About Willow Brook: At Willow Brook, we believe that each love story is amazing & unique and that couples should be able to handcraft their wedding day exactly as they choose. Willow Brook was designed to be a stunning new venue with all the "must have" modern amenities that couples want (wait 'till you see the bridal suite!) The B&B "Modern Farmhouse" is home to the cutest bridal suite ever, complete with coffee bar, wet bar, lounging area/flat screen tv, three guest rooms, two full bathrooms, mirrored make up stations and an amazing "sunset deck". Couples say the Bridal Suite looks like it's straight out of an episode of Fixer Upper! Also in our "Modern Farmhouse" is Willow Brook's Groom's Quarters. This space is a huge gathering area with highlights including a king suite with a 60 inch TV, 9 ft, shuffle board table, reclaimed wood bar with live edge mirror, entertainment kitchen with an 11 ft Calacatta Quartz island and lots of hang out space. There is a grill/fire pit area off the Groom's Quarters which offers plenty of entertainment options for the guys! Willow Brook's Farmhouse offers couples several overnight package options so they can completely customize their wedding experience for the destination wedding of their dreams! We don't even know where to begin when it comes to describing The Barn at Willow Brook. Magical? Enchanting? Unparalleled? All of the above? Any word we thought we found to highlight this slice of magic would truly sell this paradise of a venue short and we're sure every guest and wedding couple of Willow Brook who's been fortunate to celebrate here can attest to this.It all started when we were touring venues around Leesburg. We felt drained, sad and frustrated that the other venues weren't able to work with what we wanted and often tried to make us sign contracts on the spot. I'm glad we didn't because Willow Brook was our last stop, where Betsy was willing to meet us late on a cold March day. Our mood changed INSTANTLY when we parked and just being at WB already felt like the answer to our wedding prayers. Betsy went over the amazing weekend packages they had and WB's willingness to accommodate to, and fulfill, our desires and vision - which was exactly what we needed to conduct an early afternoon Vietnamese tea ceremony and an American traditional ceremony in the late afternoon. She was absolutely genuine about making sure this was just the right place for us and if we would be happy here.The accommodations also left us speechless! We went from seeing venues with no grooms suites to seeing the best groom suite Virginia has to offer. The venue is so stunning and everyone from our family to guests and vendors were in awe when they saw WB and still haven't stopped saying amazing things to us about it.But now let's talk about the Madden family -- literal angels on Earth. Betsy has the sweetest personality and made sure to be accessible, responsive and involved when it came to answering any questions we had about the venue and planning process. She literally makes you feel at home and part of the family. The love she radiates to her couples is pure and genuine and a love you only get once. And if you're lucky enough to book Kelly as your coordinator, you're all set. The planning process only gets better from here; she makes it easy and does everything to alleviate any wedding stress her couples have. When she tells you that the only thing you're responsible of doing on your wedding day is to enjoy yourselves and have the time of your life, she means it and will do everything to ensure that from the moment you meet her. Our Vietnamese tea ceremony was Willow Brook's first-ever ceremony of its kind, and the very first day after we signed our contract with WB (which was 18 months before our wedding), Kelly already took the initiative to learn about the ceremony's customs, the process, and its meaning without us ever asking her to do so. It showed us that not only is she on top of everything she does, but that she expresses the same level of involvement, dedication, care and compassion as her mom does. We know that planning one wedding is already a big task as-is, and she helped flow two ceremonies (and three outfit changes!) in one day so seamlessly. Daryl is also a friendly face you'll find around the venue and he's always doing things behind the scenes to help with your day. I can't imagine having a better team than them to trust to give you the best day of your life.Willow Brook, thank you for letting us be a part of the family and giving us the happiest time of our lives. I seriously cannot say enough good things about WB!! The venue is absolutely stunning and comes with so many useful details (tables, chairs, greenery, drapings, etc). The suites have EVERYTHING you could possibly need the weekend of your wedding, we stayed the night before (after the rehearsal) and it was perfect! They also only do one wedding per weekend and are so welcoming and flexible and easy to work with. It truly made our weekend a breeze! And let me tell you, all that said…the best part about WB is the family. Betsy and Kelly are an absolutely incredible pair! They are SO kind, thoughtful, professional and overall are wonderful at what they do. They were just as excited about our day as we were. They feel like family now and I couldn’t have asked for better. If you book WB you should absolutely book Kelly as your coordinator. She runs a tight ship and our day was so on schedule that we were never even a minute late on anything!!! Thank you both so so much for everything. Our day was magical because of you and WB❤️

Every girl has a vision of what she wants her wedding to look and feel like. I researched over 30 venues and none of them felt right. When I came across The Barn at Willow Brook, I knew I had to see it in person. As soon as I got out of the car, I had tears in my eyes. My fiancé knew right away that I finally got that feeling! The barn is stunning! It is modern and beautiful on the outside and inside. It is well kept and the grounds surrounding the barn have stunning views. Inside has the prettiest greenery and lighting. It has such a rustic vibe.When I met the owners, Betsy and Daryl, they gave me the warmest welcome. They were eager to answer any questions and discuss our vision for the wedding. Then they showed us the bridal and groom suites. I was in love! We ended up booking the overnight package so we could sleep at the venue the night before. This was the best decision! We were able to come to the venue the day before and get organized. Sleeping in the venue the night before helped me feel less rushed the day of. My bridesmaids and I had a blast! The bridal suite is adorable. My girls and I enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck while listening to the cows moo nearby. It was the perfect way to start my wedding day! My fiancé enjoyed the sauna in the groom's suite and he felt like he was just as spoiled as I was. Betsy and Daryl do a great job making both spaces equally amazing, because the groom should feel just as pampered! Our wedding day was incredible! Everything went to smoothly and my guests raved about how beautiful the venue and the farmland around it was. Betsy was more than happy to answer any questions I had leading up to the wedding. She was fast to get back to me and recommended vendors in my price range. She helped our visions come to life. When we decided to move the ceremony inside at the last minute due to the heat, she was quick to help with ideas! If you decide to book your wedding at The Barn at Willow Brook, you will not be disappointed! I felt like Betsy was family, that is how warm and welcoming she is! Betsy and Daryl went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was perfect! I highly recommend The Barn at Willow Brook!

