From the very beginning of our wedding engagement and booking at Tapatio Springs, we felt like VIP's. The planning experience was exceptionally smooth and Jessie (wedding coordinator) made us feel like family. From the selection of the ceremonial/reception location to their fine food tasting, every step forward was exciting and enjoyable. The best night of my life was spent at Tapatio Springs!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Tapatio Springs. They hosted a wedding weekend for all of our out of town guests. We hardly needed decor with how beautiful the different venue locations were. Jessie was a dream to work with. She was so helpful on the wedding day, truly the calm in the chaos. She even bustled my dress! Our guests raved about the food and how gorgeous the resort was! 10/10 would recommend holding any special event at Tapatio!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Tapatio Springs. They hosted a wedding weekend for all of our out of town guests. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort!!Our daughter and son-in-law got married at Tapatio Springs the first weekend of April 2022. They were looking for a comfortable family-oriented place where all our out-of-town family & friends could be together and feel at home. That is exactly what we had! During their downtime, our guests hiked, swam, played cornhole and relaxed at the lounge listening to live music! We had all events right on site, a Welcome Reception on Friday evening at Oak Pavilion, an absolutely gorgeous Wedding Ceremony at Frederick's Creek then the Cocktail Hour and Reception on the Bluffs Lawn. We wound up the weekend with a Brunch in the Bluffs Event Center.Jessie was wonderful! She helped us so much through all the planning from the very beginning! We would not have had a weekend like we did without her! The staff (reception, housekeeping, food management, wait and bar tending staff) were all amazing. We wanted for nothing! In fact, they provided things we didn't even know we needed!! All were always ready to help! They were extremely friendly and accommodating. The food for each event was delicious! All our guests raved about the food!!We would highly recommend Tapatio Springs Resort for any event!!

Look no further, Tapatio Springs is the ABSOLUTE BEST spot to get married in the Texas Hill Country! We cannot praise this place and the event/catering manager, Jessica, enough! There aren't enough words of praise that we can share towards Tapatio Springs & Jessie! They exceeded every single one of our expectations & still did so much more to make our day the incredible, fairytale wedding we had hoped for. The food was delicious, the staff were so helpful, & Jessie worked together with our wedding planner flawlessly, making sure that the day ran perfectly! Jessie responded to every single one of our questions throughout the planning process & updated us on every single change along the way (our wedding was postponed due to COVID).We can't recommend Tapatio Springs enough, the venue was absolutely perfect for the Texas Hill Country setting, & the resort was perfect for a golfers paradise & a self-care spa day. We have not stopped receiving praise over our venue selection & the delicious food selections. If you are in the market for a TRUE, TEXAS wedding, THIS IS THE PLACE! I can't say enough good things about Tapatio Springs. They hosted our wedding in November 2020 and it was amazing from the planning process to our wedding day! Jessie was such a joy to work with - she was quick to respond to questions and concerns, great at problem solving, and very helpful in helping us think through our wedding day and all the important details. Not only Jessie but ALL of the staff at Tapatio was absolutely wonderful. They were kind, accommodating and very thoughtful - from the catering staff, bartender, to the front desk staff. I can't say enough good things about Tapatio Springs. They hosted our wedding in November 2020 and it was amazing from the planning process to our wedding day! We throughly enjoyed having our wedding at Tapatio Springs. We felt our wedding was beautiful, exactly as we imagined it. Beyond the appearance, the staff at Tapatio Springs made the experience unforgettable. Jessie and Jonathan's incredible hospitality radiated among all staff members throughout wedding planning and our wedding weekend. We were the first wedding since they re-opened following the clubhouse fire in 2017 and subsequent re-build. The facilities were not totally finished as we anticipated; however, the entire staff worked tirelessly to make our guests feel welcomed and our wedding weekend look and feel beautiful. Looking back, what we remember most from our wedding weekend is the people we were surrounded by and the fun we shared at Tapatio Springs, which was exactly our hope! We cannot wait to go back for a long weekend. Don't forget to have some Codigo tequila before the big day!

I highly recommend selecting this resort. They are truly a dream to work with on every detail that you can imagine! They are helpful, professional and such quality on everything from the food to the lodging. They met and exceeded every expectations of our son's rehearsal dinner. The staff made me feel like they were organized to the point that I didn't have to stress about anything and could truly just enjoy the experience! I am so very thankful that we chose Tapatio! You will not be disappointed!!

I highly recommend selecting this resort. They are truly a dream to work with on every detail that you can imagine! Tapatio Springs is the perfect location to have your wedding! For us, we wanted to have a fairly small wedding with immediate family and friends (55 people). The staff at Tapatio Springs was very accommodating with all of our requests and our wedding was absolutely beautiful! If I had to think of one bit of feedback, it would be that we reserved a block of rooms for our guests from out of town (which was basically everyone we invited to the wedding since our family is from IL and we live/had our wedding in TX) but they were not all in the same building. Their rooms were scattered out amongst 4 or 5 different buildings. It would've been nice if we all could've been in a building or 2 together. Other than that, everything went smoothly and I was really pleased with the service and friendly atmosphere Tapatio Springs provided. Will definitely recommend to others!

