The Barn At Madison is a one of kind wedding and reception destination in southwestern Pennsylvania known for providing a 3-day wedding experience to make memories of a lifetime in a low stress environment. This Madison venue is the perfect combination of classic elegance and rustic charm. Air conditioned & Heated. Whether your feel is Vintage, Rustic, Shabby Chic, Bohemian, or Modern Elegance, The Barn at Madison is a blank slate to be creative and personalize the space. Enjoy full use of both event floors, balcony, and grounds on event day (and on Friday to decorate w/3 day rental). We have a wonderful list of Approved Vendors that you will choose from for your Caterer & Bartender! Our selection of caterers offer menus and price ranges to fit various tastes and budgets. You may bring your own alcohol, but a certified and insured bartender (from our approved list of vendors) must dispense the alcohol. We also have a list of Preferred Vendors for additional vendor services that we cannot recommend enough! Chiavari chairs and tables included in rental. Rehearsal Dinner can be on site with weekend package.

Christine and her team did everything they could to make our day fantastic! We absolutely loved that we were able to stay at The Barn all weekend and got to enjoy our weekend without feeling rushed. Everything about this venue is gorgeous! The rustic rooms and the elegant dining room just make this an absolutely stunning back drop for our day! The weather was touch and go, but Christine and her team made sure that no matter what the weather did, the ceremony wouldn’t be held up, whether inside or out. We felt like family while we were there and appreciated the genuine excitement that the staff had for us and our day. We truly couldn’t recommend this venue more!

We used the Barn at Madison for our December 2023 wedding and I can’t recommend enough!❤️ I got engaged in July of 2021, and from the moment I started browsing venues, I knew the Barn at Madison was the one. It’s a stunning venue and it’s in such a great, central location, so no one that attended my wedding had to drive further than a half hour. Christine and Julie made everything so easy during the entire wedding planning process, and were quick to respond to any questions I had. They were able to recommend various vendors that I ended up using and overall just very helpful from the moment I booked to my wedding day. One great thing about the Barn is that there is a whole upstairs to the venue where the bridal party can stay and get ready. We had the weekend package so we had the venue from Friday at noon to Sunday at noon, and it was great not having to run around the day of the wedding and having everything on site. The only “worry” I had leading up to the wedding day was the weather. I wanted my ceremony outside, but considering my wedding was in December it was very up in the air. But Julie ensured me that everything would be fine, and I could decide on the morning of. My wedding day turned out to be 55 degrees and partly sunny, so I was able to have my ceremony outside, but it was great to know that they were flexible and it couldn’t have been moved inside at last minute if needed. Overall, I highly recommend the Barn at Madison!

We had our 110 person wedding here in April. Annie was very responsive, professional, and friendly throughout the process! All of our guests raved about how beautiful the renovated barn was. It was truly so unique and had great character to it. It was very helpful that there was a weekend wedding package so that we could set-up prior to the day of. You had the option to have your rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and ceremony all at no additional cost. There were also 3 rooms included upstairs with the opportunity of 12 guests with air mattresses. I loved getting ready with my bridesmaids upstairs in the beautiful getting ready suite. The outdoor grounds were also beautiful, and guests loved being out there for cocktail hour and playing corn hole. If you are looking for a gorgeous venue with the benefit of bringing in your own vendors, this is your place. Highly recommend!

Annie and Brandon were beyond perfect to deal with. The last week we found out our bartender bailed and I work full time and more. The barn is beautiful and I love how you can purchase the option to rent it for the weekend. It was perfect to allow our bridal party to stay with us. My wedding day was so smooth and stress free and I give a lot of the credit to the Barn at Madison for helping make it so. The full wedding weekend option is 100% the way to go. Just being able to spend all day Friday decorating and getting everything ready for the big day was the greatest thing. All my husband and I needed to do the day of our wedding was get ready and enjoy the day! Stacy and Annie were so extremely helpful. They answered any and all questions we had quickly and professionally. They were also so helpful the day of making sure the flow of the day went smoothly which can be a bit of a struggle if your ceremony is inside.Our ceremony ended up being inside due to weather and I honestly would not have had it another way. The Washington Room is so gorgeous and it really made our ceremony special.I could truly go on our about this venue, from the guest experience, to waking up in the beautiful bridal suite after my wedding. Please make sure this is on your list of venues to tour! It won't disappoint.

