The Addison is a Five Star Diamond Award-winning event venue and historical landmark located in Boca Raton, Florida. Built by famed architect Addison Mizner in 1925 as an example of his architectural vision for Boca, the Addison is now Boca Raton's premier special event destination, and has all the grandeur of a fantastic 1920's-era estate. Steeped in old-world elegance and charm, and enveloped by 100 year-old banyan trees, the Addison is the perfect setting to host the single most important day of your life.

I could write a long winded review raving about each individual aspect of the experience at the Addison. But that is not necessary because everything was positively exceptional, and the outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour and the indoor reception achieved everything of which we ever dreamed. The environment, the food, the weather, the aroma and, most of all the overall experience. The one comment that I am compelled to make is that Grace O'Bear, our event coordinator is responsible for this exquisite coming together and I simply cannot praise her highly enough. Kudos too to Max and Aliyah, without whose exceptional assistance on the wedding night, the wedding might not have been so successful. Oh, and that Banyan tree. Even the most jaded guests had to get a selfie with it in the background. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Grace and her team for making this such an unforgettable evening.

Way back when, during the first phases of the wedding planning process, the hunt for the venue wasn't as difficult as you'd expect. As soon as you enter The Addison's courtyard the two banyan trees (where the ceremonies are held) were almost enough of a selling point alone. It is absolutely stunning. Grace, our event manager, was there for my wife and I every single step of the way. She was attentive, responsive, and beyond polite. I recommend using the preferred vendor list that the Addison provides. They work seamless together and there was not a single hiccup. The guests who attended were raving about the atmosphere, service, and just overall experience of our wedding night. And I haven't even started on how delectable the food was! You will not be disappointed!

Choosing The Addison was the best choice I made, after choosing my husband. Once I walked into the venue I completely fell in love, and I continue to feel that way every time I walk back in. Aside from its beauty, the staff, food, and overall experience provided is exceptional. We worked with Ashley L for our November wedding, and she was an absolute dream. Ashley was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, prompt in replies, and very kind. She made sure every last detail was executed, and worked so well with our other vendors, and wedding coordinator to ensure every expectation we had was met, and exceeded. My wedding day was an absolute dream from beginning to end and The Addison was the reason why. I still have my guests telling me what a beautiful, and fun wedding it was, and how the food was the best they have had at a wedding. I would do it all again in a heartbeat.

The Addison is the absolute best venue I could have ever had my wedding at. My three siblings all got married at luxury hotels so my expectations for weddings are high and the Addison more than exceeded every single one of them. The food, service, communication and overall guest and bride experience is truly unmatched. They will absolutely make any vision of yours come to life. The venue itself is stunning and we were fortunate to do a buyout allowing us to use the entire propertyāalmost like getting married at a luxury estate. Multiple guests came up to me during my wedding and said that they would have their wedding at the Addison. It is a luxury venue in every sense of the word. And our coordinator Cindy did not miss a beat! She was on top of every detail the entire time. Choosing the Addison for my wedding was one of the best decisions I have ever made!

Our wedding last Thursday was a dream come true. My guests GUSHED about how it was the best and most perfect wedding they have ever been to, ever. The food, beverages, service, venue aesthetics, lighting, and coordination. It was all perfection. You would have thought my husband and I were royalty with how we were treated by the staff and managers at the Addison. Grace, our wonderful wedding event manager, made me feel so comfortable and like her highest priority client. My event was stress-free for everyone involved, especially me as a bride. The Addison provided me my very own bridal attendant (shout out to Jennifer) who stayed with me and helped me with anything and everything (literally she got me another margarita without being asked when the one I was holding was looked a little watered down after awhile). I could not say enough amazing things about this venue and this team. 1000% worth it.

Where do I even beginā¦ the Addison was such a magical venue for Collin and I to get married at. We were very impressed with the food and the amazing service we got since the very beginning. We had Helene assist us throughout the year and she was such a blessing to have. She made sure things ran smoothly and her wise reminders leading up to the wedding and on the day-of was so great!

All of the staff were friendly and professional. The atmosphere was magical and made my daughter's day a fairytale! I would highly recommend this venue!

