Our event coordinators at The Barn at Villa Venezia are on hand to help you bring your dream countryside wedding to life. With its elegant atmosphere and rustic accents, our space offers a blank canvas that can transform into your ideal venue. The property is owned by the Fidanza family, who are committed to making every event a shining example of excellence. The Barn at Villa Venezia has 27,000 square feet of event space available for you to use on your celebration day. Featuring six acres of picturesque countryside surrounding the venue, providing an unforgettable backdrop for your dayâs events. Ceremonies can be held throughout the grounds, including on the sprawling patio accompanied by the sound of waterfalls. The Barn at Villa Venezia has two reception rooms for your perfect day. Our larger scale room on the main level has floor-to-ceiling glass windows to enjoy our captivating sights. Accommodating 150-300 guests with ease. Our additional reception room is located on our second floor with a large picturesque window overlooking the countryside. Accommodating 125-150 guests. In addition, we offer two on-site ceremony locations; a beautiful stone grotto with soothing waterfalls and our stone patio overlooking six acres of scenic farmland. Equally perfect spots to say "I DO"! Our wedding cuisine plans can be fully customized to include vegetarian, vegan, kosher, and allergen-free options. AMAZING VENUE!!!! It is so beautiful, the food is delicious, the employees are amazing and go above and beyond !!! All of our guests continue to reach out to us- weeks later- to tell us how it was the best wedding they have ever been toâŠ. We stayed in the farmhouse at the venue and everything was just perfect! We loved every second of our wedding, and some of our friends are looking to have their wedding here after ours because of how wonderful it was!!! We also used their staging partner- Robin- and she was amazing too! Thank you!!!!

AMAZING VENUE!!!! It is so beautiful, the food is delicious, the employees are amazing and go above and beyond !!! All of our guests continue to reach out to us- weeks later- to tell us how it was the best wedding they have ever been toâŠ. We stayed in the farmhouse at the venue and everything was just perfect! We loved every second of our wedding, and some of our friends are looking to have their wedding here after ours because of how wonderful it was!!! We also used their staging partner- Robin- and she was amazing too! Thank you!!!!

A little late in writing this review. My now husband and i got married at the barn back in November 2023. All i can say is that the day could not have been more perfect. Sara was our coordinator and was a pleasure to work with. She was quick to answer any questions i might have had and i truly appreciated that. Nicole was our maitre d and made sure that the entire night was smooth and as perfect as could be. She made sure that we were able to enjoy the food from the cocktail hour and checked on us throughout the night. Being that we both work in the restaurant industry we appreciate good service and the amount of work that goes on behind the scenes to ensure that all guests are happy. I can not say enough nice things about the barn at villa venezia. I would recommend them to everyone and if you book your wedding here feel lucky because you are in for the best day ever!Thank you Sara, Nicole and the entire team at the barn at villa venezia! You truly made my perfect wedding day come to life.

The Barn at Villa Venezia made our wedding dreams come true. We toured The Barn at the suggestion of a close friend in December (2022). We absolutely fell in love with this venue. We had our wedding at The Barn at Villa Venezia in December 2023 and it was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we toured the venue, we knew it was the perfect fit for us - classy, elegant, and whimsical, yet still rustic and charming. The venue itself is gorgeous and speaks for itself. The staff went above and beyond, the food was delicious, and the decor was stunning. Sara was our coordinator. She was down-to-earth and responsive. She answered emails promptly and was easy to communicate with. Margherita and Christina were our Maitre Dâs - they were amazing! I cannot say enough about how grateful we are to them both for all they did to make our wedding run smoothly. They were highly attentive throughout the entire event and they tended to any/every possible need or want with smiles on their faces all night long. They were both warm, friendly, and approachable, jumped right in to help out (for example: fix my bustle when needed or secure personal belongings safely) and they even triaged a medical emergency with extreme grace and professionalism. My guests raved about how delicious the food was and how attentive the staff were. We also worked with Robin and Ken of Startup Staging for staging our decor. Robin and Ken are a POWER COUPLE and we feel so blessed to have worked with them. They helped transform our Christmas Winter Wonderland vision into a reality and the decor was above and beyond anything we couldâve dreamed of. We were absolutely thrilled with how it turned out! Robin even went the extra mile to find the perfect furnishings to beautifully showcase our personalized touches. It is so clear that Robin loves what she does, which makes her work even more special. Above all, Robin and Ken are fantastic people and it was such a wonderful feeling to work with folks who seemed to take a genuine interest in making our wedding as special as we hoped for it to be. I cannot say enough positive things about The Barn at Villa Venezia and we feel so privileged to have had our wedding there. Highly recommend!

