The Barn at Bull Meadow is a brand-new wedding and event center, located on a 34-acre secluded meadow, less than 10 minutes from downtown Concord, New Hampshire and dozens of hotels. The barn was designed from the ground up to have a rustic yet elegant feel, while still providing the modern amenities you’ve come to expect. Once your guests have entered the barn, the first thing they'll notice are the massive exposed wooden beams in the Great Hall, which make a perfect backdrop for up to 180 guests, and two private balconies with french doors leading into separate bridal suites. For outdoor ceremonies, couples can exchange their vows under a beautiful wooden pergola, while guests look from their seats upon a picturesque meadow backdrop. We’ve built a passionate and dedicated team who are here to meet your every need, and cover every detail when it comes to the coordination of your wedding day. The Barn at Bull Meadow is a fantastic venue to work with. The staff takes the time to work with couples to make dreams a reality. My husband and I wanted a smaller, local business for our day rather then a venue that works as a wedding mill. That is exactly what we got. On our first tour we met with one of the owners, Eric. He was also there the night of our wedding. It was nice to see it come full circle and know that the whole staff really cares about your experience. Our coordinator Sydney was very attentive and communicated with us every step of the way. Our guests could not stop complimenting the Barn. We will be recommending Bull Meadow to anyone we know looking to host an event in Concord!

The Barn at Bull Meadow is a fantastic venue to work with. The staff takes the time to work with couples to make dreams a reality. The entire staff at the Barn were phenomenal, but especially Shannon our day of coordinator! Shannon met with us in person a few months prior to the wedding to ensure every step of the day would go smoothly. She was very responsive to any questions we had via email, and kept up with any changes in planning up until the day of. She made our day go so smoothly and was such a pleasure to work with!!! We had the most amazing experience overall and would recommend the barn to anyone!!!!

We just had our wedding here in October, and it was a dream. Our day of coordinator, Sydney was amazing with communication and making us feel at ease the day of the wedding! She was clearly experienced, and I felt no stress throughout the entire process. The ceremony was so beautiful, and went smoothly. The barn itself and the outside ceremony area is so beautiful. The bar service at the reception was outstanding! None of our guests had to wait for drinks. It was the best day ever!

We just had our wedding here in October, and it was a dream. Our day of coordinator, Sydney was amazing with communication and making us feel at ease the day of the wedding! The barn staff did an absolute amazing job from start to finish with our wedding. We picked the barn for our out of staff wedding from the beauty of the location to the incredible space that was included in booking. All of our guests raved on the barns beauty and how kind and professional the staff were on our day. When doing a tour before booking, everyone was welcoming. We were allowed to tour the whole space including ceremony spot. We were also given a folder full of helpful information and vendor options, which helped us so much not being familiar with the area. Syndney could not have been a better coordinator. She sent many updates, check ins and reminders that kept us on top of planning. She was so patient and kind through all our planning and made the day go so smooth and perfect. The suites for getting ready were perfect size for our large bridal party of 7 on each side plus parents. We were able to add an extra to our night for more time to dance and enjoy our guests. The bar staff did an amazing job keeping all 115 of our guest satisfied. And the clean up option was a major help. We were able to enjoy the whole night and not have to put decorations away as the staff did an amazing job keeping all our items safe and packed up for pick up the next morning. We could not have been happier with our experience at the barn!!

We fell in love with this barn the minute we walked in! This is an amazing place to have a wedding. The barn offers the perfect mixture of elegance, rustic vibes, with a modern twist. We received so many compliments on the beauty of our venue. Many guests saying it was the “most beautiful wedding they’ve been to” Another plus the barn has is it has a beautiful indoor ceremony option in case of inclement weather(which we experienced). It was so important to us to chose a venue where we loved both the outdoor ceremony option as well as the indoor because as we know we can’t control the weather!! The last minute transition from outdoor to indoor due to rain coming, seemed seamless thanks to our coordinator and the barns staff! From the beauty of the venue, to the staff. Everything was perfect. The staff was so kind and so so helpful. You could tell they were there for us all day and truly wanted this to be our perfect day we’ve dreamed of! Taylor was there for anything me and my girls needed all day while getting ready and she made sure to check in many times throughout the reception to see if my husband and I needed anything! I highly recommend the barn at bull meadow for your wedding! You will not regret it!