About a year earlier I messaged the Addison and Ashley responded immediately on a Friday night and told us we could come see the venue the next morning at 1030am.. so we did! The venue was absolutely stunning and Ashley was so professional, helpful and definitely knew what she was doing which was comforting. We signed the same day with the Addison and from that day it has been absolutely incredible. I message Ashley any time of the day or night and she was always available and immediately responsive (even when she was on vacation)! She helped me every single step of the way, she made sure we always had a timeline of when things were needed to be done and she constantly checked in to make sure we were okay and to see if she could make anything easier for us. Fast forward to wedding day- the Addison and Ashley ran the tightest ship it was absolutely incredible to see. Our family and friends could not stop talking about how smooth everything ran, how everyone always knew where to be and there was no wasted time not to mention how overall stunning the venue itself is. The food was absolutely amazing all night guests kept coming up to us complementing the food and it hasnāt stopped 2 weeks after the wedding! The Addison took such amazing care of us on our wedding night and The Addison and Ashley made our wedding vision so much better than expected and our day was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! We canāt thank the Addison team and Ashley enough for everything theyāve done for us!!!!!

We were married at the Addison on May 15th, 2023. We were highly disappointed by the event planning done by Helene P. We were originally supposed to have a different wedding planner, but she cancelled last minute due to extending her maternity leave, and we got a horrible replacement. Helene P. promised to go above an beyond for us, but when the day of our wedding came, she was nowhere to be found. She LIED to us multiple times during the wedding planning process just so she could be lazy and do less work. Furthermore, on the day of, she didn't even bother to try and put together our card box properly before putting it out on the welcome table (she lied to us and said it didn't work, but she didn't bother to even open the wrapping to see if it worked). We found welcome signs and pictures of me and my husband that we had paid hundreds for that Helene had hidden in the kitchen instead of displaying them during our wedding. The pictures on our welcome table were all crooked. The sign-in board that we had brought for signatures wasn't laid out for anyone to sign, and we had to scramble during the reception to get everyone's signatures (which ended up being impossible because some guests had to leave early). There was ZERO wedding coordination during the reception as Helene did a very poor job of keeping everyone on the schedule that SHE had created in the first place. After dinner, Helene disappeared, and we didn't see or hear from her ever again even to this day. We hadn't yet cut the cake, hadn't thrown the bouquet, hadn't done the grand exit that Helene had boasted about during the planning process (when she wanted us to pay more and more money). Everything Helene did for us was an embarrassment. If we had known that we were going to be working with Helene to plan our wedding, we never would have agreed to buy out the venue and spend over $30,000 with the Addison. I give the venue 1 star solely because the food was decent (though the servers took our food away before we were done). Perhaps the event would have been better with a different wedding planner, but our once in a lifetime experience at the Addison was ruined largely due to Helene P. and her horrible, lazy wedding coordination. We hate the Addison for providing her to us as a \"trusted\" wedding planner. The Addison was a waste of money.

Getting married at The Addison was a literal DREAM. From the moment we booked them a year ago, down to the wedding day, our coordinator Cindy and the rest of the team were always available and responsive to any questions I had and made accommodations as needed. I canāt say enough how beautiful the venue is (makes for amazing photos), how smoothly everything ran the day of, and how delicious the food was! We did a brunch wedding and all our guests absolutely loved the food! The options are incredible! My bridal concierge, Alyssa, was also amazing. Iāve never heard of another venue having someone like that, so that was a major perk of booking with The Addison! Alyssa was there all day to help me with my dress train, put my veil in, help me to the restroom, and bring me and my now husband drinks including water when taking photos outside. We literally felt like royalty! And we were so happy to see all our guests truly enjoying everything. I wish we could get married here all over again! Thank you Cindy and the entire team for giving us such a beautiful day!

The Addison was worth EVERY PENNY. The place is absolutely beautiful, classy, elegant, and has a historic vibe to it thanks to the two large, beautiful oak trees. The food, THE FOOD, literally amazing. All my guests raved about how good the food was. The staff is incredible and the event coordinator, I had Helene, was AMAZING. Everything went perfectly during rehearsal and wedding day. Thanks to her I literally had the wedding of my dreams. I canāt thank Helene, Stephanie, and the Addison enough for giving me the wedding I never thought Iād have. Everything was perfect!!Also, special shout out to Stephanie!!!! The Addison provides a sort of personal assistant, Stephanie was mine, and when I tell you she was A GOD SEND, thatās no exaggeration. Itās hot in Boca and she followed me everywhere I went during picture time and literally held a cold glass of water (with a straw to not ruin my lipstick) at all times to give to me whenever I needed it. She carried my dress train everywhere, she made sure to put my flats to change into under the sweetheart table, she put all my stuff in our get away car and had valet pull it up front at the right time. I meanā¦ amazing. She helped me so much I canāt thank her enough!!! I would recommend the Addison to everyone. DO IT you wonāt regret it!!!

