Honestly, just stop looking for a venue. This is the place to do it!!!! We got married on 8/12/2023 and had our reception there. The staff at Terrace 167 are beyond professional, amazing, and so easy to work with. We never had one issue, and were able to do a few mock set ups before the big day which made life so much easier. On the day of, the staff were so helpful, and treated everyone like they were the most important people there. Our guests loved Terrace 167 and are still talking about our wedding. It is such a stunning and large venue. You could not go wrong booking them, so just do it if you are reading through reviews trying to decide. The pricing at Terrace 167 is amazing as well. We used the shuttle bus as well and it made getting our guests too and from so much easier, and it ensured everyone got home safe after celebrating. Our day was beyond amazing, beautiful, and so easy. We can not thank everyone at Terrace 167 enough for their help. They were honestly amazing. Honestly, just stop looking for a venue. This is the place to do it!!!! We got married on 8/12/2023 and had our reception there. The staff at Terrace 167 are beyond professional, amazing, and so easy to work with. We never had one issue, and were able to do a few mock set ups before the big day which made life so much easier. This was the first and last venue I toured after I got engaged because I immediately booked it after I saw it in person. The pictures do not do this venue justice, this place truly is more beautiful in person. I loved how I didn't have to worry about deciding if the ceremony was indoor or outdoor until the day before. It took a lot of stress off of me while planning to know I had a backup plan in case it were forecasted to rain on the big day. Terri, the owner, was very knowledgeable and kind with us from the get-go. She gave us a tour of the venue and answered all of our questions! We also worked with Rachel, the venue coordinator, who was also great. She helped us a lot with last minute questions and always responded promptly. Lastly, the crew at this venue is top notch. Although we did not expect them to help with clean-up, they still took it upon themselves to help us clean up. Truly top-tier service. A beautiful place filled with even more beautiful-hearted people!

This was the perfect venue for our late October wedding! We loved that we were able to do everything on site including getting ready, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Terrace 167 is SO beautifully decorated that I didn’t feel the need to bring a lot of my own decor. Terri and Rachel worked well with my coordinator to make my wedding day perfect. I desperately wanted an outdoor wedding and they were so accommodating, letting me make the final decision the day of! The entire day was everything I could have dreamed of! All of our guests still comment how beautiful our venue was! Highly recommend!!

We cannot say enough good things about the folks at Terrace 167. Terry, Rachel and their team are incredibly professional and amazing to work with. Rachel was always quick to respond to any and all of our questions quickly, and she was great in communicating with our wedding coordinator. Wedding day was executed flawlessly! All of our guests raved about how beautiful and unique the venue was, and there are endless locations on site to take photos. They allowed the flexibility to wait until the morning of our wedding to decide on outdoor/indoor ceremony and all of our guests enjoyed the bar service available before, during and after all the day's activities. The bride & groom suites were perfect for getting ready, and provided a great space & lighting for hair and makeup. We appreciated how little decorating we needed to do ourselves because of the beautiful, existing décor. Our favorite was the TV's provided above the bar area to be able to display slideshows of all our family photos! Terrace 167 will always hold a special place in our hearts, it was a truly magical day - thank you for everything!

We loved everything about Terrace 167. This was the first venue we looked at and we immediately fell in love with it. Everyone was very helpful and able to answer any questions we had along the way of planning. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch having our ceremony and reception there, thanks to all the staff. Any questions, concerns or last minute changes were immediately taken care of and they were constantly checking in on us making sure we didn't need anything otherwise they were willing to jump in to help. The day was just beautiful. Terri came and congratulated me before I walked down the aisle and Rachel even put my veil on for me when I needed some help! The only thing I would say is we had quite a bit of trouble hanging decorations in their building without much help from staff other than giving us a ladder so I do wish there was more help in that aspect (the commando hooks wouldn’t stick and nothing else was permitted). But as I said the day was beautiful and Rachel helped direct the rehearsal which was so appreciated. We also underestimated the height and power of our streamer poppers so they above and beyond by getting streamers out of the trees.