We could not have asked for a better wedding venue! Betsy, Kelly, and Daryl were so sweet and made us feel like family! They were so easy to get in touch with throughout the planning process and the entire wedding weekend. They were so happy to answer any questions we had and did everything they could to make sure we had an amazing time. They were so excited and open to us having personal details at the wedding and worked hard to make sure everything we wanted was included. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and was the centerpiece for all of our plans and ideas. The barn is spacious yet intimate and I loved having everything at the reception (bar, bathroom, dancing) so close together so no one felt like they were missing out. The transition from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception was seamless. Kelly and Betsy made our wedding day such a breeze and I never had to worry about where people were or what we should be doing next. They worked with all of our vendors on the day of so we could focus on getting married and enjoying the day with our family and friends. Daryl was instrumental in helping us pack up all of our items at the end of the night and was kind enough to let us come back and pick things up the next day. We could not have dreamed of a better wedding experience!!

THANK YOU to the Madden Family at the Barn at Willow Brook for a truly unforgettable wedding weekend. After touring a number of wedding venues in the DMV area, we ultimately chose Willow Brook because it was such a beautiful and intimate space. Not only is the barn breathtaking, but the groom's quarters and bridal suite were truly the nicest I've seen! We received so many compliments from our guests on how stunning the barn was, and I know the event was only a success because of the Madden Family working magic behind the scenes.From our rehearsal dinner that was an absolute delight through our wedding day, we cannot have imagined a better executed weekend. We had Kelly as our day-of-coordinator and she was truly a delight to work with from the day we booked the venue up to our wedding day. It was so great being able to completely trust in Kelly and her family to handle any and all situations that arose, allowing us to fully enjoy and be truly present at our wedding day.Thank YOU again, Madden Family! You've been so welcoming and we're excited to be part of the Willow Brook family :)

Gorgeous venue and the owners are amazing!!!! They definitely help things go smoothly and are incredibly kind. My boyfriend (along with my bestie) planned a surprise proposal here as well, so this place is doubly special for us. Betsy and crew were there for the journey and I can’t say enough about their hearts and they way they listened to our vision for the big day. Do yourself a favor and book with Willow Brook for your wedding. You won’t regret it!

The Barn At Willow Brook is the most perfectly, wonderful, gorgeous wedding venue with such stunning beauty inside and out! The owners, Betsy & Daryl, are incredibly warm, friendly, kind and caring and we fell in love with this venue as soon as we entered the barn doors the first time. After visiting many other venue options in the NoVa area prior to this barn, when we entered Willow Brook, we ended our search. We knew it was the one and instantly felt the “wedding vibes”. The barn is so gorgeous as is. They have beautiful chandeliers, sparkly twinkle lights, a greenery photo wall, bar cart, wine barrels, chiavari chairs & white foldable chairs, signage, and greenery garland that is already hanging places, which means we didn’t have to bring any of that in! We didn’t feel like we needed to dress the barn up much more because it was already so beautiful by itself. We did want a cross for our ceremony, and they brought in a beautiful wooden cross for us from Reston Bible Church, free of charge and free delivery/setup. This meant so much to us! We also brought our own mistletoe, Christmas trees, and winter wreaths to hang on the barn doors. The bridal suite and grooms quarters were unbelievable and so spacious!! Like nothing we saw at any other venue! My groom was so happy that he too, had a fun place to hang out, play shuffleboard, eat, drink etc. and us ladies had so much fun in our adorable suite! We got married in January, so our whole wedding was indoors, but we did have the outdoor fire pit on for guests and they enjoyed that. We did cocktail hour upstairs on the indoor balcony while our caterer flipped the space downstairs for the reception and it worked out really well! Seamless. We absolutely adored Betsy! She had the most speedy responses any time we reached out to her, which we greatly appreciated. The barn had amazing vendor recommendations as well. Betsy & Daryl went above and beyond and were so detail oriented. Even asking me what kind of coffee creamers I wanted in the bridal suite the morning-of. We received countless compliments on just how beautiful the venue was from our guests. People seemed just stunned. They truly created a story-book fairytale wedding for us and we are so grateful we found The Barn At Willow Brook! It was the perfect day and we wish we could experience it again and again!

There’s the typical “picture perfect” wedding experience and then there’s the Willow Brook experience. All the glowing reviews speak for themselves but I assure you, nothing can compare to seeing the venue in person. When my husband and I first toured the venue, as soon as we saw it in the distance we were like “yup this is the one”. It’s the perfect mix of rustic charms and modern chic that will win over any picky bride. I never imagined myself having a “barn” wedding but the interiors are so sophisticated and new that it didn’t feel like we were having a wedding “in a barn on a farm”. Our guests are still in awe at how beautiful the venue was. Even on a cold November day, the landscaping and hills around the barn remained pretty as ever. The vibes are immaculate when the sun sets and the venue gets so cozy and intimate. My only regret? Not getting the package with a stay in the bridal and grooms suite the night before!! The suites are nothing short of luxurious and accommodating and as an interior designer I am still obsessed with every detail built on the venue.Now, I haven’t even gotten to the best part about The Barn at Willow Brook and that is having the pleasure to work with such wonderful people - owners Betsy and Daryl are such sweethearts (like literally they were high school sweethearts) and are amazingly accommodating to our every needs. Then there’s Kelly, who is their daughter and the in house wedding planner/coordinator who is just as wonderful and so knowledgeable when it comes to executing the perfect wedding. Within one day, I needed to have a traditional Vietnamese wedding, lunch, a western ceremony with Filipino traditions, and a reception party. Kelly was able to squeeze in all of that into our timeline along with all our photos AND we had enough time to eat, drink, and party!! She might have been more excited for my wedding than I was! Another amazing person on the WB team is Kaila, who coordinated the day of my wedding to a T. Kaila stepped in last minute and was a superstar at coordinating with my crazy family LOL. There has been multiple times where I was very close to going bridezilla but Kaila always stepped in to assure I will have an amazing wedding experience and I did! Overall, they are the most professional, passionate, and caring folks and I’m not sure if my wedding experience would have been the same if it wasn’t for the WB team.I cannot rave enough about how perfect The Barn at Willow Brook is. So many guests came up to my husband and I and told us “this is the best wedding I’ve been to all year”. So a word of advice for all my picky bride-to-be’s…as soon as he pops that question you need to RUN not walk and book with The Barn at Willow Brook because I can assure you that they are booked until the next year.

