The Bayview is a Waterfront Wedding Reception venue located on the South Shore of Freeport, NY. Our team specializes in nuptial affairs, and works to make your unique celebration one to remember. This location is ideal for couples that want to be surrounded by an abundance of nautical water views and classic elegance. Located on the picturesque Nautical Mile, The Bayview rests right along the relaxing South Shore, giving happy couples a peaceful atmosphere. It features three levels of space , including a rooftop of breathtaking views, each showing off a nautical elegance for your special day. The team caters to only one wedding at a time, to ensure your vision gets the attention it deserves. With their specialty in romance, the staff treats soon-to-be-weds with the utmost care, and works to make sure their needs are fully met. You and up to 300 guests can be seated for a classic ceremony and reception, either inside the ballroom or on the open-air rooftop. The main reception venue features minimalist décor and sleek architecture, and is surrounded with large windows giving a panoramic view of the bay. Service staff, event coordinators, and bartenders will be ready to help your schedule go smoothly. In addition, your hors d'oeuvres and customized reception menu will be created by our experienced chefs. Along with their menu of mouth-watering dishes, you will be free to give any special requests to make your big day unforgettable.

I cannot say enough positive things about the Bayview. You can see for yourself that it is an absolutely gorgeous place to get married / have your reception. The view is spectacular. The interior is stunning. What you can’t see by looking at the pictures or driving past the venue is the team that works inside and makes everything come together. Maggie, Lauren, Julia, Ashley our bridal attendant, Jackie, John, and the rest of the team make you feel so at home every step of the way. They think of everything and walk you through the process. They are always available and always willing to help. They made our wedding perfect for us. You will not regret booking the Bayview for your next event. You even might get a new extended family on top of it!

The Bayview was one of the best experiences I had ever planning this event.From the moment we walked in the professionalism was the first thing we noticed. The room we choose out of many available rooms was exactly what I was looking for and then some. Every meeting and inquiry and last minute issues was handled efficiently and gracefully. The event went off without a hitch. The food, drink and service was amazing. We would highly recommend this venue for any event.

We absolutely loved our May wedding at the Bayview on the Water. We had a beautiful day which allowed us to utilize the rooftop for the ceremony. The cocktail hour was amazing ( partially inside and outside) making use of the Veranda room and outdoor space. Our reception was in the ballroom. The guests could not stop raving about how beautiful the venue was. The food was delicious and prepared to a custom made menu by chef Chris. We were in constant contact with Donna and other staff during the planning stages of the wedding. They aimed to accommodate all of our special requests and delivered an unforgettable party. People have not stopped talking about it. I highly recommend this gorgeous venue for your upcoming event. You will find nothing like it on Long Island.

Truly A Hidden Gem! From the first phone call with Lauren, I was welcomed like I was part of the family. I had my heart set on a Saturday Night Summer Wedding on the water and I am so happy that I found it available, this year! I met with Donna who took the time to show me and my fiancé around and answered all of our questions. The lobby and the Grand Ballroom are breathtaking. The water views are from every angle and will look amazing in my pictures. Such a load taken off my shoulders.... Now I can start planning!

Cannot wait to get married here next year!The Bayview has been a blessing after what me and my fiancé have been through with canceling our wedding this year due to the Pandemic. Our previous venue did not want to give us any of our payments back and was super difficult. After this experience we decided to find a completely different type of venue and we are so glad we did. The Bayview is a million times better than our old venue and the service is exceptional. Our Sales manager Debbie Giasemis was warm and inviting from the very beginning. She listened to all of our ideas even the silly ones and suggested some fun ideas of her own. She made sure she understood our vision and goals and gave us the best options to achieve them. She has a vendor contact for literally anything you may need and so far all of her recommendations has been excellent. The venue itself is gorgeous, the view of the bay is stunning and they maintain the space beautifully. Debbie even gave us a special deal they are promoting with an extra 1/2 hour of open bar with our liquor package. As tough as this year has been we are so excited for 2021 and we owe a big part of that to the Bayview and Debbie!

Last week I had the pleasure of meeting Debbie whom gave me a site visit of this spectacular venue. The banquet hall is stunning! It's a grand space with coffered ceiling, modern/chic light fixtures and large dance floor. My fiancé and I have visited several venues in Long Island and found many of them to be old with outdated fixtures, it is clear that the Bayview is newly renovated and glamorous. Another pro that made this venue standout from others we previously visited is the fact that our wedding would be the only wedding taking place for the day, unlike the many venues that host several weddings at the same time. I like the idea of exclusivity for me and my guests. The best part of the site visit was by far the breathtaking panoramic open bay view. I can imagine the amazing shots our photographer will effortlessly capture with such a outstanding backdrop. I also want to note that the sales rep Debbie was amazing. She was very personable, and genuinely wanted our needs to be met. She made great suggestions to take our wedding to the next level. She even recommended vendors we could use for services we need for our special day. We had an instant chemistry with Debbie and could tell working with her would be a pleasure. The combination of all these things made us book right on the spot! I'm so excited to have my wedding here next year and would highly recommend to any brides searching for a remarkable venue with super efficient staff.

The Bayview is truly going to be a wonderful venue for my wedding! Absolutely a beautiful venue. Right on the water with great and relaxing views.I'm working with Debbie during this planning process every email and phone call has been answered timely manner. I can't wait for my wedding in April 2021.
