The Beach Club Estate is a picturesque waterfront wedding venue located on Lake Ronkonkoma, NY. This scenic space sits on Long Island's largest lake, providing a naturally beautiful backdrop to your special day. Here, you can exchange vows as the sunsets over the water for an unforgettable celebration of your love. The Beach Club Estate and welcomes to-be-weds to have a soiree to treasure for years to come. The venue hosts just one wedding at a time, ensuring that each couple has the space to themselves. With stunning beachfront views, this estate sets the scene for a memorable ceremony and reception. The grounds also offer countless breathtaking backdrops for your wedding photos. The Beach Club Estate has both indoor and outdoor event spaces where you can host your milestone celebrations. Luis Rios, MaitreD Matt, Captain Vicky, Bridal AttendantI had the pleasure of working with this team in my capacity of wedding coordinator for a wonderful couple.Vicky was super attentive tending to all needs, including outside of the wedding party. The bridal suite was set up to spec, and all of her added touches from the bathroom toiletries to the room fragrance did not go unnoticed. She made sure every aspect of the bridal experience was top notch and also aided in setup for the ceremony and reception. Great personality and genuine demeanor. Luis did an amazing job partnering with me to keep the program running smoothly from start to finish. He remained flexible as I ensured the wedding couple's vision was executed and, in turn, made sure the staff was always fully informed of what was happening next. His attentiveness helped to avoid confusion and ensured everything happened in a timely fashion. An awesome leader. Matt made sure all the food was tasty, aestically pleasing, and properly tempered. Every single plate was cleaned by the guests, and seconds had. The sign of a great meal is that there are no leftovers and no murmurings. With happy people and full bellys, the guests enthustically danced the night away! These 3 leaders in addition to all on their staff made the wedding experience for the couple and their guests a first class experience. 👏🏾

Vicky was my bridal attendant at my wedding at Beach club Estates on October 23, 2023. She was absolutely a phenomenal bridal attendant. She made sure I had everything that I needed, did everything I was supposed to and kept me on track. I’m so happy I was able to meet her and have her as my attendant. They were so detailed, informative , and organized. They truly made my day so special. All the staff was so attentive, friendly and helpful it made me feel a part of a family. What really stood out to me was my bridal attendant Vicky. We would honestly give it 10 stars if we could. The venue is beautiful, but the staff really made our wedding the most special day! Toni was an outstanding bride attendant to us both, always there offering help and taking amazing pictures of us. From booking to our wedding day, they are extremely warm and caring 🥰 I recommend the package since the photographer, videographer, dj and florist were more than helpful. Food and drinks were amazing and always coming and we got so many compliments from our guests about the wedding, the food and the amazing piña coladas 🎉🎉

We would honestly give it 10 stars if we could. The venue is beautiful, but the staff really made our wedding the most special day! Toni was an outstanding bride attendant to us both, always there offering help and taking amazing pictures of us. This place is amazing!! It has rustic charm, lake views, beach themes, and a great staff. Luis our Maitre'D, Felix our Captain, and the most gracious Bridal Attendant Toni, made our visions come to life. Great service, outstanding food, and accolades from every guest. We choose Events Unlimited for our services and we're so happy with the seamless integration between the Beach Club Estate and the florist, DJ, the photographer and videographer, and the limo service. A big thank you to Kress, Jacob, Joey & Mike. The in-house bakery supplied the perfect wedding cake. This amazing team compliments an outstanding venue.

My husband and I were Recently married at Beach club Estate. To be quite frank, we made a terrible mistake choosing this venue. Our biggest selling point for choosing Beach Club was the view and the packages they provided. Unfortunately, the weather on the day of our wedding was less than optimal. We came to terms with the weather, but the venue really dropped the ball. I understand unpredictable weather, but the venue did not seem prepared for rain, which is quite surprising for a business that has been around so long!! As a bride, I was already anxious and stressed for the day ahead. While I was getting ready with my bridesmaids, I was getting phone calls from the venue about what arrangements should be made due to the weather. All while I'm getting my MAKEUP DONE AND TAKING PHOTOS!! I am honestly just really disappointed with the way they do business. When I arrived at the venue and was preparing with my bridal party to walk down the aisle, several staff members were telling me \"Bill double booked\" and \"the party before you was very upset\". I really tried to keep my composure and just make the best of things. I am just thankful for our amazing guests who helped my husband and I to look past the many issues to enjoy our night. I would recommend this venue to anyone. There are so many more beautiful places on long island with better quality and are much better managed. I do hope people have a better experience than we did, but I would suggest you look elsewhere!