I cannot recommend The Barn at Willow Brook enough for anyone's wedding! I had my wedding at The Barn on 11/6/2022 and it was absolutely amazing. Not only is the Barn absolutely gorgeous but the owners (Betsy & Darrell) are a dream to work with. Any question that I had was quickly answered and professionally answered. Betsy took every measure to make sure our day was as perfect as it could. I had a few hiccups along the way with planning and Betsy quickly jumped in and provided me with any resource she had. It made the entire wedding planning process so much easier and less stressful. The Barn itself comes with beautiful tables, chairs, draping, and greenery. Additionally the onsite Bridal and Groom's suites are a dream come true! They are spacious and beautiful, making it easy to stay calm and relax on the morning of the wedding. Overall my experience planning and hosting my wedding at the Barn at Willow Brook was FANTASTIC and again, I highly recommend this venue for anyone's wedding. Thank you!

We just had our wedding last weekend at the barn at willow brook and it was everything I had dreamed it would be!!From the first time I stepped on the property, I knew this is where I’d want my wedding. The day I drove by with ny further mother-in-law, the Maddens were celebrating family birthdays. Daryl stepped out to show us the barn. I planned a tour with Betsy the next day. Betsy was always so responsive while I finalized my decision to go with the barn. The list of vendors they provided made the planning process so much easier! We were able to use Kelly as our day of coordinator. She did more than just day of answering questions along the way. If anything went wrong day of, I have no idea because she was on top of everything! The day after our wedding, Betsy called me because we had left our vow books behind. These obviously meant a lot to us and we were so thankful she did. I highly recommend the barn at willow brook and will be back for anniversary and family pictures in years to come!

This is the most AMAZING venue. My husband and I got married here October 08, 2022 and our day was perfect thanks to Betsy, Kelly, and the rest of the family! Every review mentions how kind the family is- they are not exaggerating! They are passionate about creating the most magical day for each couple they work with. The barn is gorgeous. You barely need to decorate because the white draping, lights, and hanging greenery make the space feel so beautiful and complete. The moment we walked into the barn during our tour I knew we had to have our wedding there.I highly recommend booking Kelly as your day of coordinator as soon as you book the venue! I spent a year and a half planning and she was so sweet and helpful the entire time. She always responded quickly and answered all1000 of my questions. I also highly recommend doing the one night package. This allowed us to have our rehearsal dinner on site, and gave us time to put out a few decorations before going to bed. It was so fun to have all of my friends and my mom stay on site with me the night before the wedding.This venue is worth every penny! You will have the most gorgeous wedding here!

We had the wedding of our dreams at The Barn at Willow Brook! This venue was one of the first that we had looked at, and we instantly fell in love with it! The barn is absolutely beautiful, along with the entire property! We also fell in love with the entire Madden family! They are so incredibly hands on during the entire process. They helped make the planning process and our wedding day go so smoothly. We can’t recommend this venue enough!

Where do I even begin?! The Barn At Willow Brook was everything we could've ever imagined and more! When my now husband and I were first looking at venues, we searched rustic and farmhouse wedding venues. This one immediately came up and without even seeing it in person, we knew it was the one! We contacted Betsy who was extremely responsive and scheduled a time to take a tour. Upon pulling up, our mouths dropped and we smiled from ear to ear! It was breathtaking, beautiful, and everything we anticipated it to be! Betsy greeted us with excitement, enthusiasm, and you could immediately feel the love she has for her clients and her venue. She was a godsend and just so helpful over the course of two years! She offered recommendations on vendors, stayed in touch with us, and also offered us to come back whenever we wanted!Our wedding was 10/1/22 and the only word I can use to describe it was PERFECT! Even with Hurricane Ian being forecasted to impact our wedding, Betsy was so optimistic and kept such a positive outlook! We rented the venue for Friday-Sunday and I only wish we could've stayed longer! The venue itself with the surrounding scenery and landscaping was just stunning. The owners opened their home for the bridal party, which is on the same property. Upstairs you will find the bridesmaid suite which is gorgeous and girly, and the groomsmen suite in the basement is huge and luxurious, both extremely accommodating. Betsy and her family truly made you feel comfortable and at home while making sure she was only a phone call away if needed. Her daughter Kelly is an on-site coordinator, and although we had a different coordinator (due to us booking late), she was still along for our journey and answered any questions we had!This family is really the sweetest people you could get the pleasure of knowing. From their calm demeanor, being so genuine, and taking pride in helping others, you will have absolutely no hesitations when booking this venue! Our guests and family boasted about how beautiful the suites and venue both are, and are still giving us compliments on how perfect everything was. Some of them, who have had barn weddings of their own, stated that Willow Brook was much more beautiful than where they had theirs! This place was honestly a dream come true and we are so honored to have had this opportunity to have our wedding here. Thank you to The Barn At Willow Brook for making our vision come to life, and truly making this once in a lifetime experience that was absolutely perfect! We cannot WAIT to come back and visit!! Until then, we will certainly reminisce and relive our wedding day through our photos and video!

We had the wedding of our dreams at the Barn at Willow Brook! Picking our venue was such a difficult and important decision, and we are so happy that we found Willow Brook and the Madden family. From the very beginning they were so kind, welcoming, and helpful and completely dedicated to making sure we had everything we wanted for our wedding. We got the Friday and Saturday rental which allowed us to have our rehearsal dinner on site on Friday and stay over night before our Saturday wedding. We're so glad we did! The Barn is gorgeous and furnished, which made it easy for us to not have to bring in a ton of decorations and rentals. The groom's suite and bridal suite are beautiful, clean, and well appointed--we all felt so luxurious getting ready and wished we could just spend a week there. We also hired Kelly as our coordinator and she created a wedding day timeline that our photographer told us was the best she'd ever seen! Everything was so beautiful and went smoothly, but the best part was getting to work with Betsy, Daryl, and Kelly. It's clear they love what they do and they made us feel special and cared for which set such a positive tone for the whole weekend. Book this venue! Worth every penny.

Highly recommend working with The Barn at Willow Brook and the Madden Family! The venue is beautiful and has such a clean, modern feel that you typically don't see with barn venues. The Madden family is so kind and lovely and made sure our day went seamlessly. We had one hiccup at the end of the night with a different vendor, but the Madden family was incredibly supportive and even remained in communication with my parents in the days following the wedding to make sure that got resolved appropriately!

