Located on Highway 112, the Barn at the Springs is a unique event venue in Springdale, Northwest AR. Your guests will enjoy a feeling of seclusion while they are surrounded by more than 100 acres of classic Ozarks beauty and the rustic details of Barn at the Springs. The Barn at the Springs is a venue that offers couples and families an abundance of amenities and unique features. Zachary was crystal clear and beyond helpful from the beginning. Good communication about what the venue was able to offer, and when my wife and I wanted to add some things he rewrote the contract that day. The venue itself was beautiful and mantained. Zachary knows his venue well and that made things easy to plan. Nothing but good things to say from the moment of contact to the day of the wedding.

Beautiful venue and land! Zach and his dad were awesome to work with. Our vendors raved about how they love coming to the barn because of how great they are! Extremely affordable compared to other venues in the area and they provide more than other venues do (tables, linens, chairs, decor if you choose, etc.) Also shoutout to Zach for recommending our DJ Callen Vo from Tulsa - who was outstanding!

Beautiful venue and land! Zach and his dad were awesome to work with. Our vendors raved about how they love coming to the barn because of how great they are! The space was absoluetly beautiful and we couldn't have asked for a better location to get married. Zach and his team were so easy and great to work with! We were very grateful for the decor closet and all the beauties inside. Zach's communication was quick and he always had an answer for me! 75% of our vendors came from the preferred vendor list Zach provided and they were all outstanding!! The additions that the venue offered helped make our day so special! You won't regret booking this venue!!

The space was absoluetly beautiful and we couldn't have asked for a better location to get married. Zach and his team were so easy and great to work with! Had a great experience photographing a wedding at the Barn at the Springs. There are so many spots on the property for photos and the light was perfectly angled during sunset, lighting up the ceremony area and field in front of the barn. The bridal suite is amazing — light and airy and has really wonderful natural light. I only have great things to say about the staff too, super easy to communicate with throughout the day. Thanks!

Like any bride I spent a lot of time and energy looking for the perfect venue for my wedding. The moment I laid eyes on The Barn at the Springs I knew it was THE place. Not only is the venue absolutely beautiful, the owners are wonderful human beings and truly a pleasure to work with. I could not have picked a better venue for my wedding. Our day was beautiful, the venue was beautiful, and it blew my expectations out of the water.

The Barn at the Springs is the perfect wedding venue!! Zach and his family are extremely kind, and helpful. Zach helped make sure our wedding day was everything we wanted it to be and more. The Barn is naturally beautiful so we did not need to decorate much, but what decorations we did use came from the venue! They have an amazing selection to choose from. They also have an incredible list of amenities and additional services that can be provided. We loved this venue for many reasons, and one of those reasons being that the ceremony could be held indoor or outdoor. I think that is very important as the weather in Arkansas is so unpredictable. In addition to all of that, the staff at the Barn at the Springs was very nice and helpful with cleaning up throughout the night. I cannot say enough how great the entire experience was for us, and it would not have been possible without Zach and his family! Thank you so much for letting us have our wedding at your venue- it was a dream come true!!

The Cash family was wonderful to do business with! The venue had lots of decor/lighting/etc. that we didn't have to provide or pay for extra. Though initially we felt the prices were on the high side, we went with a Friday wedding to get a discount and decided they were really on the low side of prices after investigating similar venues. It also had versatility with ceremony location and multiple areas to gather for the reception both indoors and out. The front lawn is where we chose to have our ceremony, and personally, it was perfect! If you're a bride looking for an indoor/outdoor feel to your wedding, this is the place.

We had our wedding and reception here and it was fantastic!! We were able to set up the reception area and have the wedding outside!! It was easy and convenient for the guests to just go inside to visit with friends while we finished up pictures!! It was so easy to make look beautiful with very little decorating on our part!! It's just beautiful before you even add a thing!

We had our wedding and reception here and it was fantastic!! We were able to set up the reception area and have the wedding outside!! The Barn is absolutely beautiful!! It is perfect for a country chic wedding. The owners are wonderful and so helpful! I don't think I could've picked a better place. It's half outdoor and half indoor so we had the ceremony outside overlooking some pasture and a pond. Inside, the barn hardly needs decoration. It has rustic tin roofs and massive barn doors. We were also able to rent table linens and napkins directly from the barn plus the tables and chairs which makes things so much easier. I cannot say enough how wonderful this place is!
