Intimate Outdoor Weddings
Located minutes from wine country in Temecula, California, the wedding venue of Temecula Creek Cottages offers couples a historic and rustic event space. The owners wanted to create a space that represented the Temecula they love, and over the years, they have renovated the site to accommodate special events and overnight accommodations. The venue is nestled in a canyon among 100-year-old oak trees; couples have the entire pet-friendly property to host their outdoor wedding. With beautifully landscaped grounds and seasonal gardens, the former granite quarry allows a peaceful, romantic, lush setting for such a happy occasion. Facilities and Capacity When guests arrive at Temecula Creek Cottages, they will be greeted with valet parking and wheelchair access. While waiting for the ceremony to begin, guests socialize under a variety of mature trees, including the giant mature California Oak. The natural scrub oaks, granite boulders, and mountainside background provide a relaxing, quiet setting for ceremonies, receptions, elopements, bridal showers, engagement parties, and rehearsal dinners. A bridal cottage suite containing the necessary elements to become wedding-ready. The groom doesn't get overlooked; he and his groomsmen are provided with a cottage, a deck, and a shady outdoor lounge; to enjoy their wedding preparations. Under market lighting and shady trees, couples can exchange their vows with 150 friends and family. The cocktail area is located just feet away, with oak wine barrels used as unique tables, with tall and low cocktail tables. In the reception area, a dance floor provides space for entertainment, while the lawn area can be used to set up games. The permanent ADA-approved restroom building is fully air-conditioned in both the ladies and the gents. The ladies' bathroom facility has three stalls, furniture, and several mirrors. The gentlemen's facility also has furnishings, including a long mirror enabling them to look their best. Services Offered While Temecula Creek Cottages has a list of preferred vendors, they also permit couples to invite their vendors. The venue includes an experienced personal wedding planner and an on-site venue manager who will assist in all aspects of your wedding planning and execution of all the details from the moment your event is booked until your rehearsal and wedding day. The facility offers linens and furniture, including the venue bartenders who assist in serving any alcohol the couple decides to supply. Accommodations This wedding venue also houses six individual, fully furnished cottages that can be rented overnight. Each cottage is decorated uniquely; positioned in a private location. All, but one cottage features a large deck. Trees provide welcome shade on a warm day.

My husband and I got married here a few weeks ago and everything turned out beautiful. Jules and her team are amazing. My family and I loved them! They were all so attentive and so organized. This venue comes with a wedding planner which is one of the big reasons we booked besides the venue being beautiful. Weddings are stressful enough, so having Jules was a blessing. She’s really on top of everything. Thank you Jules and team for making our day memorable for not only us but our family and friends.

First of all, I must say this is probably one of my favorite venues that I’ve ever worked at. I’m a wedding photographer and I also do hair and make up. I’ve worked at this venue over a dozen times now, and everyone of my brides has been extremely happy with their experience. The staff, the venue, the location, and the entire experience is unbeatable. The venue is much more accommodating than any other venue I’ve ever worked at. When I say the staff is incredible, I truly mean it. Jules has always been my point of contact for my weddings at Temecula Creek cottages. She goes above and beyond for her brides and guests. She’s extremely talented and keeps your day on schedule from start to finish. She is beyond knowledgeable in the wedding industry and has a large list of preferred vendors to help your day run as smooth as possible. I tell all of my clients when they’re looking for a venue to check out Temecula Creek cottages. What you get is worth its weight in gold when it comes to the value of this venue. The grounds are super lush and green like a little fairytale garden. You get to bring your own vendors in which I think is a huge plus and not as common anymore since so many venues are all inclusive. This might sound silly but the bathrooms are not brought in porta potties they are super cute and always clean. That’s a huge plus as I’ve worked a lot of venues and I hate the little trailer potties! The grounds are beautifully landscaped all year long and something is always in bloom no matter what time of year. I was fortunate enough to have my baby shower on the property and every single person that came couldn’t stop commenting about how beautiful the location was. I can’t say enough great things about this venue. I’d probably keep rambling on if I could. I think it’s worth checking out if you’re looking for a venue that you can bring your own vendors in (or still worth checking out even if you want an all inclusive as Jules is amazing at helping brides plan all those details) and in my opinion it’s very affordable for what all you get for the weekend!! Run, don’t walk! I promise you will love it!!!

Our first meeting with Jules left us not wanting to meet with any more sites. as her professionalism and interaction with us was positive from the very beginning. The venue in itself is located in a beautiful area in Temecula, a truly hidden gem. Jules provided a detailed outline/checklist that guided us along the way. As recommended, our decision to book the entire venue that included ALL 6-cottages for all our wedding party. Jules made sure to stay in contact with us all 4 months leading up to our special day. On the wedding day, Jules made sure that her Temecula Creek Cottage team, which included the bartender, were all included in a detailed Schedule of Events. If anything was out of place or missing, she quickly coordinated with me to inform me with any changes. The day was perfect from beginning to end! All of our guests were impressed with the venue, Jules and her staff. She made our special day seamless. She is a truly a gifted, dedicated and professional wedding coordinator and floral designer. She will not fail you in what your are looking for and will always recommend what's best for you and your budget. We highly recommend booking with this venue and you'll absolutely love working with Jules. She truly makes everything easy and stress free!

