Book your wedding now at The Barn on Unity Farm
Located in Princeton, WV. Our barn is climate controlled & ADA compliant. We provide a bridal suite with powder room, groom’s room, caterer prep kitchen & large ceremony / reception area & outdoor patio. Indoor occupancy 175. Several outdoor ceremony options & covered pavilion. We offer a Saturday or Sunday venue package. Both packages include use of the property for engagement pictures, rehearsal, ceremony & reception. We provide use of props, decorations, tables, chairs & linens FREE of charge! Our pricing is upfront with no upcharges or add on fees! All of our extra’s are included for FREE! We require 25% down to book your date, followed by a monthly payment plan with the total balance due 60 days prior to your venue date. Elopement package to be added soon!

I can not say enough good things about the Bran on Unity Farm! Mike and Delta are so so sweet and extremely helpful. They were always quick to answer any questions we might have and just truly great to work with. The venue is gorgeous with all of the twinkling lights you could ever want. The bridal suite is pretty, spacious, and perfect for all of your bridal party to get ready in!

Delta & Mike was the glue to our big day, without them it just wouldn’t have been possible. The barn was absolutely amazing. Not only do they provide a beautiful venue, but they provide just about any theme of decorations you could want, and all tables and chairs were included. Let’s not forget the amazing bridal suite along with the grooms suite. They became more than a vendor they became family… throughout the whole year of planning they was there to help out with anything we needed. They also checked in all day on our big day to see if there was anything we needed help with then and was there for the emotional support too. I would recommend this venue over and over you will not regret it!!!

The Barn on Unity Farm is the most amazing, faithful, and loving place to get married. Mike and Delta (the owners) were not just people we did business with, but rather, they are family. God put us together with them to have more support for the unity of our marriage. They are so easy to talk to. They will help with anything and everything. I loved how they were a faith based company as my relationship with Jesus is number 1 in my life. The day of the wedding was a dream come true. This place is just as beautiful as it is functional. You will deal directly with the owners who are very friendly and professional. Your wedding photography and videography will look amazing from this place. They even have outdoor facilities with a dance floor, too. It still has the \"new\" building smell.

As I sit here and write this tears stream down my face. This place is everything and I mean EVERYTHING I’ve ever dreamed of. The pictures do not even do this venue justice. Mike and Delta!! Omg Mike and Delta. These two will always share such a special place in my heart. They went above and beyond to make our wedding day a dream come true. Booking with them at the unity barn was the best decision. Every second of the day went perfect. Mike and Delta didn’t just look out for the bride and groom. They personally went around and met our family members and welcomed them in. It was like they had always been in our lives. And they always will be ❤️

Where to start? I’m going to try to keep this short and sweet because I could literally write a book about how wonderful Mike and Delta are. From the day I booked The Unity Barn, Delta was always available to answer any questions I had. My wedding was originally in May 2020, but the corona virus hit hard around March and caused me to have to postpone my May wedding. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, but having to plan it for a second time - no bride should have to do that, but a lot of us had to because of corona. I messaged Delta through tears about rescheduling my wedding. She immediately started giving me new dates and eased my stress with words of comfort. We chose the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. I was scared because my wedding was originally on a Saturday and a Sunday wedding meant we only had Sunday to do it all essentially, but it was perfect. My wedding was a magical fairytale. The only thing I was missing was the white horse to ride off into the sunset. Mike picked flowers for me the morning of my wedding and they were both on site all day ready and willing to answer any questions and provide a helping hand. Mike and Delta were just so wonderful and we will never stop reliving our magical day.

This place is AMAZING!! Would get married here everyday if I could. Delta and Mike are the best people ever and make you feel like family. It was so hard for me to leave after the wedding because I loved it so much!! They are so kind and so hard working. My wedding was a dream come true. I recommend anyone getting married to get married here. I love Mike and Delta and hope that their venue just keeps growing.

Such a fantastic place to have a wedding! The owners of the venue, Mike and Delta, go above and beyond to make sure everything is so perfect for your day. Everything was absolutely beautiful, and my whole day was made as stress free as possible with all of their willingness to help get everything perfect. You get the venue for three days and they were there all three days to help set up anything. They also do all of the cleaning up which is so helpful and thoughtful. I highly recommend this venue to anyone.

