The Barn at Wight Farm is a rustic wedding venue located in Sturbridge, MA. This property is ideal for those that wish to celebrate their special day surrounded by natural serenity. You and your guests will adore the authentic pastoral setting, made complete with comfortable facilities. The Barn at Wight Farm allows you to celebrate both your ceremony and reception on site. You can even prepare for the big day ahead in one of the designated get-ready suites. You and your chosen entourage can spend some quality time together as you are made-over by your makeup and hair teams. Following this, your day of celebration begins. You can host a ceremony in the gorgeous Alpheus Room. This space features vaulted ceilings with sandy wood beams and plenty of natural light. The exposed beams can hold market lighting, illuminating your special service. Your reception can take place in either the Barn or the Winthrop Room. The Barn presents you with a classic rustic setting for your reception, complete with a rich wood interior. You can seat up to 175 guests here in banquet style. The Winthrop Room is the most recent addition to the property and offers a sleek take on their traditional aesthetic, pairing farmhouse whites with lots of windows. This space is designed to host more intimate events of up to 125 seated guests. No matter the event hall you choose, you are sure to enjoy an unforgettable evening. The Barn at Wight Farm offers a number of perks as part of their wedding packages. These include the use of get-ready suites and house decor, linens and napkins, and vendor referrals. We got married at the Barn at Wight Farm on September 30th, 2023. It was the most incredible day and so much of that was how amazing this venue and the staff are. Danielle, the sales and event manager, was absolutely amazing to work with. She was so sweet, professional, and responsive throughout our entire planning process from seeing the venue for the very first time to following up with her after our big day. She was quick to make the changes we needed, answer even the oddest of questions from me, and was all around wonderful to work with. We had our reception in the Winthrop room and did the buffet option instead of a plated meal. It was PERFECT and the food was delicious (we had multiple people tell us after how amazing the food was and were surprised that it was in-house catering because it was that good). All of the staff were so sweet and helpful, from the bartenders, to the wait staff, to the bridal attendant. There's a bridal suite included starting a couple of hours before the ceremony time, and we had the option to rent it all day which we did. It worked out perfectly for us with our timeline, and the bridal suite was large and able to accommodate the 7 of us easily (plus the hair and makeup artists while they were there). A few things to know going in (Danielle is very transparent about these when booking as well) - first, they may have multiple events running at one time as they have two different reception spaces (The Barn and the Winthrop room), plus the ceremony room (Alpheus room) which they use for smaller events as well; second, you and your bridal party are responsible for packing up any decor at the end of the night. There were multiple events on the day of our wedding and it was mostly not a problem - we did have a small conflict as we did a first look and family/bridal party photos ahead of the ceremony and we were told we had to move a few times due to the other wedding (it wasn't previously mentioned by staff to our photographer) and there was a delay in getting some of our signage swapped out from the prior ceremony to ours, which was rectified immediately when it was pointed out to the staff and they were told our guests were arriving. For the decor, Danielle informed us in advance we would have to pack everything up at the end of the night, which we did, but the staff did an amazing job breaking everything down and gathering it for us so it didn't take long at all! We really can't thank Danielle and the rest of the staff enough for making our day so incredible!

My husband and I booked The Barn at Wight Farm after only doing a virtual tour, and I'm so glad we took the risk of booking them without seeing it in person first. Everything was better than I could have even hoped for, and the pictures online, even though stunning, didn't do this place justice. The staff at The Barn were so professional and caring, and they truly made our wedding day feel magical. Any time we had a question, Moira (our coordinator) was there to help, and made wedding planning so much easier. The weekend of our wedding also showed just how much they care for their brides/grooms. While we were getting ready for our ceremony, the staff took our visions and made them reality. Knowing they were handling our decor made preparing for the wedding so much less stressful.They also provided us with a bridal attendant (Katie) who was honestly an angel. She was around the entire day with us, making sure we were fed and hydrated, and ready to help us with anything we needed.The Barn was also incredible when it came to food allergies. Since I have Celiac Disease, it was very important that the foods we had at the wedding were going to be safe. The crew at The Barn made a special effort to ensure my safety, by checking everything with the chef to make sure I wouldn't get sick, and even going as far to have a separate plate of hors d'oeuvres that were 100% gluten free ready for me.We cannot speak highly enough of this venue and the staff there, and definitely recommend it to anyone looking to have a beautiful wedding with a great venue.

