We had our wedding reception at Anderson Pavilion in May and it exceeded all of our expectations. We had our cocktail hour at the carousel and that was a huge hit. Everyone complimented all the food and the ability to have parts of the reception inside and outside was a huge plus! Brandi was outstanding communicating with us and our out of town families and helping us organizing everything within all our schedules leading up to the day. We greatly appreciate all of the staff and everyone at Anderson Pavilion who helped make our wedding day truly special and memorable.

The only words to describe this venue is absolutely incredible! I cannot overstate how breathtaking the venue is, how professional and organized the staff is, and how incredible the food was!! From the moment we began planning, Mae and Brandi were always available to answer questions, coordinate with vendors, and solve any minor issue that came up. Our day-of coordinator, Anne, was absolutely FANTASTIC. The entire staff truly went out of their way to help with anything that we asked of them and to ensure that everything ran smoothly. This venue does all of their food in-house but Oh My God everything on the menu that we had at the tasting and the day of the wedding was phenomenal. We had our ceremony in the Rose Garden, cocktail hour in the carousel, and reception downstairs in the main hall. We could not have picked a more perfect venue for our big day. I am still receiving complements from guests saying that it was hands down the best and most fun wedding that they have ever been to!

WOW! The Anderson Pavilion was a lovely venue to host our daughter and son-n-law’s wedding reception on November 12th. We had our wedding here on 9/17/22 and truly could not have asked for a better experience. We fell in love with the venue during our first tour and just knew that we had to get married here. As a professional event planner who works predominantly with nonprofit organizations coordinating fundraising galas, I could not have asked for a better experience than what we had with Brandi and her team at the Anderson Pavilion. Brandi answered all emails and calls promptly and provided the exact level of detail and support we needed to make sure no balls were dropped during the planning process. The night of the event, the entire staff was professional, respectful, and accommodating. My client was so pleased with the experience, and guests raved about the venue's gorgeous view of the Suspension Bridge and Ohio River. This was my first time working with the Anderson Pavilion team, and I hope there will be many more opportunities!

Anderson Pavilion was truly a one-of-a-kind venue, exactly what we were in search of for our wedding. When we initially toured Anderson, I had tears in my eyes envisioning what our wedding day could look like, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the stunning views and unique activities at cocktail hour with in the carousel/on the balcony to the beautiful artwork and open space, it was the perfect venue for us. We loved how spacious the venue was and how there were different areas for folks to congregate - folks could be on the dance floor, in the slightly quieter bar area, or outside if they needed a break from the noise! We even had our own suite for the bridal party to use if we needed a break from the commotion. Brandi and the team were incredible to work with - they had every detail down to a \"T\" and went out of their way to make sure our guests were taken care of. My bridesmaids and I got ready there and they truly made me feel so special throughout the entirety of the day. In addition to the incredible space and service, the food is out of this world. I had SO many guests tell us that it was by far the best wedding food they'd ever had, and I completely agree (though I'm a bit biased). Anderson made the best day of our lives so perfect and we couldn't be more grateful! I highly recommend!

The location of The Anderson is absolutely beautiful as it looks out at Smale Park, Roebling Bridge and The Ohio River. They were so communicative throughout the whole process and made sure every last detail was taken care of. The food was amazing as well. It was raining the morning of our wedding and they had both the Rose Garden set up and the indoor backup plan set up just in case but we were able to have it outside. We highly recommend them and you will not regret it, the venue is beautiful.

We celebrated our daughter and son-in-law's wedding in October at Anderson Pavilion. It was a wonderful celebration. The setting at Anderson Pavilion is beautiful, being right along the river and close to the Suspension Bridge. Mae and Brandi were outstanding. They were welcoming, friendly, organized, hard working, professional and got the job done without a hitch. The staff that served our guests the day of the wedding provided superb service and were very kind. Our guests gave us many compliments on the appetizers and dinner that was served. The chef did an excellent job creating more than the typical wedding fare. We had never heard of Anderson Pavilion before doing our wedding research, now I can say from first hand experience it is a gem in Cincinnati and an awesome venue.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the Anderson Pavilion. I won't talk about how beautiful the venue is - you can see from the pictures and i would 100% recommend seeing it in person (especially the rose garden...oh man it is stunning). From the very beginning, they were a breeze to work with. Our original wedding date was set for May 16, 2020 and when the pandemic hit they were so thoughtful, quick to respond, and rapidly set a new plan into motion. The food is UNBEATABLE and they are willing to accommodate special requests. Best of all, I didn't have to think at all day-of - Mae and the rest of the team took care of all set up, receiving vendors, supervising decorating, welcoming guests, coordinating the bridal/groom party and times, making sure we had both food and drink, and break down. Would choose them again and again!