We decided to celebrate our marriage at the Beach Club Estate - they had an in-house planner and some other vendors they were affiliated with: in-house baker, photographer, attire for both bridal parties, florist, and makeup. Their venue is an old historic site at the side of as beautiful lakes. The staff was kind, conscientious, and communicate well with us all our needs were met and tended to. The food was well prepared and displayed perfectly, this was ideal place for our small (60 people) wedding. Thank you for all your help and making our day so special!

Wow, wow, wow! We were completely blown away. Our wedding was GORGEOUS, the staff was AMAZING and the food was DELICIOUS!!! We were so lucky that the BCE was able to accomodate our request to have the entire wedding outdoors. It was simply gorgeous being on the lake all night. The views were breathtaking and we heard from so many guests that is was one of the best weddings they had ever been to.When I first arrived, I gasped at how beautiful everything looked. Vicky, my bridal attendant, could not have been more solicitous or helpful. And the wonderful Maitre'D kept everything running smoothly.I highly recommend adding on the Ice Cream Sundae Bar for dessert -- it was a big hit! Everything we wanted, from the signature cocktail to the chapel configuration to the food was done to perfection. We feel so grateful and lucky that we chose the Beach Club Estate. We hope we get invited to another wedding here so we can experience it as a guest. Huge thank you to the entire staff for giving us such a magical wedding.

My wife and I recently celebrated our wedding reception at Beach Club Estate on Lake Ronkonkoma with 70 guests. The venue speaks for itself. However, the level of hospitality also spoke for itself. The staff was inconsiderate and rude to my guests and to each other. My guests heard multiple remarks made by the “Captain” Ken about a lack of tip, which was asked for one week before the day. My wife and I gave half then with every intention of giving the other half at the end of the night. After hearing multiple stories from my guests (one such story including a staff member throwing a plate off the table after a guest of mine took a cannoli from it), witnessing him berate his staff and my guests in plain sight, him being flat-out rude to my elderly friends and family, and not receiving everything we were promised in our contract (e.g., International Coffee Station and Signature drinks) we didn’t feel that was necessary. Afterwards we also heard stories from our vendors of the staffs’ unwillingness to work with them. Specifically, our photo booth vendor which asked them multiple times for an outlet to plug in another light or to raise the level of the lights by the photo booth. He was blown off each time. The result was that those photos came out darker than expected. After confronting Bill Fello (the banquet manager) with these accounts, he took ZERO accountability for his staff and offered no remorse for any of their actions. I will not be recommending this venue to any friends or family based off these accounts. If you find that this venue fits the bill for you, I recommend that you tip the staff at the end after experiencing the hospitality of those that are assigned to your event.

My fiancé and I recently sat down with Michael from Windows On the Lake/The Beach Club Estate to discuss our future wedding plans. We first looked at Windows on the Lake, but after discussing what we wanted, he suggested we look at The Beach Club Estate, as he felt we might be happier there. He made space in his schedule the next day for us to view the other venue. We found it a perfect fit for what we wanted. Michael was attentive to every detail and his foremost concern was that we find the perfect place to get married and have the celebration to follow. We couldn’t ask for a better banquet manager and look forward to having our wedding at The Beach Club Estate next year! Thanks again Michael and team for a wonderful experience!

Michael was fantastic to work with. He’s especially great planning same-sex weddings and ceremonies. While we didn’t end up going with this venue, Michael really sold it and was willing to work with us on everything. As far as venue goes, the outside is beautiful with a nice view of the lake. My fiance and I just had a meeting with Michael to discuss using this as a wedding venue. The venue itself is a little old/outdated. However, that's the appeal! The wooden framed windows panes, the hand carved wooden bar in the bridal suite, etc. The venue is very warm and comfortable. The views are amazing (even in early March) and everyone is hard at work preparing the landscape. Michael was wonderful! I feel as though I've known him for years. He was very polite and professional without being snooty or pretentious. He was very willing to work with our specific needs and obscure requests. Michael is the first venue sales rep I've spoken to that did not make me feel uncomfortable asking any questions. My concerns were his concerns. While meeting with Michael Tyler served us penne a la vodka, followed by a dessert sample platter. He was a very professional young man and the food was delicious. Needless to say, we will be getting married at The Beach Club Estate next year! Thank you again Michael, Tyler and the rest of the Beach Club family.