We had the most AMAZING wedding at The Barn at Willow Brook! From the moment we first met Betsy and Kelly, we felt so comfortable and confident that they would make our day unforgettable. It is so quiet, peaceful and breathtakingly gorgeous! The venue itself is absolutely stunning with lots of space for bridal party and family to relax comfortably. The bridesmaids and I stayed overnight and it was perfect! Cannot wait to see our pictures! Betsy and Kelly are incredible and we feel so lucky to have had them during our special day. The Barn at Willow Brook was a fairytale. After joining so many groups on social media to prepare for the big day, we honestly expected hiccups… But there were literally zero. Betsy and Kelly could not be any more professional and sweet! They made the day run effortlessly. The bridal suite and groomsmen‘s quarters are absolutely stunning, and it was so amazing to be able to be at the venue the night before and wake up with gorgeous views on wedding day. Everyone was so impressed by the venue and all the features that make it stand out from the rest. Every little detail was envisioned and executed with pure love! My husband and I were married 12.18.21 at Willow Brook and it was everything we could have asked for. The barn was gorgeous on its own and with just a little decoration made our Christmas wedding something people have talked about over and over since then. Also, having the option to stay the night in the bridal suite was absolutely priceless - so little stress morning-of having all my bridesmaids already in the same spot. The barn, unlike some others, is very elegant and doesn't feel like \"a barn.\" It's great for all sorts of weddings! But there are a million other pretty barn venues in the Leesburg area - what really made Willow Brook stand out were the unbelievably amazing owners, Betsy and Darryl, that *literally* saved my wedding. Betsy was just a ray of sunshine after I landed without a venue after in the middle of COVID and spent the next year and a half making my experience the most amazing I could have asked for after so many setbacks in my wedding planning. She was so incredibly generous, responsive, kind, and accommodating, literally everything you could possibly want in a venue owner. Darryl was so helpful day of and even helped us with the trash at the end of the night. They are both just such lovely people and I would recommend Willow Brook just to have the opportunity to know them.A million stars/5. Definitely get married here.

My husband and I knew The Barn at Willow Brook was our venue from the moment we stepped inside. Betsy instantly made us feel at home and provided us with all the information we needed. Betsy and Kelly were super helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. The venue is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS with a modern, classy barn feel. The property is great for photos! The groomsman and bridal suites are wonderful, and the perfect place to get ready and create lifelong memories. The Madden's are the sweetest and most genuine family, that truly work hard to make couple's dreams come true. My husband and I had our dream wedding due to their helpful coordination and support. Kelly was a lifesaver and she helped me through the entire day, making me feel ready and comfortable. She took care of literally, EVERYTHING. My friends and family all were impressed and had an amazing time. We are forever grateful for the wonderful weekend at Willow Brook. We highly recommend this venue to all brides and grooms!!

From the moment we stepped foot in the Barn at Willow Brook, we knew it was “the one”! It had the cozy farmhouse charm we were looking for while also having the modern touch of large windows that let in lots of natural light. Even before any wedding decorations, it already looked beautiful with the existing white draping and greenery. We felt so welcomed by Betsy during the tour, and it was a nice change from the impersonal interactions we had had at other venues. My husband and I were won over by the spacious bridal and groomsmen’s suites, which had plenty of amenities to enjoy on the wedding day. It was also a great place for the wedding party to relax while getting ready. We also worked with Kelly as our day-of coordinator and her guidance and organization made our day run so smoothly! She was very well prepared while also being flexible throughout the day. She knew the venue so well and asked us detailed questions during our venue walkthrough to make sure that she got everything just right. My family and wedding party were impressed with her poise and kindness throughout this entire process.The Barn at Willow Brook was our dream venue and made our wedding day that much more extraordinary. We received many compliments on the choice of venue, and it perfectly fit our wedding size. From the loft overlooking the dance floor to the lovely pergola they built for ceremonies, every part of the venue was gorgeous and charming. We highly recommend the Barn at Willow Brook to other couples!

If we could give BWB a 10 out of 10 we would! My husband and I booked at another venue in the area originally and ran into SO many issues - it was an absolute nightmare. Once we cancelled that venue, we visited BWB and it was love at first walk through! Betsy, Daryl, Kelly and James are an absolute dream team. They'll make you feel like family from day one, which just makes the wedding day one-thousand times easier because you know there is nothing to worry about. The space is stunning - from the barn, to the bridal and groom's suite, to the onsite cottage. I highly recommend getting the full-weekend package (with the cottage)! Staying the night there made the weekend run so much smoother - not to mention it felt so luxurious and relaxing to have all our loved ones in one place. Truly it is the absolute perfect venue. We STILL have people telling us how it was the best wedding they've ever been to and we have BWB to thank for making it so incredible. We were originally scheduled for April 2021, but had to reschedule due to COVID (with ease) to November 2021 and it was still stunning!

They have significant experience working with vendors in the DMV area, making collaboration with your DJ, photographer, caterer, florist, etc. absolutely seamless. As the mother of the bride, you want perfection when it comes to your daughter’s wedding. The Barn at Willow Brook and the Madden Family certainly made that happen not once but twice thanks to the pandemic. Our daughter Courtney and son-in-law Andrew were married on October 3, 2020, and they decided to have their reception on October 30, 2021. Betsy and Daryl went above and beyond with every detail and to make sure both days were perfect. The venue is beautiful and picturesque as well as the landscaping. The bridal sweet and groomsman suit has every little detail you can think of. The Maddens are a true delight to work with and are as excited for the bride and groom as the parents. We had a wonderful experience with Betsy and Daryl and would highly recommend The Barn at Willow Brook for your wedding day! I could go on and on how wonderful the Maddens and their beautiful venue is.

My wife and I got married at Willow Brook on October 16, 2021 and it was the perfect day! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and the day went so smoothly! The property is tucked away and makes it feel like you're in your own world (despite being right outside of historic Leesburg). We were hoping to be outside, but the rain didn't cooperate, leading to the most beautiful indoor ceremony we could ask for. Betsy and Daryl were amazing and quick to provide solutions and keep our stress levels low. Willow Brook has a wonderful network of vendors that they work with and Betsy helped immensely throughout all stages of searching for vendors and planning. They are very sweet and loving people! The barn is a wonderful mix of elegant and rustic. The bridal and groomsmen suites are very spacious!

My husband and I selected The Barn at Willow Brook SIGHT UNSEEN in April of 2021 for our wedding in October 2021. All of the planning for our Thursday mini wedding was done virtually. The reason that we felt comfortable securing vendors and making deposits was because of Betsy. She went over and beyond to take several calls and spend hours reviewing details and vendors with us. There was never a time that Betsy was not available, and she always accommodated us and any request that we had. The vendors that work with The Barn were responsive and professional. The florist, caterer, photographer, DJ and day of planner all went out of their way to ensure our vision came to life. There is not a single person that did not go above the call of duty to make our day special. It felt like our wedding was the only wedding they had at the time (in a year full of weddings). The Barn at Willow Brook is a very special place. The minute you turn down the dirt road you can feel yourself exhale and you know that everything is right. Betsy and her family welcome each bride, groom, and guest as if you are an extension of their family. The views, immaculate space and kindness that surrounds The Barn is a one-of-a-kind experience.

