Jennifer was so patient and professional with our requests and concerns and exceeded all our expectations. Decorating was supreme, food was fabulous and overall outcome fantastic. My husband and I got married here about two weeks ago. There are not enough awesome things I can say about it. Tori (the event coordinator) was awesome. She is wary accommodating and turned every dream into reality. The food and staff were equally amazing and everything came together PERFECTLY. Thank you a million times! If I could give it more than 5 starts I would!

I want to say thank you to Tori and all the staff at Tekoa for making our wedding day better than we could have ever imagined. From planning to execution Tori was always there to answer any questions we had or make suggestions for vendors/ideas. On the day of the wedding it was a dream. Everything was perfect except the day went too fast!! It was such a relaxing feeling to know that everything was taken care of. I never felt rushed or upset, but Tori was there to guide us through the day and keep us on schedule. The food was amazing and the staff was on top of everything! Special shout out to Jade who was always there to fill my drink and feed me! Also to the bartender(Sorry I didn't catch his name) who made my bridesmaid, friend, and I amazing green tea shots and THEN took great pictures of us with the shots too. I wish I could relive the day over and over again, it was that great. Thank you so much!!

We can't say enough good things about Tekoa, Tori, and her team! They made our wedding everything we dreamed it would be. One of the reasons we chose Tekoa was how professional and on-the-ball Tori was as soon as we met her. She was so responsive, answered our countless questions, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. One of the coolest moments on our wedding day is when I walked into the ballroom with my bridesmaids to take some photos before the ceremony--she had decorated the whole ceiling with the bistro lights we had brought, and I was only expecting them to be on one wall. She took my idea and turned it into something much better than I had envisioned and I can't thank her enough for that extra time and effort. The food was also delicious, the wait staff are super polite and professional, the cake came out beautifully, and everything about the planning, setup, and cleanup was so convenient. Not to mention how beautiful the venue itself looked on that day and in our photos. If you are thinking about Tekoa for your wedding venue, book them, you will not be disappointed! Thank you again to Tori and everyone at Tekoa!

Tekoa made our day so special! From the beginning we knew this was the right place! The event coordinator, Tori Abarno, was a pleasure to work with. She met with us several times and made sure the details of our wedding were handled exactly as we wanted them. The day of the wedding, she was there every step of the way to ensure everything ran according to the timeline my spouse and I had laid out. The food was absolutely amazing and we still hear our guests rave about it today. We did the cocktail party and every station was delicous, and they were set up perfectly in way that was condusive to mingling, just as we wanted. We are so thrilled with how our reception turned out that i can't imagine having had it anywhere else!

I don't even know how to begin to explain how amazing Tekoa was for our wedding. Tori made sure everything was stress free. She was so quick to respond to any email I sent to her and answered all my questions I had. They set everything beautifully and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend having your wedding at Tekoa Country Club. Our wedding was on October 15, 2016. When we originally booked Sara was the banquet manager but a few months later Tori was hired, I was a little nervous about the change in staff but Tori did a great job and I couldn't have asked for more from her!! I am a little OCD with wedding details and sent tons and tons of emails to Tori about things I wanted to do and she was able to accommodate all of them and put up with my craziness lol. All the staff here were so helpful the day of the wedding, making sure all our guests were happy and comfortable. The staff set up all our decor, extra tables, etc. and it turned out perfectly, I couldn't have set it up better myself! It was the most beautiful wedding! Everyone here made the wedding process so easy and stress free for myself, husband, and family. So many people told me how much they enjoyed our wedding and how beautiful it was and Tekoa Country Club played a large role in that. I want to thank them for everything and would recommend them to anyone considering having a wedding in the Western MA area.

Everything was perfect and seamless, the ceremony set up was gorgeous, the reception room was put together beautifully, the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD AWESOME! And our cake (well cupcakes at our request) were so yummy! We cannot recommend Tekoa enough...this is by far the best place to get married in the area. You will not be disappointed.