The Addison was worth EVERY PENNY. The place is absolutely beautiful, classy, elegant, and has a historic vibe to it thanks to the two large, beautiful oak trees. Itās hot in Boca and she followed me everywhere I went during picture time and literally held a cold glass of water (with a straw to not ruin my lipstick) at all times to give to me whenever I needed it. She carried my dress train everywhere, she made sure to put my flats to change into under the sweetheart table, she put all my stuff in our get away car and had valet pull it up front at the right time. I meanā¦ amazing. She helped me so much I canāt thank her enough!!! I would recommend the Addison to everyone. DO IT you wonāt regret it!!!

Our experience with the Addison was everything we could have hoped for! They truly helped us make our wedding day feel like our own. Our coordinator Grace was there every step of the way and always provided a prompt answer to all of our questions. We got our fairytale wedding thanks to the awesome team at The Addison! Our coordinator, Helene, was amazing from the start. We had our tasting in January that was perfectly executed and we were able to talk with the chef about what choices he recommended for dinner and cocktail hour. During the actual day we had our awesome concierge Aliya who was an absolute gem! For our destination wedding, I am very glad we chose the Addison as our primary venue .As soon as you get in, the courtyard teleports you to a different world. Getting hitched between the banyan trees in front of the fountain was simply magical. The venueās architecture offers gorgeous views for photos. The venue also offers enough space and secondary halls to house different events or ceremony. We utilized one of the room for kids and baby sitters.The foods were great and they offer different cuisine and huge menu selection to choose from. A special shout out to Grace(our coordinator) who was extremely cooperative and made our planning remotely from Minnesota very convenient. All the staffs were helpful and made us feel very special during the event. The manager for the night, Max simply handled all the request smoothly. Having toured 5 venues for our special day,we could not have chosen a better venue.All our guests were simply in awe by the beauty of Addison and still comment highly about their food and services.

We had our wedding at the Addison at the beginning of March 2023. From the moment we sat down with Grace for our consultation, she was unbelievably sweet, patient and helpful, answering all of my questions. She also served as the coordinator for the event and truly was a day-of coordinator, setting up all the decor, running the timeline etc. And everything went off without a hitch! The Addison itself is gorgeous. You just can't beat that courtyard. Our ceremony was at 5 pm. The only downside is that there was a wedding scheduled after us, so we were unable to take family pictures by the chuppah because they had to break down the ceremony space right after. (That being said, you would have had no clue there was another wedding going on as they keep the crowds separated).The Addison has a food and beverage minimum, which is nice because you can create the menu as you want it and spend money where you want, instead of being stuck with set menus from other venues. And everything the day-of went so smoothly! Our guests LOVED the food and thought the venue was gorgeous and all the servers and Addison personnel were all kind and helpful. We also had Stephany as our bridal concierge and she was always there to bring us a drink and help with anything we needed, like when my bustle broke a number of times, she was there helping me pin it up. Overall, we could not recommend the Addison more!