We got married at The Barn at Willow Brook in October 2021, and I cannot say enough good things about this venue. Not only is the venue absolutely gorgeous, but the owners are so incredibly kind. Every time we visited Willow Brook it felt like home! Betsy and Daryl added so many things since we booked the venue back in 2020. This venue has everything you could ever want for your wedding day. They also let us visit the venue any time we wanted. We felt so welcome and cared for by the Madden family. It is not just another wedding for them; they pay attention to every wedding and make the day so special. We also used Kelly as our coordinator, and she is truly something special. She answered countless questions from me and was so responsive, even though she just had a baby! The day went SO smoothly, and it is because of Kelly and Betsy. We are so grateful for Willow Brook and the owners. I wish we could relive this day over and over again! All of our guests complimented how wonderful the venue is. The Barn At Willow Brook is the perfect venue! We booked WB before the barn was fully built. After viewing a couple of barns in NOVA, we met Betsy and Daryl and had no reservations about booking WB without it even being complete. They are the kindest most thoughtful people we have had the joy of meeting in recent years and know we will stay in touch for years to come. We had to re-book our wedding for a new date because of COVID and these two could not have been more accommodating. The space/venue itself is stunning on a dirt road just outside of charming Leesburg downtown. The barn looks like something out of Chip and Jo's Magnolia Home. Groomsman and bridesmaid suites left nothing to be desired and the scenery speaks for itself. One of my favorite parts about WB other than the fantastic owners was how much is \"included\" in your booking. The barn could easily be just a barn but Betsy and Daryl have invested in pulling out all the stops to make it gorgeous- from greenery on the chandeliers to drapes to soften the ceiling look, this is all stuff you normally would have to purchase separately but I love that they have it. They also provided many tables and wine barrels for decor as well as gorgeous gold chivari chairs. You would be remiss if you did not go visit this venue and meet the WB team!

The landscaping and decor is like something out of Home and Gardens. This venue is the total package! You get a stunning venue, an incredibly kind-hearted family, a gorgeous property, and as much or as little help as you need. I could never possibly imagine getting married at any other location. I remember watching this venue being built and imagining how perfect it would turn out. The property is breathtaking already and the Maddens are constantly making it more beautiful, which I didn’t know was possible. From the very beginning, like the second I met Betsy, she treated our family like we were her own. Everyone goes above and beyond to help make your dream day appear before your eyes. They are so incredibly supportive and appreciate all the little things that help create your magical day. The amazing bridal suite is perfect for all the ladies to get ready in the morning and has plenty of space for hair & make-up. My husband and his groomsmen loved having their separate space at the property and my nephews loved the shuffleboard table. The barn itself is striking and an amazing backdrop for photos. Inside the barn all my guests were able to be comfortable throughout the day and into the night. There is not enough time or space to write how incredible this venue and this family is. They have made my husband and I feel like party of their family. If you are looking to get married here, DO IT. I promise you will not regret it.

The Maddens are definitely people you want to have in your life. They treat your special day as if it’s their own and never make you feel as though you’re asking for too much. Now their venue - I don’t think I’ve ever fallen in love with a place so quickly. All the natural light streaming into the barn could make the rainiest day seem bright. The decor is simple and elegant, but still very impactful. Their bride and groom suites are literally the perfect places to prep for your big day; they have everything you need, the decor is perfect for pictures, and the convenience of being right next to the barn definitely eases stress. My husband and I have already talked about wanting to go back to celebrate future significant events there if they’ll let us. Thank you, Willow Brook, for making our best day so perfect!

First off, I cannot say enough amazing things about Betsy. From the day my husband & I toured to the venue to even weeks after the wedding, she has been there for us. (She even saved our cake top that we forgot and kept it in the fridge, I mean c'mon!!) From helping with vendor suggestions to getting me through COVID, she is an angel from above. She maintained a positive outlook and literally has been available at the drop of a hat, you can tell this is her life's calling. She always was genuine, heartfelt and gave us advice I could never have gotten elsewhere. Her husband (Daryl) & daughter (Kelly) are spectacular additions to her team. Daryl does such a beautiful job maintaining the property and even hung out with me and my dad as we were waiting to walk down the aisle LOL! Kelly has this special presence of calmness and security that makes you feel so cared for and loved. You truly feel like part of the Madden family the second you step on the property. The pictures do not do the venue justice, all my guests were talking about how beautiful our venue was and we're still on cloud 9! From the huge groom's quarters to the girly & stunning bridal suite, it is really so easy to coordinate the actual wedding day having everyone in one location. I cannot recommend WB enough and you really do become part of the family. We are so grateful for the entire team at Willow Brook and feel blessed to have found the perfect venue for our perfect day. We got married at The Barn at Willow Brook in May 2021 on a beautiful Spring day. The barn is so beautiful inside and out and we got plenty of compliments from our guests for the venue. In addition, the groomsmen quarters and the bridal suite were a hit with the whole bridal party. It was so nice having a large and tastefully decorated place for our entire crew to get ready. The boys especially loved the shuffleboard and sauna in their area! In addition, Betsy and her whole family are super sweet and really make you feel part of the Willow Brook family. Betsy was there for you every step of the way and was always happy to give you tips and advice on anything you may need with the crazy wedding planning process. We just got married at The Barn at Willow Brook and it is hands down the most beautiful venue we’ve ever seen! Our guests were in awe as soon as they walked in. Betsy, Daryl, and Kelly made everyone feel so comfortable. They are the nicest people and we are so blessed to have been married at their beautiful Barn. The venue has the most beautiful views, incredible bridal & groom suites, and just a perfectly laid out space for your vendors to work in and your guests to party in!! This place is a dream!!! We HIGHLY recommend The Barn at Willow Brook not only because of how beautiful the grounds are, but also because of how amazingly nice, organized, and professional this family is!