I do not know the words to express how very pleased we were with our wedding at Tekoa Country Club. Sara is an absolute pleasure to work with. From the first day met with her we knew Tekoa was the place. She was there for us from beginning to the end to answer and questions and guide us in the right direction. She responded happily and quickly to all of our questions, and we had A LOT of questions. She made us feel welcome and comfortable every step of the way. They even let us ride in on my Harley for our grand entrance!! Sara was our main contact, but the entire team at Tekoa was amazing. We got a call a couple of days before the wedding with some bad news. Sara had a death in the family and was going to be out of the state on our wedding day. She set up a meeting with my wife and I with her and her assistant Corey before she left town. We thought this was fantastic customer service. This was after our final meeting so we had the night planned out to the minute already. We felt as comfortable as could be with Corey. He was professional and stepped up in her absence to make it a seemless amazing day. Not a detail was missed. Things could not have run any smoother. Jennifer and the rest of the servers and bartenders were on point. Great venue, great value, amazing staff, and kick ass food, why would you have a wedding anywhere else?? Thank you guys for making our day perfect!

I don't even know how to begin to thank everyone at Tekoa Country Club for making our day spectacular. Sara had an answer to every question I asked, and made sure we covered even the smallest details prior to the wedding day. During social hour the bartenders were kind enough to come up with a \"his and hers\" specialty drink which turned out to be a hit! The waitstaff was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my guests had everything they needed. For our dinner, we had different stations which included a chef attended pasta station, and carving station, a loaded baked potato bar, and a veggie station. The food was absolutely AMAZING. I even had some guests tell me they went up for seconds, and some thirds! Sara and Corey made sure that everything went smoothly that night. We are so happy and forever thankful for Tekoa putting on the wedding of our dreams!

I could go on for days about the venue; it is elegant, great dance floor, the food was fabulous, cocktail hour was superb...but our favorite part of the experience was Sara from Tekoa. Throughout the whole process, she was so helpful, patient and genuinely cared about our wedding day! She always made time for meetings with us, went above and beyond to help us with our ceremony as well and put so much effort into a candy bar that was just above and beyond. We could not have asked for better service or a better venue and I would recommend this venue to any bride looking to have a truly amazing experience!

So first let start by saying hello, if you are looking for a place this is it; and here is why. \r\rSara is the most amazing person, she help me a lot lol in fact she was more worry about me not being on top of her with what I wanted for the wedding. So first let start by saying hello, if you are looking for a place this is it; and here is why. \r\rSara is the most amazing person, she help me a lot lol in fact she was more worry about me not being on top of her with what I wanted for the wedding. We could not have asked for a better experience with Sara, and the whole management team at Tekoa Country Club. We chose the country club primarily for the wedding coordinator, and we were not disappointed. Sara was able to answer our questions before we even asked, and went out of of her way to make sure the details were just perfect, even ordering different colored linens to add to their stock, so it wa so loser to everything else. The owner was at our reception the entire night and it made us feel good that he was so invested in our event. Sara even helped us schedule the rest of he day, to make sure our guests weren't sitting around waiting for something to happen. The banquet hall and cocktail area are just beautiful, classic and traditional, giving you the perfect space to customize your event. And, the pricing was better than anywhere else we looked, and the quality was way better. Our guests are still taking about the foods and seri ice during dinner, and our wedding was three mons ago. The whole experience was perfect, and we still miss meeting with Sara!

