Weddings at The Barn are created with care based on what each couple wants for their big day! Our packages are customized to fit many different styles, personalities, and budgets! This general information will guide you through our basic package options - schedule a tour with us at The Barn to discuss details and individualized options! At The Barn we have assisted with weddings from a wide range of budget - anywhere between $7,000 and $20,000. We're a unique venue near Overlook Park in Lancaster. There is plenty of space for a gorgeous outdoor ceremony, and a large old barn for indoor ceremonies and receptions. We also have separate rooms for the bridal parties to relax and prepare for the wedding where we can easily provide refreshments! One of the things that our couples appreciate the most is our inclusivity - we are able to provide everything that is needed on-site! That said, we are not particular about other vendors that you need to hire for your day, and do not have many "rules" on who that can include! We do our very best to work with you and plan every detail just how you are picturing it, and then assist with coordination on the day of the wedding to make sure you can relax and enjoy the day without stressing over last minute details!

STAY AWAY! My fiancé and I booked our wedding here and lost our $500 deposit because we decided to go somewhere else and here is why. We asked if outside catering was allowed the owner answered “yes” they just need to approve the catering company we use then he turned around and said we weren’t allowed outside catering okay fine. We asked about setting up a time for taste testing because we had to go with their food plan at this point and owner told us no problem we can..WELL guess what when we tried to do that he told us “sorry your wedding is less than $12,000 so you can’t”. Pretty much as soon as we left the deposit he changed everything! We were upfront about our budget and everything but he never once offered to work with us with the taste testing. Owner made me feel like because we were on a budget wedding that my wedding was less important because I wasn’t spending thousands for it. Later on we found out someone my fiancé mom knows got married there also and she got the buffet meal plan but told us the food was cold and burnt and a lot of people didn’t even eat it. She also informed us the owner and his wife or whatever started putting tables away before the wedding was even over so her guest felt like they were being forced to leave early.

The event coordinator went above and beyond to assist us in every way possible. Classy venue, beautiful inside and out. Affordable.

We had our wedding on August 15 and it honestly could not have gone better. Despite all of the back and forth with COVID regulations, Miranda was able to adjust and move things around as needed so we could still have our full guest count. If you didn't know that the set up was not our Plan A, you would think we had planned it that way from the start. The day after, my husband and I said how we could not have imagined it going any better. Miranda was great to work with throughout the entire COVID ordeal and I would highly recommend this venue to any bride!

We had a great time. Gene and Lauren were helpful to make sure we had a wonderful day. We had to stay on top of most of the planning details but then they made it a great day.

Great place for a wedding! We did our ceremony and reception there. The food was fantastic and they did a great job of taking care of details and working with our other vendors. The staff were great and a lot of fun and all and all it was very inexpensive. The barn and grounds are also beatiful, so lots of places to take pictures. Would recommend to anyone!

Kellie was so helpful with everything, was very easy to contact, and accommodated our requests easily (adding a vegetarian entree, table arrangements, etc). All the barn staff were fantastic, including the servers and the bartender. Our guests loved the food and the atmosphere, and couldn't believe they had never heard of this venue before. Overall we had a great experience, and would recommend the Barn to anyone looking for an inclusive venue for a small wedding ceremony/reception!

A fantastic wedding venue! Beautiful setting, amazing food, and friendly staff. Randy was on top of every detail, and was willing to meet with me several times to plan. The barn staff took care of set up, food service, and clean up, which was a huge weight off of myself and my family. I truly felt like we could simply relax and enjoy the day. Highly recommend!
