experience. He shared pictures to show what we could expect to see in bloom for our summer wedding. Then when I took my fiancé back, Mark repeated the process! The food tasting was lovely! There were so many options, and it was like being out for dinner; the staff is helpful, courteous, and allows you to take your time with each course. The day of our wedding, the facility was decorated exactly as envisioned! We were able to sneak a peek during some downtime prior to guests arriving. While my husband and I took pictures, our guests enjoyed a signature drink that they raved about, and a plentiful assortment of hot/cold hors d'oeuvres. The grounds are nothing short of spectacular in the summer, from the wooden bridge to the gazebo, to the beautiful hills of the golf course. Krista, our bridal attendant, inconspicuously aided Mark in overseeing the smooth running of our entire reception. Afterwards, they package all your personal items to be picked up later. We cannot say enough positive things about Talamore, the staff, and the wonderful experience we had! Thank you so much!

The Talamore Country Club is a fantastic venue. During our research it was one of the only venues that offered that option to bring in your own caterer and use a different bakery than what they offered. Despite this, the menu Talamore offered was too enticing (and ended up being amazing), and the bakeries they partnered with ended up being excellent. The venue is beautiful, and the options offered are all fantastic. The vendors they've partnered with are all high-quality and flexible, which made the entire wedding planning process easier. Even more, our wedding coordinator, Andrea, was responsive and attentive to all our questions and needs. The wedding was perfect day of. Frankly speaking, I have no idea if there were any issues in the background. Food was perfect, set up was great, and the night was incredible. The only issue to highlight would be that our coordinator changed between our reservation (more than a year before our wedding date) and one of our payments. It wasn't until we reached out to Talamore that we started hearing more from them. We aren't sure if this is standard or not, and the great experience after that more than makes up for it. Ultimately, we would recommend the Talamore Country Club for anyone who intends to have a wedding in Pennsylvania.

Les Jardins is a beautiful venue, and we got beautiful pictures from the three rooms we used inside as well as on the grounds beforehand. We had a daytime wedding, and the sun comes right through the large windows in the main ballroom, even on a day that was a little rainy. They were also very accommodating and allowed us to bring in an outside caterer (we already hired a BBQ pit master for a pig roast). Karen was easy to work with and coordinated well with our caterer and our other outside vendors (DJ, photographers, photobooth), and we didn't notice any gaps in service. While we had someone getting us our drinks for us, we heard from our guests that the bartenders were great.

Les Jardins/Talamore Country Club did a great job with our wedding! They managed to arrange our dream outdoor garden ceremony, even with the threat of rain! The food and decor was wonderful! Karen did a great job from start to finish with everything and was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Krista stayed by my side and helped so much to make sure that I ate and had everything I needed! My only concern was that a staff member and golf member of the golf course were extremely rude to our photographer as well as my husband and I when we were taking photos on the bridge. Karen assured me that she would find out who they were and handle it and I believe she did. My advice to Talamore would be to keep the golfers and staff with golf carts away from people that are spending that much money to have special outdoor photos on those grounds. Les Jardins/Talamore Country Club did a great job with our wedding! They managed to arrange our dream outdoor garden ceremony, even with the threat of rain! The food and decor was wonderful! Karen did a great job from start to finish with everything and was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Krista stayed by my side and helped so much to make sure that I ate and had everything I needed! My only concern was that a staff member and golf member of the golf course were extremely rude to our photographer as well as my husband and I when we were taking photos on the bridge. Karen assured me that she would find out who they were and handle it and I believe she did. My advice to Talamore would be to keep the golfers and staff with golf carts away from people that are spending that much money to have special outdoor photos on those grounds. Other than that everything was what we hoped it would be! Thank you to the staff at Les Jardins/Talamore!