Wow where do we start! Two years ago my wife and I were in search of a wedding venue. After meeting at multiple places, we visited Temecula Creek Cottages. Not only is the location beautiful nestled up against the mountain but even more important was how Julie treated us. We just had our wedding ceremony 7-15-23 and it was everything we wished for. Julie, Sandy, Andy, Bliss were beyond amazing. They had everything we needed. Drinks and appetizers while taking photos, ensuring we were always taken care of, and not to mention cleaning our cottage. Talk about taking care of the fine details, Julie and her staff does so! We decided to rent out every cottage for the weekend and make it a weekend to remember. Nonetheless it was amazing and the facility owner and Julie were extremely accommodating. This place is an absolutely diamond in the rough, but Julie and staff are something special. We are actually going to miss interacting with Julie and her staff! The venue is truly a diamond in the rough, a hidden gem with stunning backdrops and an intimate atmosphere. The venue allows you to rent out the full property for the wedding weekend (Friday - Sunday AM) and there are six cottages on the property that fit our entire wedding party - it was so fun for all of us to stay together! It also made the wedding morning so easy - no transportation was needed for the bridal party day-of. Julie the venue coordinator was incredible, she made sure every detail of the day was taken care of. I didn't have to lift a finger all day! You won't regret booking your wedding at TCC

My husband and I got married on 7/24/21 at Temecula Creek Cottages! If you’re considering booking TCC for your wedding, JUST DO IT. I promise you won’t regret it! There are so many different things that make this venue so amazing! First thing: The Venue! You can tell a lot of love and upkeep goes into this place! The entire place is beautiful and every detail thought out! There are 6 cute cottages on the venue site, that you can rent – I highly recommend doing this. It was so nice to be on site at our Venue the entire weekend. The cottages do not take away from the venue at all! Secondly, Julie: Julie is the wedding coordinator that comes with the Venue. She also gave me the initial tour of the venue. She is detailed, thorough, approachable, smart, and sweet! Honestly, she makes Temecula Creek Cottages amazing. You can tell she truly loves her job there and makes you and your wedding party feel like family. She also did the florals for my wedding, and she did an amazing job! We talked in depth multiple times about my vision but ultimately I trusted her to go with what she wanted based on our conversation! I did not regret it! The flowers were so beautiful! Julie will call you to touch base as much or as little as you want throughout the planning process. She will ask you things that you never would have thought about, and just makes the entire process simple. TCC wouldn’t be what it is without her! I cannot recommend this venue enough!

This review is LONG overdue! I don't even know where to begin to share what a perfect experience we had at the Temecula Creek Cottages. Our original wedding date was April 17th at a different venue, rescheduled to a sister property on July 10th, and then told that we would not be able to hold our wedding 2 weeks before the date. I found the Temecula Creek Cottages 2 weeks before our wedding, and I wish we had booked here from the start. Jules went above and beyond to help pull a wedding together in that time frame, and I have to tell you it was absolute perfection. We were completely fine with downsizing to meet the local restrictions, and our guests felt so safe with all that the venue did to help follow the guidelines. The location is stunning and has so many options for photos, and it was really nice to have the cottages available to get ready and freshen up in throughout the night. Jules is an angel and her attention to detail and the love that she puts into what she does is so evident. I am constantly recommending this venue to people I know and am looking for an excuse to host another event here as soon as things go back to normal. Booking this venue was truly the best decision that we made when planning our wedding!