My husband and I have been to several weddings including our own! We knew that we chose the right venue as we had been to Tekoa Country Club several times prior to our wedding. I have to say that even though there was a change in wedding planners twice in the two years prior to our wedding, Sarah was absolutely amazing!! She was willing to meet with my mother and I at anytime that was convenient for us, made sure we had everything we needed up to and during the wedding! Sarah was able to use quick judgement as it poured the day of my wedding and was able to set up the dining room in a matter of minutes! The ceremony was perfect, pictures were perfect, the music, lighting, flowers and food was also perfect! The food was AMAZING!! We are still getting raves about the food and our wedding and it's been 3 months! Paul, the lead server was also amazing! He was there every step of the way, bustling my dress, making sure that my bridesmaids, myself and of course the groom had everything we needed. He even helped sow my dress when it ripped. He stayed to calm the panic attack before the walk down the aisle and made sure that my dress always looked it's best!! Every bride needs a team like Paul and Sarah! My wedding was a day I will always cherish and would not change a thing about it!I would definitely recommend Tekoa Country Club to any bride and groom that are looking for a venue! We had our wedding at Tekoa Country Club in October 2014 and we could not have been happier. Sara and her staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect on the day of the wedding (which was quite impressive given that it was POURING raining all day long). We had planned to have a cigar bar on the back deck area but given the weather I assumed it was not going to happen but during dinner and the first dances the staff switched out the place card table for the cigar bar. It was amazing that they were able to make it look so beautiful. \r\rSara made the planning process for the wedding extremely easy for us. She helped us to put together a timeline for how the night would go. One of the most helpful things she did was actually give me opinions. I sent her countless cake pictures and she helped me to decide which one would work best for us.\r\rWe also cannot say enough good things about the staff that Sara has put together. From the moment I stepped into Tekoa they made sure that I had everything I needed. Paul had some type of sixth sense for when my drink was empty or I was looking for something. At some point during cocktail hour someone stepped on my bustle and it broke. Paul not only helped me fix it but made sure that it would still look good for the pictures throughout the night. I switched dresses during the night so he made sure that my first dress got sent home with my aunt. \r\rSara and her staff were also extremely helpful and flexible with everything we asked. I think my mom made three or four trips to Tekoa in the week leading up to our wedding and Sara was always extremely politely and helpful. In addition to numerous other things they:\r* Get specific craft beers for my husband (one of his few requests)\r* Change the curtains in the front room\r* Change the pictures on the wall in the bar area\r\rDuring our final walk through for the setup of the wedding, Sara took tons of notes and pictures of exactly how we wanted the centerpieces, the cake table and all of the decorations to be setup. On the day of the wedding things could not have looked better. \r\rAnd lastly (but very important) the food was incredible! From the appetizers to the late night snacks we got nothing from great reviews from our guests. To top it all off they sent my husband and I home with a sandwich and chips to end the night, just in case we had not had enough to eat.\r\rWe would 100% recommend Tekoa, Sara and her staff!\r

We recently had our daughters wedding reception in the Berkshire room at Tekoa country club and it was just fabulous! The staff at TCC is wonderful to work with. Sara V., the event coordinator, was such a pleasure to work with. She met with us, got a true feel for our vision for the reception and was on point for every single detail we asked for and more. Sara gets the job done! The chef, Jeff, was also very helpful and did a wonderful job. Guests raved about the food, from the delicious appetizers of stuffed mushrooms, scallops wrapped in bacon, beef Wellington, etc. to the dinners of shrimp, sirloin with Jack Daniels sauce, and chicken franchaise, everything was so delicious and served nice and hot. The food presentations were great too. \rThe rest of the staff was great to work with as well, from the bartenders to wait staff and everyone in between. Dan B., well, let's just say he was just wonderful in every way! The venue was clean inside and out, pretty flowers outside and at the entrance, outdoor decks, all nicely done. We brought in our own items to give the reception that personal feel. Sara and staff worked with us to get it all in place and everything looked great. Three weeks later now and we're still getting compliments! I just can't say enough about Dan, Sara, Jeff , Steven, and the entire staff at Tekoa. They got the job done and are easy to do business with. We highly recommend this venue.