We cannot say enough good things about Talamore Country Club!! I knew as soon as I was looking for venues that I wanted to visit Talamore. The minute we met with Karen and saw the grounds and ballroom we were hooked! Our coordinator, Karen was so helpful from the very beginning and kept us sane throughout the whole planning experience! She was knowledgeable and caring and she made everything a breeze right up and through our day! The grounds were absolutely stunning and I knew they would be a perfect backdrop for our wedding photos and they did not disappoint! The ceremony location outside under the pergola was stunning! Our guests are still raving about the abundance of food we had at our cocktail and dessert hour! The spreads were absolutely amazing and the quality of the food was out of this world! Thank you so much to Karen and the whole Talamore team for making our day absolutely perfect!We are so thankful that we chose Talamore, we wish we could relive the day over and over again!

After having seen over a dozen other venues, we felt Talamore was the one for us not only because of its absolute beauty and sophistication, but because its staff was welcoming and just amazing to work with. This is especially true since our wedding was an ethic (Pakistani) wedding, so there were definitely some challenges, but which Mark took in stride and ironed out for us every single time. It's certainly true when they say that a party planner makes the wedding experience all the better, simply because you no longer have to deal with any hassle and can just enjoy your upcoming Big Day. And since the Talamore Country Club provides you with one of their experienced planners from the get-go, it's an all around win-win situation.In short, if you're looking for a beautiful venue with breathtaking views both inside and out, I couldn't recommend Talamore highly enough. Our wedding at Talamore was absolutely perfect and everything we could have hoped for! My husband and I knew it was the venue for us the minute we walked in. The outside ceremony space in the gardens is beautiful. The inside ceremony space is just as beautiful with the elegant double staircase. We ended up taking advantage of the inside space because of the weather, which ended up being the best thing ever. It was truly a fairy tale entrance walking down the staircase and the aisle. It was perfect for our first look and our Beauty and The Beast entrance to the reception. The food was absolutely delicious as well! Guests were raving about the Crab Cakes and Beef Wellington. We also cannot thank our coordinator Karen enough for all the hard work she put in to making our day so special! She was kind, accommodating, and very knowledgeable! We were so confident and had no worries going into the day of wedding because of her expertise. She always made herself available and was quick to answer any questions we had. We also want to thank Krista, our bridal attendant, who stuck by our side all night making sure we always had a drink, were eating food, and had everything we needed. Karen, Krista, and the whole Talamore team were amazing! We are so happy we chose Talamore for our wedding!!

Our wedding at Talamore Country Club in Ambler, PA was everything we could have hoped for. From the beautiful Gardens to the grand staircase in the Conservatory reception hall, the venue itself was fantastic. There was plenty of space for all of our 265 guests and beautiful scenery for our wedding pictures. Mark McCool was a great host and helped us from the very beginning to make sure all of our needs were met. He helped ensure our table centerpieces were placed, arranged for us to have a rehearsal with use of the actual speakers/sound system to help us practice our wedding party entrances, and provided both the groomsmen and bridesmaids with separate private gathering rooms to use throughout the entirety of our wedding day. This was a big help as we had an Indian style ceremony in the early afternoon and a Western style reception later in the evening, so the rooms were necessary for us to get changed and take more pictures in. Mark kept in contact with us via email and phone over countless messages we sent him about every random detail that came to mind, and he definitely helped put us at ease and make sure our big day went smoothly. Furthermore, all the rest of the staff at Talamore that we encountered were incredibly nice and attentive. Everything went perfectly and we definitely recommend using Talamore for your big day!

I truly don't know where to begin. I had the worst experience with Talamore. The first tour my fiance and I took we immediately fell in-love with the venue. Little did we know, we were about to be misguided and given the wrong information from the start. We were told we would get a 10% discount if we booked so far out in advance and that we would be the only wedding the day that we chose. We then went back for a second tour with our parents and all the details we originally planned for were changed. We now couldn't have the 10% discount unless we booked 10 months or less from our wedding date and we now had to pay 6K extra to rent out the other ballroom to be the only wedding. This left a horrible taste in our mouths and knew things were only going to get worse with this place. Although the grounds and the Ballroom were gorgeous, I would not recommend Talamore. I am glad this horrible experience happened to us because we eventually found our perfect venue and coordinator who knew what they were doing and wouldn't go back on their word.