We absolutely cannot express enough how incredible the Barn at Wight Farm was for our 9/22 wedding. The ceremony, reception, and rehearsal dinner were beautiful, well organized, and full of attentive and kind staff. Thank you for the absolute best day of our lives. Not only did the staff make everything so incredibly easy for us (literally a zero stress day) but we have heard nothing but glowing feedback from every single guest about the venue, food, drinks, and service!! One of our guests said he has never finished his plate at a wedding but that he did so at the ours because the food at the Barn was just that good. The hors d'oeuvres were also a hit! The bridal suite was stunning and spacious and our day-of attendant was there for absolutely everything we needed and more!! Location and vicinity to everything in the area is perfect and we have not a single complaint or regret about the day- largely due to the work of the staff at the Barn to make it all come together! Our coordinator Danielle worked so well with other vendors, was attentive to guest needs/requests and was so responsive, understanding, and flexible during the entire planning process. We truly cannot recommend the Barn enough to anyone who wants a perfect day!

We were married 4/21/23 at Barn at Wight Farm and could not have asked for a more seamless event! Our event coordinator, Moira, was fantastic the whole way through, going above and beyond to answer questions and help with the logistics to ensure we had the best day possible. All of our day-of staff were phenomenal as well, with a special shoutout to Katie, our bridal attendant who absolutely blew us all away with her bubbly personality and ability to somehow be everywhere all at once. We literally did not have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day! The only hiccup we had was with our food tasting. We used the off-season menu (which is a little more limited) and the tasting provided more food off of the main menu, so we couldn't try a lot of the dishes we were considering. We were also disappointed in the quality of the food that night, but plans were already set so we just kept our fingers crossed that the wedding would be different. Luckily the food well exceeded our expectations the day-of, and we received many compliments from our guests. Overall, everything turned out beautifully and we couldn't recommend this venue enough!

The Barn was the perfect venue for our wedding and the staff were truly a pleasure to work with! The space was beautiful and well maintained and provided the perfect amount of rustic charm to our wedding! Leading up to the event, Danielle was great about helping to answer our many questions and ensure all the prep work was done so that the big day went smoothly. Day of, Madison was an incredibly attentive wedding attendant and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, even getting me some chamomile tea to calm my nerves. The food was delicious and despite the muggy, humid weather, the reception space remained comfortable which helped keep our dance floor full all night long! The barn absolutely exceeded are expectations.Through the entire planning process Danielle was on top of everything. Even though our original contact left, Danielle took over without a hitch. She was always available via email and made sure every little question and worry we might have had was taken care of. She was so thorough and eased any of our anxieties. The barn room came out beautifully. We had a small rain storm pass through and the staff were quick to rearrange things to inside. Once the weather cleared up they made sure the fire was going and that the patio was open to our guests. Katie our bridal attendant was absolutely fantastic. She anticipated our every move all night. She made sure my bustle was always done, that we ate, and always had a drink in our hand. The bridal suite was great to have a quick place to retreat to & to refresh and having someone as awesome as Katie made the night even better!The food was top tier! We had the beef filet and salmon w/pineapple mango salsa. Our friends who were vegan & vegetarian raved about the food as well. We had a 3 tier cake and the barn staff were great at giving everyone a little sampling of the different flavors. I would recommend the barn to anyone looking for a modern barn wedding. The location was ideal for our family traveling from all over MA. The food was amazing and the top tier service made it even better.

The most amazing venue, I had my dream wedding here. The entire staff was so helpful on the day of my wedding, they were extremely professional and everyone received the best service while they were here! Our wedding was an absolute dream ❤️❤️ We cannot say enough about this GORGEOUS space! The staff was professional and organized the entire process! The food was delicious ! Our event coordinator Moira was fantastic and made our vision come to life! Katie, who was an assistant to the entire party did an absolutely PHENOMENAL job keeping us on schedule, making sure we had everything we needed at all times and most importantly that we had an absolute blast on our day! My wife and I had our wedding at the Barn at Wight Farm in March of 2023 and we are so happy that we chose this venue! We really couldn’t ask for more - both the planning process and the day of were great. Danielle and the staff/service at the Barn were professional and kind, and we’re very thankful to them for their help making our day go so smoothly. After going back and forth on whether we should use the bridal suite at the venue for the whole day (for an additional charge), we opted to do so and are glad that we did. The space is beautiful and made our wedding day even more special. We used the Winthrop Room for the ceremony and the Barn for our reception. We loved the look of both rooms, and the amount of space was perfect for the number of guests we had (about 100) – roomy enough to give everyone a bit of space while still feeling intimate. The food was absolutely delicious, and the bar service (with signature drinks) was great. Special thanks to all the workers and our coordinator, Amber, who helped us out during both the rehearsal and wedding day! You really made our day. Lastly, if you aren’t from the area and are wondering about whether or not to have a wedding in Sturbridge – we definitely recommend it. My wife and I are native Rhode Islanders, but after going to a friend’s wedding last year in Sturbridge we explored the area some more and chose it for our wedding. It has a quaint New England feel to it but still has some nice options for cafes/bars/food for guests. There’s a number of hotels nearby that make staying over for you and your guests easy to manage (we stayed at the Comfort Inn and also recommend it!).