I cannot recommend The Barn at Willow Brook enough! My husband and I toured the venue while it was being built (the structure hadn't even fully gone up yet), and we knew that we had to get married here. Betsy and Daryl had the most incredible vision for the venue, and we quickly realized that they were some of the nicest, most down-to-earth people we've ever met. When the venue was finished, it was FAR BEYOND anything we could have ever imagined! Every single detail in this venue was perfectly thought out, and everything from the bridal suite to the reception space is absolutely stunning! While they have recommended vendors, we were able to hand-pick all of our wedding vendors, which was so important to us in sticking to our budget. The big kicker is that we had to postpone our wedding from July to September because of Covid, and Betsy and Daryl were 1000% accommodating and worked so hard to make this day everything we've ever dreamed of. Betsy and Daryl helped us to have our fairytale wedding, even in the midst of the pandemic. While fellow brides-to-be getting married at different venues were telling me frustrating stories of their venue owners not being accommodating with Covid changes, I was telling them how much support Betsy and Daryl were giving us at Willow Brook and how they were doing everything in their power to give us the perfect rescheduled day. When my original photographer backed out a month prior to the wedding because of Covid, Betsy helped me to find the most incredible photographer right away. Even after the wedding, Betsy has checked in on us to see how we're doing! Being a part of the Willow Brook family was such a blessing, especially during the emotional rollercoaster that was getting married during Covid. Booking Willow Brook as your wedding venue is seriously the best decision you will make in the entirety of your wedding planning!

Of course, it's easy to see that the venue is simply stunning from every aspect, but what really made it stand out is the owners. Betsy and Daryl Madden immediately made us feel like family in helping us create our dream day. It was a no brainer as well to choose their daughter Kelly Prince as our day-of wedding planner; she was absolutely invaluable in the whole planning process. Our wedding morning was stress free thanks to her handling the little details perfectly. Their family has really thought of it all for this venue, and they let us as a couple have so much flexibility in every stage of the planning process. There isn't a single part of the process I would change looking back on our wedding day, and our guests could not stop raving about what a stunning venue we chose! We got married at The Barn at Willow Brook in December 2020 and it was the most magical experience from the planning process all the way through the wedding. Both Betsy and their venue coordinator, Kelly, are incredibly knowledgeable, provided excellent recommendations for other vendors, and were able to answer all of our questions that made us feel so comfortable and stress free. The Willow Brook team went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect, even in light of new COVID restrictions that were announced a couple weeks before our wedding day. To meet the under 25-person limit, they were able to flawlessly execute a split ceremony (that saved our wedding!) to allow for out of town and local guests to celebrate our day. My husband dreamed of an outside ceremony and on a cold and windy Dec day, they made it all possible. The Groom Quarters were perfect to allow us to warm up and relax between pictures and WB was so flexible with the night before, allowing us to host our welcome party for our families that hadn’t had an opportunity to meet prior. The Bridal Suite was the perfect place to get ready and WB even had my favorite coffee creamer ready for me the morning of. Everything came together seamlessly and far exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend WB and are so lucky to be a part of the WB family!

Book this venue for your wedding RIGHT NOW! Betsy and Darryl are the sweetest couple and when we were deciding where to have our wedding, their kindness to our children during our tour of Barn at Willow Brook sold us on this location. Betsy constantly reached out in the over a yearlong planning process and made us feel so special on the day of our wedding. She is so flexible with everything and it made our day so easy! It is clear that this couple truly loves what they do! The venue is just amazing! The barn is gorgeous inside and though we only ended up having 45 guests (thanks, COVID), it would be perfect for a larger wedding too. The venue has some permanent decorations which helped us to go really minimalistic on our florals and decor. They are also one of the only barns in the area with both climate control AND indoor restrooms which was another big selling point for us. The getting-ready areas are gorgeous and comfortable. There are many different options for ceremony locations and your photographer is going to LOVE the property. Let's talk about the fire pit and the fountain, GOSH they really thought of everything. You really get what you pay for here .

This is truly a wonderful wedding venue! The barn is stunning, the grounds are gorgeous, but what you can't see from the photos is the amazing support and love you will get from the Madden family when you become part of the Willow Brook family. We picked the microwedding package and it was perfect for us. Betsy and Kelly guided us and helped us plan and execute a gorgeous wedding in 6 weeks. We couldn't have done it without them. Then, on the day of the wedding it rained, so everything needed to be moved inside....and the Madden family took care of everything before we even realized what needed to be done. We can't thank them enough and we can't say enough good things about them and the beautiful Barn at Willow Brook!!

The vision this family had has been completely brought to life and more. When we were planning our wedding, having vendors that I connected with and could trust was my top priority. Not only are Betsy, Daryl and Kelly the sweetest, most caring people, they're also extremely professional and accommodating. They make sure that the planning process from booking, to executing your wedding or event goes SO smoothly!We booked the venue when it was still all 2x4s and dirt, but from the very first tour Betsy and the team made sure that we were able to see and share their vision. They did NOT disappoint. The barn and farmhouse are beautiful, clean and timeless. The black and white exterior with wooden finish inside, not to mention their beautiful modern farmhouse with the groomsmen and bridal suites, are absolutely beautiful. The girls suite and guy's suite has everything you could need, and the team at Willowbrook also does everything in their power to make sure your day runs smoothly.Day of and before the wedding, Kelly was an absolute dream to work with. She assisted me in planning my timeline and coordinated all of the production times with my vendors so I didn't have to worry about any of it. Day of she was my go-to gal and she did everything she could to make the day run smoothly (and it did!!!).As I said, we truly can not say enough amazing things about TBAWB. I wish we could re-live our day over and over again, mostly because this team was so awesome to work with. We planned our wedding there but also gained some sweet friends!

The Barn at Willow Brook is all you could ever hope to find in a wedding venue and more! It's located in an accessible area yet feels remote due to its beautiful and unobstructed surroundings, something I find incredibly rare in the constant construction site that is NOVA. The owners of the venue, Betsy and Daryl, are an even rarer quality of people than the venue itself. Betsy and Daryl make sure every couple that walks in to Willow Brook feels like their wedding date is their top priority. My fiancee and I went to an open house they hosted back in February and it was amazing watching them go from each couple and have genuine interactions with them, not just repeat a sales pitch to try and have couples come. My fiancee and I can't wait to get married here!!

We cannot even begin to explain how wonderful our experience was with The Barn at Willow Brook. From the very beginning of the first venue visit, you are welcomed in as family and given the care and consideration that any couple would dream of. Betsy and her family are incredibly thoughtful and helpful with every step of the process. Whether you need vendor recommendations or feedback on your design vision, they are there to help. The location is convenient to downtown Leesburg and the venue is in pristine condition. They offered a variety of table and chair options including beautifully made farmhouse tables, and the venue is beautifully lit with twinkle lights and spectacular chandeliers. Every aspect and detail of this venue was taken into consideration when designing it and it truly shows. We love this family and this venue and highly recommend to any future brides and/or grooms!