My husband and I, Tim, got married on 3/18/18 and everything was perfect due to Karen's expertise and the love she actually has for her profession. From the bottom of my heart Karen, thank you! The Talamore Country Club was absolutely perfect. We had the pleasure of working with Karen Ferry, a delightful, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful person. She made sure all of our questions were answered, every concern was addressed, and everything was perfect from day 1. On the day of, Karen and two other ladies (I apologize for forgetting their names) made sure we had anything we could possibly need. All 3 were calming presences, just in case. Two really sweet things: Pre-ceremony, Karen was lovely and reminded us all to breathe and directed the timing of the walk down the aisle and, then, post-ceremony, she and the bridal attendant stood at the top of the aisle as my husband and I exited and handed us each a glass of champagne with a wish of congratulations. The bridal attendant walked with us to let us know we had food in the bridal suite and asked if we wanted a glass of our signature drink. Furthermore, the food was perfect, the servers were lovely, and the bartenders were delightful. To top it off, the Conservatory Ballroom was breathtaking. It was large, but felt intimate and the views from the first and second floors were absolutely gorgeous. After the reception, we didn't feel rushed to leave and Karen, of course, offered to help carry things out for us. All in all, I could not have asked for a more perfect venue.

I highly recommend Talamore! My husband and I had our wedding reception there on September 23rd. We originally stopped there on a whim because we were in the area and decided to check it out. We didn’t have an appointment but our soon-to-be event specialist, Maureen was very welcoming and accommodating. We immediately fell in love with every detail of the place and booked it a few days later. To this day, we are still receiving so many compliments from our guests about every aspect of the day. Talamore had exactly what we wanted for our cocktail hour...the Monet Garden Room opens onto the patio where you can take in the gorgeous scenery. The Conservatory Ballroom alone is absolutely stunning as well. The staircase leading up to the balcony is beautiful and the balcony offered a separate space for guests to hang out, as well as helped to get some pretty cool pictures of the dance floor. There are so many beautiful spots all around Talamore that make for fantastic pictures.The food was delicious. Some of the favorite hors d’oeuvres were the bacon-wrapped scallops (totally worth the up-charge), the pigs in a blanket, tempura asparagus, and shrimp casino. All three entrees we had were raved about — beef wellington, salmon francaise, and chicken champignon.The staff at Talamore is great. Maureen was our event specialist and was amazing! We could not have asked for a better person to help us through all the planning. She was very helpful with every question and concern we had. Krista was our bridal attendant the night of our wedding. She was very nice and attentive. All of the staff were polite, helpful, and dedicated to making it the best night of our lives.I am in a friend’s wedding at Talamore next August and we can’t wait to go back!

I just wanted to thank everyone at Talamore Country Club, for giving Shawn and I our dream wedding. Not only was the food amazing, but the setup was absolutely beautiful. We just got married here Saturday June 3, 2017 and it was fabulous! We worked with Mark since last summer and he was extremely attentive and responded promptly to all of our questions or issues. The staff was wonderful and really stuck to their professionalism to make sure everything went the way that I wanted. All of our guests were impressed with the quality of the food and all of the little details. My bridesmaids and I arrived earlier than we stated to the suite and the staff was courteous and welcomed us regardless. As I was waiting with my dad for our big entrance, I overheard a staff member tell another staff member to be careful with the doors because the bride was nearby-such attention to every detail! I fell in love more with the place!

Talamore is simply breathtaking! This venue is absolutely beautiful, unique, and just perfect.. especially for our Cinderella Fairytale Wedding! I went to a few venues before Talamore and I had a few appointments set up for after Talamore, but from the moment I walked in I knew this was our place! I cancelled all the other appointments and booked Talamore. Mark was our coordinator and he's awesome! This guy answered my emails any day at any time. Being a bride and your own wedding planner can be extremely stressful, but to have someone answer your questions the minute you think of them definitely helps so much. Mark also coordinated everything with all of other vendors.. I didn't have to do a thing! I was grateful for Marks service from the moment we walked in to Talamore and still to this day.. making us aware of an item we left behind, helping my new husband set up his membership, etc. Not only was the venue and service great, but the food.. omg the food.. now I know some brides say they didn't even have time to eat.. well with food that good, I cleared my plate! Everyone was telling us how great the food was! Our options were braised beef, salmon francaise, and eggplant.. our friends and family even raved about the mashed potatoes.. oh and I can't forget the Philly cheesesteak setup at the end.. mmm!! My advice is.. if you want to book the perfect venue, book Talamore! :)

