The Barn - rustic with a touch of glam
The Barn at Walnut Creek, located in Findlay, OH, is a romantic wedding venue. The barn is the perfect balance of rustic and glam. We provide round tables with chiavari chairs, black or white table cloths, a bridal suite for brides and bridesmaids to get ready, a bar area, and a prep kitchen for caterers. We have air conditioning and heat, as well as indoor restrooms. Edison bulb lights are strung between the 3 beams at The Barn. The barn at Walnut Creek was absolutely beautiful. It was exactly what we wanted and it was newly renovated. It also had AC (which was nice because a handful of barn venues don’t). Minette was very responsive and kept in touch with us often. We were planning a wedding during COVID and we’re the first wedding back of spring/summer 2020. She wanted us to have the perfect day and did everything in her power to help make that happen. They were great to work with and it ended up being the most perfect day!

The Barn was an amazing venue for our September wedding! It was absolutely beautiful even before we decorated with our decor. The bridal suite upstairs made it easy to get ready in and utilize the space as needed throughout the night. Minette was very helpful and supportive througout the whole process. They were always available and/or quick with responses to any questions, even our last minute questions the night before. It was the most perfect space & day spent at The Barn! I highly recommend checking them our and utilizing their venue for your special day as well.

Absolutely beautiful venue! We had to move the ceremony inside due to rain and the inside had plenty of space to move the chairs and make an aisle way. Minette was very responsive and answered all of our last minute questions.

The Barn was the perfect spot for my April wedding. We had around 170 guests and there was plenty of room to accommodate everyone. The venue itself was beautiful and Minette was very easy to get ahold of for questions! It was nice to be able to choose our own vendors.

The Barn is a perfect place to have a wedding! The location is very private, with plenty of space for your guests. We had around 200 guests and a live band, and there was still plenty of space for dancing! I also loved the area upstairs for getting ready in the morning.

The venue is absolutely gorgeous! It is a very modern barn which was exactly what I was looking for. You are able to bring in all your own vendors but I know now they are offering packages where they have select vendors. A down fall for me however was the fact that there photo gallery was a bit lacking. My now husband and I booked the venue right as they were finishing building it and it was difficult to envision some things. They had said they were going to upload more but never did. I had to strongly rely on looking at the instagram tag for the location to get some kind of idea of what it would look like all decorated. The only other thing that was a struggle for me was that I did not get ready at the venue due to the fact that the bridal suit is a bit smaller and I wanted everyone to have room. When I arrived at the venue to get dressed over an hour before my wedding guests had already arrived and I had to have my day of coordinator to ask everyone to turn around so I could run in.

We loved having our wedding ceremony and reception at the Barn at Walnut Creek. Minette was great to work with. Any questions we had she got back to us right away. The venue itself is gorgeous. The barn was amazing. It has everything you need also the room to be creative and free! The owners are wonderful! They are easy to contact and so polite! If you are anything like me (scattered brain) they are patient and helpful. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

We had our wedding reception at the Barn at Walnut Creek last weekend and I would recommend it to ANYONE! First off, it is beautiful!! Both rustic and elegant. Dave and Minette were wonderful. They were quick to respond to anything we asked or needed and very reliable. They are great people and it is obvious how they want their clients to be happy. This is an amazing venue!

Minette Evans (Owner) My husband and I found there was a need for a barn venue in Findlay that has air, heat, indoor restrooms, and can accomodate 250 guests. We have had such a great time working with all the couples that celebrate their weddings at The Barn! We look forward to many great times this year with all our brides and grooms!
