The Barn at the Woods is a stunning wedding venue situated in Edmond, OK. Nestled among the trees and open grassland, this rustic venue provides the perfect backdrop for a country-style wedding. Featuring a 115-year-old barn, luxury farmhouse, and idyllic cottage, this venue has everything needed to create the ideal wedding day experience. The dedicated staff prides themselves on their customer focus and works closely with each couple to bring their wedding vision to life. The Barn at the Woods caters to weddings with up to 225 guests. There is a host of outdoor and indoor ceremony and reception sites on the property, and each can be decorated however clients wish. Surrounded by flower gardens, tall grasses, and an old creek, the property provides an idyllic setting for wedding photos. Receptions can be held outdoors under the loving gaze of mother nature or inside the beautifully restored barn. The barn is a delight to behold and features exposed beams, hardwood floors, and golden chandeliers. It has two levels, so there is plenty of space for dining, dancing, and simply catching up with old friends. The Barn at the Woods offers a range of services and packages that can be tailored to each client's needs. They cater to all types of weddings, from religious to civil and everything in between. Accommodation is available onsite, and get-ready rooms are provided where couples can prepare. There is a fully equipped bar and kitchen onsite, and couples can use any outside vendors they wish. The property includes setup and cleanup as standard. They also provide tables, chairs, and linen. The Barn at the Woods is pet-friendly, has ample parking, and is wheelchair accessible.

The venue is absolutely beautiful and the staff was so helpful! From questions before the wedding, to last minute changes, and rain the day of they were there to help every step of the way! All of my guest keep commenting on how beautiful it was and so they didn’t expect the barn to be such a perfect spot.. If you have the extra money and it’s available, I highly recommend renting the house on property the night before. It made things so much easier for my family and I!

There was an unexpected storm the night of my wedding and Emily went above and beyond to accommodate everything to move the reception into the covered barn! She was absolutely amazing! My wedding here was beautiful!! Andrew was fantastic from beginning to end. The venue was very affordable when compared and it offered alot. COVID didn't really change much from the original wedding I had planned, so if you're worried just do it! With most things being outside, people were able to distance and we offered masks and hand sanitizer. It felt very normal. Everyone told us this was the most beautiful venue and wedding and we absolutely loved it. Andrew was more than willing to help us have our day be as perfect as possible!

DO NOT USE BARN AT THE WOODS! Especially if you are trying to plan around the Covid pandemic!!!! Barn Increased their rescheduling fee, despite the contract saying it would be $1000 to reschedule. I reached out April 2020 to Andrew to see what our options would be if things did not get better for our Nov 2020 wedding. He responded they were allowing free reschedules for spring weddings and fall weddings would have the fee. We decided to see how things were in the summer. Fast forward to the first week of July, my fiancé reaches out to Andrew about postponing to fall 2021. At this point they have our deposit and first payment. He tells us that it will now be $2300 to have a Saturday in the same month next year or we could have a Friday or Sunday for no additional cost. We would still be paying the full Saturday price for a Friday or Sunday. Andrew also acted like WE were being unreasonable. He was rude and refused to try to work with us. We decided paying them more after the way we were treated was not ok. When we call to cancel, Andrew was then willing to work with us but he never apologized, at no point reached out. On top of it all they enforced their contract that lets them keep all of the money we paid but not the part where the reschedule fee is $1000 (which we were planning to pay!). From their shady contract to their treatment of us and how they are handling the Pandemic, Avoid This Venue.

The Barn at the Woods is A~Mazing! If you are looking for a beautiful, accommodating, and spacious venue with the most personable and professional staff then look no further. We traveled from out of town to have our wedding in Oklahoma, it was important to find a venue that could accommodate all our wedding party (16 including bride and groom). I am from Southern Oklahoma and my husband is from Alabama. We wanted a place that allowed us to gather together and enjoy the day without any hustle and bustle. (haha, or as little stress as possible, I mean it is your wedding day, it is going to be busy ;) Most of our wedding party (my husband as well) are huge football fans therefore we asked Andrew if we could have additional televisions in the barn for everyone’s viewing pleasure. I know, I know, some of you ladies are thinking I am crazy…The televisions were honestly a hit and provided a bit of an ice breaker for our families. The guys hung out outside drinking mimosa’s and ran a couple of errands while all the bridal party took full advantage of the farm house having mimosas, getting hair and makeup done, and truly taking in our time together making memories. Once it was time for the guys to get ready the groomsmen were able to get ready in the farmhouse in the groom suite. The Barn at the Woods is a beautiful venue with multiple options for the ceremony, covered area/extension to the barn for the ceremony and/or reception, with plenty of room to dance the night away with your friends and family. If you are looking for a place to say I DO then you must meet with Andrew at the Barn at the Woods and see for yourself the beautiful property. You will also be swept away by Andrew and his staff. Andrew went above and beyond to speak with me, answer phone calls/emails; I visited the property multiple times with each of my bridesmaids, and if I could give more stars I would because my husband and I smiled for weeks after our wedding day and how perfect it was. We had the A-Team of wedding vendors and it all started with the Barn at the Woods! OUR WEDDING WAS PERFECT!