Booked the full weekend and everything was perfect! All of our guests commented on how beautiful and unique the space was. We had our rehearsal dinner there the night before, then my bridesmaids and I all stayed over Friday night, which was perfect because we were able to not stress on Saturday. We got up and started getting ready and didn't have to worry about transportation anywhere. Annie and the staff are on top of EVERYTHING, and they think of little details you may not have even considered. I was a little concerned with the dance floor being on the lower level and the dinner being on the main floor but it actually worked out perfectly and gave everyone lots of space to hang out. You don't need to waste money on a ton of decorations because the space is so nice as it is. The outdoor space for the ceremony has a really nice pergola that you can add some decoration to, and there are tons of great places to take pictures so you don't have to worry about traveling to get nice pictures either. We also stayed over Saturday night and then had a breakfast for family the next morning. I didn't have to worry about driving anywhere from 12pm Friday to 12pm Sunday! They also have excellent recommendations for other vendors which can really help with the planning process. It was as low stress as a wedding weekend can possibly be!! We had a beautiful day and I would recommend this location to anyone!!

Absolutly beautiful venue. We booked the 3 day weekend and it was well worth it to have everything you need or possibly forgot right upstairs. Gorgeous inside, and outside. The staff was there to make sure all ran smoothly and cover any hiccups in the way wothout worrying me or my husband. For a bit I was a little nervous about the height of the basement for dancing, but once we got down there and everyone started dancing It wasn't even noticeable. It was nice to stay the night of the wedding and have a little after party with the bridal party. While our wedding did get a little out of hand, they let us have our fun. I'm thankful for them having made our big day absolutely perfect.

The barn is gorgeous. We decided to get the weekend package and I’m so glad we did. Being able to stay at the venue was amazing and super helpful for my out of town bridesmaid and her two kids so that they didn’t have to get a hotel room. Truly amazing venue and staff. The barn is the most gorgeous place I could have chosen to get married and Stacy, Brandon, and Annie were available every step of the way to guide me and answer my questions. The Barn at Madison was the perfect wedding venue! Throughout the whole planning process, Brandon and Annie were so easy to communicate with and answered any and all questions and gave advice. The day of the wedding, there was an issue with the caterer (there is an open catering policy - The Barn at Madison was not associated with the caterer) and Stacey was phenomenal in dealing with this situation. She jumped right in and did everything to make sure this didn't ruin the day. She even went out of her way and went above and beyond to make sure we had the maximum time possible to celebrate with friends and family. The unique location made for incredible pictures as well. I highly recommend checking out this stunning venue!

I had the most amazing wedding weekend at The Barn!! Not only was the staff the day of wonderful, Annie was amazing during planning! Anything I needed, she was there. I had the most amazing wedding weekend at The Barn!! Not only was the staff the day of wonderful, Annie was amazing during planning! Anything I needed, she was there. If you're interested in an incredibly unique wedding venue your guests will love and a wedding weekend you won't soon forget, I highly recommend The Barn at Madison!! I cannot express enough, my gratitude and delight with The Barn at Madison for our recent wedding! Leading up to the wedding, Brandon and Annie made everything so easy; from providing suggestions regarding vendors to layouts and seating charts to allowing us to visit a few times and when our wedding weekend finally came, they and their staff were absolutely wonderful; from the rehearsal to the cleanup after the wedding-I couldn't have asked for more. Everyone was so polite and patient with our guests and accommodated our handicapped guests as well. The place is absolutely beautiful and I would recommend it to everyone!

My husband and I celebrated our wedding vows & reception at the Barn in late August 2015. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful wedding. Honestly, we wouldn't change a single thing about it. All of our guests still talk about how unique it was. Unique yet elegant. My husband found it online and as soon as we walked in, we knew our search was over. The marble floors are like nothing I've seen before and the stucco walls took my breath away. You won't have to spend too much money decorating because the setting speaks for itself. It also meant a lot to us to have the ceremony and reception in the same location to make it easier for out-of-town guests who aren't familiar with the area.\r\rAs I'm sure you've seen by now from the other reviews, it's not your typical barn. There are three floors: downstairs is the rustic bar area and dance floor, the dining area is very elegant and, simply put, stunning, and upstairs there are three bedrooms, a kitchen, dining and common area. The master suite is huge with a balcony and nice big bath! We got it for the whole weekend (really it's worth it), and my girls and I spent the night before the wedding in one big room together. They even stock the Keurig and fridge with snacks for your stay. The maiden's parlor is typically where the ladies get ready, but we gave it to the guys because we took over the master bedroom the night before. The parlor has beautiful photo opportunities for your photographer of you and your family and girls getting ready.\r\rAgain I'll say it's worth it to have it for the whole weekend: 10am Friday - 3pm Sun. The Barn staff does a wonderful job setting up the chairs and everything else, but if you don't hire a florist, you are responsible for all of the centerpieces and decorating the pergola (which, believe it or not, took all day Friday for us). I can't imagine only having Saturday morning to do all of that and get ready!\r\rBrandon and Annie are very accommodating and flexible. They're good at what they do and yet they let you take the reigns. The staff deserves recognition too. I really wanted a photo of my dad's first look, but by the time I came downstairs for him to see me, my photographer was outside prepping for the ceremony. I was devastated. When the Barn staff heard what happened, they arranged for my dad to come upstairs, took pictures themselves then sent the photos to my phone. They really went above and beyond the call of duty to capture this precious moment for their bride. \r\rYou won't find many venues like this with the whole package: beautiful location, easy-going owners, & competitive price. Book the Barn, you won't regret it. But don't take my word for it, give them a call and let it sell itself!\r