She is funny, instills well-deserved confidence, handled our large wedding party very well and made the entire planning process simple. We have received an overwhelming amount of positive feedback on the food. It was delicious, served hot, and all came out at the exact same time (which is unusual based on many other weddings weāve attended). They take orders at the table which is amazing ā guests can request the temperate of their meat and makes planning easier to not need to collect food orders beforehand.What was so unique was the ratio of Addison staff to guests. The value of The Addison is unmatched in our opinion. Having Helene support us throughout the process, our bridal concierge Aliyha (sorry if Iāve misspelled this) who was incredible the day-of, and the event manager ā they are providing a service that you would typically only get through a wedding planner. Working with the Addison to plan my daughterās wedding was a pleasure. We had a little over a year to plan the event, and from the moment I contacted them, I knew we were in good hands. They got back to me right away, and we were able to schedule an appointment to go over the venue and the nature of the services they provide. Our first impression was positive and made a huge impact in why we chose them. Of course, the natural beauty of the site and the architecture made it a wonderful choice for a wedding, but the choice to have the wedding at the Addison had a lot to do with other factors such as my perception that they would provide a well-executed and elevated experience. In contrast, when I contacted certain other venues, it took at least a week for some of them to even email me back to begin the conversation, and scheduling the tours was challenging. With the Addison, I felt as though we could rely on them to take the job seriously.The manager we worked with was Grace who was incredibly patient with us and guided us through the entire process. As a person who values organization, time management, and kindness, I cannot say enough about how thoroughly Grace embodied the perfect person for me to work with in organizing the wedding. She provided us with guidance as we made decisions about what we were planning, and recommended certain outside vendors that have worked at the Addison on a regular basis who had an excellent track record. We went with these vendors, and they all performed spectacularly. There is a certain rhythm to their operations, and the outside vendors know exactly when to arrive, the layout of the facility, and how long the jobs will take, so the ultimate result is a well-orchestrated event. She also knew just what questions to ask and gave us excellent advice. For the actual wedding ceremony, we were tremendously impressed by the behind-the-scenes organization of our pre-wedding arrival, the procession, and the way they helped us with the timing of when to walk and where to stand. All our items such as place cards, photos, and guest book were laid out beautifully. The facility itself was clean and tidy, and all of our instructions were followed. The wedding went flawlessly. When it came time for the cocktail reception, dinner, and dancing, we were highly pleased with the service and the deliciousness of the food. Everyone commented on the quality of the food, and we had some serious foodies in our party. Standouts amongst the hors dāoeuvres included the lamb lollipops and the grilled cheese with tomato soup. Also our sushi boat was a huge hit. At dinner, we also heard positive feedback on the lamb and the Chilean sea bass. When it was time to leave, everything was extremely organized, and they provided assistance in helping us to take all of our personal items and gifts.All in all, I was extremely satisfied with the experience and unreservedly recommend the Addison for your next event.

Best night of our lives at the most beautiful venue. We were looking for an \"old world\" feel for a venue, and as soon as we stepped foot in this venue we knew it was right for us. Not only is the place absolutely gorgeous, but the food was incredible. We had guests telling us after the wedding how memorable the sea bass and filet mignon were because they were so delicious. We had our ceremony between the trees outside and our reception in the main dining hall, and the whole day ran so smoothly. The Addison describes themselves as a \"well-oiled machine\" and we got to see this in action on our wedding day - it was completely seamless. I highly recommend this venue as they will ensure you have a perfect night!

Not only is the place absolutely gorgeous, but the food was incredible. We had guests telling us after the wedding how memorable the sea bass and filet mignon were because they were so delicious. We had our ceremony between the trees outside and our reception in the main dining hall, and the whole day ran so smoothly. The Addison describes themselves as a \"well-oiled machine\" and we got to see this in action on our wedding day - it was completely seamless. I highly recommend this venue as they will ensure you have a perfect night!