Everyone was amazing to work with throughout the entire wedding process. Mae and Brandi especially were always very prompt with responding and we’re always very accommodating to our requests. On our wedding day, they made our day run so smoothly and were always checking on us. They coordinated everything with our vendors as well, so we didn’t have to worry about that either. My husband and I were very pleased with everything and would highly recommend Anderson Pavilion!

Anderson Pavilion was an amazing venue for our reception! From the first conversation with Mea I know this was going to be the perfect fit for my dream wedding! This modern, sleek and open venue made it easy for people to walk around, mingle and dance without feeling too enclosed. When I first met Mea, Christina, Brandy and team at our planning/tasting I didn’t know what to expect but they were very welcoming, had the entire place set for our viewing and the food was AMAZING! I’ve never done a tasting before sowe were expecting a piece of protein cut until fours or sharing a twice backed potatoe, you know something simple, BUT NO they made full individual entrees for us just as it would be served the day of! I was blown away!They accommodated every request, accepted crazy changes to numbers, allowed for my parents to customize the bourbon tasting (which they brought out full wooden barrels - very cool), had an awesome flaming donut bar, and helped my parents surprise us with a sparkler exit! The night was so perfect that friends and family are still talking about it! I would highly recommend AP for your wedding reception! The food was great, the service was impeccable and attentive, the team was beyond friendly and I am so thankful!

Would highly recommend AP - it's an unforgettable venue (carousel, fountains, outdoor options, amazing food), in an amazing location (Roebling pictures), and even better employees! I miss talking with Mae and Christina at Anderson Pavilion! They were so amazing and prompt with communications and I could tell they wanted us to have the best day ever. I grew up in Cincinnati and have ridden on the indoor carousel but never knew there was a venue underneath and that they had their own kitchen!! Having a carousel for our cocktail hour was unforgettable. Taking pictures on it and being able to ride it with our guests was so much fun. Would highly recommend.We had our ceremony inside and we brought in our own arch and they helped set everything up. They switched the room for the reception when we went up to the carousel for cocktail hour. The lighting sets the mood for each part of the night as you can choose what you want from so many options (rainbow for dancing!).I was in contact with Mae the most and she was responsive via email and phone. She is the sweetest!! Christina is amazing as well and is a bada**. She helped step in for Mae when needed and was able to get things done. Especially during COVID, the team kept us up to date of what was changing and what we could do. We felt like we were always in good hands.The tasting and food were SO GOOD. Their food is amazing - we are still getting compliments almost 2 months after. Highly recommend the mushroom ravioli. They were so accommodating for any crazy thing we thought of.The day of the wedding, Katy and Anne were with us all day starting in the morning and got us anything we needed and made sure everything was set up. Christina, Mae and Brandi were there for the wedding and made sure everything was perfect. When my soon to be husband stepped on my dress minutes before the ceremony, Anne helped sew my buttons back on! And when our videographer didn't show up, the girls all stepped in to record and make everything right.They cleaned up all of our items at the end of the night and we picked it up the Monday after the wedding. I want to get married again just to see my friends that work at AP and enjoy the food and venue. :)

I cannot say enough great things about this venue and the staff! 2020 was tough, especially for us brides trying to plan a wedding during a pandemic. Every time I reached out with concerns or questions leading up to our wedding, the staff had answers and plans already in place to put our minds at ease that everything was already taken care of. They were flexible, honest, and compassionate during such a stressful time and we appreciated the extra lengths they went to make our dream day come true. The photos we have of our ceremony in the park with the Roebling Bridge as our backdrop could not be more picture perfect and we were able to have our reception directly across the street in the pavilion. We really enjoyed all the outdoor options having a Summer wedding. The views at night only got better as the lights came on in the fountains and our guests loved being able to hangout on the patio throughout the evening. We could not have been more pleased with the staff, the food, and planning services provided throughout. I can't imagine our wedding day having gone better, it really felt like a dream and I have received nothing but compliments from our guests and how much they enjoyed the evening. Thank you!