The barn at Villa Venezia made all my wedding dreams come true. My venue coordinator was Sara! Sara is AMAZING! I booked my wedding day 11/25/2023 with Sara in June 2022 and she was a pleasure to work with! She was always there to answer any questions I had and gave me an answer right away! Sara made the wedding planning process a breeze and less stressful by always giving me the best advice and always being there for my fiance and I making us feel at home. The venue is gorgeous! The venue is a mix of rustic with a modern look, it was everything I was looking for. It was perfect, clean, and organized! The venue is beautiful by itself, decorations and flowers enhance its beauty. The food is phenomenal, unique, and very tasty my guest said it was the best food they ever had at a wedding! Kayla, Margherita, and Casey were AMAZING! They were always nearby to fluff my dress or fix my bustle, and they always made sure my fiance and I had a drink in our hand! Having them there that night made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and happy. Iâm so grateful I had them there to make sure everything went smoothly. The wait staff and bartenders at the barn were so amazing! They were so kind, friendly, helpful and they paid attention to detail. My guest said our wedding was the best wedding they have ever been too and everyone is still talking about it!! I would like to say thank you so much to everyone at the barn for just being so amazing and making my wedding the best day ever! I will always recommend the barn to all my friends and family.

I had such high expectations for this venue and unfortunately not all of them were met. Denise was my wedding coordinator. When I toured the venue she was so lovely and really made me want to get married here! Truly the venue speaks for itself, it is absolutely breathtaking. In regards to answering emails and providing answers Denise was not the best to work with. As a wedding coordinator, I expected her to be able to answer my questions straight away but she never knew the answer. She also gave me the wrong price regarding the after party. She told me it would be $100 per bartender and then I pay the tab bar. Two weeks before my wedding they informed me that she was wrong and the price is $20/pp + the tab bar. Of course this upset me and ruined those 2 weeks leading up to my wedding day. They met us half way and I had to pay for a certain number of guest instead of the full guest count. In order to avoid this, I recommend asking to work with Sabrina. The day of the wedding, my maitre Ds Nicole and Madison were wonderful to work with. The food was good, although many of the guest did not enjoy the filet mignon. The venue itself is stunning. I had to get married inside and it was still beautiful!!On the other hand!! Robin with Startup Staging was the BEST to work with. She was truly unbelievable! She is so organized and accommodating! I would recommend her hundred times over! Her and her husband know how to make the barn look so beautiful!! If you are getting married at the barn, HIRE THEM!!! You will not regret it!!

My husband & I got married on May 12, 2023 at The Barn & it was the most amazing experience ever. The Barn was the only venue we went to visit & we fell in love instantly. The staff was so amazing & I am truly grateful to them all for making our day so special & memorable . We had the great honor of working with our coordinator Sara, who went above & beyond for us. It was so easy to email or call her. Always there & so helpful from beginning to end. Nicole was our girl 1st day showing us around the venue & we just instantly clicked with her vibe & we were lucky to have her as our Maitre D the day of. So attentive & on point with everything. Nicole, even a couple of days after the wedding, so kindly brought us our sheet cake that we forgot at the venue. The stager Robin & her husband Ken are truly two of sweetest people ever. Before even meeting Robin & just chatting with her over the phone I felt such warmness & I knew she would bring my little girl dreams to life. The whole set up was so unique & you can see how passionate & hands on they are to make ever detail, big or small, a dream come true. Our friends & family couldnât stop talking about how amazing everything was, the set up, food, how sweet, funny, attentive & respectful the staff was. We are so grateful to everyone that made this whole wedding experience a stress free & fun one. The Barn at Villa Venezia is the perfect wedding venue & we are so honored to have been a part & to have shared these moments with them. I am looking for reasons to work with them again.