The venue is so unique and has so much personality and history. We had our ceremony outside in the courtyard in between the beautiful banyan trees and we had our reception in the Main Dining Room. When choosing The Addison as your wedding venue, they provide an assigned wedding coordinator. I was lucky enough to have Jessica as my coordinator. Jessica helped me every step of the way since the day we booked The Addison. She helped us with every little detail and provided amazing suggestions. She answered every single one of my emails so promptly and truly ensured that our wedding day was nothing short of a dream. The food at The Addison is exceptionalā¦ most wedding venues have sub-par food but The Addison offers an amazing menu and the food is delicious. The service is also impeccable. All of our guests (and ourselves included) were absolutely in awe of The Addison and the whole experience of our wedding. Many people warned me prior to my wedding day to not worry and just enjoy because there are things guaranteed to go wrong - but I can honestly say absolutely everything went perfectly with the help of the amazing team at The Addison. We are beyond happy with our choice to get married at The Addison and I really cannot thank Jessica enough for all she did to help us and guide us along the way. From our officiant Reverend Calerin, Steve our incredible photographer from Michelle Lawson Photography, Bryan our amazing DJ from Customer DJ Services and Nick from Daniel Events. They all worked together like a perfect symphony giving life to our special day . Let's touch on the food! OMG!! Everyone one of my guests (not just a few, but everyone!) was raving about the food! The food was absolutely decadent and over the top! The appetizers were incredible but the dinner!! The comments I kept hearing (during the wedding and even days after) was best food they ever had at a wedding. We offered the NY Strip, Seabass and Veal Chop with purple whipped potatoes and broccolini. Again, beyond expectations! We are from the Orlando area, and we just could not find a venue that met our needs. We didn't want to have our wedding at a hotel or country club so that made our options very slim. Since we didn't find anything close to home we decided to venture further south. Using The Knot, we found three venues to take a look at in South Florida and The Addison was one of them. The Addison was our first stop on our South Florida tour and from the moment we walked in the venue we almost decided to stop looking right then and there because the courtyard and Banyan trees were just amazing. It was the first time my fiancƩe was actually audibly impressed at a venue. After arriving, we met with Grace, who was very pleasant, and she walked us through the venue and explained the venue's process and pricing and was very knowledgeable about weddings in general. It was great talking with her and later when we booked, she became our point of contact at the venue for the entire process. Grace was very responsive to all of my questions and was simply a pure professional through and through and a sweetheart to boot. It was such a pleasure working with her! From beginning to end I was confident that our wedding would go off without a hitch and it absolutely did because The Addison knows exactly what they are doing. As a matter of fact, let me count the ways: Staff- AWESOME! They were super professional and efficient. Shout out to our Day of Wedding attendant, she kept us cool, calm and collected and kept the drinks and food coming, she had a beautiful personality and was a wonderful addition to our wedding day fun!Food- DELICIOUS! Our guests could not stop talking about how good the food was. I was too amped up to eat all of my dinner but our attendant boxed up our leftovers and even threw in our late nite snacks so we could enjoy the next day. (And enjoy we did!) The dessert table was fantastic and a big win for everyone.Venue- Absolutely gorgeous! We loved the courtyard so much we booked the whole venue so we could have our ceremony and dinner outside, al fresco, and it was perfect! The bistro lighting and courtyard lighting was very complimentary to the autumn garden vibe we were going for and gave everything a great glow.Rentals- I am a woman of details and The Addison was instrumental in having a wide range of rentals available from plating to linen and chairs to help me bring my vision alive. Allison was so helpful in their showroom when it came to picking out items, changing them and finalizing the overall look. We did have a last-minute snafu with availability of an item I had chosen but Grace and Allison were available every step of the way to help me manage the issue and we ended up with a great alternative choice.Collaboration- The Addison has a great preferred vendors list and most of my vendors were from that list. The Addison worked so well with my vendors, even the handful that were not from their list. With the help of my Month of Coordinator (also recommended by The Addison), everyone was able to do their jobs in a great environment without issue and made our wedding a dream come true. If you're looking for a beautiful venue that has unique character, professional and amazing staff and great food for your wedding... The Addison is where it is at. It was the best decision we made for our wedding, and I couldn't be happier with how completely perfect our wedding was there.