Andrew was great and answered any and all questions we had and made sure we were set for our big day! They also have an option to rent out beautiful/unique items and furniture. I booked with them only 6 weeks in advance 😳 my wedding plans kept changing and we were 6 weeks out and i realized i didn’t have a venue. Andrew at TBATW was so friendly and accommodating to my craziness! He met with us whenever i requested, worked very small issues out easily! They never approached me with just a problem, always had a solution. And really we have two issues- nothing big. But they went above and beyond to help make my day amazing. Also, the view you get and the character this place has isn’t something you can create. It’s just cute and rustic and romantic. I loved everything about my venue!!

Andrew at TBATW was so friendly and accommodating to my craziness! He met with us whenever i requested, worked very small issues out easily! They never approached me with just a problem, always had a solution. And really we have two issues- nothing big. But they went above and beyond to help make my day amazing. Also, the view you get and the character this place has isn’t something you can create. It’s just cute and rustic and romantic. I loved everything about my venue!!

This venue is absolute perfection! Everything from the farmhouse we got ready in, to the barn with the new veranda couldn’t have been better! Andrew was so informative and always available for questions from me and my family about the day! Jennie Bruning is their day of coordinator and was a lifesaver that day! Everyone made the day run so smoothly and perfectly! There is so much room on the property and so many places to have the ceremony to customize it to what best fits your personalities. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

I had my wedding here on June 8th. IT WAS SO AMAZING!!! I had over 220 guests that attended and there was plenty of room for everyone, and I got so many compliments on it! Plenty of room for the girls to all get ready upstairs while the boys can get ready down stairs. So many picture perfect photo opportunities on their property as well, They have the best staff who is willing to work with you from the day you choose The Barn at The Woods until the second the wedding is over the day of. I highly recommend using their wedding coordinator Jennie Bruning! She was my lifesaver and peace of mind for the months leading up to the big day! 110% recommend getting married at The Barn at The Woods!

If you're looking for a venue with plenty of charm, space and a great staff-- You've found your place!The first thing that caught our attention was that the barn isn't so commercial, which we loved! Andrew and his staff are efficient, reliable, patient and quick. It can be a hassle when venues limit what other vendors may be used, so it helped that the BATW didn't have any restrictions (outside of bartenders).One of the main perks of the barn is the atmosphere. You have access to the farmhouse, barn, offices and parking lot, which are all within walking distance. Since the property has so much character, you can decorate as much or as little as you'd like.If I could relive my wedding over again I would in a heartbeat, especially since it was at The Barn at the Woods!

My Husband and I could not have picked a better venue! On our wedding day there were storms all around and weathermen were predicting tornadoes and thunderstorms for the evening. When my mom and I arrived at the venue that morning he told us that they were watching the weather and he had his crew ready at the drop of the hat to move our chairs and decorations to the tent if it were to rain. They went above and beyond to make our day perfect! It ended up sprinkling during the afternoon and they picked up the chairs during the rain and then sat them out just before the ceremony so that they were dry for our guests! It did not end up raining and our day was perfect! I would choose this venue a million times over because of how great the people were!

This was our first pick when we got engaged. We knew that we had to get married here! We are so glad we did. Andrew was the nicest and most workable person ever. He did everything possible to make to sure our big day was nothing short of perfect. The house that we get ready in was super clean and beautifully decorated. It was also the right amount of room to get done what we needed to inside. Gorgeous kitchen that made it easy to get the last minute things done. The property is very well kept and was all set up and ready when we arrived. We never had to interact with the staff much because they were on top of everything and got done what they needed to as fast as they could. We loved dreaming up our wedding there with tons of space to add whatever you desire. It was amazing to see it all come together. We can't wait to share our beautiful pictures and video in the future with all of our friends and family showing off this amazing venue.