I cannot give a high enough rating on this venue, 100 stars!! EVERYONE from the barn is absolutely incredible. Especially my bridal attendant Katie, I absolutely adore her. As I pulled in the driveway she was headed out the door to offer assistance. She’s a ball of energy and encouragement. She ran (literally) from the bridal suite to where the guys were gathering to ensure that both of us had everything we needed. She kept us updated on the groom’s arrival and kept us on schedule prior to the ceremony. She was with us the entire night making sure we had our drinks and food and anything else that we needed while keeping her energy high. You can tell she loves being apart of the day and wants to make things as great as possible. Danielle at the barn is fantastic, highly organized and responsive. Our guests commented several times on how wonderful the staff and food was. My husband and I are blown away by these incredible people and we want to thank you for making our wedding so much more than we dreamed. We will continue to rave about this venue/staff!!

You can tell she loves being apart of the day and wants to make things as great as possible. Danielle at the barn is fantastic, highly organized and responsive. Our guests commented several times on how wonderful the staff and food was. My husband and I are blown away by these incredible people and we want to thank you for making our wedding so much more than we dreamed. We will continue to rave about this venue/staff!!

The Barn at Wight Farm was the perfect venue for our May 2022 wedding on Memorial Day weekend. We booked this venue back in 2020 and over the two years of planning Danielle was wonderful to work with. She answered all my questions and was always so helpful. On the day of the wedding, the staff was excellent and so attentive. Our wedding guests had so many great things to say about the venue, staff and the food! The food was great! We had so many options at the tasting and had a hard time picking our options. The food was even better than we remembered from the tasting. There was another wedding going on in the Winthrop room while we had ours in the Barn, but there was no overlap and we completely forgot/never noticed there was another wedding at the same time as ours. We couldn’t have asked for a better day and are so glad that we chose The Barn at Wight Farm for our wedding.

Danielle moved mountains for us without question and truly helped us achieve the most magical wedding day imaginable. We hosted our tiny COVID wedding in The Alpheus Room on 10.10.2020. Danielle and her team were so helpful and the event was beautiful. This past weekend we held a larger reception at another venue as we originally planned before COVID. We decided to hold our post-wedding brunch at The Barn at Wight Farm since everything was so great last year. Brunch was fantastic and the new Winthrop Room is gorgeous. We had such a great experience with Barn at Wight Farm! Danielle and the team were so organized and answered every question we had, even after the stress of postponing during COVID. The day-of and the week leading up to the wedding was truly a totally stress-free experience because they are so good at what they do. Our guests were blown away by the food, the atmosphere, and how beautiful the whole location was. I was so amazed by the attention to detail and how the staff went above and beyond to make sure myself, my husband, and the wedding party felt special (the drinks waiting for us after we recessed down the aisle was such a nice touch!). Highly recommend!!!

Truly I cannot put words to how grateful I am that my husband and I chose The Barn at Wight Farm as our venue. From start to finish, they were just the absolute best and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Danielle and I worked together on all the details for the many months worth of planning; she was always prompt in answering my emails and getting me whatever information I needed, and she was incredibly supportive throughout the pandemic as we had to change our date and deal with many uncertainties. On the big day, there was a team of multiple people who took care of all of the details, from making sure the decorations were set up precisely how I wanted them to making sure my every need was catered to. Jen was my bridal attendant, and she was an absolute treasure. In the end, despite a crazy global pandemic and facing challenges beyond what any bride would reasonably ever expect, our big day was the complete wedding of our dreams, utter perfection, the very best and most joyful day of our lives - words can't describe the depth of my emotion over the beautiful celebration we had and hands down the most fun day of our lives. I wish I could live it over and over again, and I owe so so very much of that experience to the supportive and caring staff at The Barn. I also have to add that the food was utterly delicious and my guests were all absolutely raving about it! It's hard to get truly high quality food from a catering venue, but this place is a diamond in the rough. Truly, The Barn at Wight Farm has the magic touch that will make all your dreams come true - I can't express my gratitude enough for everything they did for me and my husband. I cannot say enough amazing things about this place! My husband and I were lucky enough to be the very first wedding held in the new space after a long planning process and a few reschedules due to COVID. But the team was great in helping us and sticking with us through the entire planning and re-planning process. Both spaces are beautiful, as is the ceremony room. You cannot go wrong with either space. And I cannot say enough about the food! Just delicious! On the day of, the team took such amazing care of us all, especially during cocktail hour when we were taking photos and before hand in the suite. They took every worry away and I didn't have to think about anything else making sure I didn't trip on my dress down the aisle!