Although my hubby & i originally chose Tekoa for both our daughter's baby shower & our vow renewal because it was close to our house, but I couldn't think of a more awesome place to hold any of our special events!! Every detail was paid attention to, right down to the letter, from the color swatches, to seating, to the food!! Everything had been placed perfectly!! Kate & her staff made sure we were happy & comfortable. They were courteous & pleasant to all of my family & guests. Kate personally helped me put together a surprise for my husband at the shower. The fact that she genuinely cared about our day really made all the difference :-). All of the guests came back to me & had said that this was the nicest & most beautiful shower they had ever attended. Now, we are looking forward to our vow renewal this upcoming summer. I have complete faith that Tekoa will help us put on another event that we will talk about for years to come!! I am so happy we decided to go with Tekoa Country Club for our wedding! Kate, the wedding planner is amazing and really made the day go perfectly. She makes sure you are happy with everything and that you have nothing to worry about but having a great time. We also used Tekoa for the ceremony. It was beautiful and nice to do everything at one venue. The background was perfect for pictures! The food was delicious and everyone has told us how much they loved it. Tekoa Country Club was the perfect wedding venue for both our ceremony and reception. The beautiful backdrop and amazing staff made our day perfect.\r\rKate Sklarski- our banquet manager was outstanding (not only on our wedding day but for 10 months leading up to our wedding). She met with us several times to go over all of my little details and personal touches. She would contact me on the weekends to tell me about things she found that I might like for our wedding. We felt like Kate treated our wedding as if it were her own wedding. At one point during the night a guest stepped on my dress while dancing and ripped it. Kate was right there with her sewing kit, sewing my dress back together in minutes so I could go back out on the dance floor. I had a lot of guests compliment how \"on point\" my wedding coordinator Kate was. \r\rFood- The food was delicious. My uncle said that the stuffed mushrooms were the best he'd ever had. I had many guests complimenting how awesome the food was! The cake was to die for. YUM!\r\rStaff- The staff was phenomenal. The week of our wedding I was making trips to Tekoa to drop off 5 carloads worth of things I wanted incorporated into my wedding. Every time I showed up there was at least 5 staff there with carts to help me unload everything and put it in a safe place. The day of my wedding the staff was on top of everything. Tekoa Country Club was the perfect wedding venue for both our ceremony and reception. The beautiful backdrop and amazing staff made our day perfect.\r\rKate Sklarski- our banquet manager was outstanding (not only on our wedding day but for 10 months leading up to our wedding). She met with us several times to go over all of my little details and personal touches. She would contact me on the weekends to tell me about things she found that I might like for our wedding. We felt like Kate treated our wedding as if it were her own wedding. At one point during the night a guest stepped on my dress while dancing and ripped it. Kate was right there with her sewing kit, sewing my dress back together in minutes so I could go back out on the dance floor. I had a lot of guests compliment how \"on point\" my wedding coordinator Kate was. \r\rFood- The food was delicious. My uncle said that the stuffed mushrooms were the best he'd ever had. I had many guests complimenting how awesome the food was! The cake was to die for. YUM!\r\rStaff- The staff was phenomenal. The week of our wedding I was making trips to Tekoa to drop off 5 carloads worth of things I wanted incorporated into my wedding. Every time I showed up there was at least 5 staff there with carts to help me unload everything and put it in a safe place. The day of my wedding the staff was on top of everything. There was never an empty water glass or wine glass.\r\rOverall Tekoa Country Club made all of our wedding dreams come true. We had originally written Tekoa CC a good review, despite a few issues we had with them. We had a great experience up until our actual wedding day with the club, and a great experience with Kate until a few weeks after our wedding.\rWe had a tentative schedule mapped out for us, the one time I told them was very important to me was the dinner to be at 6:30. The wedding party didn't eat until after 8:00, some of our guests didn't get there dinner until almost 9:00. We were waiting until after dinner to go around to the guests tables but by the time we ate we didn't make it to half before the DJ told us we either had to start the dances, etc.. or we wouldn't have enough time to fit everything in before the night ended. We had skipped the receiving line with the thought we greet everyone at tables, skipped the anniversary dance, as well as hurried our photographer so we could get to the hall on time. \rOnce we got to our seats Kate told us there was a problem with one of our guests not having enough chairs at her table, Kate approached me I told her it wasn't a big deal and to let it be. The guest was so upset she talked to the owner and Kate asked me to talk to the owner for her, which I did. Well a couple weeks after the wedding I was told by other guests at the table Kate was indeed rude and unprofessional to the guest at the table, I'm sure the guest was probably being rude as well but that is no excuse to be unprofessional. \rWhen we signed up for the hall a different wedding coordinator was working at Tekoa, and she told us that we could substitute the cake for chair covers and two hot appetizers. My mom who was with me asked her to put it into writing but she assured us they do this all of the time and promised to honor this for us. About 6 months before our wedding a new wedding coordinator took her place. She checked with the chef and told us they would sill honor this for us, but the choices would be \"chef's choice\". We said that was fine but there was a list of things I didn't was served so she told me to send her a list and the chef would not make them. A couple weeks after the wedding we had guests over for dinner and I asked how the appetizers were at the wedding and sure enough they didn't serve any. At this point I was very upset with Tekoa and contacted Kate about why they didn't serve the appetizers she assured me they did and said she would get back to me. After a couple days of hearing nothing, I asked again why they did not serve appetizers they promised. She then told us she would check with her boss and try to give us some money back. Well after a couple weeks of phone tag she said they would reimburse us for the extra hour we paid for since we waited so long for dinner, but she wouldn't for the appetizers they promised us. I told her I have this in writing and feel its fair to be reimbursed for them since they were promised to us. She said since it was only in Email and not in contract they didn’t have to. And we still haven't seen a check for the extra hour we paid for. \rThis has been an awful experience for us when I think about my wedding day I get an awful feeling, people kept telling me something will go wrong at some point in the day but I never expected all of this..\rTekoa is a very beautiful place to get married and the food is good, but not being able to trust the coordinator just about ruined my wedding. \rIf you do go with Tekoa have them put EVERYTHING in the contract!\r