My husband and I got married here in August and it was everything we could have dreamed for! Andrew and his whole family gave 110% to make sure we had what we needed. No seriously, they went above and beyond. The family feel is what makes this place so special and of course that wicked tree in the back. Weddings can be stressful for some people but booking this venue was the easier thing I could have done for myself (especially because I had no idea what I was doing in the beginning!). Oklahoma is lucky to have such a beautiful outdoor venue.

I got married at The Barn at the Woods one month ago! Andrew was so helpful the whole process. I emailed him fairly frequently with questions and clarifications over the course of about 9 months. He was always quick to respond and very kind. You can tell that he has a passion for weddings and loves making each day special. We could not have picked a better venue. The property was so beautiful that we saved a lot of money by limiting our decorations. If you are looking for a venue in the Edmond area I would definitely recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about the barn at the woods! Living in another state, it was challenging at times planning a wedding in Oklahoma, but Andrew was amazing from the start! He was very helpful and quick to respond to all of my emails. This venue is just perfect! We had a very small intimate wedding, it was romantic and everything was just beautiful. Andrew was very accommodating to us and the vision we had for our special day!

We had so many compliments on how nice the venue was and how jealous people were that they didn't find a place as nice for their wedding. We had around 75 people attend our wedding and the space by the tree for the ceremony was perfect (and could've handled a bigger crowd if we wanted) and the barn was a perfect size for some dancing. A very \"pinteresty\" type of setting, which all the women loved, and exactly the kind of place we were looking for from the start. All our needs were met regarding special requests and very nice all through the process. Would highly recommend this place to anybody interested in an outdoor wedding with a love for vintage/rustic feel.

My daughter had her wedding here August 22, 2015. I can't begin to express in words what a wonderful venue this is and how outstanding working with Andrew and his staff was. This venue had everything we wanted and more - from the breathtaking ceremony location in the back to the fun barn reception. Everything went very smoothly. The breeze that comes through the ceremony and follows through to the barn was perfect. Don't think a hot night in August won't work at this venue because it will! Andrew was on the property the entire time from setting up in the early morning to taking down in the late evening. They set up all the tables and chairs exactly how we wanted them and provided linens we loved. So many extra touches that no other venues had. And what a gorgeous setting for bridal pictures!! We had friends and family come from 7 different states and they are still calling us and telling us how wonderful our wedding was. Everyone had such a great time. I got married here in 2014 and it was the wedding of our dreams. The setting is just gorgeous. Everyone who's seen our wedding pictures is always blown away by the look of it all. We had about 220 guests and yet it still felt close and intimate. This is the best venue in OKC in my opinion.

I had my wedding here in 2011. It was a smaller more intimate ceremony although the venue could have fit quite a bit more people. It's extremely spacious and open with plenty of room to move about and mingle. The fresh air is such a bonus given the natural hustle and bustle a wedding brings. \r They have a very large house with different rooms for the bride and groom to seperately get ready in as well as a huge kitchen for whatever you may need. There are also common areas with sofas and tvs for any of the bridal party or family. They do have several bedrooms as well to accommodate out of town guests if you need that. There is a beautiful pool and a wrap around veranda with comfortable rocking chairs and patio furniture around to sit and sip on some coffee or tea if you need to take a break and relax. \r There is a great deal of parking with very easy in and out access. The farm/barn sits far away over a hill from the main road so there is absolute privacy from the main road. They offer many cute farm type amenities such as hay bails and things like that to further the cute rustic feel. \r All in all the venue is a very intimate yet open and inviting place and is near impossible to get a bad photograph of. The couple that manages the venue is extremely sweet and very accomadating to whatever your needs may be. Defintely a 5 star experience for me. So much so that I went on to throw my second child's 1st birthday there! Go take a tour and you'll fall in love!

The Barn at the Woods (Owner) Nestled along tree-lined Bluff Creek in Edmond, Oklahoma, The Barn at The Woods is a unique 15 acre property ideal for weddings and special events. The Barn at The Woods features a 100-year old historic barn, a luxury farmhouse and an idyllic cottage. The acreage also features the Wedding Tree - a large Oak tree that is actually two trees that have grown into one another - the ideal ceremony location. With a variety of ceremony, reception and event locations on the property, along with amenities like a commercial grade kitchen, a bridal suite, and guest rooms located on the premise.