Ok so how do I beginâŠ. I have been a vendor in the wedding business for over 30 years in the Hudson Valley. When my daughter got engaged and began her search, I told her she was welcome to look around, but then letâs go to The Barn at Villa Venezia. Well, they walked in and were blown away!! Fast forward to last weekend 9-15-23 and OMG did we get floored with this amazing place! Through the entire planning process Sabrina and Margarita were both spot on with response times and suggestions to make the day all my daughter dreamed. The day of was just incredible, from the moment we arrived to the last guest walked out the door, âThe Dream Teamâ was attentive and so on top of every detail that my family and our guests are still raving, the foodâŠ.. just so incredibly delicious, every station for cocktail hour was impeccable with style and presentation. The space is so comfortable and gives your guests so many gathering areas outside and inside that is just has a great vibe . The main entrees were served with speed and style and every detail was tended to! Being a floral designer the space was so important to me for the design options. The Barn lends itself to every style of wedding decor, from the rustic to simple and elegantâŠ.itâs a win all around, if youâre looking for a WOW from your guestsâŠâŠ. You will find it at The Barn at Villa Venezia. I canât thank Franco, Sabrina, Margarita and the entire Barn staff enough for making my daughterâs wedding all that we dreamed it would be and more!

We also want to thank Robin and Ken for doing a beautiful job staging our wedding. There was not a single detail that was overlooked. The only sad part was that it all came to an end! The BEST venue. Hands down. My husband and I had our wedding at The Barn on 8/18. We used the brand new farmland site for our ceremony space and the upstairs cocktail hour and reception space. And we- along with everyone else who attended our wedding- absolutely loved everything! The farmland site is new and beautifully done. The best part of this site is the cows in the background! It was exactly what we were looking for, since we met on a farm. Sara was our amazing coordinator. She also worked with us as we had slightly fewer guests than anticipated- which we greatly appreciated! Margarita was our maitre d. Margarita was phenomenal. From the second we arrived, she was ready to help us with anything. Even throughout our reception, she consistently brought us refills on our signature drinks and checked in on us- making sure we were happy and having a good time! If youâre getting married at The Barn- hope you get Sara and Margarita! Now- the food. Wow. I have never had a wedding meal as good as we had at The Barn. The entrees were so hard to choose! But the filet was a favorite- absolutely delicious. And cocktail hour- unforgettable. Everyone at our wedding absolutely loved everything they ate- their only complaint? They ate too much during cocktail hour and couldnât eat enough of their entree! When picking out signature drinks- I HIGHLY recommend the white sangria! We also worked with Startup Staging! Robin and Ken provided a host of gorgeous decor to create our dream wedding! Robin gave me so many suggestions and steered me away from things that she knew wouldnât work. I didnât have to worry about a thing! Overall, my husband and I are immensely happy with our choice to go with The Barn. We couldnât have asked for a more beautiful, perfect day! The BEST venue. Hands down. My husband and I had our wedding at The Barn on 8/18. We used the brand new farmland site for our ceremony space and the upstairs cocktail hour and reception space. And we- along with everyone else who attended our wedding- absolutely loved everything! The farmland site is new and beautifully done. The best part of this site is the cows in the background! It was exactly what we were looking for, since we met on a farm. Sara was our amazing coordinator. We booked the Barn about a year ago for our wedding of 160 guests after looking for a for a venue that was not only within our budget, but checked all of our boxes regarding location, design, menu and professionalism in the greater NY area. We were immediately impressed by Sara who knew every detail of the venue and how we could best structure the package to fit our vision. We had a wedding weekend, and one of the things that we loved about the venue is that it offers various event spaces to hold each event in so that you are always experiencing different aspects of the Barn. Our biggest highlights are: 1). The food was fantastic--from the rehearsal dinner to the cocktail hour, dinner all the way to dessert. 