If there was a ranking system of wedding venues, the Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort and Spa would be an 11 out of 10! TSHCR&S made our wedding complete...from the scenery, reservations, food, on-site support and more, it was excellent in every way! Jennifer and her team were top-notch and supported Marti and I with everything possible during our weekend with both sides of the family! We were so impressed, we already booked our anniversary back there! We are looking forward to ending our first year together where we started our new life together... at the Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort and Spa!

TSHCR&S made our wedding complete...from the scenery, reservations, food, on-site support and more, it was excellent in every way! Jennifer and her team were top-notch and supported Marti and I with everything possible during our weekend with both sides of the family! We were so impressed, we already booked our anniversary back there! We are looking forward to ending our first year together where we started our new life together... at the Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort and Spa!

I'll start by saying my wedding day was beautiful and the venue really is stunning. The planning process leading up to the wedding was nightmarish. Our wedding was on the same weekend as another convention and we were told on our \"final visit\" to the venue less than 3 months from the wedding that we no longer had the ballroom that we had already booked, signed contracts for, and put money down for. The venue had known for two weeks that we didn't have the room anymore and didn't tell us so we could go reserve another venue. Instead, they told us that they would cover a small portion of the cost to put us on the golf course in a tent in the middle of July. After having to get in touch with supervisors and going back and forth for over a week where we thought we would have to cancel our wedding, they agreed to shut down their restaurant for our dinner. If it had ended here and we had a good experience for the rest of the time I probably would have still left a good review. From this point on all of the communication was slow, there was push back for every single decision we had to make, and it felt like we were such an inconvenience for them which was unreasonable when this whole problem was their fault. If all of this wasn't bad enough, again two weeks before the wedding we find out that they're trying to put up a curtain in the restaurant so that other guests from the hotel could walk through our wedding dinner to go to the bathroom - there are three other entrances into the building that would allow the restaurant to be private (which again was in our revised contract). After this whole fiasco and having to get on the phone with the general manager to resolve this, the wedding coordinator went out of town and I didn't find out any of the details on table placements or anything until 3 days before the wedding so I was scrambling to print all of my table settings the day before I left for the wedding. There were still some big mistakes on the actual wedding day but at that point we were just trying to get through it without any other problems. My best advice if you're going to book this venue is to hire a lawyer because they don't honor their contracts or respect the importance of your wedding day. We booked this venue because my fiance's family had been coming here for a golf tournament for the past 25 years and the venue is very important to them, but this experience was brutal for our families and disappointing for a wedding experience.

Tapatio Springs Resort was a beautiful location to have our wedding! The venue itself was gorgeous and my wedding was wonderful! However, the process of booking the wedding and the payment of the wedding was a nightmare. We tried to book the location for weeks! But after not having phone calls returned and not having any proper quotes given, I contacted the supervisor. He was unaware of any of our plans or needs but was able to set me up. Throughout the continous process we continued to have communication errors. I would email and call for days without anyone contacting me back. As a bride, this made me nervous and anxious. When the final payment was due, I called for a week trying to pay it off. No one would take my money! They kept telling me they would send a bill etc. But it never happened. I told the event coordinator that we had a room booked under our name that was NOT ours for over a month. On the day of the wedding, with the hotel fully booked, she asked me why we had an additional room booked under our name. With dismay we explained to her the emails and correspondences about that. She assured us it would be removed. A week after the wedding, we find that she actually charged us for that room! She didn't understand the demands of certain venues or the demands of setting up a wedding. If I had not had such a competent and wonderful day of coordinator(Hill Country Planning) my day would have been a disaster!! I loved Tapatio Springs, but the staff was lacking training and etiquette!

Tapatio turned our wedding into a fairy tale. Armando, Jennifer, and Kelly worked with us for a year and a half to make our day perfect. The food was amazing, and everything went perfectly. Can't recommend Tapatio enough!

Tapatio turned our wedding into a fairy tale. Armando, Jennifer, and Kelly worked with us for a year and a half to make our day perfect. The food was amazing, and everything went perfectly. Can't recommend Tapatio enough!

I want to thank Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort & Spa for being so accommodating! It was the perfect venue and Kelly Baker and Armando were so helpful! The staff also went out of their way to help our guests! There was only one person we came in contact with that was slightly rude, the resort director....We think he might have been friends with some locals that did not like our party...HOWEVER, THE REST OF THE STAFF WAS AMAZING AND THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS! THEY ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING! THEY WENT SO ABOVE AND BEYOND WE HAVE TO GIVE THEM A 5 OUT OF 5. THANK YOU IN PARTICULAR TO KELLY ANED ARMANDO! YOU BOTH ARE THE BEST!!! \r\rI HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOOKING HERE! \r\rOUR GUESTS LOVED IT AND THEY WERE ABLE TO EASILY ACCOMMODATE FOOD ALLERGIES. They were also great at delivering favors to each room! I am telling you everyone there, from the bartenders to the wait staff to the grounds keepers to (most) of the management were so helpful! TIME TO START PLANNING? CALL KELLY!