Our 5 PM ceremony at the Addison was a perfect setting for a destination wedding and long weekend getaway for my 60 guests traveling from Boston, Virginia, and the UK. As we live in Boston, we relied on pictures, phone calls, zoom meetings, you name it, to make the vision of our special day come to life. The Addison shines amongst many other venues because of their people. We were blown away by our wedding coordinator Cindy's expertise, professionalism, and support through the entire process. I felt calm and a sense of peace on my wedding day, and I believe in part this was due to Cindy-I had the utmost confidence in her that things would go smoothly. Our guests are still talking about how wonderful the food, service and atmosphere was at the Addison. Our dinner came out timely, hot, fresh and beautiful. Jessica was my point person at my wedding and she was so helpful and answered any questions I had. Jennifer was my day of concierge and she was incredible. We just got married at the Addison and it was a fairytale!!! The venue was amazing and everyone was an absolute pleasure to work with. Cindy Pierce was my coordinator and she is amazing!! She helped me so much to finalizing the menu to suggesting vendors which was very appreciated as I only had two months to plan the wedding. Anytime I had a question, Cindy would promptly answer!! Thank you so much, Cindy!The reception area (Mizner ballroom) and food was absolutely amazing. My guests could not stop raving about the beautiful room and the amazing food! My guests told me multiple times that the food (hor d'oeuvres, appetizer, main courses, and donut bar) were the best they have ever had at a wedding and I completely agree. Lastly, and the most amazing part, was that everyone at the Addison tells you to relax and enjoy your wedding and they are telling you the truth!!!!! All I did was have fun and anything that had to or may needed to be done was already taken care by Cindy and the team which includes LJ and Max. The Addison, where do I begin. First off, I cannot say thank you enough to the team here, you guys made my dream wedding come true. This venue is breathtaking, from the Spanish colonial architecture, with its touch of Old Florida History, and beautiful 100-year-old banyan trees. The moment my husband and I visited the Addison we knew this was it, we wanted something a little bit different than your traditional South FL beach wedding, but a venue that could have a mix of indoor and outdoor space, and this checked all boxes. The food is spectacular with their 5-star diamond award. (Brides this is so important!) I still have guests from our wedding talking about the FOOD! We also cannot forget to talk about their fine dining touch, with impeccable service, and cleanliness. My husband and I did have to postpone our wedding unfortunately due to the shutdown in 2020, and went through with our date in January of 2021, so yes, I was a COVID bride. As if wedding planning is stressful enough, with COVID it was even more frightening. Though the Addison is the only reason I was not stressed. When I tell you that they are thinking about every little thing that you are not, they are on it, this is what separates the Addison from other venues, you are also getting a service! Even with having to deal with Covid, I can tell you that nothing was taken away from our experience. Safety measures in dealing with Covid were placed throughout the entire venue, and with employees. Our tables were distanced out and arranged based on how our guests felt fit. My fiancƩs mother was going through chemotherapy so she was a very high risk guest attending, but the Addison made sure that my fiancƩs mother was comfortable and safe. As for guests that did feel comfortable to mingle and dance there was plenty of spacing throughout the venue for that as well. All I can say to any bride that is contemplating if they should even go through with planning or debating if you should stop by and see this venue, well you should!! Do not let anything stop you from your day, and I can assure you as a person who is very detailed, and over analyzes everything, the Addison was there every step of the way, and accommodating to all our needs and requests. WOW ā there are so many amazing things to say about the Addison and the staff that helped make my wedding the most beautiful and memorable night! They are so professional, organized, and detail-oriented and they really do have wedding planning down to perfection! I would have not trusted any other venue to do a COVID wedding ā I felt very safe ā they were so meticulous with every safety detail. They were always available for questions and even Zoe the director of the Addison took the time to have a one on one meeting with us to review safety measures in detail. I felt very reassured and actually excited to move forward knowing it was not going to be a typical wedding but accepting and embracing the iconic historical moment knowing I could trust them completely!They made everything so easy to plan, with preferred vendors, and they had the most attentive staff. Initially, I had Amy as our wedding coordinator, she was fantastic and actually personally called me to let me know she was leaving the Addison and did a āhand offā to my new coordinator Jessica who was also fantastic! They took care of every detail including setting up zoom on a huge TV screen so I could actually see my virtual guests and I was able to speak to them before heading to the reception. It actually rained on my wedding day so original plans of doing the ceremony outside under the banyan trees were moved to indoors, but the moment I walked down the aisle I was in utter joy and happiness, everything was still just as beautiful as I imagined! The day of, Jennifer, the bridal concierge was helping me the entire time, making sure we had endless drinks and food so I was actually able to eat EVERYTHING on my wedding day! Due to the rain it was quite humid though I was able to look so fresh and radiant for my pictures as she walked out with a tray of napkins to blot my face, a fan to keep me cool, and water! VIP treatment you guys! Ray also was helping us so calm and cordial. I was also able to play a personal video and perform a surprise dance routine! Every meal and appetizer was personally delivered to us with the drink of our choice at every turn of the wedding so we were actually able to enjoy and eat our food. I mean wedding of my dreams, everyone had a blast, and no one got COVID!

Even though we had a couple of back and forth with them regarding postponed our Wedding Ceremony cause of Covid-19 But the Professionalism Grace Eurglunes have make the entire event finally come through. The entire staff did great. We all had a great time. ( included guests keep calling to thank us ) Every one enjoyed the food. the entire night was a night to remember. We will Definitely be back. Jennifer was with me every step of the way during the reception and got me anything and everything I needed! And there were a couple odd requests and she handled it so well and I was so grateful! Ken also was with my husband and I on the day and he checked-in with us and really made sure that we had everything we needed. When first looking at venues, my fiancĆ© (now husband) was immediately inthralled with The Addison, but at the time Iād been so dazed by the many locations we looked at that I went in less convinced. As soon as we stepped on the property, you see these beautiful big banyan trees that are over 100 years old in the middle of this beautiful courtyard. We went up to the offices and were met by Helene. Within an hour of touring, she had done her magic and we were ready to sign on the dotted line! She gave us a full folder with all of our information broken down and put us down for our date well over a year in advance. Even though Covid hit, she kept in constant contact and answered every one of our annoying questions in order to calm us of our decision to move forward with our wedding. As our guest count dwindled due to the pandemic, she helped us find ways to reallocate the money to ensure we had the best night. Throughout the night, Helene and her team ran like a well oiled machine and kept everything in order to the best of their ability. The food was amazing, and I couldnāt have asked for a more beautiful venue. After the year 2020 had been, Iām thankful to have been able to have the best part of it spent at The Addison.