Absolutely the best venue in every way possible! I booked this venue when it was still heavily under construction, but could tell it was going to be something great; aside from the barn, there is a house adjacent to the barn the has a floor for the groomsman and the top floor is for the brides and bridesmaids - it's so perfect, you'll want to live there yourself. The barn itself is beautiful and a canvas to bring whatever vision you have to life. The whole experience from signing on the dotted line to getting married was seamless and made so much by Betsy and Daryl. Planning a wedding can be stressful enough, especially with a pandemic. Betsy and Daryl did literally everything possible to make sure we got to have a perfect wedding - whether it was helping us come up with ideas, connecting us with A-team vendors, or mental support with planning a wedding during a pandemic, they are truly amazing and definitely the two people you want with you every step of the way when planning! Cannot recommend The Barn at Willow Brook more - it's the venue that actually has it all!

Oh my gosh what can I even say about Willow Brook?! We found Willow Brook in May 2019 before it was even done being built. Betsy and Daryl were SO incredibly friendly and shared their plans for the barn with us. We were instantly hooked and booked our wedding right then! I mean how could you turn down such a GORGEOUS venue with every little detail thought out so well, and the cutest/best bridal suite and groom's quarters we had ever seen! Fast forward to March 2020 and COVID hits. We end up having to postpone our May 23rd wedding to September 13th. We were devastated but Betsy and Daryl were so incredibly supportive and helpful through it all! They got us another date and helped us with anything we needed! I heard nightmares about other vendors handling COVID so terribly. I am SO glad we had Willow Brook in our corner! We didn't get to stay the weekend like we originally planned, but Willow Brook refunded us the difference, made sure we could get into the barn super early, and even let us drop off decorations a few days before! We hired Kelly as our coordinator, and I personally must have emailed her over 100 times, and she was extremely kind and helpful every single time! I could not have done my wedding without her! Seriously if you book them- book her too! You won't regret it! We grew so close to the Willow Brook family that we even invited Betsy and Daryl to join us at our wedding! Our day went absolutely perfectly. Kelly handled every single detail flawlessly and Betsy and Daryl felt like part of our family. I will forever be grateful to Willow Brook for helping me to have the wedding of my dreams, even during a pandemic. BOOK THEM. You will NOT be disappointed!!!

OK, buckle up because this GLOWING review is about to tell-all. The Barn at Willow Brook is one of the most stunning venues I have ever been in. It is the perfect rustic and romantic setting with modern amenities that keep it comfortable and beautiful. There are so many gorgeous views and opportunities for endless photos. The bridal suite and groom's quarters are unlike anything I've ever seen and help bring your dream day to the next level. As if the aesthetics aren't enough on their own, the owners Betsy and Daryl Madden are some of the most kind-hearted, genuine people I have ever known. I should know, I married their son. To back up, when Ryan Madden and I first got engaged, talk about the barn had just started a couple of months prior (we like to joke it was a convenient push for Ryan to propose). I remember after the proposal, Betsy pulled us aside and said \"I'm so excited, but please don't feel like you have to get married at our barn if that's not your dream\". That's how dedicated to perfecting your wedding day Betsy is - she sought out to create this dream venue for couples because she loves love. Without even knowing what it would look like, we were in from the beginning just based on the love and care we knew would be put into it.Fast forward and holy cow, I knew it would be lovely (The Madden family is incredibly talented and each has an eye for detail) but HOLY COW, this place was unreal. All I can say is the beauty they crafted is a reflection of the love they poured into it.When COVID-19 hit, we were one of the many couples put into a tough position of trying to navigate replanning our wedding day. In the end, we decided to cut back and plan a micro wedding and it honestly was the most perfect day either of us could have imagined. The Barn was the perfect backdrop and made it still feel like the day we had planned. We live-streamed our ceremony to include loved ones safely. Shoutout to Kelly, who at the last minute stepped up to help coordinate WHILE being my bridesmaid. She's the real MVP and she'll help make your day run SO smoothly. Having gone through the ups and downs of planning during a pandemic, I can confidently say our wedding day was perfect for us and I wouldn't change a thing. Like many other bride and grooms, my fiancé and I had to make the tough decision to postpone our big wedding to June of 2021 due to COVID-19. Despite the change in the plans, we were still eager to get married in 2020, even if it was just with our immediate family. We were fortunate enough to learn about the Barn at Willow Brook, where all our mini wedding dreams would come true! The property was absolutely beautiful, providing endless backdrops for our photos. The elegant rustic setting includes a perfect layout for any small (or big!) celebration. Even though we had plenty of room for safe and social distancing, Betsy designed the space to feel intimate and special. Florals are always an added bonus, but you don’t need much for a space this breathtaking! We’ve toured many barns and it’s not often you’ll find one that’s pre-decorated with draping and twinkle lights. We also couldn’t get enough of the dedicated bridal and groom suites – the perfect touch for getting ready before walking down the aisle. Even though our wedding day didn’t go as initially planned, we couldn’t be happier with our decision to have a smaller wedding at the Barn at Willow Brook. Thank you Betsy and Daryl!

I can't say enough about Betsy! She is AWESOME! At a time when the world is in chaos because of COVID and wedding planning is as stressful as it can get, Betsy was a lifesaver. She was very responsive to calls and emails and extremely generous in the level of service she provided. Working with her made my day everything I had imagined. The process was so easy and convenient. No complaints at all. The venue is stunning - inside and out! Very little decor needs to be brought in because the venue shows well on its own. I don’t have enough wonderful things to say about the Barn at Willow Brook. We toured this venue before the barn construction was complete and fell in love with the property. The owners Betsy and Daryl made sure we had everything we needed during the planning process and helped connect us with amazing wedding vendors when we needed resources. They are so devoted to their couples and went above and beyond to support us from the day we booked. The barn includes a spacious loft, fire pit area and beautifuly decorated bridal and grooms suites on site. We also loved how rustic the barn felt while still being so convenient to Leesburg hotels and other ameneties for guests. Even when the COVID outbreak hit, they went above and beyond as venue owners to ensure we would be happy on our big day. As a bride I know that choosing a venue is such a huge part of wedding planning and it was the best decision my fiancé and I made. Book Willow Brook, you won’t regret it!