My husband and I attended a wedding reception at Talamore a couple of weekends ago. This was the fourth wedding we went to this year alone, (countless together probably due to our enormous family), and I can undoubtedly say that it has been our favorite. The venue is extraordinarily beautiful! Upon exiting the parking lot to enter the building through the main entrance, you are greeted by a bubbling fountain in a quaint courtyard. In retrospect I realized how quiet and serene this location is despite being located just off of Welsh Rd. Someone was waiting at the door to greet us and escort us to our event. It appeared as though other events were taking place and I thought this to be a nice, convenient, and personal touch. Our event was in their grand ballroom and it was breathtaking! Giant windows let the last bit of sunlight of the day pour onto a large marble floor in the center of the room, directly in front of a staircase that split to allow two points of access to the upper level. The service matched if not exceeded the beauty of Talamore. The servers were efficient, non-invasive, and seemed to be there any time I needed them. The food was absolutely incredible! From the cocktail hour to the entrees everything was tremendous! I would highly recommend Talamore to anyone who is looking for a wedding venue, as for my husband and I we are seriously considering the site for our Wedding!!!

Having our reception at Talamore was one of the best decisions we made in the whole process of getting married. Karen, our Event Specialist, was an absolute joy to work with... we will miss her dearly. She was a huge help and amazing guide leading up to our big day. When it was time for the big event, everyone at Talamore was incredible. We were kept informed of everything as it was about to happen without needing to worry about any of it at all... we were in good hands and able to relax and enjoy with our family and friends. Beyond the great people, Talamore is absolutely beautiful and the food was amazing.I really cannot say properly in words how wonderful Talamore was. My wife and I will be re-living those memories forever.

Our children had their wedding reception at the Talamore County Club in Ambler on October 8, 2016. We were very fortunate to work with Karen during the 15 month process. We used the main ballroom for the reception, the gardens for the cocktail party and the gathering room for “taste of Philadelphia”. The staff were exceptional from the bartenders to the waiters/waitresses to the maître‘d and everyone else that made the day just perfect. The food including the cocktail party, mashed potato bar, antipasti station and of course dinner was exceptional. We are still getting calls from family and friends who are telling us this was by far the best venue they had been to for a wedding. We had a hick-up because of the shuttle service but Karen extended the cocktail party so that everyone would be able to enjoy themselves during cocktail hour. If you are considering a wedding venue, consider the Talamore, you will not be disappointed.

so I remember the day we went venue shopping and the talamore was our second and final place. it is truly a perfect setting for a outdoor or indoor ceremony. we chose and outdoor in the fall and it was absolutely beautiful with the lake and swans in the background behind our ceremony. the coordinator mark who helped us was very professional and always receptive to our questions. he has over 30 Years experience so will make sure everything is done properly. also the food was absolutely delicious everything from the hor duevers to the dinner. all in all the talamore is an amazing venue with even better staff. Truly a place that will make your special day even better

The grounds alone are magnificent and picture perfect. We fell in love with Talamore from day one just from the initial walk through, and were constantly impressed at every meeting from thereon. We were beyond blown away by the food and beverage tasting. The staff does an amazing job and attending to your every need or specific request. Talamore has several different dinner options for your day a buffet, sit down, and a elite package. There are of course add ons if you want which are extra but that is up to the couple. We received rave reviews from all our guests on how amazing the food was and the beauty of the reception. I highly recommend Talamore Country Club for a wedding, reception, or both. If you get a choice for wedding coordinator, pick Mark he is excellent!

