The Barn at Four Pines Ranch is the absolute best place to get married or have a large family event. There are several options to chose from for the ceremony and even more spots for photos! We chose the all inclusive package which included photography, DJ, officiant, and bar service. They did the planning, the setup, and the cleaning. They involved us in every step along the way with however much we wanted or didn’t want to be involved with. We were able to visit as often as we wanted before hand to plan or look at decor. They truly took the hassle and stress out of planning! Kim and her team go above and beyond to make sure everything is set up perfectly and everyone is taken care of! The bridal suite and groomsmen cave was a great place to get ready before hand - it was clean, comfortable, roomy, and had plenty of outlets for curling irons and straighteners 😉The catering done by Marsala’s is absolutely exquisite! Everything tasted amazing and came out hot and fresh! All of our guests raved about the how great the food was and how beautiful the venue was! If I had to do it all over again, I would choose this place time and time again. It is run by some amazing people who genuinely care about you and about making your special day an absolute dream come true! Thank you Kim for EVERYTHING!!! We couldn’t have picked a better person and place to handle our wedding and our crazy family! 🤪

This venue looks like a pretty venue but I was never able to look at it. I was in conversation with the guy talking about pricing, what’s included, etc. I asked a question about alcohol (if we were able to bring our own or not) and he never replied. I tried to reach out three different times to try to get a response but he never replied.

This was the perfect venue for us! Rustic & beautiful! They were easy to work with, answered all my questions leading up to day of and their decor closet was amazing and such a relief that I didn’t have to buy anything! I got so many compliments on the venue and set up. Highly recommend this venue !

This is a wonderful venue. I would definitely recommend using it for your event. I just recently had my wedding at this venue and everything turned out perfect and beautiful! My husband and I are so pleased with the professionalism and great customer service we received working with this venue for our big day!

The venue itself is beautiful, however the staff has extremely poor communication (this ended up causing problems on our wedding day), and did not seem to care about us our our wedding in the slightest bit. Very disappointed.

The whole team at the Barn were simply wonderful. The venue was just what we were looking- beautiful with a rustic Texas spirit. I am happy to have found this venue and gotten one of the all inclusive packages. Everyone was amazing- the DJ, the photographer, the caterers, the onsite staff, the clean up crew, and everyone else involved made our wedding day extra special and stress free.

Just had my wedding here Saturday, and it was an amazing experience. I instantly feel in love with it when I seen it. So glad we chose this venue, they respond so fast to any concerns or questions you have. They were so kind to Let us set up the day before because they didn’t have another event going on. Kim did such an amazing job setting everything up it looked so beautiful. I would recommend this venue over and over! The owner everyone was just awesome!! Thank you guys for making my wedding day amazing!!!!

My husband and I got married here in February 2021 after having to reschedule due to COVID. Kim and Todd were incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. They made the entire process easy and fun. The venue is beautiful, spacious, and very accommodating. The all inclusive flash wedding package made planning a breeze. All of our family and friends loved the place and can’t stop talking about the barn!

The staff was amazing. Honestly having a wedding during a pandemic was beyond stressful but their staff was so quick to respond to all of my emails no matter what day or what time. The day before the wedding they even let us come and decorate the venue since it wasn't in use and the morning of the wedding they popped in and made sure we had everything we needed and answered any last minute questions. It was also so helpful that you have the venue all day starting at 11AM. Plenty of time to get ready, take photos, and keep all the moving parts of a wedding in one place! The venue itself is stunning as well as all the land it is on and of course the animals is the cherry on top. Even in the July heat the venue itself kept us cool and we loved our individual bridal and grooms suites.

Our wedding was the dream wedding we imagined. We rented the venue and hired out our vendors. However we did hire Kim to decorate the venue for our special day.The venue is absolutely breathtaking. Pictures do not do this venue justice. The staff at TBAFPR were all so helpful and easy to work with. I wish we could have our wedding over and over every year.