We just got married at Temecula Creek Cottages on 9.12.2020 and it was so much better than we could have ever imagined!!! THE VENUE: There is a large outdoor area for the ceremony and reception. The grounds are beautiful and well manicured. We booked all six of the cottages for the weekend of our wedding and having everyone together was very special.WHAT YOU GET: I might forget a few things, but included in the cost of the venue rental, you also get their coordinator Jules, two cottages for one night (one bridal and one groom cottage) and a bartender. On the day of the event, Bliss and Damien were there for set up and to make sure everything went well. All included!!!VENDORS: Bring your own everything!!! Some venues charge $15,000 for the venue and then they make you use their vendors and require purchase minimums. Not here! If you need help, they can suggest their preferred vendors, but we hired our own food service and did the appetizers ourselves. There is no pressure to go with anyone they've used before. We purchased and brought all of the booze, cups, napkins, etc. The bartender on staff told us how much of everything we needed to bring based on our guest count and he was so right on. You do have to lug everything down there, but once you get it there they take over. So worth it!!!!We wanted a pub/backyard/casual feel, so we did end up renting some tables that they didn't have available there. Jules arranged that for us and the pricing was very reasonable, not to mention she handled the drop off/pick up.FLOWERS: You can use your own vendor, but Jules is also available (for a fee) to do floral decorations, bouquets, boutonnieres, etc. We wanted to keep our ceremony simple and low in cost, but I did have a bouquet and asked Jules do some accent greenery and florals to tie in our tables with the blooming flowers at the venue. She was very reasonable and knows what she is doing! I told her my budget and then gave her the freedom to just make it beautiful, which she did.JULES: She needs her own section. I am a self-proclaimed control freak and am used to being the planner for everything. As soon as I met Jules, I knew I could trust her to make our day perfect. We booked a year in advance and she was in constant communication. She is very organized and makes you feel comfortable. On our wedding day I had total confidence that she would make sure everything was seamless, which she did. If you are the same way, you can tell her what you want/need and she will make it happen. Trust me!Should out to Bliss & Damien too. Everyone was fantastic!THE EVENT: Everyone was so impressed with the venue and the staff. I would describe the atmosphere at the Cottages as outdoor elegance, but we got the backyard wedding feel we wanted. Talk about the most PERFECT wedding venue!! Not only is the property beautiful, full of flowers and greenery, but the cottages are adorable. We found the Temecula Creek Cottages about a month before our wedding and Julie was so amazing in helping us coordinate our wedding, making all of our dreams come true! I could not have done it without Julie! I definitely recommend renting the cottages and making a weekend out of it. Thank you Julie for being so wonderful!

Where do I begin! My husband and I were the last wedding here before the COVID-19 quarantine took place! The weekend of our special day was some of the most horrible rain storms that had hit Southern California by far at that time! That being said we had tents put up and the venue itself was still as gorgeous as without them! We were so blessed to have a break in the weather the actual day of our wedding but we’re still thankful for those tents for holding the heat in. I would recommend this venue a million times over again to anyone wanting an outdoor wedding! We had a rustic theme and the venue itself was perfect for what we had visioned! The staff was all AMAZING! The newly renovated landscape, cottages, lights, ceremony and reception area were all perfect! The built in bar and bathrooms are pretty awesome too! For the bad luck (non- wedding and weather) leading up to our day we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue and staff to make it all so perfect! I would give 10 stars for this venue! Jules the on-site coordinator is by far the BEST!

The venue is absolutely gorgeous!! Julie was and still is amazing. We used her as our planner and our florist and i could not say anything bad about it. We were blown away by it all. I had a few hiccups along the way and Julie was there to fix and solve them for us just weeks before the wedding and I couldn’t be more grateful. If I could do it all over again, she and this venue would be it!

Just had our wedding here this past weekend 10.12.19. I honestly cannot describe how amazing this venue was! First, you get to stay on the property all weekend if you choose to and they block out the entire place just for you and your party. Then if you have Julie as your wedding coordinator, you literally don’t have to worry about a single thing the day of your wedding. She was extremely efficient with our rehearsal and with day of planning. She is THE BEST, and I didn’t have to worry about anything but enjoying my day. The venue is so beautiful and was everything I ever wanted, there is so much natural beauty all around that we didn’t even have a lot of decorations. Truly a great weekend, would love to come back just for a weekend getaway! Thank you guys!!

Jules, our wedding coordinator, was extraordinary for her dedication to our Autumn wedding in September 2019 at Temecula Creek Cottages. She provided not only the planning, managing, and flawlessly executing the wedding event but also was our florist for the nuptial and the party afterwards. We met her early, almost 7 months ahead of the wedding date, to discuss the preparations and most importantly, our budget. During those long months, Jules was always ever ready and available for any questions or concerns or changes that kept coming up unexpectedly from us. Her super friendly and easy going attitude plus her professionalism in her manner; in addition to her expertise of wedding planning made us very comfortable and happy to have her by our sides on this overwhelming and sometimes more than stressful process.Jules’ flowers were beautifully selected and arranged, from the bridal and bridesmaids’ bouquets to the groomsmen’s boutonnieres, her taste in decors for the venue was simple but elegant, with soft greens and votives and luminara flicker candles and rose heads and seeded eucalyptus, all was meant to be expressive about the natural theme that we had requested for our love of the outdoors. Nothing but compliments was received after! Our wedding was a blast! Jules was there working hard and the success of it was rightfully accredited to her. If you ever want to have a wedding at Temecula Creek Cottages or any other location surrounding the Fallbrook or Temecula areas, look no further for a talented, funny, friendly, classy, detail oriented wedding coordinator who is JULES at Simply Regal. Julie Edwards (Events Director) I grew up in England and, in 1982, as a young adult, moved to California, USA. My background was the corporate world until I had my three children, Bliss, Brie and Drew. There is something immensely gratifying taking scattered ideas and transforming them into a gala event. I enjoy ensuring that the infinite details of complicated, large scale events are attended to professionally and with the utmost of care. I love what I do and I trust you will too!