We are so happy we chose Talamore for our wedding reception! We worked with Karen, one of the wedding coordinators. She helped us through all of our planning and she was amazing! We are so happy we chose Talamore for our wedding reception! We worked with Karen, one of the wedding coordinators. She helped us through all of our planning and she was amazing! My coordinator at Talamore was Karen Ferry and she did an impeccable job at making our experience an incredible one. If something we wanted wasn't a pre-set option, it never hurt to ask! Karen was happy to help customize our package to get just what we wanted and leave out what we didn't. The food was delicious, the staff was polite and energetic, and the rooms were beautiful and clean. I could go on, but the main take-away point is easy: everyone at Talamore made it so that my husband and I had very little to worry about on our wedding day. We had our wedding reception at Talamore on 5/22/15, and it was absolutely perfect! We worked with Mark, who made sure each detail of our evening was exactly as we wanted. We started with cocktail hour in the garden room/patio and then dinner and dancing in the main ballroom. We then finished up with cake/coffee in the sitting room between the two. We received so many compliments from our guests about the space. The staff were very friendly, especially the servers. Everything was beautiful. It was also great to have the gardens for photographs before the reception. An extra added bonus was the bridal party suite where we could keep our things and freshen up throughout the evening. The food for both cocktail hour and dinner was delicious! Our guests were (and still are) raving about it.

Guests raved about the food from the mini grilled cheese and tomato soup at cocktail hour to the steaks at dinner to the cake for dessert! The bartenders were superb and poured excellent cocktails all night! The maître d I was appointed to for the night was adorable, pleasant and at all times three feet away from me to get whatever I needed. The staff at Talamore are exceptional to work with - especially Mark McCool! He was so patient with my 10,000 questions, prompt with every response, and worked hard to accommodate any request I had! I absolutely loved working with him. Talamore, thank you for making our wedding everything I ever dreamed of and more! We are forever thankful!

Our experience with Talamore was nothing short of perfect. From start to finish, Mark McCool helped us plan an amazing wedding. We were lucky to snag one of their Value dates, which was a perfect date for us and we were able to take advantage of the extras they threw in for booking less than a year in advance.\r\rThe food was impeccable and we used Bredenbeck's bakery through them for our wedding cake. They were able to accommodate my shellfish allergy with ease as well as guests with dietary restrictions. \r\rThe planning was super easy with Mark's assistance and the day-off staff was totally on the ball. The day itself was executed with perfection, from our arrival, pictures on the beautiful grounds, to the ceremony and the reception itself. \r\rThe bridal attendant Christa was wonderful, making sure my bridal party and parents were taken care of before the ceremony and during cocktail hour and the reception. We found out after the fact that it was her first solo wedding! We could never have guessed. Talamore obviously hires the best and trains their staff superbly. \r\rWe had more people comment on how gorgeous the venue was, how amazing the food was, and someone even wondered how much we could have spent on this amazing place! We've looked at so many venues in Southern NJ and Center City Philly... We were instantly drawn to Talamore... The Grounds were absolutely beautiful and that is exactly what we wanted for an outside ceremony... we didn't want to be stuck in one building all night.. We crossed our fingers for a year hoping to have beautiful weather on Aug 15, 2014 and we sure got what we wanted...Talamore not only had beautiful grounds but amazing service and food... The ballroom was just breathtaking !! I do recommend hiring lighting specialists to ensure you have a nice lit up dance floor at night.. \r\rKaren, Talamore's coordinator will work her butt off to make sure you are completely 100% satisfied and she is very honest and works very hard at making sure her customers are walking away with what they wanted... She impressed us and did an outstanding job helping us get through our day by doing exactly what she promised to do for us in the beginning.. She is also a sweetheart and a very easygoing person to work with, she doesn't beat around the bush and she becomes like family in the whole wedding process/planning... She impressed us from the very beginning, and trust me, we've met a lot of coordinators and no one was as professional and sweet as her!\r\rThe food was amazing... The cocktail hour was more then I ever wanted to have.. We did get the Superior package so we definitely got what we paid for ! :) Our guests were impressed ! \r\rThe service was amazing, all white glove.. some glasses were broken by some of our bridal party, the staff was right there cleaning it up to ensure no one gets hurt stepping on it while dancing.. \r\rJackie was at my beck and call making sure I had everything that I needed on my plate, table, and passed around a box of tissues every time I would shed a happy tear of joy :) \r\rIf you are looking for an outdoor ceremony, def check out Talamore.... We keep getting compliments from our guests. The two story ballroom is elegant and gorgeous. We even took our wedding pictures on the property. I cannot say enough good things about Talamore, and our experience working with Karen. We felt completely comfortable with her from the beginning, and she guided us through the whole process with amazing attention to detail. The venue itself is beautiful, and the grounds are well-maintained, so it made for great photos with the bridal party. The food was incredible! People still tell us months later how good the food was at our wedding. We were able to add some late night snacks, which were a big hit after a lot of dancing. \r\rEarly in the planning, Karen said that she had handled many calls from frantic brides leading up to the wedding day. I never thought it would be me, but it was. Karen and her team at Talamore were beyond amazing. She managed last minute requests, and we had a couple other minor crises which were handled with such grace that no one knew anything about it. Karen was orchestrated the day so that we had nothing to worry about. Talamore's location, atmosphere, food, and people were top notch!