My husband and I celebrated our wedding vows & reception at the Barn in late August 2015. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful wedding. Honestly, we wouldn't change a single thing about it. All of our guests still talk about how unique it was. Unique yet elegant. My husband found it online and as soon as we walked in, we knew our search was over. The marble floors are like nothing I've seen before and the stucco walls took my breath away. You won't have to spend too much money decorating because the setting speaks for itself. It also meant a lot to us to have the ceremony and reception in the same location to make it easier for out-of-town guests who aren't familiar with the area.\r\rAs I'm sure you've seen by now from the other reviews, it's not your typical barn. There are three floors: downstairs is the rustic bar area and dance floor, the dining area is very elegant and, simply put, stunning, and upstairs there are three bedrooms, a kitchen, dining and common area. The master suite is huge with a balcony and nice big bath! We got it for the whole weekend (really it's worth it), and my girls and I spent the night before the wedding in one big room together. They even stock the Keurig and fridge with snacks for your stay. The maiden's parlor is typically where the ladies get ready, but we gave it to the guys because we took over the master bedroom the night before. The parlor has beautiful photo opportunities for your photographer of you and your family and girls getting ready.\r\rAgain I'll say it's worth it to have it for the whole weekend: 10am Friday - 3pm Sun. The Barn staff does a wonderful job setting up the chairs and everything else, but if you don't hire a florist, you are responsible for all of the centerpieces and decorating the pergola (which, believe it or not, took all day Friday for us). I can't imagine only having Saturday morning to do all of that and get ready!\r\rBrandon and Annie are very accommodating and flexible. They're good at what they do and yet they let you take the reigns. The staff deserves recognition too. We booked the Barn at Madison (in Madison, PA) for our entire wedding weekend, and it was easily the best choice we could have made. We were able to have everything in one fun and attractive location -Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony, and Reception. The entire place, inside and out, is like a fairytale come true. Every room has character and the surrounding grounds are breathtaking, which makes any photography classy and memorable. The owners were extremely reasonable and amazing to work with. You are not required to use any specific outside vendors, but they will work with you and provide suggestions. Additionally, the top floor has private living quarters for the wedding couple and several close friends -you never have to leave the premise! Everyone will come to you. And last but not least, it's a tremendous value. The Barn offers more perks and benefits for a fraction of the cost. Other luxury barns and rural mansions/cottages are far more expensive and have far more restrictions on whom you can work with and what activities and events you can do. I hate to sound one sided, but I literally have zero negative feedback about the Barn at Madison and my time there.

My husband and I searched for weeks for the perfect venue, not entirely sure of what we exactly wanted. Our goal was a unique location that allowed us freedom to be creative with the entire planning process. The Barn at Madison fell into our search and we immediately stopped looking for a venue and scheduled a visit. Upon arriving at The Barn we both thought it was too good to be true and we would walk in and something would be out of the sort or not to our liking. We literally fell in love with this place, it was everything we had spoke about wanting and it was the perfect mix of both of us, with the elegance of the chandeliers and wrought iron details to the rustic appeal of the downstairs bar and perfectly repurposed farm stalls. We loved the idea of being able to bring in all our own vendors and truly making the day ours, and we did so to our fullest! Annie & Brandon were not only supportive of every idea we came up with, but they were just as excited as we were going through the details! They are an incredible team to work with and help with everything from starting the planning process to the very tiny details on the day of the wedding. Our wedding day could not have been any more perfect! Of course there were a few hiccups but they were unnoticed by our guests and honestly meant nothing in the grand scheme of it all! Annie was so wonderful with the bridal party and giving clear directions and advice to help ease everyone's nerves. Brandon was right on point with everything going on behind the scenes and making sure we knew everything that was going on. Their staff was just as wonderful as well, we truly couldn't of asked for a better group of people to work with! Our guests had an absolute blast and so did we! We only hope that one day we can come back to The Barn for someone else's wedding to enjoy it all over again! Thank you for everything Annie & Brandon! :)
