Thresea was a great planner, she provided numerous ideas to make the day perfect. Day of coordinator, Hector, was a bridal party's dream. He was fantastic. They were both very professional. The entire staff was great, The Venue was perfect and everything was beautiful. Can not thank them enough for everything they did.

Amazing venue & staff! I got married here November of 2023 & it was an absolute fairytale!! The venue is beautiful!! Our wedding day was perfect thanks to all the sweet; hard working staff. The wedding planning process was also amazing & stress free. The vendors they work with are great as well. Highly recommend!

Amazing venue & staff! I got married here November of 2023 & it was an absolute fairytale!! The venue is beautiful!! Our wedding day was perfect thanks to all the sweet; hard working staff. The wedding planning process was also amazing & stress free. The vendors they work with are great as well. Highly recommend!

Our experience with the barn was wonderful! Always attentive and always answering our questions. They told us everything we needed to do and explained it while going above and beyond to finish the rest. Our wedding day was beautiful every detail was put together perfectly. We had our wedding last night at the Barn of Crescent Lake in Odessa, FL. It was beyond amazing! Hector Rodriguez and his team coordinated every single moment perfectly. We had wedding outside with the lake as background. The cabin had everything we needed to get ready. By the way, our vendors were awesome too. We used Pricilla from Destiny and Light make up group, Danielle from Save the Date, Jabbar from Events Done Right, Spunky Spirits (best drinks ever) and Denise at Latam. We stayed at the Hilton … so our guests got on the shuttle (we didn’t have to worry about driving)…I’m still getting compliments of how pretty everything was at our wedding!

The Barn at Crescent Lake was the first venue we toured and knew we had to book immediately. Not only was the venue stunning, but the staff made planning our wedding a breeze. Everyone was so kind and willing to answer any questions we had promptly. I won’t ever stop bragging on BACL and would recommend to any engaged couple looking for the perfect venue!!! Special shout-out to Justine and Hector for making our day so special!

The Barn at Crescent Lake was the first venue we toured and knew we had to book immediately. Not only was the venue stunning, but the staff made planning our wedding a breeze. I had my ceremony and reception at this venue and it made for a beautiful wedding day. Justine was so kind and responsive to my many, many emails as I worked on planning for the wedding. As to be expected in the stressful wedding planning process there was a hiccup with the caterer a couple weeks before the wedding but Justine and my wedding planner, Erika O'Brien Events (also highly recommend!), came to me with a solution for the problem and it was resolved smoothly with me being minimally involved. The day of the wedding went so well and I was able to focus on enjoying the day with my husband! This is a great all-inclusive option (does not include photography and hair & make up) which helps to make the planning and coordinating simpler as the vendors have already worked with each other and are familiar with how weddings at this venue go.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE. We were blown away with how well our big day went. Everything turned out beautifully (even the rain shower during the ceremony). The event staff were AMAZING. They took care of anything and everything before we even knew something was needed. We were able to have our dog with us all night long and the staff went above and beyond in taking care of him. We really couldn't have asked for a better night and are so happy we chose The Barn!

We are over the moon happy with our decision to have our wedding at the barn at crescent lake! They help you organize yourself throughout the planning process to keep you on track, they have so many wonderful decorations on site to help your vision come to life! It was just the perfect venue for my husband and I! There was the lake in the background while still giving the relaxed barn atmosphere. And yes it’s air conditioned another big plus! Something I noted as impressive is they actually had a rain contingency plan of where to move my ceremony- which with Florida’s weather is necessary! Just all around I highly recommend, they made my wedding day stress free and magical!

We had our wedding at the farm on 1.21.22. Our day of coordinator was AMAZING and made everything flow so perfectly. All of our guests were raving about how beautiful the venue was, from the ceremony spot, to inside the barn, everyone was beyond impressed. We also loved how easy the planning process was. I personally do not love planning events, so having an all inclusive venue was a must for me. The whole process from planning, to the big day was seamless and perfect in every way. I wouldn't have changed anything for the world.

The overall experience with The Barn at Crescent lake has not been ideal. From the beginning, they promised seamless planning and help to “keep the process as headache free as possible.” That has not been the experience to date. Trying to get ahold of anyone has taken weeks after leaving them a message. Only responding to emails on Tuesday’s has been unreasonable and dragging planning along. Only when we threatened to cancel did they actually actively call us back and quickly respond to our questions. So after months of headaches (which they promised us wouldn’t happen), we decided to cancel. The response was “no refund on our deposit” (even though they had 7 months to have someone fill our spot) and they would send a “cancellation form,” which after 6 weeks I still haven’t received; even though I did get a notice of delinquent payment! Buyers beware! The venue is beautiful and the packages sound promising, but the service leaves much to be desired. Buckle up, you’ll be up to your head in planning until a couple of months before your meeting to plan decorations for the day of. I hope your experience is better than mine!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. The Barn at Crescent Lake provides everything we needed from start to finish including the most beautiful scenery, ceremony location, bridal/groom suites and reception area. Teresa the coordinator handled everything and I had zero worries the day of. All of the vendors that they included in the package were outstanding. Months later I still get compliments on how beautiful everything looked and how much fun everyone had.

The Barn at Crescent Lake provides everything we needed from start to finish including the most beautiful scenery, ceremony location, bridal/groom suites and reception area. From the minute we started working with Lisa and Theresa with Exquisite Events, I knew we were in good hands. As the mother of the bride, working with them took away a lot of the stress of planning a wedding. I would suggest to anyone getting married at this venue to take advantage of the all-inclusive package that they have to offer. They are very accommodating, provide great suggestions, & were flexible with any requests we had. Thanks to all of the vendors, Cara DeHart Lewis Photography, Hearts Video, Northside Florist, Spunky Spirits, Events Done Right, Affordable Catering (the roast beef was cooked to perfection), Eyes on You Salon, Chantilly Cakes, Sunshine Love Stories, & the staff at the Barn (& Chris for the truck). A special thanks to Theresa who took care of every little detail before, during, and after the wedding, so my husband and I were able to enjoy every minute of the day with our daughter and her husband, our family, and friends. The venue itself - you can't go wrong. The scenery was beautiful - overlooking the lake - picture perfect! Prior to my daughter's wedding, I followed The Barn on instagram & was excited to see how pretty everything looked at night. Let me tell you, the pictures only give you glimpse into the beauty of this place - I can't tell you how many compliments I got from our guests on how perfect they thought this place was. A month later, people are still commenting on how fantastic the day had been. I have to agree!!!Thanks again to everyone!! My daughter and her husband had the best time ever!!!