We were able to add some late night snacks, which were a big hit after a lot of dancing. \r\rEarly in the planning, Karen said that she had handled many calls from frantic brides leading up to the wedding day. I never thought it would be me, but it was. Karen and her team at Talamore were beyond amazing. She managed last minute requests, and we had a couple other minor crises which were handled with such grace that no one knew anything about it. Karen was orchestrated the day so that we had nothing to worry about. Talamore's location, atmosphere, food, and people were top notch!

Talamore was a beautiful venue with delicious food and a gorgeous setting. Mark McCool made sure that all our plans went smoothly throughout planning for our wedding and the day of. We could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding. It was a dream come true!

My wedding and reception was at Talamore Country Club!!! Everything was fabulous (ambiance, service, and food)!!!! Mark was our contact person and he was great from the day we first visited Talamore, all the way up to the final hours of our special day!!! My husband and I were extremely pleased with our choice. \r\rIf you're looking at venues for a special occasion, we highly recommend adding Talamore Country Club to your list!!!

Talamore was absolutely wonderful. We worked with Karen Ferry and she was so helpful and patient every step of the way, they went to every length to help us in whatever ways we needed and were very willing to work within our budget to make the day perfect and beautiful. We had so many compliments on the venue, it truly is beautiful, and having everything in one area is SO convenient for both the bridal party and guests. We already have engaged friends checking Talamore out for their wedding! I would recommend it to anyone. Also, the food is AMAZING.

Talamore by far exceeded our expectations. Mark was extremely helpful and responsive. All the wait staff and bartenders were extremely accommodating and everything really came together beautifully. We ended up having to have our ceremony inside due to an untypical freezing day in May, but let me tell you it was still just as beautiful as I could of imagined. If your flexible on your date, definitely look into their value date package, it was a huge money saver from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception.

Our wedding was above and beyond expectation. There were minor glitches (not moving flowers from ceremony to reception), but the food was amazing and the grounds are incredible. Our wedding coordinator, Mark, was a little flaky, but overall did what we needed him to. Would definitely do this again!

Also set up all of the many decorations I had them set up as centerpieces, table numbers, name cards, cake table and many others! They made sure we ate and had everything, ready for us to take the next day! I had a 181 person wedding with a raw bar and lamb chops!

I couldn't be happier with the way our wedding reception came together! Everything was absolutely perfect! The food was great, service was fabulous, and everyone was raving about how beautiful their ballroom was! The two story room had quite a wow factor, as did the giant staircase leading into the ballroom. Perfect for introductions. Our server/coordinator, Danielle, did a great job tending to our every need! She helped things go absolutely flawlessly! My only complaint was that their event coordinator, Mark McCool, was difficult to get in touch with. I often had to send several emails before getting a response. Several times, I had to have my fiance call him, because he wasn't responding to me.\r\r\rThe price overall was reasonable, because we had a winter wedding. We got a few extra perks with their winter package, such as two rooms at Joseph Ambler Inn and a discount on our brunch the next day. In the end, we had a credit on our balance for the reception and were given a few extra hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour.