From ceremony to cocktail hour to reception, everything was absolutely perfect. Our day of coordinator, Taylor, was absolutely amazing and made the process so easy! We just had our wedding at The Barn at Bull Meadow and had an unbelievable experience. The staff there is so friendly and helpful. I had Jenn for my day of coordinator and she made sure everything went perfectly. Our guests can't stop talking about how beautiful the venue was - it is so charming and rustic, but also has a great clean and new feel to it. We loved that we could have our ceremony outside, and then have an indoor reception (with AC) with access to the patio throughout the event. We got married 06-09-2023.This venue was everything and more . Taylor was our day of wedding coordinator and we could not asked for a better person to help us on our day . She went above and beyond on everything. It rained up until our first look/ ceremony but it was all executed perfectly and more than we ever expected. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone . They built such a wonderful place and paid attention to all of the details to host a successful wedding. We immediately fell in love with the place. ESPECIALLY Jenn Stephens- she was the absolute best coordinator to work with, super easy-going but organized, very responsive and flexible with our requests, simply the BEST! Taylor, our coordinator from the venue, was the definition of incredible. She coordinated with all our vendors on our behalf, she sent us monthly and weekly reminders of things to do as the day got closer, and on the day of the wedding she was our rock, guiding us through step by step and making us feel incredibly at ease. I truly can't say enough good things about Taylor as well as the rest of the staff at this venue - we are beyond grateful!

We had our wedding here in October 2022. When I brought my now husband to see the venue (our third venue we toured) he immediately said, “this is the only place I can see us getting married”. The barn completely surpassed our expectations. Not only is it a beautiful newly constructed barn, but we picked our date for peak foliage, and the scenery did not disappoint! Taylor was our day of coordinator and she was so helpful, easily accessible, and generous in the ways she offered to help us plan our dream day. One of my biggest fears was missing out on the passed apps during cocktail hour (silly I know but I’m a foodie), and Taylor would bring us drinks and apps during our photos! Taylor truly helped ease the process of planning a wedding and am so grateful for her assistance. Everyone was in awe of the venue and they work with equally as wonderful vendors! If we had to do it all over again, we would do it at the barn. If you’re thinking about it and are able to make it work with your budget, just do it, don’t second guess yourself. Can’t say enough good things about the venue and staff!

We had our wedding here in October 2022. When I brought my now husband to see the venue (our third venue we toured) he immediately said, “this is the only place I can see us getting married”. The barn completely surpassed our expectations. Not only is it a beautiful newly constructed barn, but we picked our date for peak foliage, and the scenery did not disappoint! Taylor was our day of coordinator and she was so helpful, easily accessible, and generous in the ways she offered to help us plan our dream day. One of my biggest fears was missing out on the passed apps during cocktail hour (silly I know but I’m a foodie), and Taylor would bring us drinks and apps during our photos! Taylor truly helped ease the process of planning a wedding and am so grateful for her assistance. Everyone was in awe of the venue and they work with equally as wonderful vendors! If we had to do it all over again, we would do it at the barn. If you’re thinking about it and are able to make it work with your budget, just do it, don’t second guess yourself. Can’t say enough good things about the venue and staff!