2). The photo opportunities are plentiful to get amazing shots with a lot of different backgrounds. 3). The newly built Tavern was so much fun for the after-party and only steps away from the reception space. 4). The Barn is so gorgeous that you only have to do minimal decorations. (We have been getting non-stop compliments from our friends and family about how awesome the wedding was and how much fun they had.)Lastly, the staff was awesome every step of the way--Sara was constantly in contact with us, always giving clear answers to e-mails over the course of many months leading up to our wedding. Our MaĂźtre D Kayla was really attentive, supportive, and helped the night move smoothly. The chefs, wait staff, bar staff, and everyone who worked with us the night of our wedding ensured we had a great experience and we are really grateful for their efforts. THE best venue. My husband and I had our wedding there, and we can't even put into words how much they went above and beyond. We knew the barn was going to be our venue before even looking at it in person. When we did see it in person, it only made us fall in love with it even more. They put in the most amount of effort to make this venue stunning and your dream spot.The food there is incredible. When we went for our tasting, the chef was so nice, funny, and made some of the best food we've ever tasted. Truly, he is the best of the best. Our guests loved the food. The stager, oh my gosh, where to even begin. The barn has a stager, her name is Robin. First of all, Robin and her husband are two of the kindest, most caring people we have ever met. They are so passionate in setting up the location so that it is everything you could have ever imagined and more. We can't thank them enough for everything they did.Denise helped us so much in making sure our day would be perfect. Sabrina gathered up the final important details and made our dream wedding, a reality. Planning a wedding is a lot lol but they make it look easy. They are incredible at what they do.Our ceremony was at Villa Venezia under the willow tree. That was the most magical, special spot we could have ever imagined. Willow trees hold a special place in my husband's and I's heart. We didn't even know there was a willow tree until we saw a picture online, and finding out it was there only confirmed what we already knew- this is where our wedding had to be. They helped us in making sure we could have the ceremony at the Villa and the cocktail hour/ reception at the Barn.To the whole Villa Venezia team, you are all amazing. You truly take the time to making everything special and sentimental. From the moment we met with Margherita, we felt right at home and knew this venue was the correct choice. We felt that Margherita was part of our family, as she fit right in with how we thought and the ideas that we had. She helped us with recommendations for many of our vendors. Each vendor was top notch. From the smallest of details, to the food choices, Margherita guided us to make our day be the greatest in our lives. From the cocktail hour to the reception, everything was perfectly executed and planned. There was not a minute off beat and this was thanks to Margherita and her team. The food that was served during the cocktail hour and reception was exceptional. The food was raved about and we received amazing compliments about the food and the service. The barn had top shelf liquor and they never skimped out on one detail. Many of our guests shared with us how phenomenal the wedding was. I can't say enough amazing things about this venue. The staff go above and beyond to make your event run perfectly. While the event I hosted was a holiday party and not a wedding I still wanted to leave a review here on the knot because this is the only venue I've booked in my last 8 years with my company that I didn't have to worry about a thing. Went to a taste and tour on 11/30/22 The event was nice and so was the venue. My fiancé and I decided to leave a check with them to hold a date and was promised it would be held for two weeks. In less then a week the check was deposited with out any confirmation and after trying to contact them the whole weekend and most of the next briskness day the best they could do was send a check via mail. They also never contacted me to confirm what they were doing and I only found out after seeing my bank statment.And again to be clear the check was supposed to be held on file if we chose them as the vendor, and not cashed.I would not recommend giving them anything to hold a date since they either A) can't keep their promise. or B) Are too incompetent to do their holds for dates properly.