From beginning to end, the entire staff at Terrace 167 provide a first class experience and we absolutely loved having our wedding at this venue! Rachel, our wedding coordinator at Terrace, was amazing to work with and helped make our day perfect. She was always there to answer any questions we had and greatly appreciated all her help throughout the entire process. The venue itself is gorgeous (inside and out) and is the perfect location. Inside, we hardly had to do much decorating because Terrace provides a beautiful interior. Outside is perfect for pictures (we did have our ceremony off site.) There was plenty of space for our guest count (about 190) and the tables fit 8-10 people per table perfectly. We really liked the head table set up as we (bride/groom) had a sweetheart table next to our bridal party and we had the perfect view of the entire room. Then, the dance floor has plenty of space. Finally, the staff at the event were fantastic. Our guests were served drinks quickly by the bartenders and then at the end of the night, the staff even helped clean up our items, even though they didn’t have too, which really helped out clean up time. They truly went above and beyond to make our day so special. We would HIGHLY recommend using Terrace 167 for your wedding venue.

We booked Terrace167 for our wedding in April. We fell in love with the place as soon as we walked it; it’s a mix of rustic, industrial vibes. Bride and groom suite were great for getting ready. Option to have indoor our outdoor ceremony. They took care of setting up for the ceremony and which it over once the ceremony concluded. Terry was super friendly, professional and always got back to us quickly with any question we had. Tanya and Hannah were great, they made the day easy, they took care of everything! Our bartender’s were great as well, Jess. So many of our quest complement how beautiful this venue is.

Although this venue has a gorgeous interior, I would not recommend hiring them for your wedding. I wish I hadn't. Here is why. First off, they double booked the day of our rehearsal dinner, causing one of us to only have access to the interior and the other, the exterior only. In addition to us, they booked ANOTHER last minute event, forcing us to only be able to decorate certain parts of the hall the day before our ceremony/reception and to leave hours earlier than we originally booked.Second, their employees need to be more aware of what is listed in Terrace 167's contract and improve internal communication to ensure their clients are receiving accurate information. Normally they charge the same amount for their bar packages per person, regardless of age but only because we had an issue with our contract, they gave us a discounted rate for children. They also raised the prices of the bar package from the time we signed the contract to our wedding day. There is a loophole in their contract, stating they can raise any prices at any time, without notice. So, we had no choice but to pay it.Finally, we are craft beer lovers, so we ordered kegs from their list of available beers from local breweries. Apparently, their lines could not handle the sour beer we ordered so they were not able to pour 90% of it and did not give us any discount, even though our guests were not able to drink it. The beauty of this venue did not make up for all the issues, prices and interactions we encountered.

My husband and I loved every moment of our wedding at Terrace 167! We got married in December and it was like we were in our own personal Hallmark Christmas Movie! Terry and her crew decorate it so lovely so we didn’t need to bring much for our own decorations. The team there is top notch and they are so helpful and willing to help you make your day so special! I highly recommend getting married at Terrace 167 and highly recommend a Christmas time wedding!

I had seen photos of Terrace167 for awhile. We had toured 4 other venues before touring Terrace167. I loved all of them since I had narrowed them down. The look on my Husband's face when we toured Terrace167, I knew this was the place we were going to get married. The whole process was easy and was made easy by the entire team at terrace167. Payments, touring, rehearsal and the day of all went perfectly. Love the entire team at Terrace167 and they helped bring our thoughts to life. We were able to decorate the day prior, practice outdoors in the ceremony space, and they even helped pack up our décor before the end of the night. If we had to do it again, we wouldn't change a thing. Thanks again!

We were able to decorate the day prior, practice outdoors in the ceremony space, and they even helped pack up our décor before the end of the night. Beyond happy that we chose Terrace 167 for our wedding venue. We had both our ceremony and reception on site and it was everything we dreamed of!! We got so many compliments from ours guests about how unique and perfect the space was for our wedding. We had about 150 guests and it was a very comfortable fit with extra space to spare. The weather was perfect allowing us to have the garage door open to the outside space, which was a nice way for people to mingle inside and out. The venue itself was amazing without extra added costs many other venues have: all of the inside decorations are included, the string lighting inside and out was included, and the tables and chairs look beautiful by themselves preventing the need to buy linens or upgrade seating. The different venue managers we worked with from the day of booking until the day of the wedding were always quick to respond and there to provide support in whatever way we needed. We would recommend this space to anyone looking for a rustic chic vibe for their wedding!