The views are amazing (even in early March) and everyone is hard at work preparing the landscape. Michael was wonderful! I feel as though I've known him for years. He was very polite and professional without being snooty or pretentious. He was very willing to work with our specific needs and obscure requests. Michael is the first venue sales rep I've spoken to that did not make me feel uncomfortable asking any questions. My concerns were his concerns. While meeting with Michael Tyler served us penne a la vodka, followed by a dessert sample platter. He was a very professional young man and the food was delicious. Needless to say, we will be getting married at The Beach Club Estate next year! Thank you again Michael, Tyler and the rest of the Beach Club family.

I'm very happy I had my wedding here. All my guests had a good time and kept asking how we found this place. The most impressive parts are the beautiful pink purple sunset, the food (omg food was so good) and DJ (we actually had the owner of the DJ company and he is really good and funny. We had outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour,then indoor dinner with the sunset lake view threw the window walls and everything was beautiful. My bridal attendant Amanda is very good,nice,helpful and reachable during the whole wedding. I want to give a big complement to Michael who was half of the reason we chose here for our wedding (the other half reason is we like the place itself). Any company would be lucky to have Michael! He is marvelous!He is so pleasant to talk to and welcoming, good sense of humor too. He makes people feel very comfortable. Him being so friendly and funny makes planning a wedding much easier(you'd know the difference if you've seen some other venues,Michael is waaaaay better than them) Thank you Michael for everything you did for us:)Yes I definitely recommend beach club estate to anyone who has a wedding under 100 guests or an event. The Beach Club Estate was the perfect location for our wedding. It was one the first places we visited and we were immediately sold! Our banquet manager Frank Amantia was so welcoming and such a gentleman. He made us feel like we were part of a family and this is what weddings are at The Beach Club; it’s a family affair.\r \rFirst of all, the views are stunning, the lake is right there, which makes for a great outdoor ceremony. They have a space for an outdoor cocktail hour and the reception inside. They also had a plan B in case it rains, which it didn’t, but it always made me feel that I was going to be taken care of if that was the case. They also have a very vintage and cozy bridal suite for us to hang out with some champagne before the ceremony. After booking the site, my mom from Peru came to visit, I told Frank I wanted to take her for a tasting and he accommodated all of my requests. He always received us with a smile and made us laugh. We live and work in NYC and they were always very accommodating at meeting us on weekends and getting back to us in no time.\r\rThe day of the wedding, the service was amazing. All of our guests raved because the food was SOOO good, and the people were very nice. Our maitre’d Frankie was also very peppy and on top of things, and my bridal assistant Britney was so helpful and sweet (she put the “I Do” rhinestones on my shoes at the last minute in a few seconds). I made a special request for our cake to be red velvet and Frank did not disappoint; the cake was awesome and so so so good. We had an ice cream bar and the ice cream was one of the best I’ve ever had.\rI cannot say enough good things about The Beach Club, they made my day a perfect dream and my husband and I are very grateful for it.

I really appreciated the fact that this venue took care of my husband who has a serious soy allergy. They wouldn't even serve him a drink if they weren't sure what was in it! We wanted a smaller wedding, and this place was fantastic. The food was soooo good, and the bridal attendant and maitre'd work really hard to make sure that everything works smoothly. There is very little that I could complain about on the day of the wedding. Most of my problems with this place was how pushy they were about their vendors. They have a list of vendors (a DJ, florist, a videographer, an officiant, etc.) that they usually work with and that they cut some sort of deal with. We did take some of those vendors, but they were very skeptical and kind of condescending about the vendors we had chosen (although they turned out to be great). I would recommend going to one of their open houses where you can meet their vendors, but more importantly you can eat their food. The open houses are at Windows on the Lake rather than the Beach Club, but I thought everything just got better when brought to the Beach Club. Lastly, if you want to do something that hasn't become the standard tradition, you should tell your Maitre'D explicitly, because they will assume that you are going to do all of the very common stuff even if you aren't. In the end, despite the small (kind of pushy) stuff this place was completely awesome and I would recommend it to anyone. Everyone who came to the wedding couldn't believe we had found such a great place.

But the indoor area I think needs a bit of work, but I was able to work with it. When you first walk in it has a weird \"old\" smell. I booked it for April hoping everything would be outside (except for the reception of course).\rBefore we signed the contract they promised everything and anything, but once we gave a deposit it all went out the window. I had to argue about the cake and still ended up getting something that I did not want. The ice sculpture was nothing like what I asked for. When I emailed them it took forever to hear back or I never heard back so I had to call. Anytime we had to come in to take care of things like the menu or final payment, when I called to schedule the time and date I always received attitude from their secretary that they only do that during the week (I don’t live on the Island so it was not convenient for us to go in on weekday and my now husband was in school) and the day of the wedding I heard that 2 servers were arguing in front of my guests (really??). The only great thing is the food - that was delicious. But the headache we had before the wedding was not worth it.