My wife and I got married at The Addison in January, and we highly recommend you do the same! I can't imagine there are many venues in South Florida that can match The Addison's ambiance, food and hospitality. Our guests absolutely loved everything about the venue, and so did we.We had our ceremony in the courtyard and our reception in the main dining room, for around 135 guests. It was cozy, but it didn't feel overcrowded at all--the Addison team did a great job working with our vendors and setting up the room. I think what we appreciated most about the venue is that they seemed to think of literally everything in advance--Helene, who was our point person for our wedding, is the best! She was highly organized and responsive--she helped put us at ease, especially in the final stretch as our day approached. Trust me, you want someone like Helene in charge of your wedding.Two examples of how The Addison takes care of everything: After the ceremony, they had a plate of appetizers, champagne and specialty cocktails waiting for the two of us in a private room. I didn't know I was going to need a mini grilled cheese with a cup of tomato soup just moments after tying the knot, but boy did I ever. They also assign couples a sort of personal aide for the night--someone tasked with handling anything that needs to be handled, from holding medical supplies to fetching a beverage. (Shout out to Stephanie, you were amazing!) The Addison truly seemed to think of it all. They ensured the entire night ran seamlessly so we didn't have to worry about anything other than soaking up the moment.Everyone says the food at The Addison is amazing, and they are correct. If anything, the food was even better than I expected. Our guests are still raving about it. The sea bass I ate on my own wedding night might be the best piece of fish I've ever had. Now we just need someone else to invite us to a wedding at The Addison so we can experience it all again!

My wedding planner, Sarah, was the epitome of professionalism. She worked with my budget and even brought a table for our ceremony FROM HER HOME, since we were from out of state. She provided me with excellent feedback as far as how and where to distribute my budget. The staff had every detail for wedding day down to a T. I cannot say enough kind words to the staff at the Addison. My husband and I were beyond impressed. My fiancĆ© and I had planned to have our wedding at The Addison on April 21st 2020. Amid the chaos of the COVID-19 pandemic, we reluctantly canceled what was meant to be one of the most memorable days of our lives. But what hurt even more than the termination of our special day was The Addisonās complete lack of sympathy and clarity in guiding us through this matter.March came and we were nearly a month out from our date when the virus started to cause nation-wide alarm. I preemptively sent emails to our coordinator (who was lovely to work with), to no response, and was given little to no information by anyone who I was actually able to reach over the phone. We were left in the dark.Several days later, after no answers, we received a call from The Addison to pick one of two options within 24 hours: either cancel our wedding and any ties with The Addison, or reschedule within 6 months.Rescheduling within 6 months wasnāt an option because government officials had stated that the pandemic was expected to be at its height in the fall of this year. We pleaded to reschedule within 12 months, as most wedding planners are recommending and most couples are doing, but they refused to compromise. So we had no other choice than to cancel. Which is exactly the problem.In reality, The Addison didnāt even give us a choice to start. They had already taken thousands of dollars from us, and now they wanted us to gamble with giving them thousands more in rescheduling during the virusā projected peak. Or, they could simply shrug, throw their hands up in the air, and walk away with our money stuffed in their pockets.The Addison is a beautiful venue. We were enchanted by it the second we stepped onto the property. But its appeal feels hollow now. While other companies around the US struggle to find a balance in aiding their communities and those affected by this crisis, The Addison would rather treat its ācustomersā like suckers.

Our guests raved about the attentive staff and were truly blown away by all the food. Over a week later, guests are still raving about all the food. Their words exactly, āhands down the best food Iāve ever had at a wedding!ā Many even said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. It was the absolute best day of our lives and we can't thank Amy, Stephany and everyone at The Addison enough for making our wedding dreams come true!