I absolutely love The Barn at Willow Brook and the Madden family. I actually stumbled across Willow Brook when they had just put up their website and were still under construction (July). I had researched TONS of and visited a lot of venues. Willow Brook's offerings were amazing. They have various packages (weekend with onsite stay, weekend, day only), tables and chairs being included, the space with indoor restrooms (ADA compliant too!), a coat room, indoor stairs for their loft area, and they have a gorgeous bride *and* groom suite. Honestly, they have things I didn't even think or realize would be important until I was walking the space.The first time I saw the venue (August), it wasn't even completed yet but I immediately knew it was where I'd want to get married. I came back with my fiancé just a couple days after all construction and final touches were completed (late September) and he fell in love with the space as well.Most venues do require a day of coordinator and Willow Brook is one of them. Betsy and Daryl's daughter Kelly offers her services for day of at a more affordable price than most. We are still 10 months away from our wedding (December) and we love the open communication that we have Betsy and Kelly. They are both SO incredibly sweet and helpful. I was initially nervous that so much time would pass and then when it would get to crunch time it would be like meeting again for the first time. This is absolutely not the case with them. They truly care about every couple they work with and form real and genuine relationships.I can't recommend Barn at Willow Brook enough! And if it helps, my mom is the complete opposite of Justin Bieber's - she loves Willow Brook and usually hates everyone (ha!) - so that alone should be a sign of how great and wonderful they are.

Our wedding exceeded our every expectation. From the first tie we visited Willow Brooke, we were put at ease yet also energized. Betsy, Darryl, and Kelly were responsive, caring, and flexible throughout the craziness of planning. We never felt like a burden. Everything ran so smoothly during our wedding day so we were able to have the most incredible day celebrating. We are so thankful we were able to share it with them. They helped bring us joy and appreciation we will carry with us for our entire lives.

Where do I even begin! Everything about The Barn at Willow Brook is absolutely amazing. Not only is the venue stunning, the owners are so sweet and personable. I can not tell you enough how very welcoming they are - you will instantly feel part of the family.The barn itself is nothing short of breathtaking. The tall ceilings, open beams, and large windows are just gorgeous. It looks like a barn designed by Joanna Gaines herself. The farmhouse has the most incredible getting ready spaces for both the bride and the groom. Each area is private, spacious, and beautifully decorated. You'll walk in and never want to leave. If you are looking for a charming, farmhouse venue with incredible views and even more incredible owners - look no further, you've found your dream and your wedding day is sure to be one for the books, guaranteed.

We can’t put into words how perfect my sister’s wedding was at the Barn at Willow Brook. We first visited this site when there was nothing but dirt on the ground but was greeted by the most loving couple, Betsy and Daryl which made us love their vision for this beautiful barn more than ever. From day one they were helpful with any and every question my family had, and were so punctual whether it be by email, text or phone. They did everything they could to ensure that my sister’s vision of her perfect day came true. They allowed us to visit as many times we needed to see the progress of the barn from start to finish. The final product was even more perfect than we could’ve ever imagined. We highly recommend not only this venue but their daughter Kelly as the coordinator too. She provided us with a detailed outline over night, was so loving and caring, and made sure everything (including the photo booth) ran smoothly. This place is more than a venue, they made us feel like family. Thank you to Daryl and Betsy for having this vision, making it come to life, going above and beyond, and helping us have the most perfect wedding for my sister Emily and her now husband Stephan! We love you guys!

We had our wedding at the Barn just a couple of weeks ago! It was an absolute dream come true for my hubby and I! We loved that it is a family owned venue and Betsy and her family cared so much about us- you could just tell by how excited they were for us and for our big day! During the prep and planning process leading up to the wedding, Betsy was consistently checking in with us to see how we were doing and if we needed any help with anything! She and her family took a true genuine interest in us and we felt right at home! Everything is brand new here and absolutely gorgeous! Both the groom's and bridal suites are decorated just like pottery barn magazine-so beautiful! We loved getting ready here and Kelly, their daughter, was our on-site coordinator and she did a phenomenal job with helping us get through the day with such ease so that we could really enjoy it! I would highly recommend the Willow Brook barn to any couple who is looking to have a stunning, take-your-breath away wedding!! Thank you Willow Brook family for making this a beautiful day that we will always remember!!

Your servant's heart during the event is so endearing and genuine that you make everyone feel like you are only taking care of them. Lastly, Kelly Prince. Thank you for being so supportive during the day so that we could stay on time and allow every guest to have the best experience. Spectacular night at a remarkable location! The family and staff were incredible at each step along the way. The barn comes with some furniture you are able to use which really helped with our planning and decorating. 💍The Barn at Willow Brook, the best venue in the heart of wine country in Northern Virginia.We were the first couple who got married there AND I need to say we were honored and the wedding was more than perfect.James and I are in the military, and we had three months to plan the wedding and get married while he is gone for training in Georgia. So pretty much it was just me planning the wedding. Finding the venue was hard, and we almost gave up on our dream wedding and did the court. However, right before we give up, we decided to pray to God and call the venues that were left on our list. That's when Betsy from WB answered, and within the 3 mins of our conversation, we knew WB is where we wanted to get married.We booked a tour, met Betsy, and we fall in love with her personality, vision, enthusiasm, and support. (This was way before the barn is completed. 😂)Soon, I had to send James off to the training and start the wedding prep by myself. It was a long and harsh battle, and I could have a meltdown, to be honest. (Y'all probably know how hard wedding prep is haha)I couldn't do it by myself, but Betsy, Daryl, and Kelly were not just the wedding venue staff, but they also were very caring and helpful for beyond you could imagine. Betsy checked up on me almost every day to made sure I'm doing well and prayed for us. Daryl, worked so hard, so the venue is completed by the time of our wedding, and Kelly, who was my coordinator and now a best friend, provided me with so many resources and ran the entire floor during the day of the wedding.Yes, the barn is beautiful, and I think everyone should get married here not only because of the beauty of the venue but because the Willow Brook family actually cares about you and your future spouse's well being and want to provide the dream wedding day of yours.Because of their help, when my husband came back for his personal Mission, \"Right Time, Right Place, in Right Uniform\" from the training, we had more than a perfect wedding at The Barn At Willow Brook. Many of our guests said the best wedding they've been so far. We were blessed, had fun, and happy to get married there with the guests whom we care about.Madden's family is not just one of the vendors we worked with for the wedding, but they were and are our friends and the family.I'd like to express my gratitude to God for crossing our path with theirs.🙏Thank you Willow Brook for making our dream wedding come true.

The story of Willow Brook started years ago as we went through the wedding planning process with our daughter. In the midst of all the excitement, we were frustrated. We knew the wedding we wanted to craft, but our hands were tied with recommended vendors, add-ons, added fees and rigid timelines. We wondered, Is there a way to get rid of the hoops and extras and just plan the wedding we wanted? Since we couldn't find a solution, we set out to create it!