i got married here almost 3 weeks ago and words can't describe how perfect it was! Kim was with us every step of the way, always available for questions, and just one of the sweetest people you will meet. Todd was also fantastic super nice and always there to listen to concerns. Their Flash wedding package which is an all inclusive package is what we did and you won't regret doing that. Their photographer, cater, and dj are all phenomenal and were always available to talk to me about questions, comments, or concerns. Thank you all for making our day so special and memorable! Stumbling upon this gem in the woods of Crosby, Texas, I also had the wonderful privilege of getting to meet and work with Kim and the owner, Todd. From the time I first met Kim, I absolutely fell in love with her and she instantly became family to me. From that day forward, she has been over the top helpful as well as bent over backwards for me and my special wedding day. The owner reached out to me a while back to make sure everything for my special day had been taken care of and everything was ready to roll for my special day. Although, I am not getting married until February, he has provided me with exceptional care and has done everything in his will power to make my special day everything I could have ever dreamed of. The venue - if you are looking for an extraordinary place to have your wedding day, please consider The Barn at Four Pines Ranch. They have all touches and styles to provide as well as turning it into a rustic elegant princess palace, which is more of the style I am going for. The bridal suite is what made me say YES a little louder, it is HUGE, tons of mirrors, two full showers and a million lights to get ready in! The man cave, groom’s suite, is even more wonderful. Pool table, poker table, HUGE tv’s and doors leading outside is all some groomsmen need. Let me also not forget about the great amenities outdoors, fishing, golfing and catching a baseball ALL on the property. It is such a beautiful piece of property to say the least, but for the icing on the cake, they have the most beautiful longhorns and horses free roaming in the backdrop as if you were in a real life movie scene. Vendors/catering - the catering is something I would 100% add onto your package, by far the BEST food in this area. Marsala’s is phenomenal and as long as we have been in this area, we have been regular customers weekly. It is one less step you have to worry about, because who doesn’t love good food and fun at a wedding? Alcohol - another wonderful package to add, as many venues as I toured when trying to decide on “the one,” not one of the other venues had the alcohol package The Barn offers. Extremely affordable and you get all of it for ONE price. DJ - Parker with Double Line Entertainment has been fantastic. Extremely easy to work with and has been a huge help in getting all of the music lined up for our special day. He is wonderful when it comes to communicating with his clients and is sure to have the right answer for all of the music questions you may have. I truly appreciate Parker being an easy step of this stressful process. All of that above being said, I am so extremely thankful and blessed by meeting such gracious, generous people and an even more wonderful place to host my special day. We have had nothing shy of 100% care and all of our needs/wants/requests have been met thus far. We are so excited to have our wedding at your venue and cannot wait to have the big day with all of you! Brides - look no further, stop here, take the tour, go meet Kim and it will be the BEST decision you have ever made. Weddings are very very very stressful, but with the help of Kim and Todd, I can assure you that all will be great in their hands! Thank you all again for providing such wonderful customer service and truly being there whenever wedding planning gets so stressful!

This place is phenomenal! We just got married here and the experience was out of this world! Everyone of the staff is so very sweet, nice, helpful, generous, and so much more! Kim is the Coordinator and she is the sweetest and most amazing coordinator I have ever met! She made everything so easy and worry free! They use vendors who are very respectful, kind, and highly rated! We recommend this Venue, hands down, the best venue we have ever been too!!

The Barn at Four Pines Ranch was a DREAM COME TRUE! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue!!First of all, it is absolutely gorgeous!!! The grounds, the barn, the bridal suite, the groom’s suite, all 3 altars!! Not only as a bride will you love all the options you have available, but your groom will be ecstatic when he finds out all the fun there is to be had on the property on the wedding day!The Barn was the first and only venue we looked at! As soon as I saw it, I knew I wanted to get married there! I told my mom I made my decision, and she signed the paperwork & deposit before we left.Next, the staff is absolutely WONDERFUL! We had the pleasure of working with Todd from our very first visit. He was so helpful, patient, and understanding. He was able to answer all of our questions, give us advice for what was to come the following months leading up to the day, provide a list of vendors near the area, and more!Now, I was a pretty tedious and detail-oriented bride, so whenever I had a question, comment, or concern I would send an email. Todd got back to me SO FAST that any worries or clarification I needed got addressed right away. You cannot ask for better customer service!!! The staff handled my dozens of emails quickly and professionally.Billy, the property manager, was very helpful and informative when we arrived at the venue the day of our wedding. He was easy going and able to handle any requests we had!Any alcohol served must be through the Barn's preferred vendor. Let me tell you, the bar service they partner with are LEGIT! The bartenders provided FAST and GREAT service to all of our guests. I had quite a few thirsty friends and family members, and the bar never ran out! That is impressive how well stocked and prepared they were! The perk of having this vendor partner with the barn is you can directly communicate with the Barn, and they take care of the details with the liquor company. Decor & Rentals are the only other mandatory vendor and they were awesome to work with as well! EB Inc showed up on time to set up the linen at the altar and deliver/set up the additional tables and chairs we rented. They are familiar with the barn, so it is extremely easy to communicate your ideas and vision with them. They have all the sizes already and can provide you with endless options!PS We didn't hire a wedding coordinator, but I had the pleasure of meeting Kim when we visited the venue a few times leading up to our wedding day. She was so nice and knowledgeable. I could tell she would be the perfect person to work with had we hired one. (My advice after planning a 180-person wedding: Hire a Wedding Coordinator, you'll be glad you did! LOL)Overall, this venue is a TOTAL PACKAGE! I highly recommend this wedding venue!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5 STARS!