Terrace 167 is one of the best places to have a wedding reception. We had close to 300 guests attend, and this beautiful space was PERFECT. Two bars, amazing wooden tables and chairs, awesome hanging lights, and super cool bathrooms. But, the best part of Terrace, was the wonderful service that we received. The managers that worked with us made it so easy to make our dream wedding reception come to life. They were extremely cooperative when it came to including details that we wanted, and excluded things that we didn't want. They were very communicative via email and text. They never seemed to try and \"sell\" anything extra to us. They listened to what we wanted, and worked with us to achieve that goal. A BIG shoutout to manager Kayla Tremore! She is amazing at her job! Anyone who gets the chance to work with her should deem themselves lucky and blessed!

We walked in to this venue and knew it was the place for us! It had a rustic/distillery type of feeling tucked away in Richfield! The staff was nothing short of amazing all night! Everything ran perfect through the entire day! The outdoor ceremony site was perfect to flow right into a cocktail hour for guests! You barely need any of your own decorations since the venue is set up to have everything you need. They made it the most absolute perfect day and start to the rest of or life together!

We walked in to this venue and knew it was the place for us! It had a rustic/distillery type of feeling tucked away in Richfield! The staff was nothing short of amazing all night! Everything ran perfect through the entire day! The outdoor ceremony site was perfect to flow right into a cocktail hour for guests! You barely need any of your own decorations since the venue is set up to have everything you need. They made it the most absolute perfect day and start to the rest of or life together!

We looked at each other and instantly knew. In fact, we even made sure there was Summer of 2021 availability before we finished the tour because we knew we would be crushed if we had to go elsewhere! Terry, Stephanie, Kayla, and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing and could not have been more accommodating. Not once did we ever hear the word \"no\" from any of them throughout the whole process. They truly allowed us to make our day unique to us. Terry, the owner, handed me, the bride, her personal cell phone number at the rehearsal the night before the wedding and told me to shoot her a text if I had any concerns, even if they came to me at 2am...who does that?! Absolutely amazing. Terrace 167 is a stunning venue that doesn't require any decorations (hello, a bride's dream!), yet allows for every couple to express themselves freely and make the day their very own. We were able to come the day before the wedding to add our table decorations. The bar is huge. The dance floor was packed. And the outdoor space is beautiful! We were able to open up the garage door later in the evening too!

Planning a wedding in the midst of a pandemic is extremely stressful, but Terrace 167 and its staff did all that they could to make sure that our wedding day was still perfect and ensured us that the safety of us and our guests was their top priority. The venue itself is absolutely GORGEOUS. We got so many compliments from our guests on the venue and some that are keeping it in mind for their own weddings in the future! Terrace 167 has done an amazing job with decorating too - I barely had to put up any decorations of my own because it is already SO beautiful and well decorated. That took one more thing off of my plate, which was wonderful. :) On the day of our wedding the staff was incredible. As soon as my husband and I walked in we were greeted and offered drinks and the staff checked on us constantly throughout the night to make sure that our day was everything we had imagined it would be. The staff was friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and nothing but pleasant to our guests. The staff, the venue, and everything was perfect and made our wedding day perfect! Stephanie helped everything go together seamlessly for our wedding - down to every detail! The preparation was fantastic, which led to her helping to nail down every detail for the day of to avoid a lot of questions while we were getting ready. Terrace 167 was the perfect venue for our wedding day festivities! Terry and her staff were helpful in every step of the planning process before the day, up until I walked down their stone-paved path for our ceremony, to the reception and dancing. We worked with the venue to create a custom bar package as their vast selections didn't quite fit our needs. Our lead bartender on the night of, Leanne, was AMAZING. She made sure my husband and I always were served and were a priority. At the end of the night, her and I shared a few good laughs about the night too as we gathered our things and cleared out. We received SO many compliments about the venue, which is why I picked it in the first place! The place on its own is absolutely beautiful. I am not very good at decorating, so I liked that I didn't need to do a lot to the space, and it would still look fantastic! One of my favorite parts about the whole day was near the end of the evening, when everyone was dancing and having a good time, the temperature outside was cold enough that they could open the garage door. It brought a great breeze with it, and instantly invited people to spread from the dance floor out to the back space. My family, friends, and I were able to dance the \"Cha Cha Slide\" outside along the stone-paved path under their string lights. It was perfect! I did enjoy too the slight freedom for catering that comes with choosing this venue. Unlike some venues where you're restricted to their kitchen and menus, I was able to pick from a handful of caterers and whatever baker I wanted for our cake. Terry made sure all the caterers offered provide nothing but top-tier service, or she wouldn't offer them as an option in the firs place. If I could do it all again, I would without a doubt have my wedding here again!