everything was PERFECT!!! The venue is so beautiful. It all went so smoothly. Nicole was our coordinator and she was wonderful. Preface: Our wedding was October 15th, 2022, with 135 guests and we had fall weather (60's-70's with sun), outdoor ceremony, outdoor cocktail hour and indoor reception inside the barn. If you're looking for a venue that has it all, this is it. The Barn at Bull Meadow is absolutely stunning, the staff is extremely helpful. Nicole helped us from 1 year out until even after our big day. We booked with the Barn when they had just started building it in 2020, and have seen it grow into what it is today. We loved it from the second we stepped on the property, and loved every little detail that they added in the 2 years they've been open.They truly have thought of everything, the getting ready suites are stunning and provide plenty of room for the girls and guys to get ready. Not to mention they make for STUNNING pictures. The ceremony site is intimate, and the walk from the barn to the pergola where you have the ceremony is just enough to calm the nerves. The patio for cocktail hour is perfect, and the tent is great for sunny or rainy days, and my guests loved sitting out by the fires later in the evening. The reception space- the barn- is perfect. My guests (135) had plenty of space to eat, mingle and dance. No one was squished or complained the dance floor was too small. The sweet heart table being located in front of the barn doors is an amazing spot to be able to see all of your guests. The staff is very knowledgable about the industry, and about traditions and can offer lots of advice if needed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a barn wedding in Northern MA/ Southern NH. We are so happy we booked with them in 2020. We had our wedding at The Barn at Bull Meadow over Memorial day weekend and it was fantastic! The staff is very helpful and responsive to all emails leading up to our wedding. The barn is absolutely stunning and everyone enjoyed the grounds. Our ceremony was supposed to be outside but right before everyone arrived there was a huge rain storm. Jenn and team was able to move everything inside with five minutes to start time. They did an amazing job making sure everything ran smoothly.The only issue we had was with the bar. We have a heavy drinking crowd and paid for the open bar. Shortly after dinner started the bar stoped all shots and martinis. I understand that the Barn has the right to shut down any portion of the bar. However since we paid for the full open bar we wished they cut of people individually not the whole wedding. This was not a huge deal but just note just because you paid for open bar does not mean they will keep the bar open all night depending on your crowd.Other than that I highly recommend The Barn at Bull Meadow!

My perfect experience at The Barn at Bull Meadow! I can’t begin to say how lucky my husband and I were to find the barn. Every step of the way, every question I had was always met with kindness and the most excellent service I have ever received. Our original venue had permanently closed down due to the pandemic and we weren’t sure where we would go. Luckily my brother had seen the barn on Facebook and said “Hey you should go check it out that place looks beautiful”. I feel so lucky and blessed that we did because our wedding was everything we wanted and more. We worked with Jenn who was just the most incredible coordinator and she was super supportive and helpful. I felt like I actually had the extra support that I truly needed. Jenn’s emails were my favorite to get because she always had an idea that could help me and as a bride I was so thankful. From the beginning to visiting the barn, to planning our wedding, and then the big day; I truly felt that we made the best decision. If you are looking for the most beautiful venue with gorgeous wood beams and the most incredible staff you are in the right place. The Barn at Bull Meadow is the right place to have your wedding whether your ceremony is inside because of the rain like mine or if it’s outside, there is no wrong place in this venue. Everything no matter what will be beautiful and you will have the best day ever just like my husband and I did.

The barn is stunning, you really don’t need to decorate it much. The bridal suites and ability to get ready all in one place made for such an enjoyable experience. Sydney and Taylor were so patient and helpful, I hadn’t realized how much we really did need them to have such a smooth running day. The owners were always so kind and communication was always quick and helpful before we had the chance to meet with Sydney and Taylor. Highly recommend also doing your rehearsal dinner there if they have the availability to make the weekend super easy. Our only regret was not paying for an extra hour as the day flew by.

We fell in love with the venue at first sight, and after talking with Eric who gave us a tour we knew this was the perfect venue. Not only was it breathtakingly beautiful, inside and out, the entire team was amazing to work with. Nicole helped us plan all the details (and put up with my anxiety fueled emails) and Taylor helped the day go off without a hitch. It truly was a dream and I would highly recommend this venue and team of people to anyone looking to plan their wedding or any other event.

