The building has been thoughtfully renovated and showcases vaulted ceilings with exposed beams. Thanks to the barn’s climate-controlled features, you and your guests can celebrate in comfort no matter the season. Outside the building’s back doors is a private, 13-acre, wooded cove where ceremonies and receptions can also take place. This venue was absolutely everything! I am from central Illinois but knew I wanted to be married in the mountains. From the start, Melanie was fantastic at communication and made it easy from 9 hours away. When we arrived, Melanie and her family were willing to help and make it even easier and we were able to enjoy that much more. The barn offers so much and would highly recommend to those local and out of state as well! Melanie is the definition of southern hospitality and made us feel like family. Not enough thank yous can be said about her, but thank you Melanie. You helped play a huge part in making our dream wedding come true!

Such a beautiful venue and Melanie was so easy to work with! She had all sorts of décor that we were able to use and gave us great recommendations on vendors, which were both hugely helpful since we don't live in that area. Highly recommend this venue!

Absolutely wonderful! Melanie was so helpful through the whole planning process and definitely made planning from Florida a breeze. Even though she was not there on our wedding day, she called and made sure that everything went smoothly. Melanie is a hard worker and devoted to making her brides dreams come true. Melanie and her family went above and beyond in every situation, I can not say enough about our day at the Barn at Chestnut Springs. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a venue. Melanie I can not thank you enough for all you and your family done to make this day perfect for my daughter and son in law.

We just had our 5 year vow renewal here at The Barn. This place was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The owner Melanie was hands down the absolute best! She helped us with every single thing she possibly could from decorating to coordinating. Melanie treated us like we were family the entire year that we worked with her to plan things. She allowed us to come to the barn to do a practice on decorating and was there for us in anyway she possibly could be. She answered our numerous questions and was more than patient as we sorted out our plans && decided how we wanted to do everything. I will always be so grateful for her when I look back on our special day. She made it easy and enjoyable all the way around. I can’t say enough about how wonderful she was and how amazing and beautiful the barn was. Thank you again ♥️

The most beautiful venue with wonderful people as well!! Melanie and her family are so incredibly helpful on the day of and during the planning process. Both the barn itself and area around the venue are wonderful for photos. Would wholeheartedly recommend this venue!!

Absolutely amazing! Melanie and her staff are top notch. The space was breathtaking from the inside, to the patio and the back lawn (we really didn't need to add too much of our own decor). Having so much included with the rental fee was a huge savings for us, and much less hassle as we traveled from NJ. So much of what we needed for our ceremony and reception Melanie already had on site. The Barn was very clean, well maintained and very comfortable. It was definitely a unique space (not your run-of-the-mill reception venue ballrooms) and we got so many compliments from our guests about the location. I would definitely recommend The Barn at Chestnut Springs to any couple from Tennessee or any couple looking for a destination wedding spot!

Had my destination wedding here and Melanie was very helpful over the phone and email as I was nervous planning a wedding from out of state, she was super helpful. I had visited the Barn to check it out a year prior to setting my date and I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful venue! The wedding was small & intimate but just what I wanted! Location was beautiful and the Barn is gorgeous on its own without a whole lot of decorations. Melanie does have alot of vintage/rustic decorations if you'd like to choose to use hers but the Barn is so pretty on its own that you could do without alot of decorations either. The arbor is great for an outdoor ceremony. The only thing I wish now was the ceremony to have lasted a little longer.

A little disappointed in the control over your wedding that they display. Even after paying lots of money to provide shuttles (and paying high dollar for the venue) for your guests, they definitely limit any alcohol intake and infuriate your guests. The guests felt like they were rude and constantly watched. Not a place to book if you are wanting to have a fun party, but it is beautiful... just not for the partying type. We are even in our 30's so our friends aren't immature drunks and nobody was out of hand but still got cut off.

Melanie was wonderful from first contact! She was so helpful and hands on through it all! The barn is so gorgeous inside and out which doesn't require much decor, but the barn offers just about everything you could possibly want & need for decor options!

This barn is absolutely gorgeous! The barn was perfect for our rustic themed wedding! Melanie one of the owners is so sweet and accommodates to your every need! She did everything to help make our day amazing! Would definitely recommend this venue!! Love it.