The venue was just what I wanted. The outdoor stage area is beautiful. The Longhorns roaming around creates a fun, country environment. Kim, the coordinator, was fabulous. She helped me from start to finish. I feel like we got a great value. The BBQ was delicious- so glad we did not go with Italian food. Everything was perfect and magical. I could not have asked for a better venue or better wedding day.

The Barn at Four Pines Ranch made our wedding day absolutely perfect. Kim was always very responsive to my questions from the get-go and allowed us to come on the property and take measurements before our wedding day. On the day of our wedding, the property manager Billy was so helpful and made our day perfect. On a special request, he even pulled the connecting door from the ceremony space to the reception as soon as my husband and I were announced. It was absolutely perfect.Throughout the whole night, everyone was complimenting our venue choice and everybody had a wonderful time. All our vendors were happy with the space and everything went without a hitch. Thank you Kim and Billy and the Barn at Four Pines Ranch for making our day absolutely perfect! We will be recommending this venue to our friends and family in search of a place for their special events.

I'm so glad I chose The Barn as the venue for my wedding. Todd told us we would be back to book on the day we toured and he was right! It was beautiful, had plenty of space, and allowed me to have my dream wedding. Our guests loved every second of being at The Barn. We hardly needed to lift a finger the entire time as everyone was very helpful and attentive. Kim was amazing on the day of our wedding and I don't know what I would have done without her. She contacted all of our vendors ahead of the time and was always one step ahead of the game. Billy, the property manager, was also extremely helpful with answering any questions we had and helping us on the big day. I would definitely recommend The Barn for any event!

We had our ten year wedding anniversary here. I contacted Todd (the owner) he emailed me the same day, we texted and spoke a few times. Kim met with us right away to show us the venue, we fell in love and booked on the spot. I cannot begin to say enough great things about this venue. Kim was with me every step of the way. She made sure everything ran smooth that day, going as far as soothing my 2 month old before I walked out. The food was amazing (we chose Italian). The package we chose had Open Bar so that was a plus, the guests enjoyed that. Our guests haven’t stopped raving about this place and how beautiful it all was. The bridal suite was beautiful and the guys enjoyed some games of pool in the grooms room. The area is so beautiful, any photo you take in or around there makes for the most beautiful background. Again, thanks to Kim, our celebration was everything and more, well worth every penny.

From our first tour to the last second of our wedding day, everyone at this venue was amazing. All of our guests were amazed at how beautiful the venue was, and continued to ask how we had discovered the Barn. Although our ceremony was right after Hurricane Harvey, the venue was quick to assure us that if we still wanted to hold the wedding, we would be able to do so! Would highly recommend this venue to everyone in the greater Houston area and beyond!

Every little girl has a dream. Long before she imagines her groom, she knows the details of her venue. Her dress, florals and exactly how her “moment” becomes picturesque. Time passes and dreams grow larger. Eventually that one person she has waited for asks the long waited question, “Will you marry me?” It is here their story begins…\tYou want a venue that is exactly as you dream. You need a planner than can help you grow that vision. THE BARN AT FOUR PINES RANCH was my vision. There are views that you would expect in a Texas love story to chandeliers of a cowgirls palace. The bridal and grooms suits are exactly what is needed for a little relaxation and preparation for your day. There is a baseball diamond, golf holes, a swimming pond and a pool table to spend some time on. Plenty of room for horse shoes or washers . Every groom needs something to do as his long awaited bride prepares for the day that they become one. These suits can even be rented for that special night. The “team” of employees are there to make your day exactly as you dreamed and more. The barn is complete with tables and benches as any good Texas venue would have. In the barn you will see chandeliers of plenty and a built in bar with kitchen for any kind of event . Covered entry at a barn door complete with stained glass windows become the brides backdrop for pictures people talk of for years. The swing that sits in the trees under lights that string romance from side to side becomes a place begging for photographers. From a horse drawn carriage to a longhorn it is all readily available. The grounds are made for “that perfect event” you have waited for. I, myself was a bride at this venue. No experience in my life was more lovely. I have also have sent a few friends that found this their venue also. This year my daughter also married her American hero here. On leave from THE UNITED STATES ARMY he came home with limited time. The venue and staff came together and made this the place that their fairytale began. If you need a venue, this is it!