Our wedding was on 8/28/22 at the barn. We were still living in the happiness from our perfect wedding day that the barn really made happen for us so Iâm just getting to this review now. I really donât even know where to beginâŠ. First of all MARGHERITA is an angel on earth. I have to start with her because I truly think the barn wouldnât have as happy of brides as they do with out her. The barn itself is an amazing venue but Margherita enhances everything they provide. She is such a wonderful coordinator who truly knows what she is doing. We booked the barn when it was rubble on the ground so weâve seen the rise of this venue into one of, if not the best wedding venues in the Hudson valley. Leading up to our day Margherita made everything better. She always put me at ease. I trusted her opinions and she was always there for us as a couple. She also dealt with my crazy family which is a feat in itself. At end of this process she was a friend to us all. When our wedding day finally came, it was above and beyond. Every single person said this was the best wedding they have ever been too. The food people really did go on and on about. The venue is so beautiful itself without any flowers or added decor that when you add flowers/decor you just enhance everything. I addition to jus being beautiful they have so many add ons you can have for your day. We had fireworks which were such a wonderful added moment. (They have lantern send offs sparklers cocktail hour add ons signature drinks etc). They also have staging with Robin who is such a sweet person and provides such wonderful added touches for your day to rent so your not buying a ton of stuff to worry about that day. You can tell they know what theyâre doing because they have thought of any possible thing a bride could want for her day and itâs an option if you have your wedding here. Overall, this venue is anything any couple could ask for. As a bride, I think we all want magic on our wedding day and they make that happen for you. Every person that works there truly wants you to have the best day possible. You feel their support on your day around you, which is so heart warming.

(They have lantern send offs sparklers cocktail hour add ons signature drinks etc). They also have staging with Robin who is such a sweet person and provides such wonderful added touches for your day to rent so your not buying a ton of stuff to worry about that day. You can tell they know what theyâre doing because they have thought of any possible thing a bride could want for her day and itâs an option if you have your wedding here. Overall, this venue is anything any couple could ask for. As a bride, I think we all want magic on our wedding day and they make that happen for you. Every person that works there truly wants you to have the best day possible. You feel their support on your day around you, which is so heart warming.

If you book your wedding here you will not be disappointed. They truly do go above and beyond on your day and they really helped make everything come to life. The food was literally AMAZING - I read so many reviews about the food being good, and everyone was right. I still dream about the penne vodka from our cocktail hour lol. Anyway, we truly felt taken care of and like they had everything down to a T. The staff was wonderful and prompt with drinks, food, and setting things up on time. I was a little concerned about their being 3 weddings on site that day and I barely saw the other wedding's guests - only while taking some pictures beforehand. The only reason I gave The Barn 4/5 stars instead of 5 is because we booked the venue before it was built and booked it based on the renderings we saw in the initial meeting. To me there were just a lot of differences that I felt could have been communicated or they maybe should have set expectations around this because it did stress me out while planning and had me changing my decor plans, colors etc. All in all, I would 1000% recommend The Barn at Villa Venezia.

We cannot say enough about having the most perfect wedding at the Barn! While we were the first wedding in the tent portion of the venue, there was certainly some stress and anticipation of what the space would turn out like. It may have come down to the final week but that didnât matter because it ended up exceeding all of our expectations! The detailed decor, from the drapery, hanging greenery, string lights, farm tables and chairs, to the extra touches from Startup Staging made this the venue of our dreams. We cannot say enough about the staff at the Barn who worked tirelessly to make the tent perfect. They went above and beyond to make sure that the venue was exactly what was promised. The service was amazing and the staff was so attentive to all our guests and made everything special for us all. All of our guests raved about not only how delicious the food was but how everything came out perfectly cooked and hot. There was more than enough food to go around at cocktail hour. The raw bar and churro add on were a huge hit that our guests are still talking about! Our wedding was lucky enough to experience both the tent and the barn by having the cocktail hour upstairs and the reception in the tent. Franco, Sara and Sabrina were there for us leading up to the big day and were absolutely incredible the day of the wedding. This was truly the best night of our lives thanks to the Barn! We could not recommend it enough.