Don't plan anything with the Beach Club Estate at Lake Ronkonkoma. We would NOT recommend them to anyone planning a wedding. My husband and I met with \"Ron\" in early October and a few days later our daughter and fiancée met with him to see the location. My husband phoned Ron a couple weeks later, reminding him of our previous visit. During that phone conversation my husband asked Ron how much was required in order to secure the date. Ron quoted a “$1,000.00” deposit. An appointment was arranged for us to meet with him to finalize this agreement. We drove 6 hours from our residence for this appointment and when we arrived, we entered with no one there to greet us. While waiting about 10 minutes, we overheard a female employee cursing and speaking unprofessionally from another room, regarding a customer. Because no one appeared while we waited, my husband decided to find the woman. When he found her, she asked if she could help us and also asked if we had an appointment. My husband said, “Yes”. She indicated that she did not hear us enter and told us to wait for her in the other room. After waiting a few more minutes, she returned with a form and asked us to fill it out. However, we told her that we did not need to fill out this form, as we had completed it at our initial visit. She took the form back and told us that she would be right with us, to which we replied “are we meeting with you or Ron?” She confirmed that we would be meeting with Ron. After waiting several more minutes Ron arrived and greeted us by asking, “What can I do for you?” Surprised, my husband asked if Ron remembered who we were. He replied rudely, “I deal with about 10 people a day from all over the country and I can’t remember everyone’s name”. We reminded him that we came from out of town to finalize our agreement and make our deposit, as previously discussed by phone. We indicated that we wanted to confirm the details of the contract. We handed him our carbon copy of the form that he filled out with us at our first visit and he simply read what was indicated on the form. He did not describe or elaborate in any way. We then handed him our menu choices, which he did not want at that time. He asked which time of day and what date we requested, even though it was on the form he completed. He then left the room to find out if the date was still available. Stunned, we waited several more minutes while he was away. When he came back he told us that the location had been booked but that we could work around it. In shock, we told him we weren’t interested in another date. We reminded him that the reason we had this appointment was in order to secure the original date. At that point, he asked us how many guests we were planning for, so we referred him again to the initial paperwork and stated “50 people”. He indicated the only other option for that date was the larger room, which required a minimum of 75 people. Frustrated, we summarized our communications from day one and expressed our disappointment for how the situation was handled. Ron then said, \"Look, I'm not going to be put in a frying pan,\" and stated, “I could just get up and walk away from this”. Instead, we were the ones who walked away, in disbelief.

Don't plan anything with the Beach Club Estate at Lake Ronkonkoma. We would NOT recommend them to anyone planning a wedding. My husband and I met with \"Ron\" in early October and a few days later our daughter and fiancée met with him to see the location. My husband phoned Ron a couple weeks later, reminding him of our previous visit. During that phone conversation my husband asked Ron how much was required in order to secure the date. Ron quoted a “$1,000.00” deposit. An appointment was arranged for us to meet with him to finalize this agreement. We drove 6 hours from our residence for this appointment and when we arrived, we entered with no one there to greet us. They were wonderful and the people that helped us in the months leading up to and during the wedding were great. Everything was just as we wanted, well almost. The only problem we had was the cake. Tasted great and was what we wanted on the inside, it just didn't look like what we were told it would look like. It was not a big deal to us since it tasted great.

It was right on Lake Ronkonkoma. So we got married at sunset right on the water. The room our wedding was held had all open windows so you had a beautiful view. The staff was awesome!! The Beach Club Estate is an old style house, that is so romantic.;We loved the place, we have nothing bad at all to say about it. Ourselves and our guests loved it!

It was right on Lake Ronkonkoma. So we got married at sunset right on the water. The room our wedding was held had all open windows so you had a beautiful view. The staff was awesome!! The Beach Club Estate is an old style house, that is so romantic.;We loved the place, we have nothing bad at all to say about it. Ourselves and our guests loved it!

The wedding as well as the cocktail hour was outside by lakeside. The sunset was beautiful as well as the grounds. The staff kept everything running so smooth. The food was great and my guest are still talking about my wedding. I would recommend the Beach Club Estate again and again. Our guest said they had never been to a wedding like ours. You really feel that you are away from the world.

It was intimate and cozy, one party at a time and beautiful. it has a gorgeous bridal suite and the outdoor area for the actual wedding ceremony was breathtaking!