From the moment my fiancé and I walked in, we knew that was our venue, pictures do no justice. Ms. Kim is a sweetheart, she made us feel like family and still does to this day. She made my fiancé and I feel very comfortable, considering my fiancé has cancer and uses a wheelchair, extremely patient and loving. I constantly text her and she responds within minutes to my texts and always answers my calls.Billy put up my fiancé's wheelchair for me, overall it has been a wonderful experience. The owner has been very nice and flexible. The Barn is gorgeous and very affordable. They offer payment plans. The suites are beautiful. My fiancé loves the guys room. One of the many things I LOVE about The Barn is that is does not need much decorations. The Barn is adorned beautifully, from the inside and out. Go and check it out, you'll be glad you did.

The Barn at Four Pines Ranch is amazing, extremely beautiful in scenery and is exactly what we were looking for. Todd and Kim both went above and beyond for us, answered all of our questions thoroughly and made our experience very relaxing and fun. They are both very down to earth, kind and special people. Most of all they love taking care of people in general but especially when it comes to someone's big day. We didn't even shop around for other venues to compare, we were sold from the first conversation we had with Todd and Kim. Thank you guys, such incredible people you are!!

So helpful, she makes us feel like she's a part of the wedding herself. So responsive and accommodating! My wife & I got married here and we loved it. The Sales Associate, Kim Bennett was very helpful and honest. She really helped us realize that this was our dream wedding venue. It's very unique & beautiful. Couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue. The whole wedding experience was perfect due to such a perfect venue and wonderful help.

My husband and I got married on October 1st, 2016. We booked at the barn a year and a half ago when they were just getting started. Todd promised me big changes, and he definitely went above and beyond. From day one he was so helpful and wanted us to have everything we wanted on our big day. Our wedding was absolutely gorgeous! We got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue is. I would recommend this venue to all future brides. You are in great hands here!

This place is AMAZING!!! The owner Todd has been nothing but helpful with everything! We have taken our engagement photos and family photos all on location and they came out fantastic! Todd has answered every question we've had right away and has made everything we want happen! The location is beautiful and the barn is amazing! This place has already gained a special place in our hearts and we haven't even gotten married yet! If you are having your wedding any other place then you're missing out! We absolutely loved it for its charm and it was perfect for our rustic/shabby chic wedding! The Barn was the perfect size to accommodate our guest list. My wedding was originally planned for April 2017, but we had to move it up unexpectedly because of my fiancé's job change. When I approached Todd and asked to cancel my original wedding, I thought we would have to marry at the courthouse, which was something we really didn't want to do. Todd wouldn't hear of it! He offered to do the wedding in TEN DAYS! I told him that I would never be able to plan the wedding I wanted in that short of time frame, but he offered a new package that was recently created. Todd and his team of professionals were able to plan and execute my dream wedding in ten days! Everything went so perfectly, I didn't have to lift a finger other than getting my wedding dress and clothes for my wedding party. I gave him some ideas of my color scheme and things I like/don't like, but him and his crew did it all. I couldn't have planned a better wedding. The \"day of\" coordinator, Kim, handled every single little detail. I didn't have to worry about a thing on my day because by the time I thought of something, Kim had already thought about it and handled it. The venue was perfect, the communication with Todd was perfect, and I highly recommend The Barn at Four Pines Ranch.

The Barn at Four Pines Ranch was my dream venue for our wedding!! It provided the perfect place for my Pinterest barn wedding board to come true! All the girls loved the huge AWESOME bridal suite. The guys had a blast playing pool in their room before the ceremony. We loved seeing the horses and longhorns roaming in this beautiful rural setting. There were so many places for photo ops it was unreal. Todd was very accessible and so helpful anytime we had questions. The venue provided plenty of space for all of our guests (about 150), DJ, caterer and photo booth. There was room for all of our guests to park, also. It was absolutely an amazing day thanks to the Barn! If you are looking for the perfect wedding, with a little do it yourself decorating (which we were all about!), I would HIGHLY recommend The Barn at Four Pines Ranch! L-O-V-E it!!

This barn is beautiful and made my wedding amazing! I booked the venue the night I saw it! Todd is such a nice gentlemen and is so easy going. It was raining cats a dogs on my wedding day and when I went outside to make my way down the aisle.. Todd was standing there with an umberella to keep the rain off of us!! So sweet! This barn is so spacious and the bridal suit is AWESOME!! You have to check it out! It's perfect for a country or rustic-chic wedding!!
