The Barn at Cottonwood Ranch is a wedding venue in Callahan, FL. The property comprises 760 acres of serene countryside, so beautiful it seems to have been plucked from a dream. Visitors will marvel at the lush pastures, the ancient hardwoods, and the many freshwater ponds. The property is home to beautiful horses and a herd of 500 majestic Angus cows. A long drive leads from the main gates to the Barn. The Barn at Cottonwood Ranch is an open, inviting space. Most of the lumber used to build the Barn was harvested from the ranch’s own cypress and pine trees. The design and building process was a labor of love, and the result is magnificent to see. The Barn’s clean lines and natural tones combine to create a feeling of simple elegance. The Barn is not just an architectural triumph to admire; it’s an experience. Here, hearts and hands are ready and eager to create all that the mind can imagine. The Barn at Cottonwood Ranch can accommodate parties of up to 300 guests. There is a stone bar beneath the Barn’s grand staircase and a large commercial kitchen at the rear of the building. The property also features get-ready lounges for you and your wedding party, plus a smaller barn, complete with a full kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and an upstairs entertainment area. Owner Karen Brantley has lived in Callahan her whole life. She and her dedicated team of courteous and caring professionals would love to do their part to make your wedding a day you’ll never forget.

We have had nothing but incredible experiences with The Barn at Cottonwood Ranch since we began researching it. The pictures of the venue does not do it justice, it is absolutely breathtaking and the perfect location for your big day! Their venue manager, Jane, has gone above and beyond for us since our first communication and has treated us like family ever since. She is a wealth of information regarding vendors in the area and always made herself available for any questions that we had. The bartending staff provided by the venue was also incredible! Extremely personable, polite and just an overall great time! If you're looking for a gorgeous wedding venue and a staff that will go above and beyond for you on your fiance, look no further!

This is the most beautiful venue you’ll ever see. Their staff is amazing. Our wedding had to get rescheduled TWICE due to military deployments and they were so helpful with making it so we could move our wedding and make our big day happen. Jamie the manager is hands down the best. She’s is so upbeat, friendly, helpful, professional and just amazing. I’mSad the wedding is over because the barn at cottonwood is the beautiful places I’ve even been too.

This is the most beautiful venue you’ll ever see. Their staff is amazing. Jane and her team were absolutely phenomenal from our first tour to wedding day! The venue blew us away (pictures just don’t do it justice) and we are still getting comments from our guests on just how amazing the property was! We are so glad we found this venue and will recommend it to anyone!

Jane was absolutely AMAZING! Her hospitality is what sets her apart from everyone else. She truly has such a kind radiant soul.The venue was beautiful and our family raved about it. It isn't your \"run of the mill\" venue. If you are looking for something unique and different, STOP looking now. We are so grateful for Jane and the wonderful bartenders that we had at the wedding. We had so many attendees rave about how they’ll never be at another wedding as beautiful as ours because of the wonder of the large, secluded property that holds the wedding venue. Whether it was someone’s first time seeing swans, zebras, or even calves, everyone found something to love about being outside this venue. There were times that our DJ was inside playing music for a crowd of 10 while the other 100+ people were outside wandering the venue and taking in the atmosphere. Jane was so helpful throughout the entire process. From choosing vendors to deciding design layout, Jane was there to give us assistance whenever we asked. We are so ecstatic that we chose this venue and highly recommend it to anyone that wants to impress their guests.

The Barn at Cottonwood Ranch (BC) was the most beautiful venue to have our wedding at. The Groom's Cottage was immaculate and absolutely stunning. The Bridal Suite was roomy, flawless, and beautiful. Anything and everything we needed, BC was there in a snap! They were accommodating to any and all of our needs, and made sure we were happy before the wedding, and even the day of the wedding. I recommend BC to all of my friends or friends of friends who are getting married!!

We are so lucky to live so close to this beautiful venue! It was everything we imagined and more! My husband and I got married here last weekend and we can’t say enough wonderful things about The Barn, the property, Jane, and all those involved at this venue. It is the perfect mix of barn feel and timeless elegance. With its indoor venue and open floor plan and windows, it feels like you’re in a barn dream. The ceremony site overlooking the water with cows in the background was perfect. We utilized the grooms barn and the upstairs bridal suites for the day. Everything was even better than I could have imagined. Highly recommend this venue for an amazing wedding experience.

My husband and I got married here last weekend and we can’t say enough wonderful things about The Barn, the property, Jane, and all those involved at this venue. It is the perfect mix of barn feel and timeless elegance. With its indoor venue and open floor plan and windows, it feels like you’re in a barn dream. The ceremony site overlooking the water with cows in the background was perfect. We utilized the grooms barn and the upstairs bridal suites for the day. We got married at The Barn on 3-6-21. Unfortunately, it did start to rain 10 min before the ceremony and we had our ceremony setup by the large oak tree. It looked absolutely stunning out there but we had to make the call to have it indoors. Jane who handles all of the logistics is absolutely amazing and hid me away in her office so nobody would see me as I entered in the venue for the rain plan. Regardless of the rain, our wedding was magical. We didn't get the photos that we wanted with the sunset and around the gorgeous venue but Jane reassured us that we could come back to get photos and not to let the rain upset me and ruin our wedding day. She was so incredibly accommodating. We have since scheduled our photos to get redone at the venue and couldn't be happier that Jane is allowing us to do so. We highly recommend having your wedding here. It is gorgeous! The private bridal suite and grooms suite are the best ever!!!! There is a lot included with the Barn and it is such a beautiful location and working ranch. Thank you for everything!! Yall are the best! :)

We got married here 2 months ago and STILL cannot believe how amazing out wedding was. Largely due to this beautiful venue and wonderful staff (I'm lookin' at you Jane)! We got married on a Sunday and more than enough help provided by the barn to get everything set up and taken down in a timely manner. We got ready in the bridal suite which was PERFECT and more than enough room for all 12 girls up there getting ready! The scenery one you enter the gates is serene. The cows, the fountains, the long driveway in... It truly transports you right out of Callahan Florida and leads you into what only the dreamiest \"glam / country\" weddings are made of. There wasn't a single guest that wasn't insurmountably impressed by this place. Truly worth the money!!

My husband and I got married at the Barn a few weeks ago. Very few words describe exactly how gorgeous Cottonwood Ranch is. Flowing green pastures, an uncountable amount of black cows, and beautiful horses greet you as soon as you turn into the entrance. The barn is just incredible too! The workmanship and detail that went into it is amazing! You can tell the owners put their heart into building the barn! Speaking of the owners, Karen, Larry, and Jane were the best people to do business with, so down to earth and just fantastic all around! Easy to get in touch with and exchange information. They made sure we had the best day and it was just incredible!