When I first booked with Tekoa I had booked with Rachel. She was one of the main reason's why we booked at Tekoa. Three months after our booking Rachel left and Kate replaced her. I was very nervous about this change because again one of the reason's we booked with Tekoa was because of Rachel. After speaking with Kate she wanted me to come in and meet her. Once I did I knew everything would be perfect for my wedding! Kate took care of everything for me. If I had a question I could easily text/call/or email her and get a response right away. I feel like we really got a a great deal for what we wanted and everything turned out perfect. Kate, the wedding planner at tekoa was incredible. She was always there whenever I needed anything from day one. We had a bunch of polish traditions, including food, and she made sure every detail was spot on, even getting my dads favorite polish beer and having tastings to make the the polish food was right. She was so flexible, offering to meet at anytime, and even pick things up or meet me to drop them off to make it easier. We would text back and forth for whatever reason, and even after the wedding we still communicated. I honestly felt like my wedding was the most important thing and she would do whatever she could to make sure of that. My husband and I can't honestly thank her and tekoa enough for everything they did to make our day perfect.

As crazy as this sounds, I have been engaged to my fiancée for 7 months; He's in the Army and we knew eventually he would be getting deployed- we just didn’t think it would be as quickly as it was. We decided, we would get married before he left: In 2 short weeks!! We immediately started planning our wedding. We called Tekoa Country Club in Westfield and spoke with Kate Sklarski the Wedding Planner. Since the first day we spoke to her, she assured us it could be done in such a short period of time, and it would go off flawlessly. We signed our contract the very next day, picked out linen and she even arranged a quick tasting for us to try our food options! She was there every step of the way, and helped me when I need guidance, and gave her personal and professional opinion when I asked. Days leading up to the event I had gotten a call from Kate saying the room was all set up, and invited me to check it out & drop off all my belongings such as cake cutter & server, toasting flutes, my party favors, as well as the rest of my belongings. I showed up with a ton of boxes, and all of her staff was outside to help me unload my car. We got into the room, and it was so beautiful- the linens, chair covers and colors Kate suggested all complimented our theme so perfectly. The staff set up my DIY centerpieces from Pinterest so I wouldn’t have to do anything other than enjoy being the Bride. The day of my wedding came, and it was absolutely perfect. Tekoa Country Club did an amazing job the food- it was hot, delicious and the staff was so friendly and attentive to all of our guests. We had all of our guest’s raving, how everything was perfectly done. With Kate’s help, every step of the way through this process was so easy!! We cannot thank Kate, and her team at Tekoa Country Club enough for making our wedding day, truly the best day of our lives.

We had our reception at Tekoa on July 20th, 2013 and I can't begin to tell you how amazing our day was. From the moment Kate Sklarski took on our account in February, (Kate was coming in replacing our original coordinator because she took on another position) I knew we were in GREAT hands. She called me within a week to introduce herself and start going over details. Kate made this entire process so incredibly easy for me to the point that I was questioning whether or not it really should be this easy. She was extremely easy to contact and always super prompt in answering any questions I had. Did I mention she made this all SO EASY for me!!?? \r\rNow onto the days leading up to our wedding and day of. Kate made our wedding day her top priority and made it clear in letting us knowing that. She went above and beyond to get anything we needed and added amazing personal touches as well. She would send me pictures of set ups along the way and kept me in the loop with every little detail to make sure it was all ok with me. She and her staff did an AMAZING job with setting up. Our room and cocktail hour space looked breathtaking!!!\r\rTekoa did an absolutely amazing job with our reception and did not, I repeat DID NOT miss a single beat. I guess I should also mention that we had 400 guests!\r\rWith that many people, and for our reception to go as perfectly as it did, I cannot thank Tekoa, Kate and the staff enough. I was lucky enough to run into the owner, Dan, towards the end of the night to tell him how amazing our day was. People are still calling our parents to tell them that they had never been to a wedding like ours. The food, although my husband and I did not have a chance to eat, was delicious! So many people commented on how good their meals were and that was very important to us and our families, both coming from European backgrounds. There was PLENTY of staff to go around with our huge party. Tekoa Country Club was the site of our recent wedding. Both my husband (I can now say HUSBAND!!!!) and I were extremely impressed with the flawlessness of the day, but were sure that we were biased in our opinions and felt that in the whirlwind of the day, we must've overlooked some things that our guests noticed. As we spoke with our guests, we kept hearing similar stories: \"I've never been to a wedding before where everything went perfectly...until yours,\" \"The food was delicious - tender steak, hot meals, tasty,\" and most of all \"Kate was absolutely amazing!\" Kate Sklarski is the wedding coordinator at Tekoa and she truly went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding went perfectly. From the beginning, Kate made herself readily available to answer any and all questions I had in remarkable time. She walked us through the big details of the day so that all major decisions were ours, but took it upon herself to add the extras that truly made the night perfect. For example, she went out and bought bug spray and citronella candles for the outdoor deck to protect our guests from the mosquitoes. She personally checked in on guests throughout the night to see how they were doing and if there was anything they needed. I truly feel like Kate did everything she could to give us the absolute nicest wedding possible for the price we paid, and then she found ways to make it even better. Everyone I have spoken with from our wedding had a positive interaction with her. If there were more stars to give, I would certainly give Kate Sklarski and Tekoa Country Club a hundred stars!