I don't even know where to begin. Danielle and the entire staff at The Barn at Wight Farm were absolutely incredible! My husband and I were supposed to get married at The Barn in September of 2020, but due to COVID, we had to postpone until June of 2021. Danielle was extremely supportive and helpful throughout this entire process. We constantly called Danielle to check on COVID restrictions and guest counts and she was always patient and informative. I do not think that we would have been able to pull off such an amazing day if it wasn't for this venue and the staff. Everyone expects to have a few hiccups when planning a wedding but no one plans to work through a worldwide pandemic. The Barn handled this situation with such ease and class that for that reason alone I would recommend them for any event! As for our actual wedding day, it was such a special day! The ceremony in the Alpheus room was absolutely stunning! Since our wedding, we have received an insane amount of compliments on the elegance and beauty of the venue, along with everyone complimenting the food. Specifically, our guests can't stop talking about the hors d'oeuvres and NY sirloin steak meal! I could rave about The Barn and Danielle for days but I will end this review by saying if you are planning any special event, book The Barn at Wight Farm!!!

We had the most amazing wedding at Wight Barn. The staff was amazing! Danielle arranged the wedding for us and everything she promised was waiting for us without a hitch. The food was extraordinary. We had the Filet Beef and the Chicken Marsala, it was the talk from guests. Many said they would come back to the restaurant for that beef! The appetizers were spectacular. When Jenn found out that the scallops wrapped in bacon were the brides favorite, she had a plate of them waiting for her. They decorated per our instructions. Please--check this venue out for a wedding or any event you need. Words do not do this venue justice. Thank you to everyone who made my daughters wedding something we will always remember.

We had booked the wedding nearly two years ahead of time. When my husband (then fiance) walked into the place, his eyes lit up and we knew immediately that we wanted to get married there. The food was delicious. Everyone who was there was awesome and listened to how we wanted things decorated: from the ceremony, to the reception, and to the outside area with setting up a cigar bar. We had our wedding at The Barn in November 2020 and they just exceeded our expectations. It was all a blur for me, but the bridal assistant and all of the coordinators were just amazing and walked us all through it. It was such a beautiful setting to get married. Each time I had a request, Danielle would respond quickly with options so I could plan and make something work.2 - The food is incredible. We chose the Beef Wellington and Chicken Parmesan during our tasting and both were delicious. I've been saying for months that if the food is as tasty on the day of the event as it was in our tasting, it will be the best \"wedding food\" I have ever had. You never get to try the food before you choose a venue, but you will not be disappointed with the food from Table 3. As they told me: they were a restaurant group before they were a wedding venue.3 - In times like this, it's hard to know who you are contracting with or what to expect. The team at Table 3 has been transparent, flexible, and reasonable when COVID prevented us from having the wedding we had planned. They did right by us every step of the way and we plan to frequent their restaurants at every chance to make it up to them. We will likely mark the day we were supposed to get married by going to one of their restaurants and toasting to the celebration that might have been.The Barn is beautiful, rustic, well-landscaped, has plenty of parking, and is easy to get to. We are heartbroken that we won't get to have the party we planned because we know that they would have exceeded every expectation.

We had our ceremony and reception at The Barn and it is an absolutely beautiful venue! Danielle was a big in help with the planning process, but at times I felt as though some discussions were financially driven versus accommodating the bride and groom, especially with the price we were paying, if that makes sense... There were a few things that could've gone smoother on the day of, like when we had our first look/went into the reception area to check out the decorations before the ceremony, and there was no staff directing the early birds to the ceremony building. A few guests walked right into the barn, seeing me and my husband before the ceremony.. not ideal! But the day of coordinators were attentive and accessible throughout the night, and kept things running as smoothly as possible. The food was amazing, our guests are still raving about it! I loved how during cocktail hour one of the servers specifically brought my husband and I, and our wedding parties the appetizers we selected, or else we wouldn't of remembered to snag some! And they were delicious! Overall a great venue and also beautiful landscaping and architecture for photos. I would recommend this venue to couples looking for an elegant rustic vibe!