WOW! I am struggling to find the words to really express how amazing the Anderson Pavilion was on our wedding day. Amidst planning a wedding during COVID when our original venue was unable to make our dream day come true, the Anderson Pavilion staff was able to help us plan our ceremony and reception within a weeks time to make sure we could get married on our desired date. When so many others were not up for the task, the staff at Anderson made the planning stress free, took care of coordinating our vendors, setting up the entire room for us, and helping us choose an AMAZING menu. It really felt like all we had do was show up as everything was perfectly in place. From champagne in the bridal suite upon arrival to get ready, lining us up and getting us down the aisle, and a team full of smiles the entire evening, we could not have dreamt up a better wedding celebration. Katy, Christina, and Judi went the extra lengths with nothing but smiles the whole way through. I will hold this venue close to my heart and never forget how perfect our big day was. I love that we were able to get married in Smale Park, to be able to visit our wedding venue for years to come and remember where our journey started is so special to us. Thank you Anderson Pavilion for everything!!

Mae and the AP team did an AMAZING job with our wedding. I couldn't recommend them more and can't say enough good things about the team. Between COVID, me being clueless on how to plan a wedding, and all my crazy questions, they were there to help and keep me calm. I can honestly say my wedding planning process was much easier having them there. They provided almost everything we needed and offered things we had never thought about such as onsite transportation for our elderly guests. The event went off without a single issue because of them. Katie was our go-to person the day of the event and kept things rolling without delay. The timeline they created was perfect. We still cannot find the words to express how absolutely wonderful The Anderson Pavilion and their staff were during our unexpected pandemic wedding planning. They did not miss a beat, helping us with changes and adapting to the new wedding pandemic world. Our wedding turned out beyond perfect, even more perfect than our wildest expectations. We highly recommend the outdoor dance floor on the Pilcher fountains, wedding ceremony in the rose garden and the flaming donuts! All of our guests cannot stop raving about the exceptional staff, food and how much fun they had at our wedding. The staff made sure to follow all ODH guidelines including temperature checks, COVID waivers and wearing masks at all times. Amazingly we never once felt like our wedding was different due to the pandemic all thanks to the Anderson staff. If you want an absolutely unforgettable experience with out of this world pictures have your wedding at The Anderson Pavilion!

I was a little annoyed that we were told not to go to cocktail hour and if I could do it again, I would probably have a cocktail 30-45 minutes, and fewer \"structured times\" (i.e. speeches, and dances) and more free time to mingle with everyone but that was not their fault. The staff were very easy to work with and accommodating to our requests. Overall it was a great experience and I would totally recommend Anderson to other people. Also, the food was amazing, we had many compliments on it!

From start to finish, Mae & Christina were both professional, extremely event-knowledgable, and all around great to work with. The AP is such a unique and fun space right in the middle of one of the best parts of downtown Cincinnati. We chose this venue because we were able to keep all of our guests in one venue for our November wedding while offering them a fun and different cocktail hour (at the Carousel). I cannot say enough good things about Anderson Pavilion. From our very first meeting/tour we knew that this would be the perfect spot for our wedding reception. From the very beginning, Cali, Brandi, and Christina worked so hard to make our dreams come to life. Anderson is accommodating from placing the dance floor to exactly where we wanted it and having a meal made especially for someone with a lot of allergies. The cocktail hour outside with the suspension bridge in the background was a huge hit with our guests. Everyone also LOVED the food which is all in-house. We can't thank Anderson enough for all they did! There was a Reds game that day which did make parking for our in town guests a little harder, but it was all made easy thanks to the maps Anderson gave us with prices. Guests even got to enjoy the carousel before it closed. Thank you Anderson for being professional and making our day so special.

I cannot say enough good things about Anderson Pavilion. From our very first meeting/tour we knew that this would be the perfect spot for our wedding reception. From the very beginning, Cali, Brandi, and Christina worked so hard to make our dreams come to life. Anderson is accommodating from placing the dance floor to exactly where we wanted it and having a meal made especially for someone with a lot of allergies. The cocktail hour outside with the suspension bridge in the background was a huge hit with our guests. Everyone also LOVED the food which is all in-house. We can't thank Anderson enough for all they did! I can not say enough great things about the staff at the Anderson !! The attention to detail and friendly staff ( especially Lori) made the night perfect. I have only received compliments about everything from the food , to the service and the event space itself. The carousel was such a huge hit with our guests. The Anderson was the perfect venue for us and I will absolutely recommend this to all in the future.