Tekoa Country Club was the site of our recent wedding. Both my husband (I can now say HUSBAND!!!!) and I were extremely impressed with the flawlessness of the day, but were sure that we were biased in our opinions and felt that in the whirlwind of the day, we must've overlooked some things that our guests noticed. As we spoke with our guests, we kept hearing similar stories: \"I've never been to a wedding before where everything went perfectly...until yours,\" \"The food was delicious - tender steak, hot meals, tasty,\" and most of all \"Kate was absolutely amazing!\" Kate Sklarski is the wedding coordinator at Tekoa and she truly went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding went perfectly. From the beginning, Kate made herself readily available to answer any and all questions I had in remarkable time. She walked us through the big details of the day so that all major decisions were ours, but took it upon herself to add the extras that truly made the night perfect. For example, she went out and bought bug spray and citronella candles for the outdoor deck to protect our guests from the mosquitoes. She personally checked in on guests throughout the night to see how they were doing and if there was anything they needed. I truly feel like Kate did everything she could to give us the absolute nicest wedding possible for the price we paid, and then she found ways to make it even better. Everyone I have spoken with from our wedding had a positive interaction with her. If there were more stars to give, I would certainly give Kate Sklarski and Tekoa Country Club a hundred stars!

Tekoa was amazing! They worked with us to make sure that our day was everything we wanted. All of the staff was simply amazing, but especially Kate Sklarski. Every complication that came up she handled like a true professional, and she worked so hard to make sure that I wasn't stressing out over anything. The food was delicious, even the professional chefs on our guest list were raving about it. The grounds were beautiful, and everything from the front entrance to the bathrooms was spotlessly clean. Our experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend Tekoa Country Club as a venue!

When we first started the planning process, we looked at many area venues. None of them seemed to be THE place, especially since we wanted to have our ceremony on site. Everything was bursting with flavor and many guests complimented on the food.\rKate, the banquet manager, was there to help us with anything and everything. If we needed vendor recommendations, advice, or just someone to talk to and de-stress, she was available. \rThe bar made delicious mixed drinks :)\r\rOverall, it was a perfect wedding. Everything went smoothly and better than I could have ever dreamed of! Only downside is how fast the day really does fly by!!!

We can not be happier about our choice of Tekoa Country Club for our Wedding Reception. From the day we reserved the date, to the end of our Reception, we recieved the best service. Kate Sklarski, the banquet manager, was absolutely terrific. She kept in contact with us and always offered ideas and solutions that made planning our wedding enjoyable. On our actual Wedding Day it poured rain and was a chilly 48 degrees out. We had an outdoor ceremony planned at a local park. Due to the weather, the ceremony was held indoors at the park, and all our guests departed the park in a hurry because of the rain. Kate and her staff had everything ready to go for us in a snap. Our reception flowed beautifully, with Kate coordinating all of the festivities. The food was served in a timely manner and it was hot and delicious! The bar and wait staff were courteous and smiling and made all of our guests feel welcome. \rWe honestly did not have one single complaint about our wonderful day. Our day was awesome at Tekoa CC. The weather on our wedding was spotty (raining on and off). Kate, my coodinator was communicating with me through out the day to see if I preferred to have the wedding outside or inside. In the end she scrambled and we were able to have the wedding outside. Not only that, Kate catered to everything we needed. Her and her staff set up the hall exactly how I envisioned it. The food was hot and delicious and came out very fast. She made sure my dress looked perfect! Also, the timing of the wedding was great. I didn't want my guests sitting around bored, and she kept the wedding moving. All in all, I thought Tekoa and their staff was excellent. The venue is beautiful too. I would definitely recommend to my friends having their wedding at Tekoa.