Absolutely stunning venue with a great team to match. We had so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful of a space it was and how accommodating the staff was. I only have a few minor complaints. The first being as another review has stated was the bar package was increased. We had booked in Sept. of 2017 and were married on June 8th 2019. In that amount of time the bar packages were increased. I understand the need of costs going up but I do feel that when booking you should be locked in for your prices. Changing prices could make or break someone's budget and completely change their plan of action. My second concern was on the day of our wedding they had another wedding come in to do a rehearsal. This was addressed to me on the day of (not a big deal but more of a heads up would have been nice), but my problem was these people were walking throughout the venue not just where they were having the ceremony. I had all of my things(money and such) in the bridal suite while I was having my hair and makeup done. I did not feel comfortable having strangers walk in to what I considered should be a private space. Unfortunately nowadays you can not be too trusting. What if things would have been stolen/missing. Who would have been responsible for that loss? Both complaints are minor compared to our overall experience but felt they should be addressed. We were extremely happy with our experience and would do it over again.

Terry, the owner, was SO helpful and she was there the day of the wedding checking on me making sure that everything was going perfect! She also gives great advice from where you should set up tables to what caterers she highly recommends. We were able to stop by a couple times for various measurements or just to relook at an area without any hassle. You won’t regret going with this venue! I can’t recommend Terrace 167 enough. She focuses on each one, and strives to give them the best experience, for the best day of their lives. She is so accommodating to each brides needs and wants, and has gone above and beyond to make each and every wedding and event unique and special. If there is a question, or a request from a bride--Terry is prompt at doing everything she can to please the couple and make their experience excellent.I have never seen a venue more flexible and willing to meet the requests of their couples than Terry and Terrace 167. Not to mention their aesthetic and ambiance is unparalleled. I have never had such a terrible experience with a small business in my life. We booked with this stunning venue in February of 2017. My fiancé and I both, monetarily and emotionally were incredibly invested in this space for 10 months until we received an email stating alcohol prices were to increase as of Jan 1st,2018. We signed a contract and I would have thought the morally correct business move would be to honor the prices we were shown. Unfortunately, we quickly realized there was a loophole that the owners were able to take advantage of. Our deposit covered for the space it self- yet our contract also committed us to purchasing alcohol through terrace. This $2500 price increase for the same alcohol package was too devastating of an increase for a young couple like my fiancé and I (and I am sure is for numerous other couples). The venue owners would not compromise with us and we ultimately booked with another venue last minute. I have also heard of these shady price increases from numerous other brides (as I am a wedding vendor myself). I will continue to warn future couples of this terrifying experience as I would not have wished this upon my worst enemy. The space itself is stunning; but I would not trust these people with my money.

Our deposit covered for the space it self- yet our contract also committed us to purchasing alcohol through terrace. This $2500 price increase for the same alcohol package was too devastating of an increase for a young couple like my fiancé and I (and I am sure is for numerous other couples). The venue owners would not compromise with us and we ultimately booked with another venue last minute. I have also heard of these shady price increases from numerous other brides (as I am a wedding vendor myself). I will continue to warn future couples of this terrifying experience as I would not have wished this upon my worst enemy. The space itself is stunning; but I would not trust these people with my money.

The décor both inside and out, is unlike any other, and it is perfect for those looking for the \"barn\" or \"rustic\" feel without the obstacles of a real barn. Terry and the Terrace 167 staff were so helpful with the planning process, answering all of our questions and handling each one of our requests beautifully. They went above and beyond to make our special day everything we wanted it to be and more and for that, we are forever grateful!

Terrace 167 was a beautiful location for our ceremony, reception, and pictures. We loved that the venue already had beautiful lighting and rustic decor because we had very little decorating to do. Also, the owners and staff were very helpful and flexible throughout the planning process and on our wedding day. We couldn't have asked for a better venue!

Terrace 167 is such a beautiful venue! The owner, Terry, was amazing to work with. She was very accommodating throughout the entire planning process. I received compliments all night on how beautiful the venue was, and some people even said they had never been somewhere so nice! We didn't even need to decorate much since Terrace 167 already looks so pretty.