I can't begin to say enough nice things about Anderson Pavilion! We were so lucky to have found this venue for our wedding reception. The staff was absolutely incredible throughout the entire experience. Cali was amazing during the whole process. She was always prompt with response to emails and her designs made our reception absolutely gorgeous and her coordination made our day seamless. The serving staff and coordinators the day of were also incredible. David, Lori and Katie were helping us for the entire week before and even several days after our wedding. They were so attentive and always available if we needed anything. Overall, the entire experience made my wedding day a dream come true. Anderson Pavilion has a staff that made every experience with them a pleasant one. They were organized, reliable, efficient and always respectful. My family was so impressed with the venue that I picked and most of our friends at the wedding insisted that they will get married in this location. My only final comment is that the scenery around Anderson Pavilion is unlike any other. Our guests were mostly from out of town and they were awestruck. It is absolutely gorgeous both during the day and especially at night. If you have never visited this venue, you really must! It was absolutely perfect!

I would not recommend this as a wedding venue. The pros: the facility itself is pretty and clean. The culinary group also makes delicious food.The cons: 1) parking was an absolute nightmare. Anderson does not provide any type of parking solution at all, so you will have to find a shuttle or a downtown garage and coordinate guest parking yourself. They don't provide parking for vendors or for the bridal party the day of the wedding either--highly inconvenient and costly, as you will likely be expected to pay for your vendors' parking in a garage somewhere (keep in mind also that for a downtown venue, you will pay double for guest/vendor parking on Bengals or Reds game days). 2) the bridal suite is hot, cramped, and very small. It is not equipped for more than 3 or 4 people, so I would not rely on this as a place to get ready the morning of the wedding. We had to get ready in a hallway outside of the public restroom--not ideal if you want nice \"getting ready\" photos. 3) the staff is the main reason I would not recommend this venue to anyone. The two main people we worked with were Cali and Katie. Cali was very unprofessional--during the initial meetings, she pushed us to use Anderson amenities and go in-house for everything by describing it as \"complimentary\" but didn't honor this in the end. Katie was our day-of coordinator and was the most difficult to deal with. She acted very put-out to be there, and was so unpleasant and rude that my bridesmaids and vendors were afraid to ask her questions. The rest of the staff in general was sloppy--some of our decorations were broken and other things disappeared completely while no one took responsibility. This was disappointing considering some of it was sentimental (our cake topper for example), and considering the cost we paid for this venue. Overall, would not recommend.

Everyone at the Anderson Pavilion were amazing. I loved that I didn't have to stress on my wedding day, worrying about vendors, setting up, etc. Cali and David were incredible and were able to handle everything and answered every question I had.

I cannot possibly say enough good things about Anderson Pavilion. They worked with us from start to finish to help us pull off exactly what we wanted, even when we weren't able to articulate it.\r\rThe Suspension Bridge made the most beautiful backdrop for our ceremony. The team managed to get us outside even though the morning weather was absolutely horrible. \r\rAnderson Pavilion was the most unique venue we could have imagined. All of the various areas allowed us to keep our guests surprised throughout the evening. The cocktail hour took place in front of the venue while people walked by on their way to the Reds game. Our guests got to play cornhole underneath the waterfalls.\r\rThe food was delicious and unlike anything we had had at any other wedding- a slider bar, and a build your own pasta station.\r\rThe carousel made for beautiful pictures and hilarious memories. I distinctly remember introducing my new husband to my boss immediately before we climbed onto horses for a ride.\r\rDancing under the stars was a great way to end the evening, again with the Suspension Bridge as the backdrop. My out-of-town family even danced in the fountain.\r\rMore of our guests than I can remember told us that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. The attention to detail from the staff combined with the uniqueness of the setting made it our perfect day. I would recommend the site and the team to anyone.\r

I thought it was a truly amazing event, but when most of my guests said, \"Best wedding ever!\" I knew I wasn't making it up. The food was out of this world (everyone there agreed), the timing was impeccable, the suggested vendors were awesome. It truly was the fairy tale wedding we had all dreamed of. I can't accolade them enough for their incredible service and positive encouragement. I really loved the venue! Everything came together so beautifully. We were married in the Rose Garden and had cocktails in the Pavilion and around the Carousel. The staff was great and very attentive to my husband and I as well as the entire bridal party! If you want a fun, new and different location for your wedding this is the place. \r\r

I really loved the venue! Everything came together so beautifully. We were married in the Rose Garden and had cocktails in the Pavilion and around the Carousel.