We got married there this past weekend and got nothing but AMAZING things to say about this venue... They helped me plan every single detail, Sarah was my coordinator and was always super helpful and attentive! I was very happy with the venue al throughout the planning! However my love for The Addison only increased exponentially on the wedding day! They are SO good at what they do, they always make you feel heard and cared for! The Food is AMAZING, the service to die, including the Brida Concierge, Stephanie, who was the most attentive and sweet! My experience was the greatest and the best I could hope for... I even forgot a gift and they found it and called me up before I noticed it was missing! If you want to plan a wedding and know nothing about how to do it or where to start... this is the place! Iām extremely grateful and happy!

The staff is super professional and friendly (Our wedding coordinator was Sarah, and she was fantastic. Where to begin?! The Addison is a phenomenal event venue! From beginning to end, The Addison's professionalism and eye for detail in service is 5 star all the way!!!! My husband is in hospitality and has a great understanding in quality of service, The Addison's team exceeded his high expectations. Sarah, our event manager, was fantastic! Her suggestions in vendors, decor, and food were spot on while giving us the space to enjoy the planning process! It had rained on our wedding day, and the event was moved inside-The Addison's team was flawless in how they executed the event and turnaround from ceremony to reception! The ceremony was even more beautiful than planned! I was not upset at all with how the room looked and how The Addison's team handled it! Now onto the food.....The food was excellent and cooked to perfection!!! It was a Jewish wedding so you know the food had to be amazing! All the guests commented on how much they loved the food! The sea bass and rack of lamb were off the charts! Our tray pass horsd'oeuvres were some of the tastiest we've ever had! The Addison provides a wedding concierge for the day of the wedding. Ours was Stefany (I hope I spelled her name correctly!), and she took the best care of us! She even bundled my dress-which was difficult! She was so kind and a calming energy to have around for the wedding! We are so grateful to of had our wedding at The Addison. The Addison made the planning fun and exciting and made our wedding day incredibly special!!!!

I can not say enough about Grace and her professionalism in organizing our event. She literally assisted us in putting our wedding together in two weeks! She made it effortless and stress free. Helene is a pro! Throughout the process, Helene was great in managing all the details of the big day. During the reception, one of our guests started to feel sick. Helene did not skip a beat and quickly and quietly organized medical help for him without worrying us or taking us away from the festivities- we only found out later what had happened. We cannot say enough about Stephany, our wedding concierge for the day of!! She was wonderful!! She was so attentive, patient, calm, kind. Both of us really appreciated her!!!And then, there was the food---DELICIOUS! And the beautiful courtyard. Our guests were just blown away by both and raved about the food and venue!

We fell in love with the banyan trees, and, quite honestly, Amy Hoodack was a delight to deal with during the entire process and a major reason we chose the venue. She knew my budget, and she did everything she could to ensure that we got only the best within that budget. She wasn't pushy. She didn't try to oversell just to squeeze money out of us (like so many other vendors try to do). She was extremely honest about her suggestions and even helped get us get better pricing for some things. She's a wonderful human being, and she really helped me a ton during what can be an incredibly stressful process for a bride. The venue itself is gorgeous. We didn't really have to add a thing outside to make the ceremony area look amazing. The cocktail area by the fountain is beautiful as well. The reception room was a little too big for our 72 person event, but they managed to set up the tables and our flowers in a way that made the room look good and a little smaller. The food was excellent. Wow. The entrees are made to order (not chosen in advance) and so delicious the guests still talk about it. Service is seamless, and all the servers, bartenders and wedding assistants are professional and good at what they do. Getting married here was an incredibly positive experience, not only because I married my soulmate in front of all the people I most loved, but because it seems that The Addison only hires the best of the best. I highly recommend The Addison as a wedding venue, and I especially recommend Amy Hoodack, who went above and beyond to assist me.

Helene was planner and she was amazing all throughout the process. The planning process was a little rushed but everything worked out perfect and all came together amazingly. They constantly accommodated what I wanted and helped explain what they thought would work best with our given party size and family arrangements etc. The food is delicious! Order extra appetizers everyone loved them. People could not get over how simply beautiful the venue is and was that day. Stephanie was AMAZING on the day of and couldn't have been any more attentive to the bride and groom. It truly made the day so easy, wonderful and made us feel like we got to see everything which we were nervous we wouldn't be able to as wedding days fly by. Can't recommend them enough and will remember how perfect the day was forever. Lastly, we did do august and did get caught in some rain and the venue perfectly moved the ceremony up 10 min to be held outside and then helped everyone with umbrellas when the skies opened. It all worked out perfectly.