We met with the owners and immediately fell in love with the whole vibe of the barn. The owners are more than helpful, fair, and really just want you to have an amazing day. The outdoor ceremony space is beautiful and fits all of your guests. Inside, you have a bridal and grooms suite which we loved! My bridesmaids and I spent the whole day at the venue and the bridal suite was a perfect size for us plus my mom, mother-in-law and my stylists. It was also nice to be able to have some privacy if needed throughout the night! We had 4 different catering options to choose from and all were very pleasant to chat with, the food we did pick was super delicious! You will get a day of coordinator who will set up for timeline for the day, answer all of your many questions and also take care of all of your vendors the day of your wedding so you have nothing to worry about. My guests are still raving about our wedding. You will not be disappointed in choosing the Barn at Bull Meadow!

Our wedding was held in May of 2021, and even though it rained, their indoor accommodations for 150 people was still amazing. My fiance and i bent backwards trying to find a barn-style venue for our wedding. After weeks of searching and going on several tours, we found The Barn at Bull Meadow and we couldn't be happier with this venue. When meeting with Justin and Jennifer, they didn't miss one detail in regards to what to expect on our special day. What excited us the most was how excited they were for the construction of this barn, along with making sure this venue would include everything we wanted + some! During our meeting with them they gave us a folder which included wedding pricing (no surprises or hidden fees later on! we really appreciated this), detailed description of what is included in the ceremony and reception, catering options, beverage options, detailed floor plan on 1st and 2nd floor, and exterior renderings. They even unraveled this large map on the table like it was the late 1400's which we thought was going to included the best surviving map of the world by Christopher Columbus, but it was actually a detailed layout of the property and the structure of the barn! Needless to say they went above and beyond in with their presentation, and we love love love it! What we love most about the barn is how secluded it is from the main road, it is spacious inside with lots of windows for natural lighting, has a large dance floor, bar extending to the patio through a window, and the bridal and grooms suite upstairs is so awesome! They spent a generous amount of time with us and made sure all our questions were answered. Look no further if you are looking for a venue like this! 🤩

The Barn at Bull Meadow has been over the top to work with so far with planning our upcoming wedding for May 2021. Every question and decision has been thought through carefully and thoroughly. The Barn at Bull Meadow has been over the top to work with so far with planning our upcoming wedding for May 2021. Every question and decision has been thought through carefully and thoroughly. My fiancé and I searched tirelessly to find the perfect venue that would meet all of our needs and at the right price. We researched and visited many venues that we felt were decent options but just didn’t feel right or were missing key components. Then we met with Justin and Jennifer from Bull Meadow and felt like we were sitting down and talking with friends. We instantly had our interest peaked and weirdly trusted them despite only just meeting them. Justin and Jennifer very quickly proved to us that they were more than capable of completing this project and made sure to fill us with reassurance so much so that we booked our wedding there without the barn even being in place yet. We never anticipated booking a venue we had not seen fully built, but THAT is how reassuring and buttoned up they were. For those looking for the perfect venue, keep in mind you need to find the perfect people to work with as well. You will need people you trust and genuinely care in order to make your day as special as possible while limiting any bumps along the way. I highly encourage engaged couples to set a meeting with Jennifer & Justin. You will NOT be disappointed. The Barn at Bull Meadow will be a dream once complete and we cannot wait to be there for our special day.

Meet the The Barn at Bull Meadow Team
Justin Stephens, Jennifer Stephens and Eric Stephens (Owner) The Barn at Bull Meadow is family owned and operated by Eric, Justin & Jennifer Stephens. We all grew up in Southern NH and have always had an affinity for the character of rustic post and beam barns. Shortly after Justin and Jennifer's wedding in 2017, the three of us began looking for land to build the rustic yet modern barn that we couldn't find for our wedding. After eventually finding the perfect location just outside of Downtown Concord NH, construction began and the barn opened for it's first wedding in October 2020. We've now hosted over 100 weddings and are enjoying every minute.