I am giving 5 stars across the board not because it was my wedding day and of course it was amazing, but we were so pleased with everything Tekoa had to offer. \r\rRachel Voci was so easy to work with and has a great head on her shoulders. We visited many coordinators at many venues and she was by far the most down to earth and realistic. It was not only the venue, but the coordinator was a huge deal-breaker for us. If you gave your wish lists of your wants, they were so helpful to accomodate. I had a lot of do-it-yourself items which they easily introduced into my day as I had planned. \r\rMy cost of service was based on 115 guests and we picked the most inclusive package. I only mention this because it was such an amazing deal and you get so much value for what you spend. I got so many compliments on the look of the room (Westfield room we used - smaller of the two) for my guests. \r\rOur wedding was in August of 2012 so the landscaping matched beautifully. We had an outdoor ceremony. The food was great, the servers were excellent. Unfortunately, our coordinator ended up having a conflicting arrangement come up therefore we quickly met up with her assistant to go over everything. It was like a bad break-up - because we were SO sad to not be able to have Rachel for the day - but I must say, it was an easy transition. Laura was as easy to work with and to let her know our needs. I will mention that there were a couple things missing (not of my request, but of their own standards), but as long as you mention what you want ahead of time, they will do everything they can to make sure your day is amazing! I can imagine all of the crazy details that the bride requests along with all of your staff, food, bar, decoratsion, etc. can be a handful. \r\rWe also went a little over our scheduled time, but the head honcho (not sure his name) was lurking around during our reception and he was so pleasant and mentioned how well-behaved (haha) our crowd was, going over like 10-15 minutes was not a problem! It was so nice not having to stress over something like that. \r\rAlso, all of you same-sex weddings out there not fear, because if you are at all stressed about finding a great place, you don't have to worry about Tekoa :) If anything, we got to use BOTH bridal suites which was awesome because we didn't know what we would have done! \r\rOverall, it was a great experience - stress free. We got the amazing backdrop of the golf course which was beautifully landscaped, it's convenient to get to, with a hotel only a few minutes away. Rachel was great with her suggestions and vendor referrals. One of our guests is getting married and after going to our wedding, they now want to have their reception at Tekoa! I am looking forward to attending that wedding :) \rHappy wedding planning!

When we first visited Tekoa we weren’t planning on liking it since I wasn’t impressed with it when I attended school dances there years ago. Since we were doing a comprehensive overview of the area venues, we decided to give it a try. My then fiancé (now husband, wow!) and I walked into the venue and our mouths literally dropped to the ground. It was amazing. We absolutely fell in love with the large ballroom with its huge picture windows, oversized dance floor, and gorgeous chandeliers and wall sconces. It reminded me of being in the middle of an apple orchard. We also loved the outdoor ceremony space with its long view of the huge green trees. The best part was that not only did I get what I was looking for – a room with a beautiful view, but Tekoa also offered the most value so we could afford to make it exactly what we wanted.\r\rI could tell that I overwhelmed some other wedding coordinators that we met with during our search process, but Rachel (Tekoa’s Event Coordinator) understood my attention to detail and was that way herself. Discussing my wedding plans with her always made me feel calm and gave me that special bridal feeling. She was very flexible with our requests. When asked, Rachel would also offer her own opinions, which was an honesty that I appreciated and valued. \r\rOur wedding went smoothly due to Rachel’s oversight of the event. The room looked beautiful and the staff did a great job setting it up. One of my friends happened to be one of their bartenders so having her work our event made it even more personal. Because everyone was having such a great time, we didn’t even have the typical wedding bar huggers, which says a lot about how much everyone enjoyed themselves. \r\rThe food at Tekoa was delicious. We decided to offer soup shooters for appetizers during our cocktail hour since we weren’t offering a soup course. Everyone is still raving about them. For dinner, we decided to have a buffet to maximize value and to also allow people to only eat what they wanted. Sometimes wedding buffet food can get cold as people are serving themselves, food can run out, and the line can get too long. However, that didn’t happen at Tekoa. The staff kept the food hot the entire time, the food never ran out, and the line moved so fast that it never got too long. We had so many compliments on the food because it was so much better than typical wedding food. In fact, we wish that they had a restaurant serving that food because I can’t wait to eat there again!\r\rTekoa definitely far exceeded our expectations and I will definitely recommend it to my friends. It was not a wedding factory producing cookie cutter weddings. Since we were the only wedding that day, it really gave us the privacy that we desired. Tekoa also allowed for us to be creative with our wedding and make it our own. Choosing Tekoa was one of the best decisions that we made for our wedding.