Where do we even begin!? Our wedding was on Friday, March 25, 2022 in the downstairs room and it was EPIC. We had one of the largest weddings thus far - 295 people. Our coordinator, Margherita, helped us design a floor plan to accommodate our guests and it worked out perfectly! Throughout the entire planning process, Margherita and Sabrina were so responsive to our requests and questions. Margherita had several suggestions for how to keep the flow of traffic moving for such a large wedding and everything worked out so smoothly. Because it was a nice day in March, fire pits and tables were added outside where guests were able to sit and mingle during cocktail hour and throughout the night. The venue is absolutely stunning. Our guests raved about the food all night long. There was another wedding happening upstairs and we couldnât even tell. The venue staggered all of the events perfectly. The staff was friendly and hard-working. Even with the large number of guests, the bartenders did a great job of keeping up with the demand. People loved our signature cocktails - spicy margarita and old-fashioned. We rented the farmhouse for the night of the wedding and we planned to have our after party in the tavern at the farmhouse. Several weeks before the wedding we were informed that the tavern wouldnât be complete by our wedding date. Margherita offered an alternative option of having the cocktail hour in the cocktail hour space and it worked out perfectly!

My daughter recently had her wedding reception at The Barn at Villa Venezia My daughter always dreamed of having her reception in a barn type setting . The owner Franco Fidanza and his entire family Were nothing less than amazing during the planning of the wedding through the conclusion of the reception. My daughter booked her wedding reception at this venue in January 2020 before most people have ever heard of COVID-19.The pandemic delayed the construction of the venue but Franco Fidanza assured us that the venue would be completed By my daughterâs wedding date. He and his daughter Sabrina kept us apprised of the construction developments on a regular basis. They were very reassuring during the entire process and put our concerns at ease. They are wonderful people who treated my family and I as their own family. The venue itself is beautiful both on the inside and outside and this venue is nothing short of spectacular. I have been to numerous weddings throughout my life in a variety of locations and this venue is a superb first class operation. The cocktail hour was amazing with multiple action stations and Hot passed hors dâoeuvres. There were plenty of waitstaff and bartenders to accommodate all guests . The dinner was served in a timely fashion all the meals were hot and the food was outstanding.In the two days since my daughterâs wedding, I have received numerous emails , text messages and phone calls from family and friends who were in attendance all expressing what a beautiful reception it was and commented on the beauty of the venue and the quality of the food and service. Franco and Sabrina were amazing and I cannot give them any higher compliment than to say that The Barn at Villa Venezia is the PERFECT venue for a wedding or other celebration gathering. Thank you Franco, Paula , Sabrina and the Entire Fidanza family For making my daughterâs dream come true.

All I can say is WOW!!!I can tell you all with full confidence this wedding was more than what I dreamed for. Sabrina and Franco went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Sabrina made the entire process go smoothly, was there to help and reassure me everything would be perfect and she did not disappoint! From the food, to the flowers, to the decor, to the drinks. I literally cannot even name it all. The food was so hot, fresh and delicious. The professionalism cannot be matched elsewhere. I am literally getting phone calls and messages from my guests letting me know what an experience this wedding was! The staff was more than accommodating and it was a true first class experience. Sabrina Fidanza (Events Director) Born into the hospitality business, Sabrina has been the Director of Operations at Villa Venezia since 2014 and at The Barn since the opening in 2021. She was born and raised in Goshen, NY, and she received her Bachelorâs of Science in Business Management and Administration from Mount Saint Mary College. In the midst of running everything behind the scenes for your day, Sabrina oversees every small detail on a day-to-day basis. From a small event to a large wedding, Sabrina has extraordinary experience in making sure your event comes true to your vision and your special day is perfect.
