Modern Farmhouse & Barn on 5 Acres of Trees
The Abbey Estate is a privately owned venue located on five, tree-filled acres, in historic Waxahachie, Texas. Rentals include everything on the property to help make your event a success, including: exclusive access to all indoor and outdoor celebration spaces, tables and chairs, table linens, Bluetooth compatible sound system, optional use of event decor and our exceptional event service staff. Your rental also includes a (pre-event) planning meeting and an optional 1.5 hour photo shoot for engagement or bridal photos. The Abbey Estate features: - A MODERN FARMHOUSE with an event gathering space, two catering prep kitchens and grand staircase on the lower level, plus a spacious Bridal Suite on the upper floor. - A RUSTIC PARTY BARN with cathedral ceilings, wooden beams, shiplap walls and lighted deck on the lower level, and a Texas-styled Grooms Loft on the upper floor. - AN OUTDOOR PERGOLA/STAGE, GAZEBO and FLAGSTONE PATIO under twinkle and bistro lights

They Abbey Estates is a beautiful venue. Kathryn goes above and beyond to assist on making your occasion special and everything goes as planned. She pays attention to details and will answer all questions you may have promptly. The cake and champagne were delicious which was provided with our package. Thank you to The Abbey Estates! What can I say about our experience at The Abbey Estates exceptâŠit was just perfect! It really was the absolute perfect wedding experience from start to finish! From the tour of the gorgeous venue to the final moments of our beautiful wedding day, Kathryn and her team made everything feel effortless and stress free for all of us! She sat down with us in the beginning and helped us plan out EVERYTHING⊠even things I didnât even know I wanted! Her attention to detail is amazing! She really cares about making all your wedding day dreams come true! And the venue is so gorgeous! Itâs simple and so elegant at the same time! I fell immediately in love as soon as I walked in! I love that all the âthingsâ you want are included in your total price too! Not the âĂ la carteâ you to death, like so many other venues! That was a relief on our mind and pocket book! They were on every requests and every detail! As for me, the bride, there was nothing left for me to stress over! Our situation was unique, in that, 5 days before our wedding, my Dad passed away! So we were walking into the day with hearts that were deeply mourning, but anticipating a joyful day of celebration! Kathryn and her team knew this and were beyond understanding and went out of their way to make our day feel so magical in spite of our heavy hearts! The barn is simply beautiful and seated our 100 + guests comfortably! Our guests raved about the venue, which made me know we picked a great place! I canât recommend this venue enough to you! From the beginning Kathryn was amazing! We did the tour and the pictures do not do it justice. Everything is so beautiful with many options for reception and ceremony depending on your vision. The planning meeting was great she listens to what we wanted and needed and worked with us. She is very responsive to texts and emails for questions and concerns. The day of the wedding she was on top of everything and went above and beyond for decor and helping with anything we needed. Such an amazing experience. I can not recommend enough!!

When my original venue flooded 1 week before my wedding day The Abbey Estates stepped up and made my wedding absolutely beautiful and flawless. The venue was gorgeous, the amenities were top notch and the staff was so professional and responsive to anything I needed. The Abbey Estates will hold a special place in my heart and I will use them for many other events. If you are looking for a special place to have an event, look no further. This place will not disappoint.

This elegant and rustic venue is unique. The main house, bridal suite, barn, outdoor area all have beautiful features. The bridal suite is AMAZING, lots of room for your wedding party. This is a must see venue before making your final decision for your special day.