My husband and I got married at Tekoa in May of 2010. After booking another venue for our wedding, we received a phone call stating that the venue was closing and we would be unable to have our wedding there and lost our deposit. In a frantic seach for a new location, we came across Tekoa. Upon my first contact with Rachel I was already impressed. She fit me in the same day and was able to calm my fears in every way after being left without a wedding venue. Not only did she accomodate every request that we had she went above and beyond. We booked Tekoa that same day becuase of how amazing Rachel was, and not to mention the beautiful venue that was recently renovoted. From that day forward until our actually wedding day, Rachel and her staff were above and beyond anything we could have ever asked for. \rRachel ensured our wedding day was perfect in every way. The ceremony, the food, the reception everything was perfect. There is not a single compliant I could ever have with Tekoa. If you are looking for a beautiful venue, with reasoable prices, and amazing food Tekoa is your place. In addition, Rachel is by far the best wedding coordinator in all of Western Mass. She will listen and cater to every want and need that you have for your special day. Losing our original venue was a blessing becuase Tekoa made our day better then we ever imagined. Thanks Rachel!

My husband and I got married at Tekoa in May of 2010. After booking another venue for our wedding, we received a phone call stating that the venue was closing and we would be unable to have our wedding there and lost our deposit. In a frantic seach for a new location, we came across Tekoa. Upon my first contact with Rachel I was already impressed. She fit me in the same day and was able to calm my fears in every way after being left without a wedding venue. Not only did she accomodate every request that we had she went above and beyond. Tekoa Country Club was the perfect fit to host our wedding! The venue itself boasted the right amount elegance without stretching our dollar too much! The food was excellent. We didn't have one complaint from any of our guests. We especially want to thank the Event Coordinator, Rachel, she was absolutely phenomenal. Not only was she patient with us, but she went above and beyond the ideas we had by adding a few extra touches to our day. We were ecstatic with how amazing that day turned out, and we can thank her and her staff for all of that! With the costs of weddings nowadays, TCC made it easy for us to say, \"It was a beautiful day; worth EVERY penny.\" If you're a simple couple that wants to add a few simple touches to your day, without going over budget, like we are, then I highly suggest this venue. Even if you aren't, Rachel and the staff at TCC will work with you to make sure you have the wedding of your dreams. You won't regret it. Rachel is more than happy to help you through the extra stress that can come with wedding planning. The service, the food, and the venue are perfect for any intimate gathering. My husband and I can't thank the staff at Tekoa enough, especially Rachel Voci, for executing our visions and requests for our wedding day more perfectly. The atmosphere was gorgeous, the food was outstanding and the waitstaff/service was impeccable. We are still receiving compliments on the food (we did stations and it was a HUGE HIT) and the service. I never worried for a moment about anything throughout the 6 hour reception. Rachel, Bill and I are truly grateful for all your work and your dedication to ensure everything went off without a hitch! You and your staff made our wedding day everything we imagined it would be! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Rachel Vocci of Tekoa Country Club was the best! She walked me through the whole planning process and listened to our concerns...and responded to them! The newly renovated facility is stunning, we had a blast taking pictures on the golf course, the food was beyond amazing (get the butternut squash!) and it was amazing!

Hi! My name is Jennifer Godaire and I am the Banquet Coordinator at Tekoa Country Club. I have been working at Tekoa since 2016. I started as a Banquet Server and quickly moved through the ranks.