We hosted the wedding of our daughter and son in law at the Barn at Wight Farm on October 13. We had the reception in the Alpheus Wight room which is a lovely room with rustic floors and soaring ceilings! Just perfect! The party then moved to the Barn. Danielle and her amazing staff were attentive, fun, incredibly professional and completely accessible during every phase from planning thru to the end! We had a great time at the tasting, it was so hard narrowing down our final food choices. Our guests were treated to delicious appetizers and amazing meals that were plentiful and hot! It was so great to have a venue that also provided the food. The staff treated us all like VIPs. Danielle and her staff made it so easy for us to drop off all of our decorations and presented everything exquisitely. We had the rehearsal dinner at Avellino, one of their sister restaurants, and our meals were incredible and the room made for an intimate special gathering the night before the wedding. The gorgeous grounds surrounding the Barn provided for some stunning photos..Sturbridge was at full peak for fall foliage! The weather was perfect for the fire pit on the stone terrace outside of the Barn during the reception. We even had a full moon!We love our guests so much we also hosted a full breakfast buffet the next morning using the Alpheus Wight Room. And again Danielle and Jennifer made sure everything was perfect. Great food, and a nice way to see everyone again before they all headed back to reality. The entire experience was a dream.We whole heartedly give The Barn at Wight Farm, the Alpehus Wight Room, the staff, and the amazing Danielle a perfect score for what will forever be one of the best parties ever! Thank you so much for making sure we had everything we could have dreamed of. Don’t hesitate to consider this venue for a special wedding experience.

The space itself is absolutely beautiful - I hardly had to decorate. The food was incredible and was definitely the first thing that got us in the door. After looking at 13 different venues, we finally found our dream venue in the Barn at Wight Farm and we couldn’t be happier that this is where we ended up getting married. Marie, Danielle, Michelle, Megan and all of the Barn staff were fantastic to work with. The Barn itself is stunning and provides a rustic and cozy atmosphere that all of our guests loved! We chose to have our ceremony on site in the Alpheus Wight room which was beautiful, again very rustic. This allowed us to flow right from the ceremony to cocktail hour which was held on the outdoor patio and then into the Barn for the reception. During the planning stages and on the actual day, each staff member of the Barn was entirely focused on our day their top priority. They were incredibly efficient and organized and made sure everything went smoothly. From fully handling the set-up to making sure both we and our guests were comfortable, relaxed, fed and overall able to enjoy our wedding day. The food was absolutely outstanding and we are still getting glowing reviews from our guests telling us how much they enjoyed their meal. Everyone at the Barn truly brought our dream wedding to life! From fully handling the set-up to making sure both we and our guests were comfortable, relaxed, fed and overall able to enjoy our wedding day. I got married here last weekend, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful everything was. The staff were organized, communicated well, and very accommodating. They really think of everything, and they were so pleasant and genuine that we felt completely at ease from the time we looked at the venue a year ago, and throughout the year before our big night. Communication between the barn to other venues was clear and consistent. Everyone was on the same page. We didn't even know that we would have our own personal server throughout the night that would take care of anything we wanted or needed! The environment of the barn, grounds, and ceremony space is elegant, well cared for, and intimate. I think the one thing I would suggest (if I were just knit-picking) would be that the lighting in the bridal suite isn't the best for photos. That being said the bridal suite was clean and relaxing. There are many places to take photos throughout the grounds, as well as a little garden right across the street. We are still getting compliments about the food! Everything was delicious, served hot, and in a timely manner. The table and bar service was excellent. You can easily tell that the staff here is treated well, and that they are very happy to work there. All in all if I had to do anything over I wouldn't change a thing. Thanks to everyone at the Barn for making us feel relaxed and well cared for!

Danielle was amazing to work with! She made herself readily available whenever my now husband and I had a question or concern. The barn itself is beautiful and if you are looking for a rustic atmosphere, this is the place for you. Our wedding was 110 people and that was a perfect size for the space, so weddings with a smaller size will fit beautifully without guests feeling too cramped. We also used the Alphaeus Wight Room for our ceremony space and it was a perfect backdrop with post and beam ceilings and wood floors. The food was amazing!! My guests are still talking about it! Can't say enough good things!!