Such a fantastic place to have a wedding! The owners of the venue, Mike and Delta, go above and beyond to make sure everything is so perfect for your day. Everything was absolutely beautiful, and my whole day was made as stress free as possible with all of their willingness to help get everything perfect. You get the venue for three days and they were there all three days to help set up anything. They also do all of the cleaning up which is so helpful and thoughtful. I highly recommend this venue to anyone.

I couldn't have picked a better venue to get married at! Mike and Delta are the heart and soul of this charming place! They go above and beyond to make this place feel like home! Every venue I looked at was missing something! Mike and Delta have truly thought of it all!! It's a bride's total package!! You literately show up to marry the man of your dreams and don't have to worry about anything else! My wedding day was a dream come true! Trust me when I say it is the owners goal to make sure your day is as perfect as possible! From helping me with decorations to riding me around on the side by side for my pictures, Mike and Delta put the Bride and Groom first! I cannot recommend this beautiful place enough!❤️

I can not say enough about Delta and Mike and their wonderful venue! Delta and Mike are fantastic to work with! Anything we needed, they were able to help with, be it ideas, suggestions or physical things that were needed to make my daughter and son-in-law's day perfect! The price includes many things that other venues don't offer! ie: chairs, tables, linens, decorations... ALL included! We didn't have to work with rental companies for anything!! I have tried to write this review several times and I don’t know how to put into words to describe my wedding. It’s clique to put that it was everything I could have ever dreamed but it was everything and more. The barn is so beautiful and so are all of the decorations but they are just things. The true heart of this venue are the owners Delta and Mike. My father in law had a medical scare 10 minutes before the ceremony began. It was hot and he passed out. Delta and Mike were so calm and reassuring to the family and guests. EMS staff were on the scene and in the midst all the stress and worry, Delta and Mike notified everyone that there would be a slight delay. My father in law came around and he was able to stay for wedding. Delta and Mike constantly checked on him throughout the night. If you are skeptical about a big wedding, or booking a venue, this is your sign!!! They are so awesome and act like family. This venue is absolutely beautiful, spacious and conveniently located close to home. It is handicap accessible and they are accommodating for guests that are unable to walk to the venue from the parking. They place signs out to help guests find the venue as well. The bridal suite to get ready in is AMAZING. Mike even picked me a bouquet of wild flowers on the wedding day. I could not put a price on the memories that we made. We are forever grateful.

Could not have chosen a better venue or better owners to work with. They truly do care about you and your wedding and want it to be as stress free as possible.Here is a list of things that made it amazing:1. You get Thursday and Friday all day to set up for your wedding if you are getting married on a Saturday. We got the barn measurements from Delta and were able to figure out the table set up before we even got there. This resulted in us basically being done with the venue set up on Thursday! Which needless to say was a huge relief. All the decorations are in the venue so you literally just pick and choose what you like!2. Delta is super easy to get ahold of and responded to all our questions promptly! This made logistics much easier as well. She is also SUPER sweet and encouraging to the bride.3. Mike was extremely helpful during the setup process, even coming to me (the bride) with ideas! He is very handy and really makes the wedding custom to each bride. He was always around when we needed him and was very accommodating. He even helped my now husband wash my dog after she rolled in mud outside! Just a genuinely kind guy. And fun to work with as well!4. They clean up all the decorations and tables after you leave, which is a huge stress relief for the parents/anyone who stays to help afterwards. Only thing you have to take care of is trash!5. They are very up front with the pricing and the price is well worth it for what you get. I had been to a lot of wedding venues for mine and some friends weddings and this was definitely the best deal for the amount of people we wanted to have. Pretty much all other venues we looked at had extra fees for tables, chairs, linens, catering, etc. Not the Barn on Unity Farm! It's one set price and everything you could want is included.Overall, Mike and Delta are amazing and will help you achieve your dream wedding. Even if I could go back (now that our wedding is over), I would 100% choose this venue again. In fact, I probably wouldn't have bothered to visit any other venues. For those of you who like the bottom line:YOU SHOULD GET MARRIED HERE

Mike & Delta Atkinson (Owner) The idea of The Barn on Unity Farm came about in 2016 when our daughter got engaged. We couldn’t find a local venue that fit our wants, needs & budget for her BIG day! This is where our journey begins... we provide a gorgeous custom built barn surrounded by 100 acres of beauty! We try to set ourselves apart from most venues in the area, we want to reduce the stress of planning for your wedding by providing 3 full days to decorate, rehearse & celebrate! We allow you to use our props, decorations, chairs, tables & linens for FREE! We pray that our dream will become your fairytale wedding venue!
