Taos Ski Valley is a world class mountain resort located in the Sangre de Christo Mountains in Northern New Mexico. Facilities and Capacity Taos Ski Valley offers multiple indoor and outdoor locations to accommodate your event. The mid-mountain wedding site is the newest addition to the Taos Ski Valley and opened in 2019. Couples may host up to 200 guests at the venue. Located in the same area is the Phoenix Lodge, which serves as a reception space. This space also offers two outdoor ceremony locations with a 360-degree view of the mountains. Accommodation The Blake at Taos Ski Valley offers overnight accommodations for you and your guests. The Blake features 80 rooms plus Penthouses, a dedicated guest service team, valet parking, ski valet, heated saltwater pool, hot tubs, in house restaurant and bar and the fabulous Blake Spa & Wellness Center.

We hade our wedding at the Taos Ski Valley in October. We have nothing, but positive things to say about this venue. They worked with us every step of the way. They understood how important this day was to us and they did not hesitate to answer our questions or go out of their way to help us. Both Lauryn and Sara are amazing. They set up planning meetings, have tasting events, and really make the Blake feel like home. The catering staff were kind and helpful. The food was amazing. We had multiple people tell us that the food was the best wedding food they had ever had. The pricing is reasonable for all that we received. The venue offers spectacular views and the space is perfect. We loved our experience and will always be thankful for our decision to work with the Blake.

Our wedding weekend at TSV / The Blake was truly a dream. We picked TSV because of the vibe that is created by being nestled in the middle of GORGEOUS mountains, the beautiful rooms and amenities at The Blake, and the little shops and restaurants in the center of it all. One thing that my husband and I loved is that the entire weekend we could go to grab coffee, go on a hike, or go grab some food and we would run into our closest friends and family. TSV created an environment that surpassed our hopes for our wedding weekend. On top of all this, the staff we worked with (Sara Coyne, Lauryn Mangat) became friends. They cared about our vision (even when it was not exactly easy or convenient), respected our budget, and worked with us and our planner to make not just our wedding day, but our wedding weekend, extremely special. We got married June 2023. Lauryn M was who we were in contact with the most, and through the whole process. She was very organized and helpful when it came it picking out the details, and was able to answer every question and concern we had! We had our ceremony at the Kachina basin. Overall it was a very beautiful location minus all the downed trees from a previous storm. Our reception was held at the Bavarian (we were told we were the first wedding to be held there) it was very easy for our guests to walk from the ceremony site to the Bavarian. Our wedding was held outside on the deck. The Bavarian did have a fixed menu so we were not able to change anything, but the food was very very good. We were however able to opt out of their dessert and bring our own. They also provided all the silverware and plate settings. We did not have a DJ but were we able to plug in our phone and play the music through their speaker system. Lauryn and the other Taos staff members were with us the whole time and were able to accommodate for all our requests.

This was the only venue we looked at - We've known we only wanted to get married here for years. Our TSV Wedding experience began with the Sales Manager who worked with us for months to set up the perfect wedding and contract for our vision. The Events Manager then takes over, who knows the venue inside and out to create your vision in the venue. We absolutely loved the venue, the setting is gorgeous. But the people you get to work with make it so special. One other thing to mention is that the food is incredible. We did the Rio Hondo Buffet and are still talking about the food with our guests months later. The green and red chile with enchiladas + the red chile chocolate sauce on the churros - seriously drooling writing about it now. If you're looking for the perfect mountain wedding, you've found it!

Kaela Gillum, the Taos Ski Valley Events Coordinator is incredible! She went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. The Food & Beverage staff are also terrific. Our wedding at Taos Ski Valley was fantastic all around, and we highly recommend it!
