I’m not exaggerating when I say the Aviator is hands down the best venue in Cleveland. My wedding was an absolute dream come true and I cannot put into words how happy I was with the whole day. I truly can not think of one thing that went wrong!! Khadar, Jen, Celina, Rula and many many others made the whole wedding experience a breeze. They were so quick to respond to any of my questions, they coordinated everything PERFECTLY, and they were soooo sweet. Not to mention the food was seriously so good and it was the best meal I’ve had in forever. Also being able to use the bar for an after party after the wedding was so awesome and no one had to wait long for a drink the whole night. Our friends and family said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to!! We will be forever grateful for the staff, the atmosphere, and the amazing service that we experienced from the moment we visited the Aviator. Don’t walk, run and book for your wedding! We are SO happy we chose The Aviator for our wedding ceremony and reception. From the moment we went on our tour, Jen and Khadar made us feel welcomed and excited. The planning process was so smooth the entire time. The Aviator handled set up, take down, food, alcohol, plates, silverware, table linens and even decorations! The Aviator is a beautiful and modern venue, perfect for our dream wedding of 300 guests. The Aviator staff are highly professional and considerate. We worked with Jen Seidel, operations manager, for an entire year to help our wedding vision come to reality. She was easy to work with, always available, and happy to walk us through any detail, no matter how small. Her calm demeanor was essential while planning a significant day!Positively, The Aviator does all the wedding set-up and the cleaning after the reception, which was one of our top priorities when looking for a venue. They also allowed us time the day before for the bridal party to practice their entrances. The food was absolutely delicious. All guests, including those with meal accommodation changes, were served dinner quickly, and we got a lot of compliments on the food. The drinks were incredible, and the bar service was remarkable. We had an open bar.I can’t repeat enough that the service was exceptional! Everyone at the Aviator was professional, accommodating, easy to work with, and excellent at their jobs. We had so many children at our wedding; all the staff members were patient, mindfull, and helpful. After our wedding, we had guests contact us to communicate how impressed they were with the overall service of the Aviator staff, especially the servers and bartenders! Finally, our wedding wouldn’t have come together without the hard work of the Event Management Team, especially Roula Elias, Aviator Event Manager, whom we worked closely with the day before and the day of the wedding.Thank you, Aviator, our wedding was perfect! Having our wedding at The Aviator (in the Flight Space room) is the best decision we made. I would not change a single thing about this venue. Jen is the absolute best to work with. She made the planning process stress-free and enjoyable. We always looked forward to our meetings with her. We did not have to worry about a single thing the day of the wedding because Jen and the staff took care of everything, and it was absolutely perfect! The space itself is beautiful, and we loved having our after party on the rooftop. The food is delicious, and we are still receiving compliments about the dinner three months later. We held our wedding reception in the flight space and overall had a positive experience. The venue was beautiful and our guests raved about the food. Service was excellent aside from one issue with the bar for our scheduled family toast that was challenging to get served as we had planned with our photographer. During the planning process, there was some initial misrepresentation on aspects that were presented as included but would actually incur additional charges (utilization of the rooftop bar post reception, special bride and groom meal, etc). We hosted a beautiful 100 person wedding and would absolutely choose the Aviator again! From the warm welcome we received from Khadar & his tour to the planning with Jen and care taken with post-wedding packaging of pictures etc., every detail was expertly handled. The app made it easy to ask questions and Jen’s response time was super quick. The food was delicious (short ribs) and though our desire for homemade desserts added a little extra work for the Aviator team, they handled it very smoothly — and all was ready for pickup the next day. We utilized vendor parters of the Aviator and their familiarity with the facility meant that we had few details to handle ourselves — and they did a great job. We also had an open bar and we’re able to select a wide variety of liquor and had a champagne toast preset at each guests place. The venue has a covered entrance (so nice since we had inclement weather), convenient parking for guests with easy highway access , a rooftop and indoor bar (which we enjoyed after the rehearsal) and a nearby hotel that provided free and reliable shuttle service. As the parents of the bride, we were delighted to host a wedding the Aviator! Reviewed on 19-10-2023

We had our wedding of 100 guests at the Aviator in Gabriella's room. It was hands down the best day ever! All of the staff at the Aviator went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect. They made the planning process was easy, and the food was incredible. Our guests are still raving about it to this day! The staff helped us set up and tear down at the end of the night. It ended up raining that day and we were supposed to have our ceremony outside. The Aviator was quick to come up with a backup plan and we ended up having the most beautiful ceremony indoors. We had our wedding / wedding reception in Gabriella’s Space at The Aviator. We had signed up for a micro-wedding packages that included nearly everything - venue, wedding, food, bar, flowers, tablecloths, etc. and are so glad we went with The Aviator. Khadar & Jen made the process so very easy and were always available to answer questions. They even had an app to help you plan & keep track of everything! The room was beautiful & very updated with a great view of airport runways and a gorgeous patio. Unfortunately it rained all day and we didn’t get to use the patio for the ceremony, but the team helped us quickly adapt and move our ceremony inside. The staff was helpful throughout the day. Plus, the venue was really easy to find with plenty of parking for our guests. We would highly recommend The Aviator & specifically Gabriella’s Space for anyone looking to have a smaller wedding that is beautiful but not just a standard wedding hall. Reviewed on 24-09-2023

He received a steak that was still mooing and barely cooked at all. The waitress pulled me (the bride) aside and told me about what was going on and kinda talking crap about my dad. The event coordinator that we worked with was very helpful and we were able to pull the whole thing off with only a month of planning! She also waived the ceremony fee, let us remove the bar from the package we selected (we had a cash bar since only a few of our guests would drink), and gave us a military discount. \rThe day of our wedding there were a few snags, but the event coordinators and the rest of the staff made sure everything went smoothly! Unfortunately it rained on our wedding day so we weren't able to have our ceremony on the patio with the gazebo, but they had a backup room ready for us just in case and we were able to use the patio during our reception once the weather improved. \rThe staff members that set up for the reception were more than accommodating and very helpful every step of the way. The food was very good and service during the reception was fantastic. They made sure that my husband and I had everything that we needed, especially when it came to things I hadn't thought of (such as covering my dress with a small white tablecloth during dinner in case of spills).\rSince the weather cleared up in time for pictures, the vehicles and planes outside provided for some very memorable wedding photos. We were able to get some unique shots in addition to traditional poses.\r\rCons: \rThe \"bridal room\" that they offer you is very small and dimly lit and is located inside the women's bathroom. It was nice to have a room that we could lock to store our stuff in, but it doesn't work very well as a dressing room. \rThe event coordinator that helped me plan our wedding was not there on our wedding day and I was not informed of this ahead of time. I was a little upset about this when I arrived, but the coordinators that were there were very helpful and executed everything as planned.\r\rI would definitely recommend the 100th Bomb Group to other brides. I worked with the Bomb group for about 9 months to get ready for my reception, in that time they had a lot of turnover in the catering dept.