The Barn was the perfect place to get married. The wedding coordinators were fantastic, the food was amazing,the wait staff were top notch, very accommodating overall. Nothing about the process of getting married here was stressful. It is a gorgeous venue. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to get married. Lots of our guests said our wedding was the best one they have ever been too and were very impressed with the barn and ceremony room. I can’t say enough good things about this venue!

If you are looking for a country rustic barn wedding look no further. We fell in love with this venue as soon as we saw it. The entire planning process was very upfront and easy and the all-inclusive packages made it very easy to plan and budget. The meal choices are hard to choose from because they are all so very good. We went with the filet of beef and the seafood stuffed soul. The food was superb and good portions also!! Our guest are still raving about it. We utilized the indoor ceremony space that was acquired after our initial booking and it was absolutely stunning. They also give you access to a program called all seated that makes the seating plan, room layout and guest tracking a super breeze.The bridal suite is very nice and a perfect place to get ready and relax with your girls. The day of we had Ashley assigned to us and she doted on us all day. She was absolutely sweet and amazing. We dropped all of our décor and items the day of the rehearsal and when I saw the room the day of our wedding it was everything I had imagined it to be. They did a superb job setting everything up and are very creative an good at what they do. The napkins at our place setting were the cutest thing I had ever seen and were a complete surprise. I wish I could post pics here!!!This place is hands down first class yet affordable. My guests are still commenting that this was the best wedding they have ever attended.Thank you to all the staff at the Barn…. You rock!!!

We had our daughter's wedding on August 5, 2017. Marie was the best at follow up. She returned messages and emails even on her day off. The servers were professional and attentive. There was nothing more we could have asked for. Any question was answered. Marie went out of her way to get answers for us. We asked if we could have a miniature horse, a donkey, a pony, and an alpaca and they allowed us because that is what our daughter wanted for her barn theme wedding. The food was delicious. There were plenty of h'orderves, fruit, cheese, and crackers. The h'orderves were brought outside to the guests while they were petting the animals and having pictures taken. The staff brought water outside to guests. Marie stayed after her regular 6pm quitting time to see if we needed anything. The staff packed everything at the end of the evening telling us to just enjoy ourselves. We would highly recommend. It was well worth the money and stress free other than weather.

We had our wedding at the Barn on 5/28/17 and we worked with Marie through all the planning stages and then we also worked with Danielle the week leading up to the wedding. They were both fantastic! They put together everything we asked for so we didn't have to do too much work to make the place fit our wedding, which was a huge help. They were also always handy to answer any questions we had whenever they popped up. They did most of the leg work for putting together our centerpieces too, and they ended up looking even better than we imagined (they have lanterns you can incorporate for free, which is a nice plus). The thing we liked about the Barn was there are absolutely no hidden costs - during our first meeting, we told them how many people we wanted to invite and they spelled out nearly to the dollar how much it would cost us. Everywhere else we looked, it seemed like there were all these mystery line items so that we couldn't calculate ourselves how much we expected to spend. I guess what I'm saying is that everything about this venue is easy - they really strive to make planning your wedding reception as easy and relaxed as possible. All of this doesn't even touch upon the food - oh man, the food - it was absolutely incredible. There honestly wasn't a bad choice on their menu to start with and once you start to narrow down what you want to serve, they are extremely accommodating to make it exactly how you'd like it. We loved their eggplant rollatini, but we wanted to serve it as our vegetarian meal, so they took the prosciutto out of it for us. They were also really accommodating for more specific dietary restrictions, like our vegan guests, and what they served for those special circumstances were just as delicious as the food the rest of us were having, if not even tastier! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and it actually made our guests feel cozier and more relaxed and got them all up and moving around, which made the night so fun! It felt a lot smaller than other venues we've been to for weddings, but in a comforting way, not in a cramped way. We had about 140 guests and we felt that it was just the right size. I'd say probably 120-150 is the sweet spot for this place. Overall, we were very happy with our reception and would highly recommend the Barn and the people who work there to anyone looking for a good place to host their wedding reception in the Central MA area.

We cannot say enough great things about The Barn and all of the staff! We booked our wedding two years out, when renovations had just started at The Barn. Danielle Green (Director of Sales) In 2016, Danielle joined Table 3 Restaurant Group Team as the Sales and Events Manager for The Barn at Wight and Private Event Manager for Table 3 group restaurants. Danielle has a passion for the function and event business and has brought her positive management style, attention to detail and a belief that all events held at The Barn and restaurants should be flawless. Danielle grew up in western Massachusetts and earned her bachelor’s degree in hospitality management at Endicott College, graduating in 2008.